New Earth News 5 Things You Must Do to Shift Into New Earth - Duration: 4:15.

New Earth News- 5 Things You Must Do to Shift Into New Earth

by Steve Aitchison,

Its the era of the universe and its signs.

Its the time of shifting into a new level of consciousness.

The days of work, planning, goal setting, preparing and struggling are over.

We are now slipping into the realm of the universal laws that have always been in place

for us, were just finally opening up to receive and believe them.

Our governments are in control and religions have a loud angry presence.

We no longer have our own voices and we are forced to face hate, corruption, deceit, negativity,

poverty, death and all other influences on this earth that are putting our world in constant

turmoil.

All of this is going on constantly around the world every second of the day.

While all this hate is going on in the physical plain, the internet is taking on a whole new

dimension.

The love and spirituality that is spreading on the World Wide Web is like a fire out of

control and millions are embracing it.

The time to be spiritual and universal is greater than ever.

It is vitally important to shift our vibrational energy in order for the world to be a more

peaceful planet.

We have had our hands in making it evil an d volatile.

Only we can change that into something that is beautiful and can bring us to co-exist

in love and harmony.

We are collectively moving into a more spiritual awakening with good reason.

The only thing left for us to do is shift our energy into something that can only be

of benefit to our earth.

So how do we do this and is it possible?

Anything and everything is possible.

It wont be easy and won t happen overnight.

The world didnt get this way in a day.

With practice and patience, we can make this world the beautiful planet that it once was.

1.

Be in the here and now.

Live for the moment only.

The moment of time where the only thing that matters is the present.

Your life, your health , your surroundings, the people around you and the love that fills

you.

Ours is not to worry about tomorrow or fret about yesterday.

Be here now.

2.

Everything is temporary.

Jobs, family, sickness, even life.

Nothing is permanent.

We are all here temporarily and everything we feel and go through is temporary as well.

Understanding and appreciating that things arent permanent reminds us to love right

now.

Be blessed and abundant right now.

Open our energy up to only love and peace.

3.

All for one and one for all.

We are all equals here . We breathe the same space, we all live on this big planet together.

We all have the same dreams and existence.

We are born, we live and then we die.

Equally.

No one is better than the other.

The sooner we get that the sooner we can love each other.

4.

Do everything with love.

No matter what it is.

Work , grocery shopping, laundry, helping a stranger, walking your dog.

Make sure you do it with all the love you feel in your heart.

The more love you have and feel, the more your energy w ill vibrate and reach others.

Thats what this is all about anyway, right?

Shifting the energy to a love field.

5.

Ask believe and receive.

The universal law of attraction.

And it works.

The universe will give you anything you want as long as you believe it and fee l it.

We are spreading the laws of the universe around the world for the simple reason that

the sooner people realize that they can anything they want, misery, pain and sorrow will diminish

to the point of nonexistence.

We wont have to fight for what we want and living in peace will be within our reach.

Australian PR Pathway For University Students - Duration: 29:10.

Hello and thank you for tuning in to this video. It's a video that I came up

with to give people the information they need to know about their options

from converting student visas to an Australian permanent residency. There is

an actual pathway to do that whether you are in Australia or whether you are

outside of Australia and that's what I want to go through today for the next 30

to 45 minutes or so. So thank you for joining me - my name is William and I'm

a Registered Migration Agent. I need to bring you through this disclaimer

that although I'm legally allowed to give you migration advice that the

information we're going to go through today in this video is general

information only and is not and should not be considered as individual

migration advice for each and every one of you as the viewers. If you do not

agree to this disclaimer please stop watching the video now. So who is this

presentation for? This presentation is for students currently studying in

Australia it's primarily for them because it allows you to continue

studying there or continue to work there and ultimately get permanent residency

Or the parents of the students who usually are financing all of these fees

So you can be a recently graduated Australian graduate or you are still

studying there your going to graduate soon or sometime in a near future. The

other type of people that this presentation is for is for engineering

graduates specifically engineering graduates outside of Australia who are

under the age of 31 years old and would have graduated in the last two to three

years. Either way well whichever group you fall into your goal is that you'd

like to work in Australia ultimately converting your whatever visa you have

or if you don't have a visa getting permanent residency in Australia

allowing you to live and work there. A quick introduction to our company

Austral migration consultancy. We are a full service migration agency with three

migration agents in-house - my number is one of those you can check

on the Mara website. We have offices in Australia Malaysia and Singapore. There

are two offices in Malaysia small one in Melbourne and the one that I'm based out

of which is in Singapore. We have registered migration agent or a lawyer

per office and in the last five years of operations we've had about a thousand

pieces approved primarily for skilled migration and we do do a lot of business

and investor visas as well so why do people use my registered migration

agents well the first thing is that we are trained in migration law regulations

and the ever-changing requirements that happen on a federal and state level so

our job is to stay updated with all of these changes and the changes happen

multiple times in a year which most people don't realize our application

process is complicated and time-consuming for an individual to keep

track of as they you know live their day-to-day lives of going to work taking

care of the family and so on there's a lot of a lot of paperwork and documents

collection involved and can be time-consuming and quite complicated

also we're governed by a Australian government entity called Mara it

provides us a record of conduct that guides how we are meant to act as

migration agents if you have any issues with any registered migration agent you

can actually make a complaint to Mara who will take it into account and they

can take action against you you as in the migration agent so this is just a

couple of the reviews that we've had on our Google business pages from some of

our clients we've had you know hundreds and hundreds of clients in the last

couple of years so first thing what is skilled migration because ultimately it

leads to the permanent residency in Australia is typically by way of either

family migration such as a partner visa or child visa but more commonly it's

through skilled migration so that's what permanent residency in the context of

what we are talking about today involves so permanent residency through

skilled migration skilled migration is a points-based system the minimum of

threshold is 60 points 60 points indicates to the Australian government

that you are readily employable because the skilled migration system is meant to

fill gaps or shortages in the skilled pool of workers in Australia it's based

on supply and demand of occupations so it's relatively fair and it fills

occupations that are typically highly skilled you don't need a job offer to

obtain a permanent residency which is different to - quite a few countries you

you don't even need to be unsure you can apply and most people do most people

apply from outside of Australia so the general requirements for skilled

migration include being over the age of 18 and under the age of 45 so the second

you turn 45 you've actually exceeded the age limit for skilled migration your

occupation must be on one of two skilled migration lists the MLT ssl or medium or

long-term strategic skills list or the short-term skilled occupation list you

need to sit an English language test score certain mark and you need to

finally receive something called an invitation to apply from the Department

of Home Affairs which which governs the Immigration Department you need to pass

health and character checks and sometimes depending on your occupation

and depend depending on the demand for that occupation you may need to be

nominated by state the skills points the skill points test the table looks

somewhat like this you get different points based on age English ability

qualifications and so on and through this points test is how you add up to

try and get that 60 points threshold and above of course the more points you have

the better because it means that you can get selected faster in essence this is

the visa application process it starts at the assessment stage where your

occupation is assessed your your qualifications assess you submit an

expression of just to allow your documents to be

considered you may need a state of application you receive an invitation to

apply and finally your PRI is granted now we've always simplified it a bit

through what I've just described but it is a multi-stage process and typically

this stage or this process takes anywhere from 12 to 18 months or longer

depending on many factors for each and every one of you so that's skill

migration process now what can you do with a permanent residency you can live

and work anywhere in Australia indefinitely that means that if you fly

to Australia and you never leave the country you can live there forever you

can start a business you can study at a lower cost in international students for

children they would go to the public schooling system for free you get access

to Medicare which is the public health care system that's also primarily free

for almost most things and medication is subsidized by the government

most medication is anyway social welfare benefits like childcare rebates and

helpful sending your children to childcare so the method that I'd like to

talk to you today which is specific for students or parents of students which

I've mentioned earlier what does this method allow so the method allows

specifically for current students or recent graduates of Australia and it

allows you to concede to continue staying in Australia after your student

visa expires so some people don't realise that you can apply for certain

visa types that allow you to stay in Australia after your student visa

expires and some people also don't realize that there is a pathway to

permanent residency through that visa type and subsequent visa types and the

problem with it is that a the is people don't even know that it's possible and B

it's a very time-sensitive process so this method allows you to stay in

Australia for up to 22 to 24 months after your student visa expires you are

allowed to work in Australia and pretty much every state you can still

fly out of Australia to visit home go on holiday for any festive seasons and it

really does give you a head start on getting your permanent residency well it

also allows for none for students who are not in Australia as well which I'll

go through a bit later but the one that I specifically shown on-screen is

primarily for students who are there or about to graduate and also for those

students who graduate in engineering in the last few years and are overseas well

they'd be allowed to do the same thing as well except since they're overseas

they can't just pick up and go to Australia immediately but once the first

stage of the method gets you that first visa then you'll be allowed to go there

so how do you students qualify and this is this set of slides next few slides

are for those students who are currently in Australia or recently graduated and

they're on an active student visa for Australia

so number one you hold a current Australian student visa like you just

mentioned you've studied or will study in Australia full-time for two years so

that's very important full-time for two years you've studied in regional

Australia which is optional such as South Australia Tasmania regional

Victoria on you South Wales etc but it's not a not a must you must be able to get

a good English score of IELTS band 7 and higher or PT score 65 and higher and in

our and in most cases realistically you're going to need IELTS band 8 and

PTA score 79 now there's a ET and TOEFL as well which are the English tests but

primarily most people take these two which which is which are the most

popular ones so you can study any one of these fields if you are currently in

Australia or recently graduated engineering accounting architecture and

nursing dental computing and if you're overseas you can you can qualify for

this a slightly different visa type if you graduated in engineering

the first thing you graduated less than two years ago you're under 31 years old

and your university must be accredited under the Washington Accord now the

Washington Accord is it is an accord which recognizes degrees in multiple

countries as equivalent to each other but more importantly as equivalent to an

Australian graduate degree all right Australian bachelor's degree

in engineering again you're going to need a good English school I'll spend 7

and higher PT score 65 and higher and like I said in the earlier slide you're

realistically going to need an IELTS band 8 or PT score of 79 which although

sounds quite difficult for those people especially for if you're parents of the

students listening and thinking oh my goodness that's a very high English

school but let's face it a lot of those students their students so all they've

been doing for the last few years is studying so it's just another test but

before I move on I'd like to go back to the list here so there are more

occupations which I haven't included here which people can qualify through as

well like like actuary and certain doctors and pilots and so on but there's

a very long list but these are the main ones if you'd like to know more about

some of the others you can contact us later on all right so continuing on so

how does this method work so first you have to qualify either onshore as in in

Australia based on the requirements I mentioned or offshore if you're an

engineering graduate on the Washington Accord now what the method does is it it

applies for various subclasses of visa at the same time and it's very precise

timing of the application because certain pieces can only a be applied or

granted while you're in Australia some will be granted whether you're in

Australia or outside of Australia and so on but if you apply for the wrong visa

at the wrong time the wrong place the visa can get rejected so

you know things like your location and having something called bridging visa

options so for those students who or those of you who are still in Australia

on a student visa so what this what this method allows is once you've graduated

and you get the next visa type which would be probably for you a 485 visa

then while that visa is being decided you will be given something called a

bridging visa and a bridging visa allows you to live and most of the time work in

Australia and continue staying there until that visa is granted which then

gives you another 18 months or so so you see where you are when you apply is very

important because you apply for the visa offshore then you don't get bridging

visa options and if you grant it and you're in the wrong place they can

reject the visa as well so what we do this visa method is we apply for the

subclass for 76048 five followed closely by the next most suitable visa at that

point in time so what that means is it's certain the visa types for one eight

nine one nine zero four and I know all visas that offer skilled migration but

the thing is applying for them they they get selected people get selected for

those visas and different point scores at different times of the year so you

have to know when and how and factor your timing in so that they all match so

for example most people don't realize that IELTS call and IELTS score is only

valid for maximum of two or three years so if you try to use your original IELTS

or PT score when you first went over to Australia or if you've taken it offshore

for any reason then you try and use that score it's invalid and so on so this

method works by first a graduate visa points which is four five or four seven

six followed by the next most suitable class of visas so what we do is we

monitor the point scores you know when to finalize your application which is

very important because if you're in Australia it will allow you to continue

staying on even after your graduate visa expires but the timing has to be right

you also need to see if a state is open to sponsoring you and there are lots of

states open to sponsoring lots of different occupation but not all at the

same time so sometimes oh dear different states are closed different

states are open and keeping track of all these states and which occupations are

open and what are the requirements for in each individual state is very

difficult you have to prepare the correct documents ahead of time and not

in not last-minute because for example it can take 25 working days for police

clearance it can take three months for an assessment so things like that have

to be factored in if you start the application too late by the time the it

comes to submit the details your visa might have run out so we have to keep

track of validity periods that and the subclass specific skills assessments we

have to factor in where you are so that when you're bridging visa is approved

you in the right place you can't apply for the bridging visa outside of

Australia because that will invalidate many things and then we have to keep

track of when a permanent or provisional visa is approved so each of them has

slightly different conditions requirements where you are where you

what you can do and so on so our method is a combination of all the factors I've

mentioned but ultimately it's the aim the aim is to get you permanent

residency or provisional residency which ultimately ends in permanent residency

what are the common mistakes people make when they try to apply for different

different Australian visa subclasses themselves so a very common one is that

the application is for the wrong visa type and you may think oh there aren't

that many visa type actually you'd be wrong there are over 100 pieces

available for migration to Australia in different forms there's even you know

there's even like refugee visas parent visas child visas and so on and applying

for the wrong visa type is not as difficult as it C is sounds like

applying from the wrong location a bridging visa cannot be applied for

offshore so if your leave if you leave Australia and then you

apply with a bridging visa it would be rejected just that's a very simplistic

example you can apply for the wrong assessing Authority there are many

assessing authorities for all of the occupations that people graduate with

for people working with and I'll give you a very good example had a we had a

prospect come in husband and wife and the wife applied for she just took took

her resume converted it applied for two different assessing authorities one was

the correct one one was the wrong one both came back has failed and if you do

not have justification to why you submitted the wrong thing that's it

that's the final decision so if you'd like to change your occupation or your

qualifications and you apply to the same assessing authority again in the future

they will say unless you had new proof to invalidate the previous result we

cannot make any further decisions and the assessing or the assessment for your

occupation is the most important step of the entire process if you can't get past

that step you can never qualify for permanent residency or provisional

residency through skilled migration if you leave Australia on the wrong visa

type your research cancelled and there are there are laws in place that may

prevent you from applying for another visa type so very very important

claiming the wrong points this one is very this happens a lot people claim the

wrong points for skilled migration when the Department of Immigration or

Department of Home Affairs asked you to prove that you have those points and you

can't they will fail you after taking all of your visa fees and you can be

construed as having lied on your application which puts a ban on you ever

being able to apply again so it's a very serious mistake collecting documents too

soon or too late the process is quite time-sensitive at different parts of the

process and if you leave your document collection for too late then your visa

might actually expire or lapse before your next week so that kicks in and if

you are not really at the time of doing that then you are technically there

illegally and you can be subject to removal and again

potentially never being able to apply for skilled migration again ever again

in the future so what if you make a mistake common things are viscera fuel

refusals having to leave a media Australia immediately your visa fees are

non-refundable so they'll take that from you if you stay in Australia legally

affects future visa applications you may bet they may ban you from applying or

put a grace period of two three years and you can really physically remove the

deposit from Australia depending on how severe your stay is illegally so most of

important it's a waste of time money it's not cheap to process visas visa

application fees are there set in place to what the Australian government values

those visa types but most importantly is the time you take 12 to 18 months you

could have been in Australia for 18 months working on a graduate visa or the

four or the four seven six visa and suddenly you have to leave so that's

almost two years of your life wasted so if you pay for the wrong assessing

Authority or IELTS runs out assessment results run out visa fees paid for

grumpies or subclasses this is these are all examples of where you waste time and

money so how can we help so Austral has been doing this for five

plus years now approaching six we've had over a thousand visas approved so this

is all we do our bread and butter is independent general skilled migration to

Australia and also all the requirements involved of it so we we know what it

takes to get people who are offshore especially who are from Southeast Asia

and for those who are unsure to apply for the right reason subclasses to get

that permanent residency so what we do is we apply for the correct visa in the

correct order and that's very important we have three in-house migration agents

like I mentioned to monitor and advise in the process and we have an entire

team of operational staff so the operational staff right now

there's two teams of multiple people and there'll be there are a lot of eyeballs

on any given application at any one time on top of that we have three in-house

migration agents which is one of the higher numbers in the region and we were

when I say were in-house we are in we are based in the respective offices we

don't fly in and out out of Australia for any reason we are based in the

offices mentioned so we advise of your chances of qualifying so no point

applying if you don't qualify so if you don't qualify we will tell you outright

that we cannot take you on as a client because you do not qualify and if we

take people on this client who don't qualify that we risk our licenses our

migration agent licenses through Mara and so we're very protective of that

license because that license represents our business represents our bread and

butter we advise on the location and timing of applications so where you can

be where you're not allowed to be and when is the best time to apply so all of

these is just is through our experience we've we've processed so many people we

know the cycles in any given year any given financial year any given time of

the year where the Australian Immigration Department may be going

through changes and so on also we submit documents on your behalf we submitted

the assessing authorities Department of Home Affairs we submit the correct

documents valid documents and we can even certify a lot of documents if needs

be because some documents can only be certified by proscribed people who are

prescribed people in Australia such as an Australian registered lawyer now

outside of Australia there aren't many Australian registered

lawyers just hanging around however we do have one in-house and he's also sue

he's a registered migration agent and lawyer and we can use him to search by

documents if needs be of course we prevent wasted time money

and most importantly visa refusals because they're very they have very big

impact on what what we do when what do we do what what is this

service that we're proposing and the service is called a student whether

you're unsure in Australia or offshore overseas it's the student 2pr visa

pathways service we limited to about 220 students per semester main reason for

that is because it's very time-sensitive so it takes a lot of monitoring to make

sure we get it right across those 18 months and we can't take on any more

than 20 students per semester Australia has to two semesters so that's 40

students a year because the rest of our because we do not want to risk having

the operations people overwhelmed with monitoring more than this many students

and we've calculated 20 students is the most we will be comfortable with

handling at any one time because we will be dedicating resources and a specific

team to this service so it's a dedicated student pathway to permanent residency

visa service an Operations team applications can actually start

immediately if you fulfill the criteria mentioned even if you haven't graduated

because there are documents which you can start applying for first in

preparation for when you do graduate so you can start this pretty much

immediately unless you've just started studying and you've got like four years

to study four years more to study but you're very welcome to still come in and

find out how it works so that you know what you will be getting into when the

time comes because it's all about timing timing is important only qualified

candidates will be accepted and like I mentioned earlier the reason for that is

if you do not qualify you do not qualify there's really no way around it it's not

there's no there's no other things you can do except what has been laid out in

the migration Australian migration legislation and

it's applying for the correct visa subclasses for you at the correct time

we apply for multiple visas for you at the right time concurrently which most

people will not be able to handle so the four five four

seven six one eight nine one nine zero forty nine all of these visa types can

actually be applied for at the same time and you have to see which one allows you

to live and work in Australia at any one time and where you can be and we will

advise you where you are allowed to be at at any given time throughout the

process also the initial consultation is free meaning that if you'd like to find

out more to see if you qualify to see what the visa and application costs are

the time line location and recommended visa types it's completely free there

you will be meeting one of the consultants or what are the migration

agents depending who is available at that time to go through your details but

like I said if it's very obvious that you do not qualify unfortunately we

won't be able to see you so you'd have to fulfill the criteria laid out so for

example if you are outside of Australia and you graduated seven years ago in

engineering you may qualify for a skilled migration so please submit your

details there but you wouldn't qualify for this student visa to permanent

residency service so we all need to collect details from you and consult you

on this free consultation there are limited slots available because like I

said we can only take twenty people at one time so once those slots are filled

up we won't be able to take any more people so if you'd like to book a slot

please go to the website that you see on screen so that's Austral migrate comm /

student - PR - pathway fill in the form that you see please select the office

which is closest to you because that makes things a lot easier

fill in the details as complete as you can because the more information that we

have the better and we will prioritize people who fill in as much information

as the people who fill in more information will be serviced first

versus the people who leave gaps in the information so please go to the web

today have a look through that I hope to see you soon either myself one of our

consultants in one of our offices or one of our other migration agents hope to

I Tried Following Jaclyn Hill's FIRST Makeup Tutorial - Duration: 16:18.

hey guys and welcome back to my channel so as you know I have been loving doing

the I tried following a blank tutorial I've already done kathleenlights and

Casey Holmes and when I did the poll on my community tab Jaclyn Hill was an

option and she actually got a lot of votes so I thought that I would do a

little twist on this challenge and I'm gonna be recreating Jaclyn

hills first makeup tutorial I think that this is gonna be really really fun to

see how far she's come I feel like I'm gonna be really inspired

since I did create two of these types of videos already I'm posting this on an

off day so it's just like a bonus video for you guys just because I am really

loving making these videos but I didn't want to you know overwhelm you too much

I haven't pulled up right here it is her Kim Kardashian holiday makeup tutorial

so you guys will notice I've already got my base done and that's because she goes

straight into eyes this is more focused on the eyes so I've already got my

complexion and my brows on and we're ready to start the eyeshadow so let's

get into it

picture she has the prettiest eyes okay

so again very wearable holiday looking spider but the quality of videos going

to be on the cover of Glamour and it's like a New Year's Eve festive fun girly

like sleepover inspired and I saw the promo shots for it and I was like oh my

gosh yes don't think that like I'm trying to say I look like her or

anything I know I get it I'm not cute if you're not so annoyed

that you have and turn out this video already keep watching okay so I have a

honey dawn my foundation okay I didn't do my concealer and my eye primer I'm

just tearing my eyes are still bloodshot I'm absolutely exhausted I was thing I'm

gonna do is I'm going to take a highlight color underneath my brow

because Kim is always beautifully highlighted you have a TV in the

background like right here any color from this entire palette would work I'm

gonna be taking you dazzle like right there skin tone anything like okay I'm

gonna take that I'm using the Jaclyn home palette out cuz I just think cool

so I'm gonna take them out my brows are hideous right now she needs to talk more

positively about herself because she was really doing a good job just push that

around okay I don't take it all the way in under here okay so once you get the

eyeshadow on you're gonna realize that you don't really want too much highlight

there if you decide otherwise you can go back and do that later

otherwise just hit it there stiff brush anything you have it doesn't matter and

it's synthetic natural whatever I'm just taking one like this this is I'm just

going to do this under brow I've never started with a brow highlight like this

it's kind of cool to see like how makeup has changed from I mean this video was

made in 2011 you guys that's a long time ago

okay Mac and I'm going to dip it in a pigment called vanilla pavement and

it just looks like that it's a pigment I literally use this pigment probably I'm

not even exaggerating like 70 times in my life and look at how it is still to

the very top so I don't have that Mac pigment but I've got one from makeup

geek this is called light year and it seems like something similar so this is

what I'm gonna use I ran out of these in my life and never

even close so anyways I'm taking this color because it is going to give you

more of like a cool glow and not as warm you could do this with a gold but Kim

look she has cool and warm tones she has you know cool lips and then she's got a

long tone in the crease so we're gonna put a cool tone here just to kind of I

think might be more tone but as you can see I'm not going all the way over to

this crease right here and lo all the way into this crease right here

oh whoops gonna put the most generous amount right here in the center of the

guy okay right there run it up over I'm just pushing that on there now any light

shade like this is gonna work Bobby there's a little bit of shimmer in it I

mean you can use most neutral color you have and this look is still gonna pretty

much look the same you're just gonna see this when you look down and close your

eyes now for the rest of the eye I'm gonna be using two colors pause it

really quick just gonna keep putting on this pigment it looks kind of similar to

her she's filming and super dim light but you can actually see her glitter

better than you can see my camera picking up I'm trying to keep it in the

center like she said using texture which has a little bit of shimmer in it and

not much it's like this one right here and when it's on the lids you're not

gonna really see any shimmer payoff whatsoever and then I'm gonna be taking

a soft brown and soft Brown is more of a neutral tone where texture is much more

warm I'm gonna be taking this shade this look will really look good on everybody

Jaclyn Hills I'm pretty fair to dark-skinned my eyes brown eyes

especially with this texture shade if you have a green eyes blue eyes this

will really make them pop so I'm gonna take the shape texture and I'm just

gonna go in right here my crease and I'm not gonna go above my crease I'm gonna

stay right here and like the depths of it

staying low looks like that I mean at first it's not gonna be so cute but

we'll get there she really knows how to explain things

until like that's one thing that she's always bring her atop of that vanilla

pigment that we put on it or to this side okay no more dollar desktops

another pigment really won't be very vibrant whatsoever it'll just be a

little touch a little something in the center of the eyes switch my brush

really the same thing to the other side you're gonna pause it and I'm gonna

switch my brush so it's a little bit more precise in the crease I think I

accidentally put it higher than sheeted see even in her first tutorial she had

some skills okay I think that's what she's got she looks something like this

you know it's not precise or anything just thrown in there and now I'm gonna

do that other colors something recommend looks worse than her like this just any

neutral light brown this is an amazing room for blending anything it doesn't

matter what colors you're working with this is all great okay so I'm just gonna

take that oh it doesn't Facebook that I'm gonna use bingo fade over top of

that shade we put down and above this is her transition operator longer and not

as dense because you don't have to be precise with it whatsoever you can just

work everywhere look your one on the lid over top of that vanilla just to blend

it all together Oh on the lid too like that and honestly all I know is gonna do

is just give a little highlight in the center of the lid with just a tiny bit

of shimmer and that's it I'm just looking over that then the next step is

gonna be eyeliner and Kim has a very dramatic wing I'm gonna pause for that

because I need a time to do my winged liner so I'm just going to catch up okay

look and so we're just gonna put your liner on like normal and then give it a

real intense lift up and out well I do so she's already got hers on she's like

just apply it like normal that hers already looks really great so I'm gonna

take the Maybelline eye studio gel eyeliner it looks like she's got just a

nice solid lying across the entire lid so I'm gonna try to recreate it

like way close to the mirror she took it all the way into the inner corner as

well I used to do my eyeliner like this all the time in high school because I

was obsessed with Bobby Brown and this is kind of how she does her eyeliner she

has like the gel liner and it's just one line straight across so it's so fun for

me to like do it again a little throwback okay I think that my eyeliner

looks as close to hers as possible so let's keep going who is I take my brush

and I kind of go under this area and then I swoop up and out I'm not a team

yet with the line of your eyes from the corner of your eye to your eyebrow okay

well I just try that I can't see I think she went like this

and there's the start of it okay oh I've actually never done that okay and that's

okay way I'm gonna catch up to her really quick oh my gosh so you're in

luck I don't think I've ever done a better wing miner in my life that when

you first start doing winged eyeliner it is not easy it honestly took me years to

do no steam I've never done that where like I took it from right here I

frustrated just keep practicing buy a cheap eyeliner and just work at it that

makes it so much easier to like see Scalia didn't push for where to go and

I'm not happy Oh note like an idiot I took okay so I'm

just gonna finish off this I really quick oh my gosh you guys this is so

awesome like literally I don't think I've ever done my winged liner that fast

and this good ever like that looks pretty good to me huh this one got a

little weird okay I'm gonna take my tart eyeliner I've been loving this I've been

using this and like every tutorial this is the TARDIS double take eyeliner I

love it cuz it has like the pencil on one side and then the liquid on the

other so I'm just going to line the waterline down here

I just scribbled my eyeball and I took it all the way into the inner corner

like she has it on top only in the outer corner right here oh I don't go all the

way in because if you stay right here in the outer corner it'll give a super

super jet black on the outside and it'll help that we need effect okay so I'm

just going to line it on just the outer corner like she said even in 2011 you

guys Jaclyn knew how to teach makeup like she really goes through and teaches

you why she's doing it like she knew her stuff even in 2011 this one I'm gonna

dip it in a texture that shade that we had and our crease up in here oh oh okay

coming back and right underneath it in the outer corner right here and I'm just

gonna wait it's so doomed in I love it dust that

across the whole way I'm sorry not laid bottom part of my eye

okay and it's gonna drag some of that smolder down which is good we want that

I gotta keep on smudging I'm trying to drag down some of that eyeliner not sure

if my eyeliner is like the same as hers as far as formula goes so I have to add

a little more eyeliner add false lashes and I will be right back

so now I am and I'm just going to add a little bit more of my eyeliner on the

lower lash line and kind of try to smudge it out because hers is a lot more

smudge than I made mine that seemed a little bit more accurate so it seems

like she just put lashes on I don't think she put mascara on yet so I'm just

gonna put on my house of lashes gym mirror light lashes the lashes are on so

let's see what she is next really as fullness and fluffiness to

this look um so I'm gonna just put on a coat of mascara on my bottom lashes

because Kim likes the dramatic bottom lashes which I do as well

so it definitely opens them up he makes your eyes appear much bigger I love how

there's the TV in her back I don't just appear clumpy or too thick

I just want them really light okay okay so now I'm gonna zoom out so wait a

minute and since her falsies were a little bit more intense I'm just going

to apply a light coat of mascara underneath my lashes to blend the two

together and to like make it a little bit more voluminous that you can see

everything else did they enters white eyeshadow from sorry doesn't matter what

shadow it is I'm gonna take it and I'm gonna just dab it

she'd like a nice bow to my cheekbones this is something that she does almost

with every look I've ever seen she always has a highlight here and you can

put it directly under that eye and that wing right over the highlighting coming

up before and anybody get that some highlight I did not know what highlight

was and and by the way I'm using her palette for

this and then you can take it and put it right on your Cupid's bow

she knew what like she knew what all that was I didn't know what a Cupid's

bow was I never knew how to highlight down the center of the face she brought

the highlight a little bit higher up here but apparently that's how Kim had

it and then we're gonna take some down the center of the nose and I'm gonna

take sound on my finger and put it on the Cupid's bow

cuz when you put on that pink lip they don't really make it pop okay I'm going

to use pinch of peach by Mac last time okay that's using what is I'm gonna use

this shade right here it's some makeup geek blush bring it too far up you don't

want to like put a blob right there you're gonna have more like a doll look

okay you kind of want to scoop under the cheekbones like there okay just lightly

air it out okay okay now moving on to the lips

one moment please gotta finish the blush okay I'm gonna take 20 young young which

was a limited edition color by Mac taken glass I was looking for a lipstick that

would kind of match that color and the one that I found that I think is pretty

close is from Estee Lauder it's their pure color love lipsticks in the shade

naughty nice so I'm just going to apply that really quick I think that's a

pretty good match let's see what she has for us next which is from Mac as always

it's called sloth I'm gonna use this cloth and I'm gonna put that all over

the lips

oh the finished look okay wait I'm just gonna finish up for playing the gloss

that is a pink lip if I've ever seen one but that is the completed look what do

you guys think I definitely think it's so interesting to see like the different

makeup trends and how much it's changed from 2011 till now like she didn't even

do an inner corner highlight which I know now she would always always

remember to do that so it's just cool to see how she's evolved I just think it's

so fun to see where people started because everybody who's successful in

anything started somewhere you know so it's like really cool to see if

Jaclyn first video and to see her just you know being vulnerable and

putting herself out there like I doubt she ever thought that she would have

like a palette with morphe when she was filming this video do you know what I

mean like it's just really really cool and really inspiring for me and I'm sure

it's inspiring for some of you guys too who maybe are starting a channel here on

YouTube or starting any sort of dream of yours I just think that like it's so

cool to see it all happen anyway I thought that was really fun for me to

recreate her first makeup tutorial if I'm honest this isn't a look that I

would probably do myself obviously she got inspiration from a Kim Kardashian

photo shoot so I guess this probably was the style in 2011 but regardless I do

still feel like she did a really great job of teaching and I'm telling you that

winged liner technique is fabulous so even in her first video there's really

great techniques and really good things to take away from it so I hope you guys

liked that video that was so fun for me to do if you guys want to see more

videos from me please make sure to hit the subscribe button on your way out and

if you guys want to be notified every time I post a video just go ahead and

click on the little bell after you subscribe and you'll be notified each

time I upload so yeah this is the final look you guys I hope you enjoyed seeing

1 simple trick to attract any person you like according to science | animated video - Duration: 2:53.

1 simple trick to attract any person you like according to science

welcome to lifestyle therapy channel, stay tuned.

according to science the most effective way to attract someone is to be funny

i know it may same obvious or weird to some of you but let me show you why

Research has shown the connection between humour and attraction many times.

One study asked 35 volunteers, to rate the Facebook profiles of 100 strangers, 300 students

to fill out a survey on humour and courtship, and then 51 single volunteers to spend 10

minutes, chatting to a partner they'd never met, and rate how attractive they were.

The conclusion was if men made more effort to be funny, and they got more laughter in

response, they had better chances of romance.

Another study looked at how males and females differ in how they value their partner's humour.

The researchers asked 129 students to complete tasks, about how they respond to humour, and

also how they want their humour to be received.

Men emphasised the importance of their partner to laugh at their jokes, whereas women valued

both production and reception of humour equally.

the results of another study of 60 women.

It found that women were three times more likely to give their phone number, to a man

who told the jokes, than one who didn't.

The humorous men were also considered more attractive, intelligent, funny and sociable.

Professor Jeffrey Hall, a communications studies researcher at the University of Kansas, surveyed

the findings of 39 studies of over 15,000 participants to analyse the importance of

humour in relationships.

According to Hall, the fact that people think you're funny, or that you can make a joke

out of anything, is not strongly related to how satisfied you or your partner will be

in a relationship.

What is strongly related to relationship satisfaction however, is the humour couples create together.

Playfulness between partners is crucial to building a lasting relationship, says Hall,

because it creates bonds and establishes security.

So if you want to guess which couples will last the longest, look out for the ones who

are laughing together.

Foam Roller for IT Band and Thighs- How to release IT band, TFL & Quads with a Roller - Duration: 3:57.

Hi this is Sonya Lo. I want to show you how to roll out your IT band and your

thighs. We will start on the side of your left hip, come down onto your left elbow

roller in between your hip bone and leg bone. Roll slowly up and down and side

to side. The top of our IT band, TFL that's our outer thigh muscle and

gluteus medius are in this area tightness in this area can affect

our hip or knees. Do it slowly, allow your muscles and connective tissues to

make the change If it's too intense, you can roll around

it or stay in one spot and breathe, try to relax

Then come down onto the side of your leg you will roll along your IT band. You can

have your right foot in front of your left leg or have your two legs stacked

on top of each other which is more intense. IT band starts at the hip and

ends at the side of the knee so you can roll as high as the hip and as low as the

area that's right above the knee. I like my roller to be medium hard, there are

many different kinds of roller, you can try them to see what feels better to

your body. The black rollers are usually the hardest, colored rollers usually

are softer. Now turn your torso slightly towards the floor to roll onto your

outer thigh just slightly in front of your IT band. This is your TFL, tensor

fasciae latae, fancy name for your outer thigh. Most of people pay attention to IT

band but forget about TFL, tightness in our outer thigh can also affect our hip

and knees Now we will roll out our right leg. Start

from the side of your hip slowly roll up and down and side to side, you may or

may not feel the difference between your two sides. Now roll onto your IT band

again if it's too intense, back off or you can use a towel over the roller to

reduce the intensity. If the pain is overwhelming, you may over stimulate your

muscles and connective tissues and defeat the purpose. Now angle your body

towards the floor and have both arms support you, roll out your TFL. if rolling

out IT band is painful, you may start with TFL instead and this may help

with the tightness of your IT band

Finally we will roll on to our quads face down on both elbows, keep your abs

slightly draw in. If all this rolling is too much for your shoulders or elbows

take breaks

You can bend both knees and swing your lower legs side to side like windshield

wipers. Roller can be used for many different parts of our body like our

inner thighs, hips, calves and upper body make sure you visit my channel and

subscribe to find more videos. I'm curious to know how you feel after

rolling out, please comment below and I always appreciate your like and share

with others.T thank you for watching and see you in the next video

TerriLynn St. John: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 11:43.

TerriLynn St. John: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

TerriLynn St.

John, a Virginia mother of two small children, vanished from her own front yard, and now she's been reported as a missing person.

According to WTKR-TV, the scene in Wake, Virginia bore troubling signs of a potential struggle.

The television station reported that St.

John, 23, "went to her car in her front yard, preparing to take her children to daycare." She disappeared after that point early on February 27, 2018.

The Middlesex County Sheriff's Department is searching for the young woman, who vanished around 7:30 a.m.

The children are ages 3 and 1. Terry St.

John, her father, told The Southside Sentinelnewspaper, "Never, never, never" would she have left the children on their own.

Middlesex Sheriff's Major Michael Sampson said on February 28: "This is a missing person, under suspicious circumstances," but said authorities have not yet determined whether St.

John was abducted.

Here's what you need to know:.

TerriLynn Vanished With the Door Open & Her Children Inside the House & Her Boyfriend Saw Her That Morning.

According to the missing poster circulated in her case, TerriLynn St.

John was last seen on February 27, 2018 in the morning hours.

She had recently moved to Wake, Virginia.

"Her door was found open and her small children were found alone inside her home," the missing poster reports.

People with any information were urged to contact the Middlesex County Sheriff's Department at 804-758-2779 or by dialing 911.

The missing person's report says that Terrilynn is 23-years-old, 5 foot 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

According to a press release from the Sheriff's Department, "In the late morning hours of Feb.

Deputies arrived on scene at approximately 1100 hours and shortly thereafter called Detectives to the scene.

The 2 children discovered in the home are safe with no reported injuries and with the Paternal Grandfather.".

TerriLynn's dad told the newspaper he was afraid it was a random abduction.

Her boyfriend, Mac Kennard, told the Southside Sentinel that he "had kissed her goodbye at 4:20 a.m.

and headed to work oystering." The newspaper reported that he "could not hold back tears," quoting him as saying, "She's my best friend.".

A collage that Mac Kennard posted on his Facebook page.

"I'd love to go out and look for her, but where do you start," TerriLynn's father told the Southside Sentinel.

An intense exchange occurred between the boyfriend and another man on his Facebook page.

"Where the f*ck is she," the man asked.

Kennard responded, "Y the f*ck r u asking me." The man responded, "Cuz your the last person with her…." to which Kennard replied, "Yea ur all the way in South Florida so u don't no what the f*ck ur talking about." Kennard's Facebook page is filled with photos of him with St.

John.

In August 2017, TerriLynn indicated on Facebook that the couple had been together for three months.

"You have made this the best three months I've seen in a long time ! I love you babe ! Your the best ! Here's to many more to come !!" she wrote.

TerriLynn's Broken Necklace Was Found in Her Yard & There Are 'Persons of Interest' in the case.

There were some aspects of the scene that concern loved ones of TerriLynn.

According to the missing poster in her case, her broken necklace was found in the front yard.

There were other disturbing details.

Her cell phone was found in the bushes in her yard, according to the missing person's poster.

In addition, the young woman's car was still at her home.

A shoe or slipper was also recovered, according to The Southside Sentinel.

Police confirmed the account of the broken necklace, and family members told WTVR-TV that they worry there was a struggle.

She was described as having "multiple tattoos including R.J.M.

"A person of interest could be acquaintances, whether they be personal acquaintances — friends, family," he said, according to WTVR-TV.

On Facebook, she wrote that she was single.

She also shared a graphic on February 25 that read, "Sometimes the best thing you can do is fall out of love." Her photos showed her with Kennard and young children as well as friends.

"Don't let anyone take advantage of your trust," said yet another graphic that TerriLynn shared on that day.

"Forgiveness doesn't make you weak, but too many chances can do some harm.".

Mac Kennard with TerriLynn St. John.

The graphic in another post she shared read, "If you've gotta do it by yourself, be by yourself, period.

" She also shared a status recently with the lyrics from a Tove Lo song:.

We started out as lonely heartsWe started with a promise built on highsYou said I was the missing partLooked into my eyes said"You're my fix for life"But now, what I'm doingI don't know, what I'm doingCause I don't even feel itBodies growing colder with the distance nowAnd I don't even mean itGot my hands all over you, but not a soundI'm always so in love, all inTill you lost your goal, and I'm thinkingThought you'd make me feel itThought that I'd be different this time aroundThis time around.

Day 31 And Im Using White Flour - Duration: 7:17.

hey what's happening everybody this is Michael Adams coming to you on day 31 of

the 90 days no excuse challenge everybody doing today I've had a pretty

decent day just doing my regular routine of getting my work done and stuff like

that and you know getting some good food in me today but I can't believe it now

we are starting the next month of the challenge date 31 I hope everybody like

I said yesterday I hope everybody's having great results and doing good and

feeling great and like I said most of this is about man

getting that mindset in the right place but I'm just gonna jump right into it on

everything that I ate today for breakfast I started my breakfast off

with a just an egg sandwich I basically put that out in wheat bread and I I

don't know if I've ever told you this but I've got this I got this awesome

bread and I recommend it highly it's like nature's own it's like got 9 grams

of protein per slice and I would highly recommend this it's like it's a good

size piece of toast and like I said it's got 9 grams of protein in only 90

calories per slice that's insanity because I mean usually it's more than

that when you get it's more calories normally when you get regular bread so

anyway yeah I want to throw that out there so I mean when you sit there and

make a sandwich out of something like that that bread that I'm using you're

talking 18 grams of protein in just the sandwich not counting what you put on it

so yeah that breads pretty awesome and I do recommend doing that now for lunch

today I was feeling a little bit lost I was a little bit busy but I was like I

didn't know really what I wanted to eat today so I hurried up and just grabbed a

yogurt cup again I know it's bad for me to do that but you know sometimes you

just got to do what you got to do but anyway right now I'm in the process of

actually getting my dinner fixed and today hold up hold up you're gonna

attack me I'm sure somebody on the internet is gonna attack me for this but

the meal that I'm making tonight it uses flour like a lot of it so anyway

I want to go ahead and get that off my chest before somebody comes in a full-on

execute me for using flour but anyway I'm from the south and from the down

south we like to make a thing called chicken and dumplings I don't know if

you've ever heard of it but that is what I'm fix it for dinner and yes when

people sit there and say oh you can't use flour and can't use flour guess what

this is a practical diet this is a diet that can actually keep you going and

actually something to live by okay so when people toss up what you're allowed

to eat what you're not allowed to eat piss off because the bottom line is I'm

creating something that is practical for every one of you all out there let's

ever struggle with weight issues or anything like that so anyway this meal

I'm fixing today is chicken and dumplings and the recipe of course is

going to be on the daily log so you can get on there and check that out

but it's pretty awesome and yes even though it's using flour the craziest

thing about it is that yes it takes like three cups of flour but then you add

water to it and you add some salt and pepper to that and then you're gonna

roll it up and you're going to turn it into this big dough ball and then you're

gonna flatten it out you're gonna cut it out into strips and then tear it apart

that one inside the mixture can let it boil and you're gonna lie to eat up and

then BOOM bottom then you got some old country style chicken and dumplings and

they are amazing and I'm sure you're gonna like them and like I said do not

be scared of flour okay cuz see the biggest thing that

people don't understand it's just like cake it's just like eating cookies it's

just like anything man if you eat too much of anything you're gonna get fat

it's just it's plain and simple okay now of course I'm not sitting here doing

this diet to sit there and teach you about you know the health issues and

stuff like that you know that ain't my forte I'm teaching you how to live a

little sustainable life where you can eat good food and actually keep good

weight or in my case in some of your all's cases

lose weight okay there's so many people like I said before I said this so many

times but so many people go into a diet and they sit there and go from eatin

5,000 calories yesterday to be in Jillian Michaels today I'm sorry but

that's not gonna be sustainable you have to learn to to be like someone like that

or one of these massive gurus of of health and fitness you have to work to

that you know so don't turn around and go to these websites and stuff like that

that teaches you how to lose weight teaches you how to how to live a healthy

lifestyle whatever and they tell you sit there and simply chop up some eggplant

and expect to get to make it and live on that because the truth is it's not gonna

happen you increase your diet you change your diet throughout the times and then

adapt okay so what I bring to the table is stuff that nobody else has the

fortitude to come up and say I'm making chicken and dumplings with white flour I

contemplated doing doing whole-wheat flour I never made chicken and dumplings

with whole wheat flour but I contemplated doing it but I decided you

know what I'm just gonna throw this out here because I believe is the great

topic to discuss on the vlog and one it's gonna be awesome

so like I said everything that I've cooked and everything that I've ate

today is gonna be right there on the daily log at Michael Adams mediacom and

after I give that eat and I'm gonna have to run in there and do all my exercises

and stuff like that and then of course I'll probably be hitting the dance

cardio later on tonight but besides that that's pretty much all that's going on

like I said I've been feeling pretty good and everything's been going pretty

smooth so like I said like I always say if you just now found this video and

you're wanting to do this challenge you can just start now because we still got

60 if we still got 59 days or you can just go all the way back to my first

video one and watch that and of course every

one of those daily logs up there on Michael Adams mediacom don't fail to go

to that because that is where everything is so anyway I'm gonna go ahead and wrap

up this day 31 blog and I will be back tomorrow on day 32 I will see you guys
