Waching daily Jan 30 2018

Hey everyone Jason Schappert here

of MzeroA.com and this week I'm working with two of our

great team members here at MzeroA.com as they pursue their

commercial certificate. One of those requirements is that long

dual cross country, and it got me thinking here, what are some things

I do and I teach my students to do before and even during

each long cross country. And then I want to hear from you as to

what are some things you do. I picked out 5, obviously there's hundreds,

but I just want to share 5 of these with you to get you to think a little bit

outside of the box. Here is the first one: Always have a

plan B. Your route is not always going to work out

how you plan it. There is going to be airspace that pops up,

things you thought that you would get cleared through you don't get cleared through. Whatever

it may be, it could be weather in front of you, things out of your control.

Always have a plan B. Yes, you can

draw a straight line from A to B, but understand that there is a lot that can happen

in between. Let's just have a back up route around this restricted airspace

just in case. Around this Class Bravo airspace

just in case. Add a different altitude, always have

a plan B. Here's another one: Have you ever thought about

calling the FBO and ask about parking?

So often we spend so much time planning the flight

that we forget when we land and the ground controller asks us

"Where are you parking?" and there's three FBO's to choose from, we haven't even

picked one out yet. We don't even know where the three are, what the three options are.

Research all that, pick which FBO you're going to.

Call them, ask about where do they want the general aviation parking to go?

What should I expect? Maybe look and say okay if I land runway 3 6

it looks like I'll taxi Alpha Bravo over to

this FBO, and they want me parking on the south side of the building over here.

And I can plan that out. Ask about their hours of operation, Ask about

fuel prices and the hours of fuel because

full service may not also mean they have self serve. They may be in two totally

different locations. Make sure we find that out ahead of time.

Here's number 3: I'm a old school back-up kind

of person. My online ground school members know this. I still make them fill out

the old school cross country NAV Log because I want you to have

a back-up plan. I realize that's not for everybody, but please

if you're putting all your faith in just that IPad at least

write down some key frequencies, key diversion airports,

their identifiers, your heading, your times. Have these

items written down because you can't take paper away from you, but that

IPad can sure overheat, or the battery die. Always

have some sort of old school back-up for when

technology fails. Number 4: What

about weather and personal minimums. Our long time MzeroA.com

fans and friends know I teach to have hard set personal

minimum numbers. Take the emotion out of it because when you say

"man my check ride is in a week, I have to get this cross country done."

You end up making silly mistakes, and perhaps

flying into weather that you wouldn't normally fly in because you feel like you have

to get it done. You never have to be anywhere in aviation.

Does today's weather exceed your personal minimums? Do you find yourself

making different decisions because you feel you have

to get this done? "Because I don't want to schedule my check ride again, they're taking months to get booked.

I just have to get this done." You never just have to get it done. You never

have to be anywhere in aviation. Stick to your

hard set personal minimum numbers here. And lastly:

you have to always be willing and always be adjusting the plan.

You may realize your ground speed is 10 knots faster, 10 knots

slower once you actually start flying. Can you make that adjustment?

What does that do to the bottom line? What does that do to the fuel burn?

What about wind correction angles, 10 degrees left, 10 degrees right?

You spend all this time making this beautiful plan on the ground,

you're still planning in the air because the conditions change.

You have to be willing to adjust. So, let me ask you a question,

I just shared 5 out of hundreds of things you should be

and probably do before each and every long VFR,

really short VFR, IFR, whatever it is cross country flight.

What are some things that you do before each and every cross county

flight? Leave me a comment in the comment box below this video

whether it's on Youtube, MzeroA.com, Facebook, Instagram, where ever it may

be, I can't wait to read your comments, and perhaps we'll use them in a future

video. Listen enjoy the rest of your day and most importantly

11 Body Language Signals She's Attracted To You - HIDDEN Signs She Likes You - Duration: 6:25.

Gentlemen, this is Mantelligence.

Today, we're showing you 11 proven and scientifically backed body language signs, that when you

see, almost always mean a girl is interested (or

becoming interested) in you.

AND because we don't want you chasing a girl that you don't have a chance with...

We're also showing you know the #1 most clear body language sign that a girl is 100%

NOT feeling you.

So.... here are 11 REAL body language signs that a girl likes you + #1 sign that she wants

nothing to do with you

11. Mirroring

What makes mirroring such a powerful giveaway

is that 99% of the time, it's a completely involuntary sign of real

interest that she just can't help but do.

People subconsciously mirror each other as a way of showing familiarity and trust.

So if you spot her subtly copying your body language or movements,

It could be an early sign that she feels comfortable with you and wants you to feel the same.

10. She Plays With Her Hair

Similar to mirroring, playing with hair may

be a conscious or subconscious form of flirting, Only instead of just being a sign that she

finds you intriguing, This one is a much stronger act of real flirtatious

attraction taking place.

Because according to psychologists, playing with hair is actually an example of "preening,"

Which is another way of saying, she's trying to look good for you.

9. She Makes Clear and Deliberate Eye Contact

In general, women are pretty selective about

who they make eye contact with.

So if a woman looks directly at you for more than 2-3 seconds,

That's probably because to her, you're literally pretty eye-catching.

8. She Sets Herself Up for Interception

When a woman might want to talk, but also

wants you to be the one to start the conversation, There's typically one blatantly obvious

thing she'll do to make it easy for you: And that's to simply position herself in

your field of vision.

Taken by itself, it's not much, but the fact of the matter is, if a girl is really

trying to flirt, it's usually the very first move she'll

make.

So watch out for it.

7. She Comes Into Your Personal Space

If she's coming from across the room to

you, pay attention to where she stops.

If it's within 4 feet...

She's officially entered your personal field and that usually means one thing:

She probably wants to talk to you.

Is she within 2 feet now?

She's moving closer to what's known as the "intimate zone"

...and if she's there, you're probably doing a pretty good job of making her interested.

6. She Flares Her Nostrils

When you think of flirtatious body language

signals a woman might send your way, Flared nostrils probably don't come to mind

and are probably something she wouldn't want you to notice.

That could be because, unlike some body language cues,

Most women don't actually mean to do it.

So if you notice her nostrils are flaring out of control

It's a telltale sign that she's comfortable letting her guard down around you.

5. She Gets You To Pay Attention to Her Lips

If a woman is really interested after talking

to you for a while, she may ramp up her flirtatious tactics by

bringing your attention to her lips.

Whether she simply grazes them with her fingers or puts on a fresh layer of lipstick,

If she draws your attention to her lips (or any other suggestive part of her body),

You can be pretty sure that's because she wants you to take notice.

4. Pointing Her Feet Toward You

So, she's standing close to you, you're

talking and she's laughing... sounds like it's in the bag, right?

Wrong.

Because even though she might seem to be giving you her full attention,

her feet might secretly be telling you that she wishes she was somewhere else.

So if you want to know if you're really where she wants to be,

try paying attention to where her feet are pointing, and not just her face.

3. Her Pupils Dilate and She's Looking At Your Sideways

If you are in the habit of making weak eye contact (like a lot of guys do),

You could be missing up to half of the non-verbal signalling that women do...

...Signalling like dilated pupils or a quick sideways glance,

Both of which are subtle, but hugely telling giveaways that whatever you're doing is

working well.

2. She Shows You Her Neck

As you know by now, when a woman is really

flirting, her instinct may take over And one of the clearest signs that a woman

might be into you, is for her to present (and trust you with)

one of the most vulnerable parts of her body: Her neck.

So if she begins to emphasize her neck by pulling her hair to one side or tilting her

head, She doesn't want you to be dracula, but

it's a great sign that she might want you a little closer.

1. She Touches You With Intent

Usually the final giveaway that you've moved

to the next level with her, is for her to ramp up the physical touching.

This might be her putting her hand on your hand, or grazing your leg with her foot,

Or it might be her hugging your arm if she's cold or starting to hang on your shoulder.

However she wants to do it is up to her, But if she's all over you,

she might be finally telling you that you don't have to try that hard to get her anymore.

If there's one body language sign that should always be an immediate red flag:

It's crossed arms.

When a woman crosses her arms in front of you it can be saying a lot of things,

None of which are good for you.

Not only do crossed arms signify general disinterest in you or what you're saying,

But in some cases it could even be a way of her "guarding" herself for no other reason

than … you just make her that uncomfortable.

In fact, the best case scenario if you see her crossing her arms,

is that she's cold.

Which if you think about it, isn't great news either.

The bottom line is this: If you see her crossing her arms,

You might already be past the point of no return...and it might be better to just move

on.

Those are the 11 powerful body language signs that show she likes you and 1 you should never

want to see.

7 Cookbooks Every Man Should Own - Duration: 8:58.

[Music]

Hey gents I'm Kyle from the Distilled

Man. I have a confession to make.

I'm a big food nerd. I love cooking, and I

love food. I love eating. I love recipes.

Some guys try to stay as far away from

the kitchen as they can, but if you think

of cooking as unmanly, I think you're

crazy. Because when you make food for

someone, you're actually putting yourself

in that provider role, which I think is

actually a position of strength and

leadership. As Steven Raichlen told me

"If you can feed the tribe, you can lead

the tribe." And if you've ever had a

chance to prepare a meal for a special

lady friend--whether you're dating, in a

relationship, or married--you know just

how powerful it can be to know your way

around the kitchen.

Beyond that though, I personally find

cooking to be one of the best stress

relievers when you're doing it, and

without sounding totally cheesy, one of

the best healthy lifestyle choices you

can make. So up next I'm gonna share

seven cookbooks that I own and love and

that I think every man should own if

you're interested in cooking. Number one,

How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman.

So I've had this cookbook for probably

about 15 years and one of the things I

love about it is that, one, it just has

such a no-nonsense writing style. The

recipes are very simple and easy to

follow, but Bittman also does a really

good job of kind of showing you how to

make a basic recipe and then showing you

how to kind of embellish it. So this is the

cookbook that helped me learn how to

roast and carve chicken perfectly and

then also how to further embellish it

using different seasonings and different

sauces. It's also the book that got me

hooked on making frittatas, which if

you've never had one is kind of like a

baked omelet. So even though it doesn't

sound like such a manly thing, it's

actually pretty impressive when you bust

one of these things out. It also happens

to be a pretty great way to get rid of

random scraps of food in your fridge. If

you have a half a tomato or half an

onion or like a little bit of cheese

left over, just throw it in there.

I could go on and on about frittatas, but

I think I'm gonna stop before it gets

weird.

Number two, the Joy of Cooking. Now this

cookbook's been around for like 80 years

and there's really not anything super

fancy in it. But what you'll be really

amazed by is just the breadth of the

different recipes. And so it's a great

reference book for just random things

like how to make gravy or like a basic

bread pudding recipe or even, you know,

tips on menu planning or

tips on entertaining. It may be a little

bit older, but a lot of recipes are just

timeless honestly. And so a lot of times

when I'm trying to learn how to make a

new dish, I'll look at Joy of Cooking

alongside How to Cook Everything and

then between the two I feel like I can

get a really good idea of how to

actually approach the recipe. Number

three, The Barbecue! Bible by Steven

Raichlen. Now, this should probably be

required reading for anyone with a Y

chromosome, and I say this not because men

are naturally good at grilling and

barbecue, but because we think we are and

we actually aren't. So I have news for

you guys:

just because you're a man does not make

you good at grilling and barbecue. You

actually need to learn how to grill, and

the Barbecue! Bible is a great place to start.

So it's basically a crash course on

grilling and barbecue and it has a ton

of different recipes--500 recipes

actually. So also I think this book gives

you a true appreciation for the

international aspect of grilling. You

know, sometimes it seems like here in the

US that we act like we actually invented

grilling or something, like you know the

Weber barbecue was the first grill ever

made or something. The author Steven

Raichlen is more than just a renowned

barbecue expert, he also has a

deep respect and curiosity for travel

and different cuisines. So the book has a

lot of different international recipes

in it and also tips on different

international techniques that are used

throughout the world for grilling. Number

four, The Cook's Illustrated Guide to

Grilling and Barbecue. Now, this book

doesn't have much in the way of pictures.

It's you know just line art drawings but

one thing I love about Cook's

Illustrated in general--they have a

magazine as well--is that they're all

about objectively testing different

recipes. They like to challenge

assumptions about tried-and-true dishes

and actually run experiments to test

different combinations of ingredients

and cook times and different technique

techniques to see how it actually

affects the final product. For instance, a

lot of us don't think much about a basic

burger recipe, right? It's just like ground

chuck and some seasoning and that's

about it. But in this book they go into

great detail about the the experiments

they did with you know using different

cuts of meat instead of ground chuck and

then they also give some tips on you

know how to make your patty not puff up

on the grill. After spending some time

with The Cook's Illustrated Guide to

Grilling and Barbecue you definitely

walk away with understanding more about

the why than just how. So beyond

being able to execute

a recipe you feel like you have a better

sense of the techniques behind making

great food and why they work. Number five,

Man Made Meals. Now this is a another

great book by Steven Raichlen, but it's a

bit different than the Barbecue! Bible. So

a lot of guys are happy to hop up on the

grill, but when it comes to going in the

kitchen sometimes they're a little bit

less comfortable. With this book, Steven

lays out some fundamentals of cooking

beyond the grill, or what he calls "basic

culinary literacy for men." And what's

great about this book is that you know

despite the title Man Made Meals, he

doesn't actually overplay the whole "man

food" thing. He even says in the

introduction he's like I'm not gonna

teach you how to cook a pot roast on

your transmission or how to poach a

whole salmon in your dishwasher. At the

same time though he does a good job of

mixing the fundamentals with a tiny bit

of that showmanship that all of us guys

love to have in the kitchen. With his

recipes like blowtorch oatmeal and his

recipe for smoked Bloody Marys.

I also really appreciated his section on

what he called "flavor boosters." So, unique

pantry items ranging from things like

anchovies to nutmeg to Yuzu

that you could use to sort of boost

things up or kick things up a notch in

the flavor department. Honestly if I was

gonna write a cookbook, this is the type

of cookbook that I would probably aspire

to write. And I actually had the good

fortune of being able to interview

Steven on my podcast not too long ago.

Definitely a great episode, so check that

out. I'll go ahead and link to it in the

description below. Number six,

EveryDay Cook by Alton Brown. Alton

Brown is probably another one of my

culinary heroes, and I've been enjoying

him since he had his show on Food

Network way back when called Good Eatz,

and if you never saw it, it was sort of

like this bizarre cross between Julia

Childs and like Peewee Herman. So,

sometimes bizarre, but always

informative and fun. Like The Cook's

Illustrated team, Alton does a really

good job of sort of challenging

assumptions about certain recipes and

techniques so you always feel like you

have a better sense of not just how to

make the dish but actually why it works.

His other book, I'm Just Here for the

Food is also a bonus recommendation. It

has a lot of background on the science

behind different cooking techniques and

different gear, so definitely worth

checking out. But what I like about his

new book EveryDay Cook

is that it's almost like Alton unplugged.

It's you know very stripped-down and

minimalist and supposedly it's the

foods that he actually eats on

a regular basis. He even says on the

cover you know "this time it's personal."

And that vibe is even further reinforced

because all the photography in this book--

and there's actually a lot of photos--was

taken with an iPhone, if you could

believe that. You know I'm not sure if

you could get away with that if you

weren't already famous, but it's pretty

cool. But you still get that classic

Alton sense of humor with quirky recipes

like smoked meatloaf, which he calls

"Smokey the Meatloaf" and recipes like

Breakfast Carbonara, which I haven't

tried yet, but it sounds both bizarre and

really tasty.

Number seven, Artisan Bread in Five

Minutes a Day. Now this one's a little

bit different since I know it's such a

specific recommendation for a bread book.

But I'm telling you, if you've never made

fresh-baked bread on your own, you're in

for a real treat. sSo I got this book

probably 7 or 8 years ago, and I really

dove into learning how to make bread. And I

have to say, it really really demystifies

the whole process. You don't need a bread

maker, you don't need any fancy equipment

or techniques, and you don't do to do any

kneading, which is grea. After playing

around with bread making with this book

I realized that one of the things I love

about making bread is similar to what I

love about making beer, if you've ever

done that. It's the same sort of

alchemical process where you're working

with this living thing, yeast, and it's

sort of exciting when the yeast sort of

wakes up when you're manipulating it. And

let me tell you, if you show up to a

gathering with a few loaves of freshly

baked bread, you become an instant hero.

Mark my words. If you're at all

interested in cooking, honestly any of

these cookbooks are great. You can't go

wrong, and I'll go ahead and link to

these in the description below so you

can check them out individually. So I'm

curious to hear from you guys: what are

Angel Message For The Week #3

by Elise Cantrell,

It is time to bring to a close any unfinished business left over from 2017.

Tie up loose ends and lay to rest anything which no longer brings you to life.

Part ways now with that which has served its purpose and played itself out.

Put last years stories behind you now.

Make way for the new energy that is coming forward as you end the month.

It is an energy of upliftment and renewal.

Sacred healing and positive change is at hand.

The real you wants to come out of hiding and take over from here forward.

What you once thought was the real you no longer exists.

This forthcoming energy brings you greater clarity and discernment than ever before about

what you want and what is not for you any longer.

Follow the energy and trust that the path will unfold.

How long have you put you on the back burner? What inspires you?

What empowers you?

What have you been longing for that you have been denying yourself of having or being?

What are you willing to see now, that you were previously blinded to?

Are you ready for a fresh start?

Follow where the real YOU leads.

You are your own master.

Step into self-trust.

Stop ignoring your own intuition and your powerful awareness.

Stop solely listening to and believing in conditioned rational thinking which has long

kept you stuck in the ordinary when you were meant for something extraordinary!

Your uniqueness and potency are much needed at this time.

Walk in to the truest version of yourself and give that YOU a hug and say to yourself,

I am finally here. Welcome home, for you have arrived.

3 Ways to Connect with your Higher-Self to Attract What You REALLY Want - Duration: 16:02.

this video will show you three ways to align with your higher-self

I'm gonna share with you practical ideas that you can apply and perspectives that

can allow you to make that connection so that you can really be who you prefer to

be welcome back to another video my name is Eric and I help people

expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be speaking to you about

something that I've currently be really focused on and that's understanding the

connection between what is fundamentally called our higher self to our ego self

now the idea behind this video is understanding a shift in consciousness

now underneath a lot of the law of attraction videos I've been doing what

I've been intending to do is to put in this new expanded scope of awareness

that when we integrate it if we choose to integrate can have a very powerful

effect on our manifestations and on our experiences in life now the reason this

is is because when we create from a higher level of consciousness things

happen much faster they happen in more unexpected ways and things just feel

better in the process of doing so now just for the sake of it I know I've

showed this chart many times but it becomes so much easier to understand the

levels of consciousness as you'll see on this chart which is the chart from the

book called power versus force by dr. David Hawkins you'll see that there's

I'm towards the top you'll see states of consciousness such as love such as joy

such as peace now the idea is that as we drop the lower emotions that hold us

back from experience in what we want we then raise our vibrational frequency and

then we're able to attract what we want much faster now that showed in physics

that everything is vibration so I know that sounds like kind of a Lulu type

word but the idea is that everything is vibration and if we want to experience

the highest level reality we can we must raise ourselves up with it so when it

comes to this process it's about having that shift in awareness and by

connecting to our higher self we automatically transcend all those

lowering emotions you were seeing all those lower states of consciousness so

that part of the video is just kind of selling you on this idea of

understanding higher-self and how when we connect to this higher self

everything begins to change because we transcend our emotional states of being

now the idea behind this also is understanding who we really are now I

believe that part of the purpose of life is remembering this connection that we

have to our soul and to our spirit and to fundamentally our higher self now the

idea is that we come into this life and we forget this connection that we had

because that's part of the game of life part of the game of life is remembering

who we are is awakening to our true self is awakening to our life purpose is

reconnecting to this higher self version of us now it wouldn't be as valuable if

when we came into this life we remembered exactly who we were because

then it would take away the game in the journey of remembering so understand

first off that you are an immortal spiritual being having a temporary human

experience so this means that if you exist now you will always exist so in a

way you can kind of relax you can understand that there's much more to

life than the five senses that we perceive through understand that our

five senses or arguably six are what translates reality but beyond just those

translators that we have we can you know translate reality we translate vibration

through these senses that we have beyond that there is so much more but we forget

that we are blind to it in a way because we just kind of you know we interpret

reality we're like this is touch these are you know this is the light that I

see this is the sounds that I hear even though we know that like dogs can hear

sounds we can't hear there are different pitch and different frequencies all

around us all the time but we kind of forget this now the reason I'm saying

all this is so you realize there's much more to life than what we think there is

there's so much more than what we think now the first part of understanding this

whole process is understanding our excitement now our higher self in

general has Valmet scale of consciousness more through the eyes it's

seen more through the eyes of unconditional love of joy of peace

and of enlightenment it's just that we have to shift our vibrational frequency

up with that and the way we do that is to following our excitement we will

transcend all the lower emotions if in every moment out of everything you can

possibly do you look around and you choose the most exciting thing the

feeling of excitement is what links your inner self your higher self to your ego

self it is in a way like a carrot on a stick that's saying come this way come

this way even though it might be just little actions you see a lot of times we

have this connotation right we think oh to follow my excitement I have to just

be thinking about the most exciting thing I could be doing like the most

ecstatic just like so much energy thing I could be doing or it has to be my

overarching life purpose in order for me to do it now in reality just what is the

most exciting thing you can do right now because if you do that thing it will

lead you in a chain of events to the next most exciting thing the mess next

most exciting thing some examples are you might feel like going to the park

and walking your dog you might feel like going to the grocery store and getting

some food you might feel like calling up a friend you might feel like going out

to eat with someone you might feel like taking a bath or reading a book those

are very subtle things it doesn't have to be excitement like you know like just

blissed-out excitement going to a movie theater or that could be that or going

to an amusement park it doesn't have to be that but it could but the idea is

that you follow your excitement in every moment knowing that that excitement

leads you up to scale the other thing you do is you start to create a

frequency of that excitement which then starts to reflect back to you new

opportunities a new state of being understand that with the process of

manifestation one of the most important things is your state of being are you in

an open state of being is your heart open are you open to opportunities are

you enjoying the moment because if you are you're going to perceive of so many

other things that you wouldn't normally perceive of if you were in a lesser

state if you were in those lower consciousness states because you are

identified with your thoughts so follow the excitement understand that that's

the vibrational translation of what your soul is trying to tell you and that

makes it so much easier because we think like we have to meditate

like meditation then they sum beam is going to come in to us and tell us all

of these things your higher self is within you it is there all you have to

do is open yourself up to it and start to follow the emotion

now the second perspective has to do and the second way that we can connect to

our higher self has to do with understanding our emotional guidance

system so it's kind of related to the first form it's a little bit different

our emotional guidance system will always show us how we feel the gap

between our ego and our higher self we will know what that is but when we look

at our emotions when we look at how we are feeling in the moment if we are

having feelings that are saying that I am separate from somebody else we will

feel negative emotion understand positive and negative in this way

positive does not have to mean good or bad positive means anything that is

integrative anything that connects you when we think of bad think of negative

I'm sorry when we think of negative think of negative in the form of

anything that is separating anything that disconnects you segregates you from

either yourself or the present moment or other people now when you have these new

one that's new understanding of positive and negative it makes it easier for you

to understand your emotions if you are feeling and having thoughts of why did

this person do this to me or I should have done this instead of that

or beating yourself up whatever it is that separates you from the present

moment that separates you from yourself and that will cause negative emotion and

that's because there is a gap between the way your Higher Self really sees

things to the way you are seeing things so for example an epiphany that I

recently had is the more accepting that you become of the present moment and of

yourself the more unconditional love you will feel allow the moment to be that

was an epiphany I had when I was in Costa Rica because I became aware that

any time I made a rule as to the present moment like I was sitting on the

airplane and there was somebody with their hand over the Arbor oh there was

an older lady that fell asleep and her mouth was wide open and she was kind of

invading my space I started to feel a little bit of

negative emotion I was separating myself from the present

and I separated myself from her because I was assuming that had to be different

than it was I had this epiphany because I accepted the moment to be and I had no

desire after I had this perspective for her to move her hand because I was just

like it's perfect why do I need to control the moment why do I need to have

why not just let go and accept the moment for what it is the moment I did

that the moment I felt a rush of acceptance and I realized that that's

how my Higher Self really seizes the situation with no judgments with

complete utter acceptance the paradox is she then immediately moved her hand

because I accepted the moment I aligned myself and then she and I didn't care if

she moved her hand I really didn't because I was already starting to see it

from that point of view so understand that your Higher Self will always tell

you where the ego-mind is where those thoughts are in correlation to where it

is and when you become aware of that you can start to let go of those thoughts

not identify it with them the easiest way to do this is to simply observe

those thoughts observe them neutrally no charge as negative or positive they just

simply are and when you do that you transcend all those lower levels of

consciousness because then you aren't attached to those perspectives so that's

something that's very powerful become aware of where you lie in correlation

with your higher self you'll see that your higher self only thinks and those

higher levels of consciousness it thinks in the form of unconditional love

unconditional acceptance joy peace enlightenment at a certain level so when

you have that perspective everything will begin to change and you're going to

start to really feel like you're connecting with your soul because that's

how your soul really is you are always there your soul is always within you

your higher self is always there it's just a matter of shifting your frequency

up with it so that you line and lock into place with it we create an ego we

create a personality of who we think that we are and many times that

personality splits us away from our soul but the moment we become aware of it the

moment we learn to observe our thoughts to bring it more inwards and they can't

with our higher self with that intention everything will begin to change now the

third way that we connect to our higher self is by aligning our goals to what

our hires really wants so sometimes we think that

it's our ego and we think that that's what we really want like from a soul

perspective but understand you must speak in the language of the soul and

that when you connect to that part of yourself things will happen much more

powerfully now that's something that the heart math Institute is shown that the

electromagnetic magma that the electromagnetic energy of the heart is

thousands of times more powerful than that of the head the ego is identified

with the head the heart is the soul begin to connect with your heart more

understand the language of which the heart speaks the language of which the

heart speaks does not think in terms of abstract terms such as money this is the

biggest pitfall for so many people when it comes to goals we assume that what we

want is money I want money because of what money can buy but this is the thing

we don't really want money money is an abstract idea that we give meaning to we

want the things that money can buy us we want the experiences that come from the

money that's what the soul really wants the soul wants the experiences the soul

wants the things and not even really but I'm just kind of using this as analogy

the soul doesn't really want the things but the higher self is much more aligned

to the things and to the experiences than the abstract ideas of the money the

soul it's not even really easy for the soul to understand the logical idea of

the money when the money is a byproduct of other things understand also that

money is a byproduct of the value and of the energetic frequency that you're

existing in if you have the intention of adding value to others and you're doing

your passion the money will come through anyways it's more of an energetic thing

that's something that I'm learning because as I learned business things as

I take massive action towards my goals as I'm learning all this potential of

stuff I also need to remind myself that hey it's more of an energetic thing are

you enjoying the process are you enjoying an increase in your state of

being that's how the soul speaks the more you increase your state of being

and how you feel in the present moment the more that you follow your passion

the more that you are linking up with your Higher Self and the more that

you are then starting to see things from that version of yourself so that's where

the power is is an understanding are your goals aligned to what you really

want not just the ego you but also the Higher Self the heartfelt connection you

the passion for what you are doing do you wake up passionate about what you're

doing loving the process when I wake up every

day I love making videos it's what I'm doing right now and when I go throughout

my day I'm also excited for everything that I'm doing you know not everything

some things more than others like obviously there's some medial things I

have to do with the business side of things with website design I'm somewhat

passionate about it but not as a passion is of making these videos but I'm aware

and I'm feeding my soul that and I identify with more of the process than

just the end result because I realize it's more about the journey so as you

start to connect to these three things as you start to remember that you can

follow your excitement in every moment that as you follow your excitement

you're linking yourself up with your higher self that is the translation of

how your higher self is connecting with you remember you are an immortal

spiritual being having a temporary human experience that you forgot who you were

with the purpose of awakening to your true self but if you're even attracted

to this kind of information you're already waking up pretty much no matter

what this is the process you're on this is the journey you're on

remember your emotional guidance system is showing you where you lie in

correlation and in response and relationship to your higher self close

that gap by being more integrated into the present moment by accepting the

moment to be and also line your goals to your higher self realize your higher

self does not think in terms of abstract logical terms such as money make it more

about an energetic connection of passion make it more about the experiences and

amazing things will begin to happen now if you really want to connect with your

higher self in a powerful way another way of doing that is changing your self

image and starting to change your subconscious mind so what I did is I

created a free mp3 guided meditation that you can listen to in the

description box below I recommend you download it you listen to it for at

least three weeks 21 days and then after doing that you'll find that you

completely see yourself in a new way and then you then start to get a completely

new reality so that's something that's absolute

three I think it's very powerful and my intention is that you get the value that

I've seen so many other people get from it so feel free to download that in the

description box below and other than that as always I hope you guys enjoyed

this video feel free to I like this video if you liked it subscribe if you

haven't already also hit that little notification here so that you can see

Bitcoin Trade Robot Review - Scam Bitcoin Bot Exposed! - Duration: 5:09.

what's up guys? FAYSAL here from binary options doctor and if you have not yet

subscribed to our Channel, please do so and show us your support and today I am

exposing BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT. At the end of this video, I'll also recommend you some

safer trading alternatives that you can use and get a little decent profits

consistently. so BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT is a very new crypto

currency trading software. it is an auto trader and it claims that you can earn

thousands of dollars by trading with BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT. First of all they

say that your security is guaranteed that means you can purchase by Visa

MasterCard American Express or PayPal but my browser detects that this site is

not secured. you can see here and it shows the reason. it says ''your connection to

this site is not secure. you should not enter any sensitive information on this

site.'' That means this site is not secured and you should not put any of your

confidential information in this site. so this claim is fake and this is

actually a risky site. Then they display some members who are praising

this BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT. As for example, Mr. BARRY says he got a

hundred percent pure profit but our survey explored that mr. Barry is

nothing but a stock photograph as you can see here. His picture was used in

many websites. so he's not the genuine user of BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT and the more

funny part is that they display some live trading results here within the 72

hours but today is Sunday you can see 21st January and as you know that

Saturday and Sundays are off days for trading then how come they are showing

live trading sessions here I don't understand. and then they have also an

option called demo account so I tried to open a demo account and here is my demo

account. They provided me 15,000 but my balance is now $15,500 as you can see I

won a $500 trade! I turned the auto trader on and it's

immediately placed a trade but as I showed you that today is Sunday so

how come the demo account trades on Sundays! That is just insane so

this demo is nothing but a fiction and you should not trust this so-called demo

account friction and they display their top BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT users here.

For example, DECLAN B total earning profit is more than $8,000 but a simple

Google search shows that this man is nothing but a stock photograph and his

picture was used in many website for promotional purposes. So these are not

the real BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT users. These are

just a bunch of stock photographs so I think now you know that BITCOIN TRADE ROBOT

is not safe for cryptocurrency trading and I will never recommend

you trading with this fake trading robot and if you are looking for a

crypto currency trading robot then my recommendation is given below. I have

tested the crypto currency robot personally and got a good profit. so you

can try after analyzing. Until then take care and don't get scammed!

13 Interpolate - Duration: 1:23.

One of the background settings in the configuration file that can be set is Interpolate - to be

turned "on".

So, in this case, I have interpolate set to "on" in the background.

So, I'm actually gonna delete some visibility grids.

Why would I do that?

Let's say the models aren't handling a situation very well.

So, I have to edit my grids manually.

And so for Visibility, I have current Visibility – say it's pretty low in the center of

my CWA.

And later in time, I think the Visibility is going to improve.

So.

I'm gonna set that Visibility to 10, but I don't want to edit hourly grids over a

long time period.

Well, Aviation_Finalize (if it's set up like that) can do the interpolation for you.

It'll actually interpolate any of your Aviation related grids.

So, let's go ahead and run Aviation_Finalize and see what it does to the Visibility and

then also watch the Ceiling grids.

I have the time period set from 21Z to 6Z.

So now my Visibility grids that I had deleted are filled in, and they interpolated linearly

so that I have improving Visibility over time.

It also created Ceiling grids.

Tom Hanks all set to play Mr Rogers in biopic titled You Are My Friend - Duration: 2:27.

Tom Hanks all set to play Mr Rogers in biopic titled You Are My Friend

American Televison's friendly neighbour Fred Rogers, commonly known as Mr Rogers, is going to be immortalised in a biopic starring Tom Hanks.

Titled You Are My Friend, the film, backed by TriStar Films, is helmed by Diary of a Teenage Girl director Marielle Heller with a script by Micah Fitzerman-Blue and Noah Harpster.

While talking about the project, Heller told Variety, "I'm thrilled to be making You Are My Friend. The script knocked me out with its message of kindness and its exploration of the human spirit.

As a mother, I am so inspired by the teachings of Fred Rogers and as a human I am in awe of his life's work.

I can't wait to bring his story to the public and be a part of such a thoughtful, smart group of people who are all coming together to make this film, which truly feels to me like an antidote to our very fractured culture.".

Earlier too, a documentary by Oscar-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville titled Won't You Be My Neighbor? explored Rogers's three-decade long career featuring various interviews and rare footage but You Are My Friend is based on a completely different side of Rogers.

Inspired from a real-life relationship between Fred Rogers and Esquire journalist Tom Junod, the film traces how a cynical journalist's view on life transforms completely after he reluctantly accepts to write a profile piece on the beloved icon Rogers. .

Last seen in The Post, Tom Hanks is no stranger to playing real-life roles. In the Oscar nominated The Post too, Hanks played Washington Post editor-in-chief Ben Bradlee. He also played the legendary figure of Walt Disney earlier in Saving Mr Banks.

Bug's Budget Valentine's Day Haul from The Dollar Tree - Duration: 14:25.

hey guys it's bug and Mama. hello! And, my trusty companion little sugar. what we

have going on today, we have our Valentine's haul which is coming up next.

Speaking of next, have you subscribed? if you haven't,

smack that big red button down below. What we have first, is the Whack a Packs.

they're balloon Valentine's, right? and what is so awesome about these and then you

end up with a balloon Valentine right so let's get them open. so what we have

first is candy hearts that say text me, LoL and Sweet. So let's get whacking.

this one says Happy Valentine's Day. I love these.

it's making like pop rock sounds. Oh, it's hard. okay let's see here. oh it already

did it? whoa! It's not quite inflated. okay give it a shake. see if it's gonna inflate some more, so is

it fully inflated now? okay no it's not gonna float. but why is a point of a

balloon if it doesn't float? a lot of balloons don't float unless they have helium in them.

so then they have the little strings that you can tie on them and then they

can hang them wherever they want to remind of your friendship. those are kind

of fun. okay, we're still waiting on a couple of those to open... waiting to see.

we may have to give them a little snip and a help. Okay, next while we're waiting

on those to pop open let's see what else is in your bag.

so you've got a springy heart headband.

very cute. that's very festive and Valentine II for

a dollar, isn't it? yeah. you don't like that or anything, do

you? Elephant likes it....Sugar.

definitely. sugar likes everything to do with pink and hearts, yes?

it fell that way. it fell that way. we got a monster. so we're waiting for that

to continue to inflate now that it has burst forth out of its packet. okay...

you can hear it and yeah I can feel it. it's like cold. you can hear it. it's inflating.

saying happy Valentine's Day. it is kind of cold to the touch.

we have two mirrors. one is magnifying and one is normal. so once a regular mirror,

right? and ones for close-up detail work. It is like to put make up on and everthing.

so we have that

perfect for Valentine's Day. so we have a few more wacky packs. let's get to smacking.

so next we have a Love Bug robot. I love it super cute. I love purple and

lavender. and it has XO X O. which stands for... do you know ? hugs and kisses.

and it says Happy Valentines. okay let's see what this one that's here. this one

is the first one that we did right? they make me nervous.

it's like opening a roll of croissants for the oven.

well that's cold to the touch. okay. might be a good idea. you ready? you want to do it?

anticipation. oh it's about ready to burst. I can hear it. you can kind of hear

them sizzling a little bit like a kind of a hissing. so it's getting it's

getting firmer all the time. I could hear it activating.

okay so here's this one. I think you have to crumple it up to activate. I'm scared.

this is the hardest one out of everything

those are so cute

that's super cute. don't you love these? I love them.

Oh, I can hear that one a lot. I was like big clumps

together. no wonder it wasn't it wasn't activating. was I

now it is though. it's so cold. ooh that is so funny. how that is... that

reaction in there that makes that pop up with the gases in there. nice and firm

now. happy Valentine's Day. so that one is like the last one. like that the last one that

this heart needed help inflating but then they inflate really nice.

now we thought these would be good to use with the 18 inch dolls, didn't we?

I still need to get used to this. Im not very good. so here is one. it's on his nose like that. so

there's the robot. Mine is on the head....forehead....noggin. so there she is and that's just about the right

size for them, isn't it? which that's super fun because it's a we're always

looking for new accessories for the the 18 inch dolls or any of our dolls that

are affordable. and so we got a pack of... how many was in the pack? one, two.. six. six

in the pack. so yeah.. some for us and some for them. you know what one of her tricks

is gonna be, real quick? What? She's gonna make this float. giggle. okay this one's a monster.

this one is a love robot. yeah nice nose. one is happy Valentine's Day. it looks

like it's popping like the balloon. Monkey go bananas for love. I love this one.

be my Valentine. so here's one of the other ones... it's a big tall monster...

and a little one on a big one. like it's gonna get swatted. That will l take him right off the

top there won't it? Mm-hmm. Last But not least, Good Valentine's Day goodness. is so this is a three pack. this is a

three pack here. It's perforated so you can separate them out and it says it's

popping candy with a lollipop so we're gonna go ahead and try one of the

flavors. but the flavors are...let's see Green apple,

strawberry and blue raspberry. okay so which flavour would you like to

try? green apple, huh? okay can you get them separated?

oh that's cute. what is that on there? oh it looks like a little flower> there's

pop rocks.okay well I think what you need to do is I think you lick the

sucker, get it all wet, and then you stick it in there so the pop rocks stick -.

which one was your favorite out of the Dollar Tree haul? tell us in the comments down

below. Until next time.

thank you for watching! subscribe it's Free! what can you imagine? With every like

a pixie could gain it's wings.

06 QC Vis PoP Wx - Duration: 1:25.

Now we are going to apply another QC rule, QC Vis with PoP and Wx, and I am focused on

the Visibility grid for the 00Z time period for this run.

So what happened is that wherever our PoP was less than 55% like in the chance or slight

chance categories then it set the Visibility up to 7.

And, all this is saying is that if you're not confident that you're going to have precipitation,

so you just have chance of precipitation in there.

Then you probably should not have a reduction of Visibility.

So, I like to keep this default selected to "on".

Uh, one instance that I can think of where I might turn this off is that when you have

say scattered snow showers reducing the visibility to maybe 3 miles and…

So in your weather grids you're going to not say a chance of snow showers.

You're going to say scattered snow showers…

….and then in your TAFs you probably want them to reflect that 3SM.

So you'd --- you'd want the TAF to say 3SM light SHSN …

….so your weather grids would say "scattered" and if you had this selected to "off"

then it would allow your visibilities to remain 3SM and not bump anything up to 7.

…but for the most part, I like to keep this one "on".

05 PoP Adjusts Cloud Base - Duration: 0:50.

Now we'll apply the PoP Adjust Cloud Base rule to Aviaiton_Finalize, and we'll watch

CloudBasePrimary as we run this tool.

Notice how the CloudBasePrimary changed.

We now have a gradients of 250 down to 90 or a cloud base of 9000 feet.

What the tool does, when I mouse over it, is that it explains that wherever I have high

PoPs greater than 55% or PoPs in the likely or definite category, then it's going to

set your CloudBasePrimary down to 9000.

…and what this is saying is that when you're expecting precipitation to be falling out

of a cloud it should probably be lower than 25,000 feet.

For more infomation >> 05 PoP Adjusts Cloud Base - Duration: 0:50.

-------------------------------------------

03 Defaults - Duration: 1:51.

So, Let's open Aviation_Finalize with the time period selected from 21Z to 6Z.

And, I am going to just run it with nothing check marked and I am going to for this demonstration

set Save and Publish?

To "No"…

…and I'm just going to click "Run"… and we'll go through what Aviation_Finalize

can do just in the background.

So, the first thing we noticed is that Aviation_Finalize created Ceiling grids.

Remember I had them blank before.

So, what it is doing to make a Ceiling grid is it is looking at your Sky Cover

which we set to be 80% in our north and 10% in our south, and it's looking at your CloudBasePrimary.

The CloudBasePrimary was 25,000.

So what this is saying is that when we had a Sky Cover set at 80% that corresponds with

a Broken Ceiling.

57 – 87% means Broken Ceiling in our TAF formatter and 88 – 100% is an overcast Ceiling

in our TAF formatter.

So, the Ceiling here is 25,000 feet for our north half wherever our

Sky Cover was greater

than 57%.

Elsewhere, GFE sets it to an arbitrary value of -30,000 and it's simply just a Non-Ceiling.

The Ceiling grid is what is published and sent to NDFD.

The TAF Formatter actually just reads your CloudBasePrimary.

08 Vis Adds New Wx - Duration: 4:02.

Now we'll get into the more complex tool that is included in Aviaiton_Finalize.

This Vis Adds New Wx tool will put fog in your weather grids wherever you

have low visibility. So say you get your Visibility from the models or if

you manually create it, it will go ahead and add your fog into your weather grid.

Alright so take our Visibility grid where we have an axis of very low

visibility over the center of our CWA. I am just going to run it for the 00 to 01Z

time period. And for this demonstration, recall that we had the dew point set to

33, the dew point to 32. So this dew point depression allowance of 3° will

work out fine. Wherever the Visibility is less than 5, it'll set it to patchy fog,

but wherever it's less than 1, it'll set it to Areas (fog), and wherever it's less than

a 1/4 mile, it'll set it to Widespread…. …and also

built into Aviation_Finalize, it will set it to dense because of its value. So

let's focus in on the weather grid and how it changes when we run this tool.

Notice that fog was added to our weather grid, and wherever we had fog in the 1 to

5 mile range it added Patchy Fog and wherever we had

it in the 0.25 to 1 mile range, it put Areas of fog, and then right in the

center where we had less than 1/4 mile input widespread dense fog. I'm going to

revert this here, and we will run it for a scenario with haze. Wherever the

visibility is less than 5 or let's say less than 3 in this case. (You can just

adjust the slider bar.) It will add an area of haze.

So our Visibility is right here… so anywhere less than 3SM it added

haze. And then, we can revert this and apply Vis Adds New Wx to smoke. And

you can adjust these values as well. So, maybe I don't have any definite smoke. I

just want areas of smoke wherever the visibility is … is a less than 1. The

slider bars can be a little bit tricky here but we'll just run it with these

values. So look, I have just areas of smoke, I don't have any areas of

patchy. So you can see how if you manipulate the slider bars they can give

you what you'd like... ...and then one more piece of information. We'll revert this

here. Let's go back to creating fog. And when I run create Vis Adds New Wx for

fog… if I'm at an office where we are running uh any of the PWT methodology

or Forecast Builder, the background configuration can be set up so that it

creates uh your grids for fog, haze, or smoke for Forecast Builder any of the

Probability of Weather Type methodology… … and so you'd notice that your PoT Fog

grids are created when this is run with this feature activated in the background.

So now we'll move on to some more tools.

02 Weather Setup - Duration: 0:49.

To open Aviation_Finalize, you go to your Populate menu to find it.

This is the national version of the tool.

It was created by GSD with input from forecasters across all regions

… and if you mouse over each selection here - each tool, you can see a description of

what each tool can do…

…and in the background your ITO or GFE Focal Point or Aviation Focal Point has the ability

to configure what Aviation_Finalize looks like for your region or your office …

…and so this might not be exactly how your GUI looks, but I'm going to just go and step

through what each rule can do.

Do you think you should wait until Spring to sell your Western MA home? WRONG! - Duration: 6:21.

Hey guys this is Lesley Lambert your Western MA realtor popping in to chat with you a little

bit about when is the right time to sell your house?

I hear all the time people telling me that they think they should wait for Spring , that

Spring is the absolutely best time to sell your home.

I am here to tell you that is not necessarily the case.

As a matter of fact, it's often NOT the case.

Here is why: if you think it's the best time to list then likely everybody else does, too.

So then what happens?

All of the sudden in March, April, May at the latest you start seeing for sale signs

popping up.

Well that's all well and good and I'm happy to put my sign on as many lawns as possible,

BUT that means you have way more competition.

Way more houses on the market.

Less opportunity for you to sell.

The buyers are dispersed.

Versus, get your house on the market now... less inventory on the market, more opportunity

for those buyers to see your house and to create fear of loss.

So, we are having an incredibly busy winter market - we really only slowed down for Christmas

through new Years.

It's been busy busy...I'm talking like you wouldn't believe it even when it's cold as

it has been the buyers are out there and when houses are coming on the market and they are

priced appropriately, we are getting offers immediately.

I just listed a house in Westfield last week, had the open house on Sunday, had an offer

by Monday morning and we just accepted the offer today (Weds).

So that house is SOLD.

The great thing about that is...they don't have to go through a million individual showings,

they don't have to keep cleaning their house and waiting for people to come through.

The buyers were out there, they were ready, the price was fair and the buyers moved on

it.

That is what we are seeing.

We are also seeing , often times, multiple bid situations.

This particular one that Iam talking about now was not a multiple offer situation but

many times we are seeing multiple offer situations.

I am representing a buyer who hasn't bought in awhile and we were in multiple offer situation

and she said "I feel like they are playing a game with us.

I feel like they are not being sincere and they are just saying that there is another

offer".

I said to her, you know what?

I don't think so because that is the way it is going these days.

That's the market right now.

When a nice house in decent shape, priced right hits the market the buyers are seeing

it instantaneously and they are telling their realtor, get me in there, I don't want to

miss out on this one!

Which is another thing: a lot of these buyers have missed out on a property, so when they

show up to your house they have learned that they can't mess around.

That they need to make a decent offer if they want to get your home.

So that is what they are doing.

We are seeing really clean offers coming through.

And when you have that excitement around a property where the buyers know that there

are other buyers out there that would also want this property, when they make a good

offer and snap it up and they win...the other benefit to you is that they are much less

likely to beat you up on inspection.

Because they know that you could sell it to somebody else that would likely take on whatever

little things pop up.

Obviously if something safety pops up in an inspection, that is a different story.

I am talking about a laundry list of stupid little homeowner maintenance issues, normal

stuff.

They aren't going to come to you and be like, ok there is a jiggly doorknob and a drip in

the sink.

They are going to take it.

They are going to deal with it on their own after the closing because they don't want

to lose this opportunity.

Now will it be like that in the Spring?

My crystal ball broke about a decade ago.

It is likely to be a very busy spring.

For sure.

It's not that Spring is not...you shouldn't put it on the market in the Spring.

If that is when you are ready then that's the right time for you.

But if your house is ready now and you are considering making a move...then my advice

would be, let's get together and let's do it NOW while you have less competition and

the buyers are out there, they are preapproved , they want to snatch something up before

their rates change before prices increase more on the homes because we are seeing small

upward movement on home pricing.
