Today we're at Instagram where we're gonna talk to the head of the community lab,
Dan Toffee, about how they use a combination of machine learning and
human curation to help curate the content that you see in the Discover tab
every time you open up Instagram
[MUSIC]
I've been on the community team for five and a half years now.
And what the community team does has really evolved as the community
has evolved.
And so using machine learning, we have this rich diversity of data
that we're able to use to look for kind constellations of accounts.
And then we can go in with humans and look at it and understand what they're doing.
And we can cut the data in all sorts of interesting ways, by country, by age,
all sorts of different things.
So what we're able to do is use this really high signal set of data and
curate those accounts.
>> I know that when I look at my Discover tab, a lot of it is very obviously,
personalized and catches my interest.
But then some of it's totally out of left field and weird.
How do you balance that machine learning versus human creation?
>> Our sort of, thesis is that there's a sort of, ideal Instagram experience, and
it's one that you are following a diversity of kind of lenses on the world.
And what's important is to give you opportunities to follow things
that are outside of the things that you've already expressed interest in.
And so we try and build some of that into the explore experience to give you new
opportunities to discover something that you maybe didn't have any idea existed.
>> When there's a new community or trend happening on Instagram,
how do you guys sort of detect that stuff as it's starting to take shape?
>> Today, a lot of the discovery that happens on Instagram,
I think if you ask somebody, how do you find new things?
Often, it'll be some variation of like, the certain serendipitous quality, right?
Where people are just like, I don't really know, or I saw this thing and
then I clicked on this other thing, and then, I sort of fell down the rabbit hole.
And I think we sort of view the explore tab like that.

How to Sing from the Diaphragm: Is It Possible? - Duration: 6:40.
Hi, so you want to know how to sing from the diaphragm?
That's great because in this video, I am going to tell you how.
But I am also going to tell you why the phrase sing from the diaphragm is not the best advice
to improve your singing.
And if you stay with me until the end, I have something for you that will help you improve
your breathing for singing.
So stay tuned.
Hi, my name is Katarina and I am the founder of How 2 Improve Singing.
So, you know that breathing is an essential part of singing.
And now, you want to know how to breathe efficiently.
But let's start with a question: What does it really mean "to sing from the diaphragm"?
Maybe it means to use your breath more efficiently, maybe it means to sing louder, maybe it means
not to sing from the throat, maybe it means to relax your abdominal muscles, maybe I don't
know … who knows?
In my opinion, "singing from the diaphragm" does not mean anything and does not help anyone
either.
Here is the thing.
If you know what really happens to the diaphragm when we breathe and sing, you would know a
few things: A few things like: when we inhale, the diaphragm
moves down.
So the diaphragm works every time you breathe, if you want it or not.
The diaphragm functions every time you inhale.
Also, when we exhale, when we breathe out, the diaphragm moves up, it relaxes.
So we cannot really control a muscle that is in the state of relaxation.
And the diaphragm is in the state of relaxation when we sing.
We cannot directly affect the function of the diaphragm.
We cannot feel the diaphragm, we cannot touch it, and we cannot directly squeeze it or relax
it.
So if you really want to know what the phrase "sing from the diaphragm" means, you have
to ask the person who is telling you to sing from the diaphragm.
What do you really mean when you say "sing from the diaphragm"?
What do I need to do?
In the meantime, I am going to tell you how to improve your breathing and singing by using
your vocal mechanism, including your diaphragm, in a more effective way.
Here are 3 steps to achieve efficient breathing for singing.
Step 1: Establish and maintain good singing posture.
Your breathing and vocal mechanisms cannot function efficiently in a misaligned body.
If you think that paying attention to your singing posture is a waste of time, you are
actually robbing yourself of the opportunity to improve your singing instantly.
To learn more about posture, check out my other videos.
Step 2: Inhale silently and inhale low.
When inhaling, make sure that your whole torso is expanding in 3 dimensions.
So don't focus just on your belly or on your abdominal wall but make sure that the
sides of your body and even your back is expanding during inhalation.
I like to call this expansion the 360 ring of breath.
And you can find more videos on this topic on my channel.
When you use your whole torso for breathing, you actually create conditions, when the diaphragm
can descend fully and function efficiently.
Step 3: Use the air you just inhaled for singing.
Use your whole torso for controlling the breath, not just some parts of your body, like your
abdomen or your vocal cords.
Actually, use your vocal cords for creating the sound and use your whole body for controlling
the air flow.
Don't push your belly in when singing because you are actually pushing too much air through
your vocal cords and you will run out of breath at the end of a sung phrase.
Instead, maintain the feeling of expansion and openness in your throat to create the
most efficient sound.
And that's it.
Three steps to more efficient breathing for singing.
I created a free breathing checklist that will help you recognize what you are good at
and what skills need more work.

BREAKING : JOHN MCCAIN TELLS BITTER HILLARY: SHUT UP AND GET OVER IT ALREADY - Duration: 2:35.
JOHN MCCAIN TELLS BITTER HILLARY: SHUT UP AND GET OVER IT ALREADY
Arizona Senator John McCain is unloading on Hillary Clinton over her excuses-making over
the election.
McCain has plenty of insight on the situation, losing the 2008 election to Barack Obama,
and he is sick of hearing Clintons inability to let it go.
In an interview with Esquire, McCain didnt hold back, stating The hardest thing to
do is to just shut up, and Whats the fking point?
Keep the fight up?
Youve got to move on.
McCains tough talk on Hillary just might put him back in the good graces of President
Donald Trump, who has made a nice side hobby of criticizing Clinton and her election-loss
excuses.
Mark Moore of The New York Post reports.
Sen. John McCain said Hillary Clinton erred in writing her account of the 2016 presidential
race so quickly and noted her problem is that she doesnt have anything to do.
One of the almost irresistible impulses you have when you lose is to somehow justify
why you lost and how you were mistreated: I did the right thing!
I did! The hardest thing to do is to just shut up, the Arizona Republican told Esquire
magazine in an interview published Sunday.
McCain, who announced last month that his memoir The Restless Wave will come out
in April and cover parts of his 2008 presidential run, said Clinton cannot rewrite history.
Whats the fking point?
Keep the fight up?
History will judge that campaign, and its always a period of time before they do.
Youve got to move on, he said in the interview.
This is Hillarys problem right now: She doesnt have anything to do.
What Happened was released in September, less than a year after her stunning loss to
Republican Donald Trump.
In it, the former first lady and President Barack Obamas secretary of state blames
a number of people for her loss, including herself.
You can blame the data, blame the message, blame anything you want but I was the
candidate.
It was my campaign.
Those were my decisions, she writes in the book.
She also casts blame on challenger Bernie Sanders for his personal attacks on her, former
FBI Director James Comey for his handling of the private server investigation and Russian
hacking.

Most Expensive Things in the World - Duration: 7:14.
There are some things in life that money just can't buy.
The most obvious of which are happiness, love, longevity, and, to some extent, health.
But there are a shit-ton of fabulous things money can buy, and today we are going to see
what some of those things are, in this episode of the Infographics Show, Most Expensive Things
in The World.
[I removed the following: Greek philosopher Aristotle said as much when
he talked about two kinds of happiness.
One being 'Hedonia' which is the short-lasting stuff we get from thrills, and another being
a more long-term contentment and flourishing called 'Eudaimonia'.
That's one reason why when we purchase things that make us happy, the buzz sometimes doesn't
last that long.
If we could buy absolutely anything we wanted anytime, would we be continually happy?
Some researchers don't think so, because at some point, we always return to a similar
happiness grade on what they call the hedonic treadmill.]

We can't put a price tag on some things that haven't been sold yet or can't be
sold, but we can look at estimated values and similar things that have been sold in
the same milieu.
Let's take the art world for instance, where certain objects can get a little pricey.
The most expensive painting ever sold was (Go-gan's) Gauguin's 1892 picture of two
Tahitian girls called 'Nafea Faa Ipoipo' (or When Will You Marry?).
It doesn't look like much to the untrained eye, but it went to a private Qatari collector
for around $210 million in 2015.
The Guinness Book of Records puts Leonardo de Vinci's Mona Lisa as the most valuable
painting in the world, with an estimated price tag of $790 million in 2016.
The most expensive antique ever sold that could sit under your Gaugin was a Pinner Qing
Dynasty Vase, which was sold at a UK auction for $80.2 million in 2010.
You'll need a good-looking house for your precious decorations.
In 2017 it was reported that the USA's most expensive abode was a 380,000 square foot
mansion known as the Bel Air Spec Manor, located in Los Angeles.
It was listed as being worth $250 million.
That's not much on a global scale.
An Indian businessman called Mukesh Ambani owns a rather strange looking multi-level
property in Mumbai called Antilia.
It's thought his house, that has a staff of 600, is worth a cool billion or more.
According to reports, some of the Indian public are proud of such ostentatious wealth in the
country, while others have said it's a disgrace in a country with so much poverty.
Only one house is thought to be worth more, and that's England's 775-room home of
the royals, Buckingham Palace, which is valued at around 2.9 billion dollars.
The royals themselves own some decent stuff as you can imagine, with the Crown Jewels
thought to be worth 4 to 6 billion dollars.
It's thought the Cullinan I Diamond, known as the the Great Star of Africa, is worth
about 400 million dollars alone.
It sits at the top of a scepter.
The Brits keep everything a little secret, so the crown Jewels may contain more goodies
than we know.
59.6 Nonetheless, they are not up for sale and it's not known who could sell them anyway.
There is only one other diamond that comes close in value, and that's the Hope Diamond
that is currently located in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC.
It's thought to be worth between 250 to 350 million dollars.
These are not for sale, but you can get yourself an expensive diamond.
According to Fortune magazine, the most expensive gem ever sold went at an auction in Hong Kong
in 2017.
That was a 59.6 carat pink diamond that sold for $71 million to a local jewelry dealer
called Chow Tai Fook.
That's one expensive fooken diamond!
If you've got that kind of cash, you could probably buy a good piece of furniture to
store all your valuables.
The most expensive piece ever built, perhaps amusingly made to keep shoes, sports equipment
and tools, is the famous 18th-century Florentine Badminton Chest.
It was sold for 36.7 million dollars in 2004.
If you are more prone to educating yourself than to merely showing things off, you might
also throw a few books in your new cabinet.
According to experts, some of the oldest books and manuscripts in the world are priceless
and could never be sold, such as the beautiful Book of Kells written by Celtic monks in 800
AD or the 2500-plus year old Pyrgi Gold Tablets.
You could, however, get your hands on the Book of Mormon manuscript, sold this year
for 35 million dollars.
You could also get yourself an original copy of the Magna Carta for around 22 million dollars,
or perhaps Leonard de Vinci's scientific journal, Codex Leicester, thought to be worth
almost 50 million dollars.
But staying home can get boring, so let's see how much going out can possibly cost you.
You could just spend your money on regular upmarket clothing labels, but we may as well
push the boat out given that we just chilled out with de Vinci's scribbles.
According to Time magazine, one of the most expensive items of clothing ever sold is Marilyn
Monroe's dress that she wore when she sang happy birthday to President John F. Kennedy.
It was sold for $1,267,500.
It was later beaten by the dress she wore in the film, Seven Year Itch, which went for
$4.6 million in 2011.
To go with the dress, why not wear a pair of ruby slippers modeled on those worn by
Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.
Designed by Harry Winston and sprinkled with 4600 gemstones, they went for a cool $3 million
and are the world's most expensive shoes.
The original pair from the movie was auctioned for $2 million, but just one shoe sold for
$612,000.
If you men are feeling left out here, you may have to drive, as long dresses and slippers
are not conducive to getting behind the wheel.
According to Forbes in 2017 the world's most expensive car is the 2.7 million dollar
Bugatti Chiron.
Bugatti called it, "the world's most powerful, fastest, most luxurious and most exclusive
production sports car."
It can reach 62 mph (100 kmh) in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 260 mph.
It isn't, however, as much as someone paid for a vintage Ferrari 250 GTO built in 1963.
It went for $38.1 million to a collector in 2013 and is the most expensive car ever sold.
You may as well eat at the world's most expensive restaurant, which according to numerous
sources is the SubliMotion, located in Ibiza.
A meal for two there should be about $4,400.
You could wash that down with a bottle of wine called Château Margaux 2009, which was
priced at $16,250 per bottle.
It only comes in a case of 12 for $195,000.
The Dubai airport shop offering the wine said it was the most expensive wine ever to be
retailed, but buyers also got a first-class trip to France thrown in with the deal.
More expensive wines have sold at auction, such as a $275,000 bottle of Shipwrecked 1907
Heidsieck champagne.
If you don't like wine, you could see about buying The Macallan M Imperiale bottle of
Scotch, which was sold in 2015 for $628,000.
When you are too drunk to stay out, head over to Geneva, Switzerland, and stay in the world's
most expensive hotel room.
A night in the Royal Penthouse Suite, Hotel President Wilson, will cost you $80,000.
If you soon get tired of all the social stuff, you may as well just take off and buy your
own private island.
One website, Private Islands Online, puts their most expensive listing as Rangyai Island,
Thailand, which is currently going for $160 million.
Forbes reported that Oracle founder Larry Ellison's $500 Million Hawaiian Island called
Lanai is the most expensive ever sold.
You could take the world's most expensive private Yacht there, the UK-built 'History
Supreme', which was sold to a Malaysian businessman for 4.5 billion dollars.
It's not only a feat of engineering, but also contains precious metals and stones,
as well as statues made from dinosaur bones.
It's actually tiny compared to the $1.1 billion 'Streets of Monaco', which is
described as a floating island.
You could of course just fly.
Most rich people are ok with a small private jet, but some very wealthy people make a passenger
jet their private flying home.
One such person is Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal.
He spent about $500 million on his customized Airbus A380.
According to website Luxatic, it contains a "concert hall, a Turkish bath, a garage
for a Rolls-Royce and even a prayer room with electronic mats which automatically rotate
to face Mecca."
So, what would you buy if you could buy anything?

How to Get Rid of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain in Minutes Without Surgery - Duration: 2:21.
Everyday your wrists experience a lot of stress, especially if you work on a
computer or are involved in other repetitive use activities like biking,
long-distance driving, weightlifting, gymnastics, and so on. One of the most
common wrist injuries is carpal tunnel syndrome. This pain occurs when your
tunnel is made smaller due to your wrist not being in their proper anatomical position, which
is hands cupped and wrists straight. The Tunnel Tamer forces your hand to stay
in its anatomical position, allowing your hand to maintain its natural arch
formation, opening up your carpal tunnel, and reducing pressure on your median
nerve to decrease pain in your wrist joint. To apply the Tunnel Tamer, simply
wrap the wrist strap on your desired wrist so that the fit is secure. Then, put
one finger loop around the base of your pinky, pull the Velcro base diagonally
across your hand, and attach it to the wrist strap. Place the second finger loop
around the base of your thumb and repeat attachment process, forming an X over
your palm. Make sure the loops sit at the base of your fingers. You can customize
the tension by moving the Velcro bases closer together for less tension and
further apart for more tension. Adjust the tension until your wrist is straight
and your hand is in a cup position, kind of like you're holding a bowl of soup.
The Tunnel Tammer can be worn all day during or after repetitive, wrist
flattening activities. The Tunnel Tamer might be a little bit uncomfortable at
first, that means it's working. If you experience pain adjust the tension or
remove the finger loops and allow time for your hand to rest before reapplying.
We also recommend wearing it for very short increments of time at first and
slowly adding time as you adapt to this new positioning. In addition to the wrist
strap provided, the Tunnel tamers finger loops can also be used with your fitness
band or thin watch band. To do so, wrap each Velcro base around your fitness
band, so that the finger loops are on the outside of the band. Put the fitness band
on your wrist, then pull one finger loop diagonally across your palm and attach
it around your pinky. Repeat to attach the second finger loop around the base
of your thumb making sure both loops at the base of your fingers

THE BEST TIPS TO HELP YOU EXPERIENCE "ASTRAL PROJECTION" FOR YOU - Duration: 9:00.
THE BEST TIPS TO HELP YOU EXPERIENCE ASTRAL PROJECTION FOR YOURSELF
BY KALEE BROWNNOVEMBER
Imagine this: Youve gotten into bed and shut your eyes for a moment, and then all
of a sudden, when you open them again, youre hovering over your body.
Youre conscious, but its not the you you typically identify as, the one with a
face and clothing and jewelry, but the real you, your soul.
Youre looking down at your body and you realize you can move, almost as if youre
flying.
You say goodbye to your body and begin to travel around your room, down your stairs,
out your door, and then you wake up.
This is a form of astral projection, commonly referred to as an out of body experience.
Some people have reported astral projecting during a dream-like state, while others have
experienced this same thing when they had a near-death experience.
Some find the experience terrifying, and others find it humbling and exciting, knowing they
can travel throughout the physical plane using only their astral bodies.
If youve ever wanted to try astral projecting or wish to learn more about it, this article
is for you!
What Is Astral Projection?
Astral projection is an esoteric term that describes when the soul exits the physical
body and enters the astral body.
When astral projecting, you are consciously aware of it.
Many people will look at their physical bodies and recognize themselves while theyre in
a sleep-like state.
It is said that astral projection is an out-of-body experience that can be achieved either through
dreaming, deep meditation, or even when youre awake.
As far as I know, most people who astral project will simply explore the physical plane as
they know it.
However, it is said that the Akashic Records can be accessed from here and one can travel
through timelines and even communicate with other beings (sometimes even other projectors).
Its important to note that most people dont experience the same third dimensional
physical constraints when astral projecting.
For example, most souls are able to travel while projecting out-of-body by way of flying
or floating.
Astral projecting is very different from dreaming or even lucid dreaming.
When youre dreaming, youre unconscious.
When youre experiencing a lucid dream, you are usually conscious of the fact that
youre dreaming, and thus you can manipulate scenarios and control your dreams.
However, when youre astral projecting, your soul literally exits the body, but you
are consciously controlling it.
Techniques for Having an Out-of-Body Experience
Though many people dont consciously plan to astral project, it is said that you can
use certain techniques to help yourself astral project or have an out-of-body experience
(OBE).
If youre interested in trying to astral project, give the following techniques a shot:
The Rope Technique
This is actually the only technique Ive tried, and I sort of had success!
Though I didnt have a full-blown OBE, I definitely felt it coming on and left my body
for a few moments, until I got too scared and decided to stop.
Basically, all you do is envision an invisible rope hanging from the top of your ceiling,
directly over your body.
You then imagine that youre reaching out your astral body hands and slowly pull
yourself up the imaginary rope.
You may feel dizzy, which is completely normal.
Keep concentrating on climbing the rope, hand over hand and very slowly, and dont stop
until youve freed your astral body.
Watch Yourself Falling Asleep
This method requires you to be very diligent as you begin to fall asleep.
Tell yourself that youre going to watch yourself fall asleep and actually stay conscious
during the entire process, including when you enter into the dream state.
Recognize every sensation you experience as your physical body falls asleep, as this will
help you remain conscious.
As you fall deeper into a dream-like state, you may experience some buzzing and heaviness.
Use this to help yourself stay conscious and visualize yourself floating above your body.
Continue to visualize this until you hopefully reach the point of OBE.
Wake Back to Bed Method
Though not very enjoyable for those of us who enjoy sleeping, the wake back method
is very popular to induce astral projection as well as lucid dreaming.
Set your alarm for a few hours before you usually wake up, but dont get up when it
goes off, simply shut it off and lay back down once your mind is awake.
Ideally, you want to keep your alarm close by so you barely need to move your body to
shut it off.
This way, your body will be close to falling back asleep but your mind will be awake.
Now, start to envision yourself astral projecting in the same way, while also allowing your
body to go to sleep.
Try to remain conscious but allow your body to get heavier and deeper into a sleep-state.
Continuously focus on floating above your body until youre astral projecting.
My Experience With Astral Projection
To be honest, I wasnt really sure if I believed in astral projection until I actually
experienced it myself.
I had had tons of lucid dreams before, but still the thought of projecting my soul out
of my body and consciously hovering over it didnt seem realistic to me.
That is, until it happened one night last summer.
I was sleeping with a friend and, despite having slept there multiple times before,
I was having a lot of trouble falling asleep.
My mind was racing for a period of time but it randomly shut off, and then I kept hearing
this buzzing sound that didnt really sound like any vibration or frequency Id heard
from his house before.
I remember closing my eyes and immediately when I opened them, I was shocked.
I was still staring at the ceiling, but instead of being 10 feet away, I was only a few inches
in proximity.
I immediately recognized that I couldnt be lying down anymore and remember thinking
to myself, When did I stand up?
To my dismay, when I looked down, I saw us sleeping.
I then looked out the window and had somewhat of an internal battle on whether or not I
should leave the bedroom.
Though I wasnt using any words or thinking, I intuitively knew that I was struggling to
decide whether I should explore the night sky or stay in the comfort of the bedroom
near my physical body.
I remained looking out the window for a long time until I finally woke up, shocked that
I had actually astral projected.
Though many of you reading this may feel as though I was simply having another dream,
I know I wasnt.
I was confident that my soul had left my body, especially because everything in the bedroom
was so clear, and I had a strong sense of Self throughout the entire dream.
Ive also had numerous extremely realistic dreams, so realistic that when I wake up,
Im shocked it was a dream, but this was very different.
It was as if I had finally broken free from my shell, and though it was invigorating,
empowering, and somewhat comforting, it was also slightly terrifying.
Its experiences like these that make us seriously question our individuality, our
uniqueness, and our personalities that form our identities on this planet.
We are not our physical bodies; I am not Kalee, and that can be a scary reality to face (especially
when youre literally staring yourself in the face, soul to physical body).
However, although astral projection can shatter your identity, you dont have to abandon
it.
Yes, underneath it all, you are not your physical body, nor are you your experiences and accomplishments.
However, that doesnt mean you have to give it all up!
We are on this planet to experience and to feel.
Though we are not our emotions at our cores, that doesnt mean we shouldnt have them.
If its on this planet, its existence serves a purpose.
This is the heart of detachment knowing your attachments (or what many consider
attachments, like emotions and people) dont define you, because eventually, after death,
you will no longer have them.
If you have any experiences with astral projection, feel free to share them in the comment section
below!

Rica that we actually have all three monkeys.
We have the Hollers and the Capuchins, and the Tiki Squirrel Monkeys.
We have two types of sloths.
We have both the two-toe and the three-toed sloth.
We have two different types of toucans.
Two are the more popular ones, and we also have scarlet macaws, iguanas, Jesus Christ
lizards.
I mean they have just so many different, you know wonderful things to kind of explore.
An abundance of wild life.
You are just surrounded by wild life.
And then we have the beach right outside.
Oh my gosh, it's so loud, so loud we have to talk louder.
A little louder.
But imagine when you're sleeping at night in the Discovery Beach House.
Oh my gosh, you're just going to sleep so well.
The sound of those waves.
Listening to those negative ions and the waves hitting.
Exactly.
And then also, in all of Costa Rica there are 27 different adventure activities to do.
You don't need to go anywhere else because we have 24 of them right here in Manuel Antonio.
So, unless you want an erupting volcano, you may want to somewhere else.
But 24 out of 27 is…
That's not bad.
Exactly.
I always get comments from guests that they wish they were here longer.
You know, so definitely take your time when you get to Manuel Antonio because you're
going to want to soak it all up.
There's just so much to see.
Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, is then there's the National Park that many of the …
Yes, Manuel National Park, it is, let's see, it's…
One of the top parks, right?
It is rate one of the top 12 parks in all of the…
No, no, no All of the planet.
Oh, wow!
And there are about 8,000 parks, national parks, so for us to be within the top 12 that's really
great. We're only a few feet away.
No, well not a few feet away, but we're really close to the National Park.
So, a lot of the wildlife that you see at the National Park, you will actually see also
here at the Discovery Beach House, which is amazing.
And, also Manuel Antonio has such a laid-back lifestyle.
I mean we do have Pura Vida, but it's even more Pura Vida here.
You know, you never need more than a t-shirt and shorts, and flip flops.
If you want to dress up, you can, but everybody else will be shorts and flip flops.
Might as well leave heels at home girls.
So, thank you so much for joining us and please visit our website.
We'll be seeing you in the next video.
So, Pura Vida!

Understanding The Four Stages Of Death And Why There Is Nothing - Duration: 3:42.
Understanding The Four Stages Of Death And Why There Is Nothing To Worry About
by Conscious Reminder
Did you know that there are four stages of the process of death?
And did you know that all of them depend on the spiritual upbringing of the person?
Well, if you want to learn something more about the four stages of death, keep reading.
The first stage is when the Angel of Death comes to collect our soul and this happens
during the process of body failure.
This Angel of Death is known by different names in different cultures.
What this Angel of Death does is that it separates our soul from our body.
Thus, our body is left lifeless as the bodily journey ends.
The Angel pulls us through a tunnel of light which makes us completely forget our past
and what has happened to us in the past.
After this, we become full of peace and satisfaction as we see a spot of super bright light and
gradually this spot becomes larger and larger.
The second stage happens when we reach our destination where the Angel of death takes
us to.
He relinquishes his duties and we are left to face the amazingly bright light in front
of us.
In this light, we see the God that we have faith in.
The God welcomes us to the realm of light and peace.
The third stage of death is the one which is about reviewing and assessing.
In this stage all of the actions that we indulged in, in our life are under the scanner.
Although this process happens in an instant, this process tells us what kind of energy
were we able to create during our life; whether it was about love or jealousy or greed, whatever.
This stage makes the soul realize the mistakes that have been committed.
The fourth stage is the stage in which we learn the lessons that we were supposed to
learn through our journey of life.
We decide these lessons on our own with absolute honesty and no judgment at all.
After this stage, the process of recycle of our soul takes place and we are sent back
to live a new life with new parents and new surroundings.
This process is different for everyone because we are all on different planes of spiritual
experience.
But the common thing about this process is that this process is full of love and gratitude.
It gives us peace and satisfaction and it humbles our soul and guides our being.
For almost everyone, this process is positive but if this process is negative for someone,
they can plead to God and God surely leads them to the light of happiness and solace.
What you have to always remember about the idea of death is that you dont have to
be scared or afraid of it.
All of us are going to die and the inevitability of this process is haunting yet it must humble
us.
We must indulge ourselves in positive actions throughout our lives so that this process
is easy and peace giving for us.
So, be happy and relax!
Death is inevitable and it is the greatest leveler but God is there to look after you
and guide every action of your life.
Love and Light!

5 Reasons You Should Be Reading Moon Knight - Duration: 2:00.
- This week is the release of Moon Knight number 189,
the perfect excuse to talk
about the fan favorite Marvel hero.
Hey everybody, my name's Matt Mueller,
and if you haven't been reading Moon Knight,
here are five reasons that needs to change right now.
The good news is that task won't take long to do,
which brings us to reason number five.
The book is back to legacy numbering now,
but this is actually issue number two
of a new arc for the character.
That means even if you don't have years of history
with Moon Knight, there's no better time
to start getting acquainted then now.
That new arc is being written by Max Bemis,
bringing us to reason number four.
He's already gained a following at Marvel
from his work on X-Men.
Worst X-Man Ever and Foolkiller, and is the perfect choice
to further bring Marc Spector into the limelight.
If his first issue is anything to go by,
the future looks promising indeed.
It helps that he's teamed up with artist Jacen Burrows,
bringing us to reason number three.
Burrows manages to make any scene compelling,
whether it's talking heads or an over the top action
sequence with the undead.
His stellar pencils are a big part of the reason
a new character made such a powerful first impression,
which we'll get to in a second.
One, 1,000, two, 1,000, oh forget it I can't wait anymore.
Reason number two is very much in spoiler town
right next to Flavor Town mind you,
but we can't help but talk about the big villain Amon Ra.
Bermis isn't afraid to dive into Moon Knight's
Egyptian mythology origins, and it paid off big here.
Moon Knight doesn't have the best rogues gallery,
but thanks to a brutal opening chapter
Ra should shoot to the top of that list easily.
That brings us to reason number one,
a superhero book like no other.
Moon Knight works best as an unconventional superhero,
and Bemis manages to deliver that in spades
without him even being in the first issue.
Thanks to his psychiatrist you have a much clearer picture
of Marc Spector's world, one that features several
personalities all vying for control,
and a man who has finally figured out how to utilize
it to his advantage.
Well, at least we think he has, yeah, we'll go with that.
But don't take my word for it.
Go read Marvel's Moon Knight series for yourself.

The Punisher-Comic book collage and painting - Duration: 4:34.
Hello Friends!
It's Kat, from MeowMeowKapow.
I think a lot of people have some of their most creative ideas when they're in super
inconvenient places, like in the middle of a hot shower or that moment right before you
fall asleep…
Which is why I keep a relatively decent stash of art supplies next to my bed.
At night, my alter-ego, SleepKittens comes out and causes mischief.
Seriously, you should see the sketchbook I keep in my nightstand-It's absolute madness!
There are some really great ideas in there that I'm hoping to do justice some day.
However, sometimes SleepKittens decides she is not just merely content with using paper,
and I will often wake up with notes written on my arm in pen that I have no recollection
of.
To be fair, this is a habit I've had since forever, even while awake, because I have
a notoriously spotty memory and have tried all sorts of note-taking types, only to always
find writing on my arm to be the most reliable.
Ah well, to each their own I suppose?
At any rate, I woke up one morning to the note "Ripped comics, negative space" and
immediately understood what SleepKittens had meant.
The trek to my local comic shop is pretty short, but not so short that I was unable
to feel shame about the destruction I planned to do.
Thankfully, the gent at the comic shop had a bin of less-than-pristine books to choose
from, all being incredibly yellowed or lightly ripped or otherwise imperfect.
I also made sure not to grab anything that didn't have an identical copy in the bin,
in case someone wanted to read the books.
I still feel a little guilty for destroying these Punisher comics, but I really like the
way the final piece came out and plan on making a couple more in different sizes!
After I figured out the layout I wanted for the ripped pieces, I took a canvas and covered
in mod-podge.
I happen to have a ridiculously large jug of mod-podge at home because of an old project,
but it's basically just elmer's glue if anyone else wants to do something similar.
There are a couple of improvements I'll make on my next piece, one being that I either
won't use clear tape for the initial layout, or I'll just leave it on since it's imperceptible
in the final piece…
And two, I wouldn't cut off the extra paper around the edges.
Interestingly, the sides that still had a little too much comic laying over them were
the easiest ones to have lay flat.
I ended up needing to take special care around the shorter edges to make sure they wrapped
around securely.
After the comics got two or three coats of mod podge on top, I had to leave the canvas
to dry overnight.
Once it was set, I took a purple lead pencil and roughly sketched the punisher logo on
top.
Don't worry, I'll link the pencil and other materials in the doobly-doo down below.
Then it was just a matter of using black acrylic to paint outside of the logo so that the negative
space was filled with the original comic images.
I tried my best to maintain some of the parts that particularly appealed to me, like the
woman yelling "Get in, Frank!" at the bottom, and the pose of Frank holding a rifle
near an open window on the right side.
Because it needed a little contrast, some white gel pen was used to define the logo
a little more, but in a rough sort of way to keep with the theme.
While I was at the shop, I also got some Doctor Strange comics, but I'm not sure what the
image I should use would be for his piece.
The cloak?
A sort of minimalist version of his face?
What ideas do you have?
Because I'm kind of stumped.
Thanks so much for hanging out and watching, If you like mac n cheese and are really hoping
to have some for dinner tonight, please remember to like and subscribe.
And as always, until I see you next time I wish you peace, love, and maybe a few too
many carbs.
You're worth it.
Bye!
