Welcome to the Nextiva App for iPhone.
This will be a brief overview of the app's menus
and functionality, so you can take
your Nextiva service wherever you go.
Please keep in mind some of these features
are only available to enterprise users.
To download and install the Nextiva App for iPhone,
open the app store and search Nextiva.
The Nextiva app should appear with
its current version number.
Tap on the Get button,
confirm your Apple ID password,
and the app will download straight to your device.
Once downloaded, open the Nextiva App
by tapping on the icon.
Before the app can be accessed,
you must agree to the terms of use and decide if you want
to allow notifications to appear on your device.
Sign-in with your existing NextOS username and password
in the appropriate fields and tap the sign-in button
when you're done.
If you are unsure of your username and password,
contact Nextiva Support.
Now you're ready to start using the app.
First, you can change your presence at the top left
by tapping on the flag.
This will bring up a new pop-out where you can access
your call settings and preferences.
Tap your name to access a new page
which allows you to update your current status message
and add a profile picture to your user account.
Once your status has been modified,
tap Done and you'll be brought back to the main interface.
Tap the flag again.
Selecting call settings from the list will give you
the ability to modify important NextOS call control services
from your NextOS account without needing to log-in to
the portal on your desktop.
This is where you'll have direct access to features
such as call-forwarding and remote office.
The Contacts sub-menu on the bottom menu bar
is used to quickly access people on your account,
local contacts stored on your phone,
and any other contact created within the Nextiva App.
Tapping on the drop down menu beside the app header
will allow you to see contacts stored in your app,
or in your phone.
Tap Directory to search for anyone's contact information
within your NextOS account,
as well as locally stored contacts.
Start by tapping the search bar at the top,
typing in the name of the individual you would like
to reach, and the list of possible contacts
you are searching for will appear.
By tapping on the information icon,
you will see all contact information for that person
with the option call, chat, add them to your contacts,
or add them to your phone's local address book.
When you add a contact, that person will receive
a notification to accept the request.
Let's go back to the first page in the contacts sub-menu
where you'll see the contact is
now listed in the Contacts tab.
Once you've accepted the request,
their status information will then be available to you.
Your contacts can also be favorited by tapping on
the name within the contacts list and selecting
the star icon beside Add to Favorites.
Favorite contacts will be listed in a favorites category
after contacts list for even easier access.
To add a contact from outside the Nextiva network
to your contacts list, simply tap the add symbol
at the top right corner of the contacts page,
then tap Add Contact.
There is also an option to add a conference,
which allows you to input
your Meet Me Conferencing credentials.
This will then be added in your contacts list.
The next sub-menu in the Nextiva App menu bar is Call
This will provide a dial pad to manually type in
any number for an outgoing connection.
If you know the extension of a person on
your NextOS account, you can dial it here as well.
Once you've dialed a number,
there are three options to connect.
The handset button in the middle will make a voice call
through either your local cellular connection
or Nextiva's VoIP service.
By tapping the video button on the bottom left,
you can video call anyone on Nextiva's network
that also has a video-enabled device.
The Pull Call button on the bottom right allows you
to seamlessly pull an active call for any
other Nextiva enabled device straight to your Nextiva App.
Whenever there's a red notification bubble
over the call menu bar icon,
it will display the number of messages
in your voicemail box.
To access your voicemails,
simply dial star eight six on the number pad.
Tapping the chat icon on the Nextiva App's menu bar
will display a list of ongoing instant messages between
yourself and other contacts on the Nextiva network.
To start a new group chat with members
in your contacts list,
tap the extended menu item in the top right corner,
start group chat and select the contacts
you would like to invite.
You can create a private chatroom by selecting anyone
from the Nextiva network available for chat
and tapping on the chat icon next to their IM address.
Within this chat window, you also have the ability
to call or video call that contact using
the appropriate icon at the top.
The Add Contact icon will bring up your contacts list
where you can select multiple contacts
to create a group chat with them.
To view your call history,
simply tap the history icon on the menu bar.
You also have the option to delete your call history
by tapping on the garbage icon in the top right corner.
The last icon in the Nextiva App's menu bar
will display the dial-in information for your room.
This is where you can conduct
conference calls and group chats.
You need to set up conferencing in order
to utilize this feature.
If you want to sign out of your Nextiva account
on this device, the sign-out button can be found
at the bottom of the pop-out when you tap
the flag in the upper left corner.

because or you bought from Amazon because you trust that brand you're a
brand as well you just have to build that trust in your leads and then the

problems that they're having so if you're in a network marketing company
where you help people make money like investments or something like that you
just send them tips on how to invest money stuff like that easy stuff that
you can find on YouTube you send it to them in order to build trust with them

Welcome to the Nextiva App for Android.
This will be a brief overview of the app's menus
and functionalities that you can take
your Nextiva service wherever you go.
Please keep in mind some of these features
are only available to enterprise users.
To download and install the Nextiva App for Android
open the Google Play Store and search Nextiva.
The Nextiva App should appear
as one of the first options on the list.
Tap on the app icon
then the Install button.
Once downloaded click Open.
Before the app can be accessed
you must accept the terms of use
and the log in screen will immediately be displayed.
Sign in with your existing NextOS username and password
in the appropriate fields
and tap the Sign In button when your done.
If you are unsure of your username and password
contact Nextiva support.
Now you're ready to start using the app.
First you can change your presence at the top left
by tapping on the flag.
This will bring up a new pop out
