You are coming out of the storm by TD Jakes - Duration: 4:24.

Are you steering your life based on what you see

or are you steering your life based on what you believe?

(crowd shouts and applauds)

(gentle music) I don't know why God had me

on this, this morning, but I suspect

that somebody in this church is in a storm.

(congregation shouts)

You don't steer through the storm

based on the conditions of the storm,

you steer through the storm based on

the solidarity of your faith

and understand that this, too, shall pass.

(crowd shouts) Wait, wait, wait, wait.

Let's settle this right off the top.

Let's fix the end from the beginning.

Before the first lightening flashes,

before the thunder rolls,

before I even get where...

let's settle one thing, right now.

When we see the dark clouds coming

and we feel the moisture in the air,

let's settle the end from the beginning.

I am coming out of this.

(cheers and applause)

They didn't hear a word I said, baby.

I am coming out of this.

I am coming out of this.

Tell your neighbor: I am - [Crowd] I am.

- [Pastor] Coming out of this. - [Crowd] Coming out of this.

- [Pastor] I don't have no details,

but I am coming out of this.

I don't know where the money's coming from,

but I am coming out of this.

I don't know whether it'll be divine healing

or medicine, but I am coming out of this.

I don't know whether they're gonna lay hands

on me or I'm gonna have to do therapy,

but I am. (cheers and applause)

Oh, my God, I wish I had some faith in this room.

(cheers and applause) I wish I had some faith

in this room. (cheers and applause)

You oughta make a declaration, right now,

that the devil can hear: I am coming out of this.

(cheers and applause)

Okay? The storm has started.

The beginning have occurred.

Alpha. (congregation shouts)

I don't know what all I'm gonna have to go through

to get to the end of it,

but set a pin on the end of it,

and say I shall come forth as pure gold.

I may have to crawl. I may have to cry.

I may have to wait. I may have to suffer.

I may have to hold my peace.

But when everything is said and done

I will come out of this!

(cheers and applause)

How you know you coming out?

Because He's with me. He's with me.

He's with me. He is with me in the storm.

The storm may blow a lot of things away from me,

but it will not blow Him away from me.

Let's settle on that. He is with me in the storm.

I don't know whether you're with me.

I don't know whether you're with me.

I don't know whether you're with me.

I don't know whether you are with me,

but let's settle this much, right now.

I know I got at least one passenger.

The Lord is with me in the storm.

Storm, if you fight me, you gotta fight Him

because the Lord is with me.

That's childish stuff right there, that's...

How To Make Your Tax Refund Last - Duration: 7:16.

Yes

The good old tax refund it's like free money

What kind of but did you know that the average person gets back to $3,000 per year? I can't get it I

Don't think I've ever gotten back to $3,000 even when I was paying the most in interest on my student loans

We're gonna go over five ways that smart people

Spend to their tax refund to really make it last make it last beyond that

Year that you're currently in make it last two years five years ten years or even

20 years if you want we got to do this fast

I'm personally excited about the last one on the list because that's the one that I will be utilizing this year

But before we actually get into that list of five

I need to mention two things the first one is that you should always

Minimize how much you're getting back from the government so if you are getting close to that 3,000

Then you should probably go talk to your employer and get your filing status change because you want to limit that amount of money

Because you're essentially allowing the government to hold your money

interest-free for that full year so if you change your filing status

And they start taking out less in taxes that means they will owe you

Less the next year when you get your refund

I know that all kinds of situations change as well so sometimes you can't always

Plan for how much you're going to get back so for example this year is my first year being

Out of debt my first full year, so I'm not paying any money in interest on my student loans

So I'm not gonna get a tax break for that, but I did buy a house

So I don't know how that's going to impact my filing status

And how much my return is so I will see after this year as to if I'm getting quite a bit

back

then I will change my filing status and do what I can to minimize that that way I can keep my own money throughout the

Year, and I can invest it in other areas that will actually

Hopefully pay me back a return as opposed to the government holding it interest-free for visuals

This is $3,000 in cash the average tax return

I'm about to drop this the second thing is I would

Really highly recommend spending your tax refund as soon as possible now that doesn't mean to spend it in a stupid way

okay, but have a plan for how you're going to spend it and the main reason for that is because

When you don't have the money for that long. You don't really feel like you own it

You don't you don't feel that connection with that money, holy?

fucking smokes the shorter amount of time that you have so

Get it in get it out that way

You don't hold on to it and kind of second guess what you're gonna do with it

Have a plan take action on that plan as long as it's in a smart way

But you'll get us get some smart ideas after we go through this list of five, okay

Let's get into the list of five things that smart people spend their tax refund on the first one is any kind of

general repairs

So think of like your car or your house those repairs that don't really have to get done for example a car

Your car still running, but you know there's a few things that need

Fixed but you don't have to spend the money on but the longer that you wait

the bigger of an issue that could become this is the perfect time to spend that kind of money the second thing is a

Child's educational fund if you have kids, I don't have kids

This is the perfect way to do fun to that account. I don't go fight how much I would spend

Towards funding my kid's education account maybe a little bit, but I never really got anything, so I don't know what I did, okay

Yes, I did. I guess I wasn't a whole bunch of debts. I probably shouldn't be saying that okay

I'll give my future kids a little bit of a Educational Fund, okay, but I'm not gonna fully fund it

They still need to work for it, but that's besides the point okay the second thing that I would recommend is dead

This is the perfect way to spend money towards your debts spend way towards your debts

That way you can move the needle so if you're someone who's been working towards getting out of debt

You're paying money towards your debts every single month kind of chipping away chipping away, and it's moving the needle

But it's moving the needle slowly think about if you got

$3,000 back and you put

$3,000 towards your debts. It would move the needle quite a bit. That would be pretty cool to spend that tax refund on that

On that type of thing now

That's what I did every year when I was in debt is I would take any tax refund that I had and I put it

Right towards my debts

so it was really exciting and is really cool like I said to see that needle move with that large amount of money that I

Could just throw towards the debts the next thing I would recommend is using it towards an emergency fund if you were currently

Saving up for an emergency fund or if you are working towards getting yourself out of debt

And maybe you've had to dip into that

emergency fund a little bit you want to get that fund back up to the limit that you've

Decided that is best for yourself and your family then use some of this

Some of this tax return money on that type of thing if you want to know how much you should have in your emergency fund

I did create a previous video on this topic

I'll put the link down in the description that way you can figure it out

or if you're thinking that maybe you want to get out of debt and

You're looking at that that emergency fund amount that you have to save up and you're like man. That's a lot

this is the perfect way to fund that emergency fund and get it started right that way you get it Fund and

Funded and then you can just focus on getting out of debt and the last thing my favorite number five is

Contributing to your IRA fund. We are allowed to contribute up to fifty five hundred dollars per year

There are some other stipulations if you're 15 above

But in general anybody below the age of 50 can can contribute up to fifty five hundred dollars per year

This is the perfect time to just put all that money towards your IRA contribution that way, it's more than half

Yeah more than halfway done

So that way the rest of the year you don't have to put it as much every single month because you've got that initial

$3,000 towards your IRA

Also, if you want a copy of the debt free prep workbook that I'm giving out

then the link is down in the description or go to debt free blueprint comm and

Sign up and I will give you a free copy of that to help you start working towards getting

Yourself out of debt getting your mindset ready for that type of thing

this is something that I wish I would have had before I started getting out of debt because I

Feel like it would have been better, so that's why I created this for you

I hope you enjoy it, so I'm crossing things off on my bucket list this year

And one of them is to make it rain at a strip club

I don't know if you want to put make it rain in the strip club, but that's why I need it for I

Figure I could probably like write it off on my taxes too cuz write it off the charity or something right?

I think that might be one of the strippers names, so

Okay, what are you gonna, put since you're not gonna put make it rain at a strip club

Very good

UNDERCOVER DIET HACKS (Ep 001) - Duration: 6:44.

okay all right so just to give you some background so what is your name sir AJ

AJ got it AJ we're on the Las Vegas Strip amazing view AJ came up asked us

for it to take a video picture of him and then David behind the camera goes

yeah Jordans this Fitness guy and he's like you're a fitness guy so he hasn't

even asked this question yet we're gonna figure out I want to just

talk to him see if we can make some cool content with this what is your question

can this actually ever go yes it definitely can aren't so tell me how is

your diet what do you eat good stuff good stuff like what tasty stuff got it

okay good I tried to reduce my fried sometime like but I eat I eat all

unhealthy got it okay but tasty man as long as it's tasty as most

important this this Excalibur does not have good food so I'm going to MGM

well listen so the question becomes is it more important for you to lose weight

which it's up to you it's your goal do you want to lose weight or is it more

important to be like eat and enjoy or is there a middle ground that's the

question and there's no right or wrong answer yeah I think middle ground is

okay got it the thing is like you know whatever I do

this never really goes got it okay so now how how long do you stick to something

to still plan to see I need this like I can do like four to six weeks to see

results okay and if I see results in four to six weeks I'm okay okay good

so what is not letting you maintain it like you do it for four to six weeks

here's old nothing that don't come like it's like I'm starving and exercising

but and and so how are you measuring your results like what what isn't

happening this doesn't go but how are you are you measuring it are you

you can't tell you're so you like have a very subjective you yeah but they're

like carry the thing right my pant size keeps going up

okay even when you're starving no that's how it has stopped at least thank God so when

you start to eat less and healthier you tend to lose a little bit of weight yeah

I have a feeling and I guarantee this happens to way more people than they

realize that you're actually making progress you're actually losing weight

but you're impatient yeah and you're not can you don't keep going yes yes and

then I stopped then I go and then you're like oh fuck it and then and then you go

to the MGM Grand whatever right so now basically my recommendation is this find

a middle ground where it's not one or the other it's not all in or all out

it's not all tasty food and all like starving find the middle ground where

maybe it's like hey you know what if I have if you have three meals a day seven

days a week that's twenty-one meals right they do

some so what I've done that I'm doing that actually very regularly good that's

why I'm not like blossoming that's amazing so you have a strategy now you said it

is eat less I know the only thing that reduces weight everything else is bogus

eat less that's the key eat less calories you're a hundred percent right

you're right well listen I have a challenge for you for thirty days follow

I want 19 meals of the week to be on point vegetables lean protein very

filling very like healthy meals two meals a week you can indulge and enjoy a

like it doesn't mean binge doesn't mean like oh you intermittent fast you fast

for the morning morning yes nice controlled and cool I eat only like

little bit like maybe listen less than 200 calories got it okay so

here's what I'll do so I'll say this three meals of your week three meals you

can pick any night or any meal that you want three of them eat whatever eat and

to enjoy not to binge but eat what you want okay to the point where you're

satisfied not stuffed just enjoy yourself three meals week everything

else really trying to stay on track weigh yourself measure yourself for 30

days I guarantee you you're gonna be like wow I made progress yeah I'm gonna

give you my my email and you have to follow I got it I don't have a card yeah

I'll give you my cell phone number yeah I'll give my cell phone what's your

number thank you yeah text is best for sure I'm

all but emailing okay so I'm saying AJ Las Vegas yes 30 days I'm gonna check in

with you ready yep so I'm gonna get this right now and just to show people that I

actually got it I'm controlling now on fried stuff I think if I keep

controlling on fried and desserts I think life is good got it

so I'm gonna check in with you 30 days straight three meals a week

cool good man thank you it was great to meet you man thank you happy new year

right so I'm actually really excited that just happened moral of the story is

she's making progress when he feels like he's not when he like gets to four to

six weeks and he feels like ah screw it he's making progress he just isn't

patient enough to keep going and that could stem from whatever he's doing it

might not be sustainable which is why just very quickly came up with a simple

plan it might not be the best plan but it's a plan that he can start to work

with that can be sustainable long-term that allows him to enjoy his favorite

foods without binging all the time or without being all in or all

and that's the message that I'm trying to get across and I hope this video

helps be patient track your progress wet weigh yourself use measurements use

pictures track your progress over time have a sustainable plan

there's a million sustainable plan so you just have to find what works best

for you there's not one right or wrong one you need to find what works best for

you and that's trial and error I hope this helps love you I'm gonna see if I

can film another video right now talk to you soon

Doctors About To Pull Plug On Veteran, But Wait Till You See Who Comes Through The Door - Duration: 2:26.

Doctors About To Pull Plug On Veteran, But Wait Till You See Who Comes Through The Door

There is a saying in the military that you never leave a man behind.

"I shall never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy," is actually

part of the Army Ranger creed.

While Phillip Rochette was in the Marines, not the Army, it was a motto and a promise

that he was certainly familiar with.

From the time Phillip graduated from high school, he knew he wanted to be a Marine.

After graduation, he enlisted and devoted his life to serving his country.

Phillip's sister, Denise, said her brother loved God first, then the Marines, then everything

else.

He was well-loved by everyone around him.

In early July, though, Phillip started getting really bad headaches.

When he started throwing up, Denise knew there was something seriously wrong.

She called 911, but while Phillip was in the ambulance on the way to the hospital he had

a terrible stroke.

After the initial stroke, Phillip suffered several more and was left in really bad shape.

Doctors put him on life support and told his heartbroken family that he would not recover.

His family knew being kept alive by a machine was no way to live, and it's not what Phillip

would have wanted.

As difficult as it was, they made the decision to take him off life support.

As well-wishers posted about Phillip on Facebook, Denise would read through the kind notes and

often comment back.

At one point she mentioned that she would love for some Marines to come say goodbye

to her brother before she passed.

The person she shared that with posted that portion of their conversation, along with

a photo of Phillip in uniform, on their Facebook page and it was quickly shared over 1,000

times.

Then the Marines started showing up.

While Denise had hoped for "maybe five" people to come see Phillip, she has been overwhelmed

by the number of Marines – many of whom never knew her brother – who have come to

the hospital to say goodbye.

Some have driven hundreds of miles just to pay their respects.

The beautiful gesture has impacted thousands of people who have been touched by the respect

these Marines have shown their brother; but for them, there was no question about what

they had to do.

"It's the end of his watch," said one of the Marines who came to say goodbye, "time

for him to go home, so we will take it from here."

My Suggested art videos / Art People video / My dream - Duration: 13:54.

good morning 29 January 2018. 10am.

Do you remember once I said an artist must be Married it is much better. look at me now look at me it's 10:00 a.m. I'm still on the,

drive to the studio. cause family's out of the city. my eyes are totally red and so on.

The view .this is how it look like. it was one of the

That's why. cheapest studios that I could find. okay I had a nice coffee. what's going on in here ?

I'm gonna work on this. I have something is pushing me right now. today.

. this stuff ? they all fell off. I want to prepare a special, you know an

hanging '' hang aparat '' we say in German. is like something that you can

hang these covers up. I have an idea about that.

this is all what is left that I used to paint this walls. I'm gonna use this.

so something new. the topic of this video is actually my suggested art

videos this is a new section in our art vlog.

I'm watching a lot of videos. to be honest on YouTube videos which are

educating me. educating me. I have that feeling I need. I have no education about

art. I never went into art school.

I don't think that will be enough for the whole thing.

but I even don't know. you know. I don't have any plans so I just gona use this.

I never went in a mosaic course. I never went in a stencil course. I learned somehow

everything by myself. because I had that willing to do it and

I tried. and blah blah blah. so at this point I'm 44 years old. my brain works

like '' you need some education '' and some which will give me a light on my dark road,

and I can might see some on some devils around me. so I can secure myself

in this case

and then I thought yesterday what don't you share this videos as a suggested

video content in the description below to your art people.

we are art people. I love you guys. it's so nice. I'm happy I started this channel.

but this channel actually belongs to you. if you will be not here ?

lot of people would struggling to make... I'm not even kidding. I will show you

that emails that I've got. I've got tons of emails from all around the world. like

I wanna apply this on a wall on the church. I want to apply this mosaic but I

don't know how to make the grout. this emails coming from all around the world.

I guess people are little shy. that won't write it in the comment section below the video.

that's fine.

but this channel runs because you are supporting this channel. more than me.

even more than me. so, about education video. suggested video suggested art

videos. I think it will be helpful to understand. not just how to make art it

will also address how to... not promoting but how is the art world running. you know.

which artworks are selling more ? like what is going on in the in the

contemporary art world ? what is going on in the modern art world ? where is Tate modern ?

What is inside the Tate Modern ? which is in one of them I guess that

there are more than I'm not sure I was in London at Tate modern and and I was

shocked when I saw the first time the work of Jackson Pollock or I saw them or a

work of Rotkho. they was so huge. amazing. a wall imagine starts over there

and goes around there. it was amazing. you should go to Tate Modern if

you can. to see the real sizes and to get the soul of the artists who made it.

so lot of videos are on the internet but people mostly couldn't find them and some like that.

So you don't have to worry about finding videos about contemporary

art about auctions which is important in the art world. like u know gallery. What's

inside the galleries ? how is this stuff working ? what there is one video...

ok this is the first one that I want to share with you. it called I guess the

'' the Contemporary Art ballon ''

you know it's quite interesting how the artwork is, how the art world is working.

it's amazing you will not believe your eyes and your ears. so the first video

that I'm gonna suggest to you. the video is '' the Contemporary Art balloon '' .

the link is in the description below. it's one-hour documentary and it's it's

quite. take your time and watch it if you can. to get updated you know. the video

is not new but to learn about the history and in the art world. that's cool.

so the other thing. which I mentioned yesterday. we almost reached 994 or around,

that number of art people also call it subscribers on this channel. so after

we reached the number of 1000 '' art people '' which is a good number. I said

that I will release a video about, called '' art people '' and I want you to be

a part of this video. not a part. you will be in this video.

totally as an artist. I wanted to take your smartphone and to say your feelings.

your real feelings about why are you on this channel and why you're watching and

I want you to announce your name and from where you are and what

you're doing. painting, sculptures... even if you do nothing you can be an art lover.

that's fine just do it.

cases about how to upload the video ? you're gonna not upload the video on

YouTube. you send it to me. how are you gonna do that? go to '' we transfer com ''

it's quite easy it's free. no sign in and cases like that. you just write your

email. then in another box you write my email and then you're gonna select your

video which you have film it on your on your smartphone and you gonna tip send.

It is free. no signing and formulas nothing. is quite simple. if you don't

want to do it would '' we transfer '' ?another option will be '' skype ''. my skype number.

my skype name and email is at the description below. just so find me on

skype and send it to me from there as a message. that's fine. the video should be

not too long. just a couple of words. like not more than 10 or 50 seconds or 30

seconds. I will edit it into that '' art people '' video with your name. you as an

artist. what you are doing and thinks like that.

I believe it will be cool. you know. I was, I had a dream a couple of weeks ago.

weeks ago. might sound funny right now. we was changing a lot of things you know.

because I feel very strong because of you guys. it has nothing to do with the

channel. channel is just like, you know, like a brand you know. it's a channel and..

but there was something in the air which gives the power. almost 1000 people who

cares about art, who love art, who wants to make art,

who are making art and stuff. so we was like you know, in a dream. I saw that we were

sending. we was writing a letter to some big auction house you know. and we was

like, it was signed by around 900 people and was like you know what the

hell are you doing ? what are these prices ? 100 million 200 million for just a

painting? which is even not made by the artist himself ? we was kind of changing

the world. it was cool. okay it's just, it was just a dream. it was not reality. but

why not ? you know. if we are so many people,

we can sign letters, we can write some you know, some feelings about in this point. and we can just send it to them.

okay you know. I want to address this. I'm not a hater.

I have nothing against artworks who sold in the auction house. and I'm not there ?

so I'm jealous? no that's not the point. the point is, when a sell and painting

for 200 million, no matter who did it. the art can be amazing that's true the art

is amazing. every art is amazing. each line made by the children or us is amazing.

no question about that. the point is, there is art and there is art ! art

that's real art ! and there is the art which called art, after it deserves a

couple of million. with this amount of money you could build art schools all

around the world ! you know, this is my problem. you know. this is my problem.

for a painting one hundred thousand dollars ? so for an artists a painting $100,000 !

is this enough ? sure it's enough ! what about two hundred million ??

I mean what's going on ? there is something going on in the art world !

which makes me really sad !

okay. that was about the dream. I'm talking too much.

it was like we was changing the world. now, that that was so cool. it was a dream.

anyway. so what about that stencil work. it will be stencil work. it's not mosaic.

I went to there, two days ago. you can see it in a vlog. so there are a

couple of walls, huge walls and I'm just afraid if my, you know I have backache problem.

today again. you know it's getting worse. it's it's there I can feel it.

but it's getting worse. one day and one day I feel a bit less than the day before.

and I'm afraid cuz it's still cold here. so I should do the work as soon as possible.

they say we have one month till that the opening. one month is the deadline.

so we gonna make some designs for them. in the vlog.

I will go to there. today I guess. to make some photos. I just totally forget to

make the photos. I just looked around and make some videos. that's it. we're gonna

design some stuff for them. some stencil art designs. they will be huge.

but I'm afraid. I don't know if I will be able to do it because of my backache problem.

but I guess I will take the risk.

Devoted: How Do We Respond When Others Sin? (Mark 2:16) - Duration: 2:01.

When you think about it relationships are the most important thing in life

Whether we're talking about your relationship with God or with others

However relationships don't just build themselves

It takes work and skill to develop great relationships and over the next few days

We're gonna talk about one key relationship scale in particular

The skill of being able to judge correctly this skill is so important because when we judge people incorrectly

They feel it immediately, and it causes them to pull away

We need to unwire our tendency to judge the problem is

Judgement is so common in our world that we don't always realize we're doing it as

Christians we know that certain behaviors and lifestyles

contradict God's principles

So we aren't sure how to behave around people who choose to ignore God's ways

If we accept these people into our world are we condoning the behavior then again if we reject them

We aren't behaving in a christ-like fashion because he was often criticized by the Pharisees for fraternizing with sinners

Over the next few days. I hope to clear up some of this confusion and explain

Why we need to be more accepting of others just as Jesus was

We'll talk about when it's appropriate to judge and when it isn't but for today

I just want to start thinking about the tax collectors and sinners in your world

What can you learn from?

Jesus's example

Every dollar you give is a dollar well-spent multiplied by God to reach many partner with us in bringing the gospel to the world

Should I go to UNIVERSITY? The GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY! 2018 - Duration: 7:33.

Hey guys Alex Martin and this is my channel #StopBeingBusy

This week I'm going to be looking at University and here is the question...

Did you go to university to study, meet new people and give yourself

the best opportunity to get an amazing job... or did you go to university to drink

party and delay getting a full-time job for number 4 years.... hmmmmm

There isn't a right or wrong answer to this and I'm not trying to tell you that

you should go to university or you shouldn't go to university... But these are

just some of the things that will help you make a decision. It definitely would

have helped me when I was going to university as I didn't really have the

advice I just went and followed the majority because I thought that was the

thing that you have to do. Now if you want to be a doctor, an engineer or an

actuary, then of course you need to go to university. More often than not these industries are

regulated

and all that means is if you're passionate about doing

one of these careers you have to take a number of qualifications to get there...

simple!

However, how many people do you know that went to university knowing

exactly what job they wanted to do when they left? And here's another question

how many people do you know that I'm doing jobs that have nothing to do with

the degree that they did. This is exactly where I'm going with this video

from a young age, we are conditioned and told that we have to do a number of

things if we want to succeed in this world... You have to go to primary school

you have to be good - you need to get into a good secondary school. You go to

secondary school you need to get very good GCSEs then need to go to college.

You go to college, you get good A-Levels you go to university. Now if you

can't afford it you need to take out a loan which means that you're going to be

in debt for 'X' amount of years moving into the future...

We're gonna get into that a little bit more in the moment!

So you're doing your last year of your A-Levels

and there's BIG pressure to apply for University

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

So eventually, I got into Brighton University and I study Geography and that's actually something

that I really enjoy but I didn't know where will take me of

what you could actually do for me I just knew that I enjoyed the subject and I

would actually perform really well if I've got my head down and I stuck to it

and that is exactly what I did. Now here's the thing at the time geography

didn't necessarily translate into a job that I can do ironically everything that

I learned in human geography about trends, why people do things and data analysis

is so closely linked to social media marketing which is great so in the

long run my degree paid off...

but it took me 10 years to realise that I could use

my degree for my actual career.

The problem is a lot of people go to university and they don't find this link

but they still have this debt hanging over them!

People from the poorest backgrounds in the UK are eligible to

borrow more money from the government meaning they will get into more DEBT!

With individuals in this bracket graduate...

they could have a debt of £57,000

Is it worth racking up a debt of £57,000

only to get a job that pays £20,000

when you leave just to do what people say is right.

Now I just want to be clear. I actually fell into this bracket as well but luckily I went before the fees went up

Even though I didn't necessarily know why I wanted to do my degree I

learnt how to research, work with new people and drink copious amounts of alcohol...

I didn't necessarily do universities in the right way because I

didn't know what I wanted to achieve or what I wanted to do with my

Geography degree. All I knew is that I wanted to graduate with a half-decent mark and then

go on and get a 9-5 because this is what we're told to do.

At this point starting my own business didn't even cross my mind...

ME... START A BUSINESS?!?

If this thought even crossed my mind, I pushed it straight up because

we're always told...

You don't know the first thing about starting a business!

9 out of 10 businesses fail

You're stupid... Get a job!

How are you gonna start business you have no money!

You have no experience stop being stupid!

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

What are you doing?

What I've learnt is this all comes down to being scared and being

afraid to try new things.

If you fail, SO WHAT!

Nothing beats experience. You have to try new things to find out what

really works for you. If you don't you're just going to be stuck doing the same

thing and going along and accepting what people tell you to do.

Over the last years since leaving uni,

I have learned that you don't necessarily need a degree

to progress and be very successful in this world. How many of you work in an

industry where your degree is important? When I first came out of the University

and I was looking for jobs I would find jobs specs online.

I would look through them and if I didn't match exactly what was on the job spec,

I wouldn't apply for it. Now... having worked in recruitment, I realise that this is

just the filter to get rid of people who aren't confident in their own abilities or

are not willing to learn to get to where they need to be. Now if you get an interview

for a job that you don't necessarily have all of the experience for,

if you can prove to the hiring manager that you are are enthusiastic,

you're willing to learn, you're willing to help the business grow...

Guess what... YOU WILL GET THE JOB!

It's not necessarily all about having a qualifications. It comes down to you and being aware of yourself.

An area that is seeing RIDICULOUS GROWTH at the moment

is digital marketing in particular social media marketing

content marketing and anything that is to do with any of the social media platforms.

This can't really be taught at university because it evolves and changes so quickly.

If I told someone I wanted to get into this industry now and

they told me I had to go to university. You know what my answer would be...

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

WHY? Because there is so much information out there on the World Wide Web!

If you are willing to put the time into yourself and actually self study, there is so much you can achieve!

The way that I go into this industry is through data and data analytics.

I was looking for to digital marketing jobs... I didn't

necessarily know what I wanted to do but through Google

I found Google Analytics and guess what Google Analytics there was a free course

teaching you how to use the platform...

The reason they do that is because

Google want you to track data as much data as you can so they can compete

with their competitors. The more data they have the more they will grow, the

more they grow the more they take over. The more they take over... that's for another video...

I encourage you to use Google and YouTube to study.

Find videos that resonate with you. Find things that you

are interested in and learn a bit more about them.

Be proactive and #StopBeingBusy and get out there and start doing things.

The more things you try, the quicker you will grow and the quicker you'll be able to work out what

is you actually wanted to do.

So let's wrap this up.

University should I go, shouldn't I go?

As I said, I can't answer that it worked to me, it might not work for you!

You have to try things

If you are off to university this year and you have found this video useful,

Make sure you hit like make sure you subscribe and

make sure you turn on your notifications so you know when the next videos are coming out!

If you are in the working world and you went to university or you

didn't go to university it doesn't matter

make sure you share your comments below

Ask me any questions you have I'll be

more than willing to get back and I'm just really interested in finding out

what you did and how has helped you grow as an individual.

Now if that all said and done all I can say is

make sure you get out there try new things and...

STOP

BEING

BUSY

Draw Tip Tuesday: How to keep an illustrated journal - Duration: 2:58.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!

Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to build a creative habit.

One drawing at a time.

Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

Today we're using a black pen and a grey brush pen.

Any black pen will do, and if you don't have a brush pen, you can use a simple pencil.

It'll do the job just as well

keeping a sketchbook is a fantastic way to keep a journal.

It's an illustrated journal of your life.

And you may think that everything that you draw needs to be meaningful or important,

which makes you hesitate to draw the very first thing that comes up in your mind or

that's right in front of you.

But you'll be surprised how meaningful the mundane things become when you see them all

gathered in your sketchbook.

These are the things from your day to day life - they're telling your story.

And the best thing is, they're drawn by you, so they're even telling a yet more

personal story!

I'm drawing some things that seem quite random.

I'm using my grey marker to quickly indicate shadows, and that gives the sketch a bit of

depth.

I'm just drawing stuff lying around, things that have an interesting shape or seem a little

challenging to draw.

I'm keeping it loose and just place them randomly on the page.

Then I'll use the whitespace that's left, to write a bit about each item that i drew.

This adds even more personality to the page, and this way the page becomes a collection

of tiny memories, the page captures a moment in my day.

Play around with your lettering, fill up gaps by writing larger letters, use curves to write

along, fill up the page wit your little story or simple notes.

What's your story today?

Fill a page with sketches and write around them!

Have fun!

Camino Barcelona - our Spanish Teacher Asier (Spanish, English Subtitles) - Duration: 2:59.

Hi! My name is Asier.

I am a Spanish teacher at Camino Barcelona

and I have been working here since one year.

I have 4 years of teaching experience

2 years in Bilbao,

one year in Ireland,

and one here, in Camino Barcelona.

In our Spanish classes it is important

to use the following four aspects:

Speaking

Listening

Reading

and writing.

At Camino, we use images to practice our speaking.

For example:

"the man cooks", or

"the man cooked".

For both reading and writing

we use these books.

Finally, we even use games to practice.

I love being a Spanish teacher

and to teach in Spanish

because I like to share my culture with the students

from all over the world.

I like that classes at Camino are very international,

we have students from every country.

Furthermore,

people here are very grateful when they get to learn a lot, and have fun at the same time.

Well, I prefer cats

because they are more independent.

Flying! I´d like to be able to fly

so I could see all the Cities from the bird´s eye view

because I really like geography.

I could go across mountains

and ... I could travel for free. I don´t know!

Rock music, definitely! I don´t like Rap at all.

I think that a village is very quiet and living there is quite nice, but

the city offers more culture and possibilities.

This is very strange, because I like spiders.

But this sounds creepy.

So, even though it might sound a bit weird, I like spiders.

I like them, because they build spider webs,

Also, they hunt - without attacking,

... and ...

I don´t know. I like to observe them.

(Spanish) Bye, See you!

(English) Bye, See you!

(French) Bye, See you soon!

(Basque) Bye, See you!

(Catalan) Bye, See you!

(Spanish) We hope to see you soon

At Camino Barcelona.

Top 10 Most EXPENSIVE FOODS - Duration: 4:56.

Top 10 Most Expensive Foods

This has been a difficult list to because the prices of these items vary from season

to season.

However, despite that, these 10 foods are generally the most expensive things you can

eat.

The ordering is based partly on price and partly on how luxurious they are considered

to be.

10.

Oysters

The name oyster is used for a number of different groups of mollusks which grow for the most

part in marine or brackish water.

The oyster is the root of an idiomatic saying "The world is your oyster", which means

that to achieve something in this world, you have to grab the opportunity.

Oysters are best served raw in their own juices with a slice of lemon.

Oysters have, for many years, been considered an aphrodisiac.

9.

Matsutake

Matsutake is the common name for a group of mushrooms in Japan.

They have been an important part of Japanese cuisine for the last 1,000 years.

The Japanese Matsutake at the beginning of the season, which is the highest grade, can

go up to $2000 per kilogram.

8.

Lobster

Lobsters form a large family of marine crustaceans that nets a $1.8 billion for the seafood industry

every year.

They have a close family relationship with fresh water crayfish.

The most common preparation of lobster is to drop the living creature into a pot of

boiling water which kills it very quickly.

The flesh is then served with melted butter so as to not overpower the subtle flavour

of the meat.

7.

Foie Gras

Second to caviar, foie gras is one of the finest western foods available.

It is the liver of ducks or geese.

It is produced by a method called gravage, which is force-feeding of the animal of grain

via a tube down the throat.

Unfortunately this delicacy is surrounded by controversy and the sale and consumption

is banned in some American cities (such as Chicago).

It is freely available in all parts of Europe and the rest of the world.

6.

Fugu

Fugu is the Japanese word for pufferfish and is also a Japanese dish prepared from the

meat of pufferfish.

Pufferfish are deadly and if the fish is prepared incorrectly it can lead to death.

One pinhead of the pufferfish poison is sufficient to kill a full grown adult male human.

It has become one of the most celebrated Japanese dishes.

In order to prepare the fish for human consumption, a Japanese chef must undergo rigourous training

and certification.

It is normally prepared in such a way that a tiny amount of poison is left in the fish

as the poison gives it a slightly numbing and tingling effect.

5.

Bird's Nest

The nests are considered a delicacy in China and are one of the most expensive animal products

consumed by humans.

It is generally served as a soup but can also be used as a sweet.

The nest tasted musty and had the texture of snot.

4.

Kobe Beef

True Kobe Beef raised from the black Tajima-ushi breed of Wagyu cattle – is produced only

in Hygo Prefecture in Japan.

It is fed on beer and grain and produces meat so tender and fatty that it rivals foie gras

in texture.

The beef can cost up to $300 per pound.

3.

White Truffles

Truffles are from the underground ascomycetes family (tubers) and are reputed for their

high prices.

It has an odour similar to deep fried walnuts which is extremely pungent to some people,

causing a reeling effect.

2.

Saffron

Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world, reaching prices beyond $2,000 per pound

(depending on season).

Saffron is the three stigmas and style of the crocus flower.

Each stigma and style must be picked by hand and it takes thousands to make a single ounce

of the spice.

1.

Beluga Caviar

Beluga Caviar is the most expensive food item in the world, costing up to $5,000 per kilogram.

Beluga caviar is generally served on its own on small pieces of toast as it needs no additions

of flavour to improve it.

If you have not experienced eating caviar, when you bite down each egg pops and releases

a slightly salty-fishy flavour.
