VISIT BARCELONA, DISCOVER THE CAMP NOU STADIUM ! - Duration: 2:04.

in Barcelona, obviously.

If there is one place you should come and see

that's where FC Barcelona's great team plays.

But what's a little more annoying

the Camp Nou is on the other side of Barcelona

so it's a bit longer

It's not that accessible

even though it's going all right on the subway.

So now we're in the Camp Nou museum.

This is really amazing, this is great.

There is really a complete immersion

on the history of the FC Barcelona.

Look at that, that's fantastic.

Do you recommend batching Slack/Email/Nozbe responses? Ask Michael S04E17 - Duration: 2:16.

Hello, this is "Ask Michael show" where you ask your productivity questions and I answer them.

Let's go. Mike St. Pierre is asking: do you recommend batching Slack/email/Nozbe

responses rather than continually checking it during the day? Mike that's

a good question and of course I batch things. You need to be mindful of your

time, to be mindful of your stretches of focused deep work. That's why you cannot

be on Slack all the time. That's why for example on the Mac

my slack is in a different desktop so I don't see Slack open all the time

and that's why I have some notifications turned off when I'm on the iPad or on

the iPhone. So the idea is this: I do my work I spend an hour or two

hours or whatever on my work and then I check with the team, I check Slack,

I check Nozbe comments, I check stuff where I can be helpful again.

I respond. I take time to create a thoughtful response or engage in

a conversation on Slack for a second but then when it's done when it's settled,

I get back to my focused time so it's really important.

We talk in Nozbe a lot about this that we need to work asynchronously so not in

sync, not all the time together like in real time. We have to

have time to create prepare our thoughtful responses our thoughtful

contributions and then let other people digest them and give us

feedback in their time as well. So this is really crucial this is really

important. That's why batching emails, batching Nozbe responses, batching

responses on Slack is so important. You have to have permission to not be online

all the time, not be in real-time all the time, otherwise you

don't have time for your work and you don't have time for work that is

important to other people in your team.

Cycling Portugal - Duration: 3:59.

Imagine you could ride your bicycle

in a country where the options are unlimited.

Where could that be?

A place full of paths along the rugged coast

with views you'll enjoy undisturbed.

History and culture in abundance,

but also tranquility and fresh air.

With a never ending coastline from where to enjoy the most dramatic sunsets.

And visiting unique and renowned architecture.

Staying in places that make you feel at home

And where your bicycle is welcomed as much as you.

What about the most authentic culinary experiences?

Would you believe we found all this

during our bicycle tour through Portugal?

Before we started,

we knew little about Portugal as a cycling country,

but decided to try and find out by ourselves.

We started in Porto and made our way south

during the course of a month,

following one of the most surprising

stretches of coast we've cycled so far.

Visiting traditional villages,

and staying in cyclist friendly lodgings on our way.

In Portugal,

the weather is bound to be amazing all year round.

And guess what?

Cycling there is something you won't easily forget.

The colours, the breeze...

Stopping for a break with a mesmerising view.

Or enjoying the sweet downhills which,

occasionally also meant some pushing on the way up.

And so, after experiencing all this for ourselves,

We wondered what the locals think about cycling in their country.

So what are you waiting for?

Come ride a bike.

Want to Be More Positive? - Duration: 3:07.

Just a few months ago,

a young lady reached out to me

and said, "Pastor, I'm struggling with my faith."

Specifically, she was struggling

because she was not more positive as a Christian.

And I think we all know people

who exude positivity.

I have no idea

what is going on in their life,

how they can be in the morning positive,

and at night positive.

And their baby wakes them up

and they're like, "Oh, it's so great.

"We get to spend more time together."

Who knows. Are they eating better Wheaties?

What does it even mean?

Well, I learned a few things from my dog.

Now, some of you know that I have a poodle.

And poodles, along with other character traits,

are known to be smart

and trainable

and the butt of 50 percent of all dog jokes.

And

a lot of poodles are skittish.

So I start reading all these books.

And I'm starting to discover, like,

why is it so difficult for my dog

to meet human beings?

Well, the book said

dogs are uncertain.

Dogs are fearful

when they're uncertain.

The very opposite of this positive attitude.

Well, I think it's about the same

for us as humans.

She reached out specifically,

not only to tell me that she's struggling

with her faith,

but she said,

"Pastor, do you ever struggle?

"Do you ever struggle with being positive

and what do you do about it?"

Well, over these next few days,

we're going to be talking about things

that we can do to be positive.

And the way that we're positive

is being positive.

And what I mean by that is

the only way that you can be positive

is the opposite of uncertain,

is being certain

about things that happen in our life.

How does it change your life

when you know exactly where you stand with God?

How does it change your life

when you know that God loves you?

When you know that your sins are gone?

When you know where you will be?

When you know that God has

a purpose for your life?

I think that matters

to have this positive attitude,

being certain of what God tells us.

When you work with your employees.

When you're working with your spouse.

And sometimes,

just getting up in the morning.

So let's pray that we can be positive

about these things that

we are positive about.

God, the world is filled with uncertainties.

We don't know how people feel about us.

We don't always understand our purpose.

We don't always know what we're doing,

or what will happen ten minutes from now.

However, in your wisdom,

you gave us your word in the Bible.

And in your wisdom, you gave us

fundamental things that we can be sure of.

And isn't that living out our faith?

Faith is being sure of what we hope for

and certain of what we do not see.

That's what it tells us in Hebrews,

so we pray that we live our faith out

being certain of these things.

Amen.

As believers,

we are called to go to all nations

to make disciples for Jesus Christ.

And today, you can help make that happen

with your gift to translate

Time of Grace resources

into a variety of languages.

When you support these efforts,

you're helping people like Kim,

a teenager in the Philippines

who wrote in to say:

"You've helped me to grow in my faith,

and your videos have pushed me

to fight for my love for God

despite the many temptations in this world.

I hope you realize how important your videos

are for teenagers like me."

When you give today,

your donation will be worth twice as much

because of a $50,000 Challenge Grant.

As thanks for your generosity,

we'll send you our encouraging new book,

"Grief Doesn't Have the Last Word."
