Waching daily Jun 6 2018

Hi guys, I hope all of you are having an amazing day.

So, in this video we'll talk about what the island expeditions are all about, we are

gonna cover what they are, how you can unluck them, how they will work, then we're gonna

talk about the consumables and finish of the video with the rewards.

What exactly are island expeditions?

Well that's something im gonna try to explain to you in this video, first off, I can tell

you that it's a new form of dynamic content that's being added in Battle for Azeroth.

Why are they dynamic, because everytime you que up for an island expedition you will see

different type of creatures, capture points, azerite nodes, chests well you get the point

they are randomly generated so they should have a lot more replayability. and Similar

to the mist of pandaria scenarios the island expeditions are also in a 3 versus 3 setting

and the roles well they don't matter, so you can que up with 3 dps, 3 healers, 3 tanks

or whatever you want.

So, by now you probably already know that azerite will be replacing the current artifact

power which basically means that we have to collect azerite in order to empower ourselves

by unlocking new traits on our azerite gear.

You might be asking well can't I just do that through dungeons and raids?

Well you can but the best source is gonna be the island expeditions so if you want to

lvl up ur heart of azeroth, the fastest content by far will be island expeditions because

you'll get 300 azerite power in about 15-20 mins if you win and dungeons and raids are

defiantly gonna take you a lot longer than that.

You'll face the opposing faction who can either be advanced AI's or other players

depending on what difficulty you choose.

So there are 4 difficulties ranging from normal to mythic and ofc pvp.

The cool thing about these AI's are that they pretty unpredictable, because they can

be offensive in one game and aggressive in another one, and I'm actually pretty impressed

with how they work, So, You will be able to unlock the expeditions

at 115 where you'll have to complete a short tutorial that will explains you exactly what

you need to do during the expeditions, which is pretty cool.

The good news is that you will only have to unlock them once per account so your alts

will automatically be able to que for the normal ones at 110 this mean that you can

level through the island expeditions if that's what you want.

How does it work?

Well the goal is to get 6000 azerite before the opposing team.

So, basically you start on a ship and have to explore the island and ofc get 6000 azerite.

You'll be able to see different azerite locations near you but after 10 mins your

azerite detector will go online and show you all of the locations on your map.

Now The cool thing about these expeditions are that you can pretty much choose whatever

playstyle you like.

So you can go around and kill the Rare elite npcs which are more powerful then the normal

ones or you can choose to kill the opposing team, and even complete different bonus objectives

such as getting a shovel to dig someone up, so it's completely up to you and your team

how you wanna complete the expeditions.

You can also purchase different type of consumables with a currency called Seafarer Dubloon that

you get from the expeditions.

Some of these consumables can actually be pretty damn useful and can help you complete

the expeditions even faster, so I would suggest you to buy some of them especially if your

doing the mythic difficulty.

Now lets take a look at some of the rewards, and I'm not 100% sure how we will get them

but but I think it will be similar to how the pvp gear in legion so whenever you complete

an expedition you have a chance to get a mount or a pet but I might be wrong.

You can also get 2 toys but unfortunately I wont be able to show you the the toys but

the candle is pretty much a candle on your head with a 1 hour cooldown, and the 2nd toy

is drum that will guise you as a pygmy and hopefully we get even more toys once battle

for Azeroth releases.

So that's it for this video guys, if you enjoyed it and found this video helpful make

sure to like it, and subscribe to the channel if you haven't already, and a huge thanks

to my patreons and to everyone else watching.

And as always guys remember to always stay positive no matter what, cya next time.

Elevate Your Culture: CARE - Duration: 8:51.

What's up vlog? Billy B here!

Obviously, it's a vlog, you're watching it. So you already knew!

We're taking a little different flavor this summer

So we're gonna highlight

elevate your culture

activity guide

Decided to write a book, create an activity guide and an online course all about culture

We thought we'd spend some time this summer, this being the very first one

to talk about each one of the different chapters

and so I think

Care is something that is a wonderful

strategy in business

Here's the chapters right here.

If you look at

Oh!

Happens to be section one is all about care.

Listen

People don't care how much you know, til they know how much you care.

You might have heard this quote

Where it came from is debatable

I know that John Maxwell said it

it was massively impactful to me when he said it I know that a lot of different

Organizations have talked about care

inside of this activity guide we break down what we think about care at elevate

and personally what I think in business

I think some of the best business strategies you can have as number one is just like

Be positive

2 is just care

3 is to be open the fact that the way you always have done something is probably not the way that you're gonna do it

That's gonna take you in the future

But I don't want to throttle and give you 45 different things I think about business

I just want to focus on one which is care

Caring for someone is having the the gusto and the forthrightness and the anticipation of someone's need

It's going above and beyond it's what Matthew 5:41 talks about

If you go one somebody asks you go one mile go with him two

There's so many different ways. You can talk about care

But inside of the activity guide I'm just gonna read straight-up care leads to higher revenue more impact and a culture

Well Pete where people want to show up for work

My question for you is if you watching this

Are you creating a culture where people want to show it for work sounds appealing right? I

Know for me is when as a non renewer I decided to create

Elevate experiences. I thought about where's a place that I want to work?

I want to work in a place where words of affirmation are expected where?

sarcasm really isn't allowed or celebrated and

People hitting deadlines is something that was a big part of what you do

Is that somebody that accomplishes something we appropriately encourage them that?

There's expectations and people have things they're supposed to do when they don't do it. There's no trophy

There's no pat on the back

My son won the championship of his A

Little League t-ball this last week and he got a trophy for it and we celebrated that and

My son and I had a conversation around why do people that lose get a trophy?

Because the other team that was playing in this tournament, they got a trophy as well

And so he and I talked about how man in life most the time

everybody gets a trophy and with a trophy you got that a trophy and

In our culture today, a lot of folks feel like regardless of what you do. You should get celebrated for it

That's not what care is. This is not the frou-frou. Everybody should feel good sit around and sing

Kumbaya make some s'mores and it's all good. Although I like s'mores and I like the song. Kumbaya

I don't believe that everybody at all times should just

Like get everything they hoped for there's this

Entitlement that that happens a bunch and I just don't want care to get thrown into that that it's just this fluffy afterthought it should

Be the initial thing you start with in your product or your service you're creating and putting carry out there or something that you're about

Listen, if you talk about you're about that life, but you ain't about that life people gonna look at you think you're crazy

But I would say hashtag stay woke when it comes to care when it comes to

Authentically thinking for someone and caring for someone and want them to achieve their goal. There's a couple questions that think about

What did you do in a moment that impacted you most

When it came when it comes to care could be in a camper you're part of kind of an internship could have been a job

What was the thing that impacted you most in that moment of care? Because see I'm I'm

Someone that I think of life in a series of moments

I'll go back to snapshots

I tried literally in my mind to take like I'm mental just like

mental snapshot of something right in the moment that I'm in and I can share so many different stories of people that impacted me by

The way they cared it could have been a handwritten note of the perfect time

It could have been I knew that somebody thought for they didn't just give me the t-shirt from the thing that they had they thought

About what size t-shirt that I needed and they gave me a shirt

That was my particular size someone that knows my favorite drink at Starbucks

someone that when I go out to eat

They already know what I want to order and they've already ordered it for me and thought ahead for me someone they might look at

My schedule and think one step ahead for me. It could be that

The floor needs vacuuming in your office and instead of you waiting for somebody else to do it

You just do it

It could be that you plan to cook hamburgers, which we just did this week for our team

But a little team gathering it could be that you don't find yourself, too

good to clean the grill after the after you cook out I

Decide I'm just gonna clean the grill like why not go above and beyond

Just because you're a certain stature and an organization doesn't mean you're not above a task

Then so fustrating for me to see people that sort of like graduate to something else and think they're beyond something

and so care for me is

Authentically trying to communicate to my team by the way. I care for them and making care a big deal in our culture

And so a couple other thoughts. I want to give you before I close this down is I

Love this part. It's actually inside of our activity guide right here. It says

Create a list of everything in your company or department

There's my timer going off create a create a list of everything your company or department does to help your employees feel cared for

My computer to fill the top part of this

workbook this activity guide

There's some examples in here like systems to pay people on-time benefits selling roading celebrating birthdays

Creating an environment where honesty is valued and encouraged create a list of the organization

You're a part of or if you're an entrepreneur and you're watching this and you don't have an organization yet. What do you aspire to?

Like when it all comes down and like you're dead

And there's no air going in and out of your lungs and your heart has stopped beating

Like what do you want people to say about you?

You know what? I want. I want my funeral packed with people

I want when I'm dead and gone for my funeral to be like totally packed

Because people knew when they were with me they were cared for now. I got a lot of work to do listen up

I hope lighten to be perfect at any stretch at any of this

But I do know

What I'm aspiring towards which is why it's important to write things down and to have the mindset of I'm going towards this thing

I haven't achieved yet. That's the future and the future is certainly good

and after you make this list of things

Start taking steps toward that if you're a part of an organization you're watching this

I would highly recommend picking up this activity guide and going through this with your team

This was care

And there's just one small section of this. There's so many more inside of this, but I'm gonna give my closing thought here on care

There's a quote that I love by Andy Stanley he said do for one which you wish you could do for all

How many moments your life do you spend I?

Can't do that for everybody in the room

so I'm just not gonna do it or

that one thing that I'm gonna do for this certain pertinent will take me a long time and I my

waste waste time

Doing this when I could have done something else

All I know is regret sucks

and whenever we live our life's in regret most of the time it's that one thing I could have pushed through and

Have that extra level of conversation. Well, my friend made a mule calls that it's going that last 10%

Giving feedback somebody loving on somebody enough to tell them something

wrapping your arms around someone who just lost a loved one or are going to that funeral or going to that wedding or being a

Part of when that baby was born like going in and caring for people right where they are

You'll never regret I I can name right now in my mind

People's weddings. I didn't go to because I was

busy, I

Regret it. I don't want you to live with regret and I guarantee you I'm fighting every single day

It's not to live with any of my life. And so hopefully that

You'll just make a care of care part of what you do. If you don't care, I would say you suck

If you're watching this and you're thinking care is fluffy you suck

but if you're watching this and you think like man

I've really thought about care is like a really good business strategy newsflash

it is it's one of the best you can have of like authentically caring and

Yeah, I care about you so I want you to know about

If You Bury An Egg And A Banana In The Garden, You'll Get Some Astonishing Results - Duration: 2:06.

Many people love to grow their plants at home.

After all, this activity is very rewarding and good for you in many ways.

However, taking care of plants is not always an easy task.

Therefore, many people end up not even trying this activity which can be considered a hobby.

Whatever the reason, one of the first things you should pay attention to when planting

seedlings is the quality of the soil.

Soil with few nutrients can make plants weak and prevent them from growing properly.

Today many people resort to the use of fertilizers, which despite being readily available, can

be toxic to the environment.

If you're thinking of starting a garden or already grow some plants at home, we have

a very interesting tip, which will improve the quality of the soil in your garden in

completely natural way.

The best part is that it's very simple to do!

All you need is an egg and a banana.

If you prefer, you can use only the eggshell.

The combination of these two ingredients will provide your garden with all the nutrients

it needs, without having to resort to fertilizers.

To get started, grab a shovel and dig a small but deep hole.

Place the egg and bananas in the hole.

Then take the plants and flowers you want to plant and put them in the hole, covering

them with soil.

The potassium from the banana and the calcium from the egg shell will provide the plants

with the necessary nutrients to grow strong and healthy.

Soon you will notice that your garden will be even more beautiful with this incredible

natural fertilizer.

Try it and tell us about your fantastic results in the comments!

27 Stars Who Committed Suicide - Duration: 2:28.

27 Stars Who Committed Suicide

Just because you are rich and famous, this does not mean you do not suffer. Tragically, the following stars all proved this point to be accurate when they took their own lives. We mourn their passing and we hope they have found the peace in death that they could not find in life...

1. Robin Williams   Suffering from depression, Robin Williams hanged himself at the age of 63.

2. Mindy McCready   The country artist killed herself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in 2013, having twice attempted suicide in the past. Her children were already in foster care at the time of her death.

3. Kurt Cobain   Kurt Cobain stunned the music world when the Nirvana lead singer killed himself via gunshot at the age of 27.

4. Tony Scott   The director of Top Gun and True Romance, among other hits, died from multiple blunt force injuries after leaping off a bridge into the Los Angeles Harbor. He left notes for his friends and family.

5. Jovan Belcher   Jovan Belcher, a linebacker on the Kansas City Chiefs at the time, shot his girlfriend dead and then drove to team headquarters where he shot and killed himself in front of his coach and general manager. Horrible stuff.

6. Lucy Gordon   The British actress appeared in Spiderman 3 and Serendipity and was sadly found dead in her Paris apartment. She hanged herself.
