How to Work Smarter Not Harder in Your Business | Create Passive Income 2018 - Duration: 4:32.
How to work smarter not harder and I know you've heard that saying before how
you can leverage your income what is leveraged income the leverage income is
when you create something once and then you get paid for it over and over and
over again when you write a book you write the book once and then you get
paid for it over and over and over again think about what could you do to
leverage your income different types of leverage in creating a podcast and
getting paid for sponsorship creating a self-study course so it first starts by
creating something that you don't that you create once and that you can sell
many times over and that doesn't require your time and energy though brew
programs are leveraging your income in a way because you're creating the program
group programs still require you to be there consistently so we're talking
about ones that you wouldn't need to put any more time into once it's done
selling content selling training selling workshop selling self-study courses
selling products selling done-for-you swipe files and the point of all of this
is that in order to create some freedom you can't always be attached to the
service that you're providing you can create a program or a horse or a
workshop can be present for it when you create it but then afterwards it's just
the recording or it's just the slides or the audio or the actual content the
workbooks it doesn't mean that it's any less valuable if you create it once and
then sell it many times over they're still getting the content in it's an
incredible way to make a bigger impact because not everyone is going to be able
to afford your higher end services and maybe you can create a product or
program that gets them to that next stage what types of ways have you
considered leveraging your time and income these are the typical mistakes
that I see people making when they go off to create some leveraged income make
sure that you are actually creating something that people want I see this
all the time where people are creating something that
nobody wants when somebody writes a book they have to put in a lot of time and
energy to write that book so if they find out after
they put in the time and energy to write the book and publish the book that it
edited and then advertise and promote about it and they find out at the end oh
shit no one wants to read this book that's pretty bad you see this with
movies all the time right you want to make sure before anything before you put
in the time and energy that you've done the research that you've made sure that
people actually want this course what is the best way to do that best way to make
sure that people actually want what you're offering is one to do the
research number one but two is to create a course workshop book around something
that you use with your clients currently if you've never used it to help your
clients don't create it and then make sure that it's something thing you've
used in the past or something that has worked for your client also is a time
saver if you're taking it from stuff that you already have so I made my
making money training through stuff that I was already using so I took a small
piece of that to make it into a trip wire to make it into a self-study course
to make the membership area and all of the content so it saves you time plus
it's already something you know is gonna be helpful for people considering the
price people want to create membership areas membership site membership
programs or self-study programs but they don't consider the price of what they're
selling it how many they're gonna sell and then what it costs to run it when
you put out a book it costs money to advertise it when you promote a course
it costs money to advertise it customer service cost money the systems to
actually house it cost money so you do have to take into consideration what is
it costing you to put it out there how much are your Facebook Ads costing or
how much are your Google Ads costing in order to get it in front of people how
much you're selling it for versus how much you're making and how much it's
costing have a system that promotes and sells it if you create something you're
not getting the word out if you're not selling it what was the point people are
not just gonna know about it it's the same way people don't know about your
services unless you actually tell them unless you actually promote them unless
you actually sell them the last mistake that I see people do they don't actually
promote them and they don't have a system that sells them consider adding
in leveraged income into your business plan and think about what you can
provide to other people to help them in way that doesn't require your time

Are You On Board? - Accessible Sport Programs - Duration: 2:28.
♪♪♪♪
No two disabilities are the same and the same disability affects people differently.
That's why it is so important that leaders in sport understand the barriers and constraints,
as well as motivators, that people with disability face so that we can increase participation.
A great tool for ensuring programs and facilities are accessible to as many people as possible,
regardless of their age, level of ability cultural background or any other factor
that may affect participation, is Universal Design.
Let's take a closer look.
There are seven key principles to Universal Design.
Let's look at how each principle can be applied to sport activities.
Equitable.
Make the design of the program appealing to all users.
Flexibility.
Provide adaptability to the participant's pace.
Simple and intuitive.
Accommodate a wide range of literacy and language skills.
Perceptible information.
Ensure that necessary information is communicated effectively.
regardless of the user's sensory abilities by using various modes such as pictures, sounds and touch.
Tolerance for error.
Provide warnings and arrange elements to minimize hazards and errors.
Low physical effort.
Allow for activity to be completed comfortably and within minimum fatigue.
Size and space.
Provide appropriate size and space for approach, reach, manipulation and use.
Applying Universal Design thinking to your sport will make it more accessible, and allow everyone to participate.
I'm on board for change – are you?

How to Meditate | Self Love | Juhi Arora - Duration: 3:15.
Hey, you guys! My name is Juhi Arora Welcome to my channel
A lot of people suggest us to meditate every single day
To get that inner peace,
to sleep better, to invoke your creativity
or simply to discover yourself
But it does raises a few questions like
How to Meditate?
What to Meditate on?
How do we sit for so long doing absolutely nothing?
Or even, for how long should I Meditate?
Let me just break it down for you.
Being a beginner, let's not get into the technicality of
'What is Meditation?'
Instead, let's focus on some practical knowledge
So that you will at least be able to do something
okay?
So a lot of people have this common belief, that to meditate you need a certain object
Or you need a picture of OM
Or a candle light
But, guess what?
Let me just
burst this bubble for you
All right?
You can meditate on absolutely
ANYTHING
Be it a subtle object
Or something gross
You can meditate on your breath
or the Universe
Whatever makes you happy or in-connect with
THAT is your thing
Anything that brings
one-pointedness to you
You can meditate on that!
So if painting makes you happy or
Brings one-pointedness to your thoughts,
Then guess what?
That is your thing
So now you know the vastness of the objects that are available at your disposal
When it comes to, 'How to Meditate?'
Let me just give you an example of how to meditate on your breath because
it's easily accessible, you have it all the time
and you don't really need a special setting
To meditate on your breath, right?
That is the only object that you need
So all you have to do is bring all your attention and focus on your breath
Coming in and going out
Draw all your attention towards your nostril and just focus or rather follow your breath
And that is meditation for you
All right? At any given point if you think that your thoughts are running wild
Don't panic, just bring your thoughts back and engage it towards your breath
And that is it!
Keep practicing it and slowly you'll start getting the hang of it
And to answer the question of 'How to sit for so long?'
Then, I just have one simple answer to this
We all enjoy the company of our loved ones and friends
But
What about your own company?
YOU ARE MUCH MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE
Spend more time with yourself. It's high time that you do that
Start getting used to your own company, let the self-love overflow, because
All you have is YOU
Then why not get used to it, love it, and get comfortable with it?
Every now and then, enjoy your own company
Even if it's
Just for 10 minutes
and see the difference and happiness that it brings to your life
