If you can see what others can't, maybe you are a highly intuitive empath who is also
extremely sensitive to energy.
Highly sensitive people such as empaths actually can see what other people cannot.
One thing that they can see is energy or aura of other people.
On this video, I'm going to share with you the list of signs that you can see, and it
also means you may belong to highly sensitive person.
Please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete
information.
Experiencing These 13 Signs Means You Are Highly Sensitive to Energy
#1 - Feeling other people's emotion
We all know that empaths can read minds, and they also can pick up other people's emotion.
However, what makes highly sensitive people different is the ability to pick up energy
of others even though they are not around.
You can track the energy field of certain person, and you absorb it as if it is yours.
#2 - Overwhelmed by crowd
Another common trait of highly sensitive people is overwhelmed by the crowd.
It cannot be avoided especially in a public place.
That is why you always prefer quiet place and hang out with small group of people.
#3 - Sensitive to senses
People can feel something through their senses.
However, empaths or highly sensitive people have stronger sense to feel light, sound,
smell, sound, and touch.
#4 - Highly creative and expressive person
In simple examples, you can fill pages and pages of journals, you feel the need to listen
to music all the time.
After all, It's how you can diffuse a lot of the emotion you don't realize you're
stuck having to process.
#5 - You cannot prove it
What you feel cannot be felt by others.
You can say that someone is lying, but others will perceive you as accusing them with no
proof.
You only know whether your intuition is right after something happens to others.
#6 - Too sensitive
Since you can physically feel others, other people will be confused if you suddenly change
your behavior.
Sometimes, you are shocked that someone is being lied or hurt, and people will think
that you are being too sensitive because you do not even know that person.
#7 - Feeling "déja vu," or other strange coincidences and synchronicities.
Believe it or not, you're frequently experiencing de ja vu in your every encounters.
In reality, these are not things that happen upon us as gifts or signs from a greater unknown,
but rather things we simply notice or create out of a deeper intuitive understanding or
sense.
#8 - Lie detector
People cannot just see lies especially from master of manipulation such narcissists.
Empaths, however, can see that easily.
Empaths sharpen their senses multiple times to see what others feel and that is why they
can see when people lie to them.
#9 - Strangers find you highly approachable, and people are always randomly opening up
to you while waiting on line at the grocery store; you're the friend everyone turns
to for advice.
#10 - No violence please
People may also think empaths crazy because they cannot watch fun movies on TV.
Empaths know that the violence is just an act.
However, they are too sensitive to understand that it is not hurting others.
We know that stuntman for in the movie may be hurt somewhat.
#11 - Avoiding unhealthy friendship
Your energy can be depleted easily if you are around with other people with troubles.
That is why you always try to avoid such kind of person along with their relationship.
#12 - Desire to constantly help others
In your work, or your environment, whatever that may be, there is always an underlying
desire, or the urge to help others in whatever way you can help.
It's not like that you help others to please them, but it is more like that you're uncomfortable
when you're not doing so.
#13 - You're most at peace when you're outside, even if you don't realize it.
You have to get out in the sunlight at least a few times a day (and a succession of cloudy
days or bad weather truly affects your spirit).
Well, those are some signs you might be a highly intuitive empath who is also extremely
sensitive to energy.

Human Connection - Duration: 2:52.
Hey guys! Happy Friday! How are you?
So feeling kind of philosophical today and wanted
to talk about connection!
Oh and also new hair! So how do you feel about the new color? It's new!
Anyway, I wanted to talk about connection
So I truly believe that connection is our really most basic human desire
and it's that balance
between truly being at peace with and finding that connection to yourself and
being able to be comfortable and confident in your own skin and also
nurturing and growing and being a part of that connection that we have with
others and especially those others that we love and care about the most which
also really means that there's a level of managing expectations and
dependencies that come along with those relationships and that connection and
ultimately these are the things that really drive a
lot of things, but mostly it drives what you show, what you share, your personal
brand and it also drives your money it drives how you earn your money and
where you spend your money which then really is where you spend your time
which is that most priceless object that we can never get back and not just where
you spend your time but it is sowing and really creating that legacy and the
legacy that you're gonna leave behind the things that we create and we share
on social media are permanent they're not going anywhere and you know
the reputation that we have and the relationships that we build and you know
the anything that we do in our lives contributes to what is our legacy and so
and where your time goes so when I'm thinking about those things and I
encourage you that when you're thinking about those things
you're just truly connecting with what you feel in your heart and I know that
that sounds like really spiritual and like ethereal but whatever stay with me
really but like, if you're questioning what to do and you're
unsure just ask yourself what is on my heart? and what am I truly feeling at
this moment? and follow that.
so often we don't follow our gut and we end up in
really really not-so-great situations and we're like "damn it I knew that" so I
encourage you to do that and to follow that connection this weekend and to
follow asking yourself what it is that you feel most connected to and and enjoy
your weekend and spend time with those that you love and I'll see you next week!

Tony Robbins: You BECOME What You BELIEVE ( ft. Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Wayne Dyer) - Duration: 10:27.
[Music]
there are many ways to get the things
that we want for ourselves in our lives
but basically it all begins with how we
choose to think if you really want to
get lasting change real results that
stick around what do you got to do if
you want lasting change you've got to
give up this idea of trying something
you get aside you're gonna commit to
mastery most people dabble they they
talk about what I'd like to change my
body I'd like to change make my
relationship better I'd like to have
more passion there but they don't know
what to do and even if they did they
don't have enough detail to be able to
follow through if we want to achieve
another result that we've never achieved
before then we have to become somebody
different we have to upgrade our skills
we have to upgrade our behaviors we have
to master our emotions better self-made
millionaires have been studied
exhaustively they've been analyzed
they've been interviewed by the hundreds
of thousands and millions and what we
know is exactly who they are and what
they do and how they think and the
wonderful thing is is that you do what
other successful people do you
eventually get the same result that they
do Walt Disney said if you can dream it
you can do it which means that you're
never given a dream that comes out of
your own desire place that isn't
something you have the capacity to
fulfill
you may have to learn some new skills
you may have to partner up with some
people you may need to learn some you
know how to access some new resources
along the way but all of that is
possible if you'll simply dream the big
dream have a mind that is open to
everything and attached to nothing one
of the central principles of my life is
that no one knows enough to be a
pessimist about anything and that each
and every one of us when we close our
mind to what is possible for us or what
is possible for Humanity closes off the
genius that resides and lives in each
and every one of us
decide what you want you can't get from
here to there unless you know where here
is and there is so if you're gonna
decide what you want go for what you
want not what you think is possible
most people hone down their dream
because I can't see how they can do it
and I'm saying to you dream as big as
you want in fact big dreams are exciting
big dreams attract big people I had a
teacher named Jim Rohn he was a personal
development speaker and I remember I was
really frustrated and I've been working
my guts out 12 14 hour days nothing was
working and I was pissed off that's
frustrating he said Tony said you're so
focused on expecting things to happen so
fast and he said you know if you really
focus instead on building your skills
your gifts will make room for you today
people have no patience we all want it
right now
and people don't only not commit to
mastery they think you have all the
answers they try a few things it doesn't
work they run to something else if you
want a great jump in the quality of your
life an extraordinary jump of the
quality of your life you got to set
yourself up to win you got to set
yourself up with a process that allows
you to consistently grow consistently
enjoy your life and consistently produce
the results that you're really after
extensive is is very simple if you have
a clear goal make a plan to achieve
and then do something at least one thing
each day lose you one step closer to
your most important goal progress equals
happiness if you're growing in anything
financially spiritually emotionally in
your relationship your body you're gonna
feel better in your life that's what
we're made for and I think we're meant
to grow so we have something to give you
know you can't give something a little
half form good habits and make them your
masters most people are interested
they're not committed and the difference
is when you're interested you do what's
convenient and that's easy when you're
committed you do whatever it takes when
you're interested you do what's easy and
what's convenient but when you're
committed I'm gonna get that result you
put everything into it until you get the
results you got to get going you got to
take action the disciplines is the
miracle process and here's how to get
the miracle of your future going as far
as disciplines are concerned number one
do what you can
[Music]
learning is the beginning of well
learning is the beginning of life change
don't be lazy and learning don't be lazy
and picking up the ideas don't be lazy
and learning from your own experience
how many times have you had a great idea
didn't do anything about it and I'm here
later someone did something about it
made a lot of money got the promotion
etc so when you have the idea the
inspiration to act it's time that you
don't have to know it perfectly if you
decide you're going to do something do
it you know they've done dozens and
dozens of studies over the years they
find that there's one major difference
between successful people and
unsuccessful people as successful people
launch they start they get on with it
they just do it unsuccessful people get
the same ideas in the same information
but they've always got an excuse for not
starting if you have a big enough ELISA
why you want to achieve something you do
whatever it takes but if your reason
isn't big enough your excuses will be
and one of the things that we kind of
believe and hang on to and and live with
is this whole idea that all of the
things that happen to me in my past are
what are keeping me from doing what I'd
like to do today so we hang on to these
things and we fill ourselves with blame
[Music]
cuz life is not so simple and black and
white my mother beat the shit out of me
she loved me
she was freaked out I was gonna leave I
was a source of everything I blamed her
for all the beauty of my life I blame
her that I have the woman have in my
life because I cherished my life cuz I
know what the opposite is I blame her
for the capacity of feel and care
I blame her for my insatiable hunger to
end suffering for any human I can cuz I
suffered the ton get emotionally fit by
learning to trade what upset you which
is your expectations that aren't being
met trade your expectations for
appreciation for what you do have your
whole life changes in a moment cuz our
expectations make us pissed off or
frustrated or worried or sad and we all
have them and I have them too but when
they come up I just remind myself this
is just my mind
I'm more than this mind I got a heart
and soul what can I appreciate how can I
use this challenge to go to a deeper
level and that's the only way we get
free the only way to have a great life
is decide I'm gonna find beauty and
anything that happens in my life I'm
sure if you look back on your life most
of us have had experiences where you
know something horrible happened
something you never want to go through
again in your lifetime but at the same
time you know that five 10 years later
you look back and go I would never want
to go through that I've never won
anybody I care about to go through that
but I'm glad I did because it made me so
strong to deal with that
when you change the way you look at
things the things you look at change
what makes us sufferers are thoughts
right we're the only creatures on earth
that can have thoughts and then make
ourself feel like shit I have thought to
make yourself feel good and most people
don't master their minds and so their
minds go crazy and we believe our
thoughts we believe that if this doesn't
happen our lives are gonna be so
stressed or over and most of it is just
bullshit
the mind is looking for what's wrong
your heart can change all that if you
decide today this is all I got a
crossing this piece and I actually
reached it is for you to decide that I'm
a hundred percent responsible for the
experience in my life and that anything
can happen I am bigger than the moment I
am more than anything it happened to me
and I can find a way to find something
beautiful something helpful something
you know enjoyable change your thoughts
and you change your world change your
expectations and you change around what
you begin to manifest and see showing up
in your life I'm not asking you to stop
blaming
if they bleed elegantly when
intelligently blend effectively claim at
the level of your soul not the level of
your head no more blame I'm just not
going to assign responsibility to other
people for where I am because now I have
an opportunity to get rid of it if I
think someone else caused it and I've
got to wait for somebody else to change
in order for me to get rid of it and you
might wait forever for that but if I
take responsibility for it I can do
something

Create A Loveable Brand - Duration: 3:16.
Happy Monday!!
If you are in a leadership position in your organization some of
your concerns probably are making sure that you're driving revenue, you're
attracting and retaining clients, you are attracting and retaining high-performing
talent, that is thereby then supporting and promoting your product and service
in a way that is further attracting and retaining those clients.
So, it's a cycle
and you are actually able to recruit and attract both at the same time through
developing a brand that is more foundationally connected to things that
people genuinely care about.
So yes, make a great product and service and do
something that helps fulfill a need and solves a problem for your target market
but at the same time, be supportive of a mission and be connected to a mission
and actually 'walk the talk' of that mission in the way that you do business
and you operate.
So, a couple ways that you can really do that is number one
I'd say connect your mission to your money, figure out what it is that you
care the most about and then develop the revenue streams from that.
Make sure that you never have to choose between keeping the lights on
and doing things that actually achieve your goals.
You don't want to have to find yourself in a
position of doing things for money that don't necessarily serve your mission and
your ultimate purpose and this kind of leads into my number two which is a
Be transparent about where you are and just show your employees.
Its humanizing to be honest, the good and the bad, you can do it in simple ways
through town halls, or happy hours, or quarterly meetings, whatever it is, just humanize yourself
and humanize the organization, while you're supporting
your mission and your brand and your product that you have.
It just allows people to just connect with you more foundationally and then if you ever
change directions with your product or your service, you still have this support
of these people that really about who you are and what you're doing
and connect with you on a deeper level than just a successful product.
Then finally, I would say it's really really important to connect your money to a
mission outside of your organization and it can be really a number of things but
this is just the ability to go deeper and especially once you are in a
position of influence and the ability to do so.
So whether it's influence and popularity in the community or in a financial position to do so.
Have a mission that goes beyond your money source and your organization in and of itself.
It could be civil equality, women's rights, veterans affairs, any type
of medical research, whatever it is, it allows people to just connect with you
on a more human level that's outside of a money making product or service.
I hope this helps and if you need more, you know who to contact!
This is what I do and I'm happy to help!
I hope this helps, have a great week!

Professional Development - Duration: 4:16.
Hey guys! Happy Friday!
So I wanted to talk today about professional development and how
it really relates to leadership because leaders are not born they are made and I
mean you're made through finding other mentors and people that inspire you and
encourage you to grow and through absorbing that type of material that
inspires you to be a better person and to continue to grow and inspire others I
really believe that taking time for professional development is crucial for
your personal and professional development and for you to be able to
effectively grow within any organization or to ever own and lead your own it's
really important, it's kind of like, it's like self-care when you think about it
it's like your professional self-care. it's taking that time really taking the
time to just stop in your daily lives, I mean, we all are super insanely busy and
those of you that are in leadership positions are even busier but it's
taking that time to pause and take a look at yourself and check in with your
behaviors and check in with the way that you're operating on a daily basis in
both your personal and your professional life and ask yourself - is this in line
with my goals? and is this in line with where I want to be? because life is short
and we really really quickly and easily get on to these tangents of we just work
a million hours a week and then before we know what years are gone and and we
aren't even really sure where we've developed in our career so it's
important for us to take time and really go introspective and look at ourselves
and say what do we need to do in order to best achieve our goals and then
acting on those things you know really surrounding yourselves and taking those
opportunities to be around people, other like-minded people, and create this like
'accountability tribe' of support and people that really want to encourage you
to grow, identifying a coach, finding some level of
ability to continually check in with yourself and with others that are in
that same position. It just helps you to grow and be more effective and then also
passing that on I really believe that leaders are made through helping others
achieve success and helping others grow and be successful in their daily lives
and the things that they want to do and you can really do that through passing
on these growth and development tools and experiences that you've encountered
and helping to bring others up and it'll effectively help you to grow and help
you to learn more as well and this is my little shameless plug if you are looking
for something amazing to do and you are a woman in leadership there's an
incredible summit that I'm attending in June it's in New York City it's the WE2
Summit it's the Women's Executive Edge Summit and it is an incredible two-day
summit and then beyond that there's a six-month mastermind that is supported
by two incredible and amazing coaches Kim Zoller and Kerry Preston I love you
guys and it's a really, really incredible experience and I hope that
you'll join me I'll put information in this and I'm also reading a bunch of
books right now I'm actually reading a book by Kim and Kerry, just re-reading it
I read it originally in 2014 but rereading it before the summit and
Enhancing Your Executive Edge and then another amazing book by Brene Brown,
Braving The Wilderness so and then probably a couple more at the same time
too and Invisibilia podcast, I just started listening to it and it's
incredible, on NPR, but other than that I'll put all that in the comments
Just find ways to develop yourself and then continually help to develop others
and you will find yourself in a position of leadership, and a position of
influence, and a position of impact, and that's what's most important to sharing
your gift with the world and also helping others achieve their greatness.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Happy Friday! Sorry, long video!

Tips for Job Searching - 5 mins! - Duration: 5:18.
Hey guys! How are you? Happy Friday!
so I just wanted to talk to you today a little bit about
LOOKING FOR JOBS!
How are you looking for jobs? And How are you going to find one?
I have a bunch of friends that are right now looking and
it seems like it's getting harder and harder and harder and I hear a lot of
their complaints and a lot of them are really similar!
so obviously what's the first thing that you do when you're looking for a job?
I'm gonna just preface with looking for a job IS a full-time job
It IS hard work
It takes a lot of time!
So yes that's why I haven't already started looking, Mom, kind of thing, but all that aside
You do your resume right? You do your resume, you do your LinkedIn profile, you google
yourself to make sure nothing funny comes up from college, you do a peer
review, and you make sure you check in with all of your trusted recruiter
friends and people that you know that you can lean on and trust and say
take a look at my stuff make sure it all looks good before I start like going out there
and really looking for that next professional home and then
What's the next thing that you do?
A bunch of people that I'm talking to are like "I've been
applying on LinkedIn and on indeed and I've been applying and applying and
applying and I am like I barely get a call back, I'm lucky if anybody even like
pays attention to my resume - do they even look at those things??"
and the answer is
No. Often they don't. Those job buckets are kind of like the black hole of
recruiting, it's technically, I know speaking from experience as a recruiter
and my recruiter friends feel free to tell me differently - I look at my job
application bucket probably last, when I'm really desperate.
and I don't have any candidates.
And I've been passively looking and I've completely tapped my
network and I can't find anybody, then I go to that job bucket just to have some
candidates to muster up, that I know are at least interested in the position.
and that's just reality.
A lot of the times when you're looking for somebody, I mean
think about it when you're looking to hire a contractor, you want to know
somebody that knows somebody, you want to have that ability to get a review, a
trusted review on that person. So, everybody wants to like "know a guy".
So, I'm not just here to tell you how NOT to try and find a job but doing a whole
little apply on LinkedIn thing is lazy.
You can do that in your pajamas and people do.
and do it to a hundred different jobs all at once
you don't even know what job you apply to half the time.
so instead of just doing that, use that as an opportunity.
when you go and you see on LinkedIn jobs that there's a
job posted that somebody posted.
Connect with that person, reach out to them - they
might be a recruiter so they might have a bunch of things going on and they
might not get back to you right away
but use that person to see who they're connected to,
be a reverse recruiter and try and find people at the company that are
doing YOUR role and some opportunities for you to connect with people and kind
of get an inside view of what it's like to work at the company, what it's like to
do that job, and that person has incentive probably already to make you
their "referral" so if you can find somebody internal at the company that
has some time to talk to you, make a friend and see if they won't toss your
resume in as a referral, they'll probably get three grand and you'll get a really
good inside view as to how that company really works.
outside of that, what should you be doing?
You should be networking!
Networking until your mouth falls off and your eyeballs fall out and you don't have ears left
like literally just networking the heck out of your network
and when you're done networking YOUR network.
Network their networks!
I want you to take that networking offline too.
so connect with people on LinkedIn and if they're people that you really want to talk to
Get them on the phone, do a zoom call, meet them for coffee.
Meet somebody in person and bring that relationship into real life,
And get them to really know who you are, what you're
going after, and what you're capable of doing.
And they will help you.
especially if they're in the industry that you want to be in.
Go to as many networking events as possible!
I know that I'm the LinkedIn Local host here in Atlanta, so I'm a big
proponent of LinkedIn Local, but any local networking event that you could go to!
We also have Circle of Firms here, there's a Women in Networking event.
You can go to specialty industry related events, like NACE, ILEA, and TAG - depending on
what group that you're in, but go to as many places as possible where you can
get some FACE time and meet people in the industry and
so they see that you're a normal, awesome, and totally cool person.
Finally, make some content.
and I mean I'm not just saying
to make content saying like
"hey, I'm looking for a job, hire me"
make some white papers, make some experience
related content, that's gonna help people within your industry.
make something that would have helped you in the industry
when you were super busy and super employee
Just try and start to like branch out, and increase your network in
the industry or in the area that you want to be in.
Engage on other people's content and further your network as much as you can!
and I hope that helps!
Those are just like some small tips to help hopefully in your job search
if there's anything you want me to elaborate on, please ask.
I will tell!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I hope this helps!
Have a great great day!
Bye!

The Low-Hanging Fruit | Chris Masterjohn Lite #46 - Duration: 7:42.
Why should I invest my time in tracking
calories or sacrifice the variety in
my diet to eat something so monotonous
as the robot diet when there are so many
approaches out there that allow people
to eat a variety of delicious foods
without spending time tracking calories
and people are losing weight because
they work? Today I'm going to answer
these questions for you.
Hi I'm Dr. Chris Masterjohn of
chrismasterjohnphd.com and this is
Chris Masterjohn Lite
where the name of the game is
"Details? Shmeetails. Just tell me what works!"
And today we're going to talk about
the low-hanging fruit of weight loss.
In anything in life we will
be able to find some things that we can
do that are easy and generate quick
results. That's the low-hanging fruit. Once
we pick it, it's gone. After that we need to
work harder to continue getting results.
The same thing is true in weight loss.
And the more weight we have to lose, the
more likely there is to be low-hanging
fruit and the more low-hanging fruit
there's likely to be. So someone who is
very, very overweight can probably lose
weight at a fairly rapid pace for quite
a long time by following some simple
rules that don't require tracking calories.
But someone who's moderately
overweight may only have 5 pounds of
low-hanging fruit, and someone who only
has a few pounds to lose to get in their
leanest shape probably doesn't have any
low-hanging fruit. It gets even more
complicated because what's low-hanging fruit
for one person might look very different
from what is low-hanging fruit for
another. What's low-hanging fruit for me
may look very different from what's
low-hanging fruit for you. And we
can kind of see that when we look at the
different approaches that are used
successfully for weight loss. They are
often contradictory. Low fat works; low
carb works; keto, a more extreme version
of low carb, works; paleo works; vegan
works. There are so many different
permutations of these diets that work on
average that we also have to try to
navigate between which one do we choose.
Now, to some degree they're all effective
because they all induce a caloric deficit.
In tracking calories you induce
the caloric deficit on purpose. With most
of these other approaches, you make some
more simple intuitive dietary changes,
and that acts on presumably the brain
to regulate your appetite or some other
aspect of your eating behavior that
leads to a spontaneous—or some other
aspect of your energy balance that leads to a
spontaneous caloric deficit. And so it
may be that to some degree these
approaches all share that property so
they're interchangeable, but some of
these approaches may work better for
some people and others for others.
There's probably going to be a lot of trial
and error and guesswork in this, but I'll
try to give you some rules that you could try.
So first of all, if you're eating a lot
of processed junk food - stop.
Anyone who's overweight who cuts out
processed junk food will probably lose
weight and even if you're not overweight,
you should be cutting out processed junk
food because it's not as nutritious for
you and it's bad for you. So your health
will be better if you cut out the
processed junk food. That's easy.
Number 2: if you're completely sedentary,
institute an exercise program. Going from
completely sedentary to exercising will
probably result in some weight loss.
Exercise is going to help your energy
metabolism. Exercise is going to help
regulate your body composition. It's even
going to help regulate your appetite. And
if you are an athlete, there are very
detailed questions that you need to
address to perfect your training program,
but when you're sedentary, all you need
to do is start moving.
Number 3: I don't think the science is in on this,
but it's probably the case that if you
have blood sugar problems or you have
signs of insulin resistance, pre-diabetes,
or diabetes, low carb may work better for you
than low fat. I'm not saying that's true. I'm saying
the probability might be greater; it's pretty
reasonable to think that that might be true.
So maybe that's an indication of
trying one versus another. But another
big thing that comes here is just your
individual reactions to these foods.
For example, are there some foods that you
tend to overeat? Are there some foods
that satiate you better? Do you feel
hungrier on lower fat or on lower carb?
Pick the dietary approach that seems
like it's going to satisfy you. You're going
to enjoy the food, and you're less
likely to overeat it, and you're more
likely to feel full.
Whatever that approach is for you as an
individual is going to be the most
likely approach to find your individual
low-hanging fruit. Now, the other part of
this equation is knowing when it's time
to move on. So, let's say that you try
these approaches and you eventually lead
to a plateau, you double down on the
approach, you're strict with the approach,
you've stopped losing weight. Or, let's
take another case where you try several
of these approaches and none of them work.
What you should never do is say, "Why
is this approach no longer working?"
Because the answer is obvious.
The approach is no longer working or it
never worked in the first place because
it didn't lead to a spontaneous caloric deficit.
Once we acknowledge that, it
becomes a lot easier to move on.
It doesn't matter that other people are
losing weight with that approach and
you're not. It doesn't matter that you
were losing weight with that approach
and now you're not. You have picked your
low-hanging fruit or you didn't have any
low-hanging fruit to pick. Now, is it
possible that you could look and look
and look and eventually find more
low-hanging fruit? Yes, but what is the cost
of spending that time and effort getting no results
looking for the next low-hanging fruit
that might not be there when you can
simply move on and use something that
more reliably induces a caloric deficit?
So the point at which you no longer get
results, or you can't find results after
trying a few approaches, that's the
point at which you want to move on to
something more reliable like tracking
calories or in the last episode the
"robot diet."
