Namaste! Today I'm going to show you some leg raising exercises that you can
perform with your fitness band. But first we'll see the importance of leg raising.
It improves our posture and increases the flexibility in our legs.
It enhances blood circulation and removes toxins from our legs.
It strengthens our abs and waist muscles. Lastly, it reduces fat in our core region.
Let's get started! Deep breath-raise your right leg
maintain for a while, exhale-down one-inhale two-exhale three-inhale
four-exhale, continue similarly...
Relax for a while, now rotate-one, two, three.
Then anti-clockwise, deep breath-one, two, three gently relax.
Now side stretching - your foot should touch with your right palm, exhale-come up
second round - exhale come up side stretch gently exhale and then relax.
Practice the same thing on left side also.

- Hey, it's David here.
Behind me, the island of Puerto Rico.
San Juan, right over here.
As many of you know, back on September 20th, of 2017,
Puerto Rico and many of the islands
down in the Caribbean were hit
and, in many cases, devastated by Maria.
We're about three and a half months after that disaster,
and reportedly, San Juan has only 50%
of the power grid back up.
In other words, 50% of the citizens here on this island
still do not have power.
Now you can say, "Well, that's a travesty".
"Well, why isn't the US doing more?"
"Or why isn't, why isn't, why isn't?"
And those are all great questions.
I can make this a very political video,
but that's not my intention.
I will say that in many ways, socialism,
centralized government, which was really established
by the United States when it took
over this beautiful island back in 1898,
has set up the fail forward of this beautiful island.
So it's not the citizens' fault, per se.
It's really lack of structure, and as I said,
centralized government, and a lot of socialism,
a lot of welfare here.
A lot of things that are not set up
to move an economy forward.
But, here's the big one.
Our government, the federal government, the US Congress,
in their great wisdom--
I'm being very facetious there.
In their great wisdom, they set up a triple tax incentive
for the government of Puerto Rico
to borrow money that was below market,
because in the United States, if you invested in the bonds
of the sovereign debt of Puerto Rico,
you got a state, local, and federal tax exemption.
In other words, there was no taxes to be paid,
so it incentivized people to invest
in bonds of Puerto Rico.
That's interfering in the normal marketplace.
Without those incentives, would the country--
I'm sorry, not the country.
Would the territory of Puerto Rico have been able
to borrow as much money as they borrowed?
Because you know, before the hurricane,
actually for the last several decades,
this beautiful island has been in a major debt crisis,
major debt crisis.
The government borrows money hand over fist,
because there's no limitations,
and because it's easy to borrow money.
And so they overload.
They become susceptible to too much too fast,
and they don't know what to do with it.
They don't build the infrastructure
that is the capital marketplace,
so now the debt overload has overwhelmed
the private marketplace.
There's no infrastructure here.
There's no capital markets here,
because they've become immune.
So, the reason I'm talking about this today,
is because in your own business,
especially those of you who are
professional practice owners, dentists,
and veterinarians, and optometrists, and chiropractors,
what have you maybe succumbed to in your practices
that are taking away your ability to control your future?
Well, here's a big one.
How about insurance?
You know, insurance got started in the dental marketplace
back in the 50's, and the American Dental Association
and I think probably most privately practicing dentists,
I was not one back then and you weren't either,
but most privately practicing dentists bought
into the fact that, well, if people had insurance,
they would come use it and that would drive the practice.
Well, that's artificial, and as we've gone
through decade after decade after decade,
today now insurance is controlling the private marketplace
in a big, big way.
You know it, you feel it, and so many dentists,
especially those coming out of school
with a lot of debt today, feel like they have no other way
if they are going to go into private practice,
but to sign up and become under the gun,
under the thumb of insurance companies,
which are directing everything.
And in fact, if you're dealing
with PPO managed care insurance companies,
you're signed up in network, you're de facto working
for the insurance companies.
I mean, you just are.
But you're taking all the risk and liability,
with none of the upside.
They're controlling you, because you're letting them
be your marketing arm.
That's really what it comes down to,
is most dentists are too afraid,
don't know how to market, don't want to learn how to market.
They want to focus on what they do,
and do great clinical work, and I get that,
but that's not gonna drive your practice.
That's not gonna drive your future.
If you're allowing the insurance companies
to be your marketing arm,
to provide you patients in the door,
then you've succumbed no different
than what the government of Puerto Rico has done
over decade after decade, and look
where they are today, in shambles, in shambles.
So, I'm future pacing you.
I'm letting you know that you may be surviving right now,
but there is a short window.
Because it's not gonna get easier.
The insurance companies are not gonna let off on the pedal.
They are gonna keep pressing and pressing and pressing.
So, what are you gonna do?
So, that's the bad news.
The good news is, very few of you listening to this,
and a whole lot less who don't even hear this message,
are gonna do anything.
That means you, if you want to do something,
you can make a change,
but you've got to be intentional about it.
You can't talk about it.
You can't go to courses about it.
You've got to make the change,
and you've got to start with the way you think.
It's the way you think.
If you don't change the way you think,
then you're not going to transform anything.
Changing the way you think is the key
to making a difference in your life, in your business.
Doing the same old thing, or just trying
to make linear growth is not going to make that happen.
You've got to take quantum leaps.
The only way I know how to do that is
to be a part of groups that think differently,
and that's not your typical dental industry conference.
I'm sorry to say, you might get great clinical tips there,
but learning to think differently,
you've gotta get outside the box.
That's what I've done in my life.
That's why I'm free today to travel the world,
do what I want to do, and impact more people
in a more definitive way, because I think differently
about what I do.
I think differently about how I can ten x everything.
Not just grow bigger, but how I can ten x my freedom,
my free time.

hey everyone today I'm gonna talk to you about the ultimate meshes that you can
get for 2018 and I want to talk about five main avatars that you can get one
of them is signature at their store now as you can see I'm standing before the
dummy here the model and if you have a signature body I would recommend you to
come to the store and upgrade the Bento head Gianni to version 2.5 if you don't
have it you can get it from the store also the body is now version 4.4 and the
bento hands are enabled since the version 3.5 so the major update was just
the HUD and reducing the complexity of the body and this store has been out
since TMP was out as well so this is was the competitor to TMP and eventually TMP
stopped updating so this body looks amazing and it's suitable for any kind
of thing you want many stores support it you'll find clothing for it is omega read
and for the head and body you would get that combo for around
7000 Lindens and I'm dealing with signature here as a brand and as a full
avatar not just a body there will be another tutorial where I talk about only
bodies that you can get for 2018 but on my first lists for avatar signature is
the major and the first thing you can get for the money and everything next
store I would really recommend you two visits will be Adam and Eve next
body all the Adam and this body has been to enabled now it's version 2 as well
the head the bento head was Just and still for around 850 Lindens
and the body is around 2950 Lindens so if you come
and you like the shape and mold shape of them mesh Adam you will get
a full combined if you like to buy the head and the body together so you
will have the full bento Adam avatar which also contains a nice HUD that you
can control your your feet with it to hide them and many skins inside the
hud but for me I don't like the shape of the avatar I'm just not so keen on it
but it's just a great option for you to go if you enjoy the functionality of the
the hud and you can just wear the slink shoes with it so Adam is also
omega compatible so you will not find find it hard to get clothing and find it
hard to get some skin the skin changes that looks on the mesh so I think skin
has a major role here it will just make you look different
so I will encourage you to you just to test it out find out what you like and you
have another wonderful mesh to wear on my list so this is the second store on
my list third store I would recommend you to check out
this nearly body by egoisme Davide I think as well you just
the E unable to pronounce it right with the name buts should be Davide alright
so this body is fully bento this is a full avatar not body so I'm sorry
this is a full avatar fully bento from head to toe and you purchase it for
around 3990 Lindens so if you come to the
store you'll find some free hair base and some skin tones here skin for for it
but the skin is just I'm worried and I'm not happy about the navel the nipple
section not sp right for it and you got the skin tones until some skinner makes
some skins for it but the body looks alright and it is omega compatible also they make
clothing here so I'm sure you'll find a way to get some clothing that will fit
your avatar so you can try try them over here at the store
and I'm sure with the alpha section in the in the hud you will be able to hide
the parts that you want so this is another full avatar that you might
consider for 2018 next store on my list is Altamura they have just released
some gifts for men and women in the women only hunt and men only hunt
just given demo like free body full avatar I mean head and body so if you
want to purchase the full version of their avatar you will go to the store
and find Albert and Robert they are two fully bento from head to toe as well
they are omega compatible the price for each is around 4499 Lindens so i
would just put them on my list because they put some effort to show a good mesh
that you the mesh is alright once you apply some skin i think over it this can
be sell I don't like much but I think the Skinner's that makes omega
you can suit different skins over it and we'll look alright
and for the head I bento so you can just tweak it the way you want
also if you still want to get the gift and you'll find Aaron full body by
Altamura gift so you can still somehow receive this gift you might have to
join the group or something to get it last but not least the fifth body I
would recommend for 2018 is in Enzo and Smith by aesthetic and the body is now
version point 1.9 it's been to enabled but unfortunately it's not Omega unless
you are just applying the clothing layer is just the Omega thing in this body but
the body is not omega compatible and they have also released bento heads that you
can use over so the bento head costs around 1200 Lindens
and the body costs 2799 Lindens
so if you want to get this body you can come to the store and you don't need
skins because it comes with the skin but there are some Skinners that makes
different skin tones for it also for the head so you can change your looks and
the bento to feature is just out there for you I hope you enjoyed this quick
