Welcome to a lovely ancient town and a World Heritage Site, "HOI AN".

Hoi An Ancient Town is located in Quang Nam Province near the mouth of Tu Bon River.

It is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century.

Its buildings and street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign,

that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.

Phuc Kien Assembly Hall was founded in 1690 and served the largest Chinese ethnic group in Hoi An or the Fujian.

You must visit this assembly hall to discover an excellent work of architecture.

Behind me is 'Japanese Covered Bridge'.

When we say 'covered bridge', that means the bridge is covered with the roof.

This bridge is the highlight of Hoi An Ancient Town, and it was built by the Japanese back in the early 17th century.

Hoi An has been flooded from time to time, in the past.

And, this shows the level of the flood for some years in the past. It went as high as above 3 meters in 1964.

Just one hour drive from Hoi An and we have arrived here at a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This place was listed in 1999. Here we are at My Son Sanctuary.

This place is the complex of Hindu temples and towers and is the symbol of Champa Art

that was continuously developed during the 4th to the 13th century.

'My Son' means beautiful mountain, and it is regarded by locals as 'Meru Mountain'.

So, the water that flows from the mountain becomes a holy stream here that flows into the river.

The ancient Champa people were raised to be the master of art in building bricks.

So far, the technique in building the ancient temples and towers of Champa people remains controversial.

The bricks were smooth and laid closely and securely without mortar.

My Son's value is also reflected in the art of lively and fine sculpture and carving on bricks, stones

from the images of deities, priests, dancers, plants, animals, and sacrifices.

So, I'm very happy to show you some information about the ancient house of Vietnam in the past.

Right.

How old is the house?

The other houses in the museum are over 150-200 years old.

Ahh...

And people keep in touch there.

OK. And, you call it 'Vinahouse'?

Vinahouse.

'Vina' is a word?

'Vina' stands for 'Vietnam' and these houses are ancient houses of Vietnam, in the past.

OK.

In the past, most Vietnamese people live in this kind of house.

Hmm..

So, this is the first kind of house, 'Bamboo House'.

'Bamboo House'..Oh! you have many types. This is the first?

Yeah. We have a lot of types of house. This is a bamboo house.

The bamboo houses often belonged to poor people or farmers in the past.

Poor people?

because they didn't have enough money to build a house with other materials, so they often live in this kind of house.

Now, we continue to visit another house in the museum.

This house is 'Mandarin House'.

Mandarin House.

Mandarin House. And the owner of this house played an important role for the king.

He and his father supported the king in the national protection.

Umm.

And, this house has 3 compartments.

In the past, the king set out the rule that nobody could be in the house in more than these 3 compartments.

Only the king has the right to be the house , in 5 compartments.

So, if you come in the house and see the number of compartments, you will identify the position of the owner.

And in Vietnam, the middle room is very important because people often use to worship family members.

Ah....the past (late) family members.

Here I am at Thanh Ha Pottery Village. This is a traditional village of more than 50 houses.

And, it dates back to as long as the end of the 15th century, just before Hoi An port was developed.

And, this place is located about 3 kilometers west of Hoi An Ancient Town.

The products locally made here are very important because it plays an important role in the development of Hoi An Ancient Town.

The products include jars, pots, bowls, tiles, and bricks.

Although they have experienced various challenges over time - economic difficulties and foreign competition,

the local people are always trying to preserve a traditional profession inherited from their ancestors.

The techniques that they use are unique and very different from those prevalent in other provinces.

Therefore, the village is more of a live museum and it holds precious documentation resources

for scientists who study about traditional pottery in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia.

A lot of people told me about this Silk Village and, actually, I don't know what to do here.

In Silk Village, you can see people make silk in a traditional way.

And then, you see how people weave fabrics, both Vietnamese people weaving and Champa people weaving.

Champa people?

Yes.

One of the minority group in Vietnam.

In the history development, Vietnamese and Champa people had a good relationship in marriage, customs, living style,

especially in traditional occupation of now Mulberry growing, silkworm raising, and silk weaving.

And what are they doing now?

The ladies here are getting silk from cocoon.

Hmm...by putting in hot water.

Yeah.

So, the worms will die. And then, we'll get this thread.

How long is one cocoon, for the thread?

You know that one cocoon is made from one continuous thread, about 600 metres to 1 kilometre.

Wow! 1 kilometre!

Do you have 'Ao Dai' (traditional costume) silk?

Yes.

And for one Ao Dai, how many kilometers of thread do you need?

I don't know, but for one Ao Dai, we need about 5,000 cocoons.

Oh An also has a lot of beautiful beaches.

This morning, we woke up a little early to see the sunrise here at a local beach, An Bang Beach.

It is worth coming in the morning to see the life of local people here. They love exercising here in the morning.

They love swimming in the sea water.

Although it is a little cold this morning but, it's like a routine for the local people here.

And, this beach, An Bang Beach, also has been voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in Asia.

As you know, we are in the vegetable village, but the the interesting thing about the village is that it just uses organic fertilizers.

Some places in Vietnam, they use chemicals and patricides.

So, it's not good.

It's not. But in this village, they just used organic fertilisers.

But the organic fertilizer here is the riverweed, taken from the river.

And, they have been doing that for 300 years.

300 years!!!

yeah yeah yeah.

So, they produce vegetables for Hoi An town.

Yeah, for Hoi An town. You know, Hoi An is a tourist city, so we need to keep the tourists safe.

If they got poisoned, they won't come here again. That's why they need to keep on growing like that.

Yes.

They're growing about 20 kinds of vegetable here.

Then, they supply to all restaurants in the city.

Ah-huh.

Today, there are about 130 families working in the plantation here.

What are the plants here?

Like you see, here, this is lettuce.

Over there, spring onion.

If you notice, just the the middle-aged people and the old people are working here.

OK.

That is a sad thing about the place.

Now, young people, they think that from working here, they cannot earn much money.

And they moved to bog cities.

How about now? Are they moving back?

Yeah. Because they try to combine tourism business with farm works.

For example, they let the tourists come here and do the farm groups, learn the farmers experience with the local people here.

2009-2014 F150 Barricade Premium Molded Fender Flares Review & Install - Duration: 3:32.

What's going on guys?

I'm Alex from americanmuscle.com, and today I am bringing you my quick review and breakdown

of the Barricade Premium Molded Fender Flares, fitting your 2009 through 2014 F-150.

So in this video I'm gonna talk about who these fender flares are gonna appeal to, the

construction and materials that went into these flares, what you should expect to be

spending, and then we're gonna take a quick look at the installation, which is my favorite

aspect, as there's not gonna to be any type of modification or drilling that's gonna go

onto your truck, but we'll talk about that later and I'm gonna be giving these a very

easy one out of three wrenches in the difficulty meter and about an hour and a half to get

these onto your truck.

So running a set of fender flares doesn't necessarily mean that you need to have a leveled

or a lifted truck, but in the event that you're gonna be adding a lift kit down the road,

these are gonna make your truck look that much more aggressive.

So not only you gonna be toughening up the looks and size of your truck, but you're gonna

be protecting it from anything that you may come across, be it on or off-road, and they're

sure to eat up a ton of mud or rocks or anything else that you're gonna be putting your truck

through.

So taking a look at the construction and materials of the Barricade Fender Flares that I have

with me today, these are gonna be comprised of a very tough but durable ABS plastic material,

which is gonna be sure to take a beating as well as being the ideal type of material if

you're looking to run your truck off-road.

So this material that I have here in front of me is gonna be a smooth matte black finish,

but in the event that you wanna have these painted to give your truck a little bit more

of a custom look, you can absolutely do so.

As well, is if you're looking for a textured finish, we do have these on site too.

This material is gonna be UV resistant, so you can rest easy knowing that these are not

gonna be fading or warping over time on your F-150.

So last but not least in terms of the looks department, what we're gonna see, you're gonna

have indentations around the flares themselves, which the barricade kit is going to come with

some hardware here for your full [SP] rivets.

Now, this is typically what you're gonna see in terms of most if not all fender flares,

and I think they're a nice little touch.

So taking a quick look at the pricing here.

Typically when you're shopping for a set of fender flares, that added clearance and aggressiveness

will come at a price, and we're gonna see these fall right around 400 bucks.

Now that's typically what you're gonna see a set of fender flares run for, but if you

take a look on the website, you're gonna see that we do have some less expensive options

as well as some that are gonna tip the scales that easily over $500 to $600.

So diving into the installation here, just like I had said in the beginning of the video,

you're gonna be looking at a very easy one out three wrenches and about an hour and a

half to get these onto your truck.

So one of the greatest aspects about these fender flares, just like most if not all of

them, is that they're gonna install without any type of drilling, cutting or modification

to your F-150.

Barricade's gonna provide you all the hardware necessary to get these onto your truck in

a heartbeat.

So to get a closer look at the installation, before these even hit your truck, what you

gonna wanna do is take some of the supplied weatherstripping and hardware from Barricade,

and then simply wrap this around the underside of the trim and then assemble your rivets

into the indentations right here.

So after this, you gonna wanna take your fender flares over to the truck and then remove the

factory trim if equipped, as well as the hardware putting it on.

After that it's easy as essentially using the provided hardware to throw these back

onto your truck, and again, I'm giving these a very easy one out of three wrenches in the

difficulty meter and about an hour and a half to get these onto your truck.

So just to wrap things up here, some final thoughts, I definitely like this option just

based on the fact that you're gonna be making your truck look that much more aggressive,

but down the road if you're gonna be throwing a small leveling kit or even a lift kit at

it, you're just gonna be making it look that much more angry.

everything and every thought and every action more and more connecting yourself

back see yourself so the bonds are the ways

that we think I'd like you to imagine a ladder and this ladder has ten rungs on

it from the floor all the way up to the top of the ladder and at the top of the

ladder is the highest rung and at the top of the ladder is other words this is

my desire and it's aligned with spirit again this is my desire and it's aligned

with spirit so what is your desire my desire is to eat with spirit so what is

your desire my desire is to manifest abundance into my life perfectly aligned

we came from an abundant source my desire is to feel a sense of well-being

in my body at all times perfectly aligned my desire is to have

divine spiritual relationships in my life my desire is to get the job that I

am working towards getting my desire is to live in a place where I feel most

peaceful and most loving my desire is and these whatever it is it doesn't make

any difference it's the tenth rung the highest rung it is your spirit aligned

aligned with your desire all right so here it is it's right up here now you

have to ask yourself the question what is it that I offer up to this tenth rung

desire all right a tenth rung has to have in order for it to manifest and

show up in your life it has to have thoughts feelings and behaviors that

match up to that and if they don't match up you get out of harmony see thoughts

are energy like everything in the universe its energy Einstein said that

nothing happens until something moved we have has an energy component to it we

can measure our thoughts and how they impact us whether they strengthen us or

weaken us at any time in our life all right so there's a wonderful book

written about this and it's called askin it is get read frequently and the great

teachings I think among the greater teachings on the planet today in fact I

wrote the foreword to it it's something that I very strongly embrace and they

talk in there about how to manifest your desires and the mistake that most of us

make is that we attract what we don't want because our thoughts are on what we

don't want or we continue to attract what's missing in our life we're not at

number 10 we're about number three and what are some of these on these lower

rungs it probably won't happen it's very difficult these kinds of things have

never happened for me before I don't have this kind of luck we've got the

wrong people in the white house the economy is bad I I don't have the

ability to make it happen I don't really believe it's possible she said well of

course who wouldn't want to be rich we all want to have abundance in our life

of course that I said so let me see if I understand this you want to attract

being rich into your life and your thought about it is that it'll never

happen so what do you think you're going to attract you're going to attract it'll

never happen and that's very simple little example it's an innocuous example

she was a very bright and intelligent lady it wasn't about that it's about

what kind of energies we have within ourselves that we offer to what our

desires that are aligned with spirit in order for them to manifest and every

thought on a foot if you have a second long thought that it probably won't

happen it's not likely it's never happened before just not the way it

works for me always been missing as long as you think like that and you're in a

universe that operates on this law of attraction you will continue to attract
