Easiest Way to Get the Ratking from The Arms Dealer Nightfall - Duration: 4:11.
welcome to JGOD_Gaming in today's video I want to cover how to get the Rat King
in this week's nightfall this particular nightfall is the arms dealers so the
videos gonna be very similar to my legend of a curious video but I will be
covering some of the different elements that you need to focus on so that you
can maximize the time since the modifications are a little different
just as the heads up we finished with about six and a half minutes left so we
had about a minute and a half to spare plus or several areas that you can
actually clean up some time that we miss the first thing you need to do is hurry
up kill the ad so you can run over this machine and hack it this next section
all you need to do is kill the ads as quick as possible
so you could be set up for the next objective which is grabbing the orb
once you grab the orb you should be able to just grab it and then run it over to
the objective since you can just pretty much take a little bit of damage the
primary objective is to slam the orb so you can get the object that's moving a
little bit faster and the objective will change to killing the lieutenant this is
another ad killing phase where you just want to kill as many ads as possible
while also maintaining the objective which is to fill the lieutenant so don't
be afraid to use your supers and all your power animal if you need to the
Titan is a great class for this because you could just spam your grenade
infinitely pretty much because of one of the modifiers in this particular week's
nightfall this next section you actually run through and skip all the way until
you pretty much get outside once you're outside you want to hurry up get on your
Sparrow and actually follow this route so you could skip this part and end up
in the room with two giant tanks so come through here if anyone dies don't worry
about reviving them just keep rushing forward at this point you're gonna want
to take out the tank as quick as you can we did die a couple times here so it
could have been a little bit quicker to shave off some time but give you kind of
a quick example once you destroy the tank you're gonna have to hit the device
on the right and then you're gonna be able to move on to the next tank same
thing with this tank you want to kill it as quick as possible you can use your
super if you do have it at this point whatever can get the job done as quick
as possible because by the time you get to the boss fight and we'll have your
super again once you kill the tank you're gonna have to kill another
lieutenant right there and then you're gonna
up to hack this terminal you're gonna see the boss don't use any of your
supers or heavy ammo on him because none of the damage will actually carry over
into the boss fight jumping up on this ledge actually gives you a better
vantage point and also reduce the likelihood of dying since you can
actually position yourself a little bit better and also close the gap on some of
the ranges so that your damages are not getting dropped off at those ranges
again it's another ad killing phase kill all the ads so you can get to the
elevator activate the terminal and then you want
to do as much damage as you can on the boss ideally you want to skip a phase
the easiest way to do that is to get him under 130 of the health so use all your
supers use your grenades use your power alone like you see me doing right here
we get them to under 1/3 which essentially sets them up for the next
section so that we can actually skip an orb running phase so as you can see we
didn't have to run that orb he's gonna jump immediately down and would continue
another damaged phase ideally you want to damage him as much
as you can you've already use your super so you can't do too much with that so
you'll have to rely on grenade spam and power ammo so you can just wipe them out
and get them all the way under and then when he jumps up on the platform you'll
have to still run the orb because you don't kill them in space you're gonna
have to run that orb but we do take off a lot of time you can see we still have
about 3 minutes before we get to the wreck key which is over 5 minutes
remaining as my teammate runs the orb I'm actually trying to clear a path so
when they run they will take as little damage as possible so that we don't
waste any time in this section so once they slam the orb it'll just be all
about damaging the boss to finish them off and that's pretty much the video
hopefully you enjoy the video I'd like to know what your thoughts are in the
comment section you do enjoy the video way or you think it was helpful go ahead
and click that like button go ahead and subscribe if you haven't done so already
and make sure you have those a minder set up so you can see when I post your
videos and that's pretty much it hopefully enjoyed video thank you and as
always have a great day

What current holes in MS research would you like to see filled? - Duration: 2:55.
Where are there currently holes in the research which you'd like to see filled?
Well, I'm sounding a bit as if this is my hobby horse but the holes I'd like to see filled
are around mechanisms, understanding what actually happens. I think we have a reasonable idea
what happens in relapsing remitting MS but I think we have a very poor idea about
what happens in progression. So I'd like to see much more around mechanisms
and I think that's a big target area because if you identify the mechanism
then you can identify treatment targets and then you identify treatments.
It's a logical sequence. The other areas are around biomarkers.
Sorry, what are they?
So what we need are things, markers, imaging or things we can measure in the blood or in the spinal fluid
that tell us what's happening, but also help us to predict what might happen.
So that we can use those markers in treatment trials as an indicator of whether a drug
is working or not. So they give you an early signal that something is working or not working.
Are you talking about imaging or a chemical thing?
It could be either. It really doesn't matter. It can be imaging, we've got some very good imaging markers.
But it can also be measuring substances like neurofilament, for example,
which is one of the proteins, one of the areas that we're measuring in the blood and in the spinal fluid.
The key thing is that it gives you an indication of what is happening in that person in relation to their condition.
And ideally it helps you to predict what might happen going forward.
So that's a gap. I think the other big gap for me is around symptom treatment and rehabilitation.
This is a big, big area, it's a very wide area. We put the two together but they're actually quite different.
Managing specific symptoms, each symptom needs a particular approach
But the whole concept of rehabilitation - can we get a better understanding of what happens in rehabilitaiton
and can we make it more effective and more targeted?
And that's a key element of the Progressive Alliance is actually looking at rehabilitation and symptom management
And we're having a major meeting in Toronto in May of next year focusing entirely on that subject.
Sure. Is this like a multidisciplinary approach?
Yeah, I think it's always multidisciplinary, whether you're talking about symptoms like spasticity
or pain, or fatigue, or cognitive impairment, it's always multidisciplinary and rehabilitation I suppose is
particularly multidisciplinary in the way it functions.
You need all the expertise focusing on the patient and on their symptoms.

Washington and Lee University - Duration: 7:22.
When I was looking at colleges,
I didn't really pay attention to the things
I should have paid attention to.
Ask yourself, will I fit in here?
And most importantly, is this place gonna push me to grow?
If you come to a place
that wants you to be your best,
then you're gonna be way ahead of everybody else.
One of the main reasons why I love W&L
is because, to me, it feels like family
and it feels like home.
I could sense immediately that this was a great place,
a great community and a very friendly community.
That is a community that you wanna be in,
one that you're surrounded by people
who inspire you, who respect you,
and who know and believe in your ability to succeed.
In the classes at Washington and Lee,
we have a really close, very tight relationship
with our students.
There are many professors in the STEM fields
who do great research and can have
a one-on-one conversation with me
over a cup of coffee about what they're doing.
I've been consistently impressed,
not only with the quality of teaching,
but the level of engagement
that my professors have had, not only in my education
but in everyone else's I know.
One of the things that caused me to fall in love
with W&L was the honor system.
We trust each other in all walks of life.
In the classroom and out, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You've got this culture of trust with your students.
The student comes to you with a problem,
you don't have to ask, you don't have to follow up,
you've got that student's word
and it means you can respond with that same level of trust.
The liberal arts education, I think,
is the best college education you can get,
and I think that W&L is one of the best.
Liberal arts is so important
because you have sort of a background in almost everything.
Your major is the least important decision
you're gonna make.
What we really wanna do is, not so much look at
our offerings in business administration
and accounting and econ as pre-professional,
but as ways to kind of broaden the concept
of what a liberal arts education needs to be
for the 21st century.
So we have a lot of double majors,
and what's great is they bring something new to the table
in every class they come into.
We require our students to go out
to the different schools, the different departments
to take different courses
so their minds are augmented with knowledge
in a variety of areas.
In any class that you take,
you're gonna get, sort of, coming at it
from all different sides, even if it's a dance class,
you're gonna get some scientific and mathematical
and computer science.
It's super cool.
I will be taking some of the stuff I've learned
in my geology classes, including the modeling
and the quantitative skills,
and to apply it to accounting and some accounting policies.
I learn how to connect the science that I chose to study
with life at large through the humanities.
When I came in to Washington & Lee my freshman year,
I was really struck by the number of opportunities.
The campus is so vibrant.
There's so much going on constantly,
and I think a lot of that is part of our education,
not just within the classroom.
Every single time I've wanted to do something here,
I've gotten funding for it.
I've just had to go up to the right people
and be like, I have this really cool opportunity.
Can you help me make this happen?
And they said, yes, go for it.
This is an entrepreneurship center.
Students have the ability to interact with real businesses,
getting hands on experience.
So this summer, we're actually starting a company.
We have an opportunity with our television news show
that we do twice a week here.
Everybody gets a chance to be an anchor,
a producer, a writer.
When they leave, they can step right into the profession
and it will be seamless.
I will actually be an assistant director
next year for student consulting.
It's a really cool program and we try to mimic
what real management consulting would be like.
The way that the school semesters are set up
at Washington and Lee, you have a 12-week semester,
12-week semester, and then a miniature 4-week spring term.
We're taking the students abroad
or we're sending students out to domestic sites
to do work.
I took the natural history of Rockbridge county course
my freshman spring term,
and I think that was the course where I really found that
sciences were something that I wanted to keep pursuing.
My sophomore year, I had the opportunity to shadow
an orthopedic surgeon, an MDVIP physician,
a cardiothoracic surgeon, and then a urologist.
Being able to study abroad,
especially my first year on campus was incredible.
I think an opportunity that not very many
first year students get.
We're internationalizing
the learning experience as much as we can.
With the expanded classroom, we're thinking about
all the ways, in addition to the traditional ways
we learn in the classroom.
For example, since 2011,
every summer I've been to Belize.
I love working with the students there.
Many of these students will use the research
that they've collected to do a senior thesis project.
I became really attached to the town.
Like, even when I come back into town
after leaving for a few weeks, it's just like coming home.
I think it's very important to get involved
in the Lexington community.
Every W&L student in their four years here
will have one, if not many opportunities
to interact with the community.
We're bringing some snacks to the kids.
It's an after-school program.
It's always a highlight of my day.
The students come to this remarkable place
that really nurtures the sense of community and learning
that's really at the heart of a W&L education.
One thing that's really cool
about W&L is the outing club.
I did the Appalachian trail pre-orientation trip
as a freshman, having never slept outside before,
and now I've rafted both upper and lower Gauley rivers.
We have so many speakers, so many known scholars
coming to campus that it's actually difficult
to go to all these events on campus.
Between the school, the city of Lexington itself,
and just the things that the students do on their own,
there's never a dull moment at all.
I think one of the greatest things about W&L
is the personalized college experience you're going to get.
You can show up here freshmen year
knowing that you don't quite know what path you might take
but at every turn you'll find professors
that are eager to help you.
I will definitely miss Washington and Lee
with every fiber of my being.
It's been an amazing place
and it's been a vital part of creating who I am now.
We educate the students to take their place
in a global and diverse society,
and that's exactly what they're doing.
They get out there and they start changing the world
in ways that we never could have predicted,
never could have anticipated, but we see it every day.

AN IN DEPTH EXPLANATION OF THE SEVEN HUMAN CHAKRAS & HOW YOU CAN PROPERLY BALANCE THEM - Duration: 18:23.
AN IN-DEPTH EXPLANATION OF THE SEVEN HUMAN CHAKRAS & HOW YOU CAN PROPERLY BALANCE THEM
BY KALEE BROWNOCTOBER
There are seven major chakras within the human body, running from the base of the spine to
the crown of the head.
The chakra system is often discussed in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese
Medicine, Buddhism, Hinduism, and other ancient practices.
The Sanskrit word chakra literally translates to wheel or circle. Our chakras
spin like wheels when were alive and healthy, allowing our vital life force energy, Prana,
to flow throughout us.
When our chakras are working properly, often referred to as being in balance or aligned,
they spin and allow energy to flow up the spine (or the Kundalini).
However, our chakras can also become overactive, underactive, imbalanced, or even blocked,
which can affect us both physically and emotionally.
The physical realm can affect our chakras and our chakras can affect our physical reality;
they are meant to work in harmony together.
For example, if one of your chakras is blocked, this can manifest into physical disease or
pain in that area.
Likewise, when we experience certain emotions, they can affect our chakras.
When youre feeling heartbroken after a breakup, for instance, this could affect your
heart chakra.
When the chakras are balanced, we feel at our best and our bodies are in their healthiest
state.
Many people who are familiar with the chakra system can quite literally feel it, and can
intuitively recognize when their specific chakras are imbalanced.
As a result, you have the power to balance your chakras yourself, which can be done through
meditation, yoga, self-reflection, nutrition, energetic healing, crystals, or even just
by being in a high vibration setting or taking a deeper look at your emotions.
Healers can also help you balance your chakras, typically by helping you work through physical
or emotional pain, but ultimately you can work toward accomplishing this yourself.
Our Seven Chakras and How to Balance Them
First Chakra: Root Chakra (Muladhara Chakra)
Where: Base of the spine.
It encompasses the first three vertebrae, the bladder, and the colon.
Emotions/behaviours: The first chakra is associated with security, safety, survival instincts,
basic needs (such as food, sleep, and shelter), and family.
Its also associated with our physical identities and our ability to stay grounded and present.
Physical signs of imbalance: Constipation, cramps, and any issues with the adrenal glands,
spine, blood, bladder, and colon.
Signs of an overactive root chakra: Feeling greed, paranoia, and increased fear; obsessing
over authority and power, material goods, or Earthly possessions and other elements
of our identities.
Signs of an underactive root chakra: Feeling disconnected from nature and the Earth, daydreaming,
lack of discipline, inability to focus on our everyday lives, disorganization, anxiety,
and financial insecurity.
How to balance the root chakra: The colour associated with the root chakra is red, so
any high vibrational foods with a naturally strong red pigment or grounding properties
can help recharge your chakra (tomatoes, strawberries, beets, red apples, pomegranates, raspberries,
and even protein).
Crystals that are red such as red jasper, chanting LAM, going out into nature,
using colour therapy with the colour red, meditating, practicing yoga, and addressing
the physical and emotional signs of imbalance can all help to balance the root chakra.
Second Chakra: Sacral Chakra (Svhadhisthana Chakra)
Where: Slightly above the root chakra on the spine, around the reproductive organs.
Above the pubic bone, but below the navel.
Emotions/behaviours: The sacral chakra is associated with creativity, sexuality, commitment,
passion, expression, emotions, and sensitivity.
Physical signs of imbalance: Issues with menstruation or reproductive organs, lower back pain or
stiffness, urinary issues, kidney pain or infection, and infertility.
Signs of an overactive sacral chakra: Sexual addiction and heightened emotions; being overly
dramatic and creating strong emotional attachment to others.
Signs of an underactive sacral chakra: Low sex drive, inability to express emotions,
insensitivity, difficulty manifesting desires, lack of desires, blocked creativity, emotional
fatigue, and denying yourself pleasure.
How to balance the sacral chakra: The colour associated with the sacral chakra is orange,
so any high vibe foods that have a deep or bright orange colour (mandarins, mangoes,
carrots, squash, pumpkin, yams, seeds, nuts, and oils).
You could also use orange crystals like carnelian, chant VAM, do creative tasks like painting/dance/any
other art form, practice yoga, meditate, or address the physical and emotional signs of
imbalance head on.
Third Chakra: Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura Chakra)
Where: Above the sacral, slightly above the navel but below the chest.
Its associated with the nervous system, digestive system (stomach and intestines),
liver, pancreas, and metabolic systems.
Emotions/behaviours: The solar plexus is entirely related to our sense of Self, our personal
power, our ability to separate the Ego from the Soul, and our self esteem.
Physical signs of imbalance: Poor digestion, weight problems, ulcers, diabetes, problems
with the pancreas, liver, or kidneys, anorexia, bulimia, hepatitis, and other intestinal and
colon issues.
Signs of an overactive solar plexus chakra: Finding faults in others (not realizing these
are a reflection of your own feelings toward yourself), being obsessed with yourself and
your own interests, caring more about yourself than others, being too critical, and being
stubborn in your own beliefs.
Signs of an underactive solar plexus chakra: Insecure in your beliefs, feeling lost, lack
of self awareness, anxiety, conformity, seeking approval from others, feeling self conscious,
low self worth, lack of self confidence, and being dependent on others.
How to balance the solar plexus chakra: The colour associated with the solar plexus chakra
is yellow; try eating high vibe foods that have a yellow colour and lighter protein options
(bananas, corn on the cob, fresh pineapple, yellow peppers, lentils, yellow squash, and
grains like oats).
You could also use yellow crystals like citrine or try yoga, meditation, chanting RAM,
or engaging in activities that allow you to truly understand who you are as a human being
and as a soul (journaling, self reflection, confidence building exercises, etc.).
Fourth Chakra: Heart Chakra (Anahata Chakra)
Where: Centre of the chest, across from the heart.
Its associated with the heart, lungs, chest, breasts, arms, and hands.
Emotions/behaviours: The heart chakra represents our ability to love ourselves and others,
to connect with other beings, and to express gratitude and joy.
Physical signs of imbalance: Heart or respiratory issues, poor circulation, and problems with
the breasts (cancer, lumps, etc.).
Signs of an overactive heart chakra: Being overbearing and too caring toward others,
placing your love for others over your love for yourself, conditional love, anger, grief,
being manipulative, co-dependency, giving too much of yourself and not allowing yourself
to receive, and acting like a people pleaser.
Signs of an underactive heart chakra: Negativity, feeling unloved, unappreciated, or like youre
not worthy or deserving of love, lack of self love, feeling disconnected from society
and loved ones, and having difficult trusting or connecting with others.
How to balance the heart chakra: The colour associated with the heart chakra is green;
you could try eating high vibrational foods that are deep green colours or are simply
lighter weight foods like broccoli, kale, chard, and other leafy greens.
You could also use green crystals like moss agate, meditate, practice yoga, try some heart
opening exercises, practice self love (have some me time), and chant YAM.
Fifth Chakra: Throat Chakra (Vishuddha Chakra)
Where: The throat center.
Its associated with the thyroid gland, neck, throat, shoulders, ears, and mouth.
Emotions/behaviours: The throat chakra relates to our ability to express ourselves vocally
and to speak our truth/peace, honesty.
It also relates to our communication skills and our understanding of when its best
to speak versus when we need to listen.
Physical signs of imbalance: Sore throat, issues with the throat like an infection or
tonsillitis, thyroid problems, losing our voices, neck and shoulder pain, ear aches/infections,
and teeth issues.
Signs of an overactive throat chakra: Speaking too much and not listening enough, and being
over opinionated, verbally abusive, and talking back.
Signs of an underactive throat chakra: Inability to express ourselves vocally, feeling too
scared to share our emotions with others, poor communication skills, giving mixed messages
to others, and being misinterpreted/misunderstood.
How to balance the throat chakra: The colour related to the throat chakra is light blue,
so try eating any high vibe foods with a light blue colour or super light foods (blueberries,
figs, kelp, and pretty much all fruit).
You could also practice public speaking or challenge yourself to express your emotions
to others, practice honesty and your listening skills, meditate, do some yoga, use light
blue crystals like turquoise and fluorite, and chant HAM.
Sixth Chakra: Third Eye Chakra (Ajna Chakra)
Where: The middle of your forehead, slightly above the eyebrows.
Its related to the pituitary gland, eyes, brows, and base of skull.
Emotions/behaviours: The third eye is associated with ones ability to access their intuition,
seek the truth, critically think, access wisdom, quiet the mind, trust their inner guidance,
and see through illusions.
Physical signs of imbalance: Poor vision, headaches or migraines, pineal gland calcification,
difficulty sleeping, seizures, and other sleep disorders.
Signs of an overactive third eye chakra: Frequent daydreaming, chronic stress, difficulty grounding
yourself, feeling lightheaded, and overly intellectual thinking.
Signs of an underactive third eye chakra: Difficulty accessing intuition, meditating,
or looking inwards/self-reflecting; experiencing a disconnect between your outer and inner
realities; misunderstanding the spiritual realm (or lack of knowledge about our innate
spiritual nature).
How to balance the third eye chakra: The colour related to the third eye is dark blue, so
you could try consuming high vibe foods with a darker pigment (plums, purple grapes, eggplant,
purple kale, purple carrots, or simply tea and other light, all-natural, plant-based
beverages).
You could also use dark blue crystals like blue onyx, meditate, engage in self reflection,
rest the mind, decalcify your pineal gland, do some yoga, or chant OM.
Seventh Chakra: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara Chakra)
Where: Centre of the crown of the head.
Associated with the pituitary and pineal glands, brain, hypothalamus, cerebral cortex, and
central nervous system.
Emotions/behaviours: The crown chakra represents the connection the body, mind, and soul have
to the Source of all creation.
It also relates to enlightenment, living in the present moment, understanding universal
truths (the soul and our connection to one another), and knowing and trusting your inner
Self.
Physical signs of imbalance: Dizziness, confusion, mental fog, neurological disorders, exhaustion,
nerve pain, schizophrenia or other mental disorders.
Signs of an overactive crown chakra: Difficulty grounding yourself, focusing too much on the
inner realm and not enough on Earth, having a God complex, or feeling superior or
more enlightened than others (ie. having a spiritual ego).
Signs of an underactive crown chakra: Feeling disconnected from who you truly are, feeling
like you constantly need to soul search, difficulty accepting our spiritual nature,
lacking self awareness, difficulty meditating, and blaming God or others for your own
actions or life circumstances.
How to balance the crown chakra: The colours associated with the crown chakra are dark
purple, violet, and white, so you could try eating extremely light foods such as mushrooms,
garlic, ginger, onion, lychee, coconut, and other tropical fruits.
It is said that once enlightenment is obtained, one can live off only the elements.
As a result, fasting can be a wonderful way to recharge your crown chakra.
Spending time in nature, being in direct sunlight, meditating, practicing yoga, chanting OM
or AH, and drinking water can all benefit the crown chakra.
What Does Science Say About Chakras?
Below are the results from a case study done by Dr. Pradeep B. Deshpande, a professor emeritus
at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Louisville, which had
over 100 participants in attendance.
Please keep in mind that clinical studies of more than 10,000 patient cases with various
health challenges have also been well documented in Russia.
The aligned Chakras indicate that the subject was calm, relaxed, and nourished from their
participation in the case study, which involved information on meditation, breathing practices,
love, kindness, and intention.
You can also observe a smoothing of the energy field before and after the case study workshop.
Results like these were consistent with a number of volunteers.
According to Dr. Deshpande:
Each individual sector or portion of the fingertip is connected energetically with specific organs
and organ systems such as the respiratory system.
When the data of the 10 individual BIO-grams are collated and interpolated, an image of
the entire full body energy field is created.
An example of the full body energy field from a healthy and unhealthy/emotionally unbalanced
individual are shown in Figure 3.
The gaps and the reduced emissions and out-of-balance Chakras for the unhealthy individual are quite
obvious.
Our chakras have a direct impact on our health, our emotions, and our physical reality, and
vice versa.
Many people and healers who have recognized this use this knowledge to further understand
the health of our bodies and our minds.
Even Harvard has studied the physical effects that meditation can have on the brain and
the gut, and meditation is a practice thats literally designed to balance all of our chakras.
Louise Hay is a well-known author who discusses the emotional causes of cancer in her book
You Can Heal Your Life.
A cancer survivor herself, she cured her disease in only six months using a combination of
affirmations, visualization, nutritional cleansing, and psychotherapy.
According to Hay, cancer is simply the manifestation of deep hurt, secrets, longstanding resentment,
grief and/or hatred.
Radiation oncologist Dr. Carl Simonton and his wife Stephanie Matthews-Simonton, a psychologist,
wrote the book Getting Well Again: A Step-by-Step Self-Help Guide to Overcoming Cancer for Patients
and Their Families.
The book explores how people can affect their disease process through healing their emotions,
and one of the recommended ways to do so is through meditation.
CE views the chakra system as a universal truth, one that affects all human beings and
even the Earth we live on.
Even planet Earth has its own chakras, which you can read about here:
Understanding The Chakras Of Planet Earth
We strongly suggest that if this information resonates with you, research the chakra system
further and take note of how your chakras impact your overall life!

Turns Out You've Been Showering Wrong Your Entire Life - Duration: 2:55.
You've probably been performing a daily ritual for basically your entire life that
could actually be more detrimental than helpful.
Like most Americans, you're likely to shower or take a bath every single day.
Due to habit and societal norms, most people simply don't feel right if they go a day
without showering.
As a kid your mom would never let you get away from that one.
However, in this case, a mother's wisdom might actually be wrong.
Take a look at these reasons why you should re-think bathing every day:
1.
Consider the environment When it comes to our water consumption, we've
been overdoing it for years.
We waste water without even realizing it, and people who take baths everyday are among
the worst offenders.
They use over double the amount of water than someone who showers.
To help conserve water, bathe less and shower more.
You can also limit unnecessary time spent in the shower by turning the water off while
applying soap and shampoo.
That conserves a valuable resource over the long-run.
2.
You don't stink as badly as you think If you spend all day behind a desk in a climate
controlled office, chances are you don't do much sweating on the average day.
So, you're not perspiring, nor are you getting very dirty.
Dermatology experts now know that our skin has the capacity to clean itself.
People who shower everyday are putting soap in places that aren't really dirty.
When showering, concentrate on the necessary areas that require more attention, and leave
the other less problematic areas for the next shower.
However, if you smell, by all means, take a full body shower.
3.
You're damaging your hair, nails, and skin Though it might feel good and relaxing, taking
a long hot bath is actually drying out your hair, nails, and skin.
It could be making you itch, cracking your skin, and stripping your hair without important
oils and minerals.
Besides bathing less frequently, you should spend less time in the water, and reduce the
temperature to keep this from happening.
It's recommended to wash your hair only once or twice per week.
Be sure to moisturize your skin after leaving the shower with a dependable brand of lotion
that will keep your skin soft and healthy.
4.
You're washing away too much When you shower everyday, you're probably
upsetting your body's natural balance of microbes—by actually stripping away good
bacteria on your skin.
When you lose these microbes, it could lower your immunity to sicknesses as well as affect
digestion.
Aesthetically worse than these issues, without these important microbes, acne tends to occur
more frequently.

And unlike you, I'm way much crueler.
Can you see that I am in your head?
Your latent power filled the plaza with dread
Well, guess what? I'm here to stay
And I won't go away...
Go ahead and try to hit me if you're able
Can't you see my presence has no label?
I see you get tired from your fighting
I always come back, I ain't dying
Can you let me out, can't cage me forever
All of this chaos is fun together
Try to put me down, but I say 'never'
I am an improvement compared to you are
I am made o-o-o-o-of
Po-o-o-o-wer
A-a-a-a-ah
Tru-u-u-u-ue
Po-o-o-o-ower
A-a-a-a-ah
(speaking) You use your head for once, faker!
I am bigger, stronger, faster and cooler than you in every way.
I'm in your head when you need me the most, so deal with it!
K.O: You leave my friends and family alone!
T.K.O: (laughs) Catch you on the flip side, K.O...
This Is not a PHASE!
This is who I AM!
Keep telling yourself it's a dream, but you don't understand...
No matter how they judge you, I'll no longer hold back
Do you not see the truth when it's time to attack?
Go and try subdue me against my hatred
You know that my fury can't be evaded
Think I'll stop if you even try to focus
The many times I've destroyed is countless
I know I beat your friends right to the ground
My power is limitless all around
I am the edge
I am the darkness
All the frustration harnessed
I am a-a-a-anger
Incarnate
Po-o-o-o-ower
You are weaker than me
Tru-u-u-u-ue
Po-o-o-o-ower
A-a-a-a-ah
And I'm stronger than you
Po-o-o-o-ower
A-a-a-a-ah
True po-o-o-o-ower
Po-o-o-o-ower
Po-o-o-o-ower
Po-o-o-o-ower.....

How To Overcome Depression | Golden Minette - Duration: 7:01.
hey guys I don't know if you can see my big pimple right there yeah that right
there is it on this side? I don't want to touch it welcome
back you guys my name is golden minette if you've never
been to my channel and if you haven't you guys should subscribe like now you
not now but later on Oh whatever you you ready okay today we're going to
discuss how to overcome depression I've struggle with this and I'm just gonna
share my basic knowledge where I what I'm doing to get over this it is a walk
every day it's like being sober and it's like one step at a time if this video
helps you please give a thumbs up share with others and subscribe let's get
started
I wanna make this videos not just for the believers but for people
who aren't believers you know I believe everyone deserves this knowledge and I'm
gonna try my best to really share this because I do share Bible verses and not
everyone believes in them and that's fine but these words do help these bible
verse do make a difference it doesn't hurt you know it's not like you're gonna
be killing people that's not really a good analogy I do a lot of reflection
and I think that's what helps me really to get over depression it's like really
reflect and identify what's making me sad and ask yourself why you feel this way you know
are you comparing yourself that's one thing I struggled with the reason why I was depressed
because I would compare myself to other people you know are you sad because
this relationship is not going no where is it unhealthy are you struggling financially
like anything that's making you sad like what you think might just think
about those thoughts you know write it down to see what could it be one thing
I've learned in my depression is you can't always rely on your feelings
what we feel is not always right you guys and we have to learn in our flesh our
flesh our flesh. What? our flesh is naturally sinful and that's
why it's important to live by the spirit as believers this is why it's important to
know the word to live by the word and live by the spirit another thing that helps me
my depression was telling God every little detail
how you feel how are you not satisfied with your life right now you
know anything just be real with God anything that's in your mind you're
really thinking about it so you might as well just let it all out expressing your
feelings of God or non-believers to your therapist over to a friend who is going to
actually help you grow and one thing I realized as well is what you are
listening to whether it's television movies music that can really affect your
thought process which is kind of kind of convert to my next thing is your
thoughts what are you thinking about that's important you guys you gotta able
to capture any thoughts in your mind because what you think about it's what
you become really think about it a lot of thinking you know what you constantly
thinking about what are you I'm listening to what are you feeding your
ears into yeah you know what I mean I think this is the most important
thing about depression is what are you saying daily what are you speaking into
existence constantly speak over my life I am not depressed
you know there's a quote growing up I always hear and sister hates this quote but I
love it it's fake it until you make it I will
constantly tell myself I am not depressed
I will speak all these positive things into myself and surely if you're slowly
I start to believe it like you really don't know what you're doing with those
words that's coming your mouth because you just are assuring yourself that you
are so I really have to fake it until I make it even though I was feeling that way
I had to tell myself that I'm not gonna be that way. Being alone that's how the devil attacks
you and that's not a good idea you know find a Facebook groups you can go on or
church groups you can join it's pretty cool
like social media take advantage of that really built a friendship from that and it
doesn't hurt you really have to get out of your comfort zone stop getting comfortable in your
depression. I was listening to a video of a preacher
he was saying if you depress sing for two weeks something that's simple can
make a difference I'm not a singer I don't sing well I mean I sing in a group
you know I use to do choir when no one can hear me but for a couple of days I
was in my car and put on positive music and it doesn't have to be like Christian
like holy moly and all that but like this positive music at least you know I
mean like uplifting and there's a lot of that and I will just sing out loud just
really sing out loud in my car as I'm driving to work or going back home and
wow it's it's weird but it's weird how it kind of works I try it for two weeks
watching this videos you're not gonna get over depression overnight it is a
daily walk like I said before in the beginning it's like being sober and
taking one step at a time one day at a time and I think this difference between
joyfulness and happiness happiness is a feeling joyfulness is the lifestyle
you have to remember that a nice quote I'mma quote that, quote me guys
reading out loud even a word of God the Bible or an encouraging quote
I cannot stress this enough you guys speaking out loud positive things into
yourself that's so important really important okay non- believers find
inspirational book like this book I always recommend is for non-believers
and believers you can read it - it's called the secret I recommend this book
read it it's a life-changing so I want to hear your thoughts if you have
struggled with depression and you're over that comment down below please like cuz
I don't have all the answers everyone's journey everyone's journey is different
this is what I've learned through that journey of depression and how I overcame
it but your way can be different so please please comment down below
a lot of people would love to see your comments see your wisdom your knowledge you know if
you have something good share with others that's
the beauty of life really so comment down below let me hear your
thoughts and they see and if you struggle with this I want to be able to
help you guys you know I want to build a community where we can all come together
and really talk and share our struggles and help each other out how to overcome
this struggles or anything you do you're dealing with you know but thank you guys
so much for watching I love you all so much and let's grow together
STAY GOLDEN!!!

Video Tour of Harlem, Manhattan, New York - Duration: 2:22.
Hi my name is Luis and I am a part of New York Habitat's Social Media Team!
At NYH we provide a number of selected and vetted rooms for rent in New York City and
its 5 boroughs.
We provide tailor-made service.
Our licensed brokers are neighborhood specialists and more than just agents they're matchmakers.
This video series is here to help you guys find your next perfect shared apartment!
In today's episode we'll be taking a look at beautiful Harlem. So let's take a look!
What was originally a Dutch farming village, today has transformed into a multiethnic neighborhood
that has a long history of being a center for cultural and artistic renewal, particularly
within the Black community.
So why do people choose to live here?
Harlem's rich history has always brought people together and is a point of pride for
its many residents; the highpoint being the Harlem Renaissance, a period of time where
artistic and cultural expression flourished.
Harlem residents like Langston Hughes, Duke Ellington, and Ella Fitzgerald were some of
the figures that marked this time period.
Fast-forward almost 100 years and there is a second Renaissance on its way.
Economic development has brought many changes to the neighborhood.
There has been an influx of new apartment complexes, restaurants and bars, bringing
a whole new demographic to the area.
This means that you are never far from all the things that you need!
All the ease and comfort of downtown can also be found in Harlem.
Harlem's diverse communities have also brought their culture with them.
This makes Harlem a particular place to experience culture from a variety of perspectives.
For example, East Harlem, also known as Spanish Harlem, has a flourishing Latin community.
Harlem is also considered one of the most inexpensive neighborhoods in NY.
This makes the neighborhood ideal for those that are just starting out and have a limited budget.
Best of all, a small budget goes a long way in Harlem.
Apartments tends to be more spacious, a true luxury in New York, and especially when you're
living in Manhattan.
Another unique selling point is the presence of brownstones in the area.
These beautiful homes make the area feel like a real community, rather than just another
city street.

Say No! To Dog Breath! - Duration: 5:21.
Hey! It's April Bolivar Your Friendly Dog Trainer
Follow My Lead LLC Hello! I'm April Bolivar and I want to thank you so much

And if its your first time I'm April Bolivar. I'm a certified dog trainer and
proud honors graduate of Animal Behavior College and it's my passion to help you
enrich your bond with your dog. So okay, today's video is called Just Say No To
Dog Breath! So we're gonna go over some behavior issues that your dog might be
having that is making your dog's breath really stinky. I'm gonna tell you ways to
solve them at how to just say no to that doggy breath so let's get into it!
You love your dog, but what you don't love is that dog breath.
That breath is bad! Say no to dog breath! You don't have to gag when your dog
sticks this muzzle in your face! Make that dog breath a thing of the past and
if you're wondering how to do that, I'm gonna tell you in this video. We're going
to go over four behavior issues that might be causing your dog to have really
bad breath and I'm gonna give you some simple solutions on how to solve it. So
the first one is dumpster diver. If your dog likes to peruse the trash can for a
snack this might make their breath smell well trashy. So you may need to find a
better way to store that trash. You might want to keep your trash can in a closet,
under the sink, in the pantry or in a cabinet and use childproof locks to keep
your trashcan secure. If you have a garage and your dog doesn't have access
this also may be a safe place to keep your trash can. Another option is a metal
trash can with a pedal or sensor. Make sure it's heavy enough so that your dog
can't tip it over. Also, it's really important to take out
the trash as often as you can and don't let that bag overflow!
Is your dog a poop eater? Well, that will make your dog's breath smell horrible
and if your dog is eating its own poop you need to keep your yard clean and
pick it up right away. Now, if it's a cat poop that your dogs
eating you'll want to scoop the poop more frequently and maybe put a baby or
dog gate across the entryway. Your cats gonna be able to easily jump over it but
not your dog. How about roadkill? This will make your
dog's breath smell like death hung over! Try and make sure your dog doesn't
wander the neighborhood looking for a road pizza to munch on. If you're
walking your dog, a strong heel cue it's gonna really help you keep your dog away
from who knows what on the side of the road. Plaque and tartar this will
definitely cause some bad breath. You can get rid of it with yearly cleans
from the veterinarian or, you can save some cash and brush your dog's teeth
daily with a dog toothbrush and dog toothpaste for as little as a minute or
less a day. So there you have it! So with these tips you can say no to
dog breath! And hey, if you don't think you can brush your dog's teeth I have
news for you you can! I'll be releasing my Brushing Your Dog's Teeth Made Easy!
course very soon. It'll take you step by step on how to make brushing your dog's
teeth an enjoyable experience for you and your dog and it also has a
troubleshooting section if you hit any snags and did I mention the course has
lifetime access which means you can move at your dog's own pace! No time limit to
your access! Is that sweet or what? I can't wait to share it with you! Stay
tuned for the release! So there were a couple reasons why your dog might have
really bad breath and some really easy and simple solutions on how to solve
those problems for you to say no to doggy breath! So if you liked this video,

For your benefit, we will tell you the 8 best ways to lighten dark lips.
Read here for the best natural home remedies that will help you get pink and rosy lips.
Sugar Scrub:
This natural scrub works as an excellent lip exfoliant.
Whereas sugar helps to get rid of unwanted dead dead skin cells present on the lips,
the butter helps to improve the color and improve the gloss on the lips.
Make a thick paste by mixing three tablespoons of powdered sugar with two tablespoons of
butter.
Use this mixture as a scrub on your lips.
Try this natural beauty advice two or three times a week to get clearer lips.
Homemade natural lip scrub:
Make a thick paste of turmeric by mixing milk with turmeric powder.
Moisten your lips with water and gently rub your lips first with a soft toothbrush.
A soft toothbrush is a very good scrub for your lips.
Apply some of the turmeric paste on all your lips and let it stay there for no more than
2-3 minutes.
Exfoliate your lips again gently with the soft toothbrush.
You should do it gently for 2-3 minutes so you do not scrape healthy cells.
Dry your lips and apply the lip balm of your choice.
It is best to use homemade lip balm.
Continue reading below for the homemade lip balm recipe.
Lemon Juice:
Lemon is known for its natural whitening properties.
Therefore, it is an effective natural home remedy to lighten dark lips.
Not only can it brighten dark lips, but it can also eliminate blemishes and darker spots
on the lips and skin.
Lemon juice works to exfoliate the skin of your lips and brings a new tone to your lips.
Squeeze a lemon and massage your fresh juice on your lips.
You can apply this home remedy every night before bed to get bright pink lips.
Lemon and sugar lip scrub:
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil.
Add and stir 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a little at a time to make a thick paste of
uniform consistency.
If necessary, you can add more sugar.
After mixing well, you can transfer the scrub to a suitable storage container.
It can be stored safely in the refrigerator for about a week.
Apply a little of the scrub to your lips and rub it with a circular motion.
To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush.
Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a balm or shine of your choice.
Honey:
Honey is another natural home remedy for treating dark lips that have darkened with age and
external factors.
Apply honey on all your lips every night, let it dry and stay there all night.
It will not only lighten your lips but also soften and give them a pinkish shine.
Beet:
The dark purple ingredient present in the beet has natural properties to gradually reduce
the darkness of the lips and so can clean and lighten your dark lips.
Homemade Strawberry Lip Balm:
For naturally soft pink lips, mix one tablespoon of strawberry with two tablespoons of Vaseline.
Try this as a lip balm every day to get bright pink lips.
Raspberry scrub:
Raspberry contains essential minerals and vitamins that can make your lips vibrate and
bubble.
Make a paste mixing raspberry with aloe vera and pure honey.
Message and rub your lips with this paste and rinse after 10 minutes.
Then apply a homemade lip balm on your lips to enhance the luster on your lips and give
them a pinkish color.
Olive oil:
Olive oil contains several vital minerals, vitamins and other nutrients.
Scrub the olive oil on your lips before bedtime at night to soften your lips and lighten the
