What's up everyone! It's Becca from MTP

and welcome back to our channel.

Let us introduce you to the Elephone P8.

This is a Chinese brand that is not too popular in the market.

Mostly because hardly anyone has heard of it.

But we're here to change that and to let you know that

this device is one of the best budget smartphones today.

In the package apart from the phone you're getting:

a USB to microUSB cable and the power brick,

a SIM ejection tool, some booklets,

and a clear silicone case which is a nice touch.

The screen already has a protective foil pre-installed.

The phone is plastic built,

but it doesn't feel cheap at all.

In fact, it really feels premium in the hands

due to its metallic coating.

On the bottom you will find micro USB port,

a microphone and a speaker.

On the top, there is a headphone jack.

On the right side you will find

volume rockers and a mute button,

and on the left side there is

a power button and a SIM card and an SD card tray.

Elephone P8 has a 5.5 full HD display

that is powered by 3600mAh battery.

On the front you will find the touch ID sensor

embedded in the clickable home button.

Setting up the fingerprint is easy and fast,

and unlocking the phone using the touch ID is even faster.

This phone runs on Android Nougat 7.0

and has a Helio P25 CPU.

It has generous 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The cameras on this device have impressive numbers of megapixels

and that's 21MP for rear facing camera,

and 16MP from the front-facing camera.

We'll get to those in a minute.

The Helio P25 processor ensures that the

touchscreen is quite fluid and there are no hiccups or lags.

Also, input delay is minimal when it comes to fast typing.

All of the apps work without delays,

as well the web browsing and content watching

thanks to the 6GB of RAM.

The colors and the brightness are very satisfying

for a phone that offers density of 428 PPI in the screen.

Now for the camera.

Elephone P8 is equipped with

rear Sony AMX230 21 MP HD camera

Unfortunately, it is not as impressive as one might hope.

But it still gives excellent results in right conditions.

As you can see in these video samples,

the image stabilization is not one of its strongest points

with both back and front facing camera.

However, you will find that

there is nice sharpness to the details,

and the vivid color palette.

It sometimes does struggle with the focus,

but that's nothing that manual focus can fix.

All in all, the videos come out great

with a little effort in 4K video.

As for the photo quality, the Elephone P8

handles the high dynamic range swimmingly.

You will notice a great color range,

details in the white areas, as well as in the shadows,

and a nice bokeh effect when it comes to close-up frames.

Front-facing camera does a great job when in HDR

Although there's a lot of artificial sharpening going on,

which is not bad when you're shooting in good light conditions.

But in darker places, the selfies might come out

looking a little bit washed out and grainy.

Elephone P8 also offers very good photo editor

that will help you edit your pictures

for the best results you want to achieve.

All in all, this is a great phone

for all those who are not bounded by the brand,

but are looking for a phone

they can easily use on everyday basis

without damaging the budget too much.

Which is exactly what happened today as Trump headed to his big tax meeting with GOP leadership.

How this guy got so close to the President is a question for the secret service and we

hope they get to the bottom of it.

As the video clearly shows the whack job was way too close to Trump.

As Trump was walking in, a liberal protester starts shouting, "Trump is treason" before

he threw a bunch of Russian flags at Trump.

Getting close but not hitting him.

This is just dangerous and is beyond the pale for normal protests.

We allow protesters and we love free speech but you ought not be able to throw things,

even a flag, at the sitting President of the United States of America.

It is dangerous.

What if the guy was not a peaceful protester?

The protester kept shouting, as he was dragged away by the cops, "Why are you talking about

tax cuts when you should be talking about treason?"

He was probably in the wrong meeting – Russian shady dealings are a Hillary and Bill Clinton

thing and they were probably up on the hill somewhere.

According to The Hill, the man has been identified as Ryan Clayton of "Americans Take Action."

This is not his first offence either, earlier he pulled a stunt on Jared Kushner where he

snuck up on him asked him to sign a Russian flag.

SO THAT MEANS GOD'S GOING TO WORK WITH US UNTIL WE LET GO

OF ALL THE UNSTABLE THINGS IN OUR LIFE AND WE'RE

ONLY HANGING ON TO THE ROCK OF OUR SALVATION

THAT CANNOT BE MOVED.

LET ME GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE.

I LIKE EXAMPLES.

JESUS TAUGHT IN PARABLES AND I JUST THINK WE NEED

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES.

MANY YEARS AGO WHEN MY MINISTRY WAS IN THE VERY BEGINNING

STAGES, I HAD A GROUP OF, I THOUGHT, FRIENDS.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD ANY PEOPLE THAT YOU THOUGHT WERE FRIENDS

AND THEN FOUND OUT THEY WEREN'T?

DO YOU KNOW, PEOPLE LIKE THAT ARE DANGEROUS TO YOU.

WHEN YOU PUT YOUR CONFIDENCE IN PEOPLE THAT REALLY ARE NOT

WHO YOU THINK THEY ARE, IT'S A CONSTANT OPEN DOOR

FOR THE DEVIL TO WORK THROUGH THEM

TO GET TO YOU.

AND SO, MANY TIMES IN GOD'S MERCY,

HE WILL REMOVE THOSE PEOPLE FROM OUR LIVES, AND INITIALLY WE

MAY NOT UNDERSTAND.

IT'S VERY DIFFICULT WHEN SOMETHING IS STRIPPED OUT

OF YOUR LIFE THAT YOU'RE NOT READY TO GIVE UP YET.

AMEN?

JOYCE: AND SO, I HAD THIS GROUP OF WOMEN,

THEY HELPED ME IN MY WOMEN'S MINISTRY.

THERE WAS ABOUT 12 OF THEM, AND I JUST THOUGHT THEY WERE

MY BEST FRIENDS EVER.

THEY WOULD NEVER HURT ME.

THEY'LL ALWAYS BE FOR ME.

WELL, THAT'S THE FIRST MISTAKE.

THERE'S NOBODY ON THIS EARTH THAT'S BREATHING

THAT WILL NEVER HURT YOU.

I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH THEY LOVE YOU, AS HUMAN BEINGS, WE DO NOT

HAVE THE ABILITY TO NEVER, EVER, EVER HURT SOMEBODY

OR DISAPPOINT SOMEBODY THAT WE'RE IN RELATIONSHIP WITH.

SO YOU'RE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR A LOT OF PAIN

IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT ANYBODY, THINKING, "YOU'LL NEVER HURT ME.

I CAN ALWAYS, ALWAYS DEPEND ON YOU."

DON'T GIVE THAT TRUST TO ANYBODY BUT JESUS.

HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DESERVES THAT KIND OF TOTAL, COMPLETE,

RADICAL TRUST.

BUT GOD WAS GONNA PROMOTE ME TO NEW LEVELS IN MINISTRY.

HE HAD A PLAN FOR MY LIFE, AND I COULDN'T TAKE THOSE PEOPLE

WITH ME.

DO YOU KNOW, EVERY PLACE WHERE THE BUS STOPS,

SOMEBODY HAS TO GET OFF.

AND SO, THE BUS WAS STOPPED AND GOD WAS READY TO TAKE ME

SO, LONG STORY SHORT, I FOUND OUT THEY WERE TALKING

ABOUT ME BEHIND MY BACK.

I FOUND OUT THAT ONE OF 'EM WAS AFTER MY JOB.

I FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE TELLING LIES ABOUT ME.

AND LOOK AT ME WHEN I TELL YOU THAT I WAS DEVASTATED

AND HEARTBROKEN.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT BECAUSE THEY WERE CHRISTIANS.

I PUT UP WITH BACK PAIN FOR 20 PLUS YEARS.

AND SADLY, WE FORGET ABOUT 'EM AS QUICK AS WE HEAR

ABOUT 'EM.

AND WE'RE SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE AND THEIR LIVES ARE LEFT

IN DEVASTATION, BUT THESE ARE TIMES WHEN THE BODY

OF CHRIST NEEDS TO RISE UP AND AT LEAST PRAY, "GOD,

IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO?" SO, I CAN'T EVEN--

JUST IMAGINE IF THAT WAS YOU, IF YOU WERE HAVING A CUP OF TEA,

AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, A FEW MINUTES LATER,

YOUR HOUSE IS IN SHAMBLES AROUND YOU.

YOU CAN'T FIND SOME OF YOUR CHILDREN.

PERHAPS YOUR PARENTS HAVE BEEN KILLED, OR MANY OTHER TERRIBLE,

TERRIBLE THINGS.

AND YOU KNOW, WHEN PEOPLE ARE IN SITUATIONS LIKE THAT, THEY

TEND TO THINK THAT LIFE IS OVER.

BUT I WANNA TELL YOU SOMETHING, NO MATTER WHAT CONDITION

YOUR LIFE IS IN RIGHT NOW, NO MATTER HOW MANY PIECES

IT'S IN, WITH GOD'S HELP, YOU CAN REBUILD.

JOYCE: YOU CAN REBUILD.

AND THE PEOPLE IN NEPAL CAN REBUILD.

AND THIS WILL BE ON TELEVISION THERE, AND I'M PURPOSELY TRYING

TO USE A LITTLE BIT OF THIS TO ENCOURAGE THEM

THAT THEY CAN REBUILD.

HE KNOWS WHERE YOU'RE AT.

GOD WILL FIND SOMEBODY THAT HE CAN LOVE YOU THROUGH,

AND HE WILL LOVE YOU BACK INTO WHOLENESS, AND HE WILL MEET

YOUR NEEDS IF YOU TRUST HIM.

SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT RIGHT NOW.

WHO HAS NO MIGHT HE INCREASES STRENGTH [CAUSING IT TO MULTIPLY

AND MAKING IT ABOUND].

EVEN YOUNG PEOPLE SHALL FAINT AND BE WEARY, AND [SELECTED]

YOUNG MEN SHALL FEEBLY STUMBLE AND FALL EXHAUSTED; BUT THEY

THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD."

JOYCE: SEE, I KNEW YOU'D LIKE THAT.

"BUT THEY THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD [WHO EXPECT,

THROUGH THE STRENGTH OF GOD, YOU CAN RISE UP AND REBUILD.

WHEN I ASKED HOW MANY OF YOU FELT LIKE EVERYTHING

IN YOUR LIFE WAS SHAKING, I SPOTTED A FEW PEOPLE,

NOT EVERYBODY, BUT I COULD TELL FROM LOOKING AT YOU THAT THERE'S

SOME REALLY MAJOR THINGS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW.

WELL, YOU KNOW WHAT, CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU FOR BEING

IN THE HOUSE OF GOD.

JOYCE: TO GET THE HELP THAT YOU NEED.

"AND THEY THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD SHALL RENEW

HOW ABOUT THIS GO AROUND, LET'S LET GOD BUILD THE HOUSE.

WELL, WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE

PSALM 37:3, "TRUST IN THE LORD AND DO GOOD."

"TRUST (LEAN ON, RELY ON, AND BE CONFIDENT) IN THE LORD

AND DO GOOD."

VERY SIMPLE.

IT'S A TWO-STEP PLAN TO SUCCESS WHEN EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE

IS FALLING APART.

TRUST GOD AND DO GOOD.

NOW, I DID THIS IN DETAIL THIS MORNING, BUT LET ME

QUICKLY SAY THAT WHATEVER AILS US, GOD'S WORD IS MEDICINE

FOR OUR SOUL.

AND YOU KNOW, LIKE FOR EXAMPLE, IF I SIN AND I'M MISERABLE

WITH GUILT BECAUSE I'VE SINNED, I CAN TAKE A GOOD DOSE

OF "GOD FORGIVES ME."

I CAN TAKE A GOOD DOSE OF THE MERCY OF GOD

AND BE HEALED IN MY SOUL.

IF I'M MAD AT SOMEBODY ELSE BECAUSE THEY'VE HURT ME,

I CAN TAKE A GOOD DOSE OF "I FORGIVE YOU" AND BE

COMPLETELY HEALED.

IF I'M SICK WITH JEALOUSY BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE IS GETTING

WHAT I WANT, I CAN TAKE A GREAT BIG DOSE OF CONTENTMENT

AND MY SOUL CAN BE HEALED.

BUT THERE'S ONE THING THAT IS THE ANSWER TO EVERY PROBLEM

THAT AILS US, AND IT'S CALLED "TRUST GOD" AND "DO GOOD."

IF YOU HAVE A NICE BIG BOTTLE OF BOTH OF THESE THINGS

IN YOUR HOUSE, I DON'T CARE WHAT AILS YOU, YOU'VE GOT

WHAT YOU NEED TO ALWAYS BE WELL.

NOW LOOK, THIS IS A PRESCRIPTION FOR TRUST.

IT COMES FROM DR. JESUS.

YOU CAN HELP SOMEBODY ELSE.

AND THROUGH DOING THAT, YOU'RE SOWING A SEED THAT WILL THEN

BRING A HARVEST IN YOUR LIFE.

YOU ARE CONFUSED RIGHT NOW ABOUT SOMETHING GOING ON IN

YOUR LIFE?" I WOULD HAVE HAD A LOT OF HANDS

GO UP.

BUT SEE, HERE'S THE TRUTH.

YOU CAN'T BE CONFUSED IF YOU REFUSE TO TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT.

I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW DAVE IS A GUY THAT DOES NOT TRY TO

FIGURE ANYTHING OUT.

IT WOULDN'T EVEN BE GOOD FOR US IF WE KNEW EVERYTHING.

DO YOU KNOW, IF YOU KNEW RIGHT NOW EVERYTHING COMING UP IN YOUR

FUTURE, HMM, MOST OF US WOULD JUST SIGN OFF AND SAY,

"FORGET IT."

WE NEED TO GET SATISFIED TO KNOW THE ONE WHO KNOWS AND NOT HAVE

UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY LIFE BUT I AM NOT GONNA TRY

[Music] the movement of unconsciousness is still

in you yes the choice is there now for the choice

to be there you need to recognize that you've been trapped in mind that you're

trapped in mind and a good sign is suffering in your life any kind of

suffering you've lost them now re-enter them now one way is sense perceptions to

truly in the way that we described journey perceive a cured with acute

awareness

another one is allowing this moment to be as it is it's a little exit too

and a beautiful one is the inner body feeling the aliveness in your inner

energy field it takes attention away from thinking that's another exit out of

the prison of mind that may be particularly helpful when the wari

pattern starts if that's the pattern worry is a form of fear at night for

example all units need it is noticed that it's

been happening it's happening to you that requires already a minimum of

awareness if you don't have that you have no choice you because you are

totally the warrior worry wo Thoth and the other one too you're totally the

warrior and then you have no choice so the fact that there is choice means

there's at least a minimum of awareness even in the midst of unconsciousness

being taken over by the momentum of the mind there's still the mineral awareness

that knows that you're being taken over by the mind and in that moment choice

becomes in but that is not up to you it's by the grace of the Divine that

that minimum of awareness is there in you and there the choice is there and

again it's only a perspective to step out and the warrior will tell you no I

can't no point that's another thought should you totally believe in that

thought no there's a thought that says you can't possibly get out of it and you

really need to think about this and then you do it anyway it is very then that

mind is very clever with arguments and convinced trying to convince you why not

and then you do it anyway you can't possibly you can't feel the

ball in our body now what's the point in him trying to feel the inner body with

what's going on here it's no point in even trying and

then you do it anyway and then you sense there's an aliveness in your hands and

your feet and the rest of the body

who's s you can't feel your bodies it was just a thought

and then attention most there and it is quite possible within a minute or two

you can shift from the boring entity to feeling intensely alive and present in

your entire energy field and the and that means the the inner body becomes an

anchor for staying present it's your anchor and then you will notice the pull

of the mind of wanting your attention back and summer it will then come up

with some other thought just before you go in just think about this and then it

pulls the attention half out again and for a moment you are back in that and

then you notice it again and you're back in the body

and then you have to walk on the razor's edge of now or the rest of lying awake

that night because if you leave the now you suffer and another thought comes you

leave the now

and then you pack

that is beautiful practice

most of you probably drive cars another wonderful field of practice to drive

your car in presence you're less likely to have an accident also mostly when you

drive your car you're thinking about something else

it's on automatic are not thinking about the driving and no you cannot should you

be because you wouldn't be driving very well if you were thinking about so it's

automatic something else is driving but why not just be still while you drive

and perceive everything very aware of the movement very alert it's amazing how

many people personalize the act of driving so it's regarded as normal they

personalized going from A to B behind the wheel of a car it becomes a personal

struggle with other drivers they get angry they shout it's simply the

movement of traffic no different from the weather or any other movement life

movement but they personalize it because to me strengthened itself through having

where's my enemy the enemy is right there

I always say beware of driving pain bodies

what does a driving pain body want without knowing it the driving pain but

he wants something to go wrong to have more pain and sooner or later it will

all that he or she needs is another driving pain body in the vicinity

so our practice here for nature your own room walking from A to B not making that

movement into a means to an end needing to get there just be there every

step it's the next step is not going to be more important than this one the

arriving is not going to be more important than this moment be there

within every step walk along around the campus here as the field of the where

alert alive presence without carrying the burden of your story and think about

it as you walk

Hello you are watching If In this video we look at the devils hour.

What is that you may ask?

Well I am sure it's something you have experienced.

How many times have you been sleeping soundly happy in your dreams to suddenly wake up!

You look over at the clock and it reads 3.00am.

You think nothing of it and go back to sleep.

The next evening the same thing happens, okay that's strange!

But if it happens a third time, well that is just weird.

Welcome to the Devils hour.

The Devil's Hour is any time around 3 a.m.

It is said that the Devil's Hour is at the exact opposite time Christs death, this being

3 p.m.

This time in the early morning happens to be when more police and firefighter are called

out to emergencies.

This time sees more deaths and accidents, this leading to belief that bad luck and evil

are rampant at this time.

Is this just coincidence or maybe it's down to a night of Partying?

Whatever it maybe the numbers support this time as being when most of the serious accidents

and crimes are reported.

Maybe it's because those that are awake should really be sleeping?

The sleep pattern we follow today of 8 hours of unbroken sleep is actually unnatural and

a fairly modern creation.

Back In 2001, Roger Ekirch a historian from Virginia Tech released his paper on sleep

patterns.

16 years of research revealed a large amount of historical evidence that humans sleep patterns

used to occur in two distinct blocks.

He found over 500 references to a distinct segmented sleeping pattern –

Using diaries, court records, medical books and literature, ranging from Homer's Odyssey

to an anthropological account of modern tribes in Nigeria.

He uncovered that First sleep began about two hours after dusk, followed by waking period

of one or two hours and then a second sleep.

References to the first and second sleep began to disappear during the late 17th Century.

The urban upper classes in northern Europe started the trend of 8 hours unbroken sleep

and over the course of the next 200 years filtered down to the rest of Western society.

The idea of a first and second sleep had receded entirely By the 1920s.

He says that this change occurred because of the improvements made on street lighting,

domestic lighting and a surge in coffee houses which were sometimes open all night.

The night became a place of more activity.

The length of time people rested dwindled.

Starbucks you're to blame for our messed up sleep patterns!

So maybe waking at 3am is a natural rhythm of the body and is something we should not

be concerned about?

Well not so fast, others do have concerns.

Some believe that we might have access to spiritual entities when in a state of mind

that occurs when in deep theta sleep between REM sleep.

It is said at this time demons become their strongest and can interact with our dimension

of reality.

This is why devil worshippers and other occult group's carry out various ceremonies at

this time!

The devil himself is said to provide the metaphysical energy needed for all of the monsters and

beasties to clamber out of the darkness.

The hour between 3 am and 4 am is the height of paranormal energy and is only defeated

by dawn's morning light.

Don't panic just yet there is some good news.

You could be immune to Satan's powers that is if you were lucky enough to be born in

the devils hour.

Those born between 3 am and 4 am are said to immune to this evil energy and demons that

crawl form under our beds.

If this is theory is too hocus pocus for you let's get back to science.

It may just be that we are waking between sleep cycles and that we are rested enough

by 3 a.m.

We wake to check the clock knowing that it is almost morning.

Another possibility is that of discomfort, after hours in bed we need some movement and

this is what jostles us awake at the magical hour.

Also your health and wellbeing may be effecting your sleep if you are under extreme stress,

there is more probability for you to wake right around that 3 a.m.

Many who wake at this time do not enjoy it, maybe it's the fear of the devil or the

fear of their boss when they turn up for work still a little sleepy.

So what do you need to do if you don't want to wake up at this time?

Try to going to bed later than usual.

Set your alarm for 12 a.m. and then go back to sleep.

Remove sources of light and darken your room completely or wear a black-out eye mask.

Scientists say our circadian rhythms in our bodies tell us when to sleep and when to wake.

We can dictate our sleep by controlling body temperature, our emotional state, and block

out the sounds from our noisy neighborhood.

But is it possible that we might have spirit visitors while we sleep?

Maybe Alien encounters?

Even Astral projection, our souls leaving our bodies and traveling the universe?

All theories for us to consider.

So tonight when you tuck yourself in just remember what's out there in the dark!!

and it's I feel there's so much compassion when I see people how they

how important things are to them how what importance they give not only to

physical things how much importance they gave to situations and what happens or

doesn't happen or a circumstance or how much power they place their in in the

world of form and it always they expect something from it that only the formless

can give they expect to find themselves somewhere in there

they expect happiness through the world or form it can give you happiness

briefly and then he takes it away so you become dependent on what happens or

doesn't happen and sometimes it's the littlest the tiniest things that make

people unhappy and they I asked why are you on half world this this has just

happened what does it better

so it's the the impossible expectation that people place on the world they

fulfill me make me happy the world means places people situations circumstances

doesn't matter all that means the world so they makes these they have these

expectations and demands and no place no person no situation no circumstance can

meet those demands for long and this is why life is experienced by most humans

as very frustrating almost designed by some D some devious God to frustrate you

and many people experience their life as it's designed to frustrate me

continuously I've tried so hard and always something happens to firstly

frustrate me of course there is the an impossible demand being placed upon the

phenomenal universe and that demand is not only make me happy because true

happiness in the deepest sense is simply knowing yourself who you are beyond the

forms it's true and lasting joy and happiness but they are looking for

happiness through some imagined configuration of forms when my life when

those forms in my life those circumstances people places are in a

right configuration then it will be fine and it could even happen that for a

brief moment they are in the right configuration you just move to a

beautiful new home you just fell in love and the stock market just gone up and

your short the doctor says to you are the most healthy you have the host

healthy body I've ever seen everything is just right and then probably you

would claim the ego would claim some merit or achievement it would say I did

that

and because the world of form or the forms look solid this is the illusion

when you walk around especially in a city the the solid structures in man

mate the solidity of everything form look so solid and that's an illusion we

don't realize that the world of form is very much like vapour or mist hey this

is no there - they know that there's nothing solid here even the most solid

building can collapse in a moment mostly the grandest edifice whether it be an

office building or temple can collapse at any moment and sometimes they do so

they appear the apparent or solidity of form is an illusion to anybody who

hasn't been to India I recommend at least going there once to experience

that the physical universe the solidity of the physical universe is an illusion

in India it's much easier to know that because things are not that solid in the

physical realm

things could go wrong at any moment and play and it's beautiful and this may be

the reason why India has produced the greatest changes from the very very

first the spiritual awakening of humanity happened there

perhaps because the physical realm is less solid or the illusion is less the

illusion of solidity is less there than here so because of the illusion of

solidity that's you believe that they can be something permanent in the

phenomenal realm but very quickly here two things shift change leave you or

make you unhappy today it makes you happy tomorrow it makes you unhappy that

beautiful position that you got the hospital wife makes you happy then makes

you unhappy anybody who has been through more than one marriage and even those

who still in one marriage know that the person who makes you happy is also the

person who makes you unhappy

so the demands that people place upon the manifested world are impossible make

me happy

and when that the only way when that demand is dropped and sometimes this

dropping this letting go of that demand can happen when the world has totally

frustrated you totally so much has gone wrong so to speak which means not really

wrong but against the expectations against what I wanted and needed that

you let go of any further expectations not in a negative sense because if you

let go of any further expectations in a negative sense that means then you are

saying who cares I don't want to know anymore I'm I'm done with the world

you're not there's still a lot of attachment but but a true letting go

when perhaps you even smile or laugh

comes all crumbled one eight months again it's and no further expectations

are placed from the manifest state then suddenly you senses enormous peace

what is that everything has gone wrong and yet there's this deep sense of

rightness so that can happen in cases where people become totally frustrated

it can also happen in a spiritual teaching to see when you are ready to

see that readiness is there because the frustrations have already been there you

wouldn't have come otherwise that's already been there and then suddenly you

see the demands and part of the demands very essential part of this demand that

is placed upon the phenomenal world is the demand that the future should make

you happy because that is very the next moment the need for the next moment and

it is a great act of letting go when the psychological need for the next moment

is relinquished that's always an essential part of coming to an end of

placing expectations because every expectation that you place around the

world to some extent implies future

and so it's a wonderful thing that demands that are made upon places people

or situations or circumstances I'm not there and then you are comfortable with

places as they are because no matter what place you go to it could be ideal

in your imagination when you actually get there something will be there that

is not ideal any whatever place you go to and person and circumstance and

that's the thing that frustrates you

and that demand is not made anymore

it could be a simple thing even a demand see place upon people understand me he

doesn't understand me my parents don't understand me

my children don't understand me so is that so bad they understand what

they can understand their stage of evolution they understand just enough

for them to understand they are ok with not understanding

you don't realize that nothing is added to you by having somebody understand you

accepts a psychological thought form that see then say oh it's confirmation

that I exist he's confirmed that I exist what is that existence that needs

confirmation that you exist or confirmation of the world some people

think they need fame fame is totally overrated there's nothing in it

that's why some famous actors are interested in this teaching they

realized how empty that thing is called fame if paying fulfilled them would they

come to this teaching what for they are fulfilled by Fame by

recognition everybody recognizes how beautiful or great they are source isn't

that fulfilling know you think it's fulfilling when you don't have it and

when you have it it's fulfilling for a little moment and then it's good it's no

longer fulfilling and you see it's another way of finding this dimension

one way is being totally frustrated and getting nothing another way is getting

everything and being totally frustrated [Laughter]

and some famous actors go to drugs they don't they try to deaden the frustration

that they feel which ultimately is a form of pain they tried to deaden it

that way famous people many have been very unhappy committed suicide but some

others see that so it doesn't really matter whether it's through achieving

everything or achieving nothing you find it for most of you it's kind of a

mixture you've perhaps experienced success to some extent and failure to

some extent and you've experienced success turning into its opposite
