Waching daily Feb 27 2018

Hi, my name is Ryan Brown and I am the founder of Mockquestions.com.

We have over 20,000 unique interview questions on our website, with all these questions its

surprising to me when visitors search for this one customer service interview question,

which is: Give me an example how you have delivered excellent customer service at your

last position.

I wanted to share with you two interview answer examples that can help you create your own

interview answers.

These are both geared towards an entry-level job position.

The first one.

During my summer job working at home improvement store, a customer came in looking for an outdoor

patio lighting set.

They had a specific model in mind that they found on our website.

Our website showed that we had four in stock.

Unfortunately, there were none to be found on the display case.

Normally, we keep excess product stored above the display case.

And there was none up there as well.

So I took down the customer information and told them I would contact them as soon as

I found the product.

I spent the next 45 minutes looking through different aisles until I was able to find

the product they were looking for.

I gave them a call and they were able to come in and purchase their outdoor lighting set.

They were really pleased.

A second interview answer example that I wanted to share with you.

I worked part-time as a server last Christmas and I was instructed to greet each customer

by saying, Hi my name is Ryan I'll be your server today, and so on.

I wanted to take this a step further and become more personable with my customers, I would

repeat my name at least twice throughout the dining experience, at least two more times.

I would say, again My name is Ryan if you need anything let me know.

Customers would come back a week or two later and say we had Ryan as our server last time,

is it possible if we could get him again?

My managers noticed and it was very rewarding for me.

Again these are just two sample interview examples that you can use for your upcoming

interview.

I would recommend getting out pen and paper and writing down at least three customer exchanges

that you've had where you felt like you went above and beyond for the customer.

If you have no prior job experience think of a time where you have volunteered, helped

a friend, or helped a classmate.

And these would work as well as a time when you helped out a customer or delivered excellent

customer service.

Thank you for watching, for more interview answers and advice visit our website at Mockquestions.com

where we have over 15,000 unique interview answer examples.

Lesson 74 Learn English - Money, money, money - Causative - Duration: 4:57.

session 74 money money money

the money created by banks isn't a paper money that we receive from the cash machine and hand over to the shopkeeper.

The Central Bank cash makes up only 3% of existing money.

the other 97% is what flashes up on the cash machine screen when you check your balance

banks are allowed

to creat money in order to spent loans mortgages etc and is simply an IOU from

your bank to you. In this technological, internet age men able to use internet

banking to arrange our affairs pay our bills et. E-commerce sales are growing by

more than 19 percent every year and could reach a staggering 1.4 trillion by

2015 with over 50% of the population of the u.s. internet shopping regularly

this means that you will likely handle a small percentage of the money you earn with

the rest being passed digitally from company to company. This digital cash can

effectively create a substitute for actual money which in theory sounds like

a safe secure and efficient system. However to understand the implications

of a paper money free will you should take a look at how the central bank

created money and how the high street banks won't end their profits. Let's say

for example the central bank creates a 10 euro knows the cost of producing such

a notes maybe 2 euros. A high street bank would anticipate a demand for cash from their

customers and purchase notes from the central bank these notes were brought

for their face value 10 euros for 10 euro the high street bank would then

loan the money out to their customers and charge interest this interest end

would be the profits gained by the bank in the meantime the central bank would

take 2 euros from the money paid to them by the High street Bank and used that to

create more money the excess 8 euros would be used to help fund health care

education and other council services keeping taxes down now

when the customer approaches a high street bank and makes a claim for a loan

the bank does not give the customer actual money rather it creates a deposit

account to the amount new customer wishes to lend for each loan that a bank

makes in this way creates new money. In a report made by the Bank of England is was

stated: "Commercial banks create money, in the form of bank deposits by making new

loans when a bank makes a loan for example to someone taking out a mortgage

to buy a house it does not typically do so by giving them thousands of pounds

worth of bank notes instead it credits their bank account with a bank deposit

of the size of the mortgage at that moment new money is created. Commercial

banks do not have to pay anything towards council services and so the

lessening demand for actual money means that taxes are raised in order to keep

up with public demand for such services where funding isn't generated to pay for

these services there must be cuts. Before 1844 only the government was legally

allowed to create metal coins rather than people carrying around all these

coins they would deposit them with the jeweller or the goldsmith

he wouldn't Ain give the customer a piece of paper stating the value of the

coins deposited for security the shopkeeper would take the coins to

adjust the bank. Eventually most shopkeepers would simply accept the

paper receipts as payments saving a customer at the effort of depositing and

withdrawing constantly. As a result and use small percentage of deposits were

ever drawn noticing this the shopkeepers realized that they could lend out the

remainder of the money and charge interest thus earning themselves a

profits favour to this being the many shops would now accept the paper

receipts the Goldsmith's and jewels were able to give borrowers said receipts

while without coins even if the shopkeeper had only 1,000

pounds in the vault they could now lend out

much more. The power to create a substitute for actual money was born and

banks were allowed to create money from nowhere

Lesson 73 Learn English - Extreme Sports - Modal Verbs - Duration: 4:02.

Session 73: Extreme Sports

Extreme sports are activities perceived as having a high level of inherent danger.

What is construed as an extreme sport is debatable, but there are several

characteristics common to most extreme sports:

speed, height, a high level of physical exertion and highly specialized gear.

Where the term extreme sports originated is unknown, but some people

believe it arose from a phrase that is dubiously attributed to Ernest Hemingway

"There are only three sports: bullfighting motor racing and mountaineering;

all the rest are merely games".

It is possible that the origins of extreme sport participation

derived from daredevils of the past.

Evel Knievel was one such daredevil.

In his career, he attempted more than 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps

and suffered more than 433 bone fractures,

earning him an entry into the Guinness Book of World Records,

as the survivor of "The most bones broken in a lifetime".

Before him was Bud Ekins, although Ekins was considered a stuntman

for films and television, rather than a daredevil.

Most notably was the famous fence jumping on

a Triumph TR6 Trophy in the Great Escape (1963).

His career spanned 35 years and his work can be seen in such films as

Diamonds Are Forever (1971), The Towering Inferno (1974) and Blues Brothers (1980).

George Carroll is an extreme sports enthusiast: "My next attempt is a base jump, I'm really excited about it.

I should give Glenn Singleman a ring, he broke the record for a 19,500 foot jump of

The Great Trango Tower in Pakistan, along with Nick Vitalis in 1992.

That record was held for 14 years, before Singleman and his partner Heather Swan

broke it with their 21,667 foot jump from Meru Peak in Northern India in 2006.

The record is currently held by Valery Rozov for his 23,680 foot jump from Everest in 2013.

There is still another 1,000 feet of cliff to ascend.

I should practice as much as possible before I try to break any records.

I was able to jump from the Troll Wall in Norway, which is 3,600 feet

and I may take a few jumps Angel Falls.

I will also be performing a series of jumps from the Burj Khalifa building in Dubai.

I had to fill in a lot of paperwork for this particular jump.

They are very health and safety conscious,

if you recall Alain "Spiderman" Robert in 2011.

Even known he prides himself on his free solo style climbing,

he had to use a rope and harness for the climb or they wouldn't let him do it.

I will start on the 140th floor and work my way up to the 160th.

Each jump is going to be documented and televised on completion of all the jumps.

I've received a lot of interest from sponsors.

Companies who want me to advertise for them, but I had to decline their offers.

I do it for the adrenaline rush, not for cash.

My extreme sports shop earns enough money to buy the equipment

I need to perform my jumps and that's all I really need".

How to make the chenille donut pendant - Duration: 12:48.

Hi, I am Diána. I want to show you how to make a chenille donut pendant with Swarovski bicone crystals.

I wrote a PDF tutorial from this pattern, what you can find on my website: beading-tutorial.com.

It is normally a paid tutorial but somewhere in this video

I will give you a coupon code.

Using this code the first100 lucky viewer can download the tutorial for free.

So, look for the code in the video. At the end I will tell you how you can download the tutorial for free.

To make this pendant you need Swarovski bicone crystals in size 4 mm,

fire polishd beads in size 3 mm,

Seed beads in size 11/0,

beading needle in size 10 and

nylon beading thread or fishing line in size 0.2 mm.

Pick up a seed bead, two pieces 3 mm beads, a seed bead, two pieces bicone crystals,

a seed bead and two pieces bicone crystals on the thread.

Place them on the end of the thread and tie a knot to form a ring leaving a 4 inch long tail.

Pass through the seed bead next to the knot. You created the first two rows.

Pick up two pieces 3 mm beads and pass through the next seed bead.

Pick up two pieces 4 mm crystals, and sew through the next seed bead.

Pick up two pieces 4 mm crystals and pass through the next seed bead.

Sew through the 3 mm bead you first added. This is the third row.

In this round you need three seed beads.

Pick up a seed bead.

Sew through the next two beads: in this case a 3 mm bead and a 4 mm crystal.

Pick up a seed bead and pass through the next two beads,

so the next two 4 mm crystals.

Pick up the last seed bead and pass through the next two beads:

in this case a 4 mm crystal and a 3 mm bead.

Sew through the seed bead you first added in this round. This is the fourth row.

Pick up a 3 mm bead and a 4 mm crystal. Pass through the next seed bead.

Pick up two 4 mm crystals and sew through the next seed bead. Pull the thread.

Pick up a 4 mm crystal and a 3 mm bead and sew through the next seed bead.

Pass through the 3 mm bead you first added.

Pick up a seed bead and pass through the next two beads.

Repeat this two more times.

Then sew through the seed bead you first added.

From this point on repeat steps from 3 to 6 until the chenille chain has the length of 36 rows.

Pay attention to the sizes of the beads at steps 3 & 5.

Always put 4 mm crystals over the 4 mm crystals, and

3 mm beads over the 3 mm beads.

So at repeating step 3 add

two 3 mm beads and 2 times two 4 mm crystals

according to the position of the beads and crystals.

As repeating step 5 add two 4 mm crystals,

a 4 mm crystal with a 3 mm bead and

a 3 mm bead with a 4 mm crystal according to the position of the beads and crystals.

As Repeating steps 4 and 6, after you added a seed bead, always pass through the next two beads.

At the end of every row pass through the bead you first added in the current row.

Before you close the beaded ring end the tail of the thread. Pass through some beads and cut the thread.

While you end the thread I give you the coupon code.

The code for the free download is bdt1812cd.

Note the code bdt1812cd!

At the endI will tell you, how you can download the tutorial for free.

After you finished the 36 rows (or if you count the crystals only you need to make 18 rows)

for your chain to form a ring.

Path through the next two beads on the other end of your beadwork.

Pass through the next seed bead.

Sew through the next two beads on the other end of your work.

Pass through the next seed bead.

Sew through the last two beads on the other end,

and pass through the last seed bead.

Pass through some beads.

Tie a knot,

pass through some beads,

tie another knot,

sew through some beads and cut the thread.

Insert a jump ring into the pendant.
