Hey guys, Phoebe here from Little Grey Box now Matt and I have just gotten back
from an amazing trip to Thailand where we spent four incredible nights in Koh Samui
now this was our first time visiting Koh Samui and we got the
opportunity thanks the amazing team at Centara Hotels and Resorts and now that
we're back I wanted to share with you our thoughts on the best places to stay
depending on what you're looking for out of your holiday plus a few insider tips
you need to know before you go
The best time typically to visit Koh Samui is
late December through to April that's when there's little rain and lots of sunshine
October to November they're more your rainy times that's your low
season that's where you're gonna get a slightly better rate on your hotel room
If you are hoping to tick that whale shark swimming off your bucket list your best
bet is March April or May
Matt usually tends to wear things like board shorts or
cotton shorts of some kind just with t-shirts or sweat wicking shirts
I felt most comfortable wearing shorts and kind of baggier linen tops I was in my
swimmers a lot I really felt like I needed a hat for the sun, lots of summer
dresses, cotton skirts, cotton t-shirts, anything that was really breathable and
light you want to pack things that are easy to just take out of your luggage
throw on and then go out for the day. If you need any more detail on what to pack
for Thailand I have a really great detailed guide for you on the
Little Grey Box website we'll link that in the comments below
We flew the whole way
with the guys at Thai Airways we flew from Brisbane to Bangkok where we had
a short one or one and a half hour layover and then we flew from Bangkok to Koh Samui
They were full service which meant the flight was more comfortable the
seats were great, the service was great, you guys they had two different kinds of
vegetarian pasta
You'll find Cosi Samui located right near Chaweng Beach
it's a short 15 minute drive from the airport and it's right next to the
Central Festival Mall. That's really good because it means there are so many
restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs, activities to do there are so many shops
to explore, so many places that you can eat, drink, shop, and just have a great time
The hotel itself is incredibly modern and it offers everything the
modern traveler needs. In place of your usual big you know kind
of resort style buffet breakfast they have a great little cafe set up
downstairs with lots of fresh food options, drinks, local favorites that you
can try and in place of that breakfast buffet they give you something called Freedom Credits
Now the rooms are fantastic they have two different room
types, there's your Cosi Standard and your Cosi Plus, it was really spacious I also
really liked that they had a huge bench sheet on the side of the room so it was
like another seating area. Of course, they've got a pool there's is a rooftop
pool and it's really cool it's got like a clear thing on the side there's also
no shortage of USB charging outlets around the room everything charges on
USB now and if a hotel only has one or none it can be a real pain in the butt
Free Wi-Fi! I need it all the time and I need it unlimited and the other thing I
really love that they had was a coin laundry. I mean we're not talking about
some super beachfront resort like you might find in... Seminyak or places in Bali
like that we're talking about a really practical hotel that's going to be
perfect for anybody who's keen to get out and then they want to have somewhere
really nice to come back to Cosi they've got it sorted
Now if the location sounds
right but that accommodation doesn't quite sound spot-on for you you'll also
find Centara Grand Beach Resort, now that is your big sprawling beachfront resort
Now that's where you'll find their incredible restaurant Coast Beach Bar & Bistro
Matt and I actually went there for Matt's birthday we had an
awesome night the cocktails are insane, they do amazing food there, the service
is fantastic, and it's just a great beach bar
Now if you're after more of that island
escape sort of style where you just go and hole up at a resort for a week or two
you want to be going to Centra by Centara Coconut Beach, now I'm just gonna
start calling it Coconut or Coconuts. It's about a 30-minute drive from Samui
airport to Coconuts and when you get there you're gonna feel like you are a
world away and that is what i loved about it. It felt like there was nobody
else around for miles. I think the people that work there just
have this vibe about them that makes you feel so welcome. Now there are a few
different room types depending on your budget. Now Matt and I stayed in a villa
and it was (claps hands) everything it was so nice, our villa was just a
beautiful size, the bed was comfortable it was set up so nice it was private
You could open up the windows on one side see all the nature but close everybody else
out on this side, the bathroom was huge, and it was located really close to the
second pool, the restaurant, and the beach. I'm definitely gonna say this wrong but
there's a beach that it's located onLamai Beach, don't roast me in
the comments no, you know what roast away I know you love it. So when you
go out to the beach it feels like there is nobody else around we saw maybe one
or two people there is some really sweet local dogs that will come up and say
hello if you want to say hello to them palm trees going in the background
the pool is there there's music playing They have a kayak and it's free you just go
Hey, hit me up with that yak and they'll give you the paddles and off you go for a little
paddle around the area. At the end of each day when the sun starts to set they
all come out onto the beach and they start setting up this beautiful dining
area right on the beach. The food is fantastic, they put on different theme
nights so they might have a seafood barbecue night or a steak night you go
down and you pick all your fresh barbecue seafood and they will cook it up for you
right in front of you and then bring it over to your table. If this was my annual
leave, my annual holiday, and I had about a week or so I would spend two nights at
Chaweng Beach at Cosi Samui and then I would move myself for five nights down to Coconut.
Now if that kind of a holiday is what sounds right to you but you want to
step it up a little bit more and have more of a luxe experience you want to
take a look at Centara Villas Samui so we got to go there for lunch and do a
bit of a site tour around the place they have these gorgeous private villas some
of them have their own private pools which I think would just be perfect for
anybody on a really romantic getaway, maybe it's your honeymoon and
anniversary, something special like a milestone birthday that's where you would
want to stay because you can really hole up in your villa you know get the room
service, swim in your private pool all day
Thank you so much for watching you guys
If you don't already, be sure to join our travel fun family and subscribe
Say hello in the comments below.
Have a great weekend you guys and I will see you next week
Love ya!

Because... I think I will die by all these cars!
Ok. We're here! What is it called?
Gray..
Just Gray...? lol
Of course, you come to a place called "Gray"...
(All these packets have different blends of coffee inside)
This kid comes to a cafe called "Gray" because..
he likes grey (the color).
I'm disappointed (smh).
Grey's the most cool color in the world.
(Barista seems super focused on making the coffee)
Got.. affogato!
And it's...
"Wake Up" (blend)
I got Americano too!
This one is...
Ethiopia (blend)
This one is more sweet, and this one's most bitter one!
(These cups are reuseable too.)
Cup looks really expensive!
So my brother wants to have dinner together..
So we decided to eat..
Chicken.
But...
My parents called..
And they said they have kalbi
So now we're eating kalbi instead.. and chicken.. maybe.
Maybe (lol)
But I'm not going to film there..
cuz they don't really want to be on camera.
We'll see...
We have really bad headache cuz of the.. (coffee)
The coffee was so strong (but good!)
Anyways.. I may or may not record later.
So.. until then..
(Still decided to come out and eat chicken with his brother lol)

3 Tips to Help You Successfully Drop Off Your Promotional Copies - Duration: 1:53.
Do you find yourself having a hard time
handing out promotional copies,
approaching different businesses, who to
talk to, what to say, how to get a
promotional copy in the front door? Well,
I'm here to help you with that today
Hello, my name is Phoenix Falkenrath. I'm
one of the marketing advisors here at
ReminderMedia, and today we're gonna
talk about how to approach a business to
hand out your promotional copies. When it
comes to handing out promotional copies
for local businesses, it's important to
have a plan of action. Showing up, and
dropping them off and leaving is not the
best approach. It doesn't help you build
any relationships. So, the first thing I
would recommend doing, is setting a plan
of action. Setting your course. Choose
four or five places that you can easily
access close together to hand out
promotional copies. Next, once you have
your list you'll actually want to show
up. Don't just leave the promotional copy
is sitting in the passenger seat of your
car.
It can be intimidating and a little
nerve-wracking to show up to an office
that you've never been before to hand
out a promotional copy, but I promise
with a little practice, you'll be walking,
and handing out copies in no time. Now
that you've made it to the hardest part
of this journey, simply walk up to the
front desk.
Don't leave the copy, and make a quick
getaway. Talk to the person, the
receptionist, the person at the front
desk, let them know why you're there.
Engage with them, tell them that you have
a fantastic publication. It's
personalized, but it has entertaining
articles and fun to read recipes. Let
them know that you support local
businesses and you want to help build
your community presence. By being able to
have this conversation with them, they're
gonna be hard-pressed to be able to tell
you know no, that you can't leave your
copy there. Because you've already
engaged with them, and built a
relationship. So in short, be bold,
be confident, and be yourself. And if you
liked what you've seen, click on the link
below, but remember you have to take
action today.

25 Shocking Mental Illness Facts You Won't Believe - Duration: 7:06.
While the topic of mental illness has been in the headlines recently with the deaths
of Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade, more often than not, it's swept under the rug and ignored.
Mental disorders affect peoples' thinking, mood, and feelings, and depending on the severity,
can be debilitating for their quality of life.
Every person experiences it differently, and there's a wide array of mental illnesses,
like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Just like the variety of conditions, there's also no one easy way to treat mental illness.
It can be a lifelong journey for some.
Still, as we'll soon discover, people who seek out and receive treatment are much better
off than those that don't.
I'm Mike with List25 and I think after hearing these 25 Shocking Mental Illness Facts You
Won't Believe, you'll find this a problem we can no longer ignore.
25.
Of the mental illnesses, anxiety disorders rank the highest in the United States with
40 million adults (18.1% of the population) suffering from them.
24.
According to the CDC, studies have shown that 50% of American adults will develop at least
one mental illness in their lifetime.
23.
In the United States, mental disorders have a higher prevalence in the southern states
in comparison to the rest of the country.
For example, depression estimates in Mississippi were 13.7% in contrast to North Dakota's 4.3%.
22.
8.3 million adults ages 18 and older have reported having suicidal thoughts.
21.
According to WHO, suicide accounts for 800,000 global deaths a year.
It's the second leading cause of death for people 15 to 29 years old.
20.
Soldiers who have gone off to war or people who have lived through a major disaster are
twice as likely to have a mental disorder.
19.
In a recent study, 487,700 people were treated at emergency facilities for self-inflicted
injuries.
18.
People with mental illness face two great challenges: the disease and the social stigma
that comes with it, which can rob them of good jobs, safe housing, and satisfactory
health care.
17.
Many people with a mental illness are afraid of the stigma attached.
Only 44% of adults with a mental disorder actually receive treatment.
16.
Many stigmas stir up fears and make others look down on people with mental illness for
being both dangerous and irresponsible.
Often, others pin people with mental disorders as having made bad choices.
15.
However, many studies have shown genetics, brain defects or injury, prenatal damage,
abuse and trauma, or exposure to toxins play a larger part in mental illness than choices
made by individuals.
14.
Worldwide, human rights violations are rampant against people with mental illness, including
unwanted restraint, denial of basic needs, and lack of privacy.
Few countries have laws put in place to protect them.
13.
Not just adults are affected.
Roughly 3.1 million young people aged 12 to 17 had a major depressive episode in 2016.
12.
Of these countless young people, the prevalence was found higher in females (19.4%) in comparison
to males (6.4%).
11.
According to the World Health Organization, around 20% of the children in the world have
a mental illness or disorder.
Even more troubling, most low to middle income countries only have one psychiatrist for every
1 to 4 million people.
10.
In a 2015 study reported by the CDC, 15.8% of high school students reported they considered
attempting suicide.
9.
Many experts believe there is an acute mental illness crisis brewing among the current young
generation and that 80% of them aren't receiving treatment.
8.
According to a study published in EMBO Reports, the total direct and indirect economic cost
of mental illness was $2.5 trillion in 2010.
Notably, the direct costs, such as getting actual healthcare treatment, were significantly
lower at $0.8 trillion than the indirect costs which were $1.7 trillion.
7.
Increasing the availability of mental health services isn't as costly as one might think.
According to WHO, low to middle income countries increasing their spending to $2 to $4 dollars
per capita is all that's needed.
6.
Despite the increasing need for mental illness care, health insurance companies continue
to skimp on coverage according to a recent study by Milliman, a risk management and health
care consulting company, forcing many individuals to pay out of pocket.
5.
In the United States, rather than treating the mentally ill, we put them in prison instead.
A 2016 study found that in every U.S. county with a jail and psychiatric facility, a greater
number of mentally ill adults were found in jail rather than the psychiatric facility.
4.
Untreated mental illness can be devastating to families, causing a spiral down effect
that only gets worse and more challenging.
Children are often isolated from their peers due to stigma, and struggling parents may
be unemployed for long stretches of time.
3.
Despite the need for increased spending on mental illness issues, the latest Fiscal Year
2019 budget proposal slashed the Department of Health and Human Services budget by $17.9
billion.
2.
Naturally, proper health care and treatment is vital in helping the issue.
According to WHO, 70 to 90% of mental illness patients that sought proper treatment saw
a significant reduction in symptoms.
1.
The benefits of treating mental illness greatly outweigh the costs of ignoring it.
According to a recent study, for every dollar spent on treating mental disorders the return
on investment could be fourfold.
If you or someone you know struggles with mental illness and has had suicidal thoughts,
seek help.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Chernobyl - Lab X-19 (Brain Scorcher) - Duration: 15:26.
This level, much like the Miracle Machine, is on a timer.
You get about 6 minutes to complete it, which shouldn't be too hard. The level feels maze-like and you will encounter 3 bloodsuckers.
None of the code locked doors are actually locked, apart from maybe one of them.
The door on the right cannot be opened, and when you force it open using the door glitch you'll just walk into a wall.
This room has the first bloodsucker in it, you can get out of it's reach by standing where I stand.
Do note that the damage from all these illusions ramps up quickly, they deal psi-damage so a SEVA is recommended. You can also use psi-protectant pills.
That door hosts a variety of ammo and grenades.
Second bloodsucker coming up from the door out of this room.
The third one comes from out behind the fence.
The M4 Beowulf deals enough damage to dispatch most mutants in a single hit.
These documents may or may not be present depending on your gamemode and game.
Now that we've disabled the Brain scorcher, we've gotta make our way out. You can also turn it back on, which will induct you into the monolith if you're playing CoC like I am.
It turns out that the monolith don't really like having the Brain Scorcher turned off, we'll soon see that they won't let us leave without a fight.
I quicksave just in case I die, I don't feel like sitting trough the cutscene again if I would.
Now that the actual monolith has called out for us to make our way to the centre of the zone, we get a quest for it. It promises to fulfill all our desires.
I know where the soldiers spawn on this level from all the times I've been here before in SoC and CoC, so it'll look more trivial from my perspective.
I did not expect them to use a RPG here. Them not dying to it is a testament to their tenacity.
I fall back to give myself breathing room while the animation plays.
If he had actually turned I would've died from that rocket.
That could've gone horribly wrong if that barrel wasn't there.

YOONKOOK | BTS Suga - Trivia 轉: Seesaw [FMV Eng sub] - Duration: 4:06.
In the beginning, well, it was fun
Just going up and down itself
Before we knew, we both became sick of
Meaningless waste of emotions
A repeated seesaw, seesaw game
Having come this far, I got sick of, got sick of it
A repeated seesaw, seesaw game
We both got tired and became sick of it
Was the small argument the beginning?
The moment when I became heavier than you
There has never been a paralleled balance from the beginning
would that be why we were more eager to reach the balance?
If it was love, and if it's the word love itself,
would there be any need to repeat it?
It seems like we're both tired and holding the same card in our hands
Then, well...
All right, a repeated seesaw game
I try to put an end to it only now
All right, a boring seesaw game
Someone has to get off this seesaw
Thought I can't
Let's not read each other's face trying to figure out who's getting off or not
Let's not drag it on and do as we please
Let's now make the decision whether to get off or not
A repetitive seesaw game
Now stop
How crafty the heart of a person is
Though we know one will get hurt if the other is not there
because we both don't wanna be the bad guy
we continue to awkwardly pass the buck, umm umm
and end up becoming exausted, ironically reaching the paralleled balance
Ay this is not the kind of balance I wanted
In the beginning, we brag about who is heavier
and smile, looking at each other
Now we begin to compete over who is heavier
It became the tinderbox for a war
It seems like, eventually, someone will have to get off and end this
We should stop pretending to care for each other and decide now
If we didn't have feelings for each other
if we didn't think of each other
would we have dragged it on like this?
if you don't have any more feelings
being on this seesaw is dangerous, dangerous
Stop thinking about me
All right, a repeated seesaw game
I try to put an end to it only now
All right, a boring seesaw game
Someone has to get off this seesaw
Though I can't
(Hol' up, Hol' up) I walk on this seesaw that you aren't on
(Hol' up, Hol' up) Just like in the beginning when you weren't here
(Hol' up, Hol' up) I walk on this seesaw that you aren't on
(Hol' up, Hol' up) I get off this seesaw that you aren't on
All right, a repeated seesaw game
I try to put an end to it only now
All right, a boring seesaw game
Someone has to get off this seesaw

Let's not read each other's face trying to figure out who's getting off or not
Let's not drag it on and do as we please
Let's now make the decision whether to get off or not
A repetitive seesaw game
Now, stop
(Hol' up, Hol' up) I walk on this seesaw that you aren't on

Give away your best stuff for free - Duration: 3:40.
You should give away your best stuff for free.

Do you have a misconception what people actually want to buy?
A lot of people, they are an expert in whatever
field and they think, the thing that people want to buy or steal is their knowledge.
But it's actually not the knowledge, like knowledge is cheap. You can
basically type in Google any search term or go on YouTube and google any topic,
you find some tutorials, someone who has already talked about this.
This is not what people want to buy. They want to have peace of mind, they want to have
implementation of content. By you sharing your knowledge and expertise on a social
media platform, on your website and blogs, articles on Medium, on LinkedIn, you're
demonstrating your knowledge, your expertise. People build trust in your
abilities that you will be able to help them solve their problems.
Let's say, you're a lawyer. And you tell people 100 things that people have to put in a specific
contract. Another lawyer might just take your insights and create their own legal document.
But people don't want to buy this.
They want to buy peace of mind, security. Can you create one for me that comes
with a guarantee where I can be sure that I'm not going to get sued,
proof-read by you and you taking on the guarantee that this is like in sync with
all the current laws. Busy and successful people have one resources they lack the most.
It's time. So if you come there and you can explain to them, this is
exactly how you can solve this problem and this is going to take a lot of time.
What's going to happen, is they want to have you implement this for them, they
built trust, they think, yeah it sounds completely logical what you're saying
and you seem to be the person who knows what you're talking about, so why don't
you do it for me? By creating content and giving away your best knowledge for free,
you're creating trust, you're getting more clients, you're building
relationships and you're getting a lot of traffic for your content on your
website. So this is one of the reasons why we have our Vivid Talks concept the
way it is. We insist that speakers and panel guests give away their best tips
away for free. There are people approaching me that
tell me I'm gonna pay you money. Can I speak for you? I'm just gonna pay
you something. They want to do some on stage sale. They
have some, they want to hold something back and I always declined this. We don't
want to have this. If you want to speak at one of those Vivid Talks events, you
have to give away real insight that really help people and trust me, you're
gonna get more business from this than by holding anything back or trying any
funny tricks to get people to buy something off stage. You want to build
real trust, real relationship. So let me know in the comments, what do you think
about giving your best stuff away for free? Are you giving away some of your
best steps away for free? Like what are you giving away and if you are not
currently doing it, are you considering doing it? Are you convinced?
Let me know below and make sure you follow me for more marketing strategies
and business recommendations.
