Do you want to create a custom login page for your WordPress site? Well keep

watching, in this video I'll show you two methods you can use to create custom

login pages in WordPress. Getting a custom login page is usually for people

who are creating a membership site without using a membership plugin so if

you're ready let's get started. First let's head over to our WordPress

dashboard and from there we're going to head over to our plugins area, add new

because we want to look for a plugin called theme my login. Theme my login is

pretty powerful it allows you to create custom registration and custom profile

pages you can also do custom emails and set up custom redirects. So this is the

one we're looking for, let's go ahead and install now. Once it's installed you'll

also want to make sure that you click activate so we'll do that next. Now you

see it's activated here with the blue area that tells us it's activated

and from here we have a new tab over in our admin area so let's just click on the

theme my login to customize it. From here you want to make sure that the

stylesheet is enabled here, the login type you can choose to do user name only,

email only, or to make it easier just do user name or email, and down here you

want to select the modules you want to enable for the custom login. When you

click on each new module and click Save Changes we'll now have an area under

our theme my login settings like you see here. Once you have that here you can

customize it as you need. Now a lot of times people want to redirect someone

who logs in say to a particular page maybe you're doing a course and you want

to redirect them to that course page. Turn on the redirection module here and

then you can go through and set it up. You can do this for all the different

groups on your site, you can do that for your editors you want to scroll down

because you're likely going to be doing that for your subscribers and say when

they log in you can send them to either the page that they were on before they

logged in or send them to a custom page on your site. So that's how you do that

with theme my login. The second method we'll use is using

another plugin called WPForms. If you've recently signed up for a hosting

account you probably already have WPForms light on your website and this

will be using the premium version which allows you to create custom WordPress

login and registration forms. Head over to WPForms to get the premium version.

Once you download the plugin head back over to our plugins area, Add New, and

instead of searching for it this time we will upload the plugin from here. You

can either choose file or you can drag the zip file to it.

Once you have it uploaded click install now and again you'll want to click

activate plugin to get started. Once it's installed

you'll see this landing page and we can head over to WPForms, go to settings,

you'll need to make sure that you enter your license key and verify and now

we're all set to go. Once we have this setup we need to go to our addons area

because we need to install the addon for the user registration and while

we're scrolling through I'll just say that WPForms, the premium version, is so

much more than a contact form. With it you can accept forms of payment, you can

do form abandonment, if someone starts a form but they don't finish you can find

ways to still engage with them. So scrolling down the user registration is

what we're wanting so let's click install addon and like with plugins we

need to activate it as well. Alright now we're all set so let's go over to add

new so we can create our custom login. Under the form name we'll just create a

title and scrolling down you can either do a blank form that you can start from

scratch or you can go through their templates that they have and find one

that matches what you need. Scrolling down it's the user login form

that we want so let's create the login form. This is the basic form that we will

want and we also want to go into settings we want to set the confirmation

that's what to do once the user successfully logs in. You can create a

message, show a particular page, or redirect them to a specific URL.

Alright now that we've created that we're going to save this and now we just

have to do one final thing we need to create the page where we want this form

to go. So I'm going to go to my pages area and click add new. From here we can

give it a title and from here you can either add your logo or add an image

that you want to show on the login page you can even add some text here thanking

them for logging in and what we want to do is there's a new button up here, add

form and we want to click on that. From the drop down we want to click custom

login, that's the form we want, and click Add Form and it'll bring in the short

code for the WPForms. So now let's click publish and it'll be ready to show and

now when we go to log in you see this custom page. You can also create a custom

widget for your site so we'll go back to our dashboard, let's head over to

Appearance, Widgets, and if you want a login on your sidebar then we just go

down, get the WPForms grab it, drag it up to our sidebar area, select the form that

we want to show, give it a title, and save. Now somebody comes to your site and

they're not logged in they have an easy way to log in from here. Now those are

two simple and easy ways to create custom login pages without writing any

Hello ladies and gentlemen, this is Dante, and welcome to my mini-series about good vibes and personal growth.

We've got some solid stuff to talk about today,

so go ahead and hit that subscribe button and let's just dive right in.

So today I'm going to talk about presentation, and I'm not talking about the kind of presentation

where you stand up in front of your class and you talk about a topic, or you stand in front of everybody at work and

you talk about a presentation that you put together on PowerPoint. I'm talking about...

Presentation.

Presentation goes beyond verbal communication, and that's something that I'll talk about in a separate video,

but presentation is a crucial part of who you are.

Presentation is how you carry yourself. While this topic can be seen as shallow,

it's something that you have to discuss because presentation is something that's important.

You should be carrying yourself strong and tall because you're a human being, and you're capable of many great things.

But it's easy to get weighed down.

Many things can weigh us down.

It could be something as simple as you putting on a new pair of shoes and somebody says that they don't like them.

And these little interactions happen on a daily basis.

I mean you could be judged on the kind of car you drive, you could be judged on your breakfast choices,

you could be judged on the clothes that you wear, you could be judged on how you complete a project,

I mean, these are things that happen every day and it's easy to let them pile up and weigh us down.

So you begin to doubt yourself, and you begin to kind of close yourself off and you don't let people see who you really are,

even the people that are closest to you, and then you just close yourself off from the world.

The truth is these interactions are going to happen and there's nothing you can do to stop it.

There are going to be people that are just simply not going to vibe with the way that you are.

So you have to put these weights down. You shouldn't wear yourself out or put additional strain on yourself by carrying

unnecessary weight, so just take a deep breath in...

hold it for a few seconds... and

then just let it release, and then put your shoulders back, and give the world a good smile.

Try to practice presenting yourself as a comfortable person and

welcome the world with open arms. It can be hard at times,

but you just have to be open-minded and you have to let that stress to slide right off of you.

The sooner you do that, the sooner you can travel down the path of being completely comfortable and confident with yourself.

The key to presentation... is being present.

I want to keep this video simple straight to the point, and that's where I'm gonna go ahead and cut it off.

Understanding Camera Metering – Best Metering Mode for Video Exposure (Evaluative, Center, or Spot) - Duration: 5:27.

Have you ever been out filming and got footage that you new was just gonna look awesome.

You thought you had the exposure nailed, and you get home, upload all the footage and find

it looks like this.

Well, your exposure meter may not be telling you exactly what you think it is.

Hey everyone, Camber here with you and today we are talking about controlling the exposure

of your scenes with various types of metering.

And if you're new here, this channel is all about teaching you how to use your camera

to make good videos.

So if that's you, consider subscribing.

So DSLRs have light meters built into them that automatically measures the reflected

light and determines what the best exposure is for your images.

And there are various metering modes that your camera will use to determine this optimal

exposure; and these are evaluative metering, center-weighted metering, and spot metering.

And there are other variations that different cameras do offer, but we're gonna just cover

these main three that most cameras have.

But first you'll want to be in manual mode.

The light meter is useful when you're doing other modes such as aperture priority, shutter

priority, or program mode; however, you almost always want to retain control over all your

settings in video for stylistic reasons.

So you'll need to be in manual mode.

So, taking a look inside of the viewfinder, you can see the metering scale displayed by

a "0" in the middle with bars going left and right to a "1" and "2" on each side of the "0."

Each of these numbers represents a "stop of light," and the metering scale is typically

based on one-third increments of these stops of light.

So, if you point your camera at a bright area, the bars will go to the "+" side indicating

that there is too much light for the current exposure setting.

If you point your camera at a very dark area, the bars will go to the "-" side indicating

that there is not enough light.

So you would then have to change your camera settings in aperture, shutter speed, or ISO

accordingly in order to achieve the "0" which is the optimal exposure based on your camera meter.

And these camera meters work great when scenes are evenly lit, however it can become problematic

and challenging for your meter to determine proper exposure when there is various objects

with different light levels and intensities in your image.

So for example, looking at someone with the sun behind them, there will be very large

differences in brightness between your subject and the sun; and the picture will look very

different based on if you're exposing for the subject or for the background.

And this is where the various types of metering come into play.

Evaluative metering is the default mode on most DSLRs, and this is also known as matrix metering

or multi-metering depending on your camera's manufacturer.

But they all work in the same way by dividing the frame up into multiple zones and then

analyzing them for light and dark tones.

And one of the key factors that your metering system takes into account during evaluative

metering is where your focus point is set to.

So after looking at all these different zones and figuring out an average among them, your

camera looks at where your focus point is set and marks that zone as more important than the rest.

Evaluative metering works well with scenes that are evenly lit, and you can typically

use it as a "go-to" method for getting your shots.

If you leave your camera in this mode, you'll find out pretty quickly how your exposures

will turn out in a variety of settings.

Next up is center-weighted metering, and this mode measures the light in the center of your

frame with its surroundings and ignores the corners.

Compared with evaluative metering, center-weighted metering does not take into account where

your focus point is set but rather only evaluates that middle area of your image.

And on many higher-end DSLRs you can actually change the diameter of your center-weighted area.

A good use for this mode would be a scene where you want your primary subject to be

correctly exposed while the rest of the image can generally be ignored for proper exposure.

And the final mode is spot metering, which will give you the most precise and accurate

exposure control over your image because it will only evaluate the light around the point

you choose while ignoring everything else.

If you were getting a shot of a person with sun behind them but they occupied a small

part of the frame, it's best to use the spot metering mode because when your subjects don't

take up much of the space, using evaluative or center-weighted metering would most likely

result in a silhouette.

Another option that some cameras offer to help with determining exposure are zebras,

which are hashed lines that show up in any part of your scene that is overexposed.

I find this mode very useful when I'm shooting weddings and don't have time to be switching

back and forth between all my metering modes.

I'll just click on the zebras, and then I can see which part of the frame is overexposed

to make sure that I'm not overexposing skin.

So try out the different types of metering in various settings, and see which ones work

best for you in different circumstances.

Learn your camera well so you can make sure that you get your exposure right every time

because proper exposure is crucial to getting good footage.

Mosquitoes and flies are two insects that regularly fly around our house and annoy us,

and as if that wasn't already bad enough, they can also transmit diseases.

Whenever we notice them around our house, our first reaction is usually to grab some

repellent to keep them away.

But did you know that there are some plants that can also keep these insects far away

from your home?

And they can also keep other pests away such as aphids, cochineals and caterpillars.

The best part is that they're natural and smell much better than bug spray!

These plants repel insects due to the essential oils present in them, which happen to be what

give them their pleasant odor.

In other words, having rosemary or lavender planted in your garden will significantly

reduce the appearance of these unwanted insects.

In today's video we're going to show you some of the best plants to keep insects and

pests away from our homes and gardens.

Basil Basil is great at repelling mosquitoes and

flies, and since it does best in direct sunlight, it should be placed near doors or windows.

Furthermore, you can use it as a seasoning due to its delicious fragrance.

Marigolds You've probably seen these bright yellow

flowers decorating gardens before, but you may not have known that they can repel insects.

Just like basil, marigolds also emit a pleasant smell that scares off bugs.

Catnip While catnip may attract cats, it keeps mosquitoes

away.

A study has even shown that it's 10x more potent than most store-bought repellents.

Rosemary We've already talked about rosemary oil's

health benefits on this channel, but its fragrance is also able to keep mosquitoes and other

flying insects away.

Just like basil, rosemary is also a great seasoning, which gives you another reason

to have it around.

Chrysanthemum Chrysanthemums contain pyrethrin, a natural

insecticide.

This substance repels mosquitoes and other insects such as cockroaches, beetles and flies.

You can also use this plant to avoid getting bug bites by rubbing the leaves on your skin.

Geranium One of the most common plants used to repel

insects and decorate front porches is the geranium.

Geraniums smells strongly of lemon and citronella.

There are also ivy geraniums which contain a substance that serves as a natural insecticide

and repellent, so it keeps mosquitoes away.

Citronella This is probably one of the best-known alternatives

to repel insects, and it's used to make candles and oils.

The plant serves as a repellent on its own, but you can use it directly on your skin to

further prevent bug bites.

Try crushing some citronella leaves and rubbing them straight on your body.

You can also make a concentrated tea to clean your house with, or leave in alcohol for a

few days and use it as a spray.

It becomes even more effective when it's used with two other natural repellents such

as catnip and geranium.

WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS (How to Break Them) - Duration: 5:07.

So you've been losing weight for a couple of weeks, or a couple of months, and everything's

been going smoothly. Suddenly, you can't seem to push past a plateau. This week I'm covering

3 foolproof methods to push past any plateau. Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of Walk With Me, this is Josh here,

and today we are talking about plateaus. It's something that everybody has to go through

at some point in their weight loss journey, and it can really put a damper on your mental

state and your progress.

After almost a decade of experimenting, these three things have proven very effective for

me to push past any plateau.

You need to make sure you're being honest with yourself as to how many calories you're

eating.

If you're having that late night snack and just not worrying about tracking it, that's

where this comes in. You need to cut that out and be honest with yourself.

When you're first starting to lose weight, especially if you have a lot of weight to

lose, you have kind of a lot of margin of error, and a lot of room to work with.

Little things like not tracking your sauce, or going by volume measurements instead of

weight measurements, or having a completely free day every week where you're not tracking

anything.

All this stuff can be really great and still effective in the beginning stages, but later

on in your weight loss you just have a lot less room to work with, with your calories

in versus calories out, as your weight goes down you burn a lot less therefore eliminating

a lot of that margin.

Things like spices and sauces need to be tracked down to the calorie, at least on the short

term, until you get this situated.

If you're not already tracking your calories and you're in a plateau, that really is priority

one.

You can't fix what you're not aware of, so even if you don't like it, even if you don't

plan on doing it forever, it is crucially important to have a good strong understanding

of how many calories are in which foods, or you're going to gain the weight back or you're

never going to finish your weight loss.

I get so many questions from people struggling with a plateau, yet they have no idea how

many calories they're eating.

There's no way you're going to get by through the last stages of your weight loss with that

attitude.

Like I said earlier, in the beginning you can get away with a lot of that because you

have so much more margin of error.

You don't have that anymore, so it's time to start tracking.

The longer you eat at a calorie deficit your body will continue to use up all of the glycogen

stores that you have throughout your whole body.

Glycogen is essentially just a type of sugar water that your body uses for energy, sometimes

when those glycogen stores get depleted your body will slow down its weight loss.

So it's important to have a day where you're going to eat a few hundred calories extra

to kind-of refill those tanks.

This is not an excuse to go crazy and eat, you know, 1000 or 2000 extra calories but

you want to increase for one day about 4-500 calories into your diet with all carbs.

That's going to refill those stores, it's going to probably improve your workouts too,

but that's just a good reset for your body to continue losing weight.

You want to increase your cardio by 100 or so calories every day, or decrease your food

by 100 or so calories every day.

And this really is a last resort because method one and two I talked about have gotten me

through just about every single plateau I've had, but if you're being honest and accurate

with yourself and you've had a refeed day recently you might just need to drop your

calories a bit.

This exact step is exactly why I don't recommend to push past that 500 calorie deficit in the

earlier stages because you need that wiggle room, this was the wiggle room I talked about.

There will always inevitably be a time where you need to lower those calories. I guarantee

a lot of you out there right now that are having issues with a plateau, you're probably

at 2000 calories or 1500 calories, or something way lower than you should be at and you don't

have any room to move now.

So if you've been following the right plan just drop those calories down and that should

fix the problem.

And if your calories are already at too low of a spot and you don't have any room to move

down, I would recommend you do that refeed day and then reset your calories to an appropriate

number.

You might lose out on a couple of weeks of progress but it will break that plateau.

But those are all the steps and methods you need to be taking, I promise if you follow

those to a t they will work, they will get you past that plateau.

I lost 145lbs following these strategies so I really, I promise that if you follow everything

it will work. You will get past that plateau and you will be losing weight again. I'd love

SIMPLE STRATEGY To RANK Your Product #1 On AMAZON In 2018 (WITHOUT Giveaways) - Duration: 18:53.

what's going on guys welcome to today's video in today's video I'm gonna be

going over how to rank your product number one on Amazon without doing any

giveaways I'll also be going over Amazon's algorithm to the best of my

knowledge as well as break down the simple strategy that you can use to rank

on the first page and start out ranking your competitors anyways I'm gonna go

ahead and hop into computer so that I can show you guys the overview of the

strategy and break it down for you guys anyways let's go ahead and jump in

alright what's going on guys so we're gonna be talking about how to rank your

product number one on Amazon in 2018 without doing any giveaways now before

we go ahead and jump into the strategy we need to understand how Amazon's

algorithm works and you know kind of like the deciding factors that they use

in order to rank your product above somebody else's or somebody else's

product above your product so some ranking factors I'm the first one is

going to be sales now sales is the first one if you're getting zero sales your

product isn't gonna rank at all I probably won't even rank on the first

ten pages even if you have you know an optimized product listing and that's why

we need to go ahead and get sales and you know start driving sales and then

you know you can do that a variety of ways you can do that through Amazon PPC

through Facebook ads and you know once your product starts climbing through the

rankings and gets on page one it's gonna start getting organic sales and the more

sales that your product gets the higher its gonna outrank the competitors now up

next we have click-through eight now click-through rate is whenever somebody

types in your keyword and they're scrolling through different products to

see which one to click on you know that's gonna be the click-through rate

so somebody let's say out of a hundred searches your product gets about 20

clicks on it then that means that your product has a 20 percent click-through

rate for that keyword now we want to make sure that your click-through rate

is high and we do that by having optimized product photography so just

make sure that whenever you're setting up your product photos on your listing

that the first one is the best product photo and it's super high quality and

you also want to make sure that you know once people go ahead and click on that

that your product photography is able to be doomed in which means that your image

has to be over a thousand by a thousand pixels the next one is conversion rate

so out of a hundred people that land on your page let's say that only ten people

buy that's a ten percent conversion rate now on Amazon you know it depends just

like on the price and the product and the niche but anything like under a ten

percent conversion rate for let's say a product like twenty to twenty-five

dollars it honestly isn't that great you know if you have a product that's around

that's around that price point you want to go ahead and shoot for having like

conversion above twenty percent I'm in the beginning ten to twenty percent is

good but you can always optimize it a little bit better entry for twenty to

thirty percent conversion rate and that's gonna give you an extra kick over

your competitors alright so up next we have reviews and our reviews give your

product social proof without reviews Amazon doesn't know whether whether or

not people like your product or they don't like it and you know your

potential customer doesn't know whether people are saying that it's good or bad

so you want to make sure to have reviews and start getting positive reviews on

your product now a lot of people are gonna go ahead and leave four to five

star reviews and the occasional one-star review is gonna come in there but as

long as you know 49 out of 50 reviews or four to five stars and the occasional

one-star Falls and that's okay but you know as I said we want to make

sure that we keep the reviews high and that comes with customer support and

customer satisfaction of the product so just make sure that you have a good

product before you do this and if you've done the proper product research and you

know if you've gotten good samples and you follow the entire process with

Amazon FBA and getting your product to FBA then you most likely have an amazing

product which should be getting great reviews up next we have outside traffic

now this is one that's kind of iffy as a ranking factor but I think that if

you're bringing outside traffic and not just using PPC but let's say you're

using Facebook ads or Instagram ads or influencers Amazon I think kind of tends

to reward that because it's making them more money too because you know every

product that's bought on Amazon Amazon makes a couple bucks on it so if you're

bringing people outside of Amazon and you're able to convert them on Amazon

and have them become customers they tend to give you a little bit of a

boost now I've seen that whenever I've run Facebook ads to my products in the

past you know Amazon kind of tends to like shoot them up a little bit more so

even if I don't have more sales than the other product that's ranked higher than

me they kind of give me that spot for a little bit to see if I can compete with

them and get more sales and compete at that spot you know with the

click-through rates still being higher conversion rates still being high and

you know there's a lot of factors that go into it but I think that if you're

able to successfully drive outside traffic and start getting sales I think

Amazon rewards that so we're gonna be going over outside traffic in this video

today as well up next you know there's listing optimization this includes you

know bullet points the title the backend keywords the frequently asked questions

the reviews just everything just you need to make sure that you haven't

optimized its listing and I've gone over this in a previous video I'm pretty sure

it was the last video that I recorded so if you want to go ahead and check that

out make sure to go ahead and check it out after this video and lastly we have

seller feedback so that basically means you know are a lot of people were

turning or refunding your product since it's not a good product or you know is

your customer support and customer satisfaction high or low a lot of times

and like one of the tricks that I like to use as I like to get people to go

ahead and leave seller feedback and then from the seller feedback I asked him to

go ahead and leave the review so that I'm killing two birds with one stone

there and 99% of the time I found that a lot of people will go ahead and leave

the review and usually the seller feedback that they leave is a positive

review because it's a positive review of the product and they also talk about the

brand so that's just a neat little trick that you can go ahead and start using

for your listing and for your brand now before we get started you need to make

sure that your listing is optimized because this will not work if your

listing if if your listing is not optimized now your listing must have

great product photos must be keyword optimized title bullets description back

in the keywords frequently asked questions reviews the whole nine yards

like I mentioned I already shot a video going over the entire

process of optimizing your listing so make sure to go ahead and check that one

out and then you should also have at least five to ten reviews

I will never start running outside traffic unless I have at least five to

ten reviews just because it shows some show some social proof that people are

already buying your product they're having a great experience with it and

it's exactly what they needed now let's take a look at a great example of a

listing and this is gonna be the product that I'm gonna be using as an example to

go ahead and start advertising and I'm also going to be using it in the next

video so stay tuned for that one but anyways it's gonna be right over here as

this moon lamp I actually came across this one when I was doing product

research a couple of months ago I thought it was a good product but it was

a little too saturated for me but um it's definitely great listing they have

a lot of keywords in the listing this is the number one listing whenever you type

in moon lamp on Amazon on Amazon keeps on doing that anyways you know as we can

see great great title the bullet points down here they're using up all the space

that they can they're including a lot of keywords using the most advanced 3d

printing and manufacturing technology and price astronomical data to create a

texture that is very similar to the real moon built-in rechargeable lithium

battery again some more keywords over here LED dual color light effect you

know just very very good product listing they're including a lot of great

keywords here and it's very optimized so far then down here for the product

description it's also great it looks like they're registered through Amazon's

brand registry which allows them to include products photos and kind of edit

up the product description which I would recommend you guys go ahead and do

because it definitely makes it look nicer and your listing converts a lot

better whenever you have a great product description as we can see here this is

specifications another image of the moon lamp here's a couple more images of the

moon lamps over here you know it shows the the brightness you know you can it's

adjusted just by touching it adjust the brightness of the lamp

by touching the button switch and the button switch for this product is at the

top and then just shows the product in use with a little kid you know please

pay attention keep greased water or other liquid away

from the product again they went ahead they put in a lot of effort into this

and no wonder that it is the number one search result whenever they type in moon

lamp and then as we can see down here you know they have a lot of frequently

asked questions they have a 113 questions and answers I'm sure that some

of them were kind of planned out from before to answer any objections that

people might have when purchasing this product and then obviously this product

has 628 reviews people are buying it like crazy 16 hours ago one day I go one

day I go one day I go you know three days three days so people are buying

this product for the most part they're satisfied but of course there's always a

couple of people that leave the one star reviews so the best way to rank on page

one is to start matching the sales velocity of the top sellers of your

product we do this by using tools like jungle scout or viral launch to give us

SMS of the top one to five sellers for our keywords now keep in mind that these

are estimates and while they tend to be pretty accurate you know you're gonna

find out that when you're selling it might only take ten instead of twenty to

go ahead and rank in the top five spots or sometimes if it's a little bit more

competitive it might take a little bit more sales to go ahead and rank in the

top spot but just go ahead and play around with it and see what works for

most of the time they have pretty accurate estimates so if it's saying

that it's getting thirty sales per day you should be able to rank on the first

page getting just twenty to twenty-five and then letting your listing and

Amazon's organic traffic take over and start getting organic sales and start

ranking even higher that way now most people do this by using a launch slash

giveaway service and you know there's nothing wrong with giving away product

at a discount but you know as long as the people receiving the product or more

likely to become customers of our brand a lot of people that use these giveaway

services you know there's really nothing wrong with them but these people on

these platform are just looking for deals you know to

get 90% off a product or to get 75% off a product and I've seen a lot of these

come back and kind of hop on sellers listings and start undercutting them on

price so just be aware of that you know if if you don't really have much much

experience advertising on Facebook and you know you don't really feel

comfortable spending a lot of money or you're on a tighter budget then you can

go ahead and use these giveaway services just but just be careful when using them

the best way is to go ahead and you know start building your own list introduce

customers to your own brand and then sell to those customers who might become

customers for life of our brands now you know if you're about to launch focus on

spending a few hundred bucks to build a list of people interested in your

product and you know there's a free four day training in the description down

below where I show you guys how to do all of this but you know we're gonna be

focusing on sending traffic outside of Amazon for this strategy and you want to

be able to control the sales process now we're on Amazon and Amazon controls the

majority of the sales process you know from you know getting people to check

out and adding the card and all that stuff but we can control where the

traffic comes from now you know a lot of the times people say yeah we're gonna go

ahead and start an Amazon business we're starting an Amazon FBA business but you

don't own an Amazon business you have a physical products business aka your

brand which you sell on Amazon which is why it's important to be able to control

some of the sales process especially the traffic part and in the beginning when

you're just getting started now it you know you can go ahead and do this with

Amazon's internal traffic and use their PPC but if you're able to master outside

traffic this also ties into some of the ranking factors and it'll help you rank

a little bit higher than your competitors and give you that

competitive edge over other companies and other products selling on Amazon now

here is the strategy we want to be using Facebook Ads or any other outside

traffic and send them to a bridge page and then from the bridge page we send

them to our Amazon listing now the reason why we send them to the bridge

page is for a couple reasons actually because first off we can go ahead and

include an affiliate link on our bridge page we can include the affiliate link

that leads them to our Amazon listing so we can kind of start offsetting traffic

so if we're selling a $30 product and we're getting 10% back from Amazon

Associates that's already about three bucks that we're getting back and it

starts covering traffic now let's say we're getting 8% it's still two dollars

and 40 cents that we're getting back from our affiliate earnings on our own

product but it you know it's still offsetting traffic and it's still great

so you know if you're paying $15 per day on Facebook traffic and you're getting

five sales from that it's already paying for itself and it's like you're getting

customers for free and it's like you're ranking your product for free now on the

bridge page you can capture an email address in exchange for a discount or my

preferred method is to give them the discount code and send them straight to

the listing now you know our objective here is sales velocity and it's to

increase sales velocity and if we were to go ahead and start capturing email

addresses in exchange for the discount what kind of lower conversions and lower

sales velocity so for now we're not really focused on getting emails you

know that comes later down the road and you know we can do that with our with

our product insert or with our follow-up sequence and we can worry about

collecting emails that way but for now our main objective is to increase sales

velocity and you know for those people that leave the bridge page you can also

place a retargeting pixel and follow them around on Facebook until they go

ahead and buy the product on Amazon because a lot of the times what people

do is they get distracted because they get a notification on Facebook or they

get distracted from their mailman so you know this way you're showing them

retargeting ads and Amazon actually already does some retargeting ads but if

you go ahead and add your own retargeting ads it becomes much more

powerful and the returns on these retargeting ads make it a lot they make

it extremely worth it to go ahead and run them because for $5.00 you might be

able to get let's say this might be an exaggeration but let's say for $5.00 if

you're running a lot of traffic you might be able to get 50

sales in return for that while when you're spending five dollars you might

only be able to get two to three sales if you're sending them straight from the

bridge page to your Amazon listing now here's the bridge page I've actually

gone over this and the free four day training that I mentioned earlier in the

video but here's the bridge page it's a super simple page you know you have the

the product description up top the product title that you have an image on

the left and on the right side you give them an option to go ahead and buy you

tell them a little bit about the product you give them a little bit of a discount

and then there's some trust factors below then below there's a lot the

opt-in page that's actually gonna be a video of your product now I would

recommend you getting a video of your product whether it be a couple of images

and a slideshow we're actually getting a video agra fir and paying them about a

hundred to two hundred dollars to come shoot your product in motion and kind of

show people more features about your product now this actually makes the page

convert a lot better so if you can make sure to go ahead and spend one hundred

two hundred bucks on the videographer and get them to shoot a video then you

know there's features on the left side you can basically just take your bullet

points and add them there and then on the right side I'll go ahead and add

five to six of your reviews over there just to give the page some social proof

and then then below there's some more information and all the way at the

bottom of the page it's basically just like the top of the page I'm just

another image of the product and it gives them another chance to go ahead

and buy from Amazon and again that buy from Amazon button is going to be your

affiliate link for your product and I'm the reason why I'm not going over this

entire page here and showing you how to optimize it is because it took me about

30 minutes to go ahead and show it in the previous video and in hopes of

keeping this video kind of short because I want to respect your time I'm just

gonna show you what it looks like over here but if you go ahead and the free

training there's gonna be a link to go ahead and download it straight into your

clickfunnels account so that you can start using it immediately and start

making changes immediately and not have to build this entire page from scratch

and you know here's an example of an add image that you might use for your

facebook ads it's a super simple image of the moon lamp as you guys can see I

just took it from the listing then I went ahead and added Amazon's choice now

if you had the Amazon's choice back go ahead and add it on there because it

increases it increases click-through rate and conversions and they can also

add the stars down to the bottom left or bottom right you can also add the Prime

logo to let people know that it's Prime they get free two-day shipping because

people who have Prime they love to use Prime because they get free two-day

shipping anyways guys in the next video I'm gonna be showing you how to set up

the Facebook ad it's gonna be an in-depth step-by-step tutorial on

everything from the targeting to the ad image to the copy to retargeting to

setting up the pixel just everything that you can imagine about the Facebook

Prolotherapy for Tendinosis & My Favorite Clinical Rotation | DailyDocTalk 3 - Duration: 4:33.

every one so I just finished one of my probably one of my favorite rotations

here at the clinic it is a it's a clinic in a less fortunate area where there's

grant money that allows patients in this under service community to come and

receive treatment not just for pain related conditions but patients can come

for blood pressure checks manage their diabetes any GI dysfunction pain

anything like that as well as musculoskeletal complaints and so on

this rotation I oversee a lot of students who are managing these patients

condition as they're learning and being overseen by the physicians and this is

probably one of my favorite shifts for a few reasons

the first is that the patients here because they come from an underserviced

area another service community they appreciate what we do here and how we

help them on a completely different level then when someone comes in and is

paying for their health care which is an interesting notion to think about

however it's just it blows my mind how how caring and how much these patients

really appreciate what we can give them I also love this rotation because I get

to teach the students some of the regenerative injections that I do such

as perineural injection therapy and Prolotherapy and we use ultrasound

guidance for some of those as well and so we had a patient come back today we

had seen him about three months ago for some low back pain today we're seeing

him for his shoulder and so we followed up on him and three months ago I had

done and taught a student how to do lumbar facet injections and multiphoton

injections under ultrasound the patient was having chronic low back pain that

started about two years prior he's a rancher so it was affecting his his work

for who don't know a rancher someone who's

gonna work kind of on a farm with livestock specifically he handled horses

and so anyways he had had right-sided pain that extended down into his back a

little bit was worse with twisting motions which is one of the more classic

symptoms for facet syndrome and so we had treated the facet joint the capsule

around the facet joint and also and this is really important treated the

multifidi that are in the lumbar region which are

going to be huge spinal stabilizers and oftentimes with chronic low back pain

they don't fire as quickly and so they can cause some destabilization in the

lower spine and even the cervical but and so we treated those as well and he

had one Prolotherapy treatment and he came back today and he was ninety-five

percent better and he was actually coming in for his shoulder so his

shoulder we end up also treating with some Prolotherapy we think he may have a

slap tear so we may need to get imaging at some point if he doesn't respond to

conventional our conventional treatment which is going to be Prolotherapy and

then we also saw some tendinosis so some thickening of the tendon and a little

bit of cartilage defects and some osteochondral defects along the bone

where the both in the joint and also where the supraspinatus was attaching

and so there are some superspinatus tendinopathy going on and so we also

treated that with the prolotherapy so I'm excited to see how he does I'm

excited to share this with you I didn't expect to film this video but as part of

my filming I'm trying to get more spontaneous and sharing kind of what's

going on in my life so that I can share that with other people this will

Set Up Voicemail.

To set up voicemail,

from the Home screen, select the Phone App.

Select the Visual Voicemail icon.

Select "BEGIN SETUP".

Select "FINISH".

Access & Check Voicemail.

When you receive a new voicemail,

the Voicemail icon

will be displayed in the Notification bar.

You can also access and check your voicemail

by selecting and holding the One (1) key from the dial pad.

From the Visual Voicemail App,

select the desired voicemail message.

Select the Play icon to play the message.

Select the Pause icon to pause.

To delete a message, select the Delete icon.

Then select "YES".

Change Voicemail Password.

To change your voicemail password,

from the Visual Voicemail App,

then select "Settings".

Enter the new password,

Can you solve the penniless pilgrim riddle? - Daniel Finkel - Duration: 4:45.

After months of travel, you've arrived at Duonia,

home to the famous temple that's the destination of your pilgrimage.

Entering from the northwest,

you pass through the city gates and the welcome center,

where you're given a map and a brochure.

The map reveals that the town consists of 16 blocks,

formed by five streets that run west to east,

intersecting five more that run north to south.

You're standing on the northernmost street facing east,

with the two blocks containing the gate and the welcome center behind you.

The temple's only entrance lies at the very southeast corner.

It's not a long walk, but there's a problem.

As you learn from the brochure,

Duonia imposes a unique tax on all visitors,

which must be paid when they arrive at their destination within the city.

The tax begins at zero,

increases by two silver for every block you walk east,

and doubles for every block you walk south.

However, a recent reform to make the tax fairer

halves your total bill for every block you walk north

and subtracts two silver for every block you walk west.

Just passing through the gate and the welcome center

means you already owe four silver.

As a pilgrim you carry no money and have no way of earning any.

What's more, the rules of your pilgrimage forbid you

from walking over any stretch of ground more than once during your journey—

though you can cross your own path.

Can you figure out a way to reach the temple without owing any tax

or walking the same block twice in any direction?

You look at the map to consider your options.

Walking towards the temple always increases the tax,

and walking away decreases it,

so it seems like you can never reach it without owing silver.

But what happens when you walk around a single block?

If you start out owing four silver and go clockwise starting east,

your tax bill becomes six,

then 12,

then 10,

then five.

If you looped again, you'd owe seven,

14,

12,

and six.

It seems that each clockwise loop leaves you owing one extra silver.

What about a counterclockwise loop then?

Starting owing four again and going south first,

your bill changes to eight,

10,

five,

and three.

Looping again you'd owe six,

eight,

four,

and two.

Each counterclockwise loop actually earns you one silver.

That's because any tax doubled,

plus two,

halved,

and minus two,

always ends up one smaller than it started.

The key here is that while the different taxes for opposite directions

may seem to balance each other out,

the order in which they're applied makes a huge difference.

You start off owing four silver,

so four counterclockwise loops would get you down to zero.

Unfortunately, it's not that simple, since you can't walk the same block twice.

But there's another way to reduce your bill:

walking one large counterclockwise loop through the city.

From your starting position, walk three blocks south.

You need to leave the southernmost street clear for the final stretch,

so continuing counterclockwise means going east.

Walk two blocks to the eastern wall and you owe a whopping 36 silver.

But now you can start reducing your bill.

Three blocks north and one block west cuts it to 2.5.

You can't go west from here —that would leave you with no way out.

So you go one block south, and the remaining three blocks west,

leaving you with a debt of -1 silver.

And since doubling a negative number still gives you a negative number,

walking the three blocks to the south wall means the city owes you eight.

Fortunately, that's exactly enough

to get you through the final blocks to the temple.

As you enter, you realize what you've learned from your pilgrimage:

sometimes an indirect route is the best way to reach your destination.
