Questioner: So , Sadhguru what about , when people say that we were created by God?

Sadhguru: See, obviously you did not create yourself..

That's for sure.

Our ideas of God may vary from culture to culture, different people

around the world have different ideas about it, different beliefs about it..

But, why we came to this idea is this- We all crawled out of our mothers wombs and

you see a newborn child how he's looking..

He is asking: who?

what?what the hell is all this? so much creation..

Do you see question marks in his eyes?

what, what, what, what..

So much..

Who did all this?

Obviously first he looks at his mother, well the mother delivered you, but

she can't deliver the planet, then you look at your father..

Well obviously he can't do all this..

Then you looked at every other adult around you.

Nobody seems to be capable of doing all this..

Then being human beings we say- there is a big human being sitting up there.

He does all this . I'm sorry ladies he's a man.

Because we are human ,we are thinking a big human is up there ..But it's a fact

that we did not create this.

isn't it?

Neither this nor this .We did not create this.

We meddle with it, we meddled with it, we muddled with it,

but we did not create it for sure.

So, we need an explanation . This is a choice you

have- do you need an explanation or are you willing to explore?

If you explore you will come to one kind of situation within

yourself, if you come to agreement with some explanation that somebody gives

you, the only choice is either to believe it or disbelieve it.

If you believe it, you will become confident.

It'll not bring any clarity, it will bring you confidence.

If you disbelieve it, you will be confused.

If you're joyfully confused - it's very wonderful, but most people don't know how

to handle their confusion joyfully.

When they get confused they make themselves miserable.

But the most wonderful thing in human intelligence is- to recognize, what

you do not know as you do not know.

Everything that you do not know - you believe.

This is serious problem.

We have done terrible things to each other simply

because- I believe this, you believe that.

Continuing to do it even now, isn't it ? Across the world, because I

believe one thing and you believe something else.

Now if I let you live, my belief will suffer.

The best thing is you're dead.

Yes, because you believe something else is the truth and I believe

something else is the truth, now both of us can't live in one place.

we can pretend for some time, when it comes to real issues, we can't be in one place.

Why is it it's so difficult?

If you really have a working intelligence, you must be able

to see, what I do not know as I do not know, isn't it ? is it not very human

and very wonderful to see- what I do not know I do not know, what's the big deal about

it?

If you see - I do not know..

I do not know is an immense possibility.

Only when you see I do not know, the possibility of knowing becomes a reality.

If you see I do not know, the longing to know ,the seeking to know and the possibility

of knowing becomes a living reality.

Everything, that you do not know you believe.

You have to be only among your kind.

If you are with another kind of people, either they should not exist

or you should not exist.

that's all it will lead to.

So, this is something that we have to come to.. because human intelligence

is that it's best when it does not know.

If I just think- I know, I will become stupid, because I have my

conclusions about everything.

If I see I do not know, intelligence is full on.

isn't it ? you want to keep your intelligence in a working mode or off mode?

You're saving it for another place?

No, I want to know, because it looks like that.

A lot of people are saving it for elsewhere.

No you need it here.

If you need it here, please look at this and see -

when you see I do not know- you become very conscious, very aware, very alert.. is

it true? when you think I know, you do the dumbest and idiotic things.. very gross

things , yes or no? if you really see I do not know, you have fight with nobody.

you have no fight with anybody.

isn't it?

I know is always a fight ,so, in the yogic culture there is a phenomena, I am calling

this a phenomena, because today this evening you may not understand what I

am saying, but if you invest some time and energy you'll understand.

We identify with our ignorance, never with our knowledge.

Because it doesn't matter how much you know, if you've read the libraries on the

planet, still what you know is the minuscule in this existence.

isn't it? hello! but your ignorance is boundless.

Yes or no?

So if you are identified with your ignorance, you will be borderless,

boundless human being.

If you are identified with your knowledge, you will

become a constipated human being.

Constipated means- it happens little by little.

This is how life is happening right now.

Little by little it is happening, it is not happening in a beautiful way .it is

little by little. We have to strive to find one moment of joy somewhere .We have

to do so many things to experience one moment of ecstasy.

If you want to just live here, drenched with nameless ecstasies

going on in every cell in your body, every moment of your life, then you must identify

with your ignorance, you must come to terms with your ignorance.

If you come to terms with your ignorance and pay enough attention.

if you're ignorant you naturally pay attention.

isn't it? if you pay enough attention, you will see with all this

scientific knowledge that we have, we still do not know one atom in its

entirety . We know how to use them, we know how to break them, we know how to fuse

them, we know how to make them explode, but we don't know what the hell it is..

even today . yes or no ? So, if you pay enough attention, you clearly realize you

don't know a thing.

Well he asked that question.

this is all I did.. when I was just four, four-and-a-half years of age , I

suddenly realized I don't know a thing.

So if somebody gave me a glass of water, I'm just looking at the water, because I

do not know what is water .well I know how to use the water, but I don't know

what it is ,even today you don't know what it is..

if I find a leaf, I'm staring at it for four or five hours, if I sit up in my bed,

I'm just staring at the darkness for the entire night.

My dear father, being a physician, he started thinking I have a..

I'm..

I need psychiatric evaluation.

So this boy is simply staring at something all the time.

My problem is- I look at this, I still don't know this, so

I'm not able to shift my attention to anything else.

if I look at this I'm just looking at this, because I've still not figure

this out.

So if you pay enough attention, this universe opens its doors only

to those , who pay enough attention.

Whichever door has been opened for you in your life, has opened because you paid

attention to that dimension of life.

Yes or no?

That's the only way it works . Now if your attention is such, it is not seeking

anything, but it's simply attentive .It pays attention to everything.

it does not decide an elephant is more important than an ant. it just pays attention to everything,

because this is the nature of creation.

If you look at an ant..

Have you paid enough attention to an ant ever?

I spent a lot of time with them.

believe me it's one of the finest machines on the planet.

Yes or no?

If you had a car like this, you know, you could do all the California deserts effortlessly

. it's such a fine machine, it's not a simple thing.

if you pay enough attention to the ant, you will

realize, whatever created this ant , it did not pay any less attention to the ant,

then it paid to you.yes or no?

Then who the hell are you to decide- who should get more attention and less attention ? it

is just that, you have to sharpen your ability to pay attention, not to any particular

thing, just simply pay attention.

if you pay enough attention..is it true this body though you gave food from

outside, this body was created from inside?

Yes? so, whatever is the source of creation must be functioning from

within you.

isn't it ? is it ? So when you don't know, what is the nature of the

source of creation, you may use an English language, in India we have many

words and in this part of the world you may call it God.

it's just your explanation for the source of creation.

isn't it? because you have no explanation for the creation.

you're saying - God made this.

We have thousand names for that..All right?

But fundamentally we are trying to explain the source of creation.

Is it true in your experience, the source of this

life's creation is functioning from within you.

If it's functioning from within you , if it's somewhere up there

and you missed it, it's okay, if it's happening from within you and you missed

it isn't it a tragedy?

hello! if the source of creation is throbbing within

you and you did not notice it , are you not a tragedy?

So, my entire life on work is to just avoid the tragedy for people.

thank you.

thank you very much..

Q&A | Susan Ancillotti: 'It's very personal when you need a manager' | Fair Play Dance Camp 2017 - Duration: 1:30.

I think it's very personal, cause for example I see people

like Ysabelle here, that

she grew up very early and Ian, than

of course like need manager very early, because

they can manage their e-mails

and than keep criteria

I think for them it's good to get a manager

as soon as they need, they can't control everything by thenselves

But I think everybody's like

It feels when you need help, and it's good

to ask for help, at one point, cause like

You feel when you are putting so much time in your computer

or your social network and you can't create anymore, and that's

what I think you need to ask for help

and that's were, of course if you're like starting

to dance or starting to put your things out there

and you have

no bookings, nothing, at that point

it doesn't make any sense for me, like

you can still continue to push yourself, or like

go for auditions do stuff, but like getting a personal manager

that has to take care of your things, like

it''s a lot of work, like you know

of course, so I think everybody

has a different like story and time

when you need a manager and it's very personal

What Do You Want to be When You Grow Up? | Emily Tsuda - Duration: 1:17.

We were born to dream.

We were raised to dream to our heart's content without limits.

Maybe that's still true, but that's up to you to decide.

As a child, you were asked, "what do you want to be when you grow up?"

Some say, "doctor, firefighter, vet, teacher, or engineer".

And others might say, "hairdresser, world traveler, writer, actor, or dancer."

So, in your opinion who do you think will be more successful?

You know, it's interesting how as a society, we have measured success by how much someone

might make, but money shouldn't outway what your "dream job" is.

While that could be in consideration, would money make all your financial downfalls satisfactory?

You may be 13, 18, 30, or 60, but it's not too late to ask yourself, "what do you want

to be when you grow up?"

Whether you want to be a doctor or an actor, it's your future to decide, not others'.

We way so much on others' opinions that we don't consider what we want in our hearts.

Make the aspirations you have a reality, not fantasies.

So, what do you want to be when you grow up?

How To Make The Best Vacation Money Plan - Duration: 8:00.

Hey, it's Jeremy with Strength in Numbers.

Vacations are one of the top things

people underestimate the costs for.

So I'm going to walk you today

through four areas that you need

to be planning for to make sure

the vacation cost doesn't follow you home.

(upbeat music)

♪ Summer, summer, summer time, ♪

♪ summer time, we just sit back and-- ♪

Oh, I forgot you were there.

So, let's talk about vacations

because summer vacation season is upon us.

And vacations is one of the top areas

that people overspend in because

they're not planning for all the costs.

So, we're going to talk about four key criteria.

So, the first one is travel.

I'm not just talking about are you flying,

driving, taking a bus, or a train?

That's important too,

to know the costs of those actual fares

but what about the travel from your house

to the airport, if you're flying for example?

Are you taking an Uber?

Are you taking a taxi?

Are you having a friend drop you off

and you need to compensate them for some gas?

And if you are driving yourself,

or having someone else driving you,

are there any tolls between there and your destination?

And likewise, of course, if you are driving completely

to your destination not just to the airport,

you got to think of the tolls along the way

and the gas costs, and of course, don't forget,

the actual lodging if you're going to be driving

farther than you can make it in one day.

So, all that's related to the travel.

So, that's the first thing is travel.

The second thing is we're going to talk about lodging.

Lodging is usually the biggest piece of a vacation cost.

It's usually easily 60% to 70% of your cost

is where you're going to stay.

Now maybe you've got family or friends in the area,

and you can stay with them and that's awesome.

Maybe your family size doesn't accommodate that.

Maybe your family relationship doesn't accommodate that

and it would be too much tension

and not really a vacation to stay with family.

But either way, you need to look in a radius,

of what your options are and figure out

what your costs are going to be for lodging.

There's many different tips for that.

By the way, if you haven't checked out

my Savvy Saturday video, How to Buy Plane Tickets,

make sure you check that out because

for those travel costs it's going

to reduce your costs dramatically.

But with lodging, there's not really any kind of go-to tool.

I tend to use Kayak to start with

and then I do some research and it's a good place to start.

But looking just a radius of what the options are

and be careful when booking lodging to make sure

that you look at the cancellation policy.

It's pretty standard with any hotel,

or any resort that you can cancel

up to usually the day before or 24 hours before,

or something like that, but not always.

In fact, some of the prices that you may be finding

when searching for lodging are great prices

because they're completely non-refundable.

And the moment that you pay,

they're going to take the money right then

instead of when you check out and things like that.

So, just make sure you read the fine print.

There are a lot of great deals out there.

Again the majority of them are going

to have a standard cancellation policy

that we're usually most likely used to.

But make sure you read all the specifics

and know what your options are

and that will give you a chance to lock some things in.

The third thing is food.

And it's important to understand

what you're going to need to eat

while you are there on vacation.

Now are you going to hole yourself up

into a cabin and use a grocery store

and a refrigerator? Great.

You still need to accommodate for those things.

Maybe you can offset some of those costs

with your actual grocery budget,

but usually when we're on vacation,

even if we use budget dollars towards that,

we're usually spending more on food,

both groceries and/or eating out than we would normally.

So, make sure that you account for the cost of food.

And we of course do want to count in there

any eating out that you're going

to be doing that's more than usual.

Maybe you're visiting friends and family

and you want to go out and spend some time with them,

not just hang around at the house.

That's totally understandable.

Maybe you're going to some resort area.

You're going to the Universal Disney area,

and you're going to be eating out a lot,

and it's not part of what you're already planning on

or the package you already paid for.

Make sure you think through those costs

because I can tell you,

this food area is one of the top areas

of vacation expenses where people

totally have no plan and it just spirals out of control

because "we're here to have fun,

get what you want, order three", all that type of thing.

So, just be careful when it comes to the food costs.

And then fourthly, the last section is called miscellaneous.

Now this can fall into a lot of different things

but mostly what miscellaneous is made up of is

excursions, events, different things you're going

to be doing in and around the area you're visiting.

Maybe you're going to the mountains of Maine

and you're going to go into the state parks and hike.

Awesome.

Is there an admission to the state park or is it free?

Maybe you're going to be going to Jamaica

and you're going to go horseback riding

and you're going to go zip lining,

and you're going to go swimming with the dolphins,

you know, all that sounds fun, right?

But there's costs for all those things.

So, do your research, make a rough plan.

It doesn't mean you have to have

every minute of the vacation planned.

Maybe the vacation can just be

sitting on the beach doing nothing,

but is there an access fee to the beach

or is it free, right?

So, just think through what you would like to do.

Come up with a bunch of options.

You don't even have to do them all.

You may do some different things.

But let's say you come up with

eight different things you're thinking of doing,

research the cost of those and if you do half of those,

great you've still got the plan.

If you do half of those and you do four different things,

instead of the original eight,

you've still got dollars dedicated towards excursions

and you have a ballpark idea

of what those costs are going to be,

and all the associated little things with it

you might not have thought of.

You might not have thought of the actual

little access fees and things like that.

So, watch out for those excursion costs,

which falls under miscellaneous.

Another thing that falls under miscellaneous

is a rental car.

You may or may not need to get one,

but be prepared for the cost of the rental car.

And the best way to do this because it's like a hotel,

where usually you can cancel it the day before,

but again watch out for the fine print,

is to just get the best rental car reservation

you can find and then go to autoslash.com

and put that reservation into their system.

Create a free account with them

and then they will watch for that price

to drop and notify you.

And you'll get an email from Autoslash

and it'll say we found a lower rate than yours.

Do you want to take it?

All you do is respond, yes.

They book it for you.

Then you go and manually cancel

the last one that you had done manually.

That very first reservation.

And from them on, now that you got one

that Autoslash has set up for you,

they will continue to monitor that

as the time goes on and on and on.

And every single time that it drops,

they will automatically cancel the old one,

and book the new one over and over again

as many times as it takes to get

that rental car reservation as cheap as possible.

So watch out for that tool, those costs,

and make sure that you use that tool.

It's a great, great, great tool.

The rental car I had when we went to Disney was almost $400.

By the time I got there, months later, it was $220.

So you can't beat that.

So make sure you think through

the cost of the rental car and you use that tool

to help you save on the rental car costs.

The other miscellaneous things really

depend on the type of vacation you're taking.

So, just think through what those things are going to be.

Talk to someone you know who's been in that area.

Talk to a travel agent potentially.

And get some research done as to what it takes.

This has been Jeremy with Strength in Numbers.

I hope this has been helpful information for you.

Make sure that you plan for your vacations

as far out as you can and you'll get those costs

refined more and more as you go forward.

Because this is going to help you

not have that vacation cost follow you home.

And then the vacation will be a lasting memory,

not a painful memory.

Have a great day.

This is Jeremy with Strength in Numbers,

keeping your wallet heavy and your heart light.

Q&A | Aris Golemi: 'If they like you, they will follow you' | Fair Play Dance Camp 2017 - Duration: 5:23.

I Got lucky seven years ago. I would say lucky, but you know I used to represent

Another dancer I still represent him and he calls me one day and he says

Ari I think my video is going viral

I mean I had no idea what that word meant at that time

and you know I go on YouTube and I see

50,000 likes but only 300 views and it didn't make sense to me

Because the numbers did not calculate right away

and I knew at that moment I'm looking at my inbox, and I knew at that moment that something was happening because

I was flooded with booking requests

And five days later. We were on Ellen DeGeneres Show

I remember I shut down the entire agency, and I had 12 people working all the computers only one guy

And I knew I couldn't let that moment pass so five days later. We were on Ellen, and then the rest was history

We saw something in the social media that not many agents did

Or dancers at that time because I traveled the world with some of these clients

representing Google and

And I was fortunate to look at their analytics and see our demographics and we studied communicated

Communicating with our audience and we started creating content that they wanted to see the beautiful thing about the social media is that

If they like you they will follow you it's not first content, it's not something that

Some major executive on a network decides what you're gonna watch at 9 p.m. prime time on your television channel

This is something that people see

and if they like you they will follow you and they will become your friend

And that's how you grow an army of people and we've done that throughout the years

I told you about my story for a reason because I understand

The nonprofit dance world because I came from from one and I understand the traditional way of

of becoming a professional dancer

And I believe in that okay

I believe in everything your teachers tell you every day take as many classes as you can from as many choreographers as you can

because when you go to an audition you may see a

Choreography that is not your style and you have to be able to execute in at no time

And only when you take as many classes as from from as many choreographers as you can you be able to

respond to that

But I also like to talk about the other side that no one talks about

the power part of the social media, and I always tell people

That yes, that's one way of doing it

but there's also another way if you can be you and if you have something new to say people follow you

And when they follow you

I'm the guy

Or he's the manager who will take those numbers and work with them and help you become a superstar

So

One of my clients was told when he auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance

that he

Will not be more than a club dancer, but yet the next year

every brand

in the world

wanted to put their logo

behind him and I've made a

million-plus

Working with his kid right?

so

He never took a dance class in his life.

Did he use social media to promote himself, yeah?

Yes, he used social media,

everyone most of you guys know who is I'm not gonna mention name but

everyone

But he used that to his advantage

he saw something that not a lot of people did like Ian and Dytto's and Matt of the world

And almost everyone here saw something that not a lot of people did and they used that to their advantage and

I think because of that

we have more to say and more to gain as an industry and I can't be any prouder for all of them because

They're giving brand. They're giving dance a great name, and they figure out to make a living

Some of them very very well living

Doing what they love and that's dance, and so if you guys

Want to do things your way

You can! No one can tell you no. But you have to have your work ethic

you have to work hard every day and

even if you don't see the response from your

Friends and fans keep doing what you do keep putting new content, and they will follow

Sorry for thank you

Thank you
