Go Row Indoor 20-minute workout #1 - Duration: 24:22.
Hi I'm Clare and welcome to British Rowing's Go Row Indoor workout class #1
so we need to set the machine up so make sure when you put your foot
in the footplate the strap is across the balls of your feet I'm gonna set the
damper lever to four or below it's up to you and the monitor up high
so you sit up nice and tall you can put your feet in and just
secure them in and take hold of a handle for a four minute warm up starting now
start with rating about 20 light pressure controlled rhythm
thinking about the technique and that technique is legs body arms when you do the drive
leg start body leans over arms pull through and then on the recovery it is
the reverse arms out body over and legs up nice and controlled
sitting tall and enjoying it
making sure the body lean is from the hips the back stays strong and the core
is locked in using all those muscles
now we've got the basic set of the technique we're just going to take the
racing up a little bit try and get a bit more power involved taking it up to 22
now squeeze the legs so the drive is a little bit quicker stay steady on the
recovery though
and seeing as this is a warm-up let's take it up again to 24 now
just need a little bit more speed throughout still thinking about the technique it's your
chance to bed it in for the rest of the session
good work take the racing back down now to 20 slow and controlled on the
recovery and just take the pressure off the legs a bit
nice and controlled
you want to try and get a nice long stroke but don't overreach sit strong in
the back and squeeze through to the finish
nice fluid movement feeling really rhythmic and controlled
last few strokes last chance to get the body warm used to the movement
one more and relax there for a second well done feeling warmer good
interval one thirty seconds light thirty seconds hard rowing four times the light as
light as you like the hard as hard as you can go simple okay reset your screen
to just row take on a handle sitting up tall at the star light rowing for thirty
seconds off we go
like I say light as you like slow and controlled again
bedding in the technique that you'll need for the drive
make the most of your recovery back up the slide in five we're going hard ready
go drive with the legs pushing through
sitting tall - I can hear the drive
sitting strong nearly there
three and light really easy sit up breathe deep one down
now you really need to make use of that recovery
control second set coming in are you ready let's go drive it take that rating up
steady recovery don't rush back up
good work ten seconds
and relaxed well done now we start to look for the rest moving through
feel the motion
this is your penultimate sprint I'm gonna go in three
and go pick the power back up long and strong in the legs
that's it
sitting tall
pushing through
five seconds
and relax well done one left
feeling all right pretend good you're doing good
I'd say it's all downhill from here but we have a little bit longer to go
10 seconds then we're bringing in the final one go a little bit crazy if you can
ready let's see it now push drive
that's it drive the split down
10 seconds keep holding
and relax oh well done little shakeout I'm moving into the circuit it's easier
it's steadier I'm gonna work with some other exercises in 30 seconds on the
rowing machine 45 seconds of exercises five exercises in total when you're
ready just place your feet back in take part of the handle this is the
equivalent of the recovery bit of the row off we go thirty seconds nice
light maybe just a little squeeze on the legs
just so you know you're working
that's it
and last one excellent put your handles down take your feet out for some press ups
and do them next to the machine you've got options you can start in a
box hands around the shoulders on all fours you can take it out to 3/4 or the
full 45 seconds I'd like to join me on the floor starting now you can pick your
level but if you need to drop down you can do so it is about form not showing off
so hands are wide elbows bending to 90
really opening the chest up the big muscle up front that's doing most of the
work ten seconds nearly there one more and relax
well done back on the machine second 30 seconds of rowing good to go
excellent off we go 30 seconds nice and smooth
this is where we can put the focus back on the legs let the chest recover from
the press ups
one more and handles down stepping back out this time for a pulse lunge
you want to come next to your machine one foot in front of the other
nice wide step forward hip-width apart on your back toes and you sink down it's
90 degrees in both knees let's go we're just doing one side do some more rowing
we'll come back in on the other one
making sure the movement is down so the front knee doesn't push over the front
stay very central
sticking on the hip keep them level front legs the one that's working if
your back leg feels like it just think about activating the front leg
that will kick it in five seconds and relax excellent back on the machine
remember which leg you have forward then by the way because you don't want to do
a second set on the same one okay 30 seconds off we go
at this point you might feel a bit wonky really focus on driving equally with both legs
load them up at the front and squeeze away
and relax it there right other leg so we swap sides again shoulder width and we
sink down
the joys of having two legs is its an excuse to do twice the number of
exercises and making sure the weight is very much down the heel of the front
foot that's the leg that's doing the work
last one well done back on the machines
thirty seconds again ready to go let's do it nice and long as we've only got
two exercises left if you want to add a little squeeze to the drive you may but
keep the recovery steady
last one good work handles down a bit of a challenge one for you squat thrusts
you can either stay by your machine hands are under your shoulders body is
out long and then you just jump the feet in and out together alternatively for a
challenge you can put your feet on the seat make sure it's not too near the end
of the machine core is in nice and strong and then you just roll in and out
forty-five seconds starting now so hands are still under the shoulders
the exercise is working the core and the legs if at any point you need to drop
onto the floor again you're welcome to otherwise just keeping control in the
movement all the way through you will feel it in the front of your legs a bit
that's natural but it's your core that's holding you there and drawing your knees in
ten seconds
one more and relax excellent take it back onto the machine for
another 30 seconds of rowing feet in and away we go
or medium pressure you just want a little bit of a squeeze
one more and relax it there final exercise is a plank position elbows and
toes or elbows and knees it's your call come down next to your machine
elbows are under shoulders toes and we just hold starting now it's 45 seconds
of mind over matter and for the next bit focus on the breathing nice and strong
in a position belly button comes in to the spine
you've really activated your core nice soft knees if you need to drop down
drop the knees active working the core time yourself for 10 seconds
and relax well done have a little seat on the rowing machine
we're done with a circuit we have one minute hard work left
that's your interval number two no interval just one minute
sprint no rating cap no power cap whatever you want to do let's reset the
screen when you're ready pick up your handles sit strong at the start we go on
go ready go as you means drive legs on pushing through
getting into a nice steady rhythm whole body working
good work so far settle into it driving through we passed halfway
sitting strong
fifteen seconds left you've got this let's go all out push it through finish it up
and relax well done we've got one minute easy cool down rowing a couple of
stretches and we're done so let's stay on the machine and finish it off
off we go one minute really light really
controlled you've earnt it that was a good push well done
still making sure all the muscles are working just to loosen everything off
before we finish
getting our breath back
feeling the rhythm
one more and handles can go down
feet out okay take yourself to one side you're just
going to do a couple of stretches starting with your quads take one foot
up behind if you need to hold on you can we'll just focus in keeping the knees in
line feeling the stretch down the front of the leg
excellent swap that over
that's good stuff put the foot down next is the hamstring so one foot out in
front and just lean back feel the stretch down the back of the
leg just push your hips back
excellent swap that over other side
if you don't feel it much just push back a bit further
good stuff final stretch one ankle on the opposite knee and just sink
down for the glute stretch feel it in the hip of the bent leg if you want to
push down on a knee you can do and it just opens the hip out a bit more
excellent work final leg
all the big muscles are stretched
and relax that there done good stuff

Nusii Review - A Tool For Sending Proposals & Reports To Customers - Duration: 28:18.
In this video but to do a product review for an app called Nusii and what new sieges is
an app that's gonna make it very easy and convenient to create and send proposals to
potential clients it didn't do it regardless of what niche or industry that you're in working
to take a look at this writer take a look at this deal word and look at the pros and
there's deftly some cons were to go through all of it in this video hi my name is Adam
from WPCrafter.com where among other things I make a lot of these AppSumo product reviews
including this app that were talking about right here new see if you are new here consider
clicking on the subscribe button and if you want to miss thing click on the belt you to
let you know when I've uploaded a new video so essentially Nusii is a app that's going
to make it really easy to put together professional proposals and create reusable blocks and elements
of for these proposals send them out to your clients track if they looked at it via email
track if they've opened up the proposal give them an opportunity to sign the proposal and
make some choices of packages of your business where you have several packages can give them
an option for that as well it's good to give the client the opportunity to sign that proposal
and then you'll be notified of all that it also has a couple little things that it does
that make it unique now I gotta tell you I don't know how long it's been that having
a proposal That that was actually a thing because the old school way of doing it right
you pull up some word document or some kind of program like that and you would essentially
type it out if you had it a new proposal you need to send you take an old proposal you
would start finding and replacing business names packagings package prices what's included
in pet and it could include in packages and you start swapping all the stuff out but at
some point over the last two or three years some smart people decided hey there is a smoother
better way of doing this and that's where tools like Nusii come in so let's take a look
at it right now it's actually a deal that's on AppSumo it's $49 that's gonna get you a
lifetime account to it so what are things I really want to do in this video is kind
of rate new see on its own as far as if it was this there was no price difference between
existing services and then I wanted rated based upon the fact that right now or for
at least the next week or so you can get a lifetime accounts when some like this is really
a lot more money you can get it for a lot less expensive because it's on AppSumo for
only $49 so essentially let me just scroll down to the deal points here if you want to
visit this page just to visit Debbie B crafter.com/Nusii and USI I okay I'm a scroll down here to what's
included in this deal so we can go over that so it's can allow you to have 45 active proposals
and what an active proposal is and that's per month sorry and when an active proposal
is as if I send someone a proposal they haven't accepted or canceled it is an active proposal
the minute they accept that proposal it's no longer an active proposal so you can send
45 active proposals per month which actually ends up being a lot more because he typically
when you send a proposal it shouldn't be in limbo that long a day or two days or maybe
it's immediately accepted so it depends on how your workflow is that's one of the limitations
in this package that's actually very generous of you compare other proposal plaque packages
from other companies it only gives you access to one user selects one user asking to be
able to login to the app and create these proposals and have them send out now AppSumo
is letting you do this stacking things unsaid paying $49 if you bought two of them it would
double that active proposal limited to 90 and then it would double the users from 1
to 2 if you wanted to have like an admin assistant or something like that log into it includes
custom branding I'll try to explain what that is it might not be what you think it is as
it is a pure integration proposal tracking that's when you send the proposal out and
then your client looks at the email you get a notification that is been looked at and
you get a notification across all steps in the process automatic reminders notifications
that's nice when when your client looks at the proposal you get a notification so you
know could be a trigger to follow up there's digital signing that is very good actually
don't know the legalities of that how legally binding it is my guess is that it's fully
legally binding because it obviously shows the intent you got IP addresses recorded there
putting their name in and all that and then if they make that first payment that just
confirms that they did receive it and they did agree to it so I think when you bundle
and package that altogether up it is legally binding stackable I talked about that as well
and Nusii reports that is actually something that is very neat this thing called newsy
reports I want to talk about that as well right so here is their website I would encourage
you to look at their website and just get a good idea of what it is and what it does
to give you some idea in this video but definitely going check it out for yourself here is what
happens when you login so I have my account right here one things right off the bat that
I like is it has is really nice dashboards after you have set it up and onto the low
walk from front through process you have these dashboards here it's going to let you know
sales revenue pipeline all kinds of stuff like that how the percentage of proposals
that are being accepted in this is because in your proposal and when you're assembling
your proposal you can put packages in there that your clients can agree to through clicking
on the checkbox stuff like that and that's how it's getting the these numbers right here
okay so what things I like right off the bat is the dashboard is super easy to navigate
is very simple I have tried similar products to this before and I found them a little more
on the complicated side this is super easy to get around in so essentially your workflows
going to be if you want to send a proposal is your first can I jump into clients right
here in your going to add a new client now this little bubble right here is blocking
that's I could do that and get rid of it you can see right here on the top right there
is the added proposal at a client and add a section so that's where those buttons are
you're going to go ahead and would you probably go ahead and click on add a client and then
you can start filling out all the information on your clients and then you could see right
here I've already done that I got a client in your name Meagan and I gave the last name
Lucille I think I think they're in the back of the business of building bats so we got
Meagan right here so what you do you pop your client and then you would go in you would
click on this plus right here to create a proposal that you would send out now see that
process here in a moment so that's how simple it is to get a proposal out create a client
and then create a proposal and send the proposal out for being signed or whatever let's first
jump into the settings there some things that you might want to be aware of here in the
settings okay so you pop your information in we got our general settings where you put
your currency and was nice as I believe this supports 13 different languages right here
so you could check out the languages so here you can just check it out here in the video
and see if your language is in there if your language is not in there I'd reach out to
the to the developer and say hey this is my language when you think this would be added
maybe even offer help to translate some aspects of it here's your options for notifications
now here's the branding options there some things I like about this and things I don't
like about it the thing I guess I don't like is the logo so you could see right here the
logo is the dimensions of a square now for me is not a big deal because whenever I have
a logo created for me I intentionally have an icon that can represent my brand that would
be in that square or in a circle in different social media platforms I'm intentionally doing
that but not everyone has a logo that's going to come to look good as a square so just know
that going into it one thing that's nice though is you can customize all the colors so if
there's any colors in the proposal you're to be able to customize those all right here
just go ahead and put in your hex codes so there some email templates now what the email
templates are is just the when you want to send the proposal out the text that's going
to be there that's all the email template is email signature this is something that's
not included in the plan I don't think it's that big of a deal now here's one of the limitations
of the app right off the bat it's limited in integrations the plan is going to include
is a peer there's a couple of other integrations I don't think those are included in the AppSumo
plan but apps for Xavier it is included in the AppSumo plan which is good you can see
it's in beta I don't know if that means that the integration is kind of on the basic side
as well that's definitely something that you want to think about so let's go ahead and
take a look at the proposal process I can go here click on the plus to add a proposal
it automatically is get a feeling and from of some information like my logo that I've
already put in so the first thing here's I would choose a client I can go ahead and choose
and begin right there and then I would go ahead and get this proposal and name so I
got gone ahead and popped in a name right there and then right here you can check this
box if you want there to be an expiration date on your proposals I would definitely
suggest adding an expiration date because if you don't the proposal to just sit out
there forever you definitely want to have an dates on everything that you're putting
out there so go ahead and choose and end dates just like that and you can see it's already
pulled in information it's putting it pulling in the clients information right on into it
so then right here there is a next button so let's go ahead and click on that and then
asking to show us all of these various template options right here so these are not as much
for the design there more for the content that is in these proposal so you can use these
as starting points start customizing it or tweaking it and put whatever you want and
therefore the proposal so for me I am going to do a website will and here it is a web
design web design template so go ahead and click on this web design template and it starts
fulfilling it all and so we are to have our proposal name and so one of the things I really
like about this tool is it takes your the entire contents of your proposal and then
it breaks it down into blocks or sections and that makes it very easy to save the specific
parts of the proposal as a block that you can then reuse later it makes it insanely
easy to re-order these blocks in sections so even though the tool it you it makes available
to you to assemble the proposal is kind of basic it's not like you know if you're familiar
with Elementor Beaver Builder it's got this front and what you see is what you get it
does not have that at all but this is fine I like how it breaks it all up into these
individual sections that you can mix-and-match and reorder very easily so I just simply wanted
to highlight that that's ugly probably to be one of the criticisms because I'm I'm right
here in my car that's not what is actually no-load like when I send it out this is just
when you're assembling good so you would go through here and it has all these parts of
the proposal broken up into the sections and you can scroll down and start changing out
pieces of it now what's really nice as you can reuse each little block section or chunk
you can save it and reuse it and that's where I think one of the big benefits is of using
a tool like this because it's gonna like to send out these proposals fast I mean really
how may times have you been talking to potential client sale gal send out a proposal to you
tonight and tonight comes and goes and you can send out that proposal and why did you
send out the proposal this is a pain in the rear end to send out a proposal sometimes
you got it you got it copy an existing document start changing things there's all these barriers
to actually setting a proposal if you're someone that does that you should be sending proposals
when you're getting your clients or your potential clients to agree to things so that is one
of the benefits of using a tool like this is to be able to quickly put together these
proposals and send them out anyway so that you have all these different blocks that you
can name these individual blocks you can save them you can reuse these blocks so it's super
efficient in sending out these proposals now there's different types of blocks and so there
some blocks like you can see I'm on one right here and this is a like a pricing option box
so you can put a dollar amount in there and so if you say the our selling web design services
and you have three different packages and part of this proposal is that giving your
client an opportunity to choose which package they want they click on a checkbox on the
package they want that's is this separate section here were you design a dollar amount
to that package and then automatically calculates the total that they're agreeing to pay so
this is actually really nice so you can literally have all these like separate sections and
blocks be the various services that you offer and when you're creating a putting together
one of these proposals you can just reuse these various blocks this is a great upsell
opportunity as well because if you're just selling the web design but you might want
to put some information okay here's a monthly thing if you wanted some SCO work on an ongoing
basis here's a monthly thing for managing this or that or support or something along
those lines and you can add it all in here into one of these saved blocks okay and then
you would scroll down you just verify this all out you would change out your text you
would save it whatever you can attach additional documents if you wanted to to the proposal
and then what you can do let me just scroll on up here let me get out of the frame you
can go ahead and click this button right here to preview the proposal and then here's some
setting options for this particular proposal so before I click on the preview let's look
at the settings so right here is the prepared by and for the prepared by its obviously can
it be you right now I have an account with one user if I had more users I'm sure those
would be there in a list and then you have different styles so right now it's actually,
limited there's only two there's the classic theme and then if actually there it is the
modern theme in the classic theme so that's up to you you can see the differences between
the modern in the in the classic classic is your traditional type of proposal that would
the way the proposal would look that your classic so right here you can exclude the
final this Colossians I can exclude the final total exclude the final total in the PDF is
because you can download this proposal as a PDF and then right here is an interesting
option that I wanted to talk about and that is send as a reports and this is I think one
of the unique parts of this tool so not only can you use this tool to create proposals
that you send out once your clients see the proposal agreed to it in your in the process
of working for them then this tool will allow you to go in and use the same thing of creating
a proposal but then you would check on that box to send this out his report which essentially
removes the part where it wants them to agree to it and sign and all that kind of stuff
so now you're actually able to use the same tool which already has your clients information
and Yorty have some info there's already said storing the proposal the agreement all that
kind of stuff then you can actually use it to send really nice looking reports and I
think that is one of the unique aspects of this tool is this report aspect right here
and then here's your expiration date again and all that kind of stuff and then use it
essentially can click right here it says preview the proposal and so remember I chose the classic
so this is the classic design right here it looks very traditional okay so I can actually
easily go in there and change it now probably well so we got our logo and we scroll down
we have our sections like this and when we scroll down a bit here's the option where
your clients can choose the different pricing packages that they want and then at the bottom
they would go ahead and sign it and that's pretty much all there is to this tool at sea
let me get back to see if I can change that okay so here's classic let's change it to
modern so we can see how it looks a little different so here's a modern theme you can
change this background image right here maybe you might want the modern thing scroll down
and all of that and that's pretty much all there is to it it goes ahead and attracts
everything for you here's these various safe sections you can have them all here this is
one that I created called next steps so that you can reuse these safes sections and I really
like that aspect of it so with all that being said I generally have some pros and some cons
than I'm just in a go through all my notes right now to make sure I didn't miss any point
so I got a nice little notepad here I'll eventually come up with something that looks a little
nicer than this for these videos also might be a little crude okay my initial impressions
work the onboarding process I didn't get to show you that in the video because artery
already created the account the onboarding process was really really good so when you
logged in there were parts word guides you to create and how to create better proposals
and is making suggestions and stuff like that I really like that I thought that the dashboard
section of it when you login is very nice 13 language support like I said if it's not
supporting your language deftly go ahead and check with them and I really just like the
base thickness of the interface it's very easy to understand how to use and get out
of it what you want I think was really unique about this app is the client report so not
only can you use it for that one and done type of proposal bit but then you can also
use it to send out reports to your clients okay so let me other things I like and then
the things I don't necessarily like and that you can use as considerations when you're
looking at this tool and I'm just gonna blast through this I like that you can customize
the colors for branding I showed you that I like that the proposals are broken down
into sections that can be reused and easily reordered I like the reusable sections that
you can I like that you can add documents at the bottom of the proposal I like immediate
notifications would proposals viewed in its immediate urine get an email immediately when
your client views the proposal that's a really good I like that the totals are immediately
calculated someone your clients in the proposal and then they check on the boxes to choose
what they want if you have more than one option in the proposal that that's automatically
added to the total and it's all calculated Xavier integrations really good electronic
signings very good and I really like how you can download the proposal as a PDF those are
things I like about it and now here's where my videos can be different than someone else
someone else's on medalists all the things that I don't like about it in these are definitely
things that you want to think of and consider okay number one I don't like that your logo
needs to be square I think I demonstrated that in the video and I think that for the
templates there needs to be more variations and more styles I found that it was a bit
on the limited side I think the proposal experience is not great it's just basic it's fine it's
basic a perfect thing would be to look at some of the other proposal tools out there
that have a different type of proposal experience so there's one where on the left there is
like navigation links and they can click on it it takes them to the specific sections
of the proposal and I really like that app like feel and I I think that that's why am
saying that the proposal experience seems a basic the proposal editors not what you
see is what you get and that's gonna boil down to a personal preference so you might
like to just click on the text and you actually look your your as you are editing that proposal
your scene exactly what it's gonna look like to your potential client or customer so it's
not what you see is what you get if that matters to you here's some of the negatives as well
the emails that go out to the clients do not have your name as the from the sender or your
email as the from a sender it's going to come from GNU C proposals so her newsy proposal
that's what it's gonna say so that and actually talk about all that kind of stuff you're in
a second but that's what the emails and look like when your client receives them okay there's
a bit is a big when there's no payment integration now the developers are saying they want to
add developer integration in a few months let's see if they do it but there isn't payment
integration and it's very needed to have it be so when your clients in the proposal making
the agreement at the end they can make that first payment if you broken it down to two
or three payments that is a big deal okay so their integrations are limited is really
just as a Pierce you can get through everything with a peer but they're not like direct integrations
with various apps and when I showed you the integrations that they had and there was other
ones if you tried to use the other ones it would say that that's not for the AppSumo
plan so that something to keep into consideration here something that some people are really
not alike is you can't use a custom domain and so what that means is when a proposal
goes out and it actually here let me show you that real quick so let me jump back into
that proposal right here let's see website developments and then I'm clicking on send
proposal that was a button here that was right here let me just show you here's the same
proposal option and so when you click on send proposal it pops this up so that you can see
all of the options here so you can puts their email address obviously and so here is the
link to the proposal you can see it's not a custom domain that's tied to your branded
domain or subdomain or whatever code customized to you that you want it's been pretty much
your subdomain that you create when you're setting up your account so for me it's WPC/Nusii.com
whether or not that's a prompt for you that's up to you and I'll talk about that in a moment
now I just wanted to make a point of showing you that right there so that is there is no
custom domains on the AppSumo plan brings back to the whole point of is a custom domain
really that crucial on this app I got tell you I don't personally think it is okay so
here's my reasoning with it I know some people and it's a personal preference so I'm not
trying to offend or disagree with anybody here so here's the thing nowadays people are
used to receiving emails from schools like this for things like this and then it's okay
for example I used to have a business where we did a lot with doc you sign and so doc
you sign would send all kinds of emails out and if you ever received the doc you sign
email says doc you sign on it and it comes from doc you sign and the link is doc you
sign I don't see that as a problem per se I don't feel like for me on my personal view
is not everything has to come from your domain your email address people are already accustomed
especially business owners are already accustomed to receiving emails like this for official
business from other types of platforms and services that's my personal viewpoint on it
I know would be nice to have a custom domain but you know for me personally I don't feel
like it's that big of a deal on something like this so I would be nicer if maybe the
domain that they send it from was like more white label type of domain so when be your
domain but it would be like client proposals or customer proposal or pending proposals.com
or something like that so it would look a little bit more white labeled so you don't
get the custom domain you can embed your proposals on your website will you could download a
PDF and all that but essentially you're going to have to send these emails with a link to
the Nusii website for those proposals will and lastly if you did have an account with
multiple if so if you stack the deal there's multiple logins you can't give different permissions
to the various logins now the developer has said that they are working on that and that
will be coming so this is no see and I will just sum it all up and saying if if if I was
comparing Nusii to all of the other apps out there that do this kind of stuff I would probably
out of a five star rating I would give Nusii about it read two 3 1/2 stars and that's not
because it's inferior it's just that it has a bit of a more ways to go in order and I
just listed out all the negatives in the concert so you can decide if those are a big deal
to you or not but I will say if I was reading it against some of these other tools that
already have a head start on them I give it about a three 3 1/2 star rating out of five
now if I was factoring in the fact that you can buy this right now for like them count
for $50 and then it's this I would give it a five star all day long because you just
can't get a tool like this I do think there's a benefit in having a tool like this for that
type of budget or that type of price I do think they desperately need payment integration
and I do think they can improve the look and feel of their templates although I don't think
those are to be so hard and challenging for them to accomplish so I think they'll definitely
get there and I hope that they get there but ultimately that's the beauty of buying something
on AppSumo if i.e. get 60 days to decide if it's for you or not and asked for return I've
actually never asked for a return on a the AppSumo products but it's great that that's
there is definitely like a no questions asked this thing so anyways I have a link in the
video description boxes WPCrafter.com/Nusii that is an affiliate link I got a new page
on my website if you go to my website to be crafted.com/transparency that will be at page
it gives you all the information about how and why I make these videos to an affiliate
link there's no additional cost to you if you did use that link to buy new see small
fee will come to WP and that's what I'm able to use to buy these apps and put in all the
time to make these review videos and then support you in the comments section down below
so let me know what you think in the comment section down below if you like this video
give it a thumbs up I try to be as transparent in these videos as possible and give the real
and raw opinions and they are not influenced or affected by the people that own these products
so if you like that you want to support that type of work given the thumbs up and let me
know what you think in the video description down below thanks for watching this video

Top 10 Dark Secrets Google Doesn't Want You To Know - Duration: 6:29.
Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet.
I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today I am back talking about Google !..... Google,
as we know, pretty much controls the internet today, but what kind of dark shady stuff are
they harbouring?
Well find out as we talk about the Top 10 Dark Secrets that Google Doesn't Want You
To Know......
10 - Google Knows You – Like….Really Knows You.
You probably don't think too much about how Google is one of the most profitable businesses
in the world….
It just sort of is and you go with it, right?
Why wouldn't it be?
But…if it is free to use, then how does it make money?
Well, by selling information about you.
Google, at this point, probably knows you better than your best friend knows you.
From maps, It knows your address and stores information on where you go.
From your search terms, it knows what you are looking for, and from youtube it knows
what you like watching.
Google has your data, you are valuable to google, who will sell your information to
companies who want to advertise to you.
9 - Google Street View Assists Burglaries
Statistics suggest that 75 percent of would be robbers use Google Street View to case
a house before they actually turn up.
In 2011, a Chicago man was found to have used street view to assist him in a jewelry heist
worth 100 thousand dollars.
Similarly in 2010, Gordon Rayner of Great Britain blamed google when he was robbed.
He told national news papers Google Street view failed to sensor the content of his garage.
8 - It Steals Other Companies Data
In 2012, Google employees hacked a rival company in Kenya.
Mocality was Kenya's largest online and mobile business directory, and Google was
caught accessing its customer database with the intention of selling a competing product
to its customers.
This is not legal business practice, and who knows how often this kind of thing happens…
the problem this time was that Google got caught.
On top of that, Google was caught lying to potential customers about Mocality's rates.
Mocality went bust just a year later in 2013.
7 - Google Hacked Apple In 2012, Google was caught hacking Apple's
safari browser and monitored apple users browsing behavior.
The hack was spotted by the Wall Street Journal who published an expose in 2012.
4 years later, google forced to pay apple 5.5 million dollars in a settlement to end
the legal fallout from the hack.
6 - Google is Helping the Government Spy On You
In the UK, a Daily Mail Article alleged that the Government was using Google Earth when
investigating suspected tax dodgers.
Google Earth allows Revenue agencies to see things like home improvements and cars.
It isn't just the British Government, either…there have been cases of tax fraud exposed by other
European, and indeed, United States Governments.
5 - Google Self Driving Cars Might Not Be As Safe As You Think
Google is currently testing self driving cars, although there have been a few accidents that
have been hushed up.
In September 2016, a driverless car was involved in a bad crash in California.
The company saw 14 accidents in 6 years, although Google says in most of the cases, their cars
were rear ended.
4 - Google Decides If You Have The Right To Be Forgotten
2018 saw a landmark case between a business man and Google about his right to be forgotten.
As I am sure you are aware, Google seemingly knows all, and a quick search of my name can
tell you where I was born and what I studied at school… but what if there are things
I don't want you to know?
Well, by and large this is tough luck!
The search engine will seldom remove information about you, unless it considers it to be defamatory,
in which case it is legally obliged.
The businessman in London wants the search engine to take down links to information about
an old conviction, but Google's main defense is that it is in the public interest for the
information to stay.
The case is still being fought but will set a precedent for future rulings on personal
privacy.
Oh, and if you live in America, you aren't protected by the right to be forgotten protection
in the first place…soo… best of luck to you.
3 - It Can Destroy Your Business A bad review for a restaurant can totally
destroy the business, but it isn't just customer reviews on google that are destroying
livelihoods.
If Google wanted to, it could totally destroy e-commerce businesses by de-ranking their
website.
Google chooses what it wants to show you based off your search data.
Most companies use Search Engine Optimization, however nobody truly knows how and why Google
ranks sites the way it does.
If you try and predict and trick the google bots, it can derank your site – so not show
it in web searches – which would mean your business would be as good as buried.
Is it okay Google has this power?!
2 - Google Street View Cars Hack Into Your Wifi and Steal Your Data
In 2012 it was revealed that Google Streetview cars were retrieving and storing data from
private wifi networks.
The web giants said that it was a mistake, however evidence emerged that suggested an
engineer in the company planned it all along and other members of the company knew about
it.
1 - Google has a secret side company called Google X
Google X is a secret Research and Development arm and the whole thing is shrouded in total
mystery.
Workers have to sign a non disclosure, so really, we have no idea what on earth is going
on in the highly secretive building half a mile off Google's main campus.

What To Do When A Girl Looks At You | 7 BEST Things to Do (EASILY TALK TO HER!) - Duration: 4:58.
Gentlemen, this is Mantelligence.
Today we're showing you exactly what to do when a beautiful girl looks at you.
And because reacting to a girl's look is actually much easier to get wrong than it
is to get right, we're also showing you the #1 thing that
almost all guys do to kill their chances when a girl looks their way
So...to make sure you keep your cool, here are the 7 steps to responding with extreme
confidence when a woman looks at you + the number 1 thing you NEED to avoid.
#1. Win The Eye Contact Game
While the game may be simple, unfortunately,
it's also one that most guys lose.
Here's how it works: When a girl looks at you,
acknowledge her gaze for as long as you can.
But, instead of looking for too long ... be the one to look away first.
Not only does playing this game help you to t to confidently return eye contact,
but winning also means that you don't intimidate her into looking away first.
#2. Smile Deliberately
There's no way around it.
If she looks at you and you don't smile, the chances of her looking at you again the
same way are slim to none.
And even if you don't end up talking to her, smiling more can be a life-changing habit.
So the second thing you're going to want to do when a girl looks at you,
is give her a warm, confident smile that lets her know you won't bite if she wanted to
talk..
#3. Break the Voice Barrier by Saying Hi
Even if you're attractive to her, before
she can envision you as a guy she really wants, she needs to first envision you as a guy she
can talk to.
And that first step towards that, is breaking the voice barrier.
Think about it: before you say anything, you're really just
some guy to her.
But even if all you say is hi, you get placed in a different category compared
to everyone else.
#4. Decide if You Actually Want to Talk
Guys often forget this one.
But just because a girl is looking at you, doesn't mean you need to drop what you're
doing and immediately talk to her.
So after you've made that initial eye contact, smiled and maybe said something to her,
...take a moment to ask yourself if you actually want to pursue this girl.
Does she really interest you?
Or is it just that you think you have a chance with her?
If you find out you don't really want to talk, no big deal.
just get back to what you were doing in the first place.
And if you do?
Well now you've got to start planning on trying to talk to her
#5.Wait for 2nd Eye Contact
At this point, if you've decided you definitely
do want to talk to her, but still aren't totally sure that she actually
wants to talk to you, ...the next thing you've got to do is wait
to get that second eye contact.
Now, if you played it right, your initial eye contact was a great start,
but it's the 2nd eye contact that really lets you know if you've actually got a chance
with a girl.
So without looking too obvious, just sit back, relax and see if you can catch her looking
again.
#6.Set the Stage with Your Body Language
Now that you know she's looking, you've
got one thing to do, ...and it begins with your body language.
Here's what you do: If you're not already, turn your body towards
her direction, feet, face and all, and then without doing anything else, just
get back to what you were doing.
That's it.
Seem too good to be true?
Well here's how it works: First, by turning your body towards her, you're
subconsciously telling her that she has your attention.
and second: By getting back to what you were doing,
you silently engineer a pleasant, low-pressure atmosphere
...that's absolutely perfect for a fun, flirtatious conversation.
#7. Go Talk To Her
From start to finish, the whole exchange really
shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
So if you feel good about it, there's only one thing left to do.
Start talking to her!
Because if she's making repeated eye contact, smiling and (most of all), seems relaxed around
you...what have you got to lose?
If there's one thing that can immediately make a girl stop looking and never look again,
it's to look away as soon as your eyes meet.
Guys look, among the many things a girl is looking for
confidence is usually at the top of the list.
So when she looks at you, one of the things she's probably really
hoping to see is that you're not totally afraid of her.
Now just so we're clear, that does NOT mean stare her down to show her you aren't scared,
All it means is to try not to do the one big turn-off that 99.9% of shy guys are automatically
going to do: ...which is to pretend they weren't looking
when she obviously knows they were.
That's 7 things to do when a girl looks at you, and the 1 thing you never want to
get caught doing.

Replace the Sky! (In Your Photos) - Duration: 4:48.
Hey, what's up! It's Chris from Brooker Films and in today's video I'm going to
show you how to replace the sky. Let's do it!
Have you ever taken a beautiful-looking photo that is completely ruined by a
gray overcast and moody sky? Well, with a little bit of editing, this is an easy
fix! So, all you need to complete this effect is your photo, a photo of a
beautiful looking sky and Adobe Photoshop. So, let's get into it!
So, once we've loaded up Adobe Photoshop, we just want to start by creating a new
document. Now, I'm just going to call this 'sky' and we're just going to change
the width to 1920 and we'll make the height 1080 and then we just press
create. Okay, perfect! So, now we just need to drag our two images into this
composition, so we're going to go over to our finder, highlight the two images and
just drag them into the black space on the screen there. I'm just going
to correct the positioning of this, so what I'm gonna do because I don't want
all of this image, I'm just going to adjust the crop, make sure you press shift when
adjusting the scale of this so it doesn't distort your image and now here
comes the image of the clouds. Again, I'm just going to adjust the scale of
this, just to make sure that it fits and press Enter. Okay, so what we are going to do
now is we are just going to adjust the opacity of this cloud layer, so we're just going to
pull that down to around 50%. So now that we can see both layers I'm just going to
quickly adjust the positioning of the cloud layer, just to make sure that this
field here it doesn't overlap the sky
So, now we can pull the opacity of this back
up to 100% and we're just going to move the sunny sky layer underneath the other
layer. So we're just going to drag that down and drop that one there. Now, from here we're
going to go over to the tab on the left and find the erase tool. So, that's this tool
over here. We're just going to come up to here and we're just going to adjust the size to
around 500 right. No, we'll make it a thousand to begin with. And we'll pull
the hardness all the way up to 100%. Okay, so now we just need to go through and
erase the sky from this layer so we're just gonna do so
So once you've covered most of the sky we need to go in and just polish off
the surrounding edges with a smaller brush size, so we're just going to adjust
the brush size down to around 100 pixels and then we're just going to zoom in to around
300% and then we're just going to go through and we're just going to erase the sky from this
layer. Now, I'm just going to do this really roughly, just to show you as an example
but please spend as much time as you can on this because the more effort that you
put into this, the better the image is going to look and the more believable
the effect is going to be once you've completed this.
As you can see, these two images don't actually match. The lighting is
completely different in both of these images, so now we need to go through and
we need to actually blend this, so we're going to go over to our levels tab and
we're just going to adjust the levels of the sky
I'm going to pull that up and then
we're just going to go over to the saturation and we're just going to push the
saturation up a little bit as well. You want to make sure that these
two layers are above the cloud layer and not above the cathedral layer, as you'll
see if you pull this above the cathedral layer then it's going to over expose the
cathedral, so make sure that's not on top. Okay, so now we need to blend these two
with another levels, so we're going to go back over to levels and this time make
sure that this one is on top of all of the layers. So, we're just going to come over
here and we're just going to push the brightness a little bit and we're going to
crush the shadows a bit more.
So, as you can see I've done a really rough job of
this, there's a big patch of the sky and missing down here and you can see
elements from the original image poking through the gaps in the cathedral but
this was just a quick demonstration to show you how to pull off this effect
Now, it's important to note that the longer you spend hiding this up and getting
this absolutely perfect, the better the image is going to look once you've
finished it. And that's it! If you found this video helpful at all then please do
let me know in the comment section below and don't forget to subscribe if you
want to see more videos like this one in the future. Thank you ever so much for
watching, I really do truly appreciate it. I hope you have the most amazing day
today. I will see you soon. Thanks for watching!

5k formula so if you're still out there looking for a genuine real way to make
money online and stick by because these review might be something that you're
interested in so we're gonna jump over to some slides and we'll see if this is
for you okay so we're reviewing the 5k 5 miller system so who's the 5k 5 minute
far well if you're looking to earn your first five thousand dollars online and
create a monthly income then this could be for you it's for brand-new people
with no experience is for people who hair their jobs I'll just hit struggling
with money as people who want quick results so this systems created by
matthew neer now matthew nears actually a seven-figure earner online he's an
online system genius he knows his stuff very very trusted in this industry
he has many products and as many people following him and he talked quite a lot
of people and by going through this course i've actually found out to be
he's probably one of the most honest guys online that i've ever come across
so what sort of results can you expect well these are sort of results that
matthew lee is actually achieved each day zone in between $721 and $637 and
that's life changing income guys can you imagine and in that type of money I mean
I'd have to imagine it anymore but when I wasn't making any money at all
this just seemed like a dream to me but it can be true anyhow what do you get
well you get a done-for-you system that runs on autopilot that churns out
commissions while you sleep and I'm not kidding guys I wake up everyday to
Commission's online and this stuff is real it gives you step-by-step
over-the-shoulder video training which is perfect especially for beginners
especially if you haven't made money online is easier to learn when you
actually visualizing literally watching someone teach you rather having to read
a book say I was never interested in books I hated reading so this is the
sort perfect training for me you get all the tools and resources required to make
money online you get you brick basically get everything you need to make money
online with this system so in the first two days of buying and trying this
system these are the results I got and now I just got so disclaimer
I've been doing this a while I do have an email list and I've been making money
for a while so I know exactly what I'm doing but these results are certainly
achievable for a brand new person if they follow this trail in step by step
just like you meant to so if you want these type results guys keep watching so
let's jump into the back office of a 5k farming system and I'll show you what
it's all about okay so here we are in the back office
of the 5k formula and as I've spoke to you before and if you know me then
you'll know about actually purchase every single product that I reveal
because I don't like to promote products that basically shite crap that's a 5k
Fermanagh I bought and you can see I'm logged in here howdy Andy barley and
this is the back office so once you decide whether this is for you or not
this is the back office of the system that you will also receive so as you can
see you as soon as you log in you're presented with a welcome video and then
this welcome video you get matthew neer doing an orientation of the system the
back-office just letting know where things are what to get started with and
how the system works in general and that's a good 21 minute video and if you
get this I honestly would say watch every video right the end because if you
don't even a miss important information so you can see it's a well structured
back office and you've got a Quick Start Guide which is what you're gonna want to
go through first and it tells you about saying up your new accounts uploading
the card how to sell per funnel and how to get traffic to that funnel and then
again another how it works and as you can see it's all video step by step
training now what I did when I approached is this
I went through the quick that guide and then I went through the traffic which is
here I went through each one of these and then I put it into action and as you
just saw on the slides before the money that I made overnight and that's just
from following these two categories on the training so I would definitely
recommend if you do decide this is for you go through everything okay you don't
want to miss this important information okay so what I want to do now is show a
testimonial from a guy also bought from Matthew Nia and I'll
jump off the slides he'd see that and I'll see you in a sec okay guys so we're
back to the slides and here's a testimonial by a guy called Gavin Mount
Park and he's from Guildford in the United Kingdom so what he says is I was
looking for a coach I decided to take a consultation with Matthew and he
delivered at least 10 times the value what he charged working with Matthew
allowed me to literally increase my income by 50% this year how incredible
is that and you don't get many reviews about like this for people online so
this guy knows what he's talking about matthew neer is obviously a guide to
trust and obviously from the results that I have achieved from going through
his training I would definitely say he's a guy that you can listen to and he's
honest okay so I highly recommend this product so if you feel like something
for you and what I want you to do is look below it and you're gonna see a
couple of bonuses which you're gonna get if you get this product through my link

happen you have a 30 day money-back guarantee so to cut the bonuses below

FAR CRY 5 | Lore in a Minute! - Duration: 1:31.
Humanity's salvation began in a small Georgia town, where Joseph Seed heard a voice.
"Save as many as you can.
Whether they wish to be saved or not."
Joseph preached the coming Collapse, recruiting misguided souls into the Project at Eden's Gate.
As the cult grew, Joseph moved them to Hope County, Montana to settle New Eden
becoming known as "The Father".
In Montana, Joseph befriended local priest and Gulf War veteran
Jerome Jeffries, coercing his congregation to join the cult.
Joseph's siblings, the Heralds, then recruited the rest of Hope County.
John, a ruthless lawyer, secured land and converts using blackmail and coercion.
Faith, the pacifist, spread the Father's message of salvation.
Jacob, the military marksman, locked down the county with modern weaponry and upgraded aircraft.
When Jerome objected to their methods, the cult beat him and left him for dead.
You are the Deputy Sheriff dispatched to arrest Joseph Seed
but you'll find yourself surrounded by an army of cultists.
Navigate the Montana wilderness
recruit resistance fighters like Mary May Fairgrave, whose father was driven to suicide by the cult.
Or crop-duster Nick Rye whose plane could come in handy.
Or a giant bear because video games.
Together you'll save Hope County in this "work of entertainment" definitely not inspired by today's politics.
But you'll probably just go fishing with Hurk instead.
Have fun!

Developer Diaries: Polish Tech Tree - Duration: 5:50.
At Wargaming Fest, we announced the release of the Polish Tech Tree in 2018.
It is time to lift the veil of secrecy
and share details about the development of the new vehicles.
Why did you decide to create a separate Tech Tree for Polish vehicles?
When we started, we were actually considering one more option:
that it will be actually a European Tree as a combination of different nations.
But not long after, we decided that for the Polish community
and for the size of our players,
a pure Polish Tree would be actually much, much better.
So, not long ago, I would say somewhere in 2017,
we finally got to a pretty good space where we decided,
"Okay, you know what… at least let's go outside with something."
So that's why we actually released Pudel.
Because we felt fully committed behind the Polish Tree.
But still, fairly speaking,
we still didn't have the Tier X that we would feel comfortable with.
But nowadays I can say we have actually a Tree
that we think is gonna definitely make the Polish community proud.
Why did development of the Polish Tech Tree take so long?
The biggest problem for us probably was the end,
the content at the end of the Tree.
We wanted to create at least one full line of vehicles
as we did for the Czechoslovakia Tree.
We had enough candidates for low tiers,
but we faced problems when we started searching
for vehicles for Tiers VIII, IX, X.
We wanted to make something that will go from the beginning till the end,
be consistent, be cohesive.
And so I would say it wasn't so much about the development itself,
it was much more about digging into archives,
going through all the documents, going through the real vehicles.
We were really going through every single combination.
And it doesn't look like it, but it takes ages
just to go through archives, go through museums, really gather all the materials.
In the meantime, we started to work on symbols for the Polish nation:
emblems, inscriptions, the flag, and crew.
Developers from Minsk discussed every step with the team in Paris.
We corrected spelling mistakes in inscriptions,
discussed the shade of red in the Polish flag, and picked emblems.
Few people know that the red in the Polish flag
changed several times over the last 100 years.
Even though we would love to actually be much faster,
it's unfortunately what takes the most time,
while we are developing the completely new lines of vehicles,
especially in case of something so important for us
as, for example, the Polish.
But I think the time that the players are waiting is gonna be worth it.
This year, the Italian Tech Tree
will be released earlier than the Polish Tech Tree.
Why will the Polish Tech Tree be released later?
For Italians, we actually had a little bit more materials,
and we were much closer actually to the Italian Tree from the get-go,
because there were lots of possible combinations.
It was more for us about polishing which ones we are gonna pick.
With Italians, we were pretty much set.
And it was much easier actually for us to go through it.
For the Polish, we had to actually spend a little bit more time in the archives
and digging into the data.
What vehicles will the Polish Tech Tree include
and how historically accurate will they be?
For the Polish, it's gonna be a combination.
At the beginning of the Tree, it's gonna be much more historically accurate.
There's gonna be the long-awaited K.S.U.S.T.
that the community was talking so much about.
At the end of the line, there are gonna be completely made-up things.
Of course, we are still using the materials from the archives.
So they have been at least thought through.
They were pitched by either universities or by some engineering groups in Poland.
But there are still actually things coming directly from the napkin.
Regarding the structure of the Tree, it's gonna be a combined Tree.
So it's gonna start with LTs, going to mediums,
and ending with some heavy tanks.
We considered several options.
One of them was to use Polish modifications of Soviet vehicles.
And part of the community was ready to accept such a decision
if this would have introduced the Polish Tech Tree earlier.
However, in the end, we gave up this option.
The game already has Soviet clones and such vehicles
would not be of interest to the wide European gaming community.
What is the current stage of development of the Polish Tech Tree?
For us right now, we are just about to actually hit the Supertest.
So we already have done the research,
we've done the first pass of modeling and some first balance touches.
Now we need actually the players and the Supertesters
to get their hands on it and give us feedback—how are we actually doing?
Is it good? Does it feel solid?
To get the data that supports that it works,
or it will tell us that we still have some work to do.
Plus as you may have actually noticed,
we've been already testing a new map, the Polish map "Studzianki".
For the Tech Trees, we are always trying to actually go up
together with the Premium or with the line, with a map from the region.
We decided for Studzianki because we felt like,
historically and for the Polish nation,
it's definitely some really important event during the Second World War.
We hope you will like the Polish tanks
and we look forward to your first comments on the vehicles
that will become available on the Supertest server.

What Is Saturated Fat? | BonVie Weight Loss Portland / Santa Monica - Duration: 2:25.
What is saturated fat? In our previous video on cholesterol I talked about how
not all fats were bad for us and that their real culprit regarding high
cholesterol food choices lies in saturated fat. That's a type of fat which
remains solid at room temperature like lard butter or coconut oil and is only
good for you in small quantities. Too much can raise your LDL bad cholesterol
which can lead to heart disease that's why you want to limit your saturated
fats to 10% of your total calories daily which means about 200 calories in a
2,000 calorie diet or 22 grams of saturated fat. For fun today I'm going to
lead you through a little quiz on which food choices have the highest saturated
fat. Here we go! Greek yogurt or ice cream? Yogurt at 6 grams versus 4 grams for ice
cream is the highest. Pay attention to serving size. Salmon or
chicken thigh? Although salmon is high in those good omega-3 fats, a chicken thigh
has more than three times the saturated fat of the salmon. Buffalo patty or beef?
Patty beef is higher but how about beef sirloin or 2% milk? 2% milk has double
the saturated fat compared to three ounces of top sirloin. A slice of cheese
pizza or 15 potato chips? Pizza - though still not a good reason to eat potato
chips. Glazed donut or avocado? thankfully the highest saturated fat lies in the
donut plus a lot of other garbage. A whole avocado though still has about 3
grams of saturated fat so don't overdo the healthy fat idea. Macadamia nuts or
pork tenderloin? Mac nuts, but are nuts supposed to be good for us?
Well, just a quarter cup of macadamia nuts has four times the saturated fat of
a full dinner portion of lean pork. Coconut milk or half and half? Coconut
milk. There's so much hype about coconut milk, coconut water, coconut anything, but
a cup of coconut milk has three times the saturated fat of a glass of
half-and-half. That coconut milk would be your full saturated fat allowance for
two days. Ok how about this one: cafe latte or french fries? Well the French
fries have 3 grams of saturated fat but the latte has even more: 7 grams for a
tall. And lots of us out there are ordering the grande size. At BonVie we
love to teach and pass along interesting and sometimes surprising health
information. For much more check out our YouTube videos and blogs, and press the

Customer Satisfaction Survey Best Practices - Duration: 6:50.
Hey, welcome back to the Six Figure Mastermind. Today we're going to talk
about customer satisfaction survey best practices what to do and what not to do.
Stay tuned.
So you want to know what your customer satisfaction rate is and now it's time
to send out a survey. An average company will lose 30% of their customer
base over the course of the year and they don't know why unless you send out
a survey. Customer satisfaction surveys or customer sat surveys is one of
the best ways to find out what's going on in your business.
Great surveys will create better business decisions for you which will in
turn create a much higher profit for your business short term and long term
and remember, don't sacrifice long term gains for short-term gains because
long-term gains are ensuring the longevity of your business so let's
really get started what makes a really great customer satisfaction survey. When
you're sending out a customer satisfaction survey, make sure you that
you have a rating scale. Now think about all the customer satisfaction surveys
you've ever taken. You've probably taken several of them if you ever go shopping
at a fast-food or a big chain store, you'll usually find that little QR code
on the bottom that says, hey, fill out the survey. Whoever filled one out,
you'll find a common thread through most of them. A common detail that you're
wanting to include in any customer satisfaction survey that you do is a
rating scale and now a rating scale is a 1 to 5 or a 1 to 10 scale that people
can fill in the little box like the bubble sheets back in high school, right.
I would avoid using a 10 button rating scale because simply that's just too
many buttons. I would think with a 1 to 5 rating scale
where one is, and make sure that you're including this in your customer surveys
okay, one is described as disagree or severely disagree and five is completely
agree. What are you using a scale that says agree to disagree or whatever you
decide to use make sure that it's actually on your survey so that
customers know what one means and what five means, make sure it says it right at
the top there so that their answers are accurate,
alright? So use a rating scale and use it for as many
as you possibly can. Now when it comes down to your actual questions on your
survey make, sure that they're short. You might get skewed answers if your
questions dragged on for too long so if you're asking for example what was your
experience like at this restaurant? You want to have a 1 to 5 rating scale and
if this is a great question to include at the beginning of your survey. When you
start your survey, start with an overall question. Overall,
what was your experience at this restaurant or with this coach or with
this product or with your purchase? Get an overall scale so that they are in the
mindset of their overall experience when they start off because if their overall
experience was positive, guess what, then their ratings on their scales and their
upcoming questions are also going to be overwhelmingly positive, overall
positive if their initial question was positive. So if you start with specifics,
that could kind of mess with the brain a little bit. You don't want to do that, you
want to start with the overall impression then all of those answers
will be more accurate as you go throughout. So the first thing is this,
start with an overall question, get the overall feedback. The second step is to
have a rating scale for your feedback. That 1 to 5, remember, avoid a 1 to 10,
it's just too long. Do just a 1 to 5 on your rating scale, describe what those 1
to 5 numbers really mean whether it's a gray or disagree or some other rating
scale that you're using, make sure you're descriptive in what that is. The third
part to remember in your customer satisfaction surveys is to keep your
questions short, keep them short, sweet and to the point and so they're very
clear and easy for your customers to respond to. Ask detail specific questions.
So if your customer had a transaction with you online, ask about the specific
transaction on the specific date. You had a transaction March 3rd 2018, overall, how
was your experience in that transaction? When you paid with your credit card in
that transaction, how easy do you feel the payment was? Remember you're doing
one to five rating scales on these. Get very specific detailed. If you have
a record of what products they purchased, ask details about that product. When you
received your Nikon camera model blah blah blah, what did you think about the user
experience with that camera? Was your camera delivered on time? Was it easy to
open? Was it easy to use? Did the packaging arrive safely? Ask very
specific questions pertaining to how your customer interacts with you. The
last thing you're going to want to remember is to ask essay questions
because sometimes your customers are going to want to share things with you
that aren't really covered in your detailed surveys so when you're asking
those essay questions, maybe your customer wants to share something
specific that happened to them if their packaging was ever damaged
or if they had some certain experience within an email transaction with one of
your customer service reps so make sure that you're including a spot at the end
for them to include an essay answer. Now don't say essay answered that word kind
of messes with people they think back to high school are like, oh, I have to think
of an essay so don't include that, just write "Please describe." or other or share
your experience right here. Also in your essay questions, make sure to add a
prompt that says "Share your testimonial." This is a bonus feature that a lot of
people don't include in their customer satisfaction surveys. I invite
them to share a testimonial not only without obviously gather testimonials
for you but it'll get your customer thinking in the mindset of what they did
like about your business so they can gather that and put that in your
customer satisfaction surveys so if you include all of those formats, include
your rating scale and make sure your questions are short and sweet and to the
point, make sure you're including essay questions, describe your rating scale. If you
have all of those elements in your customer satisfaction survey, you're
going to get great answers which remember, great answers determine great
business decisions which turns great profits. Hey, hope you enjoy that video, go

Are You Reading Nutrition Labels Correctly? - Duration: 9:48.
what's up fambam and welcome back to another video the objective of this
video is to better inform you guys about how to go about reading nutrition labels
producers want to make money and consumers like you and me may not know
about nutrition or how to go about properly reading nutrition labels this
leads to situations like in 2009 big companies like Kraft Kellogg and
Unilever created the smart choice program and put it on products such as
fruit loops and fudgsicles just to clarify fruit loops are made up
of 41% processed white sugar and they contain processed flour partially
hydrogenated vegetable oil and synthetic coloring chemicals
which just goes to show how much deception is really out there in the
food labeling industry if you have basic understanding of nutrition you are one
more likely to read nutrition labels and to are better equipped to recognize the
important information on a food label such as the protein or sugar content and
then make decisions that are more in line with your fitness goals
we're just goals in general for example if you know that you should be eating a
certain amount of protein a day to gain muscle you're more likely to pay
attention to the nutrition labels and you're gonna choose foods that are
higher in protein you're also more likely to ignore or at least not be as
deeply influenced by misleading marketing campaigns that claim things
such as low calorie food or 0% fat but contain vast amounts of sugar yes yo
please original yogurt really does contain 26 grams of sugar per pot which
already exceeds the American National Heart Association's daily recommended
intake of sugar by 6 grams if you want to know more about the basics of
nutrition you couldn't go ahead and navigate over to my main channel and
click on my playlist trilha teaches ok so once you know the basics of nutrition
deciphering and nutrition labels is a whole other ballgame now one of my
favorite quotes is real food doesn't have ingredients or real food is
ingredients I think that was by Jamie Oliver I'm not sure for this reason if
it takes you longer than five minutes to read the ingredients list it's too long
something wrong with a few preservatives but if not the ingredients list is
things like stabilizers additives eeen umbers and things you can't even
pronounce I would recommend giving it a Miss if we take Heinz beans for example
we all know my obsession with Heinz beans I even have a video where you can
use these beans do entire workout click here the ingredients list looks like
this here we go I'm gonna do a zoomed in image of this right here
so you guys can see this clearly it's important to know that the ingredients
higher up on the list make up a greater proportion of the foods so for example
we see beans is the first ingredient making up
51% then we have tomatoes at 34% we have water as a third ingredient then
we have sugar as the fourth ingredient then we have I sorry this labels in
Spanish people wanna know if I can translate all those alcohol vinegar okay
we're just gonna stop there so sugar is the fourth ingredient on this list which
means that a relatively large proportion of the food contains sugar which we can
verify by looking over at that percentage recommended intake column
which has sugar sitting at 11% and we also see the grams of sugar for half a
can of beans or nine point eight grams so basically the percentage recommended
daily intake is just a very rough estimate and I wouldn't prioritize that
when reading nutrition labels what's really important is actual numerical
information in the labels so for example the UK recommended daily intake of
protein is extremely low for people trying to build muscle and they have it
set at 50 grams a day cue me fainting so in the UK and in Europe in general food
labels look like this this means that if I'm in England and I'm trying to compare
the nutritional content for two different brands of bread it's pretty
freakin easy since both brands have the nutritional content labeled for 100
grams of the product I just simply look below the area where it says 100 grams
contains and look at the number next to kcal unfortunately the US doesn't have
this genius system so it can be more difficult to differentiate the
difference in calories if we look at the baked beans tin label for example we
will see that there are two servings per tin it's important to read this and
understand this so we don't get fooled if we look on the front of product we
see that a tin is 414 grams so we get the calories for the entire tin by
multiplying 78 times four point one four if we look at the fats per half 10 we
see that the fats are 0.4 grams what does this mean for you well that really
depends on if you follow a certain diet and your goals I'm gonna speak for
myself because I don't know your goals or diets but as you guys
know I follow a flexible dieting approach to eating which means that
every day I have a certain quota of fats proteins and carbohydrates to hit I do
this to ensure I'm getting the right amount of fats carbohydrates and protein
in order to fuel my body and make optimal muscle gains okay so if I eat
half a tin of baked beans I'd be in 0.4 grams of fat which is contributing 0.4
grams to my 60 gram daily quota of fats aka basically nothing if we move down
and look at the carbohydrate section we see twenty five point nine grams coming
from carbs with this number being a further broken down into nine point
eight grams of sugar now it's important to think about where these sugars are
coming from now some of them may be naturally occurring sugars which are
found in tomatoes because tomatoes is the second ingredient on the ingredients
list but there's a high probability that a significant portion of the sugar
content does come from added sugar as sugar is the fourth ingredient on the
ingredients list which we saw earlier fun fact nutrition labels in the US will
be changing in 2018 they might have already changed I don't know I'm not
there but they're gonna be changing to show underneath the total sugar line
they're gonna have a nine which is gonna specify how much of that total sugar
comes from added sugars like this picture how way you can make better
decisions when it comes to evaluating how much added sugar you're consuming if
the food is very high in carbs but low in dietary fiber even though the carbs
are not labeled as sugar they're essentially processed very similarly in
the body I'm not gonna cover the difference between simple carbs and
complex carbs here but as a rule of thumb complex carbs are preferable
because they contain more fiber and nutrients and will obviously keep you
satiated for longer if you're an active person simple carbs are best utilized
right after your workouts such as resistance training though the next line
of the label is fiber which sits at 7.7 grams per half can
dietary fiber helps with digestion it helps with regulating your bowel
movements keeps you satiated for longer and it also improves your ability to
control your blood sugar levels in addition to a whole host of other
benefits if you're eating whole foods such as oats rice you know beans fruits
legumes I wouldn't worry too much about this you're most likely getting enough
fiber in your diet buffer if you eat a diet high in processed foods it's worth
checking the nutrition labels to make sure you're getting at least 20 grams a
day next up we have my favorite macronutrient and probably the most
important and if you subscribe to my channel you know how much I love this
macronutrient which is protein sitting at nine point seven grams protein is
extremely important as it not only promotes lean muscle tissue but also
keeps you satiated for longer as well like I mentioned earlier if my daily
quota is a hundred and sixty eight grams of protein and I eat this half ton of
baked beans with nine point eight grams of proteins I still have one hundred and
fifty eight point three grams left to eat knowing how much protein you should
eat daily to reach your fitness goals is important to keep in mind when reading
nutrition labels and making food choices then lastly we have salt sitting at one
point two grams this may not seem like much but if we look over at the percent
recommended daily intake column we see that it's quite significant making up
21% of our recommended daily you know Rock intake of salt now what do you eat
the Holton you're at roughly 42 percent of your recommended daily intake of salt
which is almost half in only one food what does this mean well a diet overly
high in salt can lead to high blood pressure but you can lead to heart
disease and even extra water retention in the body which can make you feel like
you're gaining weight and can kind of give you that bloated appearance and
that's it we've covered all of the basics on reading nutrition labels I
hope that this helps you guys to clarify things a little bit if you were confused
before watching this and as always give this video a thumbs
up if you liked it go ahead and subscribe to my channel
but don't only subscribe click on the doll and make sure it rings and I'll see
you in the next video peace I'm heating up give me what you

Masters 2018: Jordan Spieth skims ball off water in best golf shot you'll EVER see - VIDEO - Duration: 3:20.
Masters 2018: Jordan Spieth skims ball off water in best golf shot you'll EVER see - VIDEO
Spieth was practising ahead of the Masters on Monday when he pulled off the miracle shot in front of hundreds of fans on the 16th hole. A routine approach shot was easy enough but the American had other ideas.
He struck his iron shot low and hard, sending the ball skimming across the water five times before rolling on to the green.
Spieths stunning shot then got even better as the ball rolled across the green and landed six feet from the flag. The moment left golf fans stunned as they lauded the favourite on Twitter.
One wrote "how the hell do you do that??" while another joked "I've done that before.just not on purpose". "The fact that this man did this on purpose and still put it on the flag is insane.
J Spieth so cold," wrote another.
While a fellow golf nut tweeted: How in Gods name did he do that lol! Now thats clutch Jordan!" Spieth is the favourite to win at Augusta for a second time with Rory McIlroy second with the bookies to complete the Grand Slam.
But Tiger Woods will look to have some say in who wins in his first appearance at the tournament for three years.
The American has come back from a host of injury and off-course issues better than most expected this year, recording back-to-back top-five finishes in his last two outings.
Sky Sports golf expert Robert Lee believes Woods winning today would be one of the greatest sporting comebacks. And he has warned the world's best players they could witness Woods at his best.
"On the cusp of one of the best sporting comebacks in sporting history if Tiger was to win here this week," Lee told Sky Sports. "The simple answer, the flat answer, is yes he can win here this week.
"Historically, he's had periods of his life where he's had injuries and come to Augusta with big gaps, no warm ups and finished fourth, third, he's ran close even though he's had no build-up at all.
"This time he's had build up, he's fit, he's healthy, his back's holding up, he can hit it as hard as he wants and he comes to a golf course with his four wins here, four green jackets and probably knows how to do it better than anybody else in the field.
"And of course the young bucks, all the young ones we're making a big noise about now in the world of golf, they've never really experienced Tiger when he's on it. "We just might see that happen this week.".
