2-Day Micro Budget Filmmaking Class - Duration: 2:17.Do you want to make movies?
Not short films, but feature length films that you can sell and that audiences want to see?
Then, the 2-Day Micro Budget Filmmaking Class is for you.
Feature films often cost millions of dollars, but in this course you'll learn how to produce
a micro budget film for a fraction of the cost, including where to get that money.
The course begins with a development plan, so that you can come up with a great idea
for a film that's affordable and make sure you're legally protected.
Next, you'll get a template schedule for your film that's designed to be efficient and you'll
calculate a budget that you can afford.
Then, you'll learn the 12 different ways to finance your film.
You'll even get your own financing plan so that you can meet your budget.
On day 2, you'll learn what to do once you've made your film.
We'll look at an example distribution deal, how to be your own publicist, and the best
strategies for getting accepted into film festivals.
Lastly, I've included a section on Self Distribution, where I'll teach you how to cut out the middlemen
and sell your movie yourself.
This 2-Day Class is packed with all the relevant information you need to make your own micro
budget feature-length film.
Once the class is finished, you will be sent 11 downloadable production templates that
are all tailored to micro budget films.
You can edit these and make them your own.
So, why am I sharing this with you?
I'm Brad, and I run Micro Budget Film School.com
After working with many struggling filmmakers, I realised that there is a lack of opportunity
in the film industry to prove yourself.
So I spent 4 years interviewing and researching micro budget filmmakers and developing this
program so that you can create your own opportunities and transition from short films into feature
length films.
I've been teaching this program in-person for the last 2 years, and 99% of students
said they would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in film.
But, I prefer to let this program speak for itself, which is why I'm doing something unheard of:
I'm offering a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the entire 2-Day Class.
If you don't feel that this course is helping you, then just let me know in person before
you leave and you will receive a full 100% refund.
Rather than waiting for someone to give you your big opportunity,
why not create it for yourself?
Sign up now to start learning how to be your own film producer today!

4 Key Visual Models You Need In Your Signature System - Duration: 3:41.Hi Renee Hasseldine here from ShareYourPassion.com.au.
And in this video, I want to share with you, the 4 key types of models you need to create
to get started with creating your Intellectual Property.
So, I think these models are sexy, so it's no surprise that my model for this is in itself
a sexy model.
Let's get into it.
See, I told you.
How sexy is this?
Alright.
So the first kind of model you want to create is called the Success Model.
And a Success Model is all about showing your clients what are the keys they master in order
to achieve success.
So if your clients want to be the go-to expert in their field, what are the things they need
to master in order to achieve success.
That's model number one.
Model number two is the Educate Model.
Now the Educate Model is all about taking your client from A-Z.
So, you've gotta know your ideal client and you've got to think about what is the problem
they come to you with?
What is their scenario A?
Where are they starting out?
And where do they want to end up?
What is the ultimate for them?
What is Z?
What is the result, the solution, the outcome they want in working with you?
And the Educate Model shows them how do they get from A-Z.
The Educate Model is also all about doing.
So that's model number two.
Model number 3 is your Excite Model.
Now the idea of the Excite Model is it to get your clients excited, inspired to take
action.
The Excite Model shows your clients what is the journey for a typical person in their
situation.
So, for me, I use my rocket shape.
You may have seen that already.
So, my rocket model, is my Excite Model.
That shows when someone starts out as a coach or a thought leader or someone who wants to
be an expert in their field, when they start out, they're generally in chaos.
And they go through the different stages until they become the go to expert in their field.
So the Excite Model is about showing the journey for your clients, but showing it in a way
that can show them the emotion involved, but also that can demonstrate for them what are
the Key Performance Indicators along that journey that they can expect.
So how many clients do they expect to have at each of those stages.
How much money are they going to generate, for example, if it's a business outcome.
That's the Excite Model.
And the Excite Model is designed for your clients to identify where they are in the
journey and where they'd like to go.
The fourth model is the Yes Model.
The Yes Model is all about having your clients saying "YES" to working with you.
And this is all about demonstrating the benefits of working with you.
So this is benefits as opposed to features.
What are they benefits for your clients in working with you and getting the result that
you can provide.
So those are the 4 key models you need to get started with creating your intellectual
property assets and to start getting all the benefits that you can achieve with having
them in your life and your business.
So, I would love to know.
Have you created any of these models yet?
Which ones?
Or which one would you like to start with?
Let me know in the comments.
I'd love to know your questions, thoughts, feedback on all of this stuff.
So, please leave it in the comments.
My name's Renee Hasseldine, thanks for watching.

Why you should consider moving to RAK, according to our Outstanding Agent for May - Duration: 5:01.Welcome, I'm Ewa from propertyfinder.ae and
it's my pleasure to introduce you to this month's Outstanding Agent Award
winner for the Northern Emirates, Karen Lorraine from Hunt & Harris Real Estate
in Ras Al Khaimah. Welcome Karen,
thank you for coming down to our headquarters in Dubai
Media City thanks for having me so tell our audience how long have you been in
the industry and what I really specialise in so I've been in real
estate for about ten years I started in Canada I've been in real estate in the
UAE for approximately five years the last two years has been with Hunt
& Harris. I'm a sales specialist and Al Hamra Village and Al Marjan Island, RAK.
So the next one might be a bit tricky,
but how long does it take you normally to find the right home for your clients?
So there's not really a specific timeline
everyone's an individual and we just have to search to find their
requirements. In your winning entry Mark Richards who's the Sales Director at
Hunt & Harris, he nominated you for the award, he said that "you are never shy of
working long hours and that you're normally the first agent in the office
always available on evenings and weekends to assist clients" Can you give
us a specific example? One of our overseas clients had a
villa with a lot of difficulties surrounding it; it required a lot of
extra time and effort outside of what we would normally do to get the sale
through but we did get it through! And why do you think Ras Al Khaimah is a good
place to buy or to invest? I would say RAK is a good place to live and
invest because of the attractions! The beaches, the mountains,
the Guinness world record zip line and it's just a
laid-back resort style and community style community kind of living. What
about property owners how do you ensure a good working relationship with them?
The property owners - I build a relationship with them, I discuss their
property in detail, I keep them up to
date with current market situations whether the property is for sale or for
rent. We always do professional pictures,
we'll do videos and put them out on social media and as well I keep up to
date with the property owners regarding the amount of leads and inquiries and
viewings we've had on their property that we usually get from propertyfinder.ae
So tell me, why should house hunters looking for their next home choose you
as their agent? They should choose me as their agent because I actually really
love to find people their home, it's a challenge, but it's something I really
like to do I've been a real estate consultant in RAK for five
years I've lived in RAK for 11 years. I was the 2017 top agent in the
biggest agency Hunt & Harris last year. Congratulations I hope you choose you!
And how big of a role does propertyfinder.ae
play in your job? Propertyfinder brings us a lot of quality inquiries and it's a
good exposure to the brand.
If you could ask the
Ministry of State for Happiness for just one thing, what would you request? Well
since I'm a mother of four children I understand what children need as far as
development and recreation, I would ask the Ministry of Happiness for more parks and
playgrounds and recreational centres with after-school programmes where they
can learn things like swimming lessons, football, dance and all of those sorts of
things. I can see that you're super dedicated, knowledgeable and
experienced so thank you so much for coming down
and congratulations one more time for winning the award! I wish you all the
success for the for the following months! So, do you have what it takes to be
our next winner of the Outstanding Agent Award? Follow the link propertyfinder.ae/league to apply now!
We would love to feature you, good luck!

Depression Documentary Short Film - Duration: 18:03.
The misperception includes the stigma
The misperception includes the stigma
The misperception includes the stigma
which means that
some people feel that
those who come to therapy or to counseling
they have like misbehavior
or they are abnormal.
the other one is that
suddenly depression becomes like a fashion
suddenly depression becomes like a fashion
that you want to have.
In both meaning, no one wants to have it.
Because it will obstruct you from functioning
Because it will obstruct you from functioning
or doing things that you like.
It's like when you label depression like a fashion,
It's like when you label depression like a fashion,
it means that you discredit people
in the sense that you don't believe them.
What we should do is to look pass that label.
It doesn't mean that
'Oh you don't fit with this label of depression, you're out.'
Everyone who has a problem
or who seeks help
should be cared for.
No matter if they have been diagnosed or not.
No matter if they have been diagnosed or not.
So, someone who says that 'I have depression,'
even though they don't fit with the criteria.
The next question would be
'what makes you feel that you have depression?'
Or 'what makes you feel depressed?'
And, just to listen to them because
in the end, what they are asking for
is someone to listen to them, right?
The key part is that the fact that they say it,
The key part is that the fact that they say it,
it means that they are asking for help.
So what people can do
is to ask
is to ask
what help that they need.
I mean it sounds simple but not any people do that.
Because we might be afraid of that
'I don't have time.' Or 'it's too depressing.'
Like 'sort yourself and bye-bye.'
That is usually what happens.
Seeing depression like a fashion,
the risk of it is that we might dismiss people
and treat them as if they don't have the right
to ask for help.
About the stigma,
again the risk of the stigma is that
people don't seek help.
Because society labels them
as abnormal, there're something wrong with them.
They feel that they are not listened to,
that their problem is not
maybe it's not strong enough,
maybe it's not strong enough,
or that no one cares about them.
And when they don't ask for help, nobody can help.
We can see on the news that
when someone committed suicide,
people around them say that "oh I'm surprised because...'
..they look so happy or normal."
..they look so happy or normal."
Maybe that's why they don't ask for help
because they feel that they can't do it.
So if being fashionable issue
makes people come to seek help
more than being a stigma, then that's better.
more than being a stigma, then that's better.
Because the risk of it is less than the first one.
Because the risk of it is less than the first one.
How do you think family and friends should help
people who is currently undergoing
these mental conditions?
What they shouldn't do is saying something like
"there are many people feel worse than you do."
What they should do is
just asking like
"how are you?" "how are you feeling?"
But then
before asking that,
you should get ready
to be able to listen.
So it's not like 'oh how are you? how you feeling?'
And then the other person say
"not good. I have a bad day."
"not good. I have a bad day."
Then you say "Oh it will be fine."
and then you change the subject
which is not good because it shows
that you can't listen to them.
First of all, you have to ask yourself like
'Can I listen to this person?
If you can't, suggest them to go to see the professionals.
If you can, then ask.
Even a little, you don't need to listen to them all day.
If you say like 'I have half an hour,
I would like to hear
what you say about how you feel.'
Just pay attention to what they say.
Listen to what them.
I think that helps a lot.
Then in the end, you can suggest them
but then when you suggest, don't suggest like
'this is really... weird
like you should see someone...'
Just suggest as if
that it's normal, it's common.
I think that is what people want.
When people come to counseling or to therapy,
in the first few sessions, it's like you go to see a stranger
in the first few sessions, it's like you go to see a stranger
Of course, you feel like you don't want to talk
much in details.
In counseling process, it takes time
to build a relationship.
Once a client feels that 'alright, when I express myself
or my emotion,
a counselor can listen to me
without judging me or
without feeling that I am too much for them
Then once a client
has noticed that,
they'd start to learn
that actually it might not be too bad,
the problem that they have
people might be able to listen to them.
Then they can transfer to the outside world
or outside counseling.
Or they might learn to cope
with disappointment.
It might not be everyone who'd be able to listen to you.
And all these can be explored
and learned through the process of counseling.
It's like a life experimental room
It's like a life experimental room
for you to transfer to the outside world.
for you to transfer to the outside world.
Do you think if there's any impact from social media
given that
now there are more people become aware of this sickness?
As a friend or a family member,
you might say that
it's fine and
we're all educators
so we don't think that
people who go to see a counselor or a doctor
are abnormal. We are fine with it.

You Are The Path - Duration: 2:50.Hey this is Robert Simic, The Billionaire Coach and today I have another deeper topic
for you.
The title is: you are the path.
The other day I was just wondering a bit and, out of nowhere, it really hit me… the idea
of how beautiful it is knowing... that we are in the process of discovering... that
we ARE the reality... instead of thinking that… we are IN one.
The whole thing is entirely constructed inside of us and effortlessly projected outwards....
so that we can experience more of ourselves, more of what's inside of us.
It's an opportunity to embrace it all, instead of reject it and… let go, as in "clean
up" of everything that is not aligned with our true self.
I often get asked this question: How do you know what is true you and what isn't?
Well, you see…it's very simple...
If it, and by it I mean a projection, a belief, a meaning… drains you, hurts you, feels
bad... than it's not yours.
It's not aligned with your true signature frequency, which means that… you learned
it, picked it up from other people, society, media and alike.
While whatever is aligned to your true self, to your true North, always energizes you and
you experience it as love, joy, excitement, passion, ecstasy!
So whenever you are experiencing the negative, it's your own neurology causing you those
feelings... creating them inside of you, in order to get your attention, wanting to show
you that you are "off the path", that you are heading in the wrong direction.
Choosing a path with a heart... is similar to choosing a path with least resistance.
Life is experienced as effortless, when we follow our hearts, when we choose to have
fun, choose joyful stuff and passionate explorations.
You are never drained when being on a path with a heart, whatever that is for you...
You see, you have this internal guidance system, that is always correct and guides you all
the time... through your emotions and many other ways.
You just need to… realize that... the seemingly shortest path to your desired destination
may be full of obstacles and resistance for you... and that getting to your desired goal
may be far easier and many times faster, if you were to allow yourself to even take the
seemingly longest path...
As with no resistance, you'd get there much, much faster.
And than again... the really cool thing is... realization... that it's not about the expected
outcome, nor the destination itself... if you were to really see it like I do... you'd
see yourself to...
BE the path, to BE… the journey itself, as the path... and that journey of self-discovery…
is what it was all about.
Good night dreamers and good morning awakened ones - my unconditional love to you all.
