Hey guys!

I am Tom of the MAD Travel team.

We put this video together for you guys

just to introduce you to members of our team and so you have a bit of a better

idea of what you'll be doing when you get out here

to the Philippines to join us on a trip very soon. So, as I said, I'm Tom I'm one

of the co-founders of MAD Travel. I'm originally from the UK, but I arrived out in

the Philippines about five years ago. I expected to stay just a couple of months

and yet I got so inspired by the people I met in this country that I decided to

stay. I wrote a book on this amazing country and now we've started

MAD Travel which is really a collaboration of people from all across

the world, we have a team of about eight or nine Filipinos and then six or seven

foreigners and we're working together to build experiences in communities which

are both inspiring and hopefully, meaningful and fulfilling too.

So, yeah, really hope to be able to meet you when you make it out to the Philippines

really really soon and please check out the rest of the video as you can learn

a little bit more about the different destinations that you'll be going to and

what you need and maybe some of the members of our team will better answer

hello everyone welcome to another episode of foodie Pinoy we're going to

cook Fish Sarciado using Alumahan we can call thisFish Sarciado masarap

garantisado I have a fun fact

do you know the English for alumahan its mackerel let's proceed with the

cooking here are the ingredients

rub salt in the fish and set aside for 30 minutes before frying

after 30 minutes until golden brown

set aside the fish and prepare the sauce

put some oil in the pan and sauté the garlic onion and tomatoes once the

tomatoes soften add the water season with salt pepper sugar and soy sauce

bring to the boil then add the eggs and fish simmer for one minute and serve

immediately here's our fish sarciado masarap garantisado enjoy
