Waching daily May 25 2018

It was Napoleon who said that, in politics, stupidity is not a handicap. Now

I am still getting indigestion from the CAQ's odious idea to expel newcomers

who aren't up to snuff on everything Québécois after being here for a few

years. Now it's a long way to Election Day but the trends are favoring the CAQ.

The election website QC125 gives the Legaultist a razor-thin majority. The CAQ

would take 63 seats the Liberals 43 the PQ 15 and the Solidaires 4. Now it's

still early in the game. In the last decade I would say every election in

Canada federal and provincial did not end the way it started in poll numbers.

So right now you could say that the CAQ is peaking early. And we theoretically

could have a government with no representation from the island of

Montreal. Think about it, it's a little scary that the province would be run by

"le regions" and "la Capitale Nationale." There has always been a suspicion about

"la Metropole" by the CAQ crowd. Montreal has people who are different.

They aren't all white and they don't all "parlez-vous" all the time. Now the latest

Leger survey found something even more revealing it found that 69% of Quebecers

want a change of government and when change becomes the issue it's almost

impossible to fight it. So let's just take a closer look at what the CAQ is

proposing. Yes they want to corner the market on identity politics but there is

much more within their words, a new agenda for Quebec nationalists. The CAQ

pledges to toughen Bill 101. One of the promises is to make federally chartered

companies subject to the language charter now I wonder if Justin would

give in on that one. And it wants Ottawa to butt-out of cultural funding. Just

send the cheque to Quebec City, merci. And it's list of demands for new powers

reminds me of an open bar or buffet in an all-inclusive, more ,more and more.

Everything from the power to appoint judges to the Supreme Court to demanding

more tax revenue from Ottawa. The thing is we've seen this show before,

profitable federalism. The CAQ says they are not separatist, well fair enough,

although Philippe Couillard points out that Legault has no real attachment to Canada.

I cannot disagree. Seems to me though their appetite for squeezing more juice

from the federal orange might just be insatiable.

Some good news and bad news this week from a study on our city. It compared Montreal to 15 other North

American cities. The good news is that the quality of life here in Montreal

ranks high but economically the city lags behind in 14th place. And Montreal

is dead last when it comes to the number of people living below the poverty line.

And previous studies have found that those struggling economically are likely

to be Anglos and allophones. Now the city has paid a price for years of language

struggle and political uncertainty the flight of private capital has been

astounding. Recovery has been slow and eventually well something's got to give.

Finally how to address the big Anglo brain drain well Quebec and McGill are

working together to figure out how to keep Anglos from leaving Quebec after

university graduation. Two out of three grads leave we all know why.

The perception for many is that their French will never be quite good

enough or their last name isn't quite right. Isn't it great that as a community

we are getting so much love?

And I can't deny the fact that you like me. Right now, you like me!

Wonder why? Something's up. But will they still love us in the morning?

HEY! | See you Soon | A Narrative Short Film | English | W & D by Sai Teja Regalla | Shot on ONE +. - Duration: 14:52.

Car Horn!

Car Horn!

Car Horn!

Hey! I'm a 25-year-old unemployed orphan.

Whose mind is at war; with heart

With a million dreams and billion difficulties:

I don't know who I'm or what I'll become.

I don't even have anyone

to share my problems or feelings with.

Oh Shit! I almost forgot: I got a brother;

who rubs his words on me at every time..

and think himself as a philosopher!

A brother who doesn't understand me!

A brother who doesn't know my dreams!

A brother who doesn't know my problems!

But what he does know is.. how to torment me:

how to compare me with others.

And how to destroy my soul with his words

that I will never achieve anything in my life

He is a chain smoker: but he doesn't want me to smoke.

That's the kind of guy he is..

My Aim

and My Goal

is to become a 'Professional Photographer'

Unfortunately!

24 years...

Passes in those dreams only!

The only reality that is left

is the society giving me the nightmares

That i'm a spoiled sole

Who's burden to the society.

So obviously..

being frustrated, i went to smoke a cigarette

The shopkeeper handed over me my cigarette..

But..

when he is about to give me a lighter he got a call.

It was from his brother!

Apparently: his brother got a job

and he is so happy

that he offered free cigarettes to everyone that day.

I was shocked! I was very shocked!

Then!

Then

realization hit me hard.

This is exactly

how my brother would react

if I got a job and settled Well!

That Moment!

That damn Moment!

I decided

I decided that the only thing that matters to me

is to see happiness

in my brother eyes.

A mix of anger,

irritation and hopelessness is within me

as I was just rejected for a job.

And when I am in that mood a kid came to me

to speak over something..

I showed my irritation on him.

He just silently walked away.

Then after a few minutes juice was given to me

by a vendor

and said that small kid is the one who had bought me juice.

And when I looked at the kid with confusion..

he just smiled and winked.

That wink, seriously has changed my entire mood and..

A sense of assurance

that everything good will happen and lot of self-confidence

filled into me.

That day! I went to home

with lots of positivity, That i can achieve anything in my life.

Whatever it takes: if it takes to remove my beard

I Will!

or push aside my dreams, my goals,

my passion: its fine. I Will!

I just want to see happiness in my brother eyes

and that should be

because of. Me!

I've attended more than 10 interviews later,

After lots of struggle

I got a good job in a reputed company.

I immediately!

Called my brother.

To share my happiness

I was like, i should meet him

and talk to few minutes

he simply said..

' I'm happy for you '

and all of a sudden

I can't hear his voice.

The call got disconnected

Suddenly, the entire 'HATE' for my brother

turned into 'LOVE'.

Whatever it is he is happy

because of me for the first time in my life.

They say you need to find things where you lost.

I lost my passionate life. I know

how difficult it is to get back.

back to square 1.

I am here like a guy who lost everything in his life.

In fact: I had.

But a wise man once said that: when u keep your heart

and soul in something:

no matter

how improbable the odds are you will achieve it.

I felt there is full of positivity around me now.

Is it my imagination or hallucination

or did really my brother come and sit beside me.

My brother who always have a lot to talk

but was silently sitting beside me.

No: he is not silent. I guess!

for the first time in his life he is unable to express his feeling.

Not wanting to see him like that I asked my brother

what was worrying him.

Then in a low whisper he said that he came to apologise to me!

because of the way he behaved

not as a brother but as a father..

and in a fear that I will not settle in my life:

made me go into professions I didn't like

This is what he apologized for.

Then!

with tears in my eyes

I explained to my brother that he is doing wrong

by apologizing to me.

that he has taken care of me right from the childhood

not as a brother but as a father and mother.

And in return I apologised for many times

where I caused inconvenience to him

without knowing his value.

My brother!

then, as always consoled me by saying that

I was correct all along..

that going after our passion is important and

not settling in a job. He also said that he knows about

how much I dislike my job.. and had to

resign and not to settle

but to pursue my passions and since I am interested in photography asked me to open a studio.

one morning!

as i was reading a

article on steps to success:

my brother interrupted me as it was really needed to me!

My brother was a practical man.

he always been like that.

he simply compared the

the last step

as aim and all other steps are just the path to reach that aim.

even if we falter in one of the step

we need to stand up again and constantly strive to reach

the ultimate step and that process of reaching success:

defines a person! That attitude of not giving up

will inspire millions. Rather reading others success stories

create your own. Your life should not be just a story

it should be an enchanting tale for the generations to follow.

That is what I want for you. Keep that in mind.

He said!

As i was talking to my brother a passerby has run through my brother.

I stood up with anger

That guy asked me the reason why i'm quarreling with him?

suddenly, i realised

There is no one beside me!

My brother was not beside me!

Remember the time when i was talking to my brother..

About how happy I'm and how I got the job

That is the moment

frozen in my mind.

That's the last time i spoke to my brother..

Yes! It's been three years:

Since my brother DEATH! He died of cancer!

Remembering about my brother and the vision..

a small smile

slowly crept into my face bringing

bringing a feeling of a great support that stays with me

in my life journey always guiding me.

That moment

That moment: confidence drives me to challenge

The last step: which is my 'AIM'

HEY!

You Success.

Boxes & bags of LEGO parts, opened! 📦 #230 - Duration: 20:33.

hey what's up everybody I has some boxes and some bags and some Lego stuffs in

there I think that most of these if not all are brick link orders from brick

link calm stuff that I bought had various times from various places and I

just kind of saved them up a little bit because I got like this on one day and

then that's that's not enough to do a video on they're just too few pieces in

there so yeah I saved them up a little bit now I have more to actually show to

open these bags and boxes I has a knife I will be using this one today it's not

great it's really not great looks looks okay but yeah didn't really get my

money's worth although I was able to sharpen it up real nice but it's not

gonna last oh well just gonna dive right in see

what I got here this is a piece of a box go brick me box and inside here I expect

to find stickers this type thing that good sellers do to protect stickers from

damage and shipping excellent thank you very much couple of

these a couple of these look cool alright I have so much to go through

here I should probably go pretty quickly haha more of those yep those flexible

supply increases a couple times people have asked me to post up part numbers

and stuff and I I just don't have the part numbers handy and there are so many

pieces here that there's no way to list part numbers for all of them it would

take like an hour to go through this hopefully I can do this in less than 10

minutes but you can find these on brick link if you just search for zip lines

EIP line I believe this is the the name it

doesn't show up under under that then you can also just search by by color and

you know to look for the metallic flat metallic silver also ugly that you'll

find these under either hoses or tubes I think it's called hoses it hoses are

let's to one of those but they weren't that

difficult to find I got more tires six millimeter and there should be some

wheels to go with those squared off fenders in black hey might be able to

use these on my train station elevated rail station I'm working on right now

I'll get to the figures in just a second this is the primary reason that I

initiated this order to get I think this is a dozen of these short gray roller

coaster track segments it looked like it was a good deal but then this is the

oldest of the order is shown here and I only just recently just a couple days

before the recording of this video went to Legos bricks and pieces site and

realized that I overpaid for these cheaper to get them on fix in pieces

right now oh well live and learn there we go there are the wheels six

millimeter ones from cars and they are in dark bluish gray strangely I was low

on these again because I dumped a bunch of them into my

my mining area but yeah just need some extras you see three types of items

included here was low on these green ones these are the black technical hole

extender tubes and then these are great to get in the three three the length of

three and there and just light gray and then these figures I got because I

wanted extras and realized I had not gotten extras and wanted extras for

parts you're not gonna take all of these and open all of them up completely and

put them together anything that I need to move on the next bag and box but I

didn't want to at least let you see enough to know what each of these

figures actually is and some of them I mostly got for their accessories their

exclusive accessories I want to get them because again they were cheap and the

seller wanted to get them I could before they become

super valuable collector scalper collector market items yeah I thought

that's its calculator right one last one oh yeah

these are cool they're in is that I thought it was reddish brown it looks

kind of like just regular brown now picket fences in something other than

white is good oh I almost lost that piece there that's a nice little print

came with one of the figures and the last one truck promise you I will speed

up after this I always start slow that's a try to

speed up oh yeah another of these Robins okay this one has a lot more pieces in

it and be careful and opening it because it's fairly full on Sesame these have

been here way of that go nice slice and it looks like I still cut through one of

the bags accidentally inside oh well this is a replenishment of the dark

bluish gray still more because I need them this is one that I forgot one

particular item that I forgot to get the last time I got a replenishment of gray

plates I forgot to get these angle ones and I

have like one left available to use gray

gray and you're gonna see more of those I believe in one of these orders if not

multiple and that's all that's in there good to get rid of another white thing

off this white background here believe this is gonna be another one that has

mostly gray bricks in it so far all of these have been just from us-based

sellers

paperwork in here Sonya see a bag inside the box

clean appreciate that just in case you know something goes wrong you have that

secondary very inexpensive but secondary a little bit of insurance to keep items

from flying out yeah lots of gray here I ordered from multiple sellers because I

wanted to get a lot and I wanted to get them at low prices you start going on

you buy things in small numbers the price doesn't matter we're talking about

pennies but when you start getting up to hundreds of items then it adds up very

quickly and the difference between something that's like let's say eighteen

cents a piece versus 15 cents apiece becomes significant grey grey grey grey

grey grey grey hey told you be more two by fours always in high demand that's

good I mostly got this one to get that hairpiece another of that hairpiece but

I also want to get another spare of that particular body armor piece in that

color because I had a bunch of the ones that were done in grey but I think I

only had one to spare to actually use in the city or you know with custom stuff

in the black color and then another DJ this one was a little bit more expensive

it's a little bit you know desirable but I was willing to pay for that torso and

that headpiece and also the printed tiles two of them good stuff and then

from series 17 hi oh this was just to get an extra French

Bulldog for my upcoming pet store that would be done at some point okay

this one right here came from I believe it was Austria Americans usually say

Austria if there are any Austrians or Austrians out there tell me which one is

cool sir - correct I'm sure that neither is

actually correct pronunciation and I'm sure that if someone from the country

told me live how to pronounce it I wouldn't be able to distinguish the

difference I wouldn't be able to tell what I'm doing wrong

it's just how it goes but there is a piece of paper in here that I want to

take out this was damaged in shipping and this was ordered some time ago

hopefully not too much was actually lost the person used a bag here taped it up

so that if there was damage done to the box and shipping I wouldn't be losing

pieces immediately there would need to be more damage done so again good job

cheap insurance against damage like this that you have to expect and this is just

a bag o parts in here one more rear end of the very old kind of modular small

hull piece because I had to bowels I believe an extra of this I need for it

an upcoming ship build I didn't even realize this was made in green that's

kind of cool medium ugly rock piece I call it medium because I don't they have

the smaller ones sliding doors in yellow and in red cool I will most likely use

those towards some box car builds just get some more Bott box cars on my

railway and a bunch more train stuff biggest place in the world for model

train related stuff is Germany and that general area of the world and you can

get generally the big the best prices for stuff that's less common in the US

there so a bunch of wheel sets here including one in I believe that suppose

supposed to be like bluish-gray although it's slightly yellowed but perhaps it's

just gray I don't recall exactly oh it has that style so that's probably

supposed to be actually great and I don't remember I said I placed this

order a long time ago I got some magnets that just almost fell

to the floor I got some bogey side pieces here's a little bit awkward but I

should two of these yes to these very rare color was only done in one set ever

has a unique part number for that and the magnets are for couplers for trains

I was short a couple of these so I got a couple for my couplers so I got twice as

many as I needed that's a relatively rare bush piece that you can put other

you know it's stackable we put others in there and then this is a bag old parts I

get this ugly destroyed box out the way go lots of these old original Brown

coconut tree palm tree SEC sections segments there's a bunch of them in

there these are actually fairly expensive but I like them some doors

these are the two brick high doors relatively uncommon and some desirable

colors oh good another of these did I get to with this order or can I get just

one looks like I got just one we're just gonna work out just fine because I got

one in another order some time ago got a couple of these little windscreen pieces

that go with the old style hinges the non ratcheting hinges these are useful

for custom builds

this is pretty old to be to be in white I don't recall exactly how old but

pretty old oh how are these these were used for train signal posts I believe

was it before just regular signals these for the crossings I don't recall which

but yeah and an uncommon piece to be sure some of those in there I see a

hairbrush in just plain brown and then I see some I see some black axle pins

extremely rare Oh got it got it got it axle pins extremely rare I saw a bunch

of those for mine on today's but doesn't hurt to get more

before they all disappear that's what this is for it's not for train crossings

it's for this gate in particular it's specifically paired to that piece there

very nice so I should have one set goes in there looks like maybe two sets cool

and I see some screwdrivers saw at least one mini fake screwdriver old-style in

here there is down at the base might have gotten more than one but not too

many those are just really useful not as screwdrivers but as connector pieces you

know you can fit this is smaller than a bar size the neck of it so you can fit

that through all sorts of holes without any friction and then you basically get

just this very short little segment one brick high segment of bar sized piece

bar size very good for making weird connections there are some looks like a

couple of spare wheels in there and that's about it for this order and then

the last one this one's fairly heavy I think this will have more gray stuff in

it this is good this was a fairly decent sized order or set of orders I'm glad

that I waited get much more worthwhile to viewers I'm

sure this I don't know I'm just gonna take it from the end carefully try not

to get in there too far this time looks like this was the correct angle of

attack good done with you knife thank you very much

some packing material to keep things from moving around too much thank you

very much seller and yes we're a lot longer I

think that was the cheapest order of grade and it did the best the highest

quantity more gray here and also some collectible minifig most recent

collectible minifigures series little Series one a fig tiles a bunch of tiles

won't get so those I could show somebody in my LEGO City having a collection not

just one and that's it the rest is packing material in here which was

placed there even though I've said before these don't make the greatest

packing material strategy in general in this case they were used to good effect

because they just took up a bunch of space kept these big bags from moving

around too much and that just works wonders to stop all these really sharp

pointy edges with all this mass when you're going back and forth in the box

and just just biting into each other and really doing tremendous noticeable

damage as well as functional damage to to connecting surfaces it's really bad

when that happens to make it extremely frustrating to build pieces are to build

things with those pieces when they're damaged but this seller did a good job

so everybody did a pretty good job here you know one of those boxes was pretty

destroyed in transit but I didn't lose anything so I am happy with all of these

orders no complaints I haven't noticed anything

conspicuously missing although I don't have the orders here with me to check

everything I usually mostly trust the I don't think I showed you this one mostly

trust the sellers to have gotten things right I don't ever go back people asked

frequently huge do you count to make sure you got everything nah I don't I

leave it to trust it because it would take so much time if you're getting

really expensive things then it's worth counting certainly if you get sets you

need to check the parts to make sure all the parts are there because most of the

time when I get used sets does not matter if it's a small hobby seller very

small I've bought more recently in the past

year with two of bought a number of sets from from little folks missing pieces

color substitutions that are wrong wrong era of parts like noticeably wrong

not just substitutable items very very experienced sellers with thousands of

positive feedback that talk about how they do it not as a hobby and they do it

specifically for profit and specifically with customer service in mind still

missing parts on unused sets no matter how expensive or cheap they are or part

substitutions and stuff so with sets it's absolutely worth it always every

time to check quickly after you receive an item go ahead and build it as soon as

you can build it make sure that everything is right otherwise you'll end

up like me you know building something a month or two after I get it and you know

to do a flashback Friday throwback Thursday kind of video and you know one

crucial piece that is missing is the wrong color and then I either have to

cross my fingers and hope that I have a spare piece in in my inventory or I have

to just go ahead and order it and put off doing that video or if it's not too

bad then I have to complain about it yeah the seller messed up that's why

this is the wrong piece so yeah sets checked but for regular pieces I've not

seen an issue on brick link in general you know these sellers take pretty good

care of their work and try to do their work properly so there may be one or two

pieces missing amongst two of these orders I'm okay with that I'm working

willing to live with that if it was smaller stuff higher value stuff and be

worth worth checking a little bit more carefully I say all that because I get a

lot of have gotten a lot of questions about about that and that issue in

particular wanted to answer that now I have more sorting to do a lot of pieces

to put away and I will be using some of these as quickly as I can especially

these great ones to continue work on my mountain once it's time to get back to

that after finished finishing a quick side project so thank you for watching I

will talk to you again as soon as I can

you

You favourite childhood show is getting a reboot - Duration: 2:13.

It has been over thirty years since the Baby-Sitters Club hit bookshelves, and twenty-eight years since HBO revived it with a one-off series and twenty-three years since the film was released

Now, the 90s classic is getting another remake - a modern-day adaption of the original books

With big time production company Walden Media, the people behind the adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia and Michael De Luca Productions, the masterminds behind Moneyball, the new series is promising to be everything fans of the books have craved since binge-reading the classics in 1986-2000

And according The Hollywood Reporter, it will cover 'topics such as divorce, racism, and inclusivity' in the main town of Stoneybrook

Naia Cucukov, Walden Media's senior vice-president in development and production, said she is looking forward to reliving the club, bringing it up to date with themes our own teens can now relate to and our favourite characters too

'As lifelong fans of The Baby-Sitters Club and its enduring messages of entrepreneurialism, empowerment, diversity and most importantly, female friendships, we couldn't be more thrilled to work on this special project,' she says

'We feel incredibly honored that Ann M. Martin has allowed us the chance to introduce the BSC to a new generation of future thought leaders and influencers

Iced Coffee with Banana (Coffee Milkshake!) - Cooking with Sudhan - Duration: 5:58.

Hi, welcome back to Cooking with Sudhan, I am Sudhan and behind the camera is Ischa.

Say hi Ischa! Hi! And I see that you've been watching our videos, that's really

good to see. Our last video was the most video that's watched to date and thank you

for your support. The most viewed video. Most viewed video. Yeah there we go.

So thank you for watching! So we're back now, making the 9th video and we're really

excited to do something different this time, we're gonna make a banana iced coffee.

Now this coffee, iced coffee, is

something really special and I like to make it sometime when it's, you know,

really warm outside and it's a nice refreshing drink and just to tell you a

little bit of a story around it and how I found out about the recipe,

when we were living in the Netherlands in Maastricht I went, I was just

strolling down the street in the city centre and I popped over to a cafe and

the lady she's Egyptian I think or Persian and she made this coffee for me

and I thought it was the most incredible tasting iced coffee ever and I

thought it was very unique, so I started making it ever since.

So now I'm gonna show you how to make it! For the banana iced coffee

of course we need some coffee and we also need some vanilla essence,

cinnamon powder and we also need some bananas and milk, good stuff, healthy, and we also need

some ice which is already in the fridge and we are also using honey. It's pure

stuff, real stuff and what we heard here is that a lot of honey's in supermarkets

has sugar additives or it's not the real thing so this is the real stuff I'm very

happy with it actually, it's brilliant, and it also supports the local farmers.

And if you like you can use honey or you can also replace it with

maple syrup and I've done both, they're both really really good. So let's make it!

To make the coffee I'm using a perculator. I've already put some water in there

and I'm gonna put that on. Just gonna press the coffee grounds in there,

it's a bit overflowing but that's fine but if you do not have a perculator that's also fine you can also use a

double shot of Nespresso coffee or coffee that you mix yourself with some

hot water so whichever, whatever is convenient for you is fine. So it's ready

to go on the stove so I'm going to put that over, until it boils over I'll be right back.

So to begin with, I'm going to

peel the bananas and just break it up up into three or four pieces and I'm using

about one and a half banana.

Banana is rich in potassium and magnesium so it's very good for you oh I put a

little bit extra so I guess I'm gonna eat it.

Mmm, good. So you're gonna add some milk in there

as well, I think I'm adding about one and a half cups of milk and some cinnamon

powder, about 1/2 a teaspoon and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence as well.

Like that, and 1/2... I'm gonna see you with about a, how to... So that's about one and a

half tablespoons of honey and I'm going to throw in the coffee, I'm gonna get

some ice. So now I'm adding in the ice and I'm going to blitz it all together.

Alright, I think it's done it's nice and smooth, there we go!

So as you can see there's a lot of foam at the top and when we're

pouring it we want it to be smooth so I usually strain the top part because I

don't want the top foam and we want the liquidy stuff so.. Hoppa!

As you can see it's nice and smooth

a bit like a latte and that's what we want there we go!

It's ready! Nice! You want one? Ofcourse. Thank you. So that's banana iced coffee and I hope

you like it and thank you for watching our videos and we will be sure to post

more videos and please do subscribe to our channel if you haven't done so

already and also leave us some comments suggestions. Shat are your thoughts?

Your shoe drive fundraiser is a great way to gain the support of corporate partners and local businesses who care about corporate social

responsibility. HOW you ask them for support is key. When approaching a potential corporate partner, ask them to host an employee's shoe collection event.

It's important to let them know they can gain more visibility as a good corporate citizen in the community,

without adding a new line item to their already tight budget. Make sure to inform them that a shoe drive fundraiser

not only benefits the local community but also communities in developing

nations. Offer to use the press release that's free to download on our website to announce their support to the community as an added value.

Gaining the support of corporate partners can be a great way to get your fundraiser over the top!

Discuss this tip and any other ideas with your fundraising coach. We're here to help you succeed and I'm Eric Wright

We'll see you again next time. Bye. I felt like I went

Do Not Let Porn Destroy You - Sheikh Muhammad Al Hilli - Duration: 5:44.

Of the iShaytan's work which indeed has plagued society and it's

become very problematic, the first is pornography the viewing of

explicit sexual material on the internet. And I know some people might be slightly

uneasy about this yes. They might say it's not appropriate to discuss this but

the reality today is we must be able to address these issues. yes. It has

affected many households out there. There are youngsters and children who are

addicted to it yes. It has affected many of our community members you only need to

look at the dazzling statistics about the access towards this filth online and

how it has spread. Because sometimes people say you know we had the tobacco

industry and the addiction, today the pornographic industry has indeed taken

over. Yes? And the addiction to this type of material has become quite widespread

in which way, we look at according to a website called Web MD, there are 419

million, yes 419 million websites dedicated to this kind of material. 35%

of downloads online is pornographic material. 25% of searches online is

related to this. 200,000 Americans have admitted or have been documented to be

addicted to pornographic images or movies. Yes. This is not a matter to be

taken lightly. Yes and therefore what do we find, we find that today there is a

discussion amongst many behavioral psychologists and others to highlight

the dangers of this satanic movement. They say the viewing of such material

online has a number of disastrous repercussions

and consequences on the human being yes. Number one it has been shown to increase

divorce and divorce rates. Approximately 350 lawyers in the United States were

asked two-thirds of them says that the viewing of such material, has what? has

increased divorce rates quite considerably.

It has also increased violence against women. It has also led to child abuse. Yes?

It has led to marital problems between people. Similarly, what do we find it had

led to even sexual problems. Yes sexual dysfunction of certain

individuals. Indeed what do we find. We find that other problems that have

arisen include infidelity for example include lack of concentration. And the

evidence that is presented is scientifically proven. Yes? In which way?

Scientists today, they say that when it comes to the addictive side of

pornography it is due to what is known as the Coolidge effect. What does this

mean? This refers to the idea that watching this type of material kills

natural stimulants. Yes? And the human being will then want to watch more and

more and move from the soft version towards the extreme version, because they

need to satisfy their desires more and more. So the addiction increases the more

the human being which is this kind of material I tell you because somebody's

wearing a hijab or they've got a beard

yes doesn't necessarily mean the shaitan is going to say oh you're okay.

Therefore when it comes to this dangerous ishaitaan tool online. There

is a need for us to understand that watching this type of stuff severely

darkens the heart and contaminates the mind. Yes? It pollutes us there is a

dangerous movement of the sexualization of children. Yes? There is this tendency

when you're watching YouTube there is all these suggestions we are bombarded

with indecent images. Yes? On social media and other places sometimes it is so

difficult to stay away from this. Yes? But there is a need to know of its

disastrous consequences on the soul no doubt the Quran espouses the importance

of subjugating the nerves of self-control or not necessarily just

doing whatever the desire wishes to do. Yes and to Recognize that these images

are imprinted and it is very difficult to remove these images from the mind. Yes?

Today science has actually shown this some have come forward and said that

addiction to pornography and these kind of images and movies is worse than

addiction to cocaine and other types of drugs.

GIVING ADVISE TO LOVE ONES WHEN YOU SEE THAT THERE HEALTH CAN BE DECLINING FROM LOOKING AT MY OWN... - Duration: 5:05.

hey guys back with another video I just wanted to talk with you because I had a

long long long talk with my little sister the other day and it kind of hit

home because I feel as though I can give my advice on my videos on my channel

about what one should do as far as weight loss being healthy or mental

clarity on what you should do from my own experience to help with your

struggles but when you're home and you're with your loved ones and you see

that their health is declining because you're used to seeing them you know

small and petite and you're starting to now see them get larger and larger and

larger you're starting to see like eating habits that are not them

it has never been them over the years and you know you let them know listen

you know you need to get on this juice fast or you know that eating these uh

you know salads try this regiment you know work for me and I'm feeling great I

don't want to see you going through the same struggles that I'm going through

because I can hear in your conversation a lot of why you are struggling is

because of food people do not realize how food affects us you know it's all

about what you eat you know what I'm saying

you know it does mean something when they say you are what you eat you know

what I'm saying I feel like you you are what you eat and you can also look like

what you eat that could be good or bad and I think that a lot of people can get

off of medications and a lot of these things that plague in them if they just

changed their diet I have my juice and partner his name is MB trucka

60 his link is in the description of all of

my videos go check his channel oh he was a diabetic and within sixty days he

cured his diabetes he made a conscious decision to get himself off of his

medication that his doctor had put him on and told him that he was gonna be on

for the rest of his life he stopped taking the medication and did a juice

fast that is how powerful juicing is he reset his body in 60 days and people

what you don't understand is you do not have to do a 60-day juice feast or fast

to see these results those now if you do do a juice fast which you can replace a

meal or two with the juice I do suggest if you're not gonna do all liquids you

can still be doing a juice peace or fast a hundred percent still if you're eating

just fruits and vegetables in raw form so that means juices and salads and

fruit if you want to do a refeed and I'm telling you I'm not a doctor but from

what I'm seeing with people who are close to me in my life you can reverse

some of these diseases that are caused from the gate from eating the foods that

you're eating and I'm talking about obesity I'm talking about anxiety

depression bipolar all of these symptoms can be if not taken away eliminate it it

can be controlled I suffer from anxiety and it controlled my anxiety when I

started eating solid foods now I'm a firm believer going back on solid foods

that is where my issue is what I'm putting in my mouth this is why

I'm bad juicing I am also eating solid foods but my regiments primarily will be

80 to 90 percent raw with twenty ten to twenty percent being cooked so with that

all being said that's something for you to consider so I'm not gonna make this

video too long I just wanted to just shout out to you real quick

telling you what was on my mind so please like this video share this video

and make it a favorite and if you're not subscribed to the channel please do so

and I'll see you guys in the next video bye for now

4 Ways the Crime Lab Can Frame You

by Edward Morgan

Television has taught us that the crack CSI experts and their state-of-the-art technology

can solve any crime through the power of science.

In reality, more often than not the crime-detection technology of the past has turned out to be

pseudoscience at best, and outright fraud at worst.

And, of course, it has been used to put innocent people in jail.

Here are 4 Ways The Crime Lab Can Frame You.

Is it possible to get rid of Suffering? Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 30:01.

it's not your thought activity but a deeper presence without which told

couldn't even happen just to feel that which cannot be defined that

dimensionally in you that has nothing to do with the personality but without

which the personality could not exist

nothing to do with emotions but without which emotions could not be nothing to

do with thoughts or sense perceptions but without which thoughts and sense

perceptions could not even be that is presence and that is inseparable from

the depths of what we call the present moment so in the dimension of depth what

we call the present moment which is far more than the surface of the present

moment which is all this in the dimension of depth you and the present

moment are one the realization to put that into words like that you and them

now ultimately in the deepest sense are one that I had not verbalized that when

I was writing the power of mouth unfortunately didn't get into the book

so there's some things throughout your life in the damage that it never changes

and you call it can call it the now the space of love not what happens in this

base but the deepest place of now you can call that who you are in your

essence

formless dimensional spirit spiritual dimension and that that's the essence of

spirituality is to feel that in the background of your being and then you

become less dependent on externals and

that's a great liberation not to be dependent for your sense of happiness or

aliveness or fulfillment on external things because they come and go all the

time

so the they'd like me to have a and a topic that you can name for my thoughts

here so let's call it freedom from externals and to introduce it I just

like to read to you an extremely short true story takes about one minute which

comes from the Sufi tradition the mystical branch of Islam a deeply

peaceful form of Islam yes it exists so I would like to do one in one of our

sessions soon spent a whole session on the Sufis they're wonderful so I will

read this little extremely short troll story to you which is all to do with

freedom from externals the title of the story is the slave without a master

wandering in a patchwork robe his face blackened by the Sun the certain dervish

dervish our Sufi mendicants and wandering in a patchwork robe his face

blackened by the Sun a certain dervish arrived at Kufa where he was seen by a

merchant the merchant spoke to him and decided that he must be a lost slave and

the merchant said because of your mild manner I will call you career which

means good are you not a slave that I am said career the merchant said I will

take you home and you can work for me until I find your master I would like

that 8k here for I have been seeking my master for such a long time he worked

for many years with this man who taught him to be a weaver hence his second name

the sauce so his name became if I pronounced it correctly

Kalia massage good weaver after his long service is feeling guilty of his

exploitation the merchant said to him I do not know who you are but you are now

free to go

Korean massage the great master of the way traveled on water to make her

without regrets for he had his covered Alderaan

new his development in spite of having no name and being treated like a slave

he was the teacher of simply of Ibrahim covers and many more of the great

teachers of the Sufis he died over a thousand years ago at the age of 120

this is a somewhat extreme example of somebody practicing being free of

dependency on external conditions like a village the sufi who became later the

sufi master that he voluntarily said yes i am a slave he accepted that situation

as the background to his practice note says in the story he was able to

continue his development his inner development despite having no name or so

just a name that somebody gave him and being a nobody and what is that inner

development like the story refers to continued his inner development it is a

dissolving of any kind of mental or conceptual sense of identity form

identity so that that in you which is beyond form can emerge more fully

and as that in you which is beyond form which is a deep sense of aliveness and

peace that emerges from within as you let go of dependency on your thinking to

tell you who you are other people who tell you who you are

you let go of dependency on that

complete freedom from externals so it sometimes happens that when external

conditions become particularly unpleasant or difficult at first they

say in a resistance there's steep suffering and sometimes

the point is reached when the resistance which is of course consists alternately

of mental judgments about your situation the resistance is relinquished you let

go of calling your situation anything it just is as it is let's see beginning

then of freedom from external conditions but we don't have to wait until we stand

on the deck of the Titanic it's going down or similar situation we don't have

to wait or that it may happen but it may not happen and of course there's no

guarantee that then there will be a complete acceptance it seems almost

impossible in some situations to completely accept a situation let's

start with more simple things and look at your own life and see in what areas

of your life you are dependent for happiness or well-being was core sense

of fulfillment of external conditions and how perhaps how easily exchanged in

external conditions can trigger immediately a change in your inner state

and to see for example it as you're standing in line somewhere for a little

longer than you think you should be standing in line as you

stand there already irritation arises been here for 10

minutes and the the irritation of course is the thought I've been here for 10

minutes and it's too long and as soon as you have the thought this is too long

they should do something wherever they are they should do something that is not

right then the body responds with an emotion so the situation is it's

wonderful to examine that because when you see it in yourself it's in it's

already beginning of an awakening there's no personal shortcoming in you

because oh I did that I did that when we're standing in line this morning well

that you did that it's perfectly normal but that you realize that you did that

that's beginning of awakening it's even deeper waken if you realize you are

doing it in this moment of course it's a little easier to realize it afterwards

because the energy behind the sword is not as strong so let's go back to that

situation of course life consists of things like

that little things in everyday things arise you get upset and it's normal but

upset is only a small beginning of suffering irritation is a mild trauma

suffering and then comes anger and then comes all the complaining all the mind

wounds that go with that so stay with one simple thing because the mechanism

of the simple thing is the same evening bigger things how you lose peace inner

peace so easily I'm not nothing personal many of you are already beyond that I'm

talking to those few but not and the others can just enjoy its how easily

inner peace is lost for little things for little things waiting for too long

somebody not treating me the way they should be treating me being unpleasant

rude the person in the traffic doing something that he should not be doing

all kinds of little things all you break something or you lose a little thing and

you don't realize that the most precious thing is your inner state in a piece by

piece I don't mean a dead piece where you desensitize yourself and say I don't

feel I feel okay but you don't feel alive anymore the true inner peace is a

deep sense of aliveness to feel fulfilled and in several offers from a

kind of joy not necessarily the ecstatic joy you don't go through life ah

some people triage buttons you can't sustain that but a joy a peaceful inter

life energy field in the background it's in a piece that's the most precious

thing in your life far more important then where you are or what's happening

around you and it's given up because of mental habits you lose it so often so

once you're aware of that then you can observe the mechanism how you lose that

how quickly it can happen and when you're really alert you can see that

what's the mechanism behind it and the mechanism behind it is of course the

thought that arises it says something about this this shouldn't be happening

it complains of whatever it does the thought but you don't know it's just a

thought to you it is inseparable from the situation so if you don't know that

the thought you have about a situation is inseparable for messaging that's

unconsciousness because then you say it's a dreadful day because it's raining

you have mixed up a judgment with the external condition it's a dreadful day

not realizing that the dreadful is your mental judgment and today is as it is

all usually standing in line here for so long is dreadful no you've mixed up two

things the judgment and the situation but if you disentangle them and then you

see here is what is and here's what my mind is saying about it and then

suddenly you see that by believing totally in every judgment that arises

you immediately lose your peace you become dependent on external conditions

for your happiness so once you see that then you can actually no longer believe

in the judgment or you can even relinquish it and that's when that comes

when you realize your power to do that for the first time in situations where

usually you would have complained or become irritated or angry anthesis and

suddenly you find oh I'm not complaining anymore

I'm not irritated or the thought comes to me say okay this is the thought and

here's what is I just stay with what it is because all the thought does is it

adds suffering the situation might be physical discomfort but is not suffering

this is as it is that's an enormous liberation when you

can be in a place that before your mind would have called I don't want to be

here well but you are here and then you're just here without any judgment

and suddenly it's okay that's beginning of freedom from externals

and that's liberation and that's continuous practice with all the little

things that happen throughout your day you practice in that way so that

gradually you go into situations without mental judgments and you still know what

you need to do the mind says no I will never do anything anymore then you still

know what you need to do and action you can take action but not based on

condemnation and negative energy so to become free of externals

is an essential part of course of spiritual awakening

we're leaving aside the extreme situations it's relatively rare of

course that also is extremely useful to look at but let's just work with normal

daily life people the most challenging thing in your spiritual awakening is

other people because other people use most of people are identified with their

mind and they can easily pull you into identification with your mind and the

question is whether you are able to accept the other human as aoshi is in

this moment as you accept the place where you are as you accept a situation

you are in without looking to your mind to tell you something about that

situation this is something to be practiced try it out in your life

continuously and more and more what arises then is the consciousness that is

not conceptual and intelligence that is not conceptual that then begins to

operate also it's not just passive it begins to operate in your life it takes

the place of what was operating before which is the mind made thought based

sense of identity with its conditioning and real

which asked what's the next thing I can react to it's looking many human minds

or egoic minds are looking for the next thing to react to they don't know it of

course and the slightest thing you say or do you think you should know better

you shouldn't say that so there is it the usual thing that runs your life the

egoic self consisting of usual thought patterns gradually is replaced by a

deeper intelligence that is not conceptual and non-judgmental and it

comes up and it looks at the world without imposing judgments on it and at

that moment whenever it happens you are free of dependency on external

conditions because you're only dependent for your inner state you're only

dependent on external conditions as long as you believe in your thoughts about

the external conditions external conditions including places situations

people

so it in some ancient traditions people in a very extreme way they saw the truth

of this and they practiced they they said okay I'm going to become a

mendicant I'm going to give up dependency on anything and I will just

go from place to place with nothing give up all dependency on external conditions

as a spiritual practice this is not practical in the West almost impossible

to do in the West the whole cultural background is not there for that we have

to do it in some other way if you want to be a mannequin you can still do it in

India besides of course many places are too cold in the West 2:00 p.m. homeless

on drone I experienced homelessness for a while and it was a beautiful

experience it could have been terrible if my mind still had had some judgments

about it but as already the mind had given up complaining and calling any

situation bad or calling my life useless or having some kind of opinion about who

I am without that opinion without all these mind structures that this moment

was simply as it is as it always is and that it is wonderful then to be able to

appreciate the aliveness of this moment no matter what form it takes this is the

practice now you still have to work with your mind and be vigilant so that you

can be there when your mind brings up thoughts don't believe in the judgments

of your mind don't rely on the judgments of your MA

be the deeper consciousness the unconditioned consciousness behind the

mind the challenges of life are very helpful without them you would go to

sleep people complain and say I want my life to be more conducive to a spiritual

work I want to have more time to really do what well I want to do and really if

that were the case for even if if all if we for people to create great things if

those people had perfect conditions in their lives to create then the

aristocrats in past centuries would have been the great artists and writers and

philosophers but the strange thing is that very few of them they had ever they

didn't need to work they called all the others of working classes it's where the

word comes from because there was another class that didn't work so there

was that class they just lived on their land their possessions that huge houses

every the shuttle's in France with mansions in England and and so yes they

were very cultured they read many things that great paintings in their houses

very few of them actually became great artists or philosophers or painters or

writers or scientists a few but they should have been much higher proportion

because they had ideal conditions they didn't have to work for a living they

but no but their life was not focused enough it was become dissipated and

often they brought great creators where people who had to struggle very hard

against all the odds and if there's a similar thing here in spirituality the

event as why spiritual awaken his concerns don't demand

better conditions for spiritual awakening that's a very common thing and

that's of course is a mind creation it's a mind love set the mind also loves to

complain about your situation and why it's not good enough for your spiritual

awakening if it were different yes if I could allow if I had enough money to go

to travel around like that woman did who wrote that book that has now become a

movie if I had the money to do that I could explore and I could go and see the

teachers and that would be it I could I could really do something for my body so

that it doesn't have all the ailments anymore I could go to the greatest spas

and resorts and have massages every day and he'd have hot stones on intermediate

wrapped in oils and rose petals and surely I would get enlightened very

quickly and now if you tried it suddenly let's say you have enough money and then

come back back after a few years and let me know how it's going and you will find

those what seems the most conducive situation for spiritual awakening to the

mind is not necessarily the most conducive situation for you for

spiritual awakening it's just what the minds opinion that's unfortunately or

fortunately that's not the reality of it and the strange thing is the reality of

it is that the situation that you are in right now is the one that is right for

you to work with for spiritual awakening

this situation is right it was otherwise how do you know that because it is it is

the totality has brought this about this moment and that's been given to you to

work with Georgia speak to apply consciousness to in the same way that

you heard and a sculptor who works with boat is giving a piece given a piece of

wood this is a piece of wood for you to work with

you
