Waching daily Feb 28 2018

Hello Sina viewers, I'm Huang Zitao

Actually there are lots of outfits in the show I've worn it

But I want to see how it looks on the models

I never thought I would have a big collaboration with YSL

I never expected to be the ambassador for YSL

Before I got into fashion, I've been buy YSL's clothes in every season

Since I started knowing YSL and loving fashion

The first brand I chose was YSL

It might be the fate

I'm so happy to attend this fashion week too

I think I can open a shop with my YSL stuff at home now

During filming the eyewear CF, actually there was some unsatisfied things

Because it was filmed at the headquarters

So I couldn't use my own makeup artist and stylist

I could only bring one person to go in with me

And they gave me a wig to wear

I mean they didn't use my own hair, you know?

And actually I don't really like that hairstyle

The glasses are very nice, it's just the hairstyle that I really can't take it

I finished shopping

I bought 4 T-shirts of YSL

And a turtleneck sweater and this pair of shoes

Actually right now, I want to design my own outfits

I will have my concert outfits made to order with a brand, maybe YSL

Not my casual clothes, it's the clothes for my concerts, I want to try something like that

I actually don't really like baggy pants

That type of pants isn't very popular either

I've tried that for a few times but I still prefer wearing jeans

I don't have much dating experiences

I think my dating experiences in the past were not very mature at all

Now I want a mature relationship but the right person still hasn't appeared yet

I'm the type that don't often coax girls

I will see what exactly is going on

Because I don't like the type of girlfriend that still forces her boyfriend to coax her when she's the wrong one

It would be very tiring because I'm a busy person, I won't have much time to coax her

Maybe because I'm still single now so I'm saying so, I don't know what type of person I will meet in the future either

I think they all are pretty except Zhu Bishi (Show Luo crossdressing)

Jackson Yee looks very pretty in crossdress too

When I posted that Weibo post, I saw lots of people sending pictures of Jackson Yee crossdressing too

I forget her name but I think she looks very pretty, the cute type

Then what type are you?

I don't what what type I am either

I watch Negotiator everyday

I think I even keep up with the drama more regularly than anyone

You see I'm now in overseas so I can't watch it, right?

But I will still use 4G network to download to watch

No matter if it's variety shows or dramas, when I watch it, I don't think it's me

But anyway, it's not bad

But I think because that drama was filmed long ago, the first drama

That's why there would be lots of lackings

But in the upcoming dramas, I think my acting will be better than in Negotiator

So I think I will keep working hard

3 LIFE HACKS You Must Know - Duration: 4:29.

A time goes by, and we become taller, stronger, and more capable of doing new things and facing

new challenges.

And as a result of that, Many people carry the same mindset that mental, spiritual and

emotional growth happens in the same way.

But what a lot of people don't understand is that, we don't simply get better by just

living, yes of course, we might get more experiences and learn something new but thats insignificant.

Just because you are getting older, doesn't necessarily means you are getting better at

handing your relationships or improving your spiritual life for example!

The real growth doesn't happens accidentally.

Lets just take a look at practical real example, if you want to build up your body, you don't

simply assume that you will become a body builder just because you are getting older,

yes of course your muscles might get stronger but that won't have any significant effect

on your body.

The only way to build up your body is through hard work and discipline, most importantly

you must have a very well practical plan to do that.

A diet plan, what you should eat and what you should not!

A work out plan, how many times a week will you be working out?

how long and what exercise exactly you will be doing?

And the more specific and practical is the plan, the higher are the chances you will

be in that goal!

Unsurprisingly, everything else works in the same way!

If you want to want to become a better person, you need a plan on how are you going to develop

yourself in different aspects of your life, financially, spiritually, mentally and so

on and so forth.

What I would recommend to do is to pick up 20 books every year in 4 most important aspects

of your life.

Pick up 5 financial books to understanding how to take a better care of your money, maybe

its the time to learn how to invest in the stock market or the real estate.

Read another 5 books to improve your social skills, learn to build better stronger relationships!

Definitely there are other ways that you can use to work on yourself besides reading books

(courses), but what matters at the end of the day, if you want to become a stronger,

smarter and wiser, you must Plan all the way to the end!

Secondly, Consistency is the key

So the other day, I was looking for something in my computer and I accidentally can across

the first ever video I have created, I had a lot of fun watching it because it was absolutely

horrible, now I understand why no one wanted to watch that video at that time, and thats

the whole point!

As I started making more and more videos, I started getting better every time, of course

its really difficult to realize the difference after each video, but over a longer period

of time, you will clearly see it!

The idea is that, consistency is what will get you the results!

A lot of people email me that they want to start a youtube channel but they don't know

how to make videos, so was I, but as I started making more and more videos, I started learning

and improving.

Don't expect yourself to instantly get dramatic results, it always takes more time than you

think, what matters at the end of the day, is consistently learning and improving.

It doesn't matter how talented are you.

It doesn't matter how many opportunities you get.

If you want to grow, consistency is the key.

And lastly, Learn From other peoples mistakes

People always say that you should learn from your mistakes and thats right! but what its

much smarter to learn from other peoples mistakes!

why would you repeat the same mistakes over and over when you simply can learn it from

people who have already done it.

If you try to learn everything by yourself, its going to take you a lot of time.

Thats why its always important to find mentors.

A lot of don't understand what does it means to find a mentor!

It doesn't mean that, if you want to learn how to invest, you must convince Warren Buffet

to personally teach you how to step by step invest in the stock market!

Or if you want to learn coding, you need Bill gates himself to teach you that!

Thats not how it works, you just need to learn from someone who is 2 or 3 steps ahead of

you!

If you are starting your first business, nearly anyone who has build even a small tiny business

can give you a valuable advice!

In short!1.

Plan all the way to the end!

2.

Consistency is the key 3.

And lastly, Learn From other peoples mistakes

How To Fill Out Standard Rental Lease Agreement | Standard Lease | Create Lease Agreement | For Rent - Duration: 25:41.

Good morning my name is Tom Witek with https://www.JustSellingHomes.ca

Today I'm going to do a complementary video now this video complements another

video that I have done about the new standardized lease agreement

now before I show this..... the video is going to be about filling out the

residential tenancy agreement between landlord and the tenant but

before I get into it and I found a nice way to to record basically your screen

your PC screen and to do this you just need microphone and a program it's

actually free program it's called OBS studio now if you want to use if you

want to use a tablet to capture the screen then you would use DUI Recorder

to record okay so let's get into it so as you see I have the open lease

agreement right here and this is basically it's going it's an entire new

provincial lease the government issued. It's a new provincial document that is going to be

in effect for all tenancies in Ontario as of April 30 2018 okay and I am not sure

if other provinces have standardized their

lease agreements but Ontario finally did so so you can see it's

it's right here I'm gonna put a link to my blog and on the blog I'm gonna

actually put the agreement which you can which you can download and fill out this

is the agreement that everybody gonna be using okay so so you see the standard

form of lease residency residential tenancy agreement now how do you fill

this out okay so so let's say I'm gonna put my name for the landlord

okay then you're gonna go to Section B let's say your tenant is going to be

Jack Machiavelli Jack machiavelli and obviously would know okay so

Machiavelli's last night oh that's how they did it

it was first name last name before so machiavelli Jack and then you are the

tenants and the kids of the tenants

now you obviously fill out the the unit so let's say it's 75 street number 200

sunshine Avenue

okay in the province of Ontario I am in Ottawa salesperson in Ottawa and

obviously there would be like K to 3 or 2 to 3 5 J 2 and now this is important

you better specify if with the lease you actually giving the tenants the right to

a parking space so you would like one parking space included or excluded

depending on what you want to do in the lease parking number 56 let's say ok the

rental unit is a unit in a condominium now obviously that depends if you if you

have condominium is going to be condemning for the purposes of this

training tutorial I'm gonna say no this is important so there's going to be a

schedule which is called the condominium declaration bylaws and rules

which the landlord can provide to the tenant and the tenant can

read you can actually make the tenant initial their condominium and the

read it and that should be sufficient now this is a address for giving notices

or documents to the landlord so for example let's say a student is renting

your unit you would you probably want the permanent address which would be

proud their parents address so you would put that here typical situation both the

longer and then at leat receive notices and documents by email we're allowed by

Landlord and Tenant boards rules okay so would say yes in Ontario you can do you

know you can do faxes probably email is the most convenient okay so you see it

here now this time of tenancy okay so let's say it's that so we're here at

February 26 let's say starting March 1st okay so you depends how you want to set

this a fixed length of time ending on so that would end on February 28 2019 it's

a year right or monthly you would do it per month or you can do daily weekly now

daily would more like a short-term maybe AirNB

tenancy okay so just to add to this to basically if you'll do a fixed-length

ending on you can do it for even two years right or three years really it's

done per year the tenant automatically goes on month-to-month okay and they

still have to give 60-day notice when their month on month to month now the

section 5 says rent rent rent is to be paid on the first second on the last day

of each month a week depending on the agreement and the tenant prepared a

fellow in rent so let's say basement is 1500 now depending you remember that

section that we discussed before if you put party included or excluded in my

case I would include it and here it's very important to specify services and

utilities whether the landlord pays it or the tenant so what happen it utility

so obviously electricity select with electricity paid by a tenant and you can

specify this because otherwise you know you wanna avoid

disagreements water and

sewage tenant and for Ottawa as of January of last year I believe, city of Ottawa issued

that basically for water and sewage you need to fill out one of their forms so

that so that the tenant can actually set up an account for the property now all of

these accounts are in tenants' names not in the landlord's names

dang what am I missing electricity water and sewage and what am I missing

electricity sewage, ahhh gas, natural gas , so you would put

and this most likely will be Enbridge

okay so it's paid by Tennant now I'm not sure if you're gonna put in this section

because this pertains to service and utility so probe there's another section

where basically if it's a condo then the condo fees are usually paid by the

landlord and same for property taxes

yeah so you got your base lawful rent you got your parking and you got your

utilities and you gotta specify how much it is and who's paying for what okay and

obviously here it would be okay it says where the rent is payable to and on my

other video I actually discussed because many people think a tenant and landlord

that tenant has to pay by post-dated cheques or bank withdrawals

which is actually not the case it's only if the tenant agrees to it you can you

can agree with the tenant both parties to do electronic transfer which is

probably the easiest thing to do because gives you electronic receipt once the

tenant pays and the landlord deposits deposits the money okay it's right here. The tenant

cannot be required to pay rent by post-dated checks or automatic payments

but can choose to do so okay so the first time of the year it is a partial

period okay so this is like okay let's say I wanna its twenty six let's say I'm

gonna start on the 28th okay so you would you would pay just for one day and

then go on to March I mean usually people start from the first of each

month this is standard and this is interesting a NSF charge

cannot be than 20 bucks strange that they would

weird they would put this, because banks usually charge you more for for a check there we go and

then you have why do you have the reiteration of this and I don't know but

anyway so everything included additionally that the following services

are included in the lawful rent and then it would put yes yes yes or no no

no right air conditioning does and all the stuff that you have here it's kind

of doubling and I don't know why they did that but I guess to make sure that

you know everybody understands that what the obligations are and this

is additional stuff if you have no special services in the condominium or

something like that I don't know let's say example maybe they do dry cleaning

at the condo place then you would put that the tenant is responsible for the

payments again they go during utilities had responsibility of either landlord or

tenant then has to set up the account which is great because in a previous

lease they didn't have that so you kind of needed some kind of schedule to make

sure that the tenant knows how to and that they have to even set up the

accounts right now this is a new thing if the tenant will be responsible for

paying for electricity measured by meter or suite meter the landlord must give the

prospective tenant available information about the electricity usage in the

rental unit over the last 12 months using the appropriate Tenant And Board Forms

So Landlords.....You Must make sure that that you do get from previous

tenants copies of of their bills because now you got to provide this to to the

new tenant okay so that's one thing that changed now rental discounts I mean not

too many people apply these not even gonna discuss rent deposit now rent

deposit is required or not the deposit it is to be applied to the last rental

period of the tenancy and so that's so you would apply that to like February

because we started March right so February of next year of 2019 you better

pay you better pay your tenant interest on this on this money because you're

holding it for a year, usually it's a small amount

the only other deposit that you can get is the key deposit and right now right

now they emphasize that there's no such thing as pet deposit

or a damage deposit that the landowner can can extract from the tenants but

they can do the key deposit definitely, what am i doing key deposit so you would put what $59

bucks to replace the keys and cards maybe more

you gotta hire somebody I guess you couldn't pay $200 bucks to the person

smoking okay so this is the same as I mean the tenant can smoke is just do not

smoke inside of the unit now with the new Marijuana law that it's coming

on July first I'm not sure how this this will apply

the government still has to tell us what's what's gonna happen with that but

you can be but that probably I mean if you cannot smoke cigarettes in the unit

why would you be able to smoke pot right so so that's that

tenant's insurance always get tenant's insurance because it covers

everybody like the landlord needs to get their insurance on the unit and the

tenant needs insurance for the belongings and liability in case of

something were to happen physically to them on the property the insurance will

talk between each other so you would always put this don't double do that

changes to the rental unit this is standard again and unique tenants need

permission from the landowner maintenance and repairs

I mean if it's minor repairs that the tenants are responsible for it usually

is like negligence like a dog peeing on the floors or whatever I mean you're

responsible for that assignment and subletting I mean again it has to go

through the landlord landlord has to do the checks now this is important number

fifteen is basically like a leniency cluse it's called additional terms and

you're basically a #landlords flexibility right so #landlords and #tenants

can agree on certain things it has to be lawful something that they agree on and

there is residential tenancies act yeah and you can read that so you would most

likely put this tendency agreement includes an attachment with additional

terms that the Landlord and Tenant agreed to now it has to be a legal it

has to be basically legal clauses before we would put schedule A with legal clauses

now I guess we're gonna do an attachment

okay and then you would do the signatures of landlords and tenants and

you got the appendix information that's attached to the lease so you

can read all that renewing the tenancy agreement so the #Landlord And #Tenant can agree that

the tenancy will last for a specific period of time this is called #fixedtermtenancy

this this is because both the start and the end are set out in the

tenancy agreement then add of the agreement does not mean that the tenant

has to move out or sign a and a renewal or new agreement in order to stay the

rules of the agreement will still apply and tenant still has the right

to stay so they will go on a month-to-month okay ending of the

tenancy the landowner and tenant must follow the rules of the act when ending

the tenancy and it's the standard 60 days notice if they have a monthly or

fixed term tenancy so how does that work okay so you have a yearly tenancy right

let's say you're starting in March first so you better give 60 days in advance

that that you're leaving as tenant so you would give

On February January on December 31st that's right

on December 31st you would give #noticetovacate this and then if you switch on the monthly so

you cook you better and you start and start another one on another March 1st

2019 then you are switching automatically onto monthly tenancy and

let's say in in August you want for service you want to leave so you would

give your notice May 30th which is 60 days prior to that make it illegal

there are various stipulations for the landlord to end the tenancy which are

the usual ones that we had you can mutually agree to to end tenancy again

giving not notices rent and rental receives it depends how you agree on

today but the tenant should have a receipt for each for each and monthly

rent they paid deposits so the only deposit you can do is the rent deposit

for last month's rent okay and key deposit as discussed previously rent

increases this is like you can go get the schedule from the tenancy board and

you're going to get the increases and that that the longer can do. Vital

services everybody's entitled to vital services so the landowner cannot just go

in and cut off somebody's service harassment

discrimination and all the good things now this is not one of those entering

into rental unit okay so well usually the landlord gives 24 hours notice to make

repairs inspect the unit show the rental unit to possible buyer we can do this at

any time just need the 24-hour notice let a real estate agent show the unit to

possible buyer have a property inspection done before converting the

residential building into a condominium in case of emergency when tenant agrees

to it now this is kind of silly but I mean some people actually do this so the

landlord cannot change the locks of the rental unit unless the landlord gives the

new keys to the tenant the tenant cannot change the locks of the rental unit

without the consent of their landlord Assignments and sublets so that you can do

this guests the now that cannot tenants from having guests required required the

tenants to notify the landlord or get the landlords' permission before having guests

so basically you can have guests but obviously the problem is if if if these

guests destroy anything then then you as the principal lessee are required to

pay for those damages so make sure you know what guests you allow into the

house that's a tenancy agreement cannot with

animals in the rental unit or in around the residential building of course if

there are noises and damages

the landlord can can throw you out given the the right #evictionnotices

and all that smoking is not permitted you can smoke outside but not

in the unit because the health issue smoke and carbon monoxide alarms that's

that's standard and that's that's it guys prepare so you show you a half yes

you will be able to to see and download the actual #ResidentialTenancyAgreement

standard form of lease effective April 30 2018 and the nice thing it is

actually it's actually fillable so you can fill it out

print it and make the tenants sign your agreement when you find one okay

was a time when when we graduated from high school you're told go to college

and get out and you go and work for corporation for 30 or 40 years and give

your goal watching you'll retire special announcement that day is gone that day

is gone never to return again so instead of people living in fear feeling

stressed out feeling powerless feeling like victims I think it should be a time

that we need to begin to look at ways that we can become an active force in

our own lives look at ways when we can decide to take charge of our own destiny

look at ways when we can decide to design a life of substance and begin to

truly live our dreams and it's time for people decide I'm ready to get on with

don't even know what they're saying no to ever even challenge himself he hasn't

even gone to sit into a class and say teach me how to read and stand it's been

easier for him to go through life he thinks

trying to play a whole con game pretending he knows how to do something

that he doesn't know how to do and you know what most of us go through life

like that most of us go through life pretending pretending that we're

satisfied where we are pretending that everything is okay

pretending that that we don't have any special goals or ambitions or desires

when really deep down inside we do really want more but if you look at our

behavior if you judge based upon what we do I really will tell you some true

stories of our people because you have to judge the tree by the fruit it bears

not the fruit that it talks about say a lot of people pretend that they want

more of life but all you have to do is watch their actions that will tell you

something so I used to pretend that I want to lose weight but how could you

tell I was pretending watch me when I have a piece of sweet potato pie walking

distance of some peanuts some potato chips say I was pretending that I really

wanted to lose weight no you didn't watch what I eat that tell you what I'm

seriously committed to people tell you all year one day I want to have a

restaurant see they're pretending they want to go into business for themselves

how can you tell less watch their actions watch what they're doing the

proof is in the pudding so if you want to do something if you've thought about

something you want to do take it head on decide that you're going to start

looking at it start doing research on and start tackling it start becoming

involved in whatever and wherever it might lead you to begin to explore the

possibilities in that particular thing that you're seeking so that you can

begin to learn all you can about it decide that you're going to face it that

whatever shortcomings you have that you're going to step in yourself there

whatever training is required that you're going to go get that training

that you're going to get started right now the George Washington Carver which

they do what you can where you are with what you have and never be satisfied yes

be fully used to say it I heard Jo Dudley talk about always trying to be

more than that which yeah I don't get satisfied with yourself

always know that wherever you are you can enjoy more that you deserve more but

most people you know what they do most people go through life quietly and

safely tiptoe in turn early great find out what it is you want and go after it

as if your life depends on it why because it does people that have

found their passion people that found the things that they love people that

have found the things that they can pour their lives into those people live

longer I was in New York and I had to do a seminar at a special church and a guy

by the name of Reverend Johnny Youngblood and I said how is it that you

were able to build this big housing facility and got all of the various

community and religious groups together to to have this dwelling for 2,000

residents that were were once homeless how were you able to take on this

responsibility wasn't it overwhelming he said the kind of work I do he said it's

in me I've got to live what's in me and I think that's everybody's desiring life

you got to live what's in you life is just too short and unpredictable but

toward Earth what are we saved but but there always be tomorrow oh no there's

no guarantees you're gonna show up tomorrow a lot of people who were here

yesterday that they're not here today there are a lot of opportunities that

were around yesterday they're not here today oh you can wait but you don't ever

have Lincoln said well the things might come to those are to who wait but all of

the things that have been left over by those who hustle so we want to go

through life picking up leftovers you deserve much more than that the

leftovers that somebody has left you so take it head on begin to explore here's

something else decide to do it now decide whatever you want to do that you

are now going to become actively involved right now exploring the

possibilities for you that you're going to look at it and do just a little bit

of it right now when I decided to become a speaker I didn't just quit my job

and just ran out and say I'm a motivational speaker now what I did was

I decided to start looking at other people there were involved in the

speaking profession I volunteered to work with some speakers so that I could

learn whatever you wanted to get your feet wet gain some experience doing some

volunteer work in the area and find out whether or not this thing you want to do

will fit for you friend of mine told me he wanted to have a restaurant and say

have you ever operated restaurant before he said no I said we're really you don't

even know if you want one I said what's your expertise what do you bring to the

table he said I can cook real good I said well what about the management side

what about the business part of the restaurant you're not gonna be cooking

all the time somebody's got to receive the money

who's gonna manage the personality said you got all right you got a point there

so this guy got a job in a restaurant in the evening time on a part-time basis

after doing that for a while he said you know what I think I just want to be a

chef he said after working there people that show up the working is as hard to

find to help people work responsible they headaches the guests what gives

giving him problems day in and day out they weren't ever satisfied he said no I

just think I'll stick to cooking see you gotta find out what fits for you because

you might decide after you go up in there and examine it experience it and

get some experience at the about wonder well you say this is really not what I

want this does not fit for me so decide that you're going to do that now Johnny

Johnson said something that's very important he said there's no defense

against an excellence that meets a pressing public need see whatever you

decide to do look at it and find out what is it that I have that I could

beyond that door and he said freedom but very few people would select to do it

because it's unknown see a lot of people never live their dreams a lot of people

never do the things they want to do a lot of people stay on jobs where they're

miserable I read an article call is your job making you sick a lot of people

you can always tell couples that have been together for a little while born a

restaurant the one sitting side by side giggling and talking to each other

feed each other with their fuckin food they just got together for what we you

see them in the car they sitting all of each other hugging his smug or they've

been together about three days all right but if you see people to the restaurant

to you know see a couple and that's sitting in front of each other take so

long for this food I wonder when they go hurry up

those are Mary was four years living in two separate rooms sleeping in two

separate beds well it's cheaper to keep it not necessarily it's a quarter to the

If I had not caught this flu, I'd be out there now.

Counting down the bells and singing Auld Lang Syne.

I know! I had a date for tonight, but who's gonna kiss me at midnight with this cold?

We could still open a bottle of wine and see the New Year in together.

It'll just be wasted on me. I can't taste a thing.

If you start singing, I will have to kill you. My headache is getting much worse.

I've never felt so fragile.

How do you profit from supply and demand forex trading?

Building on the market mechanics we saw in the previous video, we can start to formulate

a strategy to trade the market But we need to start by asking the right questions:

Who are using market orders and who are using limit orders?

Institutions and big players are the ones using limit orders

Remember that limit order users will accept their price and their price only

They're the passive party who we spoke about previously

The institutions, with millions of dollars to execute, aren't going to accept a broad

range of prices and risk slippage They have more than enough knowledge and size

to get their business done, where they want People using market orders – often in the

form of stop losses – are usually going to be the retail trader or the weak hands

We learnt that it can be easy to spot where these weaker traders are by simply examining

where the supply and demand is One thing that irritates me about some of

the more conventional ways supply and demand trading is taught, is the concept that its

simply 'where price moves quickly away from' While that can be true, it misses the true

dynamics behind how and why the market moves and where the other players are positioned,

more on this in a minute Taking the chart example from my previous

video, we can build on the concepts learnt there

We need to find out where buying pressure has overcome selling pressure

Let's start by looking close to the current price

The most obvious place is here Buying has been so aggressive at these prices

that price has consistently found support there

We can add in a horizontal line to see it more clearly

But is that buying going to continue forever?

Thinking about the market mechanism again, we know we've had plenty of buyers at point

A Now that these buyers have bought, what do

they become?

Sellers They become sellers who either need to get

out for a profit, or for a loss If they got out for a profit, they've either

left the marketplace Or got back in for another bounce off of the

so-called strong support level There are breakout traders are waiting to

sell beneath level A The institutional players and strong hands

have huge orders to execute They are very much aware of the amount of

liquidity below the support The buying pressure which was previous demand,

has now become supply And then this happens

All of the weak players have been stopped out and they've sold to the stronger party

But what happens if they weren't stopped out and they hung on – desperately hoping

for a break-even trade, what happens if they've sold the breakout

at A looking for a huge move Where is their pressure point?

Where is the point where any long will give up?

Where will the people who bought at point A throw in the towel?

Most importantly, Where is the SUPPLY and DEMAND?

It's staring us in the face Weak traders bought at A

Weak traders hate losing and will do anything possible to get a break even trade

Weak traders don't understand market dynamics The supply is at A

Those buyers who are holding on for dear life, praying for a break even

They are going to sell at A The previous sellers who sold the breakout

at A are also trying to scramble out for a breakeven, let's take advantage of those

too, they're going to be buying very high up

The institutions and big players know that this area was previously a fair price

They've seen the amount of business done there previously

Now we have move to a new area of price discovery, point A looks expensive

They're going to be selling high at A and buying lower down

The better traders know this and want to exploit the supply and demand dynamics of the market

Look at how long those traders are holding on for

Now you may say 'oh don't be stupid, no trader is holding on for that long, hoping

and praying they get a breakeven trade at A'

Don't believe me?

This what happened next We see this time and time again in the marketplace

The effects of a few different elements coming together

We have the market mechanism and how price moves, through the aggressive party needing

to get orders executed, such as stop loss orders

There are also the central supply and demand dynamics at play in the market, determining

what the price should be set at And finally we have the basic human emotion

element of any market.

The weak players who are always doing the wrong thing

And the people who are one step ahead of them and profit from their errors

But what does this mean for us?

It means that we can profit from the supply and demand in the market

We can identify the pressure points ahead of time – the areas where many different

traders will need to make decisions and we can hope to be one step ahead of them

And we can be on top of the market and the other participants
