In this video, I'm going to share with you the best products to help you sleep better.
Which I also personally use myself.
So, let's get started!

In my previous video, on How Much Sleep Do You Need to lose Belly Fat and Build Muscle
- I revealed a few tips to help you get the best quality sleep possible…
If you haven't watched that video yet - be sure to watch it as soon as you're done
watching this one.
But for now, let's get straight into some of my favourite products for improving your sleep!
The first, and most important product you'll need if you want to have a good sleep, is
a high-quality mattress!
My personal favourite, is an Organic Latex Mattress by Memory Foam Comfort.
It's actually split up into several customizable layers of high-quality, and high-density (which
is very important) - organic latex.
This mattress allows you to fine tune your comfort and support needs, by providing you
10 firmness options, all in one mattress.
You can easily rearrange the layers, by simply unzipping the top cover, and the whole process
takes less than 5 minutes.
Now, when you think of latex, I know the first thing that probably comes to your mind, isn't
a mattress…
However - It's one of the best quality mattresses you can find - ESPECIALLY when it's ORGANIC!
Most other brand name mattresses are made from cheap, low-density materials, that aren't
just bad for your back, and cause you to have horrible sleeps…
But many of them are also full of noxious chemicals which you'd be breathing in all
night - and that's definitely not good for your health.
Theses chemicals are usually referred to as VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds), which
are used in the manufacturing process of most mattresses on the market today..
The only downsides to high quality latex mattresses are, that they are extremely heavy, and very
expensive…
But that saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies when it comes to a high
quality organic mattress.
I'd recommend that you do your own research when it comes to mattresses, and perhaps even
go try out a few for yourself.
But if you want a very high quality one (which I personally use), and you live in Canada

Air purifiers are another important part to having a good sleep, and a healthier home.
Many unhealthy particles, including allergens, viruses, and who knows what else can be floating
around in the air you breathe, can be found all around your home…
Breathing in many of those unhealthy particles can negatively affect your sleep - and can
even lead to chronic illnesses.
So you should always do your best to make sure that the air you're breathing is as
clean as possible - especially before, and during your sleep.
I have two favorite air purifiers that I use.
The first one is called AirMega - and it's a smart, stylsih, and powerful air filter
which uses HEPA filters.
It's a larger air purifier, and can claims to remove up to 99.7% of particles in the
air, and can cover a pretty large space - so something like this would be more than enough
for your bedroom.
It can also connect to your smartphone, give you live notifications whenever the air quality
is poor, and automatically begin purifying the air.
I must admit - it's pretty cool, and it looks great in a room too - so it's worth
spending a little extra money on.
My second favourite air purifier is made by WYND Technologies, and it's a portable medical-grade
air purifier, that you can basically take with you anywhere you go…
Or you could simply leave it on your night table, next to your bed.
It also connects with your smartphone to give you live air quality results of wherever you are...
And it also has this little air quality tracker, which you can remove from the air
filter, and place it on any surface, or even clip it on to your clothing…
So you'll always know how good, or how BAD the air quality around you is...
Next, I'd like to recommend two awesome products, that use sound, music, and meditation
to help you relax before sleep - and also help you STAY asleep.
I've been using both, and highly recommend trying them out.
The first one is a really cool product called MUSE, The Brain Sensing Headband.
It basically helps your body learn how to mediate, and completely relax…
By translating your brain waves into relaxing sounds, like the wind, or the ocean…
When your mind is calm, so are the sounds.
But when your mind is thinking too much (as mine usually does), the sound picks up a bit.
So this product really helps me learn how to get into a more relaxed, meditative state.
All you need to do is put on the Muse headband, put on your earbuds, start the app, and close
your eyes...
And it's extremely helpful before bed!
The other product that I LOVE using is called, Brain.FM.
Their tagline is "Music for the Brain" - and that's exactly what it is!
It's basically an app that uses artificial intelligence to create soothing music, and
sounds.
to either help you FOCUS, RELAX, RECHARGE, MEDITATE, or SLEEP.
I like using the different options, depending on what I'm doing - but the MEDITATE and
SLEEP options are most relevant to this video, and you should definitely try them out.
As you learned in my previous video, a dark room is extremely important if you want to
have a quality, and well rested sleep…
Partly because, your body only produces the hormone Melatonin when it's completely dark.
So you'll need to make sure to install 100% darkening curtains over any windows you may
have - and you could find pretty decent ones on Amazon, and they also won't break the bank!
If you can't seem to get rid of ALL the light, you can also get yourself a sleep eye mask.
You'll look funny, but you'll sleep well!
I personally have one, that has built in headphones - which works amazing with the Brain.FM app.
It's like killing two birds with one stone.
So you already know that complete darkness is the way to go if you want a quality sleep...
But it's also important to try and avoid looking at bright screens or other forms of
blue light at least 1-3 hours before you sleep, because blue light has been shown to interfere
with your circadian rhythm, and melatonin secretion.
Some studies even suggest a link between exposure to light at night, to some types of cancer,
diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
So here's my advice…
If you need light in the hours before bed, try and use dim red spectrum incandescent
night lights.
I created my own by connecting one of those small red incandescent Christmas lights,
to a table lamp I picked up from Ikea.
I'd also suggest using softwares and apps that filter the blue & green wavelength lights
out at night.
Such as Night Shift, which comes with all iPhones, or F.LUX is another great app to
use on your computer screen, or other electronic screen devices that it might be compatible with.
If you can't use any of the apps, you can always opt for wearing Blue-Blocking glasses
instead!
Whatever you do, get rid of the blue light before bed.
There are also a few supplements you might want to consider...
Magnesium, Zinc, Kava, Valerian, Melatonin, and Gaba have all been shown to have some
benefits when it comes to sleep.
But as with all supplements, don't take more than you need, and always consult a Dr
before taking any supplements.

Replacing a Fuel Tank Filter Element or Canister - Step-By-Step - Duration: 1:57.
This video will show the simple process of how to replace a Goldenrod fuel tank filter
element or canister.
To replace the element in a See-Thru bowl filter,
start by turning off the flow of fuel,
then remove the bowl from the top cap, ideally with the 491 fuel tank filter wrench.
Its specially designed grooves fit over the notches on the side of the bowl,
greatly reducing the chances of cracking or breaking it.
Once you have taken off the bowl, unscrew the element,
then completely screw in your new element.
Since a new gasket comes with every new replacement element,
now is a good time to replace it from the top of the bowl (or it may be stuck inside
the top cap).
Insert the new gasket into the channel at the top of the bowl,
screw it tightly back into the top cap,
then you can resume the flow of fuel through the filter.
It's even easier to replace the canister on Spin-On canister filters once you've shut
off the fuel flow.
Simply use a pipe wrench or something similar to loosen and remove the canister from the
top cap,
and don't worry about scratching or otherwise damaging it,
since you'll just be throwing the entire canister away once you get it off.
Screw a new replacement canister into the top cap until it's tight,
then you're free to re-start the fuel flow.

Tapping for Anxiety - Duration: 9:34.
Hi, it's Angela with My Refreshed Soul, and
today I wanted to tap with you on the
feeling of anxiety or feeling anxious.
I I know that I have felt this way a
number of times in the past. I think
before I knew what it was, that it was
anxiety or just feeling anxious, it was a
very hard thing to work through,
especially when you don't know what it
is. What it is when your your heart
starts racing, or you just break out in a
sweat, or you just feel so overwhelmed
that you your thoughts get kind of
jumbled up. I really didn't
understand what that was, and I'm so glad
that, you know, in the last couple
years, I've been able to pinpoint, "oh, you
know that's anxiety, or that's
maybe just some anxious thoughts that I
have". And obviously there are different
levels to anxiety, there's some things
that we feel a little anxious but we can
kind of work through it. And then there
are some that go into full-blown like a
panic attack because the anxiety has
just gotten to be too much. I have
shared this story how in the last year I
believe it was, I had experienced my
first panic attack which it was didn't
seem like a situation where that would
kick in and didn't really know how to
work through that. I know that now I
I know that I can use the tapping
obviously as a quick and easy way to
work through it. But I was just at a very
busy airport going through security
where I guess you would think for
some airports, maybe anyone would go into
a panic attack, or get anxiety with so
many people and all the stuff going on.
But I don't know for some reason that
day, even though I travel from time to
time, for some reason that day it was
just it was just all too much. So I want
to tap with you today on that feeling of
feeling anxious
or just feeling anxiety and you can use
this in any situation. Whether you're
traveling, or something going on at work,
an event that you're going to, or you
just find yourself in the midst of a
situation that's just difficult. So we're
going tap on anxiety and we're going to start
at that karate chop point, and I'm going
create an affirmation. Maybe come up in
your mind have a situation in the past
where you felt anxious. So while
we're tapping you can tap on that
particular situation. Maybe your
thought process will change as to why
you felt anxious, or maybe you'll get
some ideas in your head that you hadn't
thought of before. Ready? So even though I
am feeling super anxious right now, I
deeply and completely love and accept
myself. Even though I really don't
understand why I'm feeling anxious, I
deeply and completely love and accept
myself. Even though I really wish that I
wouldn't go through this, and you would
think I would know better, how to work
through these difficult situations, and
not feel so anxious, or get any kind of
anxiety, I still deeply and completely
love and accept who I am right now. Let's
take it to the eyebrow. These anxious
feelings that I have. (Side of the eye) I
really don't know why they're being
triggered. (Under the eye) I can't really
think about what's going on right now
that would make me feel so horrible
physically. (Under the nose) I wish I could
just work through this. (Chin) I am feeling so
embarrassed right now that I feel so
anxious. (Collarbone)
Maybe this anxiety is trying to tell me
something about what's going on in the
situation. (Under the arm) Maybe this is
actually something that's not negative
but it's positive. (Top of the head) Maybe
I just need to listen to myself a little
bit more to see what is this that's
causing this anxiety. (Eyebrow)
I hate this feeling in my body, this
feeling of being out of control and not
feeling well. (Side of the eye) Having
anxiety feels horrible. (Under the eye) I'm
hoping that this tapping is going to
help me to just release that. (Under the
nose) I'm hoping that by tapping it's
going to show me a way to work through
this. (Chin) And show me what it is that's
making me anxious, and what I could do
differently. (Collarbone) I just want to be
able to let this anxiety go. (Under the
arm) And when I can let this go, then I
can feel more confident that I can go
back into these kinds of situations. (Top
of the head) And not look to other things
to help to soothe my anxiety that I can
do it in a healthy way,
like deep breaths, tapping, and other
things. I just want to let it go. So we're
going do a round with that. (Eyebrow) I
release this anxiety and I let it go. I
release this anxiety and let it go. (Under
the eye) I release this anxiety and let
it go. (Under the nose) I release this
anxiety and let it go. (Chin) I
release this anxiety and I let it go.
(Collarbone) I release this anxiety and
let it go. (Under the arm) I release this
anxiety and let it go. (Top of head) I
release all this anxiety and I'm going
to let it go right now. Take a deep
breath. Okay, so we worked a little bit on
the negative thoughts,
the frustration behind the anxiety maybe
how we felt about ourselves being a
little confused by it, and we worked some
into the positive. Where you know maybe
this is telling my body something, maybe
this is something that I can learn from,
maybe this is something that is helping
to guide me? Who would have thought
anxiety could have been maybe a positive
thing. Then the last round was just
being able to let it go. So, you may find
that when you're in an anxious moment
you may not have the privacy or the time
to stand there, and you know, think about
what you want to say. Maybe it's just a
matter of saying I release and let it go,
I release and let it go, and you can
always go back and revisit that. You know
it's similar to sometimes when we pray,
sometimes people have very thoughtful
prayers and they can spend a lot of time
with God, and really connect with him, and
think about what it is they want to
share with Him, and then listening to
what He has to say. Then sometimes we
have prayers like, "please Jesus help me
in this moment", just help me, help
me, help me, because it's a little bit of
a panicky situation. And this can be the
same way, where it's it's similar to a
gentleman who came up with Faster EFT.
His name is escaping me, I'm thinking his
name might be Gene. I'll have to
double check on that,
but I really like his technique where he
makes it a little more simplified, and
I've learned so much from him. But his
method is a lot of just, "release and let
it go, release and let it go." So when
you're in those quick moments, try that.
Maybe even if it's on the
karate chop, "release and let it go
release and let it go", as you're thinking
about what it is you're anxious about,
that might help you too. So thanks for

Seabrook Police Department Catrina Marie Costello.
Catrina Marie Costello is the New Hampshire woman accused of intentionally slamming two neighbors with her vehicle, killing one of them.
38-year-old Costello is now charged with murder.
Costello had reportedly been feuding with her next door neighbors for several years.
Here's what you need to know.
Police: Costello Struck Erin and Stephen VanDalinda With Her Vehicle While the Couple Was Walking the Dog.
The collision happened Wednesday, August 29, 2018 around 6:20 p.m.
in Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Stephen VanDalinda, 64 and his wife Erin, 61 were walking their dog when Costello turned onto the street.
They were about two blocks away from their house.
Investigators believe Costello increased her speed when she saw the couple.
It was determined later that Costello was also under the influence of alcohol at the time.
After hitting Stephen and Erin, she did not stop or get out of her truck.
Instead, police say she drove away from the scene.
The police affidavit, which explains the incident in greater detail, has been sealed to the public, according to Senior Assistant Attorney General Geoff Ward.
Stephen VanDalinda died from his injuries.
An autopsy revealed the cause of death was blunt-force trauma to the head and extremities.
His wife Erin suffered severe injuries including broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
The dog, a German shepherd named Lucy, was also killed.
Catrina Costello Has Been Charged With Murder and Being Held Without Bond.
Costello was arrested and charged with several felonies and misdemeanors.
According to a press release by the office of the New Hampshire Attorney General, the charges leveled against Costello included:.
• Reckless second-degree murder.
• 2 felony counts of second degree assault.
• 2 felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with serious bodily injury.
• 2 felony counts of conduct after an accident with serious bodily injury.
• 3 misdemeanor counts of violation of a stalking order of protection.
Costello remained in the custody of the Rockingham Department of Corrections.
She reportedly waived the arraignment and was being held without bail.
Erin VanDalinda Had a Restraining Order in Place Against Catrina Costello.
The VanDalinda's had a protective order in place against Catrina Costello at the time of the deadly collision.
The restraining order was granted by the 10th Circuit-Seabrook District Court on September 28, 2017.
It was scheduled to remain in effect until September 27, 2018.
Costello was supposed to stay at least 50 feet away from Erin VanDalinda and her pets.
According to the Associated Press, Erin VanDalinda told police that Costello had threatened her at least four times in 2017, at one point allegedly saying, "You better watch your back." She also accused Costello of trespassing on her property.
Judge Sharon DeVries approved the protective order.
According to SeacoastOnline.com, the judge wrote in her decision, "these repeated incidents would cause a reasonable person to fear for her safety… [Erin VanDalinda] does not know what Costello is capable of and feels she has been bullied, harassed, threatened, taunted and yelled at by [Costello].".
Costello Was Accused of Threatening the VanDalinda's With Her Pit Bulls and Neighbors Said the Couple Was Afraid of Her.
Catrina Costello lived next door to Erin and Stephen VanDalinda for at least five years.
According to the restraining order obtained by the Associated Press, the couple accused Costello of repeatedly harassing them.
They said Costello routinely yelled and threatened them, or simply stared with an angry look on her face.
Neighbor Brian Henderson told WMUR-TV that he witnessed Costello screaming at Erin and Stephen on multiple occasions.
Erin VanDalinda also said Costello often shined a green laser beam toward them.
She said Costello also made derogatory comments about her husband's military background; Stephen was a veteran of the Massachusetts Army National Guard and Massachusetts Air National Guard.
Costello was accused of using her two pit bulls to intimate the couple.
In her request for a restraining order, Erin VanDalinda explained a 2016 incident in which she claimed Costello came onto their property with the two dogs.
She said Costello allowed the dogs to damage the property.
The pit bulls also allegedly bit Stephen VanDalinda in the hand and attacked the couple's German Shepherd.
Police were reportedly called out to the area multiple times to break up confrontations.
Neighbor Marilyn Johnston told the AP, "That lady scared them.
She had a lot of behaviors that made them uncomfortable." Other neighbors told local media outlets that Erin and Stephen VanDalinda were planning to sell their house and move away, in order to escape the feud.
Neighbors held a candlelight vigil on August 30 to remember Stephen and to pray for Erin's recovery.
State representative Aboul Khan, who lives across the street from the VanDalinda's, told WCVB-TV, "This was unbelievable.
They are a wonderful family, wonderful people.
They're really, really good people.
You cannot find better people in this world.".
Catrina Costello Denied the Claims and Requested the Protective Order be Dismissed.
The New Hampshire Union Leader reports that Catrina Costello filed a petition to get the restraining order lifted.
She denied harassing or threatening the VanDalinda's.
Costello accused her neighbors of discriminating against her because of an "accident" involving her dog.
Costello reportedly wrote to the judge, "I believe the excessive dispute with constant complaints and false accusations to the local authorities is to initiate a stronger case to prevent a lawsuit on my behalf which involved personal injuries (dog bite to myself as well as my dog) which occurred on their property by their dog… Whether or not it is for their own personal entertainment to create more drama throughout the neighborhood, I prefer to keep to myself and refrain from building relationships with neighbors based on false pretenses.

When those first fat drops of summer rain fall to the hot, dry ground, have you ever noticed a distinctive odor? I have childhood memories of family members who were farmers describing how they could always "smell rain" right before a storm.
Of course rain itself has no scent.
But moments before a rain event, an "earthy" smell known as petrichor does permeate the air.
People call it musky, fresh – generally pleasant.
This smell actually comes from the moistening of the ground.
Australian scientists first documented the process of petrichor formation in 1964 and scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology further studied the mechanics of the process in the 2010s.
Petrichor is a combination of fragrant chemical compounds.
Some are from oils made by plants.
The main contributor to petrichor are actinobacteria.
These tiny microorganisms can be found in rural and urban areas as well as in marine environments.
They decompose dead or decaying organic matter into simple chemical compounds which can then become nutrients for developing plants and other organisms.
A byproduct of their activity is an organic compound called geosmin which contributes to the petrichor scent.
Geosmin is a type of alcohol, like rubbing alcohol.
Alcohol molecules tend to have a strong scent, but the complex chemical structure of geosmin makes it especially noticeable to people even at extremely low levels.
Our noses can detect just a few parts of geosmin per trillion of air molecules.
During a prolonged period of dryness when it has not rained for several days, the decomposition activity rate of the actinobacteria slows down.
Just before a rain event, the air becomes more humid and the ground begins to moisten.
This process helps to speed up the activity of the actinobacteria and more geosmin is formed.
When raindrops fall on the ground, especially porous surfaces such as loose soil or rough concrete, they will splatter and eject tiny particles called aerosols.
The geosmin and other petrichor compounds that may be present on the ground or dissolved within the raindrop are released in aerosol form and carried by the wind to surrounding areas.
If the rainfall is heavy enough, the petrichor scent can travel rapidly downwind and alert people that rain is soon on the way.
The scent eventually goes away after the storm has passed and the ground begins to dry.
This leaves the actinobacteria lying in wait – ready to help us know when it might rain again.

Fear Is A Barrier To Transformation - Duration: 3:12.
Hi everyone it's Lucy Ann I want to take the next few moments and continue our discussion
on transformation. What is it that
prevents us from totally allowing ourselves to be
transformed by the truth of God's word? And as I thought about this in my own
life and as I petitioned the Lord about it as I was preparing to
bring you a message today, I really sensed that fear
is something that keeps us bound. That fear is something that acts as a
barrier between us and who God wants us to be.
It acts as a barrier between us and what God wants us to do.
Often times we embrace fear as some kind
of protection when really it's a barrier.
There is a difference between being protected and there is a difference
between being a barrier, and fear does not protect us
Fear binds us. Fear keeps us, it's a barrier
that keeps us from the truth and the freedom that God has for us.
So today I want to read for you from God's word
so that you can hear for yourself what God says about it. And in Isaiah chapter
41 verse 10 this is what He says. So do not
fear for I am with you.Do not be dismayed
for I am your God. I will strengthen you
and I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right
hand. That's the truth of God's word.
That's the truth that will transform your mind. That's the truth that will break through
the barrier of fear. Embracing this truth
transforms your mind and gives you a different perspective when you realize it's
God who is strengthening you, it's God who is upholding
you. It's God who is helping you. His word also
in Psalms says that He is helping you now and forevermore.
He is watching over your coming and your going. If God is watching
over your coming and going, and He promises in His word that He will
strengthen you and He would help you. What do we have to fear?
Fear is a lie from the enemy, ladies. Do not embrace it.
Embrace the truth of His word that says do not fear.
So today in Jesus' name I come to you with power in the authority
of Jesus Christ and say Fear Be Gone! I break you off of my
sister's life and I set them free to embrace the truth of God's
word. So In Jesus' name ladies, be set free today
from fear. Transform your mind with the truth of God's word that says
you are loved, you are valuable. He's strengthening you, He's helping
you. He will never leave you or forsake you. Don't allow
the barrier of fear to keep you from being all that you can be.
To keep you from being who you were created to be. To keep you from loving the way
God wants you to love. You are lovable and you are
a loving person. Don't let fear prevent you from being that person.
Don't let fear prevent you from receiving all of God's love.
Remember you are irreplaceable. God loves you and
I love you, and until I see you again, May God Bless You, and make
it a great day!
