Hey guys, welcome to 2018 and with a new year comes new year's resolutions and
this year I wanted to give you my best tips on achieving those goals rather
than have them fall by the wayside within the first two or three weeks
Now the first step is to figure out why you have the goal that you have and to
do that, think about what you could do if you were to achieve your goal that you
can't do right now. And then, think about how that would make you feel. So rather
than have the goal say, "I want to lose weight" it might be "I want to lose weight
so that I can do XYZ which will make me feel ABC". Happy, proud, accomplished, you
name it, it's up to you. And hopefully by doing that we can build a stronger
desire and emotion into our goals rather than just, wanting something to happen
really badly. Now stick with me, tomorrow I'll do step two in achieving your new
year's resolutions. In the meantime good luck, and I'll see you then
