What's most impressive for me is the change I can see

when somebody I get up from the massage table after getting their Bars run,

it's so much easier, so much lighter.

It will give you a sense of peace with your body,

it will give you a possibility to be the invitation

for everything that you are asking for.

It can change your your relationship to your body,

your relationship to your money, your relationship to your friends.

Minimal bathroom Decor and Organization - Bathroom Makeover - Duration: 4:00.

In this video I'm showing you how I made a couple more organization pieces for

the bathroom. For this DIY you'll need some screws, a toilet roll holder, a

wooden block or shelf, and this metal piping assembly. If you want to know how

to make that you can watch my previous video. So I started off by attaching the

pipe assembly into the wall, and then next I grabbed this pipe strap - I

had two of them - and I use them to attach the wood to the pipe. It's easier to

pre-drill some holes into the wooden block before you attach the straps, just

to make sure that everything is symmetrical, and then once you're ready

to attach the straps it will be easier to screw them in. At this point I ran

into a little trouble. I was getting ready to assemble the toilet roll holder

and then I came to find out that this actually wasn't a toilet roll holder; It

was a towel ring. Yeah there was just no way to get toilet paper through that

plastic ring, so I went back to Home Depot and I got the right thing that I

needed. But then the wooden block was too narrow for me to hang toilet roll on it.

So what I ended up doing was just taking the whole thing off and attaching it to

the wall. I was kind of sad I had to ditch my

initial design but this worked out just as good.

As for the shelf on top this is where you guys come in. I can either add some

cute little writing so that people know it's a space to place their phone while

they're using the restroom, or I can use it as some extra storage space for extra

toilet paper because you never know when you're gonna need it! :D So let me know down

in the comment section down below what idea you think is better. This next DIY

is super simple but it is the reasoning behind me putting a ladder over my

toilet. So for this one all you'll need is a metal basket awesome sorts, some

spray paint, and metal hooks. So to start off I first primed the metal basket and

then I spray-painted it copper. Priming is definitely an important step when you're

spray-painting, because it gives your product a better finish and it makes the

color more vibrant. I was initially going to use three hooks, but only needed two.

I screwed them into the top step of the ladder. Then after that I grabbed

some copper paint and I painted the hooks. It's probably a better idea to

paint these before you screw them on. Once those were nice and dry all I had

to do was hang the basket on, and that was it!I added a cute little plant and

some toilet paper in there to fill up the space, and this is the final look. I
