Waching daily Jun 4 2018

All the good that is to be made manifest in man's life is

already an accomplished fact in divine mind, and is

released through man's recognition, or spoken word, so he

must be careful to decree that only the divine idea be made

manifest, for often, he decrees, through his "idle words,"

failure or misfortune.

It is, therefore, of the utmost importance, to word one's demands correctly.

If one desires a home, friend, position or any other good

thing, make the demand for the "divine selection."

For example: "Infinite Spirit, open the way for my right

home, my right friend, my right position.

I give thanks it now manifests under grace in a perfect way."

The latter part of the statement is most important.

For example: I knew a woman who demanded a thousand

dollars.

Her daughter was injured and they received a

thousand dollars indemnity, so it did not come in a "perfect way."

The demand should have been worded in this way: "Infinite

Spirit, I give thanks that the one thousand dollars, which is

mine by divine right, is now released, and reaches me under grace in a perfect way."

As one grows in a financial consciousness, he should

demand that the enormous sums of money, which are his

by divine right, reach him under grace, in perfect ways.

It is impossible for man to release more than he thinks is

possible, for one is bound by the limited expectancies of

the subconscious.

He must enlarge his expectancies in order to receive in a larger way.

Man so often limits himself in his demands.

For example: A student made the demand for six hundred

dollars, by a certain date.

He did receive it, but heard afterwards, that he

came very near receiving a thousand dollars, but he was

given just six hundred, as the result of his spoken word.

Wealth is a matter of consciousness.

The French have a legend giving an example of this.

A poor man was walking along a road when he met a traveler, who stopped him and

said: "My good friend, I see you are poor.

Take this gold nugget, sell it, and you will be rich all your days."

The man was overjoyed at his good fortune, and took the

nugget home.

He immediately found work and became so prosperous that he did not sell the nugget.

Years passed, and he became a very rich man.

One day he met a poor man on the road.

He stopped him and said: "My good friend, I

will give you this gold nugget, which, if you sell, will make

you rich for life."

The mendicant took the nugget, had it valued, and found it was only brass.

So we see, the first man became rich through feeling rich, thinking

the nugget was gold.

Every man has within himself a gold nugget; it is his

consciousness of gold, of opulence, which brings riches

into his life.

In making his demands, man begins at his journey's end, that is he declares he has

already received.

Continually affirming establishes the belief in the

subconscious.

It would not be necessary to make an affirmation more than

once if one had perfect faith!

One should not plead or supplicate, but give thanks repeatedly, that

he has received.

"The desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose."

This rejoicing which is yet in the desert (state

of consciousness) opens the way for release.

The Lord's Prayer is in the form of command and demand, "Give us this day our

daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive

our debtors," and ends in praise, "For thine is the Kingdom

and the Power and the Glory, forever.

Amen."

So prayer is command and demand, praise and thanksgiving.

The sutdent's work is in making himself believe

that "with God all things are possible."

This is easy enough to state in the abstract, but a little more

difficult when confronted with a problem.

For example: it was necessary for a woman to demonstrate a

large sum of money within a stated time.

She knew she must do something to get a realization (for realization

is manifestation), and she demanded a "lead."

She was walking through a department store, when she saw

a very beautiful pink enamel papercutter.

She felt the "pull" towards it.

The thought came.

"I haven't a paper cutter good enough to open letters containing large checks."

So she bought the papercutter, which the reasoning mind

would have called an extravagance.

When she held it in her hand, she had a flash of a picture of herself

opening an envelope containing a large check, and in

a few weeks, she received the money.

The pink papercutter was her bridge of active faith.

Many stories are told of the power of the subconscious

when directed in faith.

For example: A man was spending the night in a

farmhouse.

The windows of the room had been nailed down, and in the middle of the night he felt

suffocated and made his way in the dark to the window.

He could not open it, so he smashed the pane with his fist,

drew in draughts of fine fresh air, and had a wonderful night's

sleep.

The next morning, he found he had smashed the glass of a

bookcase and the window had remained closed during the

whole night.

He had supplied himself with oxygen, simply by his thought of oxygen.

When a student starts out to demonstrate, he should never

turn back.

A student once made this wonderful statement, "When I asks the Father for anything, I puts

my foot down, and I says: Father, I'll take nothing less

than I've asked for, but more!"

So man should never compromise: "Having done all - stand."

This is sometimes the most difficult time of demonstrating.

The temptation comes to give up, to turn back, to compromise.

Demonstrations often come at the eleventh hour because

man then lets go, that is, stops reasoning, and Infinite

Intelligence has a chance to work.

Man's dreary desires are answered drearily, and his

impatient desires, long delayed or violently fulfilled.

For example: A woman asked me why it was she was

constantly losing or breaking her glasses.

We found she often said to herself and others with

vexation, "I wish I could get rid of my glasses."

So her impatient desire was violently fulfilled.

What she should have demanded was perfect eye-sight, but what

she registered in the subconscious was simply

the impatient desire to be rid of her glasses; so they were

continually being broken or lost.

Two attitudes of mind cause loss: depreciation, as in the

case of the woman who did not appreciate her husband, or

fear of loss, which makes a picture of loss in the

subconscious.

When a student is able to let go of his problem (cast his

burden) he will have instantaneous manifestation.

For example: a woman was out during a very stormy day

and her umbrella was blown inside-out.

She was about to make a call on some people whom she had never

met and she did not wish to make her first appearance

with a dilapidated umbrella.

She could not throw it away, as it did not belong to her.

So in desperation, she exclaimed: "Oh God, you take charge of this umbrella, I don't

know what to do."

A moment later, a voice behind her said: "Lady, do you

want your umbrella mended?

There stood an umbrella mender.

She replied, "Indeed, I do."

The man mended the umbrella, while she went into the

house to pay her call, and when she returned, she had a

good umbrella.

So there is always an umbrella mender at hand, on man's pathway, when one puts the

umbrealla (or situation) in God's Hands.

One should always follow a denial with an affirmation.

For example: I was called on the phone late one night to

treat a man whom I had never seen.

He was apparently very ill.

I made the statement: "I deny this appearance of

disease.

It is unreal, therefore cannot register in his

consciousness; this man is a perfect idea in Divine Mind,

pure substance expressing perfection."

There is no time or space, in Divine Mind, therefore the

word reaches instantly its destination and does not return

void.

I have treated patients in Europe and have found that

the result was instantaneous.

I am asked so often the difference between visualizing and

visioning.

Visualizing is a mental process governed by the

reasoning or conscious mind; visioning is a spiritual

process, governed by intuition, or the superconscious mind.

The student should train his mind to receive these flashes of

inspiration, and work out the "divine pictures," through

definite leads.

When a man can say, "I desire only that which God desires for me," his new set of

blueprints is given him by the Master Architect, the God

within.

God's plan for each man transcends the limitation

of the reasoning mind, and is always the square of life, containing

health, wealth, love and perfect self-expression.

Many a man is building for himself in imagination a bungalow

when he should be building a palace.

If a student tries to force a demonstration (through the

reasoning mind) he brings it to a standstill.

"I will hasten it," saith the Lord.

He should act only through intuition, or definite leads.

"Rest in the Lord and wait patiently.

Trust also in him, and he will bring it to pass."

I have seen the law work in the most astonishing manner.

For example: A student stated that it was necessary for her

to have a hundred dollars for the following day.

It was a debt of vital importance which had to be met.

I "spoke the word," declaring Spirit was "never too late"

and that the supply was at hand.

That evening she phoned me of the miracle.

She said that the thought came to her to go to her safety

deposit box at the bank to examine some papers.

She looked over the papers, and at the bottom of the box, was a new one

hundred dollar bill.

She was astounded, and said she knew she had never

put it there, for she had gone through the papers many

times.

Man will reach the stage where his "word is made flesh," or materialized,

instantly.

Man should make an art of thinking.

The master thinker is an artist and is careful to paint only the

divine designs upon the canvas of his mind; and he paints these

pictures with masterly strokes of power and decision, having

perfect faith that there is no power to mar their perfection

and that they shall manifest in his life the ideal made

real.

All power is given man through right thinking, to bring his

heaven upon his earth, and this is the goal of the game

of life.

The simple rules are fearless faith, nonresistance and love.

May each reader be now freed from that thing which has

held him in bondage through the ages, standing between

him and his own, and know the Truth which makes him

free - free to fulfill his destiny, to bring into manifestation

the divine design of his life, health, wealth, love and

perfect self-expression.

Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Guided Relaxation, Concentration & Meditation Guide - Duration: 2:35.

Hi guys. This is just a brief introduction to my guided meditations.

You're going to start seeing some guided meditations as well as other things come

to my channel. Now with guided meditations if you've seen my vlogs

on meditation, you'll see that I make very specific differences between

sensory withdrawal, concentration, relaxation & meditation. They're very

different things and in many, many, many ....well in virtually all guided

meditations that I see, they don't distinguish between these things. So

within the guided meditations that I'm going to be doing we are going to go

through step by step, so you can learn the difference between them. We're going

to go through the steps of first relaxation and then depending on the

meditation it's going to go into sensory withdrawal or concentration first. Maybe

there'll be the other way around and then we'll get to a point where we will

attempt to do meditation. Meditation means being completely void of thought.

Now if you can only manage this, when we get there, when you listen to the guided

meditations... If you can only get there for three seconds at a time, six seconds

at a time that's absolutely fine. Concentration, relaxation, sensory

withdrawal and therefore meditation.... All take practice. So if you manage to do it

only for only three seconds before a thought comes in your head that's great,

that's fine. Next time go for four seconds and five seconds. It'll slowly

grow. I will give you a longer period of time to be able to do it...

But know if it you've only managed to do it for five seconds or 20 seconds of

thought comes in your head, just let them go and go back to being void of thought.

So this is just a little guide to help you go through the guided meditations. So

you know that it's not a bad thing it's not failure if you get thoughts during

that period. It's a process. We'll go through it together I'm going to give

you lots of guided meditations that we practice I hope you like them if you do

like them subscribe to the channel. Like them, comment on them.

Thank you very much.

5 Offbeat Places in Himachal Pradesh | Top 5s INDeed - Duration: 5:26.

Himachal Pradesh has always been every Indian's go to summer holiday destination for its green

valleys, scenic landscapes, and serene environment.

But the commercial hotspots like Shimla, Kullu, Manali have all lost their charm, because

of overcrowding by tourists.

There is dire need of discovering newer and lesser crowded places in this state if we

want the true Himachal experience.

So, here we are with a list of 5 Offbeat Places in Himachal Pradesh which you can visit if

you hate crowds.

Before starting, it's a time for a trivia question.

Which place in Himachal Pradesh is believed to be Pandvas place to meditate and still

have a cave related to them?

Stick to the video for the right answer.

5-Tirthan Valley

If you want to experience nature's surrealistic

supplements with the sound of bone chilling water cascading down rocky brooks, Tirthan

Valley is the the place to be.

This uncharted heaven lies 1600 metres from the Tirthan River, from which it derives its

name.

Ideal for travellers who prefer treading the path less taken, this secluded valley is known

for trout fishing, camping and adventurous activities.

If lucky, one may find rainbow or brown trout in the glacial waters.

Trekking and overnight camping is also ideal in the dense surrounding forests.

Apart from this, the multiplicity of adventurous activities available should ensure that one's

time here is not wasted.

As one of the most important eco-tourism valleys in the country, a visit to the Tirthan Valley

promises to be a rewarding experience, bridging the gap between man and nature in today's

fast-moving world.

4-Chitkul

In the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh

lies Chitkul, a small village.

At a height of 3450 metres, it is the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border,

and also the last location in India one can travel to without a permit.

Tourists usually stay at Sangla and plan a return trip to Chitkul the same day.

The river Baspa is a constant companion on this journey from Sangla.

The surroundings, like the rest of Himachal, are comprised of snow clad mountains and varying

hues of apple orchards, mustard fields and vegetation.

The weather, cold and unpredictable, can be harsh.

The Goddess of Chitkul resides in a temple here believed to be 500 years old.

Reverence to the goddess is a must by the Parikrama pilgrims.

3-Thanedar

An enchanted treat for nature lovers, Thanedar

is most well-known for its apple and cherry orchards, which dispatch several lakh cases

of apples every year to various parts of the country and abroad.

Slices of apples are even dried on rooftops and chewed on as sweet treats during winters,

apart from being eaten freshly off trees.

The Banjara Orchard Retreat is a popular sojourn with tourists, thanks to its fully furnished

suites with 24 hours water supply and well-equipped kitchens that provide for a hassle-free stay

overlooking the orchards.

The famous "Nag Devta" temple built along the Tani-Jubbar Lake is a must-visit.

Hattu Peak, which provides a breath-taking view of snow-capped ranges, and St. Mary's

Church, one of the oldest in India, are also worth a visit.

2-Rakcham

The mesmerizing valley of Rakcham, surrounded

by silvery, snowy mountains and lush green carpets of vegetation is like a gateway to

heaven.

Flanked by the river Baspa on one side, Rakcham is midway between Sangla and Chitkul.

It lies not far from the Indo-Tibet border, and is at an altitude of 2900 metres.

There is an amalgamation of Hindu and Buddhist ideologies among the inhabitants, evident

from the fact that 2 Hindu temples and a Buddhist shrine coexist in the town.

Rakcham is relatively less developed than other Himachali towns, with just a few stores

providing basic necessities, but the abundance of favourable soil and climate required to

grow a variety of cash crops makes up for the loss.

Himalayan Black Bear, Musk deer, Goral, Leopard, brown trout and blue Sheep are among the fauna found.

1-Dharamkot

On a small crest above McLeodGanj lies this

inconspicuous hill station called Dharamkot, which is known to provide relief from the

bustling crowds of McLeodGanj and Dharamshala.

The place provides panoramic views of the Kangra valley and is a considerably good picnic

spot.

A number of mustard fields surround the area, making one feel like a part of a quintessential

Bollywood movie.

A good beginning base for trekking enthusiasts, the village has known to attract people from

all walks of life to settle here.

The comfortable weather and a few interesting dhabas and eateries make this a viable, desirable

tourist destination.

So, that was the list of 5 offbeat places in Himachal Pradesh which you can add to your

bucket list.

Now, the answer to the Trivia question.

Mount Karol, situated in Solan, HP, is believed to be Pandvas Meditation place.

At 2280 meters high, it's also a good place to visit and enjoy a beautiful view of the City.

Thank You so much for watching.

Granulation Bangle in Rhino 6 (2018)- Jewelry CAD Design Tutorial #31 - Duration: 14:08.

Hello everyone welcome back to PJ Chen Design Channel. A lot of jewelry

inspiration is from old technique. One of the technique is called "granulation". I

would like to show you how to arrange those beads in to your jewelry. Hi, I'm PJ Chen,

an authorized Rhino trainer. This channel is about sharing Rhino3D knowledge to

students and 3d model professionals learning various Rhino 3D techniques. Are

you ready? let's get started.

For you may not know what is granulation in the

jewelry, you can go to the Google and search for it. Basically it is a lot of

small tiny beads covered on the area. The surface area it could be

completely covered, or it could be covered as some sort of a pattern. This

inspiration has been using in a lot of contemporary jewelry (design) so we would like to

talk about how we can arrange the beads into the jewelry for today's tutorial.

Let's go back to the Rhino. We would like to start our bangle by drawing

an ellipse. Let's go to snapping into the center and one of the length we want to

type it is 30 which is gonna make 60 mm over all of this oval bangle, and on the

top overall I would like to get 55, so you can divide it by 2 doing a

calculation, or you can put a here 55 divided by 2. Then Rhino will

give you you know exact number on it. Alright so this bangle we need to have an

opening. The opening design is really depends on what you feel it should be.

It's really... there's no set size for it however if it is for men's and for

women's the opening will be slightly different because

the wrist you're going to put it on, so we're gonna draw a straight line over

there and mirror to the other side, and we will like to trim the bottom off, so I

no longer need those two lines so basically what we get is the open curve

there. Now with this curve, I'm going to move it up roughly. It's really up to

you how thick you'll you would like to have, but I'm basically gonna move up

five on the top, and have that one mirror to the other side. so it's kind

of give us even out space there. and then how do I close this form, I'm going to

use the blend tool under the Curve, you can use the blend and you will blend from

here to here. and then you click OK and from here to here and you click OK

alright so now this is our overall structure for the bracelet and I'm going

to join them. if you take a look on the front of you you're gonna notice the way

we blend it the very end part is really straight there, so what I like to do is

I'm going to draw another ellipse that is exactly the same size for the

previously ellipse we draw. So let's use the ellipse tool. We want to snapping

into a quadrant to quadrant, and also on the top is quadrant as well. Let's go to

the perspective and then we wanted to have a surface right there, so we are

going to use the curve we just draw and extrude it curves straight. Okay and from

there, we can use the this one that we have and we use the command

it's called "Pull", which is living next to the "Project" (command) and we want to pull back

to this surface. Now if we look at the front view, you're going to notice that it's

pulled back to the surface right there. Okay so we no longer need this old one

So now the curve is completing wrapping around the surface, we're going

to use that curve and trim the extra that we don't need so now we have this

surface here. Okay, with this surface, I would like to do a little bit change on

the surface, first of all.... oh.... this is actually a really good example, you kind

of notice my surface breaking in the half and I do like it to have a

continual piece is easier for me to edit The reason it happened like that is

because you have a seam here. okay and let's go back few more steps, because if

you see this surface right there you're going to see one is a little bit darker

and that is where when I start making my curve, the first place I clicked is where

the seam is going to be, okay. so we need to move the seam to the

bottom, so let's go ahead and move. Adjust the seam and move it. Snapping into the

bottom. So in that case, when we trim, we won't trim it where the seam is.

Let's use the trim again. Using this curve as a cutting object, and if we want

to trim the rest of it. okay so now we are having completely piece okay, and

this is.... sometime it's really important to do this you will have a less problem

later on to do a model editing, okay. So to making a thickness, I'm going to use the

surface tool and then you have the ones called "Offset Surface" so we are

going to pick up this surface tool, and we want to offset. Let's say.... distance to be

1.3 okay and we don't want to be solid, we just want to

have another surface on the top. okay so now we have this surface on the top we

are going to create the edge. Let me go back one step here. The

reason I do not wanted to have the the edge to be solid is.... let's say if we

have "solid=yes", then we have this really straight wall on the top, right. We

don't want this straight, because it's not comfortable, so what I did is instead

of making "solid=no", and then I have this surface. So how do I build

all the rim around it is I'm going to use the blend tool. I'm going to blend

from this edge to this edge. Okay so right here, you can get a really really smooth

surface. I can also move it down a little bit so it's not that puffy, so we just

wanted to get something a little bit round. The form of this bangle maybe too

flat, and I would like to get a little bit like hill at the middle of the

bangle, so what I can do is I can go ahead and turn on the control point and

try to drag the control point a little bit, and all of a sudden you see when I

turn on a control point, this is something like the control points doesn't

go on the surfaces. It goes all the way to where the original surface we

cut it from. The command you're going to use is called "Shrink Trim Surface" so we

want to shrink this surface there. Now it's going back to only on this surface.

To turn on the control points, actually, it is not much for me to turn on, so I'm

going to rebuild this surface. I'm going to rebuild

it's about U is 10, V is 8, and let's click OK on it. So now we are

looking at the topview, I'm going to pick up all the middle-two together.

alright and I'm going to make them coming out a little bit, but where is on

the bottom, I'm just gonna keep it flat. Alright so this is my design. Next what

we can do is try to scale it and if you holding the

SHIFT key and then you can 3D scale those points. So now let's take a

look on the perspective. It looks nice. Alright so then I'm going to escape so

the next step is how we are going to arrange the beads, and to arrange the beads, I

need to have curve to put it on. So next step, what we'd like to do is we're

still dealing with this surface. T command we are going to use is under the

"Curve" you have "curve from the object" and this command called "contour". Let's go

ahead to select the surface we want to contour, and giving a direction from

quadrant to quadrant on the top view. And then type distance for 1, which

you already have it there, and you hit Enter, then you will get this curve right

here. I have already make them into the blue

color. Let's ta (view), so those are the curve they

are one millimeter distance from each other

and they actually on exact the surface. Okay so the first things I would like to

do is to create my first bead. My bead is going to snapping into the end point or

the quadrant at exactly at this point. The diameter I'm going to use is 0.6

millimeter right, and that's really tiny beads over there okay.

The command you're going to use to have this bead go around entire curve it's

called "Array along curve" so the object is going to be array, it's going to be this

bead and then ENTER, then you will click on here, we don't know how many do we

need it so I'm just gonna try 240 to guess and see how it look like alright

so they look pretty well it depends on the design that you

like you can have it like really close to each other or it's almost like

touching each other. So let's do one more time we are going to select the curve, and

then, this time I want to use the distance because everything's else I

would like to have the distance all the same. So in this case I'm gonna just set

it for 0.7. it's easier for us to operate it okay.

so they look nice all the way to the other side in the distance is 0.7.

and that 0.7 is going to be used on the rest of the distance, so I'm going

to copy this sphere from the center of this sphere, and I'm going to snapping into

the endpoint of each contour curve that we have. Snapping here and here okay and

with that we are going to use the command again is "array along the curve"

every time we're gonna pick up the ball and, this is the path and we're gonna use

0.7 exactly on each of them, so they will look exactly the same

distance, and we're gonna do that for all of them

Alright so now we have the beads are on half of the side. Remember you don't want

to have the beads hanging there. It doesn't look good, so let's go ahead to delete

those beads over here. Okay and then we want to delete the beads on the other side as

well as also they are not hanging to the edge .You should be fine okay so now with

this beads there. Let's go ahead to hide the curves. We select all the curves and we

hit "hide". then we want to select all the surface together, and then we want to

join them together. so now we have the solid piece. so what we need to do next

is to select all the beads beside the middle one, and we want to mirror it to

the other side. rest of a job will be boolean unit together. I hope you enjoy

the video today. Please like and comment and please share the video. This is

really important for me to continue making free video for you. Thank you for

Tony Robbins: TAKE THE TIME TO FOCUS ON YOU (very motivational) - Duration: 8:54.

No amount of money will ever make you wealthy because as soon as you get there

you will raise the game because growth is life but having to grow in order to

feel significant enough means you will always be poor it's a game that never

ends let's talk about money now not wealth what does it take mechanically to

get this thing called financial independence and what does financial

independence as opposed to wealth wealth is a product of the mind again no amount

of money you ever achieve will make you wealthy life will pay whatever price you

ask of it you know what's interesting you gotta ask intelligently

now if you're gonna ask intelligently there might be five elements of that

number one you'd have to have specifically wouldn't you you wouldn't

ask in a general way people do the lost time I want more money fine here's a

dollar get out of here very often you're getting what you're

asking for you're just not aware of how generally you're asking clarity is power

the more clear you are about exactly what it is you want the more your brain

knows how to get there your brain is a servomechanism it's like a bomb those

bombs those missiles they have a servomechanism so if the target moves it

knows what the target is it follows it you're a brain when you condition it

knows exactly what to go for it will find a way to get there

but when you decide what's most important to you your brain goes after

it everyone I know successful have builds

what I call an RPM plan and RPM has been built on the metaphor that the way to

get from where you are to where do you want to go to the fastest is you got to

build power like in a car RPMs and the R stands for they know the result they're

after they know what they want precisely if you don't know exactly what you want

or you let yourself get beyond that to something generally you're not gonna

achieve we all have goals the problem is I've said before on this program is that

were unconscious in the use of our resources

most people's goals are to quote pay the lousy bills or to get by or to survive

or get out of debt or make it through the day make the relationship a little

better get a better job and short they're caught up in the trap

of making a living rather than designing a life remember that our goals affect us

whatever they are if we don't consciously plant the seeds of what we

want in the gardens of our minds we'll end up with weeds if we want to discover

the unlimited possibilities within us we must find a goal big enough and grand

enough to challenge us to push beyond our limits and discover our true

potential remember that your current conditions do not reflect your ultimate

potential but rather the size and the quality of the goals upon what you're

currently focusing we all must discover or create a magnificent obsession

whenever you look at somebody and say why are they more successful anybody

else it's always because of step one they've raised their standard

[Music] and you want to change your life in any

way personally professionally or your company is boring as it sounds as stupid

as annotated Sam cuz even though that's not sexy it is the only thing that

creates lasting change back unless they raise their standard never sounds so

trite and stupid and positive Finke or school but the truth is it's the truth

so maybe I can language it away that's more compelling to you or more simple

what does it mean when we say raise our standards it means you turn your shoulds

in the must see the difference in people is that they turn their shoulds in the

must the things that you used to say I should do you do your sheds when it's

convenient when it's comfortable when it goes your way but when something is a

must not the other people but a must to you

do you find the way to get it done yes or no so the difference in people is

once their muscle another word for that is what's their standing if you want a

great jump in the quality of your life an extraordinary jump in the quality of

your life you got to set yourself up to win you got to set yourself up with a

process that allows you to consistently grow consistently enjoy your life and

consistently produce the results that you're really after but if you've got

what you know that focus the target and you got the toolbox and you're still not

getting what you want it's because you got inner conflicts that's the third

pillar you've got to resolve your inner conflicts because that as I try to

explain to you 80% of success in anything is your psychology and 20% as

the mechanics so those inner conflicts are when you take two steps four and you

pull three steps back right when you say boy I'm totally committed this but you

don't follow through this is my expertise the y-guy part why why do you

keep saying you want this you have crystal clarity you have the tools and

you're still not getting it there's a conflict in you you want to be totally

successful but you're afraid at some level that if you will are totally

successful you will not be loved you'll be rejected you want to be in a

position where you have total free time and you want to build a billion dollar

enterprise these are conflicts you really truly know you have the tools and

talents to make this happen but a part of you doesn't think you deserve to

succeed this is something you did something you made up or you think

making money or being successful economically is not spiritual and you're

committed to being spiritual and yet the other part of you it's the inner

conflicts between fighting parts so what do we do in this third pillar think of

it as a vault we got unlock think of it as unlock and unleash that's the third

teller the way you unlock and unleash if you identify the conflicts do you get

clear what they are so you may have total clarity even the tools but how can

you call the unleash and commit when you're being pulled in two different

directions there's only how do I solve them there

isn't one way you've got to get clear about what's most important to you today

not what you think you should do based on an old blueprint of all belief system

your parents society your friends otherwise you'll succeed and not be

fulfilled so I want you identify the conflicts now what you got to do is

align align your life with what you really value align your life with what

is most important to you and then once you are on a position where you're

aligned guess what you'll do take action you won't have to work at it when

everything's in alignment there's nothing pulling you away boom

you go for it but when you say I want a relationship but at the same time

simultaneously I want to be in a position where you know I never have to

you know I only get what I want every moment or I never have to commit to

anything who's gonna obviously you're never gonna

get there that inner conflict must be resolved once you align and you take

action because what's gonna happen you're gonna achieve and once you

achieve you succeed when you succeed I'll tell you what you add to it

celebrate right and then contribute pay it forward if you will as corny as that

sounds paying for don't pay it back take what

you've got what you've learned and bring it to someone else

if you bring it to someone else it continues that cycle of fulfillment of

joy of meaning in your life everything I just finished by reminding you what I

think everybody knows in their heart nothing you get will ever make you happy

nothing doesn't matter how many people respect you there's money you have to

mean things you have but who you become will make you very happy or very sad and

so ultimately there's one way to test your life in the busyness of your life

make sure you take just a few minutes to give yourself the gift of making

progress every day cause that's the one word that'll make you happy

progress doesn't matter what you achieve feels good for how long you know you got

it it's wonderful it's exciting you appreciate it and then but if you're

still growing if you're not growing you're dying if you're making progress

and you're not where you want to be physically but all of a sudden you took

this book and you started make some simple changes and you started walk move

exercise you make a couple 9-3 changes you got some energy now and you start

feeling everyday even if you're not yet to the thirty pounds you want to lose

just the momentum will make you happy if you're in a relationship where you're

settling or your relationship you're not in a relationship and you're settling

for being alone with something inside of you craves more and this book triggers

you and gives you the plan and how to finally connect and break through your

own fears and connect with people and light them up the way you really want to

just even before you're there just the progress will light you up and we all

have to keep growing to feel that alive so would it be progress in your business

progress in your body progress or your energy your relationship your kids your

finances your career I don't care what it is that's what my life's about so my

heartfelt wish for you in this video becomes a trigger for more progress and

then out of that progress you'll have things that you enjoy in your life that

you'll now be able to give to other people too

you [Music]

Circular Reference Error in Excel - Tutorial - Duration: 3:42.

Hi. In this Excel tutorial, we'll go over the Circular Reference error in Excel. So, a Circular Reference is a type of error in

Excel that happens when a formula in a cell tries to calculate itself. And, by the way, if you enjoy this tutorial, don't forget to Like the video

and subscribe to this channel for even more tips! For example, a common way of ending up with a Circular Reference error is by

accidentally including the cell that should contain the formula result as part of the formula.

So, let's say I want to add these 2 numbers and see the result in cell B4. And, perhaps, I'm in a hurry. And, in my rushing, I

accidentally include cell B4 in the SUM formula.

The first thing that happens is we get an error alert from Excel. So, once we read it, and click OK, notice the result is 0. That's clearly wrong.

Excel defaulted to this because of the Circular Reference error. The error kept it from correctly adding our 2 cells. Another way

we can tell we have a Circular Reference error is by the note here, at the bottom left of our spreadsheet.

We can also confirm which cell has the error by looking in the Formulas tab.

In the Error Checking, click on the down arrow and then go to Circular References. And this will show you which cell has a Circular

Reference error. Before we fix the first example, let's say we accidentally typed a second Circular Reference error. This time we

want to calculate a tax of 5%. Now, instead of multiplying the cost of the item by 5%, we accidentally multiplied the total by 5%.

We, again, get a result of 0 because of the Circular Reference error. Notice that this time we did not get an error alert from Excel. That's

because you only get the alert once per session. Also, a couple of other things - notice the little blue arrows back and forth. That's

letting us know that these 2 cells are trying to calculate each other.

So, the tax is trying to calculate 5% from

the 100. And the 100 is trying to include this number in its sum. Now, before we go on, in the Error Checking, notice that when we

check the locations, we only see the location of 1 of our errors. And that was the one in B4. So, as we fix these...and we'll fix this one by

revising the SUM formula to only include cells B2 and B3. When we go back, notice

that it went on to give me the locations of the next Circular Reference errors.

So if we now fix this one,

notice that the errors completely went away. Now, if we had more errors, obviously, that would continue until all of them have been

fixed. For the most part, the best course of action is to change the cells used in your formulas to avoid this error. But, if what

you're working on requires you to calculate a Circular Reference, go into to your Excel File Options,

and, in Formulas, check off Enable Iterative Calculation. This will force Excel to calculate and recalculate to help solve your formula. It's

important to be cautious when selecting this option because, once selected, it will apply to all your spreadsheets. Meaning you may not

notice an accidental Circular Reference error. As Excel will try to calculate a result, you could end up

with an incorrect result and not realize it. So make sure to use this option with care.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial on Circular References in Microsoft Excel. If you did, please

Do you SUCK at life? 7 Ways to WIN at life!! - Duration: 8:31.

I hope you're having an awesome day as today is an awesome day my goal is to inspire

you become the greatest version of yourself my belief is that if we all

become the greatest versions of ourselves that is how we make the world

a better place and welcome to today's video how to win at life the quote for

this video is some people wanted to happen some wish it would happen

others make it happen that quote is by Michael Jordan that is a pretty awesome

quote and I know when I was younger I kind of I had a lot of depression and

stuff like that because I kind of felt like even though society would view me

as a pretty big success I kind of felt like I wasn't really successful myself

and I remember my brother was like hey bro you're one of the few people on her

family I went to college guy had agreed we got a good job what he had to be

upset about and depressed about him at the time I didn't really understand what

it was all about but you know when I look back I realized it was because deep

down inside I just felt like I was capable of so much more don't and that's

pretty much what how do you do this video and the headline that I named it

what is it again do you suck at life 7 ways to win it at life welcome to

todays video how to win in life so the first tip how to win at life is if you

don't know where you're going which path to take any path will take you there and

my first tip is you must have goals I know I personally spent a good amount of

my life my early years just kind of drifting in any direction

I mean I worked out stuff like that one to get bigger and realize knocking back

now if you don't really have a good goal of pointing forward and a good y at a

sack bowl you don't usually get derailed from that going distracted or in my case

depression hits and you just kind of give up on everything and it's just not

really a good ways it's not you're not winning at night if you don't have any

goal is pulling you forward through life and step number two of how to win at

night is to take responsibility for your action winners don't use excuses they

find solutions and the big thing here is take responsibility for your actions all

the time where'd you speak anything like that don't ever point the finger at

somebody else because just remember you're pointing the finger at someone

else look there's three point right back at you so just keep that in mind and as

you go through life if you make any mistakes when you like at own up to him

we're all gonna make mistakes it's all about owning up to them which bounce the

point number three of how to win at life is learn from your mistakes I've seen a

lot of people stumble through I know I had the same thing happen

my role or yours is mean you really need to if you make a mistake right up to it

and then learn from it if you don't learn from one thing I found is that the

universe will actually keep putting you in that situation or that mistake to

happen over and over again do you finally get your lesson and I've kind of

learned that the hard way I was pretty stubborn when I was younger it happens

that wasn't really one of the people that I thought I'd do everything but I

was kind of somewhere between there and where I'm at now realizing I know

absolutely nothing and point number four of how to win the life is don't be

afraid to fail and that basically he said at certain point a lot of people

are afraid to do something a lot of people are afraid because they see

mistakes as failures and failures aren't something bad like we've been taught

then from a very young age school age

we've been taught that failure is a bad with failures there's nothing wrong with

failure when you fail basically all you do is learn one way not to do something

like Thomas Edison failed I don't know it was a hundred times five hundred

times a thousand times I see tons different information over the internet

over the internet looking it up but um he found tons and tons of times trying

to make the light bulb trying to find a filament for the night ball and it all

you did all he said is I just found another way not to do it so don't be

afraid to failure I think that's really the main thing that stops a lot of

people from the winning advice and completing their goals needed making

goals to the crop in the first place way number five out of my net life is be

eager to learn every day set time a day schedule in if you have to because

things that get scheduled get done and the big point here is bigger learn every

day whether you're reading books new books something like add some things I

do is I raise much now as I would like to it's something I really need you need

to get into doing bring it read books articles find good blogs stuff like that

you learn from you can do podcasts or YouTube channels have a couple

motivation channels I learned and Ivan Carmichael's channel I learned

from his a lot from his channel it's a lot of different things it could be new

skills it can be a language it can be anything as long as you're continuing

learning the continual and growing as a person and this also goes from learning

from not learnt from your mistakes as well because as long as you're learning

in every aspect in your life you'll be good

don't definitely be winning it like wait number six and how to win at life is

stay focused it's DNA's it's pretty hard to stay

focus there's so many distractions there's phones buzzing and going off and

people texting you and Facebook sending notifications and whatever apps you have

on your phone say notifications to it they're all fighting for your attention

but one thing I was just doing is if you're working on something like in the

morning I have my morning routine first iron warning I don't even look at my

phone and I actually leave it sitting over by my alarm clock actually but 20

feet from where I'm standing right now over that way my bed right there so one

thing I was Jess is silence your phone turn off any distractions we're trying

to get something done as long as everything else is trying to

pull your attention away from what you're doing you're not really gonna get

anything done definitely a really good way to win at life is in them at your

distractions especially when you're busy doing something way number seven at a

win at life is to be better than you were yesterday I think one of the main

things and it's like for us to do is to constantly improve as a person when the

worst things you can really do is compare yourself to somebody else the

best person to compare yourself to is actually the person you were yesterday

and just make sure that you're doing better at hitting your goals you're

making your goals your routines and habits are getting better and better

you're getting good habits good routines in your life and just do try your best

to do things better than eating your snack it's a little bit over time you'll

pretty much have a completely different like a completely different person it

takes one step at a time though I just want to know what steps do you take them

on your life and if there's anything else from Intel

these videos let me know down in the comments below as I say thank you for

watching this video you totally reek of awesomeness happy healthy at peace in

live in abundance much love I challenge you to live your version of an extraordinary life
