hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book the journey of an ascended master and in
this video I'm gonna take you in an experience on self forgiveness so stay
tuned take a couple of deep breaths before we go into this experience I want
to notice that the past is in the past
present is today in the future you will be there once we're going to focus
ourselves put in a moment the present
nor would we keep living in the past people living in this events what
occurred the blame on yourself he killed that you feel and the defense we're
running through your system in your mind all the time your energy is leaking your
energy is flowing away there's no joy in life anymore
when this keeps going on I really have to move beyond you really have to set
yourself free from this inner burdens
this inner places the dark places in you the dark times where you have been in
this all doesn't matter anymore you have to forgive yourself we have to
move beyond this is easier said than done we would like to forgive ourselves
we would like to move beyond one of anything in the world but any every time
you try to every time you think I'm done now I'm over it you still keep
thinking about it you still keep having it in your presence every time you in
your son you meet someone or you hit a memory in your brain directional links
to the events to the happenings and they killed and blamed to yourself
we are here to move beyond we are here to forgive yourself but in order to
forgive yourself I want you to go back to that event I want you to think about
it and you have to be totally okay to what happened you have to be okay to do
whatever you did to be the person you were no matter what happened you have to
be okay no matter what was you hurt no matter
what you have done
it is okay you don't have to live with the blame and a guilt anymore you don't
have to live with it if you want to move beyond be okay with it
the moment you can be okay but what you have done who you have been and what
happened
you can be here in the present and you can forgive yourself you can forgive the
one you wear back then you cannot change it you cannot go back
and undo it the only thing that you can do is to be okay and stop blaming
yourself stop blaming the you who did this
and breathe back all your energies out of the moment into the non moment take
all your energies with you when you're moving from that time period back here
in the present not just a bit but every single cell every single piece of energy
raises back here in an hour moment so that you finally can forgive forgive
yourself and finally can move beyond be fully here present to have you in your
energies all here now

[MV] DSPS - 冬天再去見你 See You in Winter (English Subtitles) - Duration: 5:36.
See You in Winter
As I make my way through the woods
Through the dancing shadows of trees
Sound of your voice inside of me
But your eyes, I do not see
Making my way across the deep seas
I see the dance of lights from beneath
From the ocean floor I seek your frequency
But caught only glimmers of your fleeting
As I make my way through the woods
Through the dancing shadows of trees
Sound of your voice inside of me
But your eyes, I do not see
See you in winter
See you in winter
Frailty fills
dazed and misty air
See you in winter
You said we'd meet in winter
I stood frozen in the ground
Knowing winter never visits this town
As I make my way across the snow
See the tracks in footprints
Words fail me, not a single one came to me

Something for the Weekend: Castelli Idro Pro waterproof jacket - Duration: 1:59.
It's that time of week again, it's
Something for the Weekend – the weekly
segment in which we take a look at some
of the latest and greatest tech to land
here in the RCUK office. And while it
may not seem it, thanks to the weather
today, autumn is most certainly on the
way. So what do I have for you today? This.
This is Castelli's Idro Pro
waterproof jacket and it's a pretty
special item indeed because it is made
from Gore-Tex shake dry fabric. Now 'what
is shake dry?' you hear me ask. Well, the
clue is in the name. Shake it and it will
dry off. The water that lands on this
garment will bead forever and ever and
ever and ever and ever thanks to the
Gore-Tex membrane that is exposed. So
usually this this fabric here – the
Gore-Tex itself – is sandwiched in between
two different layers of fabric, but here
it is on show for the outside world and
while it's delicate – you couldn't get
away with wearing a bag for this – it's
fantastically good at keeping you dry.
Now we're the Idro Pro is separate from
waterproof jackets of past is in some of
the other features it has. These stretch
panels for the first time are now featured
on the jacket, which is especially useful
for the road cycling market. It means that
the jacket is going to be fitted just a
little bit better to your form and not going
to be flapping around in the wind so
much. The other thing I really like about
this jacket are the pockets on the rear.
I haven't seen pockets on the shake dry
jacket before I think it's a really nice
feature, especially with the extended tail
keeping your bum dry. It's just as
packable as previous jackets and it's
fantastically lightweight – this jacket
here comes in at 158 grams. I have had
some amazing experiences with shake dry
jackets. I've been in torrential rain
and they've kept me bone dry, but I'm
interested here if you guys have any
success stories. Do let us know in the

Tip of the Week - Success Formula (Learn) - Duration: 1:47.
Hi and welcome back to ActionCOACH Portsmouth's Tip of the Week.
Last week, we spoke a little bit about Goals. Now I want to talk to you about
the learnings. In order to achieve those goals it comes back to a little bit
about the Identity Iceberg. Who do you need to be? What skills do you need? What
beliefs do you need? What learning do you need to go and do? In order to have a
business with turnover of 30/40% up on where you are right now or today,
who do you need to be? What skills do you need? Do you need to be better at
managing your finances? Should you need to be better at managing your team/ your
time? Do you have to have a more well-defined plan? We've got to go and
learn how to do this. It comes back to when you started your business, you probably
started in something you knew, an area you were strong in. Now, we've got to
start to say, well in order to be a great business owner, what you need to learn?
What is it you need to learn in the next 90 days in order to really help you
achieve your goals in twelve months time. You've got to do the learning before we
can take the steps and the actions in order to get to where you want to be. So
what are you reading? What are you watching online? Where are
you getting your learnings from? Who are you getting your learnings from? Who's
really holding you accountable to keep learning and be forever developing? Once
again, if you want to talk to us about this in a little bit more detail, on how we
help our clients stay on that learning cycle and learning road, we'll be more
than happy to speak with you. I look forward to speaking with you all next week

How well do you know UK Tech? Representation of women - Duration: 1:11.
As if! That's really good.
I think I know this one I think it's B, 19%.
Diversity is very important but I'm afraid we won't be that good
on it so I reckon it's gonna be B.
A, 8%. (Buzzing noise indicating wrong answer)
As if! I'm probably thinking as a developer.
It's B, 19% and it's very disappointing. (Ringing noise signifying the correct answer)
It's not enough though is it?
We, gotta get out there you know? We gotta solve this problem.
Not surprised. Disappointed.
We need to push for greater diversity for a number of reasons,
not least of all is we're creating artificial intelligence
and we're embedding it with
the same prejudices of the same white males.
So it's really, really important that diversity is encouraged
in tech at this point in time.
Yeah, hire more women!
(laughing) That's the soundbite of the day!

Top 5 TRUE Sea Myths - Duration: 7:11.
Hi and welcome to Marc One Sailing I'm Marc and today we're going to talk about
five seafarers myths that were actually true
some of you may have heard of a
mysterious mythical sea creature that wrecks entire ships and devours them
whole, especially if you've seen some of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Yes
we are talking about the Kraken! THE Kraken has its origins in north
mythology but similar creatures are part of different cultures and myths! Now, I
don't know about that last part devouring ships whole and all that, but
huge squids, the giant squids do exist and we're probably the reason these
stories sparked into existence. The giant squid can grow up to 13 meters or 43
feet but there's an even bigger version out there, the colossal squid. This
creature is estimated to grow up to 12 to 14 meters or 39 to 46 feet long and
can possibly weigh up to 750 kilograms 1,600 pounds. A myth that only turned out
to be true recently, are freak waves also called rogue waves. These gargantuan
waves are not tsunamis which are actually caused by earthquakes. Tsunamis
unlike freak waves only grow to their tremendous size near the coasts in 1995
strong scientific evidence for the existence of rouge waves came with the
recording of what has become known as the Droupner Wave! Now think about that
this wasn't much more than 20 years ago up until then nobody believed in these
things the droupner E is a structure in a gas
pipeline support complex. It had state-of-the-art equipment on it to
measure wave height and wave slope. The platform was built to withstand a
calculated one in 10,000 years wave with a predicted height of 64 feet or
nineteen point five meters. On January 1st 1995 it recorded an eighth feet
rouge wave, a lot higher than it was built to withstand, that hit the rig at 45
miles an hour or 72 km/h. This was the first confirmed measurement of a freak
wave more than twice as tall and steep as its neighbors. But rogue waves are not
the largest myth we are going to talk about today not even when we're talking
about the actual physical size! But you'll have to wait for the number one
for that! The next myth that sort of turned out to be true is another creature
the mermaid. Now no,these beings do not really exist as they are or were
depicted! However the creatures they are probably based off of, do exist! The myth
of mermaids goes way back even the ancient Greeks had Syrens which were
often depicted as mermaid like creatures! Even Christopher Columbus had a mermaid
sighting! Little did he know that this encounter was actually the first written
record of manatees in North America. Yes! Manatees, these creatures are probably
the basis of what we call mermaids now not quite as attractive but when sailors
set out to sea for months on end they may even find manatees attractive though
I do admit they are kind of cute in a certain way. but but not .... not like that
The next myth is another one depicted in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Flying
Dutchman is a legendary ghost ship that can never make port and is doomed to
sail the oceans forever! Sightings in the 19th and 20th century report this ship
to be glowing with a ghostly light. If hailed by another ship the crew of the
Flying Dutchman will try to send messages to land or to people long dead
an ocean lore the sight of this phantom ship is a portent of doom!
So, am I saying this ship of the undead and banished actually exists? Yes!
Well... yes and no! I am saying something like this has actually been seen by
sailors but no, it's not a doomed ship at all, well at least most of the time,
I hope. The myth is likely to have originated from the 17th century Golden
Age of the Dutch East India Company. The explanation is quite simple: a superior
Mirage or fata morgana seen at sea. Another optical effect known as looming
occurs when rays of light are bent across different refractive indices. This
could make the ship just off the horizon appear hoisted in the air, just like
this, or this, or even that... with some imagination. Now to the biggest most
incredible myth that turned out to be true maybe ever: America! Yes, the
existence of some other continent that might exist was talked about even before
Columbus! Now as we all know by now, Columbus was not actually the first to
discover the continent, therefore a story of a huge land mass to the west might
have survived after the actual first discoveries! Also types of wood, that were
unknown to be European nations sometimes washed up on their west coast. Tropical
trees and plants for instance. This sparked the myth that another continent
might exist in that direction. Even though Columbus did not head out in
that direction to find this continent, we all know he did and we know discovered
America again. The myth of the land mass was myth no more and I believe most of
you watching will agree that it actually exists! Thanks for watching! If you like

platform, that will really help a lot! You can also follow us on Instagram Twitter
