hey guys I normally don't do this but as you can see here I have one of my juices
I normally do not get to this point because I did a two hour workout this
morning and usually like today I will go into the frigerator and crack one of
these open this is 32 ounces this is actually a half of one because what I
did was I had one whole one 32 ounces in the frigerator from yesterday when I did
some juicing because what I'm doing now is I'm not going to juice for three days
I find that the juices taste horrible after the third day it doesn't taste as
fresh as the day you juice so I will only probably now juice for the day I'm
drinking and for the next day that's it so the juice will only be a 24 hour old
juice it won't go over 42 or 72 because to me in my opinion the juice does not
taste good and in a minute I'll tell you what's in this juice oh my god that is
so good okay so to make this juice I use two red
vine tomatoes nice plump ones I used an English cucumber one long big one I use
in this batch two garlic cloves
medallion onion which is white onion a piece of it cut off of one of the whole
big white onions I cut a piece off you got to be careful when you add in garlic
and onions I use one green jalapeno for celery sticks
um excuse me man what else oh and I use a handful of dandelion greens and when I
use those dandelion greens I'm in the bathroom doing the number one it's
almost like taking a water pill dandelion greens is like it's it
basically relieves you of water so since I've been buying the dandelion greens
which has been this week and adding them to my savory juices and I got another
actually another juice that I want to tell you about I'm gonna make it in a
couple of days I got to go to the grocery store and get the grapes I don't
want to give you the ingredients I want to show you how pretty this juice looks
and then I'll tell you what's inside thing but anyways I've been using the
dandelion greens in my savory juice and also adding a little bit of fresh basil
oh my god with that concoction it tastes like pizza it is so savory
this juices or it tastes like a good bowl of garlicky some sort of pasta
that's what that juice tastes like I don't know if you guys ever had Clemente
oh it's a tomato juice as a Spanish tomato juice with clam juice in it I
will not even drink on the shelf tomato juice of no kind now that I have
mastered the same reduce there's no way I could see myself drinking a savory
juice like it's an eight-oh juice or anything like that
after I learnt the combination of how to make my savory juice and also to get it
to taste delicious I use I used to use Oh teaspoons of pickling salt I used one
and a half teaspoon because what I'm starting to notice from when I started
eating salt who's after the juice feast my body does not require as much sodium
as I used to eat growing up or before the juice so I used to put two teaspoons
in my batch of everything that I had just told you guys in this video that's
in the savory juice and I used to put two tables T on teaspoons I now put a
one and a half teaspoons a Pico and salt that's what gives it also the savory
aspect there's a saltiness of it and when I say saltiness I don't mean salty
like a pretzel salty or a fried chicken but it gives it the right balance to me
a teaspoon and a half of pink clam sauce so you give one teaspoon and then a half
of a teaspoon put inside of your batch of the the mixture of the tomatoes and
basil and cucumbers and all that stuff and then put no more than two
tablespoons of apple cider vinegar that will give it the tang and zesty savory
aspect of the whole vegetable juice with the pickle and salt in the apple cider
vinegar so I have talked enough about my drink I want to be able to enjoy it I'm
gonna drink this I already drank a whole 32 ounce of this savory juice this is
about 16 ounces left here I also have a whole one for tomorrow I'm gonna make a
sweet juice and I'll show you that in that video when I make it because I have
to go to the grocery store but I want to you know enjoy my juice but I just
wanted to share the recipe with you and let you guys know everything is going ok
my energy is coming back to life and I'm loving it in
I can't keep making these mistakes you know it could have been a bigger price
to pay like I could have gained that 20 of my hard-earned pounds that I've lost
but I continue to lose weight so you know I learned in a mental aspect of it
all that it's not really good at this time in my life to go back to the way I
used to eat I think I'm just going to continue on my juicing journey
incorporating my salads trying to keep my meals as raw as possible and having
my poultry and my fish and my beef products but making sure that I get them
in raw form and adding my own spices so that I know what's being put inside of
my proteins so with all that being said please like this video share this video
