Healthy, tasty and fast cooking.
Ingredients: Old-fashioned oats – 1 cup
Natural yogurt – 150g Egg – 1 pcs
Flour - 0,5 cup Lemon juice – 50g
Honey – 100g +50g Baking soda – 0,5 tsp
Mix of nuts 50g Banana – 1 pcs
Figs – 3 pcs Rosemary – 1 tsp
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the ingredients: old-fashioned oats, yoghurt, egg, lemon juice, honey, flour and banana
, Blend them until smooth.
Then add the mix of nuts . Combine vinegar and baking soda to create
a chemical reaction and mix.
Cut the figs Put the mixture into containers with the half
of the fig inside.
Mix 50g of honey with rosemary and pour the figs.
