Hey YouTube, Jim here!

Welcome to Top10Archive!

Just how brave is the urban explorer within you?

Can you stomach the empty halls of an asylum or the deepest reaches of hospitals long-since

shut down?

No matter how brave you may be, there are abandoned places around the world you should

avoid, relics overtaken by time and or claimed by nefarious groups.

These ten neglected places should be at the top of your list of areas to avoid – just

as they're at the top of ours.

Don't gear up for an expedition to these deserted places before subscribing and clicking

the bell.

If you've been to or know of any other abandoned locations that should be avoided, leave us

a comment and don't forget to give the video a like.

10.

The Domes, Casa Grande, Arizona Featured on an episode of Ghost Adventures,

The Domes of Casa Grande are a series of unique, UFO-like structures that were the start of

a facility intended to be used for computer manufacturing.

Partway through construction, the project was abandoned and the unusual buildings were

left to crumble in the desert sun.

Beyond the safety hazard the structures pose, if you believe what the Ghost Adventures crew

has to say, these domes are a breeding ground for evil.

Even if you scoff at their claims of demonic activity, locals largely believe that the

secluded location has made them an epicenter for cultist activity and witchcraft.

9.

Kolmanskop, Namibia As much as we'd love to encourage you to

visit the abandoned ruins of the sand-swallowed town of Kolmanskop in the Namibian desert,

we couldn't do so in good conscience.

It's not that the South African Germanic town is rife with dangerous entities or home

to sacrificial rituals, but has instead fallen victim to the persistence of Mother Nature.

The structures that one stood proud within the early 20th-century mining town have crumbled

through years of neglect, some filled nearly to the ceiling with soft desert sand.

As fascinating as it would be to experience the final days of this diamond-obsessed ghost

town, building instability may make the experience more dangerous than it's worth.

8.

Craco, Italy Once a bustling village in Basilicata, Italy,

the now-abandoned village of Craco still towers over the nearby grassy plains.

From a distance, the towering hilltop community looks less like a home for people and more

like a breeding ground for trapped souls.

Potential paranormal inhabitants aside, the structures at Craco aren't to be trusted,

especially after the landslides, earthquakes, and floods that struck the village in the

1960s.

Guided tours are available to showcase some of the safer and sturdier parts of town that

you should stick to exploring.

Potential building instability and the whispers of residents long-gone make the bulk of this

Italian village worth avoiding.

7.

Michigan Central Station, Detroit, MI Thanks to a recent installation of new windows,

the exterior of the once proud hub of Detroit's passenger train hides the grim truth of what

lies within the walls of the early 20th-century station.

From 1913 to 1988, the station welcomed countless passengers, but today, much like the city

of Detroit, it's little more than a breeding ground of bad decisions and hidden dangers.

The striking architecture is still there, hidden beneath layers of graffiti and rubble

coating the ground.

Consider you just don't know who may be calling the abandoned building home or what

you'd find beneath the debris, we recommend seeing this building from afar… like here

on Top10Archive.

6.

Ryugyong Hotel, Pyongyang, North Korea Oh, we're sorry, are the nicknames "Hotel

of Doom" and "Phantom Hotel" not deterring enough to keep you from wanting to access

this unfinished 1,080' (330 m)-tall skyscraper?

Started in 1987, construction on the Pyongyang pyramid hotel was met with numerous obstacles,

including issues with building materials, an economic crisis after the fall of the Soviet

Union, and methods used during construction.

The building is still in a partial state today, though military personnel was observed on

sight in mid-2017.

Even if you could get access, questionable building tactics may be a good reason to avoid

exploring the incomplete hotel.

5.

Oradour, Haute-Vienne, France If you kept up with your World War II tragedies,

then you may recognize the French village of Oradour-sur-Glane as the site of the Waffen-SS

company massacre.

The remnants of the old village remain to remind of the 642 lives that were ended at

the hands of the Nazi company.

Considering the magnitude of the events of June 10th, 1944, the energy around the crumbling

memorial must be intense.

Though the massacre happened over 73 years ago, a walk through Oradour requires care,

not just for the preservation of the site, but to avoid suffering injury on a rusty piece

of equipment or on a jagged brick.

4.

North Brother Island, New York If you're one to believe that places of

great turmoil and suffering leave behind a strong and potentially dangerous energy, then

North Brother Island between the Bronx and Riker's Island in New York may be a trip

worth skipping.

Once the site of a hospital that housed tuberculosis and yellow fever patients including "Typhoid

Mary" and, subsequently, a World War II veteran's home, the island has seen its

fair share of death.

Even if the souls of the damned aren't a concern, nature's tenacity has made much

of the old brick hospital a hazard to walk through.

3.

Old Atlanta Prison Farm, Atlanta, Georgia Sometimes, echoes from the past can be heard

as you walk through, embedded in the walls and the articles left behind.

If you enter the halls of the desolate Atlanta Prison Farm, you can almost hear the 50-years

of activity, the sounds of prisoners shuffling in their cells, and prison cell doors slamming

closed.

It's a spooky, dangerous building hollowed out by a 2009 fire that firefighters let burn

because the building wasn't worth the risk to save, but avoiding the prison isn't just

a matter of safety.

Trespassers elicit a quick response from law enforcement.

2.

Six Flags Jazzland, New Orleans, Louisiana One would expect visiting a place called "Jazzland"

would make for a boisterous good time, but this abandoned New Orleans theme park is a

haunting site filled with unstable structures and plenty of opportunities to contract tetanus.

The once happy place, like much of the Big Easy, was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina

and has sat unattended to for over a decade, the joy that it once provoked resounding like

ghostly memories.

Despite plans to turn the former Six Flags into a water park or shopping mall, the steel

frames continue to rust, corrode and grow even more hazardous to curious visitors.

1.

Pripyat, Ukraine The town of Pripyat was built just under two

miles away from the nuclear reactor at Chernobyl, so when the reactor blew on April 26th, 1986,

the town and its residents were not going to be protected from any fallout.

Thirty-six hours after the nuclear accident, the town was evacuated of its 50,000 inhabitants

and left to suffer the long-term effects of the catastrophe.

There are pictures of the town in its disheveled state, meaning it wasn't too deadly for

a photographer to spend any length of time within the town, but we'd still err on the

side of caution.

You're still embarking on a trek to these locations, aren't you?

Well, before we lose you, don't forget to subscribe, comment, and maybe even hold off

What My Introverted Best Friend Taught Me - Duration: 5:02.

What My Introverted Best Friend Taught Me

To be an introvert is a strength.

Introverts have a capacity to be contented and a personality to be admired.

The introvert in my life, my best friend, is an anchor like no other.

Strong, ambitious and opinionated, she is a laughter riot whose happiness is contagious.

Her smiles are plentiful and so is her advice.

Being an introvert is her biggest asset.

In this video, I'm going to share with you "what my introverted best friend taught me."

If you find this information is helpful to you,

make sure to like this video and subscribe to this channel, so you won't miss any of

our interesting updates in the future!

1.

To Listen

Be it a voice of reason, a tone of caution or an ego being loud, she always listens.

She listens, she agrees or disagrees, but regardless, she always listens.

In this fast-paced life, this ever evolving cacophony of disturbance, she taught me to

listen.

Not to hear, we all do that, but to listen.

Truly, carefully, mindfully.

To listen to the voice inside my head, to listen to the voices guiding me, to listen

to the voices of change around me, to listen to the whispers of the trees, to

listen mostly to myself.

She taught me by listening to me.

2.

To Show

The post of glorious achievements when I'm blue, the green tea when I'm upset, the

hot cocoa when I'm missing home.

She barely, if ever, tells me she cares but every day, ever so often, she'll show me

she cares.

From her I learned to show, to convey not just by words but by actions, and to love

so deeply and show it with a simple touch.

3.

To Find Happiness Within

She'll often sit huddled up in her blanket with a rather questionable choice of book

and be perfectly content.

She'd often rather take a 'different' path to class and find happiness in that.

She'll have a food that she may have eaten often before and yet, today, she'll find

time to praise it.

Be it night or day, sunny or gloomy, she'd always find something to be content about.

She taught me to be happy inside, to be alone and yet not lonely.

She taught me to find happiness in the little things in life.

4.

To Trust

Whether she was thousands of miles away or merely on the next bed in a dorm, she taught

me how to trust.

For every broken heart, mean word, or bad grade, she stood by me, holding my hand and

letting me trust her.

Every word and insecurity was one that she simply patted away as she patted my hand when

I was near tears.

She taught me to trust from my heart not my eyes or ears.

So even though we're miles away, my heart still trusts: my secrets, hopes, dreams and

aspirations all tucked within me and her.

And with every passing day she encourages me to trust her more without ever saying a

word but by always respecting mine.

5.

To Be Goofy

A simple text, a movie night, a horrible dance party: she will live it up.

She'll enjoy life every second and do so without a sound (sometimes).

She carries her heart on her sleeve and every day she'll spend a little time just being

happy and goofy.

She taught me to loosen up.

She taught me that the child inside isn't always loud and that being goofy can come

in silent dark nights or blazing summer mornings.

She taught me to find my inner child in the absence of sound.

6.

To Be Honest not Brutal

In no argument is her voice ever the loudest.

It is there, it is vibrant, but is also the kindest.

She isn't a woman of few words, she isn't weak and she definitely isn't naïve.

Her mind is strong and her direction firm.

Her ideas are flexible but most of all, her words are calm.

Things have been said, mistakes were made, yet every time her words were gentle.

They were strong but gentle.

They never hurt, they made a point.

She taught me to be honest without being hurtful, and to convey without disrespect.

She taught me to be kinder and use my words better.

Well, that's "what my introverted best friend taught me."

Really cool information isn't it.

Freedom Burgers from Gov Burgers - Duration: 3:40.

Gov-Welcome to Gov Burgers, home of the Gov Burger, can I take your order?

Me-I'd like to buy a burger Gov- What would you like with that Burger?

Me- Just a small coke and small fries Gov- But only fries?

Don't you want cheese nuggets with the Gov Burger?

Me- I don't really want cheese nuggets with my Gov Burger, no.

Gov- Do you hate people?

Me- What?

Gov- Do you hate people, you heard me, DO…YOU….HATE….PEOPLE?

Me- Um….no?

Gov- Then why won't you order the cheese nuggets?

Me- I'm not hungry for cheese nuggets Gov- Do you know how many people have jobs

because of cheese nuggets?

Me- No Gov- Well, we don't either, but I'm sure

it's a lot, and if you don't buy cheese nuggets, some of those people, if not ALL

of them, will lose their jobs.

They won't be able to get Christmas gifts for their kids this year.

They will probably end up homeless and die, overdosed on drugs because you wouldn't

buy cheese nuggets.

Does that make you feel good, hater?

Me- Umm….if they lose their jobs, couldn't they find a new job?

Gov- That is BESIDES the point!

Hater!

Now, if you really want a burger, you're going to have to buy the cheese nuggets too.

Me- Well, maybe I'll just go somewhere else where I can buy a burger WITHOUT the cheese

nuggets Gov- Oh no you don't.

What, now you hate your country too?

Me- No, I don't see how..

Gov- If you don't like this country, you can just LEAVE!

Me- Well, ok.

Gov- Not so fast!

It doesn't work like that.

Me- You just said I could leave Gov- I was being rhetorical.

You have to stay.

Me- I choose not to stay Gov- Oh, you'll stay.

Or do you hate the Burger Police too?!

Me- There's a Burger Police?

Gov- Yeah, you got a problem with that?

We wouldn't want to have to put you on the no-burger list.

You don't want to be on the no-burger list, would you?

Me- Ummmmm.

Look, ok, this isn't worth the hassle and I'm hungry.

I'll take the cheese nuggets Gov- GREAT!

That'll be $245 Me- For a BURGER!?

Gov- ONE burger?

Do you hate the poor?

Me- I don't particularly…

Gov- Then what is your problem paying $245 for your burger?

People are starving!

For every burger you buy, three more get burgers.

Me- Three poor people?

Gov- Don't be unrealistic, I get a burger, for having to wait on your complaining, terroristic

ass, and of course Daddy gov gets his burger for having to allow you to come into this

store that he pays for.

Me- Listen, I put up with the freaking cheese nuggets, but this is over the top.

I'm just going to go.

Gov- Oh, you're not going anywhere, you will buy this burger and you will LIKE it,

I don't what to see you blog about it, or tweet your negative experience, and DEFINITELY

I don't want to see your whiney posts on Facebook.

Just give us the $245 and take your Burger like a good patriot.

You do love freedom, don't you?

Me- Freedom?

Gov- Yeah, Freedom!

Now, give us your money or else.

Me- I don't really have a choice now, do I?

Gov- Thank you for doing business with us.

Here you go, one Freedom Burger.

Me- Wait, this burger has a bite out of it and it smells like feet.

Gov- We're sorry sir.

You can vote for a new Gov Burger manager next year if you don't like the current

one.

Me- I don't want to vote, I want to eat a burger that doesn't smell like feet.

Gov- Well, if you won't vote, you can't complain.

And the moral of this story?

Without government, who will make our Freedom Burgers?

Top 10 Insane Sonic Easter Eggs - Duration: 5:23.

Top 10 Insane Sonic Easter Eggs

Easter eggs are glorious things!

There's nothing like finding an amazing easter egg while playing through a game, especially

if those easter eggs are referencing the franchise of the game you're currently playing.

Which is something several sonic games are quite versed in doing.

So today we're counting down the top 10 insane sonic easter eggs.

And some of them aren't that insane, just really interesting if I'm being perfectly

honest.

So let's jump in!

10 Sound Test Date Sonic the Hedgehog 2 introduced us to the

cheat codes of debug mode and the level select option.

Turns out the specific numbers you pop into the sound test in order to get the level select

- 19 65 09 17 - correlate to a certain date - September 17th 1965, the birth date of the

former head of the Sonic Team, Yuji Naka.

9 Sonic's Face Sonic Mania is a game we'll be talking about

quite a bit on this list.

In that particular game, when you're on the home screen, if you look past the main

logo and down below it to the island it's spinning above, you'll notice a familiar

shape.

Or rather, a familiar face.

It's Sonic's.

8 Eggman on the PA In Sonic Colours, as you dash through the

park you'll hear Doctor Eggman announcing things over the PA.

While some of it is original commentary from Eggman, he also quotes some other notable

franchises.

Including Alien.

And references the game Crazy Taxi

7 Translations Another Sonic Colours easter egg here, jumping

to the end of the game after Sonic has defeated Doctor Eggman, there's an interaction with

one of the wisps who save him from dying via the exploding amusement park after the fact.

Tails uses a translator to figure out what the little guy is saying.

It appears in decimal code on the screen, and we catch a glimpse of it long enough to

see that there's additional code at the bottom of the translator's screen.

And the first two lines it translates are spot on in terms of what we get from the cut

scene, but there's an additional third line.

Which translates into 'if you can read this you're a geek".

6 Pink Bot In the studiopolis zone, there's a reference

to another Sega game Streets of Rage.

The Pink Bot sign that appears incredibly similar to the Pine Pot Cafe that appears

in the Streets of Rage 1 and 2, in all of it's neon glory.

5 Big the Cat cameos In Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, if you button

mash during various cut scenes.

Big the Cat will make a cameo in the background, seemingly not visible to the other characters

in the cut scene.

And he's just kinda there, either running by or scratching himself.

Gotta love big the cat.

4 Suicidal Sonic Getting into darker territory for our next

number here, in Sonic CD, Sonic is a tad sucidial.

If you put down the controller and leave the game still for long enough, he'll jump off

the ledge and kill himself.

After tapping his foot profusely, he'll say "I'm outta here!" and jump.

And then it's game over.

Now, if you're playing the US version, you also get this creepy music accompanying the

game over.

3 SegaSonic Popcorn Shop Sonic Mania is filled with a ton of easter

eggs, one of which is the Segasonic Popcorn Shop that appears in the Studiopolis Zone.

The Segasonic Popcorn Shop was actually a real life vending machine though back in 1993.

It dispensed popcorn - of course - that was microwaved and then dropped into a cup.

It had a game component too - you had to turn the green crank on the machine to help Tails

get the popcorn kernels into the fire.

2 Sonic 3D Blast Unintentional Easter Egg If you wiggle or smack the cartridge for Sonic

Blast 3D, you get sent to the level select screen.

Traveller's Tales founder Jon Burt revealed this easter egg's origins in a video he

posted.

He worked on the game, and one of the things they would do to pass cartridge regulation

tests was to cover up the error messages with easter eggs, turning what was a bug into a

bonus screen.

Meaning these glitches would just seem as if they were part of the game rather than

bugs and would still pass certification.

1 And Knuckles Sonic Mania was critically acclaimed, and

many fans felt that it was a love letter to the classic Sonic games.

Keeping true to it's roots, the game has a throwback to the classic's debug mode,

with it's own classic level select cheat.

On this menu we also get a shoutout to the popular meme And Knuckles, which came into

existence due to Sega's 'Lock On' feature that allowed you to add cartridges onto existing

games, made it possible to play Knuckles in Sonic 3.

The meme really blew up though in 2010 after a joke review of the fictional game Sonic

the Hedgehog 3CD and Knuckles and Knuckles.

So what's all that got to do with easter eggs?

Well, there's a easter egg in Sonic Mania that many think is a shoutout to the meme's

infamy.

A mode that lets you play as Knuckles, with Knuckles as your side kick once you unlock

debug mode in the game.

There we have it friends!

Why Were You in Coraline (2009)? - Duration: 9:15.

We all have movies we like to watch around this time of year.

Macabre stories about ghosts and monsters that help us enjoy the Halloween season.

My go-tos are "The Nightmare Before Christmas", "Beetlejuice", and "Halloweentown High".

But if I were to ask you some of your favorite Halloween movies,

undoubtedly some of you would say "Coraline",

the 2009 stop-motion adaptation of the middle grade book by Neil Gaiman.

And I had actually not consumed either of these until this month,

which I know is unusual given that I love animation

AND it's got the same director as "The Nightmare Before Christmas",

Henry Selick.

"Coraline" is about a young girl named…

Coraline,

who has just moved into a new apartment with her inattentive parents.

She's got some weird neighbors but she's a bit bored in her new surroundings.

But then she discovers a door in her living room that leads to an altered version of her own world,

constructed by a horrible monster that wants to trap her there forever.

But Coraline defeats the monster and rescues her kidnapped parents!

Before we get started, it's important to note that the book and the movie are not the same story.

Though they do share the premise I just described, the characters, themes, and messages are all

quite different from each other.

In a funny sort of way, these separate works are an uncanny version of each other,

much like the slanted world Coraline finds in the book.

The book is a story about maturation and identity,

while the movie is a story about temptation and deception.

deception the book is more focused on character and the movie on adventure

that doesn't make one bad and one good it just means that they're different in

fact they're so different that a straight book versus movie comparison

doesn't really work for example the other world in the book is certainly

more interesting but it's creepy and uncanny from the beginning and it makes

Coraline feel uncomfortable so she leaves in the movie the Otherworld is a

bright and exciting paradise that appeals to the shortcomings in Coraline

zone life and Coraline wants to stay there until the button incident no these

two settings are so different from each other that you can't really say that one

is objectively better than the other though you can absolutely have a

preference and for the sake of honesty I preferred

the book but I'm not just gonna sit here and tell you guys how the movie is worse

because it didn't do everything the book did I think that would be kind of silly

given that different isn't synonymous with better that being said let's talk

about why I hated YB with a passion of a thousand unnecessary banana slugs we're

hunting banana slugs why born love it why B for short is an adorable geeky kid

the same age as Coraline he was created for the movie and in a word YB is

unnecessary Celicas needed a few different times that he wrote YB in so

that Coraline wouldn't just be wandering around talking to herself the whole time

for the time being we're going to ignore the fact that this sounds vaguely

misogynistic his answer seems like a legitimate concern for a book with a

single hero until you realize that there are nearly 20 characters that coralline

interacts with in the book which is a lot sure Coraline is alone sometimes in

the book but she's also alone in the movie and she talks to herself so

mission not accomplished I don't know SELEX answer doesn't really

hold up at all because of that but this video would be a lot shorter if I just

stopped it there and I'm not gonna I have a lot more to say about YT

ultimately it doesn't matter if YB was actually stuck in this story to ensure

boys would watch a movie about a female heroine or not what matters is that YB

does not serve any purpose in this story if he was interesting I'd probably cut

him some slack but he's just not I don't think it would be fair to say that Y be

a symbolic of all of my problems with this movie but

he's a pretty big chunk not gonna lie and it's not his personality that

bothers me the movie actually really wants you to like and empathize with him

I think a lot more than it wants you to like Coraline

it's how he exists and alters the story that bothers me for the sake of fairness

let's look at the one interesting thing that why he brings to the movie his

great-aunt why Bea's grandmother mrs. Lovett owns the house Coraline lives in

and we learned that when she was a little girl her sister disappeared in

that house later we learned that the other mother snatched her because duh

she's the doll shown in the opening credits and one of the ghost kids

Coraline meets this is an interesting thread and it has the potential to be an

emotionally compelling subplot but there's no real intrigue because

absolutely no one who is on screen for more than five seconds cares about the

answer to this mystery I'm not kidding Whitey's grandmother on screen for five

seconds and because of that there's no payoff there's no reason for it it's

such a small part of the story that it's pretty easy to forget it's even a thing

and the movie doesn't really do enough with it to justify its existence in the

narrative kind of like YV besides Coraline and the other mother why he has

the most physical presence in the story which is weird because there isn't

really a place for him in this story he just sits on top of an already robust

and complete cast appearing only when he needs to further the story in some way

much like those in the other world are instruments of the Bell down YB is an

instrument of the plot he is exposition a savior a filler scene

he is pushed and shoved and patted into any cracks and holes the story needs to

fill he's essentially plot buddy and what's hilarious is that the movie tries

to turn him into a main character and the movie does this by having him sponge

relevant dialogue in action from the other characters leaving everyone a bit

duller as a result he reduces the presence of the cat and the other father

the most which is very disappointing because the

cat is actually really awesome and in the book he Coraline have this

interesting camaraderie ah but that's beside the point

from a writing standpoint his creation makes no sense

it doesn't make sense to downgrade other characters to build a new and lackluster

one you're supposed to do the opposite especially when the cast is as big as it

is in Coraline what bothers me more than anything else about the cobbled nature

of Y B is how he fundamentally changes Coraline as a result in the book

Coraline is a very clever assured resourceful and observant girl she's

brave and she likes to explore she's kind and compassionate to those who need

help but above all else she is self-reliant she receives help

but nobody has to save her and yet with the addition of Y B Coraline

self-reliance is practically non-existent

YV tells her world her well is it's his delivery of the doll rather than her

discovery of the door that kicks the plot into motion the other version of

him saves her from the mirror and helps her escape the world the cat has to tell

Coraline the other mother is dangerous and he only knows that because the other

why he told me so the one that axe me the most is that in the book she sets a

deliberate trap to dispose of the hand forever but this is scrapped in the

movie so that YB can dramatically ride in on his mountain bike and save her

it's it makes me so angry it's laughable Coraline is also her meanest and most

unlikable when she's around Y B because she hates him for some reason I mean

she's just dramatically mean to him like dr. o I do want to mention that

there's some really weird ablest coding present and his character he has a

hunched back he stutters he rarely looks at Coraline straight on he has odd

interests he has a bit of a gait and he's often nervous during simple social

interaction this makes the insults coralline directs

at him especially cringe-worthy I think I heard someone calling you why born

what I didn't hear you I definitely heard someone why were you born

damn Coraline was that even necessary why he is such an odd character from the

way the movie treats him to his function to just how out of place he is all of

that being said I don't think why he makes Coraline a bad movie the animation

is gorgeous and the voice acting is fantastic and I did enjoy the film it's

not one of my favorites and I think that it would have been much stronger without

ye but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie regardless of this writing gap I

think we can all agree that if you're looking to traumatize children this

Halloween season Coraline is definitely the way to go

just wanted to wish you all a happy Halloween I was really excited to have

some spooky themed content for you guys I also just wanted to reiterate that if

you really like this movie that's okay I'm not attacking you and I hope you

enjoyed the video regardless I'd also be really interested to know your opinion

strong feelings about why be and subscribe to the princess and

description are for more videos on Disney intersectional feminist some pop

culture critiques and d'amore the princess we'll see you next week

so freaking spoopy I love it just not that last one

Expert Guidance on a Wide Range of Products from Grainger - Duration: 1:46.

- The products we make here at Tannas & King

are bench test instruments.

They allow a customer to test their oil,

to make their product better.

They replaced what, with the oil industry for an example,

would put their oil or petroleum product in a motor,

and they'd run it for weeks at a time.

Cost hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars,

and then they have to tear it apart and see what went wrong.

If a customer's instrument goes down,

and they're in the middle of blending

five, six thousand gallons of oil,

that puts a halt on their production,

which can trickle down into the consumer.

- Some of the biggest challenges we face every day

is discontinued products from suppliers,

discontinued or replacement products.

Sometimes some suppliers will say this is a replacement

for your particular product that we're using, and it's not.

We have a very specific application

for a lot of our instrumentations.

- What Grainger does for us is if they discontinue

a product, usually they have something

that's replaced fairly quick.

Or they have an array of different types of products

that we can fill in to keep our production line rolling.

- Whenever we need additional information about

a product that's been discontinued, we will call Grainger,

indicate the problems that we're having,

and work with them on trying to find

a solution to that problem,

and find an alternate product

that will work for our application.

Our technicians and team of people

think of Grainger first usually

when they're looking for something

because of that great offering of products,

and the wide range that Grainger offers.

Intermittent Fasting - How I Eat Less Than 1000 Calories A Day - Duration: 5:36.

Hey, what's up everybody? I hope you're doing great today. I wanted to start today

just before I go work out to explain to you what I actually do for a workout and

Why I've been able to

decrease what I the number of calories ate to less than 1,000 pretty much every day for the past few months and

technically, that's really not normal when you look at science and bodybuilding and

When you look at workout the workout world

but I feel great and

There are a few key things that are really important that science won't really tell you that I've noticed that have made a huge difference

For me and make sure here. I'm not recommending you do it. I'm this is only my opinion

Of course I can't tell

You exactly all the details so I wanna make sure you stay healthy

But the some of my opinion to introduce you to the subject in case you didn't know it so

Most of what I'm doing for eating is intermittent fasting and intermittent fasting is basically

Sorry my cat was at the door. They're

so ignorant

intermittent fasting is basically just

Having huge periods of fast during your day and the way you do it is usually

Let's say you fast for 18 hours that means you only ate six hours during the day so that means for example 12 to 6

And the rest of your time from all breakfast to all of the rest of the evening you're fasting in a way

So you're not eating you can drink stuff you can

Well water is always better because it it actually hydrates you on it's much better than anything that will kind of dehydrate you

Like coffee for example could dehydrate you and plus you'd be and taking sugar and stuff so

But basically, that's it that's intermittent fasting it's fastened for extended periods of time

every day

so

What I'm trying out right now is

18 hour fast - 20 hour fast and

Ideally 23 hour fasts so that means I'd be eating only one hour a day so that means twelve to one

But since I didn't have it like perfectly right perfectly in tune

And I'll I always follow my intuition on this because it is my best guide, and it's a well. That's yours too as well

I

Felt I didn't really have it that

Right on target, so I just went with my intuition and now I'm pretty much doing a twelve to six

and that's basically it for intermittent fasting so what I'm eating mostly of course is no processed foods because

That makes you feel like crap it makes your system. Not work very well when you're doing intermittent fasting

it's because you want to have your system super effective and being as

Your physiology working as perfectly as possible so really being

Sharp on that so that means no processed foods

And none of the I also don't really meat

So it really makes your physiology work well

So that's for the eating part and quickly for the workout part what I do is

Once again, I followed my intuition I do yoga

it's yoga, breathing exercises and

Plyometrics so plyometrics like push-ups sit-ups and all of that

So it's really all of that combined, so essentially what I'm saying when it comes to workout is just

You know the best workout for your body. You know everything you need to know

And you'll discover it on the way if you don't know it yet

your body will tell you and then your

intuition will tell you to maybe do some research on this type of stuff and that type of stuff so

You essentially know what you need to do. I never saw a workout that combined weight lifting for example with yoga, and

That's kind of what I do

It's plyometrics with yoga, and breathing exercises, so I mean I never really saw a workout in the five or six years

I've been in this industry

That actually promoted that and I have never seen a workout diet

That actually recommended eating less than 1,500 - less than 1000 calories a day yet by combining those two

And making sure I'm breathing right and taking in all this other information

It completely changed my life, and it's so much better. It's I

Mean, it's probably the best thing

I've done so far and had never found it anywhere, so that's why I wanted to share it with you

But with you today

I wanted to make sure that you're at least introduced to these subjects which is intermittent fasting and

Being really intuitive in your workout because your body already needs

already knows what you need and all you need to do is listen to the messages and

You know follow your instincts follow your gut feeling about what you want to do as an exercise and that's really the key

That's what really helped me out

Whether it's evolved personally or evolved

In in the many dimensions like physiologically as well. I I gave back my muscle mass for example

Just and and I feel so much better. I have so much more energy, and it's much clearer

You know it's a much better energy high vibrations

So I wanted to share that with you because I feel that it could be useful for you

And I hope to hear from you, and you know what you think about this so

Whatever you think please comment below. I love reading your comments and

Thank you very much for being here today. Hope to see you soon
