People always suggest you to avoid narcissistic, but how do you know if you're actually having

a relationship with narcissist?

Or, how do you sure that you are not the narcissist?

Indeed, narcissists are the biggest problem of human kind, especially when it comes to

relationship.

One you enter a deep relationship with a narcissist, you'll definitely face the most difficult

things to understand in life, it's hard to understand how someone who professes to love

you can then go on to abuse you.

In case of narcissist, it's pretty common actually.

There are several reminders that you should note if you ever have a relationship with

a narcissist.

At least, this will help you from being trapped in the narcissistic world.

And remember, if you get these 4 signs in your relationship, it's possible that you

actually experiencing a narcissistic abuse instead of love.

#1 - True relationship

A true relationship is actually between your mind and your reality.

However, narcissistic are frequently confused between both aspects.

Narcissists often miss a relationship with "self" and a higher power.

They're fragile on the inside, so they look for a cure on the outside and flit aimlessly

about from one to another gathering up attention and approval.

They use this opportunity to create an image of themselves as worthy as possible and ultimately

to receive applause, approval and validation from other people.

Thus, they actually cannot have a connection which leads to blurred reality.

If there is even no relationship between them, it is practically difficult to engage with

other people.

That is why narcissists usually generate hate.

In a short notice, you cannot have a relationship with someone who is wearing a mask, which

is the more reason you can't have a true relationship with them.

#2 - Opportunistic

It is fine to take opportunity for the better.

However, it is not fine when it means taking over someone's pride by humiliating and

degrading it.

Narcissists use some tactics to take advantage of other people.

Indeed, they will be using other people as their object for their leap.

It is absolutely bad habit, and it usually makes you feel guilty, wrong, and desperate

at the same time.

So, the idea of narcissists entering into some relationships is not the same with our

ideas about Love, which is all about one's readiness or preparedness, level of responsibility

sharing, equality, suitability, fairness, partnership, and more, at least that is a

neuro-typical people think about love.

Instead, narcissists are very underhanded, myopic and opportunistic.

For them, you are either a possible source of positive supply (which they favored and

pursued), or you are a negative supply (which they regarded as incapable and will be passed

over).

#3 - Impossible to compromise

The narcissists are always trying to put you in a defenseless state, and they always get

their way.

In any kind of conflict, they only seek winning the argument.

Thus, it ensures them to own the power within the relationship.

Moreover, the partner will not get what they should.

Love becomes a struggle that is rare to obtain.

It is like everything you do is useless and connection or love will never be established

with this kind of person.

By having a relationship with narcissist, you don't get the mutual feelings that come

from team work, compromise and reciprocal love.

In any case, love shouldn't be such a struggle, but because the narcissist's always about

me and me, the love becomes one sided and one power struggle, they lack of compromise

after another.

#4 - No honesty

The delusional world that narcissists create is somewhat well-established.

It is due to the fact that they are struggling to create a world with them as central of

attention.

Moreover, they also create lies to make people look bad to others.

How can we love someone who lives with lies every time they say something?

Though they may be saying something nice, it is actually designed to create delusional

world which makes other people suffer.

Well, those are some of the signs that you're experiencing a narcissistic abuse instead

of love.

Median Nerve Glides or Nerve Flossing - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 6:01.

hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some median nerve

glides and stretches. so let's get started.

So with median nerve glides, some people also

call it nerve flossing. some at the end I actually call stretches because you are

stretching that nerve just a little bit. you're you're flossing it or gliding it,

but some people have a little controversy. are you actually stretching

it or gliding it. I'm gonna call it both. we're gonna start off with some really

simple ones that are actually the gliding, where you're gliding the nerve,

and then we're going to get a little bit more where you're gonna feel it a little

bit more which might become a stretch. anytime you're working with an nerve, if

you're flossing it, gliding it, or stretching it, you don't want to do a lot.

I would say only do 10 maybe even if you're doing all of these in a row, just

do five of each cause if you do too many, you're just gonna flare up that nerve

even more. so this one is not do a whole lot, just do a little bit and see how you

feel because you can irritate that nerve even more. so the first one I'm

gonna break it down into a couple steps because it's a whole lot put together,

and so I'm just gonna start it. you can follow along with me and then we'll do

the full one afterwards. so you're just gonna kind of have your hand up with

your palm and a closed position with your thumb out in front. so your elbow

doesn't have to be all the way up, but you do want it out to the side. once you

get into this position, you're gonna open everything up. so you're your wrists and

your hands are kind of in that neutral position. fingers as straight as you can

get them. then you're going to kind of take your thumb out almost like you're

pointing at yourself with your thumb, you're giving yourself a thumbs up, and

then after that you're just gonna bend it back, almost like you're holding a

tray, if you were a server. once you get that, you're probably going to feel it

just a little bit, and then you're gonna turn it around like you're going to put

the tray down. and then after you get it into this position still with your

fingers straight and your wrists extended you're going to straighten out

your arm like you're putting that whole tray down on to the table. so you want to

do that at a smooth motion that's just kind of breaking it down to make it a

little bit easier for you. so this with then open up, thumb out,

wrist back, turn it around, and open up.

so again just do maybe four or five of these because we're going to go into

some other ones. so that's just kind of getting it going, getting it flossing or

gliding a little bit. the next one is you're gonna have your elbow up a little

bit higher this time. so you're gonna start with your palm facing you and then

you're gonna open it up kind of like you're holding that tray again. sometimes

even this motion you're gonna feel it in that nerve a little bit, but if you are

going out and you feel like your fingers are curling up like that. that's just

because it's really tight and don't try and force it. you want your fingers to

stay straight the whole time, so if you can only go to there, that's okay, that's

where I want you to go. if you can go further that's great, but again keep

those fingers straight. imagine that there is a string tied to your wrist and

your head, and as you straighten out your hand, your head goes with it. and then as

you come back up, your head comes back up. now I'm turned just a little bit towards

the camera. you want your head to be straight. so as you go, that you're kind

of follows it goes down with the head and then you come back up.

so again just start off with like five of these especially if you're going

through all of them with me. so then the next one again getting into being a

little bit more, you're going to feel a little bit more of a stretch feeling in

that nerve. you're gonna put your hand with your palm forward a little bit less

than forty-five. so forty-five would probably be a about right here, just kind

of down almost like you're pointing towards the floor, but not all the way

down towards the floor. try and keep those fingers straight again and now

just kind of push down on your shoulder. this is just kind of setting it in place.

a lot of times with that nerve pain, people kind of hunched up like that, you

want to kind of push it down and keep it in that neutral position. and so as you

hold it here just at your wrist, you're going to keep those fingers straight and

then pull them backwards and come back in. so you're keeping your head in the

same spot for this one. you're just going back you should feel that little bit of

a pull and then come back in. so again maybe just five. if you're just doing one

stretch at a time or one nerve glide at a time, you can do ten but I wouldn't do

more than. and then the final one is kind of what I

say going into the stretch. you're going to feel a little bit more. you're kind of

going in different directions versus when you're gliding or flossing you're

kind of moving stuff in the same direction. so this time you're going to

put your hand all the way out almost at the 90 degree level. so it doesn't have

to be all the way up there, but pretty close. your palm is going to be facing

upwards and then you're gonna take your head and turn it away and you might

even feel something right there ,and then if you're just feeling a little bit, then

take your ear and pull it up towards the ceiling. so turning your head away from

the hand, and then you're ear up towards the ceiling. so I can actually already feel

that just a little bit, but if you want a little bit more to get that stretch /

glide in there at your wrist, just put your hand down words like that. and then

come back up. so you don't have to hold it, you're just kind of doing a

continuous motion. but again if you feel like your fingers are curling up as you

go down, that means you just have too much tension on there and you're

probably not ready for this one. so if you're doing this one, I wouldn't

do the others. I would start off with the ones in the beginning because those are

going to be more of those glides. a little bit less tension, and then as it

feels better you can work your way up. so those were your median nerve glides,

flossing, or stretches. remember just do about 10. if you're doing all of them

just do about five of each because you really don't want to irritate that nerve.

if you'd like to help support my channel, make sure and click on the link up here,

make that nerve mad), have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

We Explore the 12th-century Ruins of Coity Castle - Duration: 4:54.

Both: Hello people of the internet!

Ian: And welcome to yet another something Vloggy castles excursion exciting thingy whatnot!

Ian: We are on our way to - where are we going Joey?

Jo: We are going to Coity Castle!

Ian: Woohoo!

Jo: I don't how this became a thing.

Jo: We will see you...

... now!

Jo: So as you can probably hear this castle is right in the middle of a town.

Jo: Cue alarms, cars, all sorts of things things.

The entrance we thought we were supposed to go through was a dead end because the gate was locked, ...

... but there is another way in, ...

... it closes at 4:00, ...

... and it is absolutely stunning.

Jo: It's a really impressive structure of a series of ruins.

Jo: Bits of wall, not entire walls, bits of wall just kind of littered around everywhere.

Jo: And what's left is quite spectacular, it's like nature knew which bits to erode ...

... and left just a little masterpiece in the middle of a town.

Ian: Well this is one of the more impressive castles. ...

... Certainly the most impressive castle we've been to today.

Ian: There's a lot of greenery around it because it's all hedged in ...

... and it's very pretty and what-have-you.

Ian: But there's the constant noise cars going past.

Ian: It's worth a visit though because there's lots and lots to see, there's lots of it left.

Ian: But the constant noise of the town is a little odd.

Ian: But either way that's quite impressive do you think?

Ian: I'm impressed.

Jo: This is the way that you come in across the moat from the east gate, ...

... the way we actually came in was the West Gate.

Jo: There seems to be an awful lot of things nesting in the crenellations like rooks, and crows, and pigeons.

Jo: As with lot of old buildings are an awful lot of nooks and crannies for animals to nest in I guess.

Jo: Trying to find another word for nest and failed.

Ian: Coity castle, as many castles do, began life as a simple ring work, ...

... which is a roughly circular fortification comprised of a ditch and a bank.

Ian: The ring work dates to around the 11th century.

Ian: It wasn't until the 12th century, ...

... when those pesky castle building Normans came along, that the stone structure was built.

Ian: It was built by Sir Payn, "The Demon" de Turberville, ...

... who was one of the fabled 12 Knights of Glamorgan.

Ian: A rectangular stone keep and the main curtain wall ...

... were added in the 12th century, ...

... and in the 14th century this gatehouse was made suitable for living in.

Ian: And much of the castle was restructured, hence this octagonal pier, ...

... the remains of a vaulted ceiling.

Ian: Parts of the castle were rebuilt following an unsuccessful siege by Owain Glyn Dŵr in 1404 to 1405.

Jo: Although this castle doesn't have an up it does have lots of staircases that lead to nowhere.

Jo: You can't go up them, well you can start to, but there's no point

because they're just bricked off or are dead end stairs.

Jo: But it does have a moat.

Jo: It's not full, but it's a moat nonetheless.

Jo: I'm not even gonna try to climb down into it because it's really steep, ...

... I wouldn't get back out on it I don't think very easily.

Jo: I'd go down with a thump.

Jo: Down in the moat there appears to be a bridge it looks like quite interesting brick work.

Ian: Coity castle is great for families, it's great for kids to come and explore what's in the middle of the town.

Ian: It sort of loses some of their romance because of all the all the noise I think, ...

... but, it's still quite impressive so it's still definitely worth coming and having a look at.

Ian: This is us done with Coity Castle.

Ian: Yes, we are we're done with it aren't we?

Jo: (flippantly says) Yes, we are completely finished with this place, never coming back again!

Ian: But either way, it's a lovely castle. impressions of Coity castle?

Jo: Impressions of Coity Castle - it is sprawling, vast, impressive, noisy...

but it gets quite a nice little place for the community to come in just lounge.

Jo: It's a good green space.

Ian: Yep, there are people having picnics and all that sort of stuff. and it's good for

Jo: And it's good for the wildlife because they are an awful lot of birds nesting in varieties like ...

... pigeons, and sparrows, and

Ian: Blackbirds.

Jo: Singing in the dead of day.

Ian: So we're now heading off to Ogmore Castle, which is another castle.

Jo: All the information you get you get from that.

Jo: We're not telling you too much, no. You've got to wait until we get there.

Ian: If you don't want to miss that, and you haven't already, please click the subscribe button, ...

... and then if you want to get notifications click the little bell

Both: to give it some ears!

Ian: TTFN!

Jo: See you next time!

Design The Shoes Right On Your Feet With Nike By You | You Have To See This - Duration: 3:27.

- Be careful of that step.

- This is like the bridge of the Enterprise or something.

- Keep an eye on your feet.

There you go. - Whoa.

At this nondescript building in the middle of SoHo,

Nike is experimenting with the future of shoes.

But what exactly are they doing?

I don't know; let's find out.

I'm Mark Wilson, and you have to see this.

(fast, driving music)

Where am I?

What is this space?

- This is 45 Grand, and this is Nike By You.

- I get to make shoes, right?

- You are a creative collaborator in making shoes, yes.

- This is actually an innovation lab.

- Correct, we are bringing you into a little bit

of the behind-the-scenes,

trying out some different things,

and learning from it.

- You go into most retail experiences,

and it feels like the store is trying to serve me,

Right? - Yep.

- And it's kind of a one-way street, I guess.

This sounds like it's more of a two-way street.

- Absolutely two-way.

That's how we learn, and we do a better job

when we communicate and collaborate

and find out how things go.

- Will we see any of this, maybe, in the future?

At, like, a Nike store?

- Retail, maybe one of those ways,

you may see this come to life,

but it has a lot of broad capabilities and applications.

Keep an eye on your feet!

There you go. - Whoa.

- Now you get to drive the room,

so say, "smaller."

- [Mark W.] Oh, I actually--

- [Mark S.] Say, "smaller."

- [Mark W.] Smaller.

- [Mark S.] There you go, and then say, "larger."

- [Mark W.] Larger.

- [Mark S.] Now you're controlling the room, okay?

- [Mark W.] Whoa!

- Now you get to say larger, smaller,

you get to explore colors, you get to--

- I can say any of these right now?

- [Mark S.] Please do.

- [Mark W.] Pink with white.

- [Mark S.] Pink with white, there you go.

- It says hamburger.

- [Mark S.] Hamburger, okay, take a look at your feet.

There's hamburger.

- [Mark W.] Whoa, hamburger!

Yes, this is it.

Can we just kind of shift through a bunch?

Perfect.

- [Mark S.] The teal and black.

- [Mark W.] I like the teal and black.

- [Mark S.] Teal and black is a good one.

- All right, keep going.

I guess it left its, yeah, that's what,

you read my mind, magic mirror.

Which is better?

(upbeat music)

This is, like, crazy.

It's like I'm trying on more than 1,000 pairs of shoes,

without actually taking anything off.

I really like the black and white

and the white and blacks.

- [Mark S.] Let's do that.

- I think the hamburgers are the win.

When you see me just leap,

flying through the air in the hamburgers,

that's when I knew.

- That's when you know it's right.

- That's when I knew.

- Great, cool, you wanna say goodbye to those for now,

and then we'll start the clock--

- [Mark W.] Say goodbye, yep.

- [Mark S.] And we'll send them to makers.

- [Mark W.] Start the clock.

- [Mark S.] Come on in, Mark.

Here are your shoes - Whoa!

- in a record 43 minutes.

- They look fantastic.

It's just kinda wild to, like,

to design these digitally and,

having seen them on my feet,

they felt real but they also, like,

my mind knew they weren't real.

There's that gap between

this is fun I'm having,

and this is like a real shoe I'm gonna walk out with.

- [Mark S.] Absolutely.

- And to see that closed is just a little bit mind bending.

You guys, if you want, you can use this design.

You can sell them to everybody.

- That's on camera.

- If LeBron wants to wear them, I mean, whatever.

It's cool, LeBron. - Super.

- You know, I've designed shoes,

and Nike I.D.; I've designed custom Converse.

What's different about this experience

is that you actually see the shoe

in real time on your foot,

and that makes a world of difference.

You feel like you're seeing what you're getting,

and you're designing that in real time.

You know, it's hard to imagine this experience

at your average Foot Locker,

but could I see it at a Niketown,

you know, at a Nike flagship at some special event?

Absolutely.

How to KEEP Your Girlfriend! | 5 Ways to Make Her LOVE YOU! - Duration: 5:24.

So you've been watching my videos for a while and you've actually gone out and used

my advice to get yourself a girlfriend, or two, or even three, if you're this guy

First of all.

Congratufuckinglations.

Because, so many guys watch hundreds of youtube videos on how to pickup girls, how to get

a girlfriend, how to become a sex god, and yet they NEVER even try to use the advice.

I mean, like what the fuck?

What's the point of watching all these videos and taking someone's advice, but never ACTUALLY

using it.

You might as well watch NOTHING and quit wasting your time, if you're not gonna be an action

taker and actually DO something about it.

Ok ok, rant over.

But now that you went out and actually did something, which like I said, kudos to you,

I'm gonna teach you how to keep the relationship strong and make sure your girlfriend STAYS

into you.

#1 Keep doing what you did to get her.

If a girl likes you because you're confident, goal-driven, and a lot of fun to be around,

then you suddenly stop doing all those things once you start dating, then she's gonna

stop liking you.

It's simple.

It's like if you go try a sample of a cologne and you're like holy fuck this shit is awesome,

then you get the whole bottle and then it ends up smelling like shit.

You'd be fucking pissed right?

Hell, I know I would be.

I'd be like what the fuck kind of false advertising is this?

I'd get my receipt and return that bitch immediately.

This is why it's important to be real and upfront with a girl from the start, instead

of pretending like you're somebody else because she'll eventually find out and it'll

just end up being a waste of everyone's time.

You still have to be the confident, high status guy that you were when you tried getting her.

It's like I've said in previous videos: If you're a loser and you get a girlfriend,

you're still just a loser with a girlfriend.

#2 Be confident, and more importantly STAY confident.

Brooooo, she's your girlfriend.

She likes you.

She wants to be with you.

She calls you her boyfriend.

She is in a relationship with you because YOU are the ONLY guy she wants to be with.

See what I did there?

It's called LOGIC!

So use that knowledge and be confident in yourself and your ability to satisfy her in

your relationship.

If you're constantly insecure and seeking her reassurance in the relationship, then

it's gonna turn her off and actually make her like you less.

You need to keep in mind the fact that she started to like you because you are confident

and you are able to be the ideal guy she wants to be with, because if you weren't then

she'd just leave you!

DUH.

#3 Be somebody that she WANTS to be with.

If you're Based like me, then you can get any girl you want, and the girls you're

with know that so they value you higher.

This is why really successful guys get the hottest girls.

They have a high perceived value, which makes women want them because of that perceived

value.

You can elevate your value by being confident, being a fun guy to hang out with, being successful

at school, work, in your life in general and by also having a really killer style.

This is also another reason why stylish guys always get more girls.

It's because their style elevates their status and makes people want to be around

them.

A really easy way to elevate your style is to wear a watch, and if you're looking for

classic designs that are simple, yet sleek, then I suggest checking out our partner MVMT.

They sell super clean, minimalistic watches at ridiculously affordable prices.

These watches are a subtle, yet dope way to signal to people that you're fashionable

and pay attention to details, because these watches are minimal and timeless.

My favorites are the gunmetal sandstone, the white caramel, the revolver bronze age.

These watches start at under $100 bucks and if you use my link and code, you get an additional

10% off.

I'll have them linked below for you to check out and make sure you're dressing like someone

your girl wants to be with.

#4 Relax.

You've already done the hard part which is getting the girl.

Now that she's your girlfriend you can relax and take the relationship in whatever direction

you'd like because you guys already know each other well and are really comfortable

with one another.

If she's your girlfriend, you should not be overthinking your interactions or constantly

trying to make sure she's still into you because then you'll come off as really insecure.

Besides, having a girlfriend and being in a relationship should be fun, NOT stressful.

Which brings me to my next point.

At the end of the day, don't overthink this shit.

You did all the hard work in getting her so just keep being the badass Basedlympian that

you are, and she'll be coming back to you for more and more.

#5 Don't overreact.

Don't overreact to little petty shit, don't take things too seriously, be fun and playful,

and more importantly, enjoy your time with her because that's the reason you chose

her to be your girlfriend in the first place.

The main thing is just keeping a sharp mindset after you and the girl become a couple.

Lot of guys start acting like pussies around their new girlfriends for some reason and

that's why a lot of teenage relationships end so fast.

Don't get carried away by your emotions, stay on top, focus on getting better every

day and just stay Based as fuck and there's no way any girl would ever want to leave you.

In summary:

- Do what you did to get her - Stay confident

- Be someone she wants to be with - Relax

- Don't overreact

And don't forget the MVMT - dope watches that you and her will both love.

10% off link in description.

Just You Weight - Daily Vlog - Creating a 5 Minute Habit - Duration: 7:23.

Hey everybody!

It is Rene with Just You Weight.

Today's video I didn't want to talk about how things are going for me yet because it's

only the third day, and things are going great so far.

So that's as much as I need to talk about that.

I wanted to talk about something that I've been wanting to do for a while, but like most

of us, have found an excuse not to do.

And that is simply creating a new habit in just 5 minutes a day.

It's just a good way to train yourself to do something without feeling like you need

to cut a big chunk of your day out of it.

My 5 minute habit, that's I'm gonna start working on and recording every day.

It's not workout related so it might seem a little strange to put it on my fitness channel.

But I've always wanted to be able to start a fire by hand.

Using what's called I think the 'hand drill' or the 'hand roll' method.

Basically using a stick and a board and creating an ember and then what's called a 'bird's

nest' with a bunch of dead leaves and twigs and whatever.

It's a weird thing, it's a survival thing.

It would give me some kind of strange peace of mind knowing that I had the ability to

do it.

So I'm going to spend 5 minutes every day practicing it.

And today I'm going to start documenting that.

The first 5 minutes that I'm going to spend is actually just looking around our yard at

home for an appropriate stick, proper thickness, length, all of this other stuff that you probably

don't care about, but I also wanted to document it just like I am documenting my fitness journey

so that you can see that it's possible to, you know, build a new skill or habit doing

really whatever you want and just carving out 5 minutes per day for yourself.

And for that skill.

I think it's important to develop new skills and new habits especially just for 5 minutes

a day, mainly because it teaches you to make time for yourself and to make time for the

things that you really wanna do, which is just gonna be...

I mean I think it's hugely important for a lot of people, a lot of adults, a lot of parents,

a lot of people that don't feel like they have time for themselves.

This is a good way to start to realize that you do have time for yourself.

There are just many instances where you have to create that time.

And 5 minutes a day, you know, that's just a fraction of your day, so hopefully you can

make 5 minutes.

Pick one thing and just start to work on it.

Record yourself doing it daily, write down that you've done it daily, and just watch

yourself over time get better.

So today I'm just looking for a stick in the yard.

I can do that for 5 minutes.

If you wanna create your own 5 minute habit, give it a shot.

If you don't wanna watch the rest of this video, which is gonna be 5 minutes of me digging

around in our yard to find a twig, you don't have to watch the rest of it.

But otherwise stay tuned and watch me find a dead bit of wood.

Thanks you guys for watching and we'll see you tomorrow.

All right, so Day 1 5-minute habit is simply looking for a stick to be able to hand roll.

We're looking for something that is a pretty decent length, it doesn't need to be super

long but if it's too short you can't really work down it that well, because I know what

I'm talking about.

And it should be thick, definitely not too thin, as your hands will tend to rub together

as you're doing it and then you kind of lose friction that way, probably.

Again, I'm making stuff up but we're gonna grab some sticks around the yard here and

see what we end up with.

So, come with me.

Oooh!

There's already some good stuff.

So I'm just gonna kind of dig up a whole bunch of twigs of different sizes and things.

I will likely have to carve one of the ends, make it a little sharp, or a little more symmetrical

so that I can roll it.

I think I'm also looking for something, this feels pretty flimsy,

But, I'm gonna grab a couple and see how it goes.

Too thick, not long enough.

*Laughs* Huh?

Ladies?

Yeah, this is all the same wood.

I don't know, I'm not a nature guy, so I don't know what kind of wood this is.

Somebody could probably tell me, but it's very thin.

It feels like, it's pretty dry, pretty easily snappable.

Oh, I'll also be looking maybe for just a simple board.

We might have that in the garage, but like a 2x4 to actually use as the base to start

to do the rolling on.

I think you want something that's pretty straight as well.

So not something like that.

You also want to avoid stinging nettle, which we have, we are surrounded by.

Is that stinging nettle?

Can you look and tell me?

(Camera person: It's not) It's not?

Again, not a nature guy.

This looks promising.

But there's not... oooh!

Maybe.

Is that too thick?

We're gonna test some of these things out.

Boom.

Yeah, it's all so, uh, so thin and dry.

No.

I think, too, I don't know how the texture is, but you're probably wanting something

kind of smooth.

This is pretty jagged.

I imagine I'll be able to carve some of it off but I feel like the less that you have

to do, the better.

Oh man.

I like the length of it.

It's a little mossy.

It's fine.

Perfectly fine.

It's a Harry Potter wand.

Great.

All right, that's all of these for now.

Gonna head into the garage and see if we can find a little 2x4 and go from there.

All right, so in the shed I found this bad boy.

Looks fine.

I think when I'm actually going to be ready to do it, this is not the proper thickness.

I think you want something a little thinner.

You're supposed to cut a notch so that the embers can fall down.

I don't know!

I'll figure it out as I go.

It's just 5 minutes for today, but I figure if I'm just practicing the hand roll really

to get my endurance and stamina up, build up calluses on my hands, then something this

thick might actually be kind of helpful because I'm not gonna wear through it at any point.

So, I got a bunch of sticks I'm gonna carve down, got this bad boy.

We'll see you tomorrow where I'll be cutting these down.

That's it.

Five minutes and I'm done for today.

So I'm ready for tomorrow.

We'll see how it goes.

Thanks for watching.

Klay Thompson's Family: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Klay Thompson comes from a family of athletes.

Klay's dad, Mychal Thompson, is originally from Nassau, Bahamas, and ended up moving to Miami as a kid.

Klay's mom, Julie Thompson, grew up in the Pacific Northwest just outside of Portland.

Mychal had a long career as an NBA big man, while Julie was a top college volleyball player.

Klay is not the only member of the family that understands the life of a pro athlete.

Klay's younger brother, Trayce Thompson, is an outfielder for the Chicago White Sox, and has played for multiple MLB teams.

Their older brother, Mychel Thompson, played 6 seasons in the NBA G-League (formerly D-League).

Mychel is not sure if their parents' plan was to create athletes, but it worked out that way.

"I guess when my dad met my mom and they were dating, he did say, 'If we have kids, they probably will be professional athletes,' because my mom was really athletic, too," Mychel explained to Bleacher Report.

"My mom said before we were born she would stay up all night trying to beat my dad in pingpong and pool, because my dad was good, I guess, when he was younger, so my mom would always play until she could beat him.

But it was a great environment growing up.

There was never any pressure.

Trayce playing baseball shows we were allowed to do what we wanted to do.".

Learn more about Klay's family.

Klay's Father Mychal Was the No.

1 Pick for the Portland Trail Blazers in 1978 & a Two-Time NBA Champion With the Los Angeles Lakers.

Klay's dad knows what it is like to be a professional athlete.

The Portland Trail Blazers selected Mychal with the No.

1 pick in the 1978 NBA Draft.

Mychal averaged 13.7 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists over his 13 seasons in the league.

Mychal played seven seasons for the Blazers, and would eventually end up on the Lakers after a brief stint with the Kings.

Mychal won two NBA championships with the Lakers, and is now a broadcaster for the team.

Klay's brother, Mychel, believes his father's game was underrated, and sees similarities with how Klay plays.

"He [Mychal Thompson] averaged 20 and 10 one year and didn't make the All-Star Game," Mychel explained to Bleacher Report.

"I think he was a pretty big name, then he goes to the Lakers, comes off the bench and does all the little things…Anyone scoring on Klay bugs him.

I think he got that from my dad, too.

My dad was the same way.

… And then seeing early in his career the success of doing those things has made it second nature for Klay now.".

Klay's Mom Played Volleyball in College & Won the State Long Jump Title in High School.

Like Mychal, Julie was a standout athlete, playing numerous sports growing up including gymnastics, volleyball and track.

Julie is from Ridgefield, Washington, a town just north of Portland, Oregon.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Julie won the state long jump title at 18 feet, 6 1/2 inches.

Where she really shined was on the volleyball court at the University of Portland.

Julie followed her coach from the University of Portland to play at the University of San Francisco.

Her husband vouches for her athleticism.

"She was good enough to play on Team USA," Mychal explained to the San Francisco Chronicle.

"She could really play.

She could dunk a tennis ball, how about that?".

Julie used to play basketball against their kids, but she never let them win.

Klay admits that the moment he finally beat his mom was big for his confidence.

"I couldn't beat her until I was 14 years old," Klay told the San Francisco Chronicle.

"That was a great moment for me.

I remember it like yesterday.

She wouldn't give it to me, I had to earn it, and it took me 14 long years.".

Klay's Parents Met at the University of Portland Gym.

Julie headed to the gym to play volleyball when she was in college, and Mychal happened to be playing in a pickup basketball game.

The San Francisco Chronicle detailed how Julie and Mychal met.

One day, Julie went to the university gym to play some volleyball and happened to see a pickup basketball game.

One of the players was Mychal Thompson, prepping for his second season with the Portland Trail Blazers.

"I saw her out of the corner of my eye," says Mychal.

"I forgot about the game.".

The couple became familiar with the athletic life long before their children ended up following the same path.

Mychal notes they did not pressure their kids to become pro athletes, but it kind of happened that way.

"Like any father of any children, you want them to find out what they are passionate about," Mychal explained to Los Angeles Times.

"I didn't encourage one sport over another.

I just told them that they have been given a gift and to respect that.

I told them it doesn't last long.

Give everything you have to the sport.

Basically, my boys have high-profile jobs.

My wife and I are proud of them, just like millions of parents out there with kids who work hard and do their jobs well.".

Klay's Brother, Trayce, Plays for the White Sox & Played on 4 Different Teams in Less than a Month in 2018.

Life as a major leaguer can be a grind.

Marlboro NJ Top 10 Reasons to Live here - Duration: 7:15.

Hi my name is Cori Dunphy and I'm a full time realtor with RE/MAX Central and

Monmouth County dream homes and today I would love to tell you why Marlboro

NJ is a fabulous place to live. please feel free to click the link below

to read the full blog article but for now get ready because I'm about to tell you

10 reasons why Marlboro, NJ is a fabulous place to live.

Reason #1 Home prices while I'll never claim that living in Marlboro

NJ is cheap, I can tell you that compared to some of our northern

neighboring towns including New York City you get so much more for your money.

Here let's take a quick look at the cost of living and compare it to New York

City if you make $75,000 in Manhattan you only have to

make a little over $46,000 a year in Marlboro to have

the same standard of living, because housing is 48% cheaper in

Marlboro than it is in New York City. Reason #2 Schools Schools and

you got it School. Marlboro NJ truly does have some of the best schools

in the state and I'll go one step further I'll even say in the country. Of

course you can go to any of those ranking websites online I'm not a big

fan of them I don't personally feel they give all the information. But having said

that all of those ranking sites give our district 7 -10's which is

pretty fabulous. I think it's important though to speak to people with

first-hand experience in the district and I can tell you having two kids here

in the school system I could not be any happier. Rreason #3

Marlboro NJ was recently named

to one of the top 50 safest places to live in New Jersey. Now I know this

sounds crazy but in all the years I personally have lived here I have never

felt anything but extremely safe. For more information you can absolutely

Google our Township and read everything for yourself. Reason #4 Commute

I really think this is very important for many people who are looking to come

out to our area. Let's be honest many of our residents do work in the big city

meaning NYC. We do offer a pretty good commute. Now listen at the end of the day

no commute is really all that fabulous because who wants to go to work in the

first place? But having said that you can get to the

city pretty easily from Marlboro NJ. Marlboro is just moments away

from the Aberdeen Matewan train station where local and Express trains are

always options there are also buses that run up and down the route 9 corridor

and many other buses pick up on the other side of town over by Highway 34. In

less than an hour you can escape the hustle and bustle of Manhattan when your

workday is done and head back here to Marlboro Township and enjoy our wonderful

community. Reason #5 . Yeah you guessed it. Shopping. I have to throw

shopping in here although Marlboro is by no means considered the shopping mecca

We do have a pretty nice selection of stores ,supermarkets and

other small shops right here in our own little community. But keep in mind we are

only miles away from many malls, outlet centers and pretty much anything else

you can imagine. And don't forget guys, it's New Jersey we

don't have to deal with the taxes that people pay in New York to go shopping.

Little benefit we have when you live out here. Reason #6 and one of my

personal favorite Beaches Beaches Beaches and more BEACHES.

Let's just say that in 30 minutes or less you can be at some of the top

beaches in New Jersey from Marlboro Township but that my friends is a whole

new video for another day. But who wouldn't want to be able to jump into

the car and go "down to the shore" I mean seriously what could be better than that?

Reason #7 Airport proximity. We all know that we love to travel

Marlboro NJ is in a great location for needing to get to an airport. We could be

at Newark Airport in exactly 38 from Marlboro Township, trust

me I timed it. Or we can get to Philly in a

little over an hour, not to mention we can now fly out of Trenton and even

Atlantic City, so freaking easy to go in and out of those little airports! This to

me is huge. I mean we do have airports like JFK and LaGuardia but it's a

nightmare of a whole different level so being able to escape to Newark Airport

quickly is a big benefit of living out here in Marlboro NJ. Reason #8

Marlboro really does have a pretty nice mix of people. There are so many

different types of races and religions here you don't have to drive more than

10 minutes in walbro for example to find one of the many

houses of worship.Reason #9 Another one of my favorites, Professional

sports teams I have no idea what people do with their lives if they don't follow

professional sports. I truly don't get it especially people who don't follow

soccer but again that's a topic for another day but from Marlboro NJ ,well

let's just say we are surrounded with some of the best sports team out there.

from the New York Red Bulls to the Giants from the Jets to NYC FC you have

the Knicks the nets the Yankees and the Mets.

You have the Rangers the Islanders, and that's just the New York and New Jersey

teams. Although I really don't suggest it, you could drive about an hour to an hour

and a half and go see some of those you know, other teams you know the Philly

teams. I don't know why you would do it but there is an option. But seriously if

sports is your thing Marlboro NJ is in a great location to get to all those

games and events with having nothing to do but either take mass transportation,

hop on the train, the bus ,drive you get to go to everything without paying those

new york city living prices. Reason #10 the Monmouth County Park

System. I can spend hours and hours talking about just the park system alone

but instead check out some of the links I'm going to include for you below so

you can see all of the incredible activities the park system offers there

are so many parks located throughout mammoth County and Marlboro NJ is within

10 to 15 minutes of many of them. They offer activities for young kids, adults,

the elderly there's always classes going on things you can partake in and the

scenery, the bike trails everything is really really spectacular. Well there you

go. Those are my top ten reasons for moving to Marlboro NJ. If you

have any additional questions or want any information on anything please just

leave a message for me in the comment below. I try to check the messages often

and I promise to get back to you just as soon as I can.

Please feel free to click the link below to the entire blog article about the TOP 10 REASONS FOR MOVING TO MARLBORO NJ.

I'm CorI Dunphy with RE/MAX Central and

Monmouth County Dream Homes . Thanks so much for stopping by, catch you on the next

one!

The Psychology Of Color In Marketing And Branding - Duration: 10:31.

Welcome back to the Six Figure Mastermind. Marianne DeNovellis here with

you today. Every color that you see throughout your entire day is

specifically designed to be there on purpose. We're going to teach you the

psychology of why and how you can use it to grow your business. So stay tuned.

Okay, this is a super fun conversation. I love the psychology of color. Like this

is something that...it's not brand new but people have been using this psychology

for a really, really long time. I'm going to be showing you a graphic here and they

will pull it up every now and then. It's from colorpsychology.org. So this

graphic is in courtesy of those guys. Huge shout out to them. Thanks for

letting us use this in our video. I'm just going to walk you through this and

consider when you're doing your marketing and your branding. If

you've got a logo already, consider what these colors are saying about you and

your brand and if you're just starting, if you're just building your logo, do

this ahead of time so you can build a logo that speaks to the audience that

you want to bring in. So let's go through this color by color, okay? If you look

at this graphic on the top you're going to see yellow. Now, check out all of the

brands that are using this yellow primarily in their color, okay? We've got

a Nikon, huge Nikon girl, that's me. UPS, National Geographic.Okay,

IMDb, you've got Sprint, Subway, Best Buy, DHL, Hertz, McDonald's. You know

yellow is a very optimistic color. It promotes clarity It is an attractive

color. In fact, if you go down the serial aisle at your local grocery store, just

do this for me. Like next time you go grocery shopping, don't look for your

groceries. Look for the colors and see what you notice, right? Yellow is a

predominant color when you're trying to grab someone's attention. It's a sunshiny

color. It's going to be very optimistic and pull you in. Whenever you have a sale

item, usually it will be displayed in some kind of yellow hue, okay,? So check

that out and see... you know, observe that real quick. So yellow is going to bring

optimism and brightness and fun into your brand. Okay, look at the next one.

Orange. Okay, orange is more of a youthful color, okay? It exemplifies cheerfulness,

its confidence. You know Nickelodeon, that is their color. In fact they own

that color of orange, okay? We've got Amazon that uses their orange

swoosh there. Payless Shoe Store uses that. Firefox is one that uses

it. Fanta stars, Harley-Davidson that's their trademark. We've got Crush, we've

got Shutterfly, we've got Blogger. People that want to speak

to excitement and and cheerful and being confident, they will use orange, okay? The

orange is again a very youthful color. And so if you're designing a brand

that's speaking to a target audience that's in a younger age range, or you

have a brand that you want to think people or they go on people to think is

exciting or fun or spontaneous, look at the color orange and see if you want to

or incorporate that into what you're building. And for a minute, look at the

kinds of shapes that are being used with this, you know. The orange banner here

it has a lot of you know, things aren't row-by-row. They usually have an arc to

them or they usually a splat like the big Nickelodeon thing or they usually

have a big swoosh or some kind of movement inside of the graphic in

addition to using the orange color. Okay, take a look at red. Now red is a bold

color, you know. Red is one that says everyone look at me and actually when

you're looking at colors on a color spectrum, red if it compared to another

color, will appear closer to you just because of how our eyes interpret

through the rods and the cones and our eyeballs. Red will look closer to you

than a lot of other colors. So, if you want to be bold and stick out, use red

and use crisp lines in the red, okay? Now, look at some of the brands that are

using red. We've got Nintendo, that's classic. We've got Kmart, Coca-Cola,

they've got their own version of red as well.

Netflix, Target, we've got Dairy Queen Nabisco, Avis. Now look at these red

logos. They're very angular. They've got sharp lines. They're not like

the orange that's got all this movement to it. They've got these crisp,

sharp... I mean look at CNN. It's almost a graphic layout, right? So red, it's going to

be bold, it's going to be in your face. It's going to have a statement associated with

it, okay? So let's move on. We've got purple. Now purple is kind of a wide

definition. There's lots of definitions of purple. So let's check out the people

that are using purple. The Syfy uses purple,

we've got a Monster that uses purple, Barbie is purple, Yahoo uses purple,

Lynx, Welch's, Hallmark, that's one of their trademark colors. Cadbury, Taco

Bell, you could say

T-mobile uses purple even though it's kind of a pink. Aussie it's a hair line

that uses purple. Purple is for the creatives, okay? Purple is for the people

that are imaginative and and they want to bring their creativity into the space.

And so if you have a company that's speaking to someone that's a creative

like an artistic kind of a thing, purple is a great color to use in your

branding. Let's move on to blue. Now blue is one of my favorite ones to talk about

because I was surprised to find the types of companies that are using blue

and they're all very upper-level. They're all business oriented. So check out these

companies, right? JPMorgan, Chase Bank, Dell, AT&T, Lowe's American Express, HP, Facebook,

IBM, Vimeo and then there's that Pfizer thing that I can't ever pronounce but I

think it's for pharmaceuticals, right? So blue says business, okay? Blue is a trust

color. You know often times, you will see politicians in the debates. They're

either going to be wearing red as their "bold, go get them" or they're going to be

blue, "you can trust me". Now, neither one is better than the other, it's just what do

I want to attract with my audience? Where I want to be the trustworthy, long

standing. Now look at some of these brands, right? When you look at some of

these brands. You know AT&T, they've been around forever it feels like. So blue

also says longevity. You know dependability, strength. You know you look

at Facebook. They've got that permanence factor. So blue will say long-standing

permanence, trust, that kind of a thing. Okay, let's move on to green. Green let's

say it says growth. Let's check out some of these industries or

some of these companies that are using greens. Obviously, Whole Foods, they're

going to use green. Okay, Animal Planet it has to do

nature, they're going to use green. Tropicana, it exemplifies health. So they're going to

use green and sharing their orange juice, right? Even though it's orange juice. It's

going to be green. We're talking about Spotify, they use green, Starbucks uses

green, British Petroleum. Now, a petroleum company, why in the world what a

petroleum company use green? Think about it. You are a petroleum company. Oil

companies, even just saying that, they kind of get a bad rap a lot of the time.

But if you make your brand and your logo something that has to do with health,

something that has to do with peace, prosperity, growth, being all natural. That

psychologically is going to put a good spin on your company. Even though you're

this big rig oil company. If you have BP with this green, beautiful flower on it,

it psychologically says something to your customer that says, "you know we got

for considering nature here at the same time." Okay? So that's green. Okay, let's go

into the neutrals. The grays. Alright, let's take a look at some of these. We've

got a Cartoon network that uses that. Mercedes, Apple, Wikipedia. We've got the

Tribune, Honda, Nike Puma. Now, what's interesting if you'll take note, if you

look at this graphic here. Take a look at all of the companies that are using

black and white and gray. Very few of them have their actual name in the logo

of their brand and yet you know exactly what it is. You see the Nike swoosh? You

know it's Nike. You see the Honda logo? You know it's Honda. Apple, no brainer. You

know what that is. Puma does have their name in there

but that's one of the few that does, okay? When you have these dark colors like

black and white and grays, you think calm, you think neutral. It also exemplifies

longevity. That they have been around forever and they are going to be around

forever. So when you have all of these different

color choices, think what do I want my clients to know about me? Do I want to be

the firm, strong, long standing company with huge results and big numbers? Then

I'd probably stick with the grays and the blacks and the whites and that

contrast. Do I want to be fun and appeal to

the young crowd and I want to draw in those people and when they work

with me, they would know they're going to have a blast. I would stick more to the oranges and

yellows, okay? A rule of thumb when you're designing your logo and you're using the

psychology of color is not to use more than two in your brand. It's very risky

to use more than two. Your palette colors can then become distracting. Now, there are a

couple companies that can get away with it. If you go over back to this graphic and

you look at the top outside, Google, they've gotten away with using multiple

colors. Microsoft, they've also gotten away with it. eBay, they've gotten away with it

too. NBC, those are companies... Now, we're talking big companies here, okay? They

have kind of made the rainbow of colors their brand. Now, I would hesitate to do

that in your brand because unless you're one of these big top dogs, it can appear

very juvenile and that's probably not unless you're running a daycare, your

target audience. So when you're building your brand, consider the psychology of

color. Consider what you want your brand to convey and then do some social media

tests on it. Send it out to your people and get some feedback on it and just

keep in mind, your customers are going to see your colors first. Hey, thanks for

watching. I hope you had a great time watching this video. Hit the subscribe

Yo guys!Striver back into Business

& in this video we'll speaking about

BITCOIN......

So what is Bitcoin? Hmmm

Bitcoin is a type of digital blah blah blah!

this is irrelevant. I am just gonna speak in

terms of in financial terms I mean

just gonna do in financial terms. You all can do your

own research regarding this part and learn

how bitcoin works & what bitcoin is and all

those things and if you are wondering

why I'm doing this thing in my videos..

if you'll can see my Channel also consists

of the you know this dollar sign which

means I mean two cryptocurrency and I

want to share few facts regarding this

market with you'll, of course

so getting straight into the video

let's see Bitcoin is currently trading

at seven thousand seven hundred and

nineteen dollars went up to twenty

thousand dollars back in December and if

you had invested 9 years back, it used to

cost about $1 at that time & now straight up

to twenty thousand times, 20,000x

returns in a span of nine years it's

bloody huge right. so let's just see

what if you had invested on January 1st

of 2017

how much would your money be multiplied into?

let's see Bitcoin. bitcoin used to cost

around 60,000 rupees

around January 1st 2017 and it went

straight on to 12 lakh rupees within a

span of you know a year. that's all

back in December 2017

went straight up to 12 lakh rupees but

was like 20 extra turns in an year

it's bloody huge right! bloody freaking huge

Usually, you get about..haha.. this market is

something different man it's highly

highly volatile. let's get into ethereum

It is ranked #2

in cryptocurrency market it used to

cost about 600 rupees during

January 1st 2017 it will straight up to

1 lakh rupees during December

It touched its all time high and fell back in. you know it's

like 166 times returns approximately

it's freaking huge money 16600%

return in an year, is bloody amazing

right? pretty huge but in crypto that's

like you know average there are

approximately about 1,500 crypto

currencies at the moment it's even a

little more or less you know all of

these cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin

are known as alt coins. alternatives coins to

Bitcoin so you know almost all the

alts have gained 100x in the past

year & it's like bloody huge man. so much

returns within an year is.. you know extreme

level and now getting into the highest

gainer in the list of alt coins, it's

called verge(xvg), it used to cost around

0.00129 rupees

during January 1st 2017 & it went straight

up 15 rupees during December and it

gave a return of 11600

times, you know 11600x. Yes, you

heard that right. People who must have

invested 100 rupees during that time

just a year back, would now be having

11 lakh rupees in their hand, you

know if they sold at top of course..that's

literally the hardest task to do in

crypto currencies if you're investing & all

these things...but these are like insane

returns man

crypto market is also highly volatile

ps:

the people who must have invested back at 15

rupees must now be you know badly rekt

at the moment people who got into bitcoin

at $20,000 should be very sad at

the moment but eventually it will all

recover. it is expected to recover very

soon, people are expecting it to hit 1

million dollars

or $250,000..its bloody huge

expectations..a few of them are expecting

it to go down also, so you know this is

all just expectation, opinions, different

opinion of different people..this is not

a financial advice people, these are just

facts about you know cryptocurrencies in

the year 2017. Invest as much as you can

afford to lose. this is not at all a

financial advise. i am a noob at the

moment I started crypto, back in October

2017

it has given me personally pretty huge

gains and i am really thankful for it

Bitcoin.....and again you see this is very very

very very volatile market you can lose

your money all together if you get into it..

so just be careful..I absolutely do

not, cannot predict or anything that it's

going to go up it's just opinion of

different people...people are expecting it

to go up..that's all what I can say and
