blessed are the meek see, they will inherit the earth hallelujah meekness
humility reign with the Lord in the millennium reign of Christ on this earth
the Bible says God resists the proud right but he giveth James 4:6 but he
giveth more grace wherefore he said he resists a proud but gives grace to
the humble God resists opposes you know humility is
one of the highest attributes of the kingdom of God
right on the top end of attributes even the angels in heaven
recognize people who walk in humility because they have a clothing that
resembles that humility keeping the first the important things first see
we've been taught in ministry it's good to be taught in the gifts of the Spirit
and how to move in the gifts of the Spirit but you could be removing the
gifts of spirit and living a really carnal life and don't really know God at
all because they are just gifts you didn't earn them
you didn't qualify for them you receive them by faith gifts and to get to heaven
you leave all those gifts behind they're not who you are
right blessed are the meek they shall inherit the earth blessed are the pure
in heart they shall see God blessed are those who are persecuted for
righteousness sake Titus 3:2 says speak evil of no man
Colossians 3:12 put on therefore the elect of God mercy
kindness humility meekness long-suffering
these are the sayings of Jesus and above all along notice this above everything
else Colossians 3:14 and above everything else put on love which is the
bond of perfectness above everything else Colossians 3:14 it's repeated in
1st Peter 4:8 where Peter said above all things everything else have fervent love
among yourselves

Weird Things Girls Do When They're Alone - Duration: 3:39.
Weird Things Girls Do When They're Alone
There are so many things that you can do while you are alone.
However, girls actually do even weirder things when no one's around.
They do these things not because they are weird.
In fact, it is just because they are bored, and they need something to do to make their
life more colorful.
Additionally, it is because they want to experiment one and two things they think cute.
Here is some weird things girls do when they're alone.
#1 - Nasty pick boogers
It is advanced level of pick boogers that you do because you are able to go further
than you did when you were kids.
This is nasty, but some girls really do that to know whether they can do that longer.
#2 - Long shower
One hour of showering is definitely the best feeling ever, and it is actually not that
long because you will also sing your favorite song.
One more thing, you also try to pee while standing, and it is just satisfying somehow.
Though it is weird, no one is going to complain anyway since you are alone.
#3 - Putting random ingredient
Baking is not always experimental process.
However, this time you put more than enough ingredient to create single cake.
This new experimentation is actually aimless.
You just want to know the effect of each ingredient for aroma and taste.
Some people even don't recommend it, but you do it anyway.
No one wants to comment anyway because no one's around.
#4 - Do things naked
You may have imagined and even planned things you will do without wearing any clothing.
Making coffee, watching TV, and cleaning the house are great start if you haven't planned
anything.
You may also want to do many other things naked including gardening.
However, you should make sure there is no one around because it may be too obvious.
#5 - Dancing
Be it you are good or bad dancer, you will try to walk from room to room while dancing.
This excites you though you are so weird with that kind of activity.
The best part of this activity is that you don't feel tired, and that's maybe because
you enjoy it so much.
#6 - Watching reality show
When you turned on the TV, you may stuck in the middle of reality show, and you keep wondering
why it is possible to have such condition anyway.
Your mind is wandering and thinking how you can be the part of the reality show.
#7 - Try to do things that you are afraid doing
Yoga movement, dancing movement, and other technique that you don't have muscle memory
on will be tried until you can do it.
Sometimes, it works very well that you master a movement.
However, sometimes you fail and you will be interrogated by your friend when you come
to the office the next day because of your bruises.
#8 - Stalking online
While you are alone, you are free to do anything that you like.
That includes stalking people who are around you even though you know you will hurt yourself.
No one will notice that you are crying though.
Well, that's some of the weird things that girls do when they're alone.
So, do you have any weird things to share?

New Release Tuesday: February 27, 2018 - Duration: 6:59.
Hi everyone. I'm rincey and i am one of the contributing editors over at book riot.
I am back to do another new release Tuesday video and today I'm talking
about books coming out on Tuesday, February 27th. So the first book that I
have is Chicago by David Mamet. David Mamet is a playwright who has been
nominated and won a bunch of awards including like Oscars and Tony's and
things like that. This is sort of a completely different type of book
because it's an actual novel and it is a mobster thriller set in 1920s Chicago.
In this book you are following this character named Mike Hodge who is a
veteran of the Great War and a big shot now at the Chicago Tribune. Mike Hodge
probably shouldn't have fallen in love with Annie Walsh. Then again, maybe the
man who killed Annie Walsh shouldn't have messed with Mike Hodge. So this is
Mamet's first novel in nearly two decades. And apparently this one is going
to be a fun page-turner. So if you are fan of David Mamet's or if you just
enjoy mobster novels or if this just sounds intriguing to you at all, that's
called a Chicago and it's about David Mamet. Next I have I'll be gone in the
dark: one woman's obsessive search for the Golden State Killer by Michelle McNamara.
This is a true crime novel and this one is highly anticipated by a lot
of people for a number of different reasons.
Michelle McNamara was married to Patton Oswalt and unfortunately she passed away
sort of in the middle of this investigation and looking into the
Golden State Killer. The Golden State killer was this serial rapist turned
murderer who terrorized California for like over a decade. He committed more
than 50 sexual assaults in Northern California and around ten murders.
Then he disappeared, eluding the best police force and detectives that are out there.
And then nearly three decades later, Michelle McNamara became determined to
find out who the gold state killer was. She poured herself into the police
reports. She talked to victims and she embedded herself in the online
communities that were also really obsessed with solving this crime. So this
book is all about Michelle's investigation into the Golden State
killer and what she found along the way as well as a snapshot into what the
United States was like during this time period. And again that's called I'll be
gone in the dark: one woman's obsessive search for the Golden State killer. Next
I have the strange bird by Jeff Vandermeer. This is a new book from Jeff Vandermeer
that takes place in the same universe as the book borne that came out I believe
last year. The strange bird is a new type of creature created in a laboratory - part
bird, part human, and part a lot of other and different things. But now the lab
where she was created is under siege and the scientists have turned against their creations.
Flying through tunnels, dodging bullets, and changing her colors and
patterns in order to escape capture, the strange bird is able to escape. But she
can't just soar in peace above the earth. The sky is full of wildlife that rejects the
strange bird as one of their own and it's also full of technology like
satellites and drones and other items of human civilization that has
basically all but destroyed itself. So if you were a fan of the borne book and you
enjoy sort of these weird and totally out there sci-fi worlds that Jeff
Vandermeer creates, then the strange bird is definitely going to be one that you
will want to pick up. Next I have a girl like that by Tanaz Bhathena. 16 year
old Zarin is a lot of things: a bright and vivacious student, a risk-taker, an orphan.
She's also the kind of girl that parents warned to stay away from:
a troublemaker whose many romances are the subject of gossip around the school.
So how is it that eighteen-year-old Porus has only ever had eyes for her? And how
did Zarin and Porus end up dead in a car together on the side of the highway
in Saudi Arabia? When the religious police show up everything that everyone
ever knew about Zarin is now being questioned. And as her story is being
pieced together told through multiple perspectives, it becomes clear that she
was more than a girl like that. This is a debut young adult novel that tackles the
complicated issues of race, class, identity, religion,
and paints a portrait of teenage ambition, angst, and alienation that feels
both innovative as well as universal. And again that's called a girl like that.
Next up I have a princess in theory by Alyssa Cole. Between grad school and
multiple jobs, Naledi Smith doesn't have time for fairy tales or patience for the
multiple emails that she receives claiming that she is betrothed to an
African Prince. As a former foster kid, she's learned that the only thing she
can depend on are herself and the scientific method. And the silly emails
won't convince her otherwise. Prince Thabiso is the sole heir to the throne of Thesolo,
shouldering the hopes of his parents and his people. At the top of
their list is his marriage. So as the dutiful Prince he tracks down
his missing betrothed. However when Naledi mistakes the prince
for a pauper Thabiso can't resist the chance to experience life and love
without the burden of the crown. So Alyssa Cole is a much beloved romance writer
especially here at the book riot community. This one sounds like it would
be a lot of fun. And again that's called a princess in theory. And the final book
of that I have for you guys is summer hours at the robbers library by Sue Halpern.
People are drawn to libraries for all kinds of reasons.
For head librarian Kit the Public Library at Riverton, New Hampshire offers
what she craves the most: peace. Here no one expects kit to talk about the events
in her life that forced her out of what she thought was a settled suburban life.
She can merely submerge herself in her beloved books and forget about her
worries. But that changes when fifteen-year-old homeschooled sunny is
arrested for shoplifting a dictionary. The judge throws the book at sunny,
literally, by forcing her to do community service at the library. Bright, curious,
and eager to connect with someone who isn't her off-the-grid hippie parents,
sunny coaxes Kit out her of her self-imposed isolation. So if you are
someone who is a fan of books about books or books that are set at libraries
or around books, I feel like this would be a really great one to pick up.
It sounds like it would be a really great like heartwarming read. And again that's
called summer hours at the robbers library. So that's everything that I have
for you guys in this video. Definitely leave a comment down below letting me know if you
plan on picking up any of these books or if there's anything else coming out
today that you are excited to pick up. Otherwise I will see you guys again next
Tuesday with another new release video. Bye.

Teaching In Kuwait vs Teaching In Dubai - Duration: 5:31.
I've taught all over the world
and... I'd like to take this opportunity to compare my experience
in Kuwait versus Dubai
All different kinds of things we could compare here
we could compare the students, we could compare the schools, the countries, those 3 things
now, my experiences in Kuwait and Dubai were two totally different experiences
and to give you an idea...
my school in Kuwait was an international school
it was a very very good... very good school, very well run
it was being run very well and it was ran very well
my school conversely in Dubai was not an international school
and it was different
okay so it's day one, it's about 7:30 in the morning
I've arrived at my new school
uhh... I've been told nothing so I'm just sat in the staff room
waiting to be told where to go, what to do
not sure what's going to happen, not sure what classes I'm teaching, what my timetable is
don't know what grade I've got...
my experience in Kuwait was good enough to keep me there for only one year
but, you know, I did a year and I really enjoyed it
the country... I loved Kuwait
it was first glimpse into real life in the real Middle East
and I really embraced it
and as most of you might know, if you've seen these two videos, I enjoyed my time there
teaching in Dubai was a different experience
Dubai as a country is more comfortable to live in
there are buses, there are trains,
there are resources, there are services
the hospitals are fantastic
although I never went to a hospital in Kuwait so maybe they're fantastic in Kuwait too
the students... there's no difference between the students, I taught a lot more nationalities
of students in Kuwait
given the fact that it was an international school
and in Dubai
I just taught all UAE students
so it was a different experience
now, if you're working in Kuwait or living in Kuwait and you're thinking of moving to Dubai
then you will have a pleasant surprise
if you're from a a big city in, I don't know, the U.K. or the U.S. or something then...
Dubai will feel a lot more comfortable to you, you'll feel a lot more at home there
this ladies and gentlemen is Dubai
Kuwait is a lot more Middle Eastern in that you don't get those same comforts
sometimes you step out of the door and you get dust like this
it's about 38°C at the moment
yes there are tons of restaurants and there are things to do in Kuwait
but in Dubai
like I say, you can walk out, you can easily get a bus, you can get a taxi
malls everywhere
but the main difference about Dubai is that
there are just so many expats there
such a huge expat community, you wouldn't believe it
that you feel very, very at home very quickly
in Kuwait, two thirds of the country are expats,
so again it's large
but in the UAE as a whole, I understand it's about 9/10
so 90% of the residents of the UAE aren't actually citizens
my experience of teaching in Kuwait was a positive one
it's a stunning country and there are things to see and do
and I found the whole thing... the whole experience, very very eye opening
and just interesting to see how a different country lives and how they function
and my experience in Dubai was less eye opening, less fascinating
because it was more of what I already knew
my advice would be
go to Kuwait
and then go to Dubai, go to them both
go and see the whole Middle East, live in the Middle East
and see it for yourself
Both Kuwait and Dubai are both very family friendly
if you have a family and you want to raise kids there... do it
you'll never go to a safer
safer country, one with a stronger society
and all the facilities and the infrastructure in place to give your family what they need
honestly
my experience of Kuwait was good, my experience of Dubai was good
there's lots to do in Kuwait but there's even more to do in Dubai
go to them both, see them both
and then share what you think about these countries down below
Thanks for watching this video I'm Arabic Mike
more videos there and there
and you can subscribe to this channel here
thanks for watching, take care, byebye!

Chronicle of Love 29 (English Subtitle) - Duration: 45:04.
<i> Guarding an old dream in the empty hall </i>
<i>When opening my mouth, the words don't have their meaning </i>
<i> The leaves have already fallen </i>
<i>The Love has already burnt to it's full. It is beyond me </i>
<i>What I miss is the gracefulness in the night </i>
<i>Obviously I dare not touch anymore </i>
<i> Why does my heart recall old ache? </i>
<i> No trace was left of that time </i>
<i> Leaving into a dream and coming across again </i>
<i>Despite the tears departing the sprouting trees of the spring </i>
<i> The courtyard is profound, but not as profound as the pain </i>
<i>Each memory of sorrow or joy turns into a devil </i>
<i> Half of my life spending clinging onto us </i>
<i>It is our fate to abruptly meet and depart </i>
<i>loving and hating like a dream, like a fire, harsh like the wind </i>
<i>Deep in the darkness, our mutual embrace </i>
will be endless, so I fear
<i>On bustling summer and spring, then on autumn and winter </i>
We are all teased by passion and hatred
In our memories the "us" of those years is endless
Chronicle of Life
Episode 29
Finish embroidering this.
I'm waiting to use it.
This isn't a place where Your Majesty should come.
Lin Lang...
Whatever's on your mind, you can tell me.
Tell me and I can help you.
Even if you're the Emperor, there are some things you can't resolve.
If you don't tell me, how do you know I can't resolve it?
Can you resurrect the dead?
Can you cancel what's already happened?
Why did I have to know you?
What really happened?
Can you tell me clearly?
You won't understand...
the hate in my heart and the ache.
Lin Lang, I won't understand of course.
If you don't tell me, how can I know?
You tell me. Let us shoulder it together.
How are you going to shoulder it with me?!
Lin Lang, I beg you. Tell me.
Let go of me.
I won't let you go until you tell me.
I won't let go unless you tell me.
Do you believe I will die in front of you?
Lin Lang, don't.
Ye San! I hate you forever.
Lin Lang!
Go! You go!
Lin Lang,
I've made the arrangements.
Have you really made up your mind to leave?
I have. I must leave.
Alright. I'll take you away.
<i>When you see His Majesty, what will you do?</i>
<i>What will you do?</i>
<i>I will kill him.</i>
<i>Silly girl.</i>
<i>You wouldn't be able to.</i>
<i>You clearly love him so much.</i>
Be careful. Don't get scalded.
I've finally thought it through.
That night in the mountain cave . . .
I am Ye San and you are Liang'er.
I know you like that Ye San in your heart.
Not this emperor.
I can't change the fact that I'm the emperor.
And I know we have mountains and rivers between us.
I've always asked you to come to me.
I have been asking too much.
From now on,
you just need to stand here.
Wait for me to walk to you.
Your servant takes her leave.
I don't know what exactly happened.
But no matter what,
I will keep waiting for you.
I didn't think our chance would come so soon.
How do you mean?
Nalan Rong Ruo and Wei Lin Lang plan to run away together tonight.
Nalan Rong Ruo is heavily skilled in martial arts.
I fear it won't be easy.
Don't forget that we have more people.
Alright.
<i>Even if you're the Emperor</i>
<i>there are things you can't resolve.</i>
<i>Can you resurrect the dead?</i>
<i>Can you cancel what's happened?</i>
<i>Why did I have to know you?</i>
<i>I hate you forever.</i>
Your Majesty, tea.
Your servant deserves death.
I want to be alone. You may leave.
Your Majesty.
Don't be like this.
If you're upset,
you can take it out on me.
I feel myself being a useless person.
Your Majesty!
Seeing you like this
makes me sad for you.
Go now.
Yes, Sire.
Who is it?
Rong Ruo.
Lin Lang, hurry and run.
Let go of me.
Don't move.
Put your sword down.
Put your sword down!
Who are you people. What do you want?
Rong Ruo!
Rong Ruo!
Rong Ruo.
The dog emperor cares about you so much.
But I see you like Nalan Rong Ruo more.
Take them away.
Wait.
Maid.
Since you like Nalan Rong Ruo so much,
why don't you trade the dog emperor's head for his life?
How about it?
Bastard. Stop dreaming.
Rong Ruo!
Maid.
Either Nalan Rong Ruo dies or the dog emperor dies.
You choose.
Don't kill Rong Ruo.
We will not kill him.
As long as you take this drug
and put it in the dog emperor's food.
But if you dare to expose us
you can come and fetch your Rong Ruo's head.
Take him away.
Your Majesty, Lin Lang's back.
Lin Lang.
Your Majesty.
Are you alright?
I don't know what to do.
I'm here. You needn't be afraid.
Lin Lang.
I know you care about me.
<i>Either Nalan Rong Ruo dies</i>
<i>or the dog emperor dies. You choose.</i>
Court Lady.
Is this almond jelly for His Majesty?
Yes.
Finally you've got some heart.
Do you know that His Majesty stood in the wind for half an hour last night because you angered him so much?
His Majesty truly likes you.
I've never seen His Majesty like one woman so much.
You should not anger His Majesty again like that. Alright?
I understand.
His Majesty is a good emperor. You're a good person too.
Why can't two good people be together nicely?
You should be grateful.
You continue then.
Take care in leaving.
Your Majesty. Your Majesty.
Your Majesty.
What happened?
Lady Lin Lang and Sir Nalan
were taken by them.
This is almond jelly your servant prepared for Your Majesty.
Your Majesty, let me try it first.
No need.
No need to worry.
Your Majesty,
even though we are outside the palace, I should uphold the rules.
- Let me... - I said no need.
I love your almond jelly the most.
I will eat everything you make.
Your Majesty!
Little De!
Your Majesty, you had millet porridge today. You can't combine it with almond.
I forgot to remind Lin Lang. I deserve death.
It's my fault. I was careless.
What a waste.
Wasted your thoughtfulness.
You may leave.
Yes.
<i>His Majesty truly likes you.</i>
<i>I've never seen His Majesty like one woman so much.</i>
<i>You shouldn't anger His Majesty again like that. Alright?</i>
<i>I will eat anything you make.</i>
<i>What a waste. Wasted your thoughtfulness.</i>
<i>His Majesty's a good emperor and you are a good person too.</i>
<i>Why can't two good people be together nicely?</i>
<i>You should be grateful.</i>
Your Majesty.
Where does it stand now?
Replying Your Majesty, the preparations are done.
<i>In her heart,</i>
<i>I rank lower than Rong Ruo, last.</i>
Brother Chang Qing.
Brother Chang Qing.
Don't go. I know what you're going to do.
For my sake, please?
Who are you to me? Why should I listen to you?
Brother Chang Qing.
You are still wearing the shoes I gifted you.
I know you like me.
Please don't go.
Let go of my hands.
Brother Chang Qing, if you keep going in this delusion,
you will have many people killed.
I can't let you keep going with your error.
You are a good person. You should return to your old self.
My old self?
Do you know what my old self was like?
I know. I know.
<i>I am your enemy.</i>
<i>Me being nice to you was to repent my sins too.</i>
<i>You are such a fool.</i>
<i>I've said this.</i>
<i>I will guard you forever.</i>
<i>Stop!</i>
<i>If I hadn't remembered it myself</i>
<i>were you planning on hiding it from me forever?</i>
<i>Correct.</i>
<i>I wish you would live a happy and peaceful life.</i>
<i>No matter what happens from now on,</i>
<i>you mustn't die on my account.</i>
<i>No matter what happens to me,</i>
<i>you can't take the risk for my sake, understand?</i>
<i>Silly.</i>
<i>It's not like it's the first time Father punished me.</i>
<i>Why do you always come along?</i>
<i>It's cold and dark here.</i>
<i>I don't want Young Master to stay here alone.</i>
<i>But I'm so hungry.</i>
<i>I really hoped I could eat.</i>
<i>Let's eat pear blossom cakes.</i>
<i>Pear blossom cakes?</i>
<i>What kind of filling do you want?</i>
<i>- Red bean. - Fine, red bean it is.</i>
<i>We'll use rouge paste to make a goo</i>
<i>and throw red beans in it.</i>
<i>This much. Enough?</i>
<i>Not enough. More.</i>
<i>Then, how about this much?</i>
<i>Enough.</i>
<i>We'll mix cane sugar from the South Sea with dawn dew</i>
<i>adding on top the first pear blossom of early Spring.</i>
<i>Do we add more sugar?</i>
<i>Less is better so it's not too much.</i>
<i>Alright.</i>
<i>Finished making them.</i>
<i>Now we need to get them steamed.</i>
<i>Start the fire.</i>
<i>Alright. Lin Lang, I'll pull one out for you to try.</i>
<i>Careful of getting burned.</i>
<i>So fragrant.</i>
<i>How is it? Is it tasty?</i>
<i>So tasty.</i>
<i>Brother Rong Ruo, you're so nice.</i>
Your Majesty.
Your servant greets Your Majesty.
I took some time off to do it,
but today I finally finished embroidering the pouch.
This pouch took you so long to embroider.
Not late nor early.
You finished embroidering it today just in time.
I can go to sleep now.
You may leave.
Your Majesty.
Wei Lin Lang.
In your heart,
is my sincerity so easily trampled on
and so easily played with?
Everything I give you,
is worthless to you.
Your Majesty.
Since I entered the palace,
it was you who allowed me
to feel what it feels like to be cherished.
To be protected.
It was you
who gave me the feeling of having a family.
I am grateful of Your Majesty.
Who wants your gratitude? \NI don't care about your gratitude.
Go outside.
Your Majesty.
Did you kill the dog emperor?
Where's Rong Ruo?
You really can't forget him, can you?
Brother Rong Ruo.
Lin Lang.
You shouldn't have come. You shouldn't worry about me.
You should go to His Majesty.
His Majesty will protect you well.
Brother Rong Ruo,
what I owe you,
I can't repay you in this life.
I can't kill His Majesty and then to come save you.
The only thing I can think of
is to come die with you.
Brother Rong Ruo, I owe you.
Lin Lang.
I want to eat pear blossom cake made by you.
Lin Lang
will make them for you in the next life for sure.
Kill them.
Kill the dog emperor.
Lin Lang, hurry and untie me.
Don't be afraid of running out of wood when you have a forest. Let's go.
His Majesty's orders. Kill anyone who defies them.
<i>Kill anyone who defies them.</i>
<i>Kill!</i>
<i>Brother!</i>
<i>Don't kill.</i>
<i>No.</i>
<i>Stop killing. Don't!</i>
<i>No!</i>
<i>Stop killing!</i>
Lin Lang.
Stop killing.
Lin Lang.
Lin Lang.
Lin Lang.
Brother Chang Qing, this way. Hurry.
He clearly went this way. How is it he has gone?
Everyone search thoroughly.
It's a dog. Let's go. Continue our search.
Brother Chang Qing, are you alright?
How did you appear there?
I was worried you might get hurt.
So I followed you out.
But I lost you half way.
I'm glad you're fine or else I don't know what I'd do.
Why are you such a dummy?
Do you know what you did almost killed you?
Brother Chang Qing...
I am willing to die for you.
I've seen too many family members die in front of me.
I don't want to.
I don't want to see you die in front of me too.
Brother Chang Qing.
I wanted to come and tell you I know what your true self is like.
You would steal food for me to eat and put on fireworks for me.
And buy candied fruit for me and take my punishment for me.
Brother Chang Qing, these are all your true self.
Brother Chang Qing, let's run away together.
I know you don't have family.
From now on, I'll be your family.
Your Majesty,
the assassins were sent by Wu San Gui.
Wu Zi Mo is the leader.
Is Rong Ruo alright?
Replying Your Majesty, Doctor Zhong already examined Sir Nalan.
His body sustained no major injury.
Good then.
You may leave.
Brother Rong Ruo!
The person you chose wasn't me.
Yun Chu, you leave.
Brother Chang Qing, if we go far away,
they won't capture us.
You can't leave.
Why?
My father, my mother,
my older brother, my younger sister,
the entire household of 127 lives.
All killed by that dog emperor.
I must avenge their blood grudge for them.
I am not called Chang Qing.
I am Duke Abunai's royal son...
Asihai.
That day...
was my sister's birthday.
Rong Ruo's fine. You needn't worry.
Since you only have Rong Ruo in your heart,
when I granted you to him back then,
why wouldn't you leave with him?
Why do you keep me in your palm?
You do not fear death.
<i>Winter and Spring have passed away </i>

<i>Fate of past life into this life </i>
<i>A thousand drinks </i>

Why do you use Cropster? By Tim Wendelboe from Tim Wendelboe Cafe - Duration: 0:52.
I'm Tim Wendleboe the reason I use Cropster is
to do my quality control it's very difficult to follow roast profiles
if you don't have a proper logging system for it. With Cropster it's very easy to
analyze the quality afterwards as well.
It also controls my inventory so I know how much coffee a roaster has done at any given
point I know what's called design stock and so on which is really helpful when
you have so many different microlots to take care of during a year.
yeah i just really like the ease of use of Cropster.
It's made my my everyday life a lot of easier. I can sit in Colombia and
look at profiles while the my roasters are roasting back home in Norway.
I feel like I have much more control over my roastery
by using this software

What do you think?
I think Cropster is pretty awesome

Why do you use Cropster? By James Hoffmann from Squaremile Coffee Roasters - Duration: 0:31.
My name is James Hoffman from Square Mile Coffee Roasters in London
we've been using Cropster for quite a while now and for me - I am not a roaster
so my interaction is more about needing to understand what is happening
So for me Cropster is about oversight of our entire
roasting as well as insight into exactly what's going on.
collecting data is pointless if you don't know what to do with it and it's being
able to actually do something with all the data we collect that makes it
valuable to make it valuable to me.

3 Books That Will Make You a Better Person - Duration: 5:13.
Hi. Wallace here with your Monday video. Today I'm telling you guys about three
books to read to make you a better person. And take that tongue-in-cheek,
please. The first one is one that I'm listening to right now. It's called you
can't touch my hair by Phoebe Robinson. um This one is gonna make your life
better because first of all it's gonna educate you. And second of all it's gonna
make you laugh really hard. She's fantastic. I love Phoebe Robinson.
Right now she has podcast and coinciding TV show two dope queens on HBO right now
and this book. And I'm just like inundating myself with Phoebe Robinson
because she's awesome. These are essays though about basically
her teaching all of us about recognizing where we're probably too glib and too
uninformed about ways in which were racist, ways in which we aren't aware of
other cultures and in ways that, if we're white, we're super privileged. And some of
this stuff is not stuff that you're gonna be like, "I know." It's gonna be stuff
like, "shoot, I didn't know that." Like it wasn't on my radar. You know, and some of
it is gonna be stuff that you know already but could use a good reminder of.
And if you're somebody who like was already trying to be better and more
aware as a person, then you're gonna love her comedy as well. Like you're gonna
love the tips that she gives you and like the things, the lessons that she's
like teaching you are actually gonna be like thanks. I'm, I needed to hear that.
I needed to put myself in that position. So I highly recommend this one. Next is an
anthology. It's called rad families and it is, um, these are all essays about
different types of families and families doing things in a different way. And I
think that everybody could use this. I think it'll make you a better person
whether or not you are somebody who has kids or is married or has a partner or
whatnot. Maybe even if you're just somebody who
that might be in the future for you. Or if you are a kid of somebody, if you're
part of any family, this um can either inspire you to do
things differently. It can make you feel more comfortable and less lonely if your
family does do something differently. Or if you personally are choosing to do
something differently with your family. And also it's like normalizing things
that are looked at as non-traditional, which I actually really like. I really
think those things need to be normalized and those kinds of families need to be
normalized. And maybe just because I am a family like that, a single mom raising my
kid pretty, pretty much by myself who wasn't actually not looking for somebody
to get married to. Look I'm not, I'm not looking to fill that gap right now. In
fact I'm not even thinking about it as a gap. So I like stories about people who
are doing things differently because it just inspires me and reminds me that
like not everybody has to be like cookie cutter vanilla way of doing things.
And maybe if that makes you uncomfortable, you need to read this book more than anybody.
The last one is the year of less by Cait Flanders. She writes a blog.
I believe it's CaitFlanders.com now. And she's done a few life experiments over
the past several years. She got really healthy. She quit drinking. She got out
of financial debt. And this was her experience of living on like I think it
was like less than half of her income or something for a year by not spending.
Like she had a list of things she could spend on, you know, groceries, etc., gifts
for other people. And then she had a list of things she couldn't buy. She did that
for a year and she got rid of the things she didn't use and this is the book
about that. She recorded this on her blog but there were parts of it that she
didn't share like other stuff that was going on in her life. And so she shares
that in this book so you can get a bigger picture of what it was like to
not be spending during this kind of crazy year for her and how much it
changed her life. So I'm super interested in this and I think this would probably
benefit a lot of us especially if you live in the United States of America.
We are like the culture of consuming things whether or not we need them. So another
interesting book to make your life better. So all three of those, like,
they're not self-help books and you're not gonna find them in this self-help
section and I don't think you're gonna find this one in the self-help section.
This is the only one you might find there but I didn't find it there.
And I doubt you will but the others are not. However it doesn't mean that they won't
help you to become a better person. And so I just am recommending that for you
as we head towards spring and spring cleaning your house, spring cleaning your
lives, spring cleaning your thoughts and your awareness and adding some cool new
thoughts to the process. If you have any others that you'd like to share with
people, go ahead and do that down below. And I will see you again next Monday.
Until then, happy reading.
