Waching daily Jun 30 2018

hello and welcome to another episode of jaws 19 if you like what you see no

please don't forget to subscribe now when we talk about horror movies we all

think of our favorite villains don't we but it's a classic black and whites of

Dracula and the mummy and The Wolfman through to the lurid hammer horrors of

the 60s and 70s right onto the Alikhan tonight is flashes like raining and

chugging and Jason Bogar favorite movie monsters what we're talking about and

all the more scary group of monsters today those that you could see our first

film rejuvenated the found-footage genre and virtually invented the idea of viral

marketing in 1999 The Blair Witch Project proved that cinema could once

again be scary it was presented as genuine recovered footage from the video

cameras of the three missing teenagers the actors were deliberately de-stress

and disoriented by the directors and much of their dialogue and reactions

were improvised on the spot

paranormal activity was released in 2007 and shares many similarities with the

Blair Witch Project it was presented as fan footage and the principal actors

were only given outlines to work to rather than finish scripts and like the

Blair Witch Project it was hugely profitable it's the story of a young and

happy couple Katie and Mika whose lives are disrupted and ultimately destroyed

by an unseen malevolent force in their house now makers initially fascinated by

the events and set some video cameras and uses a Ouija board at one point but

Katie becomes more and more unravels in beds unfold on the face of it to

thousands final destination behaves like a traditional horror film with a roster

of teenagers whose headcount has gradually reduced one by one our heroes

are set to board a flight to France for a school trip when Alex is petrified by

a premonition that had all died in a horrible explosion they missed their

flight only to see Alex's vision come horribly true so what sets this film

apart for me is the inventiveness with which the different victims are

dispatched every innocent household item or mundane situation is imbued with evil

intentions as we look around the screen to see what means death for the next

in 2014 it follows gave us a new and interesting take on the movie why's that

a young woman is pursued by an unknown supernatural force after a sexual

encounter in a car she soon discovers that it has been passed on to a lack of

virus and that she must herself pass it on

we'll catch and kill her now we never really see what form it takes it shows

up as different things to different people throughout the film what makes it

particularly effective is that it doesn't chase or pursue it just plugs

and plots and takes all the time that it needs our final film probably has more

theories books and documentaries about it than any other horror in 1980 Stanley

Kubrick gave us his adaptation of Stephen King's of The Shining

I'm in a career-defining performance Jack Nicholson plays writer Jack

Torrance it takes a job to look after the remote Overlook Hotel through a

harsh winter now without any explicit explanation Jack's mental state begins

to deteriorate as time goes on and weather worsens with the isolation

causes breakdown was it possessed by the spirits of previous occupants all we

know is that Jack is murderously intent on slaying Danny and Wendy as it pursues

them through the corridors of the hotel

Ashwagandha Farm and Processing - Duration: 3:24.

Hey it's Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs and I want to welcome you

to one of our two Ashwagandha farms. We really stand behind the quality and our

commitment to that quality with the different herbs that we bring for

ourselves and of course for you, your health and your performance. And so we

want to take you behind the scenes, show you a little bit about the farming, show

you a little bit about the process that goes into our Ashwagandha Tincture. So I

want to welcome Jeff the man that's behind the Ashwagandha farm. We grow

Ashwagandha to help people find peace, grounding, calm, focus and deep

restorative sleep. We start our Ashwagandha from seed in

late winter. Now it's early June and we're transplanting the Ashwagandha into the

earth. We grow using biodynamic practices. It's an approach that uses natural

forces to balance nature to achieve the most nutrient-dense and potent plants

that nature can provide. Welcome to our farm in Madras. We have a farm in Madras

and farm in Corbett. We grow lots of Ashwagandha. We'll harvest in September

and immediately upon harvest, process the fresh Ashwagandha root. Fresh Ashwagandha

is more potent, more vibrant and more bioactive. We chop up our roots and soak

them in 40% alcohol and let them masterate three months to a year. As a part

of our Spagyric finishing, we burned the Ashwagandha mark, extract the salts and

recombine them in order to create potent vibrant and alive

tincture. I've been growing Ashwagandha for nine years in Oregon. Every year I

grow Ashwagandha, the Ashwagandha tells me hey Jeff you're not growing enough of me.

So each year I grow more because I see the need for Ashwagandha in our

community and our planet. I've been growing many plants for many years and

of all the plants, Ashwagandha has had the most impact on the most people.

There's an epidemic of stress, fatigue, anxiety and trauma in our culture and

Ashwagandha is the best plant that I know that can help bring peace and

healing back to humans. Alright Jeff I just want to

say thank you so much for growing the Ashwagandha making these amazing

tincture and helping introduce the world to Ashwagandha.

Thanks man! Thank you Logan. I hope you've enjoyed this video,

learned a little bit about Ashwagandha and the Spagyric Tincturing process

that we go through to bring this amazing plant to you to help support your health

and performance. We're just getting started over here at Lost Empire Herbs

along with our many partners. We're gonna be doing a lot more videos like this

showing you behind the scenes. Showing you the commitment, the quality and

everything that we do in order to help you achieve the best health you possibly

can. If you're not watching this on LostEmpireHerbs.com, head on over there. You

can find a whole lot more information about Ashwagandha, the scientific

research behind it, more on the benefits and of course pick up a ball or more of

this as well as many other great herbs we have available.

Cheers? Cheers!

Know Why You Should Make Your Own Dishwashing Detergent - Duration: 3:01.

For many people, the time to do the dishes is one of the worst of the day.

Although it is a monotonous task, the products that we use to wash the dishes deserve our

attention.

Many of the detergents sold in supermarkets for this purpose have several substances

which can do harm to our health.

These products contain dyes, fragrances, formaldehyde, methanol and other chemicals

can mess up your hormones, cause problems to organs such as the liver and even cause cancer.

Even if these toxic substances are in few quantities, every time we wash

the dishes with one of these detergents, always some residue.

The residue can accumulate in the dishes at each wash even if you rinse well.

Knowing this, how about looking for an alternative safer not only for your health but also

for the environment?

And the best, besides being a great alternative for traditional products to wash the

dishwasher, this natural detergent is very to do.

One of the ingredients present in formula is the borax.

Borax is a natural mineral, widely used in the manufacture of cleaning products for

the home, since it is not harmful to environment and its properties allow

remove various types of dirt.

Now that you know a little bit about the recipe, see how to do it:

Ingredients

1 cup and 3/4 of water; 1 tablespoon of grated bar soap

(if possible, a handmade coconut); 1 tablespoon borax;

15 to 20 drops of essential oil (can be any; sells in product stores

natural).

How to make

Boil the water and add the soap to the bar graft and borax.

Mix until the soap is melted.

Add essential oil.

Let the mixture cool for 6 to 8 hours.

Stir from time to time.

When cool, put in a bottle.

And your natural detergent is ready!

Try and tell us what you think of this tip...
