minute. Leave it to cool down and densify a bit more. After that keep stirring until

butter and ¼ cup of coconut oil in a pan. After that, heat it up on medium heat in order
for it to melt. After it melts entirely, take it away from the heat and add two tablespoons
of vegetable glycerin. Beat the mixture until it gets creamy. After it cools down, transfer
it in a glass container and seal it. Apply the solution on the diaper area till the diaper
rash disappears.

pick up the truck and take it to the dealership. They'll call us, tell us it
was a warranty issue, and then they will take it to the dealership for the
warranty work to be done on it. So it's a one-stop shop, as in, we don't have to sit
there and just constantly ... "Okay, well what is this ... now we got to take to this guy"

and I wanna welcome you to this channel and another Two-Minute Devotion. And today
we're gonna be talking about prayer. Wouldn't you love to just have a better
prayer life? I know I would. I mean there have been times doing quite literally,
I have fallen asleep during my own prayers, so I certainly need some help. So that's
what we're gonna talk about ... and I'm gonna give you one tip that will improve
your prayer life today! Roll that bumper
Okay, so some people have written in and said that I'm not sticking to the two
minutes, so today I'm gonna be very strict. So let's put two minutes on the
clock and let's get straight into it. So according to the Bible, if you're a
follower of God then you're supposed to pray from the moment the sun comes up
until it goes down again. From the moment the sun rises until it goes down ...
Everything that the sun touches. I mean you're supposed to pray wherever you are,
all day, every day, without ceasing. I mean do you even come close to that? I mean if
I was to add up all of the little prayers I say throughout the day like:
"God please help me get that carpark." "God I pray that my sports team wins."
"God I pray that my girls have done the dishes." It would probably add up to maybe, like,
45 minutes ... if I was lucky. But one of the first followers of Jesus, named Paul, told
us to play every ... Play? Not play. We're not playing. This is not playing. This is praying.
It's close, but it's praying not playing. But one of the first followers
of Jesus, named Paul, told us that we should be joyful always, and to never stop praying.
Which was easy for him to say considering he grew up in a culture
that had established a list of very short prayers or blessings called
"Berakhah." Now, these berakhah prayers could be
recited throughout the day, so they had one for just about every moment of every day.
As soon as you woke up, there was a blessing you would say. As soon as your
feet touched the floor, there was a blessing you would pray. When you started
eating breakfast, when you put your shoes on, when you went outside for the first time,
when you saw a tree, when you saw a cloud, when you saw the sun rising there
was a blessing for just about everything! They even had a blessing for when you
went to the bathroom. Which makes a lot of sense because if you've ever had a
time when you weren't able to go to the bathroom, I guarantee you you were praying for something.
Now this all may seem a little bit legalistic to you, but
it helped them to pray all day without ceasing. So I wonder, what would your week
look like if you recited just this one berakhah prayer every morning:
"I am grateful to you, God of the universe, for this new day. May your love
and compassion be reflected in everything I do."
I'd be willing to bet that if you prayed that every single day for a week, you would be a lot more
focused on God. So that brings us to the question of the day:

One of my favorite marketing-and-trademark conversations has always been about what happens
when a brand becomes generic.Xerox. Kleenex, TIVO, Band-Aid.
What about the rare case where a genericized product actually gets improved upon? Are Nexcare
Band-Aids (uggh ... see what I did there?) still "Band-Aids" if they're better than
Band-Aids? Let's talk about Building a Better Band-Aid.
You may have stopped for a beat on that last phrase "building a better Band-Aid" is more
often expressed in a non-branded way, as "building a better mousetrap". You know ... when it's
a conversation about improved products with generic uses rather than improved-upon generic
trademarks.
Despite my fascination with genericized brands, the closest I've ever come to discussing the
topic here was this story. Change in the music and video entertainment business has come
up here more than a few times. There are similarities; most people don't give a lot of thought to
"where they bought got their music". They just have it. Band-Aids are in the medicine
cabinet, music is on their iPod phone.
This weekend I discovered Nexcare Band-Aids bandages in my medicine cabinet.
I imagine I've seen Nexcare bandages in a store, although I don't remember it. To me,
Band-Aids always were actually Band-Aid brand, despite the genericization of the Band-Aid
brand. So I bought Band-Aids, or generic store brands. I've also noticed decorated Ninja
Turtles, Hello Kitty, and other imprinted bandagaes—and once again, saw them simply
as Band-Aids. But these Nexcare bandages ... I was actually shocked to find them in my home.
Then I read the box. Nexcare claims to be waterprrof—or at least better at being waterproof.
So I asked my partner about them, and she told me she'd bought them because they were
all she saw the day she needed Band-Aids.
And then she told me she's also noticed the water-proof claim that Nexcare trumpets.
Then she confirmed that Nexcare Band-Aids are in fact pretty darned waterproof.
And she's a professional chef. She's always got knife cuts on her fingers, so I believe
her. Nexcare would seem to actually be a better Band-Aid.
Building a Better Band-Aid The question is, what happens after you're
done building a better Band-Aid?
If you turn the question back to the more-commonly-stated "mousetrap", the answer is ... well, I'm not
sure. People have built better mousetraps if you believe that trapping a mouse and starving
it to death is better than breaking its spine in a spring-loaded trap. And while I have
only limited experience in the area I believe that people I know who seem to trap mice
prefer those "humane" traps. But I couldn't name any brand of mousetrap and I'll bet you
can't either.
The Nexcare-is-a-better-BandAid-than BandAid issue is different. Assuming both brands of
Band-Aids are available at your pharmacy or supermarket, you'd probably need to know that
Nexcare bandage are "better" before you selected them over Band-Aid brand bandages.
So who'd be nuts enough to try and usurp Band-Aids by building a better Band-Aid? I can think
of only two scenarios where it makes sense.
First, if you're the size of 3M and want to throw a few zillion dollars at building a
better Band-Aid you may fail, but it won't matter.
Second, if something happens that renders you able to cross your target audience's field
of vision first you have a shot. But we're talking about usurping an established,
even genericized brand. How can you possibly be first?
Create a new category Easier said than done, I know. But do-able.
We've created new product and service categories for clients ... and ourselves. And you can
too, if you're open to the idea of real business change.

with another woman I'm like oh she's gay they're lesbians and it's not always the case

Hello internet and welcome to everWonder.
Often mentioned but never really explained here, the Coriolis Effect finally gets its
own video.
This effect is not really a force, but rather a motion relative to a rotating frame of reference.
Okay.
What does that mean?
Don't worry, it is not that hard.
Even if this is my second attempt at a script.
So, I'll make it an easier explanation this time around.
Let's look at the earth from above the equator.
The planet rotates once a day, but, depending on where you are, you need to travel a longer
distance at the given time.
This means that the nearer you get to the equator, the faster you have to move with
the rotation.
I will indicate that with these arrows.
So far, there is no Coriolis Effect, even if we rotate the earth.
For that to occur, we need to travel along with the objects on the poles towards the
equator.
Since these objects are slower than the rest, they will start falling behind.
On the other hand – if we move the objects from the equator towards the poles, those
are much faster and take the lead.
You can see that the northern hemisphere deflects to the right, while the southern hemisphere
deflects to the left.
This results in a counterclockwise rotation in the north and a clockwise rotation in the
south.
Pretty easy so far… but what about those arrows?
I didn't explain them at all.

I just wanted to get the basic north-south direction out of the way.
Let's start with east-west and the centripetal acceleration.
But one step at a time.
First, let's look at the earth from above the pole.
In this case, the south pole.
Additionally, I'll draw some latitude lines.
On each of those, an object needs a certain speed for one rotation.
At the poles, that speed is 0, and just to keep things simple, each line increases the
speed by, let's say, 1.
Now the centripetal acceleration.
This is the velocity needed to keep a moving object within a certain radius.
Just think of a chain carousel or a stone on a string.
Let's overlay the chain carousel with the southern hemisphere.
Once we increase the velocity, we move towards the equator, and if we slow down, we drop
back to the pole.
I think it's easier to visualize it that way.
So, if we move together with the rotation of the earth, we will increase our total velocity
and drift towards the equator.
But once we start moving west, we will slow down and move towards the pole.
And there we have it again.
In the southern hemisphere, we deflect to the left resulting in a clockwise rotation
while the northern hemisphere deflects to the right.
Of course with a counterclockwise rotation.
