Waching daily Jan 31 2018

what's up fambam and welcome back to another episode of Trilla's toons what's

up everybody so I'm back with another episode of trellis tunes and if you guys

don't know if you've never seen a series before this is where I show you guys my

favorite all-time music I listen to so many different genres as you're gonna

see today's trailer Stan's is specifically house but you can look back

on the other episodes there's gonna be tons more episodes to come this is just

music that I love that I hope I can share with you guys and it will get you

inspired either in your life in your fitness journey for me personally it's

fitness like I say like without music it's not happening right music allows me

to achieve things that without it I couldn't achieve it allows me to push

past barriers you know hit PRS for example I listen to this playlist today

in the gym and I just felt so good also happy I was like so incredibly motivated

I was just wracking on the weights like no man's business so for that reason I

like to share with you guys so just some like quick housekeeping points I guess

before I jump into the songs unfortunately and this is like so

depressing because I used to make these episodes and just not Google to

copyright policies on any of the songs cuz didn't realize um and I got away

with it as in like they whoever owns the songs that I'm about to play they have

the option to either block my video in the entire world or monetize it so they

make all the revenue from the videos and so unfortunately like a load of the

songs that I love like might eat my favorite freakin song on today's episode

is has the policy that it's blocked worldwide if I play it which like really

made me so sad because it's the hypest song on the freakin entire video they're

all incredible songs but so for that reason I'm really sorry but I'm gonna

have to play like a remix of it okay and obviously the remix isn't as good as the

real thing so I highly encourage you I'm just gonna put the normal title of the

song down you know I normally list what song is being

played and so I encourage you guys to go and actually listen to the original song

because it's like a million times better so without further ado so yeah sorry

this is house music this week which means none of that radio pop crap this

is like popper house music so let's get crackin with the first song let's just

go here really quickly okay so first song is boom tang bike

itis and moji as you guys are gonna see a progressive house like builds up

slowly so I just gotta kind of hop in at a random place in a song and play it but

let's go

so yeah this is a head house that I don't know you feel like hearin an IV

thumb or someplace like that I don't know I've never been but this song I

heard in the gym the other day I can't believe I shouldn't play this song um

game over this is what inspired me to make this entire house episode this is

called one is now by Patric topping oh my gosh you guys sorry I can't really

lip-sync to these songs like in some of the other episodes but I can jam out and

I will okay we're gonna have to pass

so I feel like in Ibiza if I had ever been there I've been to some like things

similar I feel like you know like I like inventing scenarios with these songs

like you're just there in the crowd and everyone's chillin and you're waiting

for the beat drop and then it just drops that beat which is kind of like it

wasn't like a heavy drop it was like one of those light lives like done doesn't

it and then like fireworks no not fireworks like the confetti that

everything explodes it's like an L whirl have you guys seen videos of L grow

that's what I feel like what happened with that song

okay next song is shaped that by dancin which is like old-school amazing song

unfortunately dancin why do you do this to me I have to go in my laptop you guys

just because um yeah they've blocked the song worldwide so I can't use their

original song which frickin sucks the original song is incredible like go

listen to original song but I'm gonna play a mix of it which is like you're

gonna get the gist of the original songs so Lego

okay unfortunately like that's an okay remix but the original song tops it by

four million the next song again I'm so depressed this is one of my in like

favorites on the whole world I found this like years and years ago and then I

just recently came across it today like what luck is that and I mean this one

was on repeat for me in the gym earlier and Nick Curley why do you do this

he's like blocked the video if I use his song so we're gonna tell your remix 100%

recommend please listen to the original is life-changing it will change your

life if I could play it right now I would but I can't okay let's go honestly

that was hard to get down to cuz it's just not the same as the original it's

nowhere close so moving on is the next song is leave

the world behind by acts well you know like I like to make these little visual

representations of a song sometimes so I want you guys to imagine like you like

lost everything like your house burned down

you've like lost your girlfriend your dog you got fired from your job like you

only have one last paycheck like your dog just paid you in final write your

last paycheck so you have like just this last bit of money like your whole life

has just gone literally down the toilet and I want to imagine you go like type

ether or something and it was like in a sea of people okay and you're just like

screw it like I'm gonna blow all my money I'm not like this is just

imagination people like I would never do that like just imagine like blow all

your money when the beat drops okay like and then you're gonna look at the

sickest time like your life has been so shit before this point and then you just

get here I'm free right everything's okay got you

got to hear the song to like kind of feel what I'm talking about here all

right let's go we're gonna just skip ahead

so you guys get an idea of like that visualization so the last song right the

last song this video is like getting longer even though I cut down the songs

to six songs this is called 50k watts by Salar doe Jun absolute tune heard this

in the gym earlier we'll play it in the gym game over

forget about it the weights were just there like please don't put any more

weight on we can't take it 50,000 watts of power that's the main

lyric 50,000 watts of power

so that is it that is all six songs I hope you guys like this video as always

leave your favorite motivational working out or just like song that gets you

inspired to live life and jam out dance songs dance around in your underwear

dance around the middle street whatever you know turtlenecks about is finding

good stuff to bring good vibes to your life so I guess that's it go ahead and

I'll see you guys the next video

Creative Time Management Tips To Reduce Stress - Duration: 3:58.

if you want to discover creative time management tips to reduce stress stay

tuned that's coming right up

hey guys, Nanonium here welcome back to the

channel and if you want to not only learn but apply the learned

information be sure to subscribe and hit that notification bell so you don't miss

anything alright so time management, it can be a tough issue to handle so I came

up with three general tips that can help you out. Let's get started! Number

one, block out time for general tasks what I mean by this is let's say you

are a student you want to obviously know when you have your classes but you

also want to have a general idea of when to do homework, so let's just say you get out

at 3:00 p.m. Now obviously that's general time but then you got homework

and so maybe you have extra curricular activities after school you have other

plans maybe you're visiting someone, you're hanging out with somebody

whatever it may be you want have a general idea let's say for homework when

to do it so let's say your plan is to do homework from a five to six pm that's a

general idea of when to do it as you know you're free then and then maybe

let's say you have another free gap of time between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. and so

you want to obviously have a general idea of when you're gonna be performing

certain tasks so you know just have no time for them or are not even prepared

to do them. Number two, plan ahead and what I mean by this is don't just think short

term also think long term so for example maybe you are someone who likes to plan

their week out and so instead of planning just the next day if maybe that

doesn't work or sometimes it could be a hassle just to do it

every day maybe think of planning a whole week ahead and the reason you

should do this is because this allows for you to plan ahead on certain things

and so you have a general idea that they're coming up and it's not just like

the night before you're planning ahead, obviously with things like homework you

can't really predict it but let's say you have a general essay that's due

after a week you want to plan ahead to have time to do that essay it's just

generally make sure you're on top of everything. Number three have backup

plans so what I mean by this is you want to have a back-up plan for if your times

don't work out and again I'm going to use the example of a high school student

let's say you are free four to five and then you're free again

six to seven so let's just say you plan to do your homework four to five but

something happens something prevents you from doing it so you want to have a

back-up plan to do it six to seven so that you are able to have a back-up plan

so you're not just like oh no I have no time to do this homework at all and it

really can help you in the long run but I can also direct you to another video in

the card if you're a college student be sure to check it out it can help you on

your college tips and how to time manage in that way, but with that being said I will

see you guys in the next video, later!

Tuning the Ukulele is pretty easy - Duration: 2:53.

Today I want to teach you how to tune your ukulele and I'm going to tell you a

little bit about the chords. Welcome back to the Baton Rouge Youtube channel. Today

I'm going to teach you how to tune the ukulele. If you want to play with others

or if you want to play tunes that you play along on a record for, I think you

should tune the correct way and that means that you hit just the exact pitch

that you need, in order to be in tune with the other instruments. You know I

love hiking with my ukulele and in that moment I really don't care if I am

playing with the exact right pitch. You know unless I play with a band or other

people I sometimes just tune it by ear, by what I hear and I know that the basic

chord of every ukulele is a major 6 chord. I'm gonna teach you how to tune

the ukulele just by ear in case you don't need the exact pitch. You go from

what a major 6 chord sounds like and I always start with the second string in

that case it's a C-

That's a major chord and now I add the 6. That's an A. So I have C - E - G - A. It

doesn't really matter if you're hiking or if you're away from other instruments

and other musicians, you just memorize this and then you just tune it the way

your ear tells you and that's one, three, five, six. So I hope that helps you. Do

you want to add anything? Yes if you want to play along with the songs

on the radio, or on CD and you know already how guitars work, you can just

think of guitar chords and then put a capo on in the fifth fret. Those

chords are the same as on the ukulele. So if you think

guitar chords with the capo in the fifth fret you get the ukulele chords like

this. Yeah so he already gave away that if you know how to play the guitar that

you don't have a hard job finding your chords. And that's what we're going to

talk about in the next session. We want to teach you some of the chords.

How can I say this without taking over

How can I put it down into words

When it's almost too much for my soul alone

I loved and I loved and I lost you

I loved and I loved and I lost you

I loved and I loved and I lost you

I loved and I loved and I lost you

I loved and I loved and I lost you

And it hurts like hell

Yeah it hurts like hell

Come wrestle me free

Clean from the war

Your heart fits like a key

Into the lock on the wall

I turn it over, I turn it over

But I can't escape

I turn it over, I turn it over

I loved and I loved and I lost you

6 Side Effects Of Chia Seeds You Should Heed - Duration: 8:26.

6 Side Effects Of Chia Seeds You Should Heed

6 Side Effects Of Chia Seeds.

Can Cause Constipation Or Diarrhea.

Chia seeds are very high in fiber content – at nearly 11 gm per ounce serving, it takes care of a sizable chunk of the American Dietetic Association's recommended fiber intake of 38 g for men and 25 g for women for the day.

Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup water overnight.

Or grind them and use in smoothies.

But a high-fiber diet doesn't work for every body type.

Too much fiber in one go can lead to flatulence, constipation, and diarrhea.

It's a good idea to eat chia seeds with a lot of water or soak them first.

Soaking makes it easier to digest them.

It also offers the added benefit of releasing all the nutrients stored inside.2.

Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup water overnight.

Or grind them and use in smoothies.

Can Make You Choke.

Chia seeds have gained notoriety as a choking hazard.

As one Time magazine report highlighted, incorrect consumption can lead to complications.3 When you don't presoak your chia seeds or eat them without roasting, you run the risk of gagging or choking on them.

You may even end up in the ER as a result.

If you eat chia seeds raw, they can absorb water (about 27 times their dry weight) in your food pipe, grow large, and clog up the food pipe, choking you.

Why? Because the seed when dry and unroasted absorbs as much as 27 times its dry weight in water.

It turns gelatinous and expands hugely, plump with water.

This sticky mass can get stuck in your esophagus, making you choke.4 Always soak the seeds or roast them.

Can Prevent Blood Clotting.

As they are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, chia seeds can act as natural blood thinners, preventing your blood from clotting.5 If you are already taking blood-thinning medication like warfarin, steer clear of chia.

For the same reason, avoid chia seeds right after a surgery to avoid excessive bleeding.6.

Can Worsen Your Diverticulitis.

People with diverticulitis develop bulging sacs or pockets called diverticula along the lining of the large intestine.

These get inflamed and try to push out through the colon wall, causing pain (usually on the left side of the abdomen), bloating, or diarrhea.

While one cure for diverticular diseases is a high-fiber diet, and chia seeds are high in fiber, you should avoid them when an attack is under way.

8 These tiny seeds often get stuck in the diverticula and inflame them.

Can Set Off An Allergic Reaction.

If you have a seed or nut allergy, you may be allergic to chia seeds too.

Chia seeds have a lot of protein in them and that's bad news if you are allergic to the protein in chia.

A 100 gm serving has about 16.54 gm of protein.9 For those with a nut or seed allergy, chia seeds may be off the table.

Reactions can range from skin rashes and hives to watery eyes, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Also watch out for repetitive coughing, wheezing, difficulty swallowing, and a hoarse throat.

You may also feel dizzy.

As inflammation flares up in the larynx, tongue, and mouth, you could find it difficult to talk and even breathe.10.

If your allergy is more severe, you may go into shock, your pulse may weaken, and your skin may turn pale or blue.

11 Get tested to check anyway.

Can Trigger Prostate Tumors.

The case for and against chia when it comes to prostate cancer isn't closed just yet.

While some research indicates it could decrease the risk of prostate tumor growth, other research contradicts this.

Recent research says chia seeds increase prostate tumor formation.

Don't overindulge.

A 2010 study claimed that the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid did not increase prostate cancer risk and that it even marginally decreased the risk.

But a recent 2013 study indicates that eating foods high in omega-3 fatty acids – like chia seeds which contain alpha-linolenic acid – could trigger the formation of prostate tumors.

This could imply an increased risk of prostate cancer.13.

The jury is still out on this one, but you may want to hold off on binging on chia.

What To Say When You Make a Mistake - Duration: 4:08.

Hi! My name is Jason and I'm an English teacher from Toronto, Canada. Today we're

going to talk about what to say when you make a mistake. This is a rather tricky

topic because sometimes you might make a mistake and instantly respond with

whatever comes to your mind. So, usually your native language whatever

word you use will come to your mind and that's what you might say, but it won't

sound like you're an English speaker if you say something in another language. So,

it's a little bit tricky, but you need to train your mind on what words you can

use when you make a mistake, when you say something wrong or something happens. So,

here are a few ways you can do this. The first one is "oops". Now, 'oops' is the most

common way or the most common word we use whenever we make a mistake. So, maybe,

if you spill your coffee, you can say, 'Oops, I didn't mean to do that'. So, that's

a common one. That's one you should really learn to use as your most common

mistake word, perhaps. Another one you can use is 'oh my god'. So, perhaps, you hear

some shocking news, or, perhaps, you do something stupid

you can say, 'Oh, my god! I can't believe I just did that!' This would be very common

for some people to use. There are two mistake words that are maybe more common

amongst older people, and you'll hear them a lot. And maybe you want to use

them, maybe, you don't, but a word like 'whoopsie Daisy' or 'gosh' - these are two

common words, when you make mistakes as well. But this is more for older people.

Sometimes the mistake you make might be something that's really bad it affects

you in a bad way. So, for example, maybe you have a

report that you spent all day writing and you spill your coffee on it. And

that's very bad news. So, you might say, 'Darn it! I can't believe I just did that'.

So, darn it/damn it is a good mistake word when the mistake has negative consequences.

Sometimes your mistake might affect other people at a negative way, so in

these cases you want to make sure that you acknowledge that you made a mistake,

and it's nobody's fault but your own. So, sometimes we say 'my bad' or 'my fault'.

These are good mistake words when you do something where someone might get angry

at you. So, you really acknowledge that you made the mistake. Another word that's

great if you make a mistake that affects other people, you could say 'sorry'. So,

'sorry' right away acknowledges that something was your fault, and it's your

mistake, and it's a good word for when you make mistakes. So, to try to remember

all of these again from the top. They are: oops,

gosh, whoopsie Daisy, darn it (damn it), my bad, my fault and sorry. But I recommend, I

strongly recommend that you start with 'oops'

because this is really a very standard mistake word in English. And from there

you can try the other ones. Again, a general rule is try to learn as many of

these words as you can to help make you sound more natural. So, if you have a

wider vocabulary, you know more words, you use the more frequently, you really do

sound like a native speaker. That's it from me for today. Please, don't forget to

subscribe to the link below. And I will see you next time.

Why Positive Thinking is Key (It's Not What You Think) - Duration: 1:46.

One of our core values in our company is

Think and talk positive.

This does not mean that you cannot call bad things bad.

This does not mean you cannot  put your finger into a wound and say

"This went really really shit, bad, I hate it"

Of course

We do not to, you know,  want to walk around like hippies

on drugs and be happy all day.  It's not about being happy at all.

Talking positive is taking a step aside

and whatever shit happens, you wanna

take a different angle and look at the perspective

"How did this help us?"

It's reframing a problem,  "What were the learnings out that?"

So if you spend a lot of time and money

and it goes wrong, there is always, always, always something to take away from that.

If you just sit around and complain and bitch about that, then you are doing it wrong.

This is what I'm saying, there is no problems with emotions, there is no problem with fears

all of these things are human and happen.

But, we strive, we target

to find something to take away and let me tell you

whatever bad things happen to me, including being sued in court in Germany,

You know what the good thing about that is?

I can now say that my product was tested in court.

How great is that?

Because I won, OK? And if I had not have won I would probably have another take away.

This is food for thought.

This is what think and talk positive means.

It's not about always just smiling around (hee hee hee)

everything is fine because then usually it is not.

OK? So that is some important  context here for you to understand.
