The 27 club 'IF' they sold their souls? - Duration: 5:49.

Hello welcome to If

Videos on conspiracy, myth and legends New content posted weekly hit that red button

and subscribe and don't forget to ring that little bell to notified each and every time

we post a new video Fame is something many people chase, the dream

of being rich and well known is all some people want.

But as the old saying goes sometimes you must be careful what you wish for as you may just

get it.

In this video we look at the 27 club.

The "27 Club" was the name given to an unsettling trend of superstars dying as they careers

peaked this coincided with them reaching the age of 27.

Originally, it seemed to be limited to famous musicians such as Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison.

However In the past few years, the club of 27 has grown to encompass more artists, like

Anton Yelchin and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

These ten star deaths are considered the most compelling of the 27 club.

1.Ron "Pigpen" McKernan (1945-1973) the original front man of the Grateful Dead is noted for

bringing the influence of the Blues to the band's sound.

He died from gastrointestinal bleeding after complications from alcoholism

2.Jonathan Brandis (1976-2003) suicide.

3.

Richey Edwards (1967-1995) of Manic Street Preachers disappeared.

4.

Brian Jones (1942-1969) The original founder and leader of the Rolling Stones found dead

at the bottom of his swimming pool.

5.

Jim Morrison (1943-1971) The Doors front man found dead in a bathtub in Paris.

6.

Janis Joplin (1943-1970) heroin overdose.

7.

Robert Johnson (1911-1938) died from strychnine poisoning and pneumonia.

8.

Kurt Cobain (1967-1994) suicide in his home.

9.

Amy Winehouse (1983-2011) died of alcohol poisoning.

10.

Jimi Hendrix (1942-1970) details of his death are disputed.

He took nine sleeping pills the night before he died.

All of these stars dead at the age of 27 And at the height of their fame due to tragedy

and personal demons, but could there a more sinister undertone.

Would you sell your soul to obtain stardom?

Did these people make a deal with the devil?

The 27 Club is thought of by some as a group whom made this Satanic Pact.

They signed a contract with the devil so they may achieve fame and fortune playing rock

and roll, this starting with the blues legend Robert Johnson.

Johnson supposedly had little to no talent playing guitar, but he wanted success.

The story goes that one night, he heard a voice telling him to visit the crossroads

by Dockery's plantation at the stroke of midnight.

When he arrived he was greeted by a large black man who was apparently the devil in

disguise.

The big man took the guitar from Johnson, tuned it, and returned it to him.

The guitar was then offered to Johnson in exchange for his soul.

Returning from the plantation with the new guitar Johnson became a blues virtuoso overnight.

In 1938, at age of 27, he was poisoned and died and the devil claimed his soul.

An "anonymous" Satanic high priestess claims that all members of The 27 Club since

that night when Johnson sold his soul have been promised fame and fortune.

They can have the fame their hearts desire but at the cost of their soul and in exchange

for their agreement to teach youth of that age to serve Satan.

Special ceremonies are held during the recording of the artist this is when a satanic blessings

is placed upon their music.

From that day on when the music is played, demons are called into the room.

These demons possessing the person playing the music and the people who are listening.

I feel you all deleting your music files and smashing C.D's in an attempt to hold onto

to your soul but wait just one second.

Actual statistical research shows celebrities aren't more likely to die at the age of 27.

56 is actually the age that has the highest death rate.

Or maybe that what the devil wants us to believe.

WOMEN, STOP SABOTAGING YOURSELVES! - Duration: 0:50.

I truly believe women have the power to change the world, and I serve women.

But the most common thing I see is women sabotaging themselves.

Telling themselves how they're not good enough.

How they're not pretty enough.

How they cannot do it better than the other person next door.

And let me tell you something, you can do it.

Stop sabotaging yourself and stop telling yourself that you're not good enough.

Especially if you have a message and a mission to do on this earth.

Use video to amplify your voice and create the change that you want to see in the world.

How to get started going after your dreams [Morning Motivation] - Duration: 2:50.

You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. -Zig Ziglar

Welcome back, Rebels!

And for those of you that don't know me, my name is Tony

And I have a dream of one day becoming a hero like the ones you see on TV and movies

this video is about motivating you so you can go after your dreams

whatever they might be if that is the kind of thing you find interesting,

you might want to click subscribe because I have a lot more where this came from

I think today we're going to try to tackle one of the most difficult subjects

Where do you begin? and what does that look like?

it is extremely difficult because not everybody goes after the same goal

everyone has a different dream and a different idea about what that looks

like when they come to the end of it but it is an important question to ask

and it is an important question to get an answer for

the answer is...

You have to find that out for yourself And I'm not saying that to be coy,

I'm saying that to be real What the beginning of your story looks like

is inherent to you What gets you going?

What is the thing about your dream that you want to go after most?

That is where you start Where your dream and your passion combine,

where those touch points are, that is where you start.

because in reality, it doesn't matter where you start

it matters that you start the biggest difference between a published

author and someone who wants to write someday is the fact that the published author wrote

stuff down Yeah, I know

there is a lot of steps in between writing stuff down and becoming a published author

But you have to start somewhere Start by writing down

if that is your dream if your dream is like mine

to become a hero and inspire people being a hermit doesn't really facilitate that

it might be a particular habit of mine but it does not facilitate it

and that is a weakness that I'm aware of there a plenty others that I'm not even aware

of but, in order to find those things, I have

to get moving I have to try things out

and make progress and you do that by getting started

And I know that is not easy getting started is hard

but once you do that you'll get a little bit of momentum behind you

and it will become easier and easier with each passing step, you'll get better

and do things quicker you'll learn more

and be closer to your goal But what you have to do is start first

stick with me rebels we can do this

as always there are links in the description to stuff I talked about, my social media,

and past videos I love likes and comments but the share shows

that you care if you're not subscribed yet now is the time

to do that click on the bell icon as well to get notified

everytime I put something new out

Renault R25 - Monza hotlap 1.20.760 (Assetto Corsa) - Duration: 8:05.

1., 2. Variante del Rettifilo - get ready to brake hard and downshift into 1st. It is important not to turn in too early - avoid the dreaded speed bumps. Slight throttle before the second turn and...

Get hard on it as soon as possible. Clipping the outside kerbs will cost you traction. Some nasty bumps on the road ahead.

3. Curva grande - The very long, gentle right turn. Taken absolutely flat out without problem. Must have been a nightmare back in the 60s.

4., 5. Variante del Roggia - brake hard once again, into the second chicane. This would preferably be taken in second gear, though not in this car.

6. The 1st Lesmo corner - you can normally take advantage of quick downshifts for maximum engine braking here, but this gearbox doesn't permit it, for fear of locking up the rear wheels.

7. The 2nd Lesmo corner - pretty much similar to the first one. Both these would be no problem if the car carried some wing, but alas, not in this trim. You have to take advantage of astroturf kerb extensions.

8., 9., 10. - The Ascari combination - brake hard and downshift into 3rd gear. Avoid the speedbumps, and also avoid the kerbs altogether in the second half of the corner.

Ideally, you should start accelerating almost as soon as you enter the corners, finally leaving the section at about 260 km/h.

11. Curva parabolica - this requires a firm, but brief stab of the brakes, shifting down into 3rd gear. Accelerate as soon as possible again, but be wary of losing the rear end.

Keep the car to the right as you enter the start/finish straight, in order to shorten the distance somewhat.

New Android Games This Week #2 30/01/2018 - Duration: 8:12.

The weekend, huh? What is it good for? Playing Android games, of course! That's what we

specialise in, so we're going to recommend you a bunch of the best that came out this week.

We've got a new game from the excellent

Nitrome, a quirky blend of genres, and the latest episode in a chilling space drama.

We won't spoiler though, you'll have to watch on to learn more.

Meteorfall: Journeys takes the crown this week thanks to its masterful blending of two

of our favourite genres. You'll create a deck out of basic attack cards then set off

on an adventure. Along the way, you'll collect even more powerful cards but if you die, you

lose the lot. Sounds like fun to us!

Out There Chronicles: Episode Two continues the adventures of Darius, as he strives to

survive on a desolate purple desert planet. You should probably go and help him out.

Slime Pizza Nitrome's games always feel super fun to

play, and Slime Pizza is no different. It's basically a Metroidvania in which you fling

your slime around a variety of clever levels, collecting its lost pizza. Heartwarming stuff.

Four Last Things Here's an interesting one. Four Last Things is

a traditional point and click adventure, except it takes place within paintings that take

inspiration from the Renaissance era. Definitely worth a look.

Block Quest Maker Move over, Mario Maker, a new sheriff's

in town. Meet Block Quest Maker, a level making tool that uses the assets from the

excellent Block Quest. Build your very own dungeon in this excellent creator.

Knight Maker We had to include Knight Maker on this list

because it's absolutely bonkers. You run a smith with the help of a swordstress PR

person, who you're also dating. Smith weapons, go on chests, and chat up an employee.

Soul Magic Online

Wrapping things up this week is a brand new MMORPG on Android. This one is isometric,

and perfect playing on your phone because it plays in portrait.

Midwest Aftermarket News: The 2018 Detroit Auto Show - Duration: 4:08.

Hey I am Kyle and I'm Veronica and we're back with another edition of Midwest

Aftermarket News

Ooh today we're gonna be covering some huge stories talking about all of the

major truck announcements coming out of the Detroit Auto Show specifically

Ford's relaunch of the Ranger line, the 2019 Chevy Silverado and her brand new

dynamic fuel management

very very controversial there and the new 2019 Ram

1500 with an optional hybrid engine what did I stutter I think not

The first American hybrid truck coming soon to a dealership near you

but first the 2019 Ford Ranger Ford decided to breathe life back into its

Ford Ranger series and whereas the other competitors in the midsize truck market

offer a variety of engine options Ford decide to keep it simple with only one

engine option straight out of there Mustang muscle car a 2.3 liter EcoBoost

turbo 4-cylinder paired with a 10 speed automatic Ford is marketing their

Ranger at weekend warriors of the newer generation those who live in and work in

urban areas but need a lighter pickup truck to hit the trails on the weekends

Meanwhile GM is making waves after president Reuss announced the company's new

mixed materials strategy would allow their 2019 Chevy Silverado to drop 450

pounds in weight while keeping an all steel truck bed Reuss claims that a

lighter powertrain coupled with composite material parts and aluminum

body panels allowed for the weight reduction which is projected to increase

the Silverado's fuel economy but perhaps the more controversial announcement for

aftermarket enthusiasts though is the launch of three new v8 engines with what

Chevy is calling their dynamic fuel management system

now this DFM for short will have the capacity to shut down one to seven

cylinders in order to increase miles per gallon. Get ready because you're gonna

need a new performance programmer or throttle response system to bypass this

DFM oh yeah well saving the biggest news for last Dodge announced the first ever

hybrid truck engine for its 2009 Ram 1500 this 48 volt system whatever

that means is actually a combination of electric motors and a standard gas

guzzling v6 or v8 coined as a mild hybrid the truck cannot run on it's

electric components alone the e-torque system effectively subsidizes the actual

engine adding a bit of torque and increasing fuel economy by enabling a

fuel saving stop start feature so if you've ever been in a hybrid car and had

it's engine just stopped running while you're in traffic then you know exactly

how this feature will go down the big question for truck buyers will be if

this trade-off is worth the savings at the pump the 2019 Ram 1500 has also shed

around 200 pounds this year and it's sporting a more aerodynamic front end all in

the name of improved miles per gallon that's all for today's episode of

Midwest aftermarket news we want to know what you think are you looking forward

to the 2019 Ford Ranger what do you think of the Chevy's new v8 engines are

you ready for some hybrid trucks let us know what you think in the comments

below and while you're down there rooting around in those sweet sticky

comments if there's a story you would like us to cover let us know this has

been another edition of Midwest aftermarket news thanks for watching

Eric's stop smoking story - Duration: 4:56.

My name is Eric. I live in Hove - I've been here for quite a while.

I was quite a heavy smoker. I smoked 40 a day - possibly more on the weekends if I was out.

I started quite late, when I was about 25 - when I first came to Brighton.

I got a bit tired of smoking and tried to stop.

I went 'cold turkey' once or twice to stop and it didn't work for about six months.

Then I tried nicotine gum, and they had sprays, which were really horrible and I didn't like the taste of them.

And that didn't work particularly.

And then I tried the patches - which controlled my smoking and stopped me smoking cigarettes.

I would have patches on all day and then I had a couple of roll-ups in the evenings. And I felt that was manageable.

And then on weekends I'd take them off and I'd smoke like a chimney again and I'd put them back on a Monday and it was a kind of ooh-ahh, ooh-ahh all weekend.

My partner's mother had been very ill - ironically she had chest cancer but she'd never smoked.

So we went through the whole process of chemo with her.

Eventually she died. It was very traumatic for him and obviously for me.

It just made me think about what I was possibly heading towards.

If that was a non-smoking individual and quite a healthy life, what my end up result might be if I didn't stop

I used to think it made me feel very glamorous.

You've got a cigarette in your hand - it gives you something to hold on to

and it's where you are, you're being witty, you're outside, you're at a party.

And I remember thinking it, when I was a younger gay man particularly.

And I think for me it was about those film stars and film stars and staresses.

The Bette Davis's and Hedy Lamarr's.

And the really glamorous women and men who always had cigarettes and the cigarettes were their accessories.

I had a cigarette holder from Liberty up to my 30s

You know, the most pretentious load of rubbish in the world.

And I remember seeing Bette Davis on the television program in the morning

It was morning TV. She was about 85 or 86.

She'd had three strokes- possibly because of her smoking.

She was still smoking - with a cigarette holder.

She was like a prune!

From her smoking, not just from her age. She was coughing.

And I had one of those clarity epiphanies where I thought -that's gonna be me.

I'm gonna look like her - probably when I'm 50, rather than when I'm 80, if I don't stop.

That's when I thought - I want to stop. I've had enough of this.

And realising that it wasn't that I couldn't stop, it was that I was addicted to the nicotene.

Up until that point I thought I had control of it, that I could stop, That it'd be easy to stop.

And I tried five or six times to stop. All the various things, but I'd always failed, and I thought I was weak.

So I worked for the local authority, and they were doing free smoking cessation courses.

As part of lots of health stuff to do it being slightly older.

And I just passed 40.

It was free, it was a 16 week course.

And I met with her, and we went through the various options and I tried most of them.

And some group stuff and I've been very adverse to the group stuff - I felt very dismissive of the idea that i could possibly gain from it.

But she made it very clear that if I was to do any kind of smoking cessation than I should have peer support.

and I would have to attend the group.

The first group I went to, I hated it.

It was full of people who smoked much more than I do.

There was a guy who was in his 80s who had an oxygen cylinder, and still wanted to smoke.

It just felt hopeless, and mad.

As we went through the process of withdrawal and stopping - of course everyone in the group had different goals and different achievements.

By the end of it I think about 70% of the people had stopped, at least for that moment.

I was really impressed that I met people and talked to people and shared experiences of how they had stopped themselves.

I found it really useful to be the group.

So, I did the Champix pills, which stopped me completely in three months, and stopped my desires, which is really good.

Since then, it's five years. I had my last cigarette on November 5th, because I wanted to be able to remember.

Since then my gym's improved, my lung capacity's improved,

so I'm much healthier than I was in a very physical way.

A lot mentally healthier, I feel a lot clearer.

I'm less impatient than I was. I think it's made me much calmer.

I don't feel the constant anxiety that smoking made me feel.

I feel more alert and awake, and I've got just more capacity to do stuff.

I don't miss the smoking at all. I really thought I would - particularly the outside pubs and bars and parties thing - but I don't.

And it's left my home feeling nicer, much cleaner it doesn't smell anymore.

I really notice smokers now when I'm around them - and I used to smell like that!

And I like the way that my food tastes better.

All the kind of things you hear about that you don't think are going to apply to you - but actually for me they did.

It was a difficult journey for me to stop.

But with the smoking cessation and the group work, it worked. And it's what I needed.

And ironically enough I needed to just submit to having some help rather than thinking I could do it myself.

Yeah, it's good

"And someone lost their 100 dollar bill"

The boss said - "well did you find it?"

"Did you help them find it?"

- "I was standing on the 100 dollar bill..."

*crowd Booo

Alright

So let's go to today's question

What's the question of the day? Let's roll it

Nelson from Uganda asks - How do I create a fun organization like yours?

Alright, how do you make it fun?

By dancing right

How to make it fun?

Very, very important how to make it fun

Your business fun

Because, let's talk about why people stay in the business

The psychology of Network Marketing

So there's only four reasons

Why people stay in the business, ok

Four reasons why people stay in the business

Before they quit, ok, four reasons why

Number one reason, is what?

Obvious reason is - if they make money

They make lots of money, or make some money

They are not going to quit

That's not 100% true, there's people who actually make money, they still quit

Believe it or not

But generally if they make money, they are not going to quit

So another reason is

They love the product

If they love the product

May not make that much money, or any money

But they feel hey

They believe in the profession, I'm doing a good cause

Right, I love the product

In certain amount of time, they will start making money

So loving the product will keep them in the business

Number three is

Relationships

The social, the people

Or the friendships

The friendships, so this is the social

Right, the relationships, the community of people

They love it, right

And by the way , this is

Similar to, and I'm gonna give you an example in a second

What it's similar to

So number four is

It's fulfilling

Fulfilling

You gotta create fulfillment in your business

So these are only the four reasons why people stay

They make money, and a lot of people

When they first start off, they're not entrepreneurs

Most Network Marketers join because they want to earn some extra income

They want to be entrepreneurs, but they haven't had entrepreneur experience yet

Right, so they're not gonna make much money yet

So these three things

These three are actually way more important

Loving the product

Loving the product, I'll give it a little heart there

Ok, they love the product

The social atmosphere

And the fulfillment

The fulfillment makes them happy

So fulfillment, let's make a little smiley face

Ok, and the social atmosphere as well

So by the way, this is the same for lots of things

Right, like church for example

Most people are not there hard core

But they go to church

Maybe not even like the sermon, the service

But, they love the product, the love God

They feel like they're a believer

Or their friends go there

And their fulfilled, they feel fulfilled

Like hey, I did something because I went to church on Sunday

Same thing with a gym

Why do people keep going to the gym?

Not because they're gonna be 3% body fat

But because they love, they're exercising, the feel fitness is important

Or their friends go to the same gym

And then fulfillment, they feel fulfilled

So, one of the ways to create this

When people stay in the business

Is creating a culture of fun

Right, you want to create things fun

So even if they are not making money, but if it's fun

People stay in the business

And I know leaders, organizations, where it takes time

Time, especially with a lot of younger groups, Gen Y

Very young in college

Where they don't have the skill set, to make a lot of money yet

But because they created fun, people stay in the team

And it buys them time, and eventually they all start making money

So as a leader, you gotta create fun in your organization

So, how do you create fun?

Ok, asides from dancing, right

One way, tell jokes

Tell jokes, be funny, don't take yourself too seriously

And you can always ask this question, talking about fun

If they didn't make money, would they still want to be in the business?

Right, if they didn't make money

But they love the product, social, fulfillment, fun

People love jokes, laugh

Right, if you think about it, some of your prospects

If they are not good prospects, even they're not making much money, but it's because they are having fun

So create that fun

Tell jokes in your trainings, go to events, make fun events

A fun event could be a BBQ

One of the things I learned early on

One of my coaches did was B&B

B&B stand for beer and BBQ

Now, even if you don't drink

You probably like a BBQ

I guess if you don't drink, and don't eat meat, you're a vegetarian

You'd still go to a BBQ to hang out, cause there's games and stuff like that

So you can do a fun event, one of the things we always did was

Every quarter we'd have some type of fun event

We're it's just a social hang out, gathering

One time we went to Dave and Busters, did something cool

Another time we just, end of the training we'll go out

In Malaysia we did something fun every night

When we're building, every night at 11, 12 o clock, it's like

Late night we call it supper

We'll go 11, 12 o clock we go to good Chinese food

And eat late at night

Now, not the healthiest thing to do, but that was the culture we did

Right, so B & BBQ, events

Now, you don't necessarily need a fun event

It could be like company big event, and you can have a fun part

In that big event, right, so at your company's conference

It can be two days, three days

Do a fun night out

And you can have like a white party

You can do like a BBQ, you can do some dance party

Anything, but make it fun, you could do events

If you're building online, Facebook groups can be fun

Every day you can have a different theme

Wednesday it can be wacky Wednesday

Thursday it can be something different

Friday, different themes

Create different themes online

And you see a lot of people, it can be pet day

Take a picture of your pet, show them

People love to show off their pets, people love to

Show off their pets just as much as they like to show off their kids

You know, sometimes even more than their kids

So create something that makes it fun

Ok, and people remember the fun moments

And that's why they want to stay

Also, you know, we talk about B&B the B & BBQ

You can do it virtual

I know leaders who do a virtual wine tasting

Believe it or not, they're in different parts of the country

They say hey, let's go have some wine tonight

We can't be in a physical location, but we can all

Have a glass of wine and share a story

And they just go on zoom, sip on wine and hang out

Right, this is 2018 now

This is what the internet world is like

We hang out online, you could do it through a Facebook Live

Do different things inside your groups, or on zoom

You can do online hang outs, online wine tasting, online coffee breaks

Something you do on a consistent basis to make it fun

So, there you go

I think the most important part is don't take yourself too seriously

You don't want to be

I know you want to treat the business serious

This is something I've worked on

Myself, because I'm very hard core

When I got to the business I was really serious

But you have to understand not everyone is like that

They want to have fun

Don't take yourself too seriously, learn to enjoy, to laugh

And it just breaks down the tension

And the stress and pressure

Your team, they have the stress and pressure from their families, work already

They want a fun atmosphere, they feel fulfilling, and they can grow at the same time

And

Make some money as well

So that's how you do it, make it fun

NO EXCUSES | Motivational Video 2018 | MORNING MOTIVATION - Duration: 13:22.

what did you give up on your dream

why did you say why why did you let that

dream go the dream that meant so much to

you why did you let it go

was it because you listen to those

around you

those who didn't reach their own dream

that you listen to them when they impose

their limits on you they said be

realistic they said take that job was it

because you had no examples close to you

of anyone who actually went after their

dream and refused to settle for less why

did you give up

when you're young you know without

question there are no limits there's

nothing it cannot be nothing you cannot

accomplish no Heights

you cannot scale you know that but as

time wears on for most people like tips

away a little ward at their soul just

way in their business just wait and

their belief in themselves opinions get

inside and poison their soul

this world is filled with smart people

who didn't make smart people they lost

hope smart people they gave up smart

people who lack the courage to listen to

the voice inside that says yes I came

and instead listened to society who said

most people don't most people fail it's

too risky play it safe

I will not play it safe I refuse to have

said less than my potential no it is not

too late it's now time to regain your

power no it's not too late if you're

breathing there's time if you're

breathing

the time is now the time is now to live

the time is now to go after their

experiences you want to leave the tree

you want to see in your reality

don't pundits you discern the joy and

potential that's been laying dormant

inside it's time to wake up you are

capable others before you have done it

with less intelligence with less

resources with less education with less

help there's no excuse

that is fat you just need to sum up the

courage to go for the strip to fight

through setbacks the persistence to keep

going until you say and the crap to

enjoy when it comes

two times now and years to come

make sure the question they ask you is

not why did you give up on your dream

but how did you make your dream become

every gap

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

devote yourself to something bigger be

decisive about what you're gonna do say

I'm gonna do it and that's it and then

be disciplined about getting it done

every single day whether you be like it

or not

[Music]

if you're willing to decide what you

want believe it's possible consciously

envision the future feel the feelings of

what it would feel like if you'd achieve

this goal you can have anything and then

you take action both obvious actions and

inspired action you can do anything

force yourself to do it say you're the

general the brain is the general the

troops of the body the troops I want to

listen beagle you you listen and you get

up and you do it and then you get to

write it down write that down just do it

just do it make yourself do it

[Music]

focus on one thing one area put all of

your energy into water in one area if

you spread the water across many many

seeds you don't have as much water

fluency so focus on one thing making

your priority and stick with it no

matter what

[Music]

remove temptation you must remove

temptation if you are going to have

self-discipline your perception of

yourself

will either make you or break you if you

think you're nothing I promise you this

you will be nothing if you think there's

nothing better in life than a better

life is something that you will never

find start believing start believing is

possible

self-belief self-respect believing in

yourself all these things are critical

elements to you foraging pollard all

these are key ingredients are you

putting one foot in front of the other

continuously day in and day out and

never getting so down on yourself

[Music]

you keep biting you keep the favor

there's better days ahead I promise you

no storm lasts forever

[Music]

once you get out there now you begin to

see things as they really really I dare

you to take a little pain I dare you I

dare you not to go home some I said I

thought home go home I feel bad go throw

it

you may go die at the end of pain and

success don't just go through it grow

through it that difficulty is an

opportunity to get stronger to develop

character to gain new confidence anybody

can give up anybody can let it overwhelm

you but you know what that's doing

wasting your pain that pain is not there

to stop you it's there to prepare you to

increase you to develop you the only

thing is if you're trying to get there

you cannot stop believing in any way no

matter what anybody said no matter what

anybody tells you you have to know it

beyond knowing it

do more be more do more become more stop

being the coward that you were yesterday

start getting after it stop

procrastinating stop sitting on the

couch telling yourself you're gonna get

up and go do whatever the hell it is

that you're gonna do in ten minutes or

fifteen minutes so your body responds to

your thoughts what's going on is gonna

show up in your body

your lightness is found in your pain

embrace it love it and grow from it

we all lose self-control when we lose

self-respect and the more discipline

that you can learn and the more

discipline you could pattern into your

life the more that you can keep going

around those corners and picking up

those points they're stronger that

you're going to become and the less

likely you are to slip down that giant

rabbit hole

don't defeat yourself stop talking down

to yourself stop beating yourself up

stop being your own punching bag and

start telling yourself I will get there

it is possible

I do have purpose you have to be equip

mentally to endure this process knowing

what you're about to go into a step one

knowing it's an uphill battle but a

winnable one and one that's achievable

every transformation always gets worse

before it gets better

so don't build up so much anxiety and

make yourself feel so bad if you're not

reaching some of your goals so those

either feel unmotivated you feel like

you're not determined and you're beating

yourself up over it you need to stop

because you need to have time to explore

your path

when there is opportunities in the day

to cut a corner you stop yourself and

you say how does this help how does this

hurt how does this help how does this

hurt if you care about your success more

than anyone else in the room I promise

you this you will be successful at some

point in time if you change your mindset

and really focus it on what discipline

really is you start to welcome

discipline you welcome self discipline

into your life

[Music]

you are at where you're at because

you're choosing to be there I want you

to think about that and you might have

all these excuses all these reasons

justice

justifiable right you're at where you're

at but I want you to understand you are

at where you're at because you're

choosing the beter

stop buying into the bullshit story you

tell yourself that you can't do it and

just go for it and see what happens

you've got to win you got a tape

responsibility for where you're at

sometimes even if it's not your fault

and then you've got to go get after

[Music]

it's time to readjust how comfort zones

it's time to figure out whatever

majority is doing imma find myself doing

the office

figure out in your life all of the

short-term pleasures that you are so

used to giving into and start

challenging those starts shaking them up

a bit your future self will think your

present self later so learn how to

control your focus learn how to think

about what the end result is learn how

to use the natural momentum and energy

you have the secret and the key is

consistency you have to work extremely

hard also I know that you can do it but

you have to stay committed to the

process guys

if you don't believe it you won't

achieve it it's so simple so we have to

understand what is the ambition and have

great clarity to it

you have got to put in the time you've

got to put in the hours and guess what

it's the one thing we can all control

regardless of our skills regardless of

our talents it's the one thing we can

control and it's how hard we work so I

challenge you today get out there and

work hard

[Music]
