Waching daily Apr 3 2018

[Laughing]

Ok, fine! Fine!

Yuck!

Who will go first?

Of course. I'm Jed.

I'm Chris. No, this is for the entire Philippines!

[Jed] Yes! Christnel.

I'm Christnel!

[Jed] Am I seen?

[Jed] Wait! Wait!

Jed, don't break it! Here, lip gloss!

[Chris] Lip gloss! [Jed] Hold on

There's eyeshadow but we don't have eyes.

There's nothing!

[Jed] Where? [Chris] There.

Yeah! (Bleep) It's sticky!

[Jed] Really? [Chris] Yes!

[Chris] Let's look for— [Jed] I know this how you do it

(Bleep) This is so hard!

Jed, where are you?

[Jed] I'm here. [Chris] Smell this. It smells like lipstick

That's my pinkie finger!

[Jed] Sorry [Chris] Here!

My god, why does it have to be like this?

Shoot! I placed blush on first before the foundation.

Wait! Wait! Tell me what that is!

[Chris] What's that?

[Chris] Don't wipe on me! [Jed] I'm not! I'm not!

[Chris] That's already my mouth!

[Jed] Close it!

Ouch! What are you doing?!

Sticky. It smells bad! It smells like Chicharon!

Smell it! Touch this! There's no lipstick that's this thick!

[Jed] I'm not allowed to touch you

[Jed] Wait! I can't hold my laugh!

Ok, go! Go!

Ouch! Ouch! I'm eating it!

What's this?!

[Jed] I was shocked! I thought it was a small bra!

[Christ] Don't scrunch your eyes! [Jed] I think this is also different

[Christ] (Bleep) It might break! Sorry!

This is the one that smells bad!

Yuck!

[Jed] Your make up is nice! [Chris] I'm sorry!

[Chris] No, I'm just pretty! [Jed] HALA! [Filipino expression]

Uy! [Filipino expression] Your make up is fine!

I didn't put this!

[Jed] I'm on the losing end here! [Christ] No you're not!

I felt disabled for a moment.

I don't know what I was using!

Yeah, same! Maybe, that was my weirdest experience

When we were blindfolded, our other senses were heightened

We didn't have sense of sight

so we had to use our sense of smell and touch instead

[Chris] Plus, he doesn't know anything about make-up

[Jed] I really didn't know

[Jed] For me, no! Impossible

[Christ] Maybe not

Well, unless I grew up without light all the time

But, for someone who's so used to having light...

[Chris] Even when sleeping, I'm not used to it pitch-black.

[Chris] Say something! Don't just apply make-up! [Jed] It's possible but hard!

Like what we just did

We were able to do it but difficult.

Easy solution to Loneliness, Being without a partner! Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 13:24.

I'm on a path of awakening but my deep loneliness at loneliness at not having a

life partner is an obstacle to my spiritual development I get deeply

depressed though I do my best to stay present in them now instead of dwelling

on my longing what advice could you offer okay

well I won't say internet dating there's a part in every person the form you the

the form identity of who you are and the level of form it tends either towards

the male or the female it might not necessarily be the physical the physical

male may tend more Chinle the other so it doesn't necessarily depend on your

the physical form but you tend to be detained either to towards the male or

the female and therefore you're not complete because you're only one half on

the level of form which is the physical form or that just underneath that the

psychological or emotional form and so there is a natural longing for the other

polarity the completeness in a human being and you can feel that as a it is

sex it's only part of that but it goes beyond sexual longing it's this more to

it than that there's also an emotional longing for the other and you can so

they come they go together and there's a place that pole that you can feel as on

the level of form and when that is not satisfied and that can lead to

unhappiness particularly if you have not transcended at all your identification

with form if you are still totally totally identified with you as this

physical form and psychological form the transcendence dimension has

not come into your life at all then you would become very dissatisfied and

depending also to some extent what culture you live in that there are

traditional culture still on our planet where it's almost were they you have to

find a partner and if you're not everybody would look down on us yeah

being a total and miserable failure in some traditional cultures if you if

you're not married at a certain by a certain age or you cannot give birth to

children people look down on you and despise you and you you're miserable for

the rest of your life you have not fulfilled your form identity and and so

and also in some traditional cultures the the sense of self is very strongly

bound up with whether you're a man or a woman so more so than in the West it

still persists to some extent in the West but much less so than in some

traditional cultures with your man in certain cultures you are this because 70

percent of who who feel you are yourself identity is the male you are the male

and you look at every woman as a SM that's a female you can't relate to a

human to a woman as a human being you are the male and she's the female and

shift of course not your equal and the woman is totally identified with being

the female form and behaves according to that kind of collective conditioning so

depending on where it is

I won't active out but here in the West it's a little easier to step out of

those collective expectations it is more acceptable in the West to say my choice

is not to get married and you can even say my choice is not to have children

and people say ok so there's a bit more freedom there and yet the longing for

the other on the farm level is still there emotional sexual the essence is to

be able to transcend who you are on the level of form whether or not you find a

partner that meets that longing or whether you go from one partner to

another and another or you find one life partner boots on the earth for the rest

of your life that is secondary really because even if

you have a partner if you have not gone deeper and and encounter the

transcendent I mentioned to who you are beyond the form identity of you as the

male or the female or whatever the nationality or the particular status in

society whatever makes up your form identity in addition to gender if you

haven't gone beyond that then even the relationships yes you might've found

your partner but you you won't be satisfied in the relationship with in

the absence of the transcendent dimension the spiritual dimension you

may come to some kind of compromise and living together somehow managing to stay

together but you will be actually you have a longing to get out

so the people who are who are outside the relationships have a longing to get

in or marriage and those who are in heaven longing to get out so the young

the young the young girl or man late teens early twenties they want to get

into the cage and those were indicates want to get out of the cage it is quite

possible to to notice the sense of if in in the absence of a partner it is quite

possible to notice a certain sense of lack on the level of form and yet have a

lot of spaciousness around that sense of lack yes

I can feel that there is a longing but the longing does not consume you the

longing has not taken possession of you and making you into an unhappy person a

totally unfulfilled and bitter person perhaps no the longing is there but the

longing that arises from your particular form of you exists within is a

spaciousness because that is the transcendent I mentioned and who you are

is not the unfulfilled longing who you are is the presence of the stillness

around it that is the shift so the longing may persist but you can live

with it however if you are no longer trapped in the longing it's also quite

possible that a change will come into your life particularly if the intense

neediness it goes I need somebody and then everybody

everybody you meet can feel then the neediness you know when you when you've

given somebody a phone number you've just met and then you're waiting for

them to call and they they're less likely to call when the neediness is

there they're more likely to call when the certain spaciousness is there I'd

like I'd love you to call I'd love this person to call me but he may or she may

or may not and phasors again a spaciousness around it so you of course

you can't take action towards meeting somebody I don't know the quest of the

way that the questioner has taken any action and actually gone to places

perhaps where one meets people are not necessarily nightclubs

we might not meet the most conscious people in bars but there are other

places one can go to where you meet people and even the internet why not

this is the way but many people have meet that way but even there if you

haven't gone beyond the than the absolute neediness of needing somebody

then it's less likely to work out for you but if you have that sense of inner

some inner spaciousness around the longing they know the way in which you

approach others changes without that absolute that pull so that's my

suggestion then is see if you can on the outer level see how and where you could

meet people and explore perhaps you will find someone here that

to realize that the transcendence it's the most vital thing does not exclude

the possibility of taking action on an outer level of course that is always

secondary but why not and maybe you find a good website where you meet conscious

is there such a thing conscious dating if there isn't maybe it's a business

idea conscious dating of course the the difficulty is the person who thinks of

themselves as conscious may be deluded

so find that place where the polarities actually don't are not there anymore in

the being thick i am-ness it's deeper than the form and go there as much as

you can it may not totally free of the longing but that's okay the longing will

just become a thing that's no longer overwhelming and then if take action and

see what happens

you

you

LINCOLN AVIATOR CONCEPT: FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW - Duration: 3:16.

We saw quite a few new SUVs at this year's New York Auto Show.

But while the Toyota RAV4 and Cadillac XT4 will probably sell in larger numbers, one

of the show's coolest reveals was the Lincoln Aviator concept.

Looking every bit as luxurious as the recently redesigned Lincoln Navigator, the three-row

Aviator promises to be just as big a hit for Ford's luxury brand.

If that's piqued your interest, then here are five facts about the Lincoln Aviator concept

that you need to know.

It's a Concept in Name Only Even though Lincoln calls the Aviator a concept,

it's already been greenlit for production.

We don't know exactly when it will arrive, but we do know the Aviator will go on sale

sometime in 2019.

Don't expect any significant changes between now and then, either.

A few details may differ, but the SUV you see here is very close to the one Lincoln

dealers will be selling next year.

the new Aviator will be built on a unibody platform.

Even though it won't be a true body-on-frame SUV, though, the new Aviator will be rear-wheel

drive.

Lincoln says it isn't phasing out front-drive platforms altogether, but this layout reportedly

allowed designers to make the second and third rows more spacious.

The Nautilus is Much Smaller Since the Navigator looks so much longer,

you might think the Aviator is aimed at midsize competitors such as the BMW X5 and Porsche

Cayenne.

But Lincoln already has a midsize crossover: the Nautilus.

The Aviator will reportedly be a full 10 inches longer than the Nautilus, while still measuring

10 inches shorter than the Navigator.

So think of it as more of a Mercedes-Benz GLS competitor.

Probably No V-8 Lincoln hasn't said exactly which engine

will go into the Aviator, but it will probably be a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V-6.

It may not sound like a V-8, but that engine makes a healthy 335 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque

in the Nautilus, so the Aviator shouldn't be short on power.

A plug-in hybrid version will also be available, offering even more power and the option of

driving in electric mode.

Technology Galore Aviator owners will be able to use their phones

as a key, but that's far from the only cool feature Lincoln plans to offer.

An active driver assistance package known as Lincoln Co-Pilot360 will include features

such as automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and rear

brake assist.

The adaptive dampers will be paired with something called Suspension Preview Technology that

uses a camera to spot potholes and broken pavement.

The Vegan Dish | S1E7 Vegan Pot Brownies - Duration: 6:00.

- Welcome to The Vegan Dish.

- I'm Patrick.

- And I'm Anne Marie.

- We are on location in Boulder, Colorado.

- And today we'll be making pot brownies.

- We went to a dispensary today

in order to find out all the things we didn't

know about pot before making pot brownies.

- The fine gentleman at Whole Meds helped us pick out

the best pot for making pot brownies.

- Roll the footage!

- Roll the footage.

- [Patrick] Oh now it's recording.

(Anne Marie giggles)

Whole Meds.

Is this the door?

- [Anne Marie] Yea, I think this is.

- [Patrick] Are you nervous?

- Patrick... yes.

First we need to...

purchase...

some...

cannabis.

- The best suggestion I could give you would be to purchase Shake,

just simply because -

- Which is what?

- It's the least expensive for quantity, and if you're making edibles,

all you really need is a decently potent flower.

- Okay, what is your suggestion for- - How much?

- When you make cookies or brownies or pastries?

- A really simple recipe that I use is just one part oil to one part product, or cannabis.

Even though Shake has, I mean, in a plant obviously,

you're gonna get sticks and an occasional seed,

but best to try get as least as possible.

- Alright, so that's what happened at the dispensary.

So now that we have our pot, we're making four different kinds of brownies.

The recipe that we're using is coming from my best friend, Angel,

who got it from her grandma.

And it requires butter and eggs.

- Not vegan.

- So, our options today, we're having four different kinds of brownie,

the one from the original recipe, and then we'll have three different vegan ones

where they all are using this vegan butter from Earth Balance.

Soy-free buttery sticks.

And then each one will have a different egg replacement.

- We have the neat egg egg replacement.

We have flax seed meal that we'll be using.

It's just a ground flax seed.

And then we have canola oil that we'll be also using as a egg substitute.

- Let's get cooking.

- Let's get cooking.

(upbeat funky music)

- This may not have been the best idea.

Well, two out of the three of them are an epic fail.

We kept them in the oven for twenty minutes and they were completely still liquid.

The normal brownie was baked.

The one with the flax seed was kind of baked.

We left them in the oven for ten more minutes and the flax seed one kind of solidified.

The ones with the egg replacer and the oil are just sticky, hard, goo.

(Anne Marie sighs)

I'm unimpressed.

- So we have determined that the egg replacer and the oil, we didn't do right.

And they are not edible, and we're just gonna throw them away.

- This was a struggle.

- Very much a struggle.

- So the only two viable options we have are the normal recipe

and the one that used the flax seed instead of the egg.

- We had a little problem with the other two.

- It sucked.

- They sucked.

- They sucked.

So we decided to forego the blinders this episode.

The difference is pretty obvious already.

This is the flax seed one.

To touch it's like very granular.

Like a hard cookie.

Do you wanna try one?

- I'll try it.

- Okay.

- It does not taste like a brownie.

- It has a weird, like, grainy texture.

- Almost like more of a cookie than a brownie.

- I mean it doesn't taste bad.

- No, there's a hint of pot in there.

- But it's like, it's more like a cookie than it is a brownie.

It's definitely not chewy.

But the texture is bad.

- Yea.

- It's like sand in my mouth.

It's very unpleasant.

But maybe the normal brownie sucks too.

Let's see, let's see.

- Would you like to go first?

- Yeah.

The crust is crisp and then the middle feels gooey pulling it apart.

It tastes like a brownie.

- It's good.

- Yeah, I'll eat this one.

This one, I'm likely to just throw the rest of them out

cause I'm not gonna eat them even with the pot in them.

- It sucked.

- It sucked.

But maybe we did something wrong.

Did we do something wrong?

Tell us in the comments.

- Let us know, maybe there'll be a part two.

Cheers.

- Should we eat our bigger brownies?

Or should we split?

- I don't know.

- [Anne Marie] Being able to choose the foods you eat is a privilege that not everyone has.

That's why every month we donate a portion of the proceeds from The Vegan Dish to nonprofits

Spamano || That damned "I love you" [Sub.Eng] - Duration: 1:48.

Forgive me

If I sometimes feel the need to call you in order to feel better

If every night I feel you so strongly that I stay awake

If I left your photo near my bed, and never took it away

If I read again that message you wrote to me before leaving

Forgive me

If I wasn't the way you wanted me to be, if I am not perfect

If I didn't call you on your birthday

If I don't sit by now that another man replaced me

If I cannot manage to get rid of the thought of how much of it was my fault

Because everytime I'm thinking

That I never said to you

That damned "I love you"

that I'd now shout But now there is no time left

But if you're now thinking that you were wrong

Lock down the ego you have inside and come here, to me

For me it's enough even one time to tell you all the things I feel

Because love is stronger than that damned "I love you!"

FEMA Accessible: Hazard Mitigation - Duration: 3:05.

Hello, my name is Kayed Lakhia, and I am the Director of Hazard Mitigation here at FEMA.

I'm here today to talk with you about our hazard mitigation assistance programs.

A disaster could destroy a community's infrastructure,

damage buildings and homes,

and severely hurt the local economy.

Mitigation is the effort to reduce loss of life and property by lessening the impact of disasters.

For mitigation to be effective we need to take action now — before the next disaster —

to reduce human and financial losses later.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has several programs to reduce disaster losses

and protect life and property from future disaster damages.

As part of the Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs,

funding is available to communities for eligible mitigation planning and projects.

Several examples of Hazard Mitigation projects include elevating homes

so that potential flood waters flow underneath the structures;

building residential and community safe rooms

that provide safety from strong winds, such as tornados;

and clearing trees and brush from around homes to reduce the impact of wildfires.

To determine the best long term mitigation plans for a community,

many people need to work together.

Representatives from state, tribal, territorial and local governments work

with community leaders, emergency managers, local businesses and organizations, environmental groups,

faith-based organizations and schools to determine the best long range mitigation plans.

FEMA's goal is to achieve universally accessible and inclusive emergency management practices.

As appropriate, factors for universal design should be incorporated into Hazard Mitigation Assistance projects

to serve the whole community to the greatest extent possible.

FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs work with leaders of the state, tribal and

territorial governments – and not directly with business and home owners.

If you are an individual business or home owner who is interested in mitigation assistance

and you live in an area with a presidential disaster declaration,

you may contact your local, tribal or territorial government's emergency management agency

and request that your community apply for mitigation funding on your behalf.

For more information about FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs,

please visit (see above).

Thank you.

Apple Cider Vinegar Recipes and Health Benefits - Duration: 4:56.

[Music] The uses of apple cider vinegar

are infinite from cleaning to aiding

in digestion and of course

delicious recipes.

Chef Stuart is in the kitchen

with Olga right now.

Today we are in the

kitchen with Chef Stuart O'Keeffe and he

is exploring ways we can use Star's

unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar.

Good morning.

Good morning.

This is a must-have in my pantry.

That's right it's

a must-have in everybody's pantry you so

much of that and also for your medicine

cabinet.

That's, really?

Yes!

Lot's you can do.

Let's talk about food, cuz I'm hungry,

always.

How do you use this?

What are youy gonna make for us?

So I'm gonna make a beautiful slaw

that's gonna go with a pulled chicken

sandwich.

We're gonna get into that, that's so

good.

Alright and just to start it off, so I

just have some apples right here.

Okay And we got some slaw.

You want to add that in.

The colors are fantastic and how you're mixing it up.

And we're just gonna season that up with

some salt and pepper.

While you're doing that I'm actually noticing

over here you made this looks like a tea

for me.

It's really a good

party tea.

What's in this?

So this tea has hot water, lemon,

juice, raw honey a tiny bit of cinnamon

and of course apple cider vinegar.

a that is so good and speaking of lemon I mean I

know you're cooking there but I don't know

about you every morning I always put a

little bit of lemon in my water and

sometimes I'll alternate and I know a lot of

people may be surprised when they see this

but.

Do you do this?

I do do this I do this every single

morning I look I know what it does it just

gives me like a boost in the morning

I'll go to the gym or something.

It cleanses the

body and you know it doesn't taste bad

it's actually very good it's great for

your digestive system and sometimes they

even say weight loss.

All I would say

just make sure you dilute it about 16

ounces of water from a two tablespoons

cause I'm kind of harsh okay if you just

have it like straight up.

All right, so

you're mixing everything up.

Okay, so we got that.

We got apples, we got

slaw.

We got some strong pepper and we're

gonna add in the good stuff at the end.

Star's filtered organic apple cider

vinegar is made with fresh organically

grown crushed apples.

So really has that nice burst of

flavor.

Stars ultimately a trusted Authority in

a Mediterranean food and it just gives a

nice brightness to the slaw.

Speaking of brightness this is very

bright.

What did you bring here?

This is a great dressing so you have your

apple cider vinegar, your

extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper

and you got some honey.

Some really nice.

You know what it is?

I really enjoyed this kind of

dressing this summer.

With lot of

like a fruits in your in your salad.

It's light.

Just because you have the

sweetness of the honey in there and give the zing.

Of apple cider vinager.

oh my gosh great that's so

let's put this on a little bit of a tuna

and a salad and spinach oh my gosh all

right let's go back to the slaw.

Finding many ways of using this.

you got that slaw already.

Okay.

So let's just make some sliders Okay.

By the way while you're making the

sliders, I am gonna give you little bit

of trivia here.

Did you know that women use apple, actually men too use

apple cider vinegar for the hair?

Stop.

Really!

Yes and it's a face toner as

wel.

You can use it as a face toner and

if you get burned from the Sun, it

relieves pain.

See, living in Los Angeles

I need that.

Sometimes I get burned and I need some

protection like that.

A show with education.

But your hair?

I need to start using it.

Is that why your hair so shiny?

Thank you, I love you!

It's something I do want to ask you while

you're putting it together.

I've heard that this has and if I'm

saying it wrong, I'm sorry, but like the

mother.

What is that?

So the mother is

basically a lot of apple cider vinegars

are filtered so the mother is taken out

which is basically a good bacteria and

there.

The mother is believed to be rich

in health boosting natural proteins,

healthy bacteria and acetic acid.

Probiotics and nutrients.

Exactly!

That makes perfect sense.

Good for the gut.

So you put a pair of tongs there.

Okay.

So you want to just add some slaw on to

this.

Okay.

And we will make ourselves these beautiful

little treats.

Can I put one up for you?

Yes.

Here we go.

A little bit for you.

Maybe I put too much?

I'm sorry.

No that's perfect.

We're gonna have to clean this a little bit.

That slaw with like a fried chicken sandwich as

well.

So good in a hot chicken sandwich.

It is so good.

Did you see the mess I just made?

Good, means you're having a good time the kitchen.

Yes, I know.

Which we have to clean the kitchen.

Which by the way, another trivia, you can

use apple cider vinegar to mop the floor with water.

So we went to all healthy here, we're gonna have a bit of

fun here.

Why not?

Here we go.

Alright, so if you want to learn more
