Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discuss: Tips to recover quickly after hourglass plastic surgery.

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

The hourglass plastic surgery procedure is an effective way to achieve the body shape most women dream of.

Since the hourglass plastic surgery is a major operation, you will be required to go through

a complete recovery process after the intervention.

There are certain ways and precautionary measures you can use to recover quickly after the surgery.

After the surgery, you will be required to wear compression garments for a few weeks or months.

This is very important.

Compression garments help decrease the post-operative swelling, apart from keeping your new body

intact until it heals.

It also protects you from a number of side effects and risks associated with the surgery like swelling.

Be sure to follow each and every instruction of the plastic surgeon.

Also, use the prescribed medications on time and according to the instructions of the doctor.

For example, if your doctor has prescribed antibiotics, be sure to take them for the recommended time period.

It is extremely important for patients to take sufficient rest after an hourglass plastic surgery.

The first two weeks are particularly crucial, so be sure to stay in bed for most of the time.

You may take short and slow walks after every few hours during the recovery period.

This will help prevent blood clotting and constipation resulting from inactivity.

The fat grafts require 2-3 weeks to be vascularized.

Applying pressure to them before two weeks can damage them and affect the aesthetic results.

Avoid sleeping on your back, sitting, and resting on your back for the first two weeks following the surgery.

Instead, you should sleep on your front.

Stretching and bending must be avoided for at least six weeks after the surgery.

Physical activities like sports, exercises, weight lifting, running, and jumping must be avoided

for 3 to 4 weeks following the operation because these activities have the tendency to damage

the achieved results and trigger problems.

Driving also must be avoided for the first three weeks.

After that, you may drive with a cushion or rolled towel placed under your hamstring

to protect the buttock if you had this procedure.

Last but not the least, don't expose the surgical site to direct sunlight or other forms of heat

for at least four months after the surgery and be sure to drink a lot of water and healthy foods

during the recovery period and afterward.

Following these tips will go a long way toward helping you heal quickly after the hourglass plastic surgery.

In this video, we discuss: Tips to recover quickly after hourglass plastic surgery.

In the next video, we will discuss: Unsatisfactory results after tummy tuck.

Change Your Expectations

I wish someone told me to change my expectations Instead of waitin'

For everyone to live up to them.

Because if they had to sink or swim Most people would drown.

I've found That you can't change others,

But changing your expectations covers You from lots of disappointment.

I didn't Say get rid of your standards and values,

Just that we have to use Them wisely.

Because what I see Is people with perfection in mind

Without taking the time To see what kind

Of person they are, you're no perfect person.

But you're hurtin' Others because they don't meet your perfect

image When in reality it would have been a privilege

For you to be with them.

When You take the time to look at what you expect

You can reduce a heck Of a lot of stress,

You don't have to feel like your life's a mess.

Friend not calling every day, expect it once a week

And see how this technique Calms you, you might wish for more

But having negativity in store Because someone isn't living up to your

Expectations is hurting you more than it's hurting them.

But when You release them of the invisible contract

You make it easier to attract Peace.

The End.

Kettlebell Military Press Mastery - Duration: 6:32.

hmm according to research the kettlebell military press is a builder of strength

a toner of arms a stabilizer of cores and is perhaps the king of building

cannonball shoulders but with poor form it ends up becoming a dysfunctional pile

of goop and all of this means nothing but don't you fret because today your

boy Brian is gonna lead you down the path to kettlebell military press

mastery stick around

if you want an amazing press you need to start with an

amazing stance apply the following four keys number one keep your feet around

shoulder-width apart number two your knees must stay locked

number three make your chest big think Superman revealing his s and finally

number four grow as tall as you can from your heels up through the crown of your

head just imagine a string pulling you up maintain these four things throughout

the entire movement or else aliens will invade the earth and elect Justin Bieber

as Earth's new president and who wants that?

we call the bottom position of the military press the rack please observe

the following items every time you are at the bottom in the rack one keep your

wrist straight not flexed and definitely not extended back if you find your wrist

once to extend try setting the bell lower in your palm when viewed from the

front keep your forearm vertical you do not want to be losing or winning an arm

wrestling match 3 when viewed from the side you want your forearm to be

pointing ever so slightly backwards the kettlebell is in front of our shoulder

in the rack but we're gonna be pushing it slightly backwards to lock out

directly over our shoulder just keep your elbow barely in front of your fist

your palm should be facing sideways to you this will put the kettlebell right

on your bicep now you might be wondering how in the world did we get the

kettlebell to the rack in the first place well as a beginner

feel free to cheat curl it up with two hands but you're gonna want to start

learning how to do a kettlebell clean as soon as possible I'll leave links below

hey now that's what I call a nice rack you know what I mean

the top of our lift is called the lockout I've got four key tips for you

to have an amazing lockout tip one first off double check your foundation your

knees are still locked spine is still tall chest is still big and your wrist

is still straight check next at the top your palm should be forward this puts

the kettlebell above your shoulder turning out feels weak and turning in

puts the belt above your head a really bad idea

viewed from the front your elbow should be completely locked and your arms

straight up and down at the 12 o'clock position use a mirror to help viewed

from the side your arms should also be at the 12 o'clock locked position

not at 10 not at 11 not 11:45 but at 12 o'clock now that's what I call a nice

lock out we make any sense

okay guys and gals all of the previous tips simply

build a great foundation a great foundation equals a great press so

always check those fundamentals but now let's move on to some more advanced

pointers don't get into the bad habit of using your legs to move the kettlebell

keep those knees locked if the kettlebell is too heavy just grab

a lighter bell a really bad habit is to lead with the elbow this is just plain

ugly and it makes kittens cry the fist and the elbow should move up at the same

time think kettlebell up rather than elbow out exhale on the way up inhale on

the way down keep your mouth closed and breathe only through your nose on both

the inhale and exhale remember at the start the palms should face in half way

up the kettlebell should be halfway turned about 45 degrees and at the top

it should be totally straight ahead practice this without a kettlebell to

get really good at it don't be one of those people that brings their ear to

their bicep on every rep trust me your bicep doesn't have

anything interesting to say and finally it's okay to very slightly kick your

hips under your working arm to create better leverage just don't overdo it

those are what I call nice presses get it stupid now just get it ladies and

gentlemen if you follow the tips in today's video it will lead you down the

path to kettlebell military press mastery if you liked today's video

please leave a thumbs up if you would like to see a video like this about

another exercise in the future leave that down in the comments field and as

always make sure you hit subscribe and hit the little bell icon so that you are

alerted when future videos like this come out until next time go get strong

follow the tips in today's video you will become a badass military presser... take 2

drill bits sharpening/ostrzenie wiertel/钻头磨边 - Duration: 17:36.

Welcome

today I will show you my way of sharpening drill bits for boring in wood....

I will show you how to transform drill bit for metal to drill bit with pilot for wood

regular drill bit for metal is far from perfect for boring nice holes in finished materials.

Much better result you get with pilot drill bit.I call it pilot drill bit but they not regular pilot bits.I make them myself.

I will show you the transformation.....

First I must dress my sander with the diamond stuff

Let do it....

Use eyes protection stuff.....at least...

Sharpening wood drill bits are easy....

... because you need sharpening just two edges

I am lazy so I make it free hand...

I make the side ends edges longer than center side...

You can see why later.

I will sharpening the pilot part first...

Now I sharpening the other part of the drill bit.

I make a photos so at the end you can see how it looks in enlargement

larger bits is much easier sharpening than small....

....there is the same rules

I'm use to sharpening drill bits.

Always I make it free hand.... its over 35 years.....

In my generation boys use use drill bits often...

That regular metal drill bit and I transform it for my pilot drill bit

Using the grinding wheel edge I cut off the center part of the edge.

First time make it is difficult.... but after while you be good...

Firs I grinding the back of the cutting edges...

First on rough wheel I grind the back. Then on the fine I make the final cut.

Now be much easier to make a pilot point

You must make both side equal...

Rough cut is done now I go to next wheel...

You need water for cooling .OK. final grinding

I have white piece of melamine as a back ground for better view.

You must make both side equal...

You must make both side equal...so another check up

It takes that time transform regular metal bit for pilot drill bit for wood.

Now I make the tests....

Now you can see why I make the side part of cutting edge longer than center part.

That way you get nice clean cut.

I cut just the surface so you can see the cut edge...

Now you can see why I make the side part of cutting edge longer than center part.

nice sharp edge...

That regular metal drill bit...Sharp..

You see the drill bit chipped

there is not perfect edge...

Now... My pilot drill bit...

the cut edge is much better...

Photos will be on the end of this episode.

I just showed you my way of transform regular drill bit into pilot drill bit and sharpening the drill bits.

that is very useful skill

All my bits I sharpening of free hand,I know there are so many devices, but I do not need them.

If you like it hit the button ,,like".

How to Unleash Your Full Potential | New Channel 2017 - Duration: 2:51.

What´s up, my name is Jesse and together with my man Matt we welcome you to the best

educational channel on youtube!

Before I will explain you what this channel is about, let me ask you a question.

Imagine that on your last day on earth the person you became will meet the person you

could have become…

Do you think this will be a meeting between equals?

I might stick my neck out on that but I guess it won´t…

But why is it so difficult for us to reach our full potential?

I mean we feel it, deep down, that we can play big, but… we never do… what a shame,

because imagine we would live in a world where everybody is living up to his or her full

potential.

What a world it would be…

WOW, I mean, man, we would ride on dragons and that kind of shit!

But we don´t play big, we are not even playing, but we get played…

We get taught that we have to work for money and that is what we do, to 5, at least 5 days

a week, every month, every year, until we are so old that people start to bid on us

when we go to an antique auction.

That is not cool dude…

It seems like we have no choice, because we need to pay for our rent, for our food, for

our clothes, for our children aaaaaand so on.

What we need is money, and in order to get money we need a job!

That´s it.

No choice, simply as that, we have to work for money!

Right?

Wrong!

Because obviously money, being nothing but a tool, should work for us, and not the other

way around!

There is so much misinterpretation of money out there that this is not funny anymore…

That is why ClueTube is taking over, we will give you a clue!

That´s right my friend, we – will give - you – a clue.

Thanks to the 21st century, we are able to provide you with the knowledge of the most

successful persons in the entire world, and we use video animation because that means

an increase of 15 percent in remembering information.

That is a lot...

We will equip you with all the knowledge you need and arm you with some psychological ninja

shit to make sure that YOU will live up to your full potential…

Changing is an ongoing process, that is why we will provide you with new content every

week of the year.

But instead of overstraining you with a mass of different videos about totally different

things, we will guide you through this world of information with structure and the best

explanations you can find.

So, all you need to do is to sign up for this channel and you will profit by doing so for

a lifetime.

What are you waiting for?

Let´s play big my friend…

Chatbot Course - Intents [Build Your Own Chatbot] - Duration: 8:10.

When creating a chatbot in Watson Conversation, we first create intents, then entities, and

finally we design the dialog.

Let's start exploring the concept of intents.

An intent is the goal or purpose of the user's input.

Watson Conversation expects us to add examples for each intent that our chatbot needs to

address.

These examples are then used by Watson to figure out different ways in which people

might express the same intent.

In other words, you can think of intents as labels for a group of examples that express

a common goal or purpose.

For example, we might define an intent called #greetings.

Examples for this intent might be "hello", "hi", and "hey", "good morning"

and "good evening".

It is recommended that we specify at least five examples for each intent that we define.

The more examples you provide, the better Watson will be at understanding the specific

intent.

The good news is that you're not stuck with the initial examples that you picked, you

can always go back and add, edit, or delete examples for a given intent.

In fact, over time, it's a good idea to add more examples that you have collected

from users as they interact with the chatbot, in order to further train Watson.

When the user specifies "hola", "aloha", or even "yo", Watson will recognize the

user's greetings intent for us, and as you can see in the Try it out panel on the right,

even though we didn't specify those three words in the examples, Watson will correctly

detect what the intent is, in our case, #greetings.

Watson trained on our examples, and was able to correctly recognize similar utterances

on its own.

By creating this #greetings intent, we are telling Watson that common greetings in the

user input should be detected and labelled as this specific intent.

Later on, when designing the dialog, we'll be able to customize how our chatbot responds

to various questions on the basis of their matching intents.

For example, we would most likely have the chatbot greet the user back when the #greetings

intent is triggered.

Will Watson detect a hundred percent of all possible greetings?

Probably not, but it will correctly detect most of them.

As we will see later on, we'll have a contingency plan in place for when this occurs or when

the user asks perhaps an irrelevant question and Watson can't match it with any intent

we have created.

The Try it out panel on the right, by the way, is a tool provided by Watson Conversation

to test out our bot, as we build it.

So it's for bot designers and it won't be displayed to your chatbot end users.

As you can see towards the bottom of the panel, if we provide an input and unrelated question

or sentence, like asking about the weather, no matching intent will be recognized by Watson

and we can optionally provide an intent that this new expression should be matched with.

If we do that, Watson will add that question as an example for that particular intent.

We are basically using the Try it out panel as a way to further train Watson.

You probably noticed by now, but it's worth mentioning that intents are automatically

prefixed with the pound symbol.

Intents are not hashtags.

Part of the reason why intents use the pound symbol prefix is that it removes ambiguity

when referring to them in responses, as well as distinguishing them from other components,

which might have the same name but are not intents.

For example, entities and context variables, which we will cover later on in the course.

Intents cannot have spaces, so you should use an underscore when defining intents with

multiple words.

The examples you provide Watson for a given intent, however, can have spaces, since these

are just sentences and questions the user might input.

You might recall the "good morning" and "good evening" examples we used in the

#greetings intent.

A chatbot will typically have multiple intents.

The intents that we create define the scope of the chatbot, as they shape what it's

able to handle.

When thinking about the flower shop chatbot, what are some of the intents that come to

mind?

Maybe it's just me, but whenever I order flowers online, my questions tend to be around

delivery, so let's start with that.

Let's say that we want to create a #delivery_info intent.

What kind of examples can we provide to Watson for this intent?

We want to train Watson with representative questions.

Questions that our users would likely type in, as they interact with our chatbot.

In fact, if you have access to actual questions that were asked by users, even better.

Some examples could be: ● Do you deliver?

● Do you deliver on weekends?

● When will I receive my flowers?

● Will I be able to get my flowers on Sunday?

● Do you deliver during the holidays?

And so on.

Notice that the occasional misspellings in the examples don't hurt, because our users

won't always type perfect sentences either.

We want to train Watson with the most realistic questions as possible, occasional misspellings

included.

Likewise, although not ideal, the user might be tempted to interact with the bot using

common-like utterances rather than full sentences.

So, we could add: ● Delivery information

to the examples, as well.

Another intent that comes to mind is people asking for advice on the right flowers for

a given occasion.

We might call this intent #flower_suggestions.

An obvious example we can add to the intent is "flower suggestions" itself, with spaces.

But what else can we add to train Watson on people's requests for flower suggestions?

I think that people might type in: ● Flower recommendations

● Recommended flowers for special occasions ● Which flowers should I buy?

And of course some might be more specific, including the special occasion or recipient

in their question, for example: ● Flowers for anniversary

● What flowers should I buy for my mom?

● Which flowers for a birthday?

● Bouquet for girlfriend ● Which flowers for a funeral?

● I'd like to buy flowers for a sick friend ● I want flowers that express sympathy

● What are the best flowers for Valentine's Day?

So, as you can see, people have very different ways to express the same intent of wanting

a suggestion for flowers.

And in this particular case, they're also telling us a specific occasion or specific

reason why they have the intent.

Some people might enter longer requests that express the same intent.

So, we might want to throw in a couple of examples of that as well, for example:

● What would be a good arrangement to give someone when they are retiring?

Or, ● What types of flowers make a good choice

as an anniversary gift for your parents?

This will train Watson to recognize when people are asking for flower recommendations.

Note that when defining this intent, we're are not overly concerned with the exact special

occasion, so we don't need a complete list of all the holidays and moments in life that

call for flowers gifting.

We just needed to train Watson on what flower suggestion questions tend to look like.

Nevertheless, when we build the dialog later in the course, we'll have to provide responses

that provide meaningful suggestions depending on the special occasion.

Yes, all these questions indicate that the intent is getting #flower_suggestions.

However, we need a way to handle the different types of special occasions.

We don't want to recommend the same flowers for funerals and Valentine's Day.

So, we need a way, in our chatbot, to distinguish the input further so that we can respond differently

to the same intent, depending on the occasion provided.

Entities solve this problem for us.

In the next video, we will formally introduce entities and take a closer look at how to

use them.

English at work - Episode 33: Prepare for take off - Duration: 5:30.

Hello again.

Well, this is very exciting!

Paul, the boss, is sending Anna and Tom on a business trip to France.

He wants them to clinch the deal with a company interested in buying their Imperial

Lemons.

But has Tom got more than business on his mind?

Really?

What… me and Anna… to France?

Yes but make sure you get that contract signed.

We need the business.

Yeah, yeah, of course.

Are we staying overnight?

There's no money for that – just get there and come straight back.

Oh and could you bring back those nice French biscuits

that have in the duty-free shop?

Sure.

So, Anna, we're off on holiday together are we?!

No!

But I've got to book the flights online, can you help me please?

It's not my thing.

I'm sure Denise will help.

I need to go and pack for this trip.

(On the phone) Yes Marge… in the cupboard… envelopes apparently…

Tom and Anna… oh here she is… got to go Marge…

bye.

Hello Anna, everything OK?

Sort of.

I've got to go to France with Tom.

Yes, I know.

I thought you'd be pleased to go with Tom, after your time in

the stationery cupboard with him!

I was just finding an envelope Denise.

Anyway, I'm worried about booking the flights online.

I usually book flights at a travel agent's.

It's company policy now, we have to do everything online – even my food

shopping – but don't tell Paul.

Oh right.

So where shall I begin?

Pull up a chair Anna and we'll log on.

Right let's start with the British Airlines website.

There.

London to Marseille.

What is the outbound date?

Going out tomorrow, back tomorrow.

Business class or Economy class?

I think we'll say Economy.

That's cheaper I guess.

What's this mean?

Flexible or fixed?

A flexible ticket means you can change your flight but a fixed one means

you can't – and that's cheaper so we'll choose that one.

I'll book you on the 8am flight from Heathrow and flying home at

6pm.

I just need to type in your full names now and select your seats.

Window or aisle?

I'll what?

No Anna.

A seat by the aisle or by the window?

Oh, an aisle seat please, Denise.

Good.

What's your frequent flyer number?

Oh I don't have one of those.

What's that?

Frequent flyer number?

Here I've got a gold status card, can you stick my number in?

Gold status!

Where did you get that?

Oh, I've flown loads of times for business.

I've done deals all around the world.

He means he's been on lots of jollies – free trips paid for by the company –

and all he's come home with is a sun tan!

Hmm, really.

Right I just need to pay now… using the company account of

course.

Cool.

Now, what do you think of my sunglasses?

Lovely Tom.

Denise has booked you a window seat OK?

No!

Sorry I can't sit by the window…

I'm… errr…

Yes Tom?

Well, I mean, it's only polite that the lady sits by the window.

Really?!

What's Tom like?!

Hopefully he'll prove a useful business partner for Anna

on the trip to France.

Here's a reminder of some of the questions you may

be asked when booking a flight…

What's the outbound and return date?

Do you want to fly business or economy?

Do you want a fixed or flexible ticket?

Would you like a window or aisle seat?

Have you got a frequent flyer number?

There you go you two, your e-ticket.

Now don't forget your passports.

Thanks Denise.

Hey Anna, I'm so pleased that we're on this trip together.

It'll be nice to spend some time with you.

Yes and to do some business and really show Paul we are his best

employees.

Oh yeah, of course…

I just wondered…

Yes?

Is there any chance I could sit in the aisle seat?

I've got a feeling Anna's in for a bumpy ride.

Find out how their trip goes next time on English at Work.

See ya!
