Waching daily May 27 2018

Hi guys!

Today I am gonna share with you

a very simple way to ensure that your CV stand out on itself!

In the hundreds of the CVs I have reviewed till date

I see candidates mention lengthy descriptions

of whatever work they have pulled off

in the college days, in their initial few jobs

with hardly any mention as to

the RESULTS of their actions!

In any job, internship or project assignment you do

there is always a few Key Performance Indicators

or KPIs. In sales, it is the number of leads and billables; in coding, it is the quality of your end code; in support,

it is the customer satisfaction rate.

Figure out the KPIs for whatever job you have done till date and note down the same

no matter how small or big it is, as long as you can convince the recruiter

that you can actually DELIVER, and the moment you do that my friends

the job is yours to keep!

If you have your CV with you and would want me to review the same

HIT me up in the comments below and I would be happy to help!

Thank you so much guys.

And stay subscribed :)

Do You Have A Voting Plan? - Duration: 2:30.

It's 2018, the year of the midterm elections.

The midterms are notoriously ignored by voters, but this year's midterms are one for the

history books.

In District One, your vote is your voice.

Especially if you are one of the many who are unhappy with Washington.

In District One, you are "VIP Voters".

Your vote really counts.

And with all the weight on this election, it's important to ask, do you have a

voting plan?

Let's face it, voting can be time-consuming and sometimes confusing.

You can get personally invested, it requires deliberation, and it often requires time,

transportation, and maybe even childcare.

But with a little vote planning, you can make voting this year easy and stress-free.

Making a voting plan is as simple as really just asking yourself a few questions.

One, is my voter registration current?

This is so easy to check online.

Number two; should I vote by mail?

If getting to the polls on election day is too challenging, this is really the option

for you.

So while you're at the voter website, why not just enroll in vote-by-mail too.

It's so convenient.

Three: Did I get my sample ballot?

Now, plan time to read that sample ballot booklet.

You know the one with all the pages and pages of details on candidates and bond initiatives

and propositions?

You know the one I'm talking about.

It will arrive at your house a few weeks before the election.

Just set aside some time to deliberate and make thoughtful decisions about the candidates

and the propositions that will get your VIP vote.

Four: Mark your calendar.

This year's important election days are the June 5th Primary and

November 6th General Election.

For those voting by mail, just make sure to sign your ballot and get that ballot in the

mail in time be received or postmarked by election day.

And for those of you going to the polls on the big day, ask yourself; what is your plan

to get there?

Do you need to arrange transportation?

Did you know that there are actually volunteer groups out there that can drive you to the

polls on election day?

Where is your polling place?

What are their hours?

What time am I going to the polls?

And what's my plan for childcare?

You can get these along with many other answers at Registertovoter.ca.gov or you can just

go down to City Hall, your library, the election office, or even the DMV.

Make yourself an informed and confident voter this year.

So much is at stake.

Make voting a plan today and VOTE.
