I felt the emotion and everything oh it was so good I really really loved this

performance Sheila's voice is amazing and gosh I got a bit of tears in my eyes it

that today it's dark it's raining outside and it's just a gloomy day and

I'm feeling down but that performance lifts me up

oh I really liked at the start when Sheila was singing on her own

like it really showed her voice without the music behind her and it is wonderful

I oh it's so good it's so good I love the strength in Sheila's voice she just

has that power when she was hitting the notes that I will always love you it was

just so well done in my opinion anyway yes I see why you guys wanted me to

watch this this was this was great it was a beautiful piece that song is a

very emotional song and it is really sad that Whitney Houston can't be with us

today but yeah she would probably be proud if she was watching that

performance I loved how sweet this performance was it was just it was like

a tribute to Whitney Houston in a way like it was just so touching and and

moving and although I didn't pour into tears I still felt that and yes oh my

goodness it was so wonderful to watch this it really brought me up and I'm

really glad that I saw it I skipped a bit of the start of the video

because they were just doing a lot of the talking and they weren't

getting to the performance and I just wanted to see the performance part of it

hearing her voice the last performance I watched of her was amazing and the other

performance listen was amazing like she's such a

good singer and she really does have that wow factor to her as I have said in

How will you use your TEFL qualification? - Duration: 1:27.

I'm hoping to go somewhere weird and wonderful, far away and hopefully impart

some wisdom and some knowledge to some people that want to learn English

There'll probably be a bit of a delay, so next year in the - middle of next year - I

hopefully I aim to go to Asia teach English

I'm hoping to be able to use

this in this country and even if it's in a voluntary capacity to be able to be

with people of all different ages possibly with small children and

teach them some basics of our language

I'm hoping to try and get some work

online - start kind of doing some tutoring online and hopefully can I

start travelling as well so I'll kind of see what what jobs are out there and I'd

like to begin with doing some kind of private tutoring online and see where it goes

My aim is to find a job somewhere and

further afield teaching English

Well, I think I'll stick with the online tutoring

for maybe six months just to get bit more experience, build up some some

funds and then possibly look at a shorter-term contract elsewhere abroad

maybe in Europe at the start but continue doing the online course just

sort of go I steady in- oh sorry the, online work so I've got a steady income coming in

Have you ever wondered that in summer we can live off salads and light meals but in winter

times we can't get our hand on enough food?

What happens actually is that during winter, we have less daylight.

Due to this your pineal gland responds to lack of light by producing more melatonin

which is a sleep hormone which makes you feel sleepy.

And when you start feeling sleepy, you will lack energy and motivation and as a result

of which your activity levels may decrease.

You may feel the cold more and because the act of metabolising food generates heat, your

body will naturally start craving for more carbohydrate rich foods to keep it warm.

The higher level of melatonin also increases your appetite.

Some people suffer from seasonal affective disorder during the winter months which is

a mild type of depression and can cause the feelings of sadness and lethargy.

Even if you don't suffer from seasonal affective disorder, winter can affect your mood and

you may find yourself consuming carbohydrates to feel better.

These foods will produce the hormone serotonin which will make you feel happy but not for

long as these foods cause your blood sugar to risen rapidly and then drop quickly very

much like a rollercoaster.

So that is why you eat more in winter than summer.

How are you finding the course so far? - Duration: 1:36.

I find the course really useful especially in terms of providing

practical examples that we may be able to use in the future when we are working

with students whose English is a second or foreign language

I love it so far it's

really interactive, time's just absolutely flown in in every single day. So far it's been amazing

The course is great, certainly doing this classroom section

has been absolutely wonderful if you get a little bit bogged down with the

grammar and the things online which are very necessary this just opens it up for

you and puts your fears at rest and just lets you know that you can do

this it's your first language and you can do this

The course has been

excellent it's a really great teacher we've got with Liz, she makes

everything understandable, she makes it very interactive and a very fun

environment to learn in

I think the course has been really really good I was quite

anxious before starting it because I was just convinced you'll get everything

wrong and I didn't which was good and it's lively it's fast it's quite

full-on because it has to be because you've got an awful lot to cram in in

the time period that you've got but it's very, it's very - it's very good - energetic

informative - thorough

It's been great actually it's been really

different my mom has been asking me like what you've what you've been doing in

the classes and it's actually very difficult to explain what even goes on

in here about it it's really great very proactive and it's been thoroughly enjoyable
