How to subscribe to Twitter lists 2018 - Duration: 4:01.
Now lists are a great way to get organized on Twitter. You create a list
you can just look at the people in that list only. But the good news is that
other people have created really useful publicly available lists like for
example this one on this charity site. So if you're interested in following all
the charities and connecting with them you can take a look at their lists and
even subscribe to them so you've got access to them from your own profile.
Here's how. So let's imagine you want to create contacts with other charities in
the UK so go to a site like this the coalition of small charities you can go
to their profile by clicking on there brings up this view and then you click
on the list that they've got. So
basically you can see supporters, members of the coalition, small charities in the
UK. Now notice actually beyond there they have different logos that's because this
account is also subscribed to other people's lists and I'm going to show you
how you can subscribe to follow this particular list. Let's say the members
that's a useful group. Click on that and you can see there's some subscribers
already. Here on the right hand side are the real-time tweets from people who are
in that list so again relevant content but here just
by clicking subscribe this account is now added to that set of subscribers and
if I go to the home of this account and click on my full profile details
Previously I had two lists but now I've got three, two of which I've created
myself there they are and they appear at the top always but here's one I've
subscribed to. So I can go to that list I can see which members of that list I'm
not yet following pick out the ones I'm interested in click follow for any of
those and
because I've always got access to this list any time from my profile at some
point in the future I can choose to perhaps add or remove them. So I'll
create a new list I'll call this one charities UK make it private for now
just so I can be comfortable. Let's think about some other lists out there
and you are generally looking for accounts that have been on Twitter for a
while because not all accounts will have lists publicly listed that's something
to be aware of. Another good example though just quickly is to show you
journalism.co.uk. If you are thinking I need to get the message
out to various media groups, well take a look at their lists. Here I can see them
straight away on the profile, OK, mobile journalism experts, data
journalists social media journalists UK national. Let's take a look at UK
national journalists as an example 30 members of the list there's 39
subscribers. So shows you how popular a list is by the number of people that
choose to follow it and keep in touch with it so you could again become one of
those people and again from your home profile that will now appear as one
of the lists you have access to. So a really strong way to get familiar with
who's out there what accounts are worth following go through the list in your
own time just subscribe to other people's lists.
And the latest one that
you subscribe to goes to the top of that but obviously preceded by lists you've
created yourselves

How to Stop a Binge (You Can Do It) - Duration: 5:56.
What's up Phoenix and welcome back to the channel.
In this video we're gonna be going into how to stop a binge.
You know that moment where you're like right on the verge of binge eating.
There's so much we can do in that moment, so I'm going to break it down and show you
step by step how to make sure you don't give in to a binge.
Alright, let's get started.
First of all, if you've never been here before, welcome.
I drop video's every single Thursday to help you end the battle with food and your body.
So if you're new, be sure to subscribe and hit the bell, so you are notified every single
time it goes live.
Alright, let's get started.
So what is your body actually wanting when you're binge eating.
Your body first of all is not wanting food.
It's not wanting to numb your emotions with food.
Your body is wanting a state change.
It wants to go from one vibrational frequency to another vibrational frequency.
Now, that doesn't mean numbing the one vibrational frequency that feels sticky, or feels awful,
whether that stress or pain or anxiety or whatever it is, that doesn't mean numbing
it.
In fact when we do numb it, we miss the lesson.
We miss why it's there in the first place.
Our body only knows how to communicate to us through sensations, that's it.
Our body does not have an English language.
Our body can only communicate through either physical ailments, if our bodies breaking
down or if we're sore or if we got stomach aches and things like that.
That's how our body tells us somethings wrong or the emotional side, our body gives us signals
like tension, anxiety, stress, fear, doubt, all the rest of it to let us know that something
is out of alignment or we need to slow down or we need to look at something or need to
feel through something.
And so how we stop binges is not through ignoring them or suppressing the emotionality, it's
through leaning into it.
And I know that may seem counter productive because in every other area of life, we feel
pain and we're like let's get rid of it.
Put a bandaid on it, let's take some aspirin, let's pop some pills, whatever we need to
do.
But for the sake of this and our relationship with food, we really need to feel into that.
Now when I say state change again, we can create a quick state change through binge
eating, because it immediately changes our state, but not for long.
And then we feel shameful and guilty that we used food as a drug in the first place.
That's not what I'm talking about, but through feeling our emotions and through understanding
them ... like okay, I feel this sensation because this, or I need to have this conversation
with this person that I'm putting off, or I haven't completed this thing that I need
to do, or I did this really bad thing and now I'm feeling guilty.
Sensations are leaving clues for us everywhere and so what is your body communicating to
you.
What are you needing to pay attention to.
For us to use food as a drug, we can't actually get that information.
We need to be in a state of non-consumption for us to allow that data to come through
to us.
So that sensation is data, right.
It's divine data that just gets downloaded to us and we get to feel it and we get to
understand what it is and do something about it, in the way of healing it and loving it
and slowing down and taking action to help dissipate it and get it to a higher frequency.
So when we're binge eating we can't do that and so what you need to get really clear on
is how do you want to feel.
What is your reason or what is your intention for putting that food in your mouth.
And so just by like being present in this moment and simply just by asking ourself these
questions, we're going to derail binge eating.
But what tends to happen is we don't ask ourselves these questions, we get into like this hypnosis
state where we barely remember, we like come to and we're like oh shoot, I ate all the
Ben and Jerry's or whatever it is.
And that to me [inaudible 00:03:38] frustrate with ourselves and we're like oh, did it again,
I have no will power, I'm never going to be able to get out of this, I'm not good enough
for it.
And then the whole self sabotage cycle starts and rears it's head.
And so when we can take steps before, we can understand how to change our state through
feeling.
The second we start feeling and we're present we begin to shift and change our state.
And so we're not going to stop binge eating through dieting or through restriction or
whatever it is, we're going to do it through actually feeling.
We have to feel in order to heal.
In a second here, I'm going to show you my number one strategy that I used when I was
overcoming binge eating to help me truly shift that narrative and get into a place of being
able to heal my emotions rather than numb them.
And before I do that, I want to make sure that you are signed up for our five day food
freedom challenge.
That's five days, it's totally free.
I walk you through step, by step, by step to help you end the battle with food and your
body by giving you videos and meditations.
And there's a community to help you as well.
So if you've not yet joined be sure to click the link below and get your bum in the door.
So one thing I always ask myself as I was getting through this battle with food is,
what am I really hungry for?
It's never about the food right, so I had to ask myself, what is that thing that I am
hungry for?
What is my body asking you of me and how can I honor it?
And when you sort of ask yourself those questions, you begin to get beautiful answers.
To go oh, you need to slow down, you need to go have that conversation.
You need to drink some water, you need to go out in nature, you need to do something
fun, you need to not take yourself so seriously.
And once we begin to start to really untangle all that and honor what our body needs, our
body is then like, oh, she's listening to me, or he's listening to me.
We have a relationship, this is like a back and forth thing.
Versus your body trying to communicate something and you going, nope, I'm not doing that.
This is a way we begin to start re-establishing that connection between mind and body, head
and heart.
Alrighty, that is it for this video.
If you enjoyed this video, let me know by writing in the comments and giving me a thumbs
up.
If you did not enjoy this video, let me know as well.
My intention is to create quality content for you every single week to help you end
the battle with food and your body.
So thank you so much for being here, I appreciate you so much and I'll see you next week for
another video.
Bye for now.

55+ and Downsizing? You'll need to think about these things! - Duration: 1:24.
There are a lot of steps to downsizing, and most of my clients find it takes
6 months, maybe even up to a year, to declutter, get rid of furniture, and do they things they need to do to
be ready to move into a smaller house. And frankly, there are a lot of big topics we'll need to discuss... So that time frame isn't unreasonable.
We're going to want to take a look at how taxation will affect your sale proceeds. People tend to think they're going to walk away with a lot of cash,
but taxes may cut into it more than they think. We'll want to consider how the profits will affect any sources of income or benefits you may be receiving.
We'll want to discuss what type of community you'd like to live in, for example, there are active adult communities, which is what many people are thinking of, but what about continuing care, or or care in your future?
I can help you; I've been specially trained as a Senior Residential Specialist. Give me a call to get my Guide to Downsizing.

Don't make assumptions in your relationship |seek clarity by asking questions| 2018 - Duration: 5:27.
one of the biggest mistakes I see many
couples are making today is that they
are making assumptions about their
spouse they're making assumptions about
their partners never ever make
assumptions in your relationship if
you're making assumptions right now it's
time for you to unlearn and to reprogram
your brain you know that was something
that I did in the early parts of my
marriage I think my wife and I we both
did it where we assumed that the other
person knew exactly what we wanted
alright the other person knew exactly what
was needed and therefore because of that
you know there were arguments and there
were times when we had disagreements but
I want to tell you if you want to enjoy
a fulfilling relationship don't assume
that your partner knows exactly what you
need first of all you need to state what
it is that you want what it is that you
need case in point we came from two
different backgrounds my wife came from
one background and I came from another
okay and traditionally we have been
taught that a woman should get up and
make her husband his meal every morning
okay or make his meals every day now
that is quite dependent on your working
situations your working conditions who
is working are both of you working
outside the home and so on and so forth
you know what that is how society has
painted it that is the tradition that
most of us we have inherited but your
your situation may be different okay and
so going into marriage I never had the
opportunity of seeing my mom and dad
living together like two married people I
never had that opportunity and therefore
as a result when I learned I learned it
from society I learned it from what I
hear and from what I've read and so on
and what I've seen with other people but
I never actually had the example of my
parents neither did my wife because she
never
with her mom and father being together
but we both had our own expectations and
therefore we assumed I assumed that my
wife knew and therefore over a period of
time I had to develop a level of
patience with her recognizing that she
came from a home where she never saw her
parents doing what I was expecting her
to do to make my meals to ensure that my
clothes were ironed and to ensure that
everything was intact she never did see
those things so your relationship is a
learning process and therefore guys you
must be patient with your woman and
ladies you must be patient with your
husband or with your man because he may
not know he is coming from a background
where he may not know you know some of
you however you are coming from
backgrounds where you have seen your
parents living a particular way and that
is the expectation that you will have of
your spouse unless you've learned
otherwise and you have your own
expectations that you have created so
therefore never assume that your partner
knows what you need ask questions and
make requests okay
so whatever it is that you need from
your husband whatever it is that you
need from your wife instead of being
upset getting all vexed up and causing a
conflict and an argument and so on you
ask her and you share with her or you
ask him and you tell him never assume
that he knows or that she knows because
he can't see in your mind and she cannot
see in your mind so instead of making
assumptions you ask and you state what
your requirements are or I shouldn't say
requirements but you state your requests
and you you you let your partner know
what it is that you are expecting and
once you lay those things out and you
stop assuming I can tell you your
relationship will be taking a turn for
the best
for the better okay for the better and
for the best rather so instead of making
assumptions you state and you ask
questions to find out and when you ask
your questions and you get an answer
then what you want to do is restate the
answer that your partner gives you ask
them back what they have stated in a
question form you know so am i
understanding that you're saying I
should be home at five o'clock at five
in the evening and she'll say yes or
she'll say no but never assume that your
partner knows because he may not know
and she may not know so don't make
assumptions in your relationship it's
better for you to ask questions and for
you to find out and dig deep so that you
can know exactly what your partner needs
from you if you like the videos that are

Why should you read "One Hundred Years of Solitude"? - Francisco Díez-Buzo - Duration: 5:31.
One day in 1965, while driving to Acapulco for a vacation with his family,
Colombian journalist Gabriel García Márquez abruptly turned his car around,
asked his wife to take care of the family's finances for the coming months,
and returned home.
The beginning of a new book had suddenly come to him:
"Many years later, as he faced the firing squad,
Colonel Aureliano Buendía was to remember that distant afternoon
when his father took him to discover ice."
Over the next eighteen months,
those words would blossom into One Hundred Years of Solitude.
A novel that would go on to bring Latin American literature
to the forefront of the global imagination,
earning García Márquez the 1982 Nobel Prize for Literature.
What makes One Hundred Years of Solitude so remarkable?
The novel chronicles the fortunes and misfortunes
of the Buendía family over seven generations.
With its lush, detailed sentences,
large cast of characters,
and tangled narrative,
One Hundred Years of Solitude is not an easy book to read.
But it's a deeply rewarding one,
with an epic assortment of intense romances,
civil war,
political intrigue,
globe-trotting adventurers,
and more characters named Aureliano than you'd think possible.
Yet this is no mere historical drama.
One Hundred Years of Solitude is one of the most famous examples
of a literary genre known as magical realism.
Here, supernatural events or abilities
are described in a realistic and matter-of-fact tone,
while the real events of human life and history
reveal themselves to be full of fantastical absurdity.
Surreal phenomena within the fictional village of Macondo
intertwine seamlessly with events taking place in the real country of Colombia.
The settlement begins in a mythical state of isolation,
but is gradually exposed to the outside world,
facing multiple calamities along the way.
As years pass, characters grow old and die,
only to return as ghosts,
or to be seemingly reincarnated in the next generation.
When the American fruit company comes to town,
so does a romantic mechanic who is always followed by yellow butterflies.
A young woman up and floats away.
Although the novel moves forward through subsequent generations,
time moves in an almost cyclical manner.
Many characters have similar names and features to their forebears,
whose mistakes they often repeat.
Strange prophecies and visits from mysterious gypsies
give way to the skirmishes and firing squads of repeated civil wars.
An American fruit company opens a plantation near the village
and ends up massacring thousands of striking workers,
mirroring the real-life 'Banana Massacre' of 1928.
Combined with the novel's magical realism,
this produces a sense of history as a downward spiral
the characters seem powerless to escape.
Beneath the magic is a story about the pattern of Colombian
and Latin American history from colonial times onward.
This is a history that the author experienced firsthand.
Gabriel García Márquez grew up in a Colombia torn apart by civil conflict
between its Conservative and Liberal political parties.
He also lived in an autocratic Mexico
and covered the 1958 Venezuelan coup d'état as a journalist.
But perhaps his biggest influences were his maternal grandparents.
Nicolás Ricardo Márquez was a decorated veteran of the Thousand Days War
whose accounts of the rebellion against Colombia's conservative government
led Gabriel García Márquez to a socialist outlook.
Meanwhile, Doña Tranquilina Iguarán Cotes' omnipresent superstition
became the foundation of One Hundred Years of Solitude's style.
Their small house in Aracataca where the author spent his childhood
formed the main inspiration for Macondo.
With One Hundred Years of Solitude,
Gabriel García Márquez found a unique way
to capture the unique history of Latin America.
He was able to depict the strange reality of living in a post-colonial society,
forced to relive the tragedies of the past.
In spite of all this fatalism, the novel still holds hope.
At his Nobel Lecture,
García Marquez reflected on Latin America's long history
of civil strife and rampant iniquity.
Yet he ended the speech by affirming the possibility of building a better world,
to quote, "where no one will be able to decide for others how they die,
where love will prove true
and happiness be possible,
and where the races condemned to one hundred years of solitude
will have, at last and forever, a second chance on earth."

All About Reading Tag - Duration: 8:30.
Hey y'all! My name is Yvette and welcome to my channel. Today, for the first time in a very long time,
I am doing a sort of solo sit-down talk to the camera kind of video and to help me ease back into the regular
Booktube rhythms of filming, editing, and posting I decided to do an easy laid-back kind of chatty tag.
I am doing the All About Reading book tag. I was tagged to do this by Sara over at Basking in Books,
who is absolutely wonderful.
Like she's really one of the nicest people I've interacted with here in booktube, and she has great taste of books.
So I'll leave her video link down below. Make sure to go check her out.
Also, this tag was created by Between Lines and Life and I will link her video down below as well.
Question number one is what do you look for most when you pick up a book:
a) beautiful writing style b) a character driven story or c) a plot driven story
And ideally you'd like to have all three, but I think I can live with that a beautiful writing style. I'm fine
as long as there's a decent writing style and the same goes for plot.
It doesn't have to be like this epic grand complex story for me to enjoy it, though I do enjoy those stories.
However, what's important to me, most I think is the characters,
because if I don't care about the characters in a book, then I just don't care about the book period.
Question number two is what are your pet peeves in books? And the first one that comes to mind is
miscommunication between characters that's used as like the major
plot thing, like if you're reading a book and
all the conflict and it can be resolved if the characters just talk to each other and were honest with each other. I get so
so frustrated because partly it comes off to me as lazy writing,
but also when I realize that that's the thing that's happening, that everything would be okay if only these two people talked to each other,
my interest in reading the rest of the book just like it goes away. Also something that really gets on
my nerves is when a character does or says something that's problematic and it's not shown to be
problematic, like if it's not shown to be a bad thing or if it's not called out on or corrected on later somewhere in the
book, then it kind of seems like whatever that character did was
okay, when it really wasn't. Question number three is if you could print one quote on your wall, which would it be?
I am not much of a quote person, but that's mostly because I'm lazy when I'm reading
I just don't mark down the quotes
I really like but also because I read a lot of audiobooks and
I do that mostly when I'm driving and I don't want to die, so I don't bookmark the places where a book says something
I really like. However, I recently read a book on Kindle - The Henchman of Zenda by KJ Charles.
It's a queer, Victorian,
swashbuckling adventure kind of book and I highlighted quite a few lines
so I'm just gonna read a few of those off.
This next one is a conversation between two people I thought was funny.
Question number four is which is genre would you like to explore more and
kind of jumping off that last question, I would like to start reading more historical romance.
I've kind of shied away from anything
historical in the past just because I've had this assumption that it's not going to be as friendly as I would like to
marginalize folks or even make an effort to include
marginalized folks, as if queer people and people of color and people with disabilities
just sprouted up out of thin air in the 80s or something, but quite recently
I've read a few
really fantastic queer historical novels that I really liked and I just want to read more. Question number five is was there ever a movie
adaption, you liked better than the book? Yes. This is kind of an easy answer, I feel.
It's a Black Panther because obviously the movie was amazing.
It was so culturally important and visually stunning that the books I've read of Black Panther
just really fell short in comparison. I mean, they weren't bad.
I've read some of Ta-Nehisi Coates's run on the the comic and I read a middle-grade Black Panther novel.
Both of those, like I said, they weren't bad. They did sworn super awesome great,
like the like the movie was and the movie just blew everything out of the water.
Question number six is if one of your favorite books would be adapted or get a new adaption,
which book would it be and which one would you like to play? And my gut reaction is to say
American Chavez from Marvel comics and as awesome as that
would be, I have aged out of being able to play a teenager, I think.
So I'm going with the love interest in
Cinnamon Blade: A Knife in Shining Armor by Shira Glassman. And this is a queer superhero
novella between a superhero and a civilian that she's constantly rescuing.
I'd like to play the civilian love interest because I think we actually have a lot in common on a surface level. Like she's Latina.
She's queer. Her bed is covered in books because she reads so much.
She's constantly spouting off random facts and she has to go home to feed her dog before she goes out on a date with the superhero,
which is like..so me. Question number seven is a hyped book you wouldn't recommend at all.
And I'm going with the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. So I saw this book really hyped up when I was younger.
Like I remember seeing it on Oprah and I eventually picked it up because someone I was dating really really loved it and
I read it and I hated it so so much.
I can't really remember the specifics of why I hated it. It was back in
2015 before I was reading books critically and like before booktube and everything,
but that was back when I kept a bullet journal and I did a
somewhat lengthy rant review in my bullet journal.
So I'm just gonna read off some of my thoughts I had back in 2015.
"Everything was profound for the sake of being profound."
"The actual story was weak and that was some bullshit with the love interest. This book was poop."
"It was a pretentious, shiny-" I go on for a bit and I get
really mean so I'm not gonna finish the rest of it, because I haven't read it in a while.
I'm not sure if I'll still back up these exact statements,
but I do back up that I really didn't like this book and I thought it was overhyped.
Question number nine is are you a fan or rereading books? Do you do it often?
I would like to be a fan of rereading books.
I like the idea of rereading books, but I've only reread one book out of the
120 or so books I've read so far this year in 2018, and it was a fun experience. I liked doing it.
I would like to do more of it.
My problem is just that I see all these pretty shiny unread books,
whether they be from my library or from like my personal collection.
I can't bring myself to reread a book when there's a shiny new thing next to it that I could read instead.
Question number ten is which book could easily be the title of your life and
this is a hard question.
So this is kind of a bullshit answer but I'm going with The Regional Office is Under Attack by Manuel Gonzales.
Mostly because I work in an office and I feel like I'm constantly under attack by
paperwork and my boss's demands. Number eleven is which book should be required reading for everyone?
And I don't know if there's a book that should be required reading for everyone.
I think there are books that a lot of people could benefit from reading from like
Bad Feminist by Roxane Gay or Sister Outsider by Audrey Lorde, like those are incredibly important and
influential books, but I wouldn't say everyone
necessarily should read them. Like it shouldn't be required, like maybe they should read them or they could read them if they wanted to but
they shouldn't be required to read anything. So that's it for the All About Reading Book Tag.
I want to say thank you again to Sara for tagging me make sure to go check her out because she's great.
I hope you enjoyed this video. Thank you for watching and I'll see you next time.

3 Steps of Brand Management - Being your Brand in the Real World - Duration: 6:33.
(upbeat music)
- Have you gotten to the point
where you have planned and defined your brand
and you've moved on to the stage
where you actually need to be your brand
and you're feeling a little bit stuck
about how to approach that?
In this video, I'm going to show you
my best brand management techniques, tactics
and tricks that I use in my own brand
to make sure that we're staying consistently on brand
and also consistently growing our business.
My name is Kaye Putnam,
I'm the Psychology-Driven Brand Strategist
and I'm so excited that you're here.
If you are an entrepreneur who is ambitiously
growing your brand I would love
if you hit subscribe, like this video.
Leave me a comment, I'd love to hear what you think.
(upbeat music)
When I think about brand management
it's really a circular process.
It's a cycle that you have to go through over
and over and over again to make sure
that you're staying on track
and that you're consistently getting
better and better over time.
Okay, so step one, we are going to identify
which systems are in play in your business.
Step two is to set standards for each of those sub-systems
underneath your main brand
and then step three in brand management
is to assess on a regular basis, how well you're living up
and to track measurement and analytics
for each of those systems.
(upbeat music)
Think of your brand as a system.
What happens in your brand repeatedly?
For example, people probably sign up to your email list.
Or you onboard new clients and customers into your business.
Maybe you produce content and distribute it
to different platforms.
All of these things are repetitive actions
that happen again and again.
It's part of growing your brand and being your brand
on a day-to-day basis.
(upbeat music)
Think about each of these items as a system.
You don't wanna reinvent the wheel every time you do this.
You don't want to have a different process,
a different system every time a client or a customer
buys something from you or engages your help
for a service.
That would be a disaster right?
It would be completely inconsistent
and it would cause way more work on your end.
So the more systemized and consistent it can be
from person to person, the more efficient it is
and the higher quality it is
because you have the time on the front end
to think about exactly how you want it to work
and then on the back end.
In this cycle process you can assess
what is working and what needs to be improved.
(upbeat music)
Now once you identify which systems
are active in your business,
whether that's an advertising, like lead generation system,
some type of public, in person event
where you're showing up and speaking or networking,
producing content, working with your clients or customers.
Then you have to set specific standards
for each of those systems.
You've already planned your brand.
You know the visual standards.
You know the messaging standards,
or if you don't, go back and start there first
but now that you know all of the overarching standards
that apply to your business, then it's time to define
all of the standards that fit all of the subsystems
that fall underneath your brand.
(upbeat music)
And then step three in brand management
is to assess on a regular basis how well
you're living up and to track measurement
and analytics for each of those systems.
I do this monthly, quarterly and yearly on different levels.
Monthly I'm looking at the most important metrics.
Quarterly I'm taking a look at the strategy
and setting new 90-day goals and then again,
yearly is a bigger, more in depth process
where I'm looking at all of the stats,
assessing the overall holistic look of my brand.
Each system is going to have its own set of metrics.
So for example, social media you might be tracking
the number of followers or the engagement level.
Overall you're probably tracking how many leads
are coming in to your business, how much they cost,
how many customers you're receiving
on a month to month basis and how much they cost to acquire.
On a customer experience level you should be tracking things
like how many questions are coming in,
what their satisfaction is
and the outcomes that your clients are getting
as a result of working with either your product
or your service.
Once you have those analytics,
you can start to spot places where you can improve.
You can do this by looking for benchmarks
within your industry, asking peers what their numbers
for different things are, or just paying attention
to trends in your own business
and this is probably the most powerful way
to identify places to improve.
If your cost per lead is going up over time,
that might be something that you want to address.
Or if you notice that you're converting a lot of people
in the front end.
So you have a lot of people joining your email list
but you don't have a lot of people
that are converting to actual paid clients
then it's time to look at your conversion systems
which are a part of your brand.
Once you identify which ones aren't performing
as well as you'd like, then you have a singular focus
where you can work on
improving that system within your brand.
(upbeat music)
If you need help tracking this,
or paying attention to the different metrics
or just this ongoing process of brand management,
