Actor Mark Salling, best known for his role as Noah "Puck" Puckerman on Fox's musical
comedy-drama "Glee," has died, according to his attorney.
He was 35.
"I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning," attorney Michael Proctor
said in a statement to CNN.
"Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best
to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgment."
Los Angeles Police tell CNN they were called to investigate a report of a death in a wooded
area near Tujunga at 8:50 am local time on Tuesday morning but could not confirm any
further information.
Salling was indicted in May 2016 on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.
He pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent
minor and was scheduled for sentencing March 7.
As part of a plea agreement, Salling was expected to be sentenced to four years to seven years
in federal prison, followed by a 20-year period of supervised release and registration as
a sex offender.
'Glee' years "Glee," created by Ryan Murphy, ran on Fox
from 2009-15.
Salling came into the show with few other television or film credits to his name.
The overnight success of the high school-set musical series turned much of the original
cast into overnight sensations.
The original cast included Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Cory Monteith.
Montieth died of an overdose in 2013.
Salling was a regular on "Glee" for the first four seasons.
He was a recurring cast member during the last two seasons, as characters began to age
out of storylines.
"It's a painful loss, again," director Paris Barclay, who worked on "Glee," wrote on Twitter,
accompanied by a picture of himself with Monteith and Salling.
"Two young actors, lost too soon.
RIP #marksalling."
Salling is survived by his mother and father, and his brother.
"The Salling family appreciates the support they have been receiving and asks for their
privacy to be respected," Proctor added.

assignment, they sent me an email with all the words I had written bragging
about how I never missed a deadline. Oh, I ate those words; it was embarrassing. The
really sad thing about that was I had finished the assignment on time, and I
just forgot to email it. But it doesn't matter, right? And I screwed up; I'll be
the first to admit that. I screwed up. I missed out on future business, and it
caused the other person to think worse of me... to give me a worse reputation then
perhaps I deserved, when you add everything together that
I've ever done. Unfair? Not really. I bragged, and then later I was proven to
be wrong... by myself - my own neglect - so I ate my words, and it was embarrassing. So
how do you use eat your words? It's pretty simple; you just warn somebody
that if they're wrong, they will eat their words. And I gave three examples
above. What were they? First one was: "be careful what you say. You may eat your
words later." Right? That's a warning. Or: "Don't make promises you can't keep.
You may have to eat those words." Or: "I'll make you eat those words." That's when
somebody tells you something like. "You're a loser, and you'll never make it." And
then you work really hard, because you want to prove them wrong. you might say,
"I'll make you eat those words." Hopefully, nobody in your life is telling
you such horrible things. If they are, you may just want to... not spend so much time
with them, right? Leave them out of your future invitations.
Don't let people talk to you that way. Anyway, that is how you use 'eat your

Communication is vital in any relationship and social interaction.

everyone and welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm going to talk about
products that I regret buying and if you're new to my channel please make

thing that I want to talk about is by uh nostalgia of Beverly Hills I'm a huge
fan of the brand but one thing that I tried and I do not like and I never use
is the cream contour kit this one is in fair and that is what it looks like as
you can tell I used it quite a bit I tried to make it work but the colors in
here like the formula it's just so not creamy enough it's just like really hard
to work with and really hard to blend and that's why I don't really love it um
here with this one I try to like put some face oil in it to make it look or
to make it easier to blend it but that just kind of separated the product a
little bit so I don't know I'm not really a fan of this and I definitely
regret buying it because I spend $40 I think on it wouldn't recommend getting
this one because it's just not really worth the money at least not for me if
you love it that's great for you but unfortunately this is a Miss for me then
another contour powder that I got is by benefit it's the hoola bronzer so as you
can see I've used this quite a lot and that was because it was my first bronzer
ever basically so I didn't know any better and it always makes me look like
I have like mud on my face and back then I was just I didn't really care I didn't
know a lot about makeup I was just so excited that
had like a high-end product and I loved it because I spend a lot of money on it
but it's just not working out for my pale skin I know they came out with
hoola light so that might be actually better but I don't use this anymore I
haven't touched it in years because I've correct other products since then and
they just worked so much better the only time I will use this still is for like
eyeshadow and stuff but for the actual like contouring purpose this is a Miss
for me as well I mean it doesn't look like it but I promise it just looks
really muddy when I applied on my cheeks and yeah back then I didn't really care
and I didn't know there's like better stuff out there so yeah maybe I'm gonna
try the hoola light in the future but directly hoola is just not working for
me personally then I have a powder right here which I know so many people love
this powder and probably a lot of people won't understand but a product that I
don't like and I regret buying is the Laura Mercier translucent loose powder
this is just too white I feel like it just leaves a weird white cast
underneath my eyes and it also doesn't really look right in photography and if
I recommend the airspun loose powder if you're looking for a good translucent
loose powder because it's just so much cheaper and it doesn't give like flash
back or anything so that's very great one and this one just didn't do it for
me I spend so much money on it and I just got caught up in that Laura Mercier
hype so everyone was using it back then and I don't know ever since I tried the
air spoon powder I have not touched it and I'm probably never going to again
and I have a highlighter I want to talk about and it's the NYX a wavy what it is
the NYX away week glow a liquid highlighter in moon glow it's so pretty
like in the packaging I was really expecting a lot from it
because I love NICs as a brand they have one of the best drugstore products out
there and yeah so when I tried this I was like really really disappointed
first of all it's like really sheer and when you blend it out it just blends out
into nothing so it's like you haven't applied anything and when I apply it on
my skin it got like really really patchy on my cheeks and all and that's why I
don't really like this I've tried this like one time it was
like a total fail I think I've actually tried it in one of
my tutorials and this is just not for me but just because a product doesn't work
for me doesn't mean that it doesn't work for you and vice versa so we all have
different like skin types and so we we react differently to certain products
and some our skins can handle and some they just can't and this was one that
didn't make it into my favorites and I actually do regret spending the money on
this said I have a mascara and this one this again by benefit
it's the they're real mascara and everyone loves this mascara I feel like
everyone in YouTube Hiva stays and it's just obsessed with it and I'm just like
why I'm just not a fan of this formula it doesn't do anything to my lashes it
just adds a black coat of mascara it's not luminizing them it's not lengthening
them and it just doesn't get them like a nice curl or whatever and this there's
nothing special about this mascara to be honest and I regret spending so much
money on this for something that a drugstore mascara would do like 10 times
better so I don't really know to hype about this mascara also the better than
sex mascara I also don't like I know what it is about benefit products also
have one more product from benefit I really don't mean to like bash the brand
or anything but everything I try out from the brand
I'm just not really into except for two blushes I really love their blushes but
another product from benefit I also don't like is the Dare real push-up
liner I have the one in the brown shape right here this is really really old I
think I've used it once or twice and I just don't really like the consistency
and the product itself it's you like twisted so it it comes up here and it's
like supposed to be a gel liner but in a pen form so I like the concept of it but
it just didn't turn out to be that great to use so I already like it feel like
it's kind of hard to use it's actually really hard to grate like a wing with
this for me and the product is just kind of like breaking all the time and it's
just I don't really know I just don't like this if you love it let me know in
the comments below maybe I'm doing something wrong but I really don't like
this product then something I totally 100% regret buying is this Chanel I quad
this is in two three four Posie and I got that like a few years ago as well I
only have it on display because the product itself is so terrible I don't
know who can deal with those eyeshadows but the quality of them is so bad if
you've tried like makeup geek eyeshadows or Anastacio eyeshadows or even color
pop eyeshadows and you have this as a comparison they just suck they really
suck I mean I spent fifty euros for this and the colors I don't know it's just
not not great I just don't like it and I feel like it's way too overpriced for
what it is and I'm definitely not going to purchase
Chanel eyeshadows anymore in the future like definitely not I pass and
I would recommend you spend your hard-earned money on this because it's
just so not worth it in my opinion the last thing I want to talk about is like
highly cosmetics and it is the lip kit this one here is an expose but honestly
I have six of her lip kits and I never use any of them ever also what really
bothers me is a lip liner formula is great I love it the only thing or the
only issue that I have so that's like the pencil and you can like when you
apply on your lips it just disappears in there somewhere and you can't really
line your lips with it anymore and I don't know what to do because I feel
like that shouldn't happen so that's one of the issues that I have that's not the
case with all of the lip kits that I have but definitely with some of them so
that's one of the reasons why I don't like it otherwise I think the formula of
the lip liners is great but that really shouldn't happen to a product like this
and then with the actual liquid lipsticks I think the shades are all
like kind of cool and I really like them but the formula is really drying on the
lips when I first got them I was again like caught up in a hype and everyone
tried to get a Kylie lip kit and was like really that was all that mattered
and now I've tried so many other formulas this was like in the beginning
when I really started getting a lot into makeup and I thought this was everything
because I didn't know any other liquid lipstick formulas at that time so I was
loving it but it really dried up my lips I thought okay that's maybe how liquid
lipsticks work but now that I've tried different formulas I can tell you that
this is really really drying compared to other brands that I've tried and yeah
that's why I'm probably not gonna purchase any of the lip kits or liquid
lipsticks in the future anymore and also we just can't get Kylie cosmetics here
in Germany anymore so I think that topics over yeah it's not
the worst liquid lipstick formula but I definitely regret spending so much money
on all the lip kits I think one or two colors would have been enough since I
never use any of them so yeah that's it for today's video I really hope you

French police have detained Jonathann Daval in connection with the death of his wife, Alexia.
Daval has admitted to killing his wife, police say.
Daval's attorneys, Ornella Spatafora and Randall Schwerdorffer, say that their client killed his wife accidentally by strangling her.
What could possibly have motivated Daval to kill his wife, as alleged? His attorneys state that the Davals had a troubled marriage, with elevated tensions due to their inability to conceive a child.
Here's what you need to know.
Daval Reported Alexia Missing in October.
Jonathann Daval, a 34-year-old IT worker, informed police that his 29-year-old wife, Alexia, went missing in late October and disappeared.

fr reports that Daval told police that Alexia went jogging in the Haute-Saone area and never came home.
Daval cried during televised press conferences, pleading for anyone with any information as to Alexia's whereabouts to come forward.
He also addressed the crowd during a silent march in Alexia's honor, tearfully pleading for the safe return of his wife.
He was flanked on either side by Alexia's in-laws, who gently comforted him as he emotionally addressed the crowd, in a scene reminiscent of the film "Gone Girl." However, unlike "Gone Girl," Alexia is very much dead.
Daval appeared extremely distraught as he addressed the crowd, and the ensuing search for Alexia captivated France.
When the news broke that Alexia's body had been discovered, the country was devastated and heartbroken.
And no one appeared to be more heartbroken than Jonathann Daval, the bereaved husband.
Alexia's Battered & Burned Body Was Discovered in The Woods Hidden Under Some Tree Branches.
It did not take long for Alexia's remains to be located.
Her body was left in the woods near her home in Gray-la-ville, partially covered by brush.
She was found in close proximity to her regular running route.
Alexia's body was badly burned, but her identity was confirmed through DNA testing. Thelocal.fr reports that Alexia was most likely beaten and strangled.
Then, her body was set on fire in what was believed to be an attempt to destroy forensic evidence.
For several months, there were no leads in the case.
Over the past three months, police interviewed over 200 people.
A press conference is expected to be held to shed some light on what led to Daval's arrest.
Daval Had Scratches & Bite Marks on His Hands.
There were many red flags as far as Daval was concerned.
His hands were covered in scratches and bite marks.
Daval told investigators that he and his wife had an argument earlier in the day when she disappeared, which escalated and became violent.
However, it is far more likely that the scratches and bite marks were defensive wounds.
Daval tried to explain Alexia's wounds to police by stating that the two had had an argument earlier in the day.
He further admitted that their marriage was a troubled and turbulent one, and that the two argued frequently.
It is unknown if there was a history of violence between the Davals, or if the police had ever been called to their home to respond to a domestic disturbance.
In the meantime, more than 10,000 people assembled in a silent march in honor of Alexia.
Her death not only affected her local community, but the entire nation of France as a whole.
Daval's Attorneys State That Their Client 'Accidentally' Killed His Wife.

Daval was initially considered to be a person of interest in the case, but he has now been classified as a suspect by police.
After police searched the Daval residence, Daval was detained on Monday and taken into custody.
It is unknown what evidence, if any, was removed by the authorities.
On Monday, Attorney Schwerdorffer stated that he not spoken with his client since his arrest, stating "the last time that I saw him, he confirmed to me that he was not in any way linked to the murder of his wife.
" Previously, Daval denied any connection to the death of his wife.
However, in an updated statement, Schwerdorffer stated that his client has since admitted to killing his wife, but said that he did so accidentally.
"He said it was an accident and he is sorry," Schwerdorffer told the press.
Schwerdorffer stated that his client strangled his wife, but that he did so accidentally.
However, thelocal.fr states.
While Daval has admitted to killing his wife, he denies setting fire to her corpse.
No other suspects have been arrested in connection with the case, and Daval insisted that he acted alone.
Daval's Attorneys Have Blamed Daval's Actions on Tensions Within The Davals' Marriage.

Daval's attorneys have stated that the Davals argued the day that Alexia went missing, and that their marriage had been tumultuous in recent times.
"Investigators believe Mrs Daval's death may have been the result of a 'marital argument gone wrong.
The couple, who were having difficulties conceiving a child, were 'experiencing strong tensions', sources told French media," the BBC reports.
Attorneys for Daval have even gone so far as to imply that Alexia was to blame for her own death.
"Alexia had an overwhelming personality, so he felt diminished, stifled.
At one point too many words were said, a fit of anger proved too much, and he couldn't control himself," reports Channel News Asia.
