New Bike Day - Diamondback Release Carbon "Seth's Bike Hacks" Build - Duration: 8:17.

For the last year, you've mostly seen me riding these two bikes: My Diamondback Release

3, and Mission Pro.

The Mission has 160mm of travel and a long chainstay.

When it comes to plowing through chunky downhill it's my fastest bike, but it's not my

first choice.

More often than not, I've opted to ride my smaller and nimbler Release 3.

My Release has been more places than any bike I've ever owned.

From downhill parks.

To jumps.

To the moon.

I've never been more confident than I am on my Release.

But being my main trail bike isn't all fun and games.

I do a lot of crashing.

And bailing.

And sometimes I freak the fuck out.

Luckily I have great sponsors.

Diamondback stands by this very sturdy frame, Box keeps me running a fresh set of components,

and Slime makes sure my tires are full of—Slime.

I could easily (and happily) continue to abuse my Release for another five years, but I won't

get a chance to.

Because today, is new bike day.

By now you've probably read about the Release 5c, Diamondback's new carbon trail bike,

but I'm fairly sure you haven't seen this one.

This one is mine, and it's being built and shipped with parts that I picked out.

Obviously it comes with a Box drivetrain, carbon wheelset, and cockpit.

It also comes with an MRP ramp control cartridge preinstalled.

Why not?

A lot of the other parts are standard on the 5C, like Maxxis Minion tires and an MRP bash

guard.

Although this 5C is being built just for me, it's actually available to anyone by clicking

the "Seth's Build" button in Diamondback's Custom Studio.

You can also use Custom Studio to spec your own Release Carbon to meet your needs and

budget.

Included in the box is a shock pump, torque wrench, and a few other goodies.

It also comes with this additional downtube guard for pickup tailgates.

I'll be needing that.

Still I'm not so sure that any Diamondback ships with this—Charlie from HR sent a custom

bandana just for Drama.

It has his title on it, "Berm Creek Trail Boss".

The collar even has a DB logo in it.

Now Drama can feel important while he grazes in Berm Creek.

Speaking of Berm Creek it was barely rideable due to rain.

So on Tuesday, Alexander and I drove 4 hours to Chattanooga for dry dirt.

This was my new bike's maiden voyage.

The 5c felt totally familiar to me from the second I hopped on.

This was no surprise, as it has the same geometry as my last bike.

But this one has all the benefits of a carbon frame, like vibration damping and stiffness.

These are luxuries, which I feel very fortunate to enjoy.

A carbon frame won't make you a better rider and it won't give you new capabilities.

It's just there to give you the most enjoyable ride possible—and it's working.

While the standard build of the 5c comes with Fox Suspension, I opted for Rockshox since

I find it easier to adjust and service.

In terms of performance you can't go wrong with either.

To any fork I'd add this MRP ramp control cartridge, which allows you to dial in your

ramp-up on the fly.

In my opinion, this should come standard on every fork in the world.

Moving on to the drivetrain my build comes with Box One shifting and a Box 46 tooth cassette,

the same as I have on my other trail bikes.

This is all spun by a Raceface Next carbon crankset.

On to the Raceface Aefect dropper post which feels super refined and has a great thumb

lever.

I only need a 125 mill because I'm short, but it's available in different sizes.

The stem and bars are also Box.

I've been beating these bars senseless since the Spring without issue.

They're the perfect shape for me, which is why I run them on all my trail bikes.

I've also been running Box One carbon wheels, which help bring the weight of this bike to

well under 30 pounds.

They're also really stiff around corners and over chunk.

A

few people on instagram noticed that I'm running Shimano Deore XT brakes.

I find them to be reliable and I like the levers, so I opted for them over Sram Guides.

Finally the tires.

Maxxis Minions are what normally come on a 5c and they're exactly what I'd choose.

Inside these tires is Slime sealant.

No, this is not the stuff you see at auto parts stores, you can only get it at bike

shops or online.

I love that it's neon green and easy to spot.

I also like that it plugs leaks really well, no glitter required.

If you want to see my build or play around with different options on the 5C, check the

link below to visit Custom Studio.

I'm really excited about having my own build on Diamondback's website, but at the end

of the day the 5c is a win for everyone.

It's one of the best values in carbon trail bikes right now, and I'm gonna try really

hard not to freak out and throw it.

I will however, be using it to ride new places and make the tutorials that you guys have

been requesting.

Thanks for riding with me today, and I'll see you next time.

The Fire Egg Gateway Of Change - Duration: 2:18.

The Fire Egg Gateway Of Change

by Sanna,

We have entered new unknown territory.

The heightened accelerated jump we are in can be shaky or steady, depending on each

and everyones own experience.

Do whatever is true for you in your heart and youll be just fine!

The New Moon opened a huge gateway that is unique to everyone.

Let your entrance be glorious and fabulous, with your style and ways.

Mine carries a lot of emerald gold diamond drops and sparks of sunshine.

What does your gateway doorway looks and feel like?

The Phoenix has laid the fire egg.

On a collective scale, the fire purification of the fire element is done and has completed

a huge shift.

This means, we will see less fires around the world from now on.

The fire egg carries a lot of meanings.

Just know that the elements are not as they were.

They are stronger.

Tune into nature, the whether and the planetary consciousness.

It is changing very rapidly now.

Many times, it doesnt make sense.

Just remember to have faith in the elements and the New.

Trust your own heart.

We are cleaning house everywhere.

Dont forget what that really means.

I wish you all a vibrant and explorational Gateway!!!

Japanese Skin Care Haul and Review - Duration: 7:20.

Hi guys welcome to my channel

so today's video is Japanese Skincare haul & review

actually it wasn't me who was travelling to Japan, but my husband

so when he was about to leave, I did some research on good Japanese Skincare and Cosmetics

and I asked him to buy those for me

so I want to say thanks to my husband for going in and out of Japanese drugstore to get these things for me

Arigato Gozaimasu

so in this video we'll start with the skincare

the first product is Rosette Gomma Jyu

it's a peeling gel products

and in the packaging it has the Cosme #1 2015 sticker

I don't understand the other Japanese text, but there's an "AHA" written here

as I usually use The Body Shop Drops of Light peeling gel, I can only compare with it

compared with the TBS product, usage and peeling function is the same

they both leaves small white residue on the face

which is dead skin cell mixed with the product

but after cleaned with water, it's a bit different

the TBS leaves skin feels a bit sticky

so we have to cleanse our face again

the rosette one leave face feeling clean

so we can skip other face cleansing

second product is the Namerakahonpo Cleansing Wash

actually I asked him to buy the "moist cleansing wash"

so it looks like he grabbed the wrong one, but that's okay

cos this one also has the #1 sticker

and looks like this is one of their best seller products

use it on wet face and it will turn into foam

this product is soft and it leaves my skin feeling clean, but not dry at all

so I really like this one

all Namerakahonpo products have soymilk fermented liquid

I'll put the link to their website if you want to read more detail

next is another Namerakahonpo product

this is the Namerakahonpo Haritsuya Skin Lotion

this is also different from my list

the one I wanted was the Extra Moisture Skin Lotion

the Haritsuya have an added ingredient, which is the coenzyme Q10

"Q10" is written on the packaging

and this one is more expensive by 200 yen

and it should be more moisturizing so it's okay

skin lotion in Japan has similar texture to toner

but different from the usual toner that we know

the Japanese one is usually for hydrating or moisturizing

the toners that I usually use, Kojie san cleanser & toner or Mineral Botanica Brightening Toner

these are not for moisturizing

for skin lotion products, I use Chizu Saeki Method

first, dip cotton squares into clean water

then squeeze to remove excess water

then pour the lotion

stretch the cotton square

careful not to tear the cotton square

separate into thin sheets

paste it to our face

make a hole for the nose

leave it on for 3-5 minutes

theoritically, don't let the cotton squares dry out on our face

as it will dry out our face

so detach it while it's still wet

next, Naturie Skin Conditioner

this is also a skin lotion

and I use Chizu Saeki Method for this as well

but I did try pouring the product directly into dry cotton squares

it uses more product

the result feels the same, so just use the CSM with water

next is Lululun face mask extra moisture

this blue packaging is the extra moisture one

this is a usual face mask, but this has a lot of sheets in one package

and it has plastic container inside with thin plastic lid

use it like the usual face mask

but I feel the eye hole is too small

luckily, it doesn't sting my eyes

after the thin lid was torn, there's a another plastic lid provided

but I feel it's not air-tight enough

so I moved the content to a tupperware

I don't know whether the original container and lid will dry out the face masks

but it's provided anyway

leave it for 5-10 minutes

but I left it for 15 minutes

after it, my skin feels sticky

so I washed my face with clean water

after using all these products, my skin feel soft and moisturized

and so far there isn't any negative reactions on my face

so looks like I will use all these products regularly

I read that some of these products are available in Indonesia or through online

in case you guys want to try these out

so that's it for my video today

I will also upload Japanese Cosmetics and Japanese Snacks haul & review

I will put the links here if I've done with those vids

so thanks for watching and I'll see you later

A RAVING FEAR: A HALLOWEEN STORY | BUILD & LORE in FALLOUT 4 | EPISODE 1 | Bel Jay Lemm - Duration: 4:43.

This is the story of June Lockhart.

A young woman looking for her place in the Wasteland.

Being alone is often an ambitious task in the Commonwealth

specially when you face troublesome situations like the one June found herself into.

That night in the eye of the storm she just needed a place to sleep, a shelter.

The dread of the night swallowed her sense of perseverence whole, luckly enough safety was

reached upon arrival.

Not the most conventional place but all she could see was the matress ready to fullfill her slumber.

Morning rised. Out, a man greeted her.

Not very common for a trapper yet they connected unusually quick due to their

charismatic personalities.

She got to know him well.

He used to be part of the Rust Devils but his serious concern to save people in distress

made him take another approach.

June, quick-witted started to question some of his possessions which synthesized in a

dangerous space.

And as he left, one day, for one of his haunt expeditions she played the holotapes lying on his desk.

(People asking for help.)

She finally understood his ominous nature.

And proceed to delve into the only piece of land left to swipe.

Just bare bones wrapped in a vault suit.

Next to them, the final holotape.

Her father's.

Honey.

if you're able to hear this message I pray you're still okay.

I want to be out there for you more than anything, but people here are relying on me.

I can't let them down. I love you so much, come home.

(Gunshots, people screaming.)

Please.

Please. (Final gunshot)

Agony filled here sore throat, she could feel her beating heart raising up.

Grabbed her knife steadily as flashing memories took over her mind.

When the trapper came back to find his secret undemined he tracked June to no avail.

The girl jumped and stabbed his neck.

Guilt overcame her reason, couldn't stop thinking about her common sense draining away.

So slowly she walked away as a raving fear took over her.

A sense of relief swarmed the Commonwalth as the bad man met his end.

June adventured into darkness

not to be seen again.

Nourish bowl you have to try | Eat For Happiness | Brussels Sprouts and buckwheat bowl - Duration: 7:08.

Hey lovelies, today I'll be making a super nutricious bowl

filled with goodies, such as Brussels sprouts,

in season right now

broccoli. Always good for you.

Endive lettuce. Very popular here in the Netherlands and in season

It's going to be heartwarming. Packed with minerals, vitamins

which we all need for the upcoming months of winter and

heavy...darkness

some apple cider vinegar and olive oil for the dressing

tahini, for the protein

loads and loads of goodness. Let's have a look at the ingredients

I have about a pound of Brussels sprouts. Which I cleaned and cut in half

a head of broccoli. Which I also cleaned and cut in rosettes

A head of endive lettuce. I'm going to be using half of this one

Buckwheat, sprouts. These are broccoli sprouts

you can use alfalfa, bean sprouts or lentil sprous

some nuts. These are pecans. Wallnuts will work

I think pine nuts will be delicious as well

Garlic, loads of it

tahini, honey, olive oil

mustard, apple cider vinegar. You can use some other vinegar or lemon juice

this will easily serve four people or two really hungry people

and I might add an ingredient or two as I go along. Because that's what I like to do

just improvise

to be sure, I will list all of the ingredients down below

first I'll dress my bowl of brussels sprouts and broccoli

by adding a tablespoon or two of olive oil

and some salt

I'm going to use honey

If you are a hundred percent vegan you can use maple syrup

and some garlic

this is a matter of taste. I will use two cloves

If you're not a garlic fan, use less or none at all

some black pepper

this is one of those ingredients that I didn't mention before

I'm going to grate some ginger

just a little bit

for a little bit of warmth

give this all a good thourough mix

get all those beautiful flavors well incorporated

get your oven tray

and I'm going to spread all of my veggies

spread them really well

so they don't touch each other

this is going to roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 Celcius

next I will cook my buckwheat

I'm going to use the entire bag

which is 500 grams, but you will only need 250 grams

first a good rinse

now I cover it with water

I like to cook my buckwheat the same as I do my rice

which is: I cover the buckwheat by an inch of water

you can measure it like that. This is about an inch

add some salt to the water

Bring it up to a boil and when the water is boiling

bring the heat down to a minimum

and let the buckwheat absorb all of the water

while all of that is going on I'm going ahead with step nr. 3, which is the endive letuce

I rinsed all the leaves. And I'm ging to steam those

You can also stirr fry them. I'm going to keep it clean today

and here I have a traditional Chinese steaming basket

which is really convenient because I will put it on top of my buckwheat

so the leaves can steam and the buckwheat can cook all at once

I'm not going to fuss about it. Just rip them up in fairly large peaces

I;m not adding the basket straight away, because this letuce only needs 5 minutes

the last five miniutes before the buckwheat is ready

just look at the package at how long your buckwheat needs to cook

then I will add my steaming basket

I will whip up a dressing

And I will use the bowl in which I mixed my veggies

because there's still some oil and garlic in it

we are going to waste nothing

tahini going in

some mustard. About a heaping teaspoon

honey

a tablespoon or so

apple cider vinegar

some salt

quite a bit of salt, because you want your dressing to be full of flavor

now mix it up

a splash of olive oil

and a little bit of water

for the perfect concistency

and this is the perfect moment to add my steaming basket

My veggies are ready. I'll let them cool for a little while

Everything is ready, so all I need to do is grab a large bowl and combine everything

I really love these types of dishes during the gloomy months

they are comforting, super nutritious

and not that heavy on the stomach

and my kids love it as well so that's a win-win situation

I really hope you enjoyed this video

thank you for subscribing if you did

and if you would like to subscribe, I would really appreciate it

I try to upload every week, but it often doesn't really work out

because I have work, which is quite demanding, and kids, which are even more demanding

so I upload as often as I can

thank you for your patience

and bear with me. And I hope to see you in my next video

bye!

English at work - Episode 35: Lost in France - Duration: 5:33.

Welcome back to English at Work, where Anna and Tom are in a bit of a

predicament.

Following a successful business meeting, they've returned to

the airport to discover their flight has been cancelled.

What are they going to do next?

Right, they've rebooked us on to the next flight, which is at 7 o'clock

tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow morning?!

What are we going to do until then?

It's OK Anna, calm down.

I've sorted out a hotel… quite a nice one actually.

But what about our new contract?

I've got to sort it out!

Anna, take a deep breath… it'll be ok.

Let's go and get a drink and we'll work things out.

Anna, maybe Tom's right for once.

Go and enjoy some French hospitality.

You've done really well today but perhaps you should keep your boss Paul,

in the picture.

In the picture?

I didn't take any photos.

No Anna!

I mean keep him informed.

It's always a good idea to keep the boss updated on what's going on – he is

the boss after all.

OK.

I will.

In a bar…

Yeah, this one looks quite cosy.

I'll order us a beer shall I?

I'd prefer an orange juice please.

Oh really?

OK then.

Err, Garcon.

Je m'appelle un beer et citron juice thing.

Au revoir!

What?!

No Tom!

Pardon, Je voudrais une grande biere et du juice d'orange

s'il vous plait.

Oui Madame.

I think she likes you!

Well, everyone likes you Anna.

I like you because…

I like you too Tom but don't you think I should call Paul and update him on

what's going on… keep him in the picture?

I dunno.

Let's just enjoy this moment shall we?

And besides, he'll be at his biscuit appreciation class by now.

No.

I would be happier just to call him.

Could I borrow your mobile phone please?

My battery has run out.

Yeah sure.

You'll find his number under Attila the Hun.

Attila the Hun?

Just my little joke!

Cheeky!

But hold on… what am I going to say to him?

Well, don't call him Attila the Hun!

Think before you call him: It's good news – you've closed the deal and the contract

is signed.

We need to proceed with the order as quickly as possible.

And say, I'm committed to getting the order delivered on time.

But if you need help, ask for it.

OK I will.

It's ringing…

Hello?

Hi Paul.

It's Anna.

I've got some good news!

Hold on.

Sorry, I'm just munching some new crumbly cream biscuits.

Now, what's the good news?

Is it about the contract?

Yes!

I've closed the deal with Fruit Traders International and the contract is

signed.

Excellent news.

To keep them happy, we need to proceed with the order as quickly as

possible.

Of course, of course.

So what are you planning to do?

Well, obviously, I'm committed to getting the order delivered on time but I

might need some help.

I wonder if Tom could…

Yes, Tom can help you.

Denise tells me you have a… special chemistry!

Actually, where is Tom now?

Is he home yet?

He's not.

Actually Paul, Tom and I are going to stay in a hotel tonight…

Hello?

Hello?

Oh, I've lost the signal, he's gone.

Never mind Anna.

I think he got the message.

Another drink?

Let's hope Paul has got the right message about Anna and Tom!

Anyway, she's briefed the boss and kept him in the

picture.

Here's a reminder of some of the phrases she used:

It's good news – I've closed the deal and the contract is signed.

We need to proceed with the order as quickly as possible.

I'm committed to getting the order delivered on time… but I will need some

help.

A good day's work for Anna but now it's time for bed.

Right, well, it's time for bed.

We've got an early start tomorrow.

So, where are we staying?

A lovely little boutique hotel, just round the corner.

I've booked a room with a view.

A room?

One room?!

Err yeah.

That's all they had, actually… honest!

Hmm.

This could be interesting.

Let's hope things remain professional.

Until next time.

Bye!

Why Are We Here - Duration: 8:28.

Why Are We Here

by Gayle Seibert Hammond,

Good morning dear hearts.

Have you ever asked yourself why are you here?

What am You doing with your life?

Well I am here to suggest to you that you chose to be here.

You chose your parents, gasp, what?

You also chose your siblings, your extended family, your spouse or spouses and your best

friends; these are your tribe, and you even chose where you were born.

Now this may not be news to some of you but for others it may be the first time you are

hearing it.

For me, I was in total shock when it first presented itself to me perhaps 15 years ago.

My reaction was no way. Really, I did.

Those were my sleep walking days.

Since then, because my main focus is near death experiences and the afterlife, everything

I have read points to this as truth.

We are the architects and shapers of our lives here in this life.

Once you come to grips with this it begins to make sense.

If the answer to the question of why am I here?

Is to evolve our souls and for no other reason, then you can begin to recognize the growth you

have experienced from the difficult times you may have had.

If I chose my parents, I have to say a life lesson for me may have been to love unconditionally

Even when I did not want to.

I did not like what I saw.

I witnessed selfishness and narcissism that led me to believe I was unlovable.

Now why would I choose that?

Believe me when I tell you I have asked this question of myself hundreds of times.

Charles Fillmore, the co-founder of Unity spoke of the twelve powers, one of which is

imagination.

And in my moments of silence I have used my imagination to find myself in a heavenly chamber

sitting with the elders who, to my understanding, advise and assist in the decision making process

of planning a new incarnation.

In my imagination, I am assuming that I have been in the heavenly realm for a lengthy period

of time, and I am considering making another sojourn to this tiny blue dot.

I have decided that the last time I was on the planet I did not do a great job with this

unconditional love thing.

In fact I was rather narcisstic and selfish, (although I do find that hard to believe.)

But we are imagining here so I will continue, so I come to the elders and tell them I need

to work on this whole loving thing.

And they ask what do I have in mind?

I say to them: well I was thinking that if my tribe were willing to assist me I am willing

to take on this lesson that is of great importance to me.

Learning to love someone, warts and all.

We, my tribe and I, have been on this journey for many centuries.

We have lived through wars and famine.

We have had disabilities and disappointments.

We have also had joys and successes.

We each have been male and female, we have been many colors.

But somehow learning to love unconditionally has escaped me.

Before I am ready to continue my afterlife with the Creator, I know my soul must learn

this lesson.

To be more accurate if my reading Neale Donald Walschs Conversations with God is correct,

to remember what we already know.

Because sitting with the elders my spirit self already knows about loving.

My spirit self knows this but needs to experience it in human form and so I want to work this

out along with my tribe.

Now members of my tribe are present for this meeting with the elders and in my imagination

I have a conversation with a fellow soul that goes something like this.

Would you want to be the mother this time and we would have a rough go of it.

I would come to you late in your life when you are tired and not wanting any more children

and I could show up and you would think I was a pain in your gall bladder and I would

just pop out, wouldnt that be funny?

We could play a joke on the Soul who will play my dad this time because I was his mom

last time.

Wouldnt that be fun?.

And the soul I am speaking to says I dont think thats funny at all but if you truly

feel this is what you need so you will get closer to God I will do it, because I love

you so much I will play this part.

And the Soul who will play my dad says.

I dont want to have a child at 48 years old after watching my other children growing

up.

But I too love you so much, if you need me to play the part of a distant, over worked

older, tired Dad, I will do it also.

I hope you remember I am doing this because I love you but I will play my part.

I say to them both.

Thank you, thank you, I will remember that you love me to the moon and back, thank you

so much.

However when I got here the veil of amnesia takes over and I did not remember.

Nor did I remember that the Soul who I call my husband would we agree to bring five other

humans, into this world, all of whom wanted to come along for the ride, That he would

survive an automobile accident that would change his brain chemistry and make life intolerable

for all of us.

In my imagination, he says, this is not going to be easy, but your courage will get us both

through and when you come to hate me we will remember that we really love each other.

I said of course we will, thank you for doing this for me.

But we didnt remember. No we did not remember.

The elders say to me, Well, it sounds like you have this well planned and we wish you

well on your journey.

We will see you on your return.

Choose your exit points wisely.

Make sure when you leave that you receive what you went for and we will be here for

your return.

Bon voyage!

So how does this help us here and now?

For me it has allowed me to forgive.

To stop blaming.

If I made the plan how can I be mad at the person who I think did something to me.

Nobody did anything to anybody.

When I look back on the painful times in my life.

Each one was part of a learning curve designed by me to grow my soul.

And look!

I am here to tell you about it.

How blessed am I?

When one begins to research this material, it becomes clear that.

1.

No one dies with out their own permission, no one!

2.

There are choices all along the way.

3.

We have no memory of all the planning because it would do our soul journey no good to know.

4.

We never die, we just change form.

5.

Do not judge anything because you do not know another persons soul contract.

You dont even know your own.

Our free will makes most pre-birth plans a probability rather than a certainty.

But be sure, there is a plan, A plan we get to work with ,with every choice we make.

Will knowing this help?

I hope so because I believe perspective changes everything.

When you realize No one leaves without their own permission.

That pain and suffering were part of the learning curve or the remembering curve.

That happiness is a choice we can make every day.

That there are no mistakes.

We really can change how we see the world and our part in it.

This is food for thought.

I invite you to join me in this journey of discovery, seek the truth as you understand

it.

Dont fear it.

It is unknown territory but worth exploring.

Using your imagination allows you to say, what if.

In your own life what would it mean to you if you understood that you choose it.

I have prepared a list of reading material that is available on my blog site at www.gphangel.com

if you wish to look into this subject.

Thank you and I wish you a blessed journey.

Namaste!

Taylor here with Financial Potion where we believe video is the potion to relieve business

owners from their financial worries.

Today we're going to be talking about the first steps you need to do to get your Patreon

account set up.

First select your name.

I always suggest using the same name that you use across all your social media and branding.

Next in simple phrasing, share what you'll be creating.

In this real life tutorial example, we're creating Chemistry Tutorials.

To be honest, this is a Patreon account I'm creating for my genius dad.

Next simply select your category and then sit back and watch your welcome video.

We're not going to watch it in this video now, so you'll have to check it out after

you create your account.

After the video you'll be able to complete your profile settings like adding your profile

picture, background image, then share who you are and what you're all about.

You're recommended to upload an intro video.

The next step would be creating rewards, however we will review that next week.

In the meantime work on these first steps over the weekend, and visit our Patreon page

to see what we have done, and to take advantage of our rewards!
