Workshop 2.0: what you need to know | War Robots - Duration: 4:32.
Hello, pilots!
This is Stan from War Robots team.
And today we talk about Workshop 2.0.
The new Workshop that arrives with the update 4.2.
With it, you can produce components for almost every known robot and weapon.
Using Silver and nothing else.
We are sure you want to know more so here's how it works.
Say, you want an Inquisitor.
You are sooo close to building it, but still a couple hundred of components short.
Your actions?
First - open the Workshop
Then order a couple packs of Inquisitor components
Next day, collect freshly-made pieces
And here it is, now you've got enough to build an Inquisitor!
Technically, the new Workshop makes everything you see obtainable with Silver
the most basic War Robots currency.
You choose an item, spend some grey coins and get exactly what you ordered later.
As before, Workshop becomes more capable as you use it.
First, you get more production slots: at the beginning you can produce only 1 item at the
time but it goes up to 6 as your Workshop levels up.
You also learn to produce components in bigger batches, which is more efficient
both resource- and time-wise.
Each component batch takes a fixed amount of time and resources, but you can speed up
the production like you do it with item upgrades.
Don't want to wait?
Inject some Gold and get the job done instantly.
Completing an item from scratch might take a while, but keep in mind: Workshop is designed
as one of many places to get components from.
In most cases, you'll use it to complete items that you're already on the way towards.
Before you could struggle to collect last bits of, say, Mender — now you won't have to.
Want something?
Build it in Workshop.
It is that simple.
Now questions time.
Any questions?
What kind of equipment the new Workshop produces?
You can order anything that was previously attainable for Components, Gold or Workshop Points.
And you still have an option to get classic items for Gold or, in some cases, Silver.
Some component-based items will also be available for gold.
Check our official website for the details.
What happens to the old Workshop?
The new Workshop takes its place.
All your progress in the old Workshop will be transferred to the new one.
For example, if you had it maxed, you'll have everything (production slots, batch sizes)
unlocked by default.
So don't worry if you invested heavily into the Workshop before
You won't have to start over again.
What about Workshop Points?
We're giving them a send-off.
You've already seen special deals for spending Workshop Points.
We also convert all WSP into Black Market Keys.
You'll receive one key for every 5 unused WSP you'll have left.
5 Workshop points - 1 key.
Okay, Workshop is here.
What comes next?
What's next?
There's at least one thing we don't have covered yet.
We HAVE to ensure that every component is useful and nothing is a dead weight.
In one of the later updates Workshop will also allow you to convert components you don't need into something you want
into something you want
We expect to deliver component conversion around the update 4.3.
If plans change, we'll let you know.
Collect Silver.
Get components.
Build everything you ever wanted to own.
Melt your enemies.
Have fun
This is the Workshop in a nutshell, and it is finally coming.
Hell, it's about time!

Vintage Hawaiian Dress Transformation ~ Dress To Top, Skirt & Belt - Duration: 7:02.
[Music]
Welcome to The Dress Up Mom.
[Music]
In this video, I am going to show you how I took a beautiful, unique, vintage Hawaiian
dress and turned it into a two piece set, a top and a skirt that I can wear separately
or together.
But first, thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate it.
If you are a regular viewer or subscriber, I absolutely love you, thank you so much.
If you are new to the channel and you like what you're seeing please subscribe.
It's the button, it's here, it will mean the world to me.
I'm trying to grow this channel.
We are also on all of the social media outlets, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter @thedressupmom
#thedressupmom and you can check us out there too.
I was recently at one of my absolute favorite places, Bad Madge in South Park here in San
Diego.
This place is just a treasure trove of things, clothing, accessories, as well as home furnishing.
Tanya, the owner, and her staff are incredible pickers and just really find these incredible
things.
She recently expanded out and now is double the size, so there are twice as many treasures
in there.
I just love going in there.
So, I was sort of roaming around and in the back of the outside area, Tanya has her sort
of Hawaiian section.
She has a Tiki party every year, she's getting ready for that and she has these incredible
Hawaiian dresses, tops, all sorts of stuff, and I'm really a sucker for those.
Especially the incredibly cool vintage ones that she seems to get.
Now, I have several of them that I incorporate into my wardrobe and wear quite often, so
it has to be pretty unique for me to sort of pick up on it at this point.
I saw this one in there that I could not pass up.
The sleeves of it are amazing.
I've not seen those before the way that they are, and the lining of them, the way
that they move, it's just incredible.
I don't think, you know, they don't make stuff like that anymore.
So, that's what really drew me to it.
And, I also loved the little butterfly type closure at the top of it, which gives it more
of an Asian feel as well.
And then the print of this dress is so cool, I love it.
It's so vibrant.
I like the scenery of it, so I was really drawn to this dress.
But, like I said, I have quite a few of these dresses, so I was really not going to get
it and then I came upon this idea.
Because the top of it and the sleeves are so cool, I through it would make a really
cool top, like a shorter top that I could wear with jeans or with other things and sort
of wear separately and show off the sleeves of it.
Then, I don't really have very many cool, sort of flowy skirts that are a little bit
longer and I though the bottom part could be made into a skirt and there was plenty
of room to do both.
It fits fairly well, so it doesn't require a ton of alterations everywhere.
I got this idea to turn it into two pieces, so I hope it turns out well.
I'm excited about it because I think I'm going to have a lot fun doing this.
I'm taking this over to Donna, my wonderful tailor that I love, if you watch this channel,
from Donna's Tailor Shop in Encinitas.
Let's see what kind of magic we can do to this gorgeous dress.
[Music]
Rajka: Here we are with Donna and we are talking about making this into a two piece dress.
So, she pinned it here, right?
Donna: Yes, yes.
Rajka: Can you tell them what we're going to do?
Donna: Yes.
We make the length right there.
Rajka: Mm-hmm.
Donna: And the skirt, this will probably be the waist and we'll make the skirt for her.
Rajka: So, we're going to come back and she's going to cut and do all of that and
get the waist band started and they pick it up and get it all going.
All right sounds good.
Fitting number two, it's starting to look good, but we're going to take it in a little
bit.
[Music]
All righty.
I picked up the pieces from Donna and I do like how it turned out.
I love that they're two separates now that I can wear together or pieced with other pieces
to make them look modern and different.
I really am happy that I did this.
So, you can see how it looks together now.
I think it's really kind of fun and looks a little bit more modern, or at least a lot
more me.
Now, I have to say, in full disclosure, what happened is, when I went the first time to
do this, I made the skirt a lot longer.
I had it more, sort of, ankle length and had it tapered in a little bit.
I thought it looked okay, you can see here, but something was off.
So, it just shows that I don't get these right 100% the first time, but I usually end
up going back and figuring it out.
So, I think with the skirt a lot shorter, it makes it look a lot cuter and more me.
And then, what I ended up doing is, with all of the extra length of the skirt that I was
cutting off, I had a really thick long belt made that I could use to sort of wrap around
twice and tie in a bow.
I can also use this around my head, I can use it as a wrap for a bunch of other things.
But, I like this belt, because with the elastic on the skirt, it made it look like I didn't
have a waist.
So, I really kind of think this belt makes me look like I have waist and gives me a little
more shape.
As you can see, I am wearing the top a bunch of different ways, with jeans, with other
skirts.
I like that it's long sleeves, so I can kind of wear year around here in San Diego.
Then the skirt I can pair a bunch of different ways too.
I'm wearing it here for summer with just sandals and little tanks that I have.
But I can also see putting a sweater over it with maybe my Doc Martens or some sort
of fun shoes in the winter.
So, I think I'm going to get a lot of wear out of these two pieces and the best, so I'm
super glad I did this.
And, I love the print of it, it looks very Gogan to me.
That is what happened with this fun, cool, vintage Hawaiian dress from Bad Madge.
If you're in San Diego, go see Bad Madge over in South Park.
The cutest place with all sorts of fun, new and resale and vintage pieces and she's
got an unbelievable collection of all of the vintage Hawaiian stuff.
I've gotten some great pieces there.
And think about modernizing them, it's a really fun thing to do.
Thank you so much for watching, I hope you enjoyed this.
Until next time, have fun and dress it up a little.

GYMSHARK HAUL & Review | Gym and Athleisure Lookbook - Duration: 15:45.
*music*
If you're looking for a cute outfit to wear at the gym or something cozy for
your rest day then you've come to the right place. All the pieces I'm showing
you today are from a company called Gymshark. Look at all these leggings people.
I'm gonna show you some of my favorite workout outfits and a rest day outfit
that you can easily recreate. Also, at the end of this video I will let you know
how to get promo codes and cash back. Cash back! Promo codes!
I have never placed an order at Gymshark without having a promo code, they
always have one and I'll let you know how to get it. Now if you haven't heard
of Gymshark, uh... are you lying? They're pretty much everywhere these days,
they're a UK-based brand and you may recognize them from their Flex legging
as seen here. I hope you find some gym outfit inspiration and if you do give
this video a thumbs up and consider subscribing for new videos every week!
Without further ado, let's get into it.
Alright, so this first outfit is a great summer outfit, great summer colors, this
is the Flex legging in light gray marl / chalk pink. They have a matching Flex
sports bra but we're mixing and matching here so I'm pairing it with the new
ombre seamless bra. This is also a light gray marl to chalk pink. Now, the Flex
legging is really really stretchy and forgiving, it's also pretty long, so I end
up, you know, cuffing it at the bottom as you can see, and it actually creates a
great 7/8 length. If you are taller, these would be a great option for you, and if
you're shorter, pretty easy to do.A lot of girls and athletes tend to hike them
up but I will tell you this, if you hike them up too high, you're gonna get the camel
toe. If you just get it just above your hips, it is the perfect height. The
band is not too restricting which is why I like it to sit at the mid-rise level. I
don't know about you but when I train lower body, those are my sweatiest days
at the gym and unfortunately these will show sweat.. you know.. in all the wrong
areas.. so I save this outfit for a upper body day when I'm not sweating as much.
If you're not much of a sweater, then you're golden. Now, their ombre
seamless sports bra is from their second launch of ombre seamless. The ombre
bras.. you know they feel a little bit more stiff than the regular seamless
however they're still very very stretchy. I think these are more true to size than
the regular seamless are, I think the regular seamless are more forgiving than
necessary. These ones are just the right amount and they're so comfortable. Now I
don't have a very large chest, so.. it's really the perfect support for me, but if
you are somebody who needs a little bit more support then this might not be the
best option for you. If you still like this color combination, you can get the
Flex sports bra, I do find that the Flex sports bra is a little bit tighter, a
little less forgiving, which is where the support comes from. If you're gonna order
something, order two sizes your regular size and a size up just because it is
much tighter with the band. So I am personally not a hundred percent
comfortable with just showing up in the gym with just a sports bra and a pair of
leggings on I actually like to be a little bit more covered up, so to finish
this look off, I'm going to add the essential tee. This is a great cover-up
option. You're gonna get the sweat stains in this one but if you save it for a
less sweaty day, this is a great option. It has this little tie off on the side,
you can either leave it down for more coverage or tie it up for a super cute
look. You know Gymshark really goes back and forth with these on what's in stock
and what's not, I don't think that they have this chalk pink color in stock
anymore, but they do have this in white and white goes with everything so that
would also be a great option. I'm a size small across the board for all of these.
If you're not sure about your size, just go with your regular size, these are true
to size you won't be disappointed. These are the Fit leggings in sapphire blue -
ice blue. The sports bra is the vital seamless sports bra in seafoam green.
So in the last outfit I told you that the vital seamless is a lot more
forgiving than the ombre seamless. Let me tell you, when I say a lot more
forgiving, I'm not messing around. These are a LOT more forgiving. The seafoam one
you can kind of see through to the padding here, that's just because the
pads they put in here are white, not actually the color of the sports bra
which is a little bit annoying. Because this is so much more forgiving, I do size
down to an extra small, so if you like this look the
Fit leggings are actually 50% off right now. They're only $18. I always always
hesitant about these just because everybody says that they are not squat
proof and for me, if you're not a squat proof, I'm not really interested. The
rumors are true. They're not squat proof. One easy trick for that is to get a
complimentary top, tie it off at the waist, and then voila, you don't have to
worry about bending over and somebody seeing through your pants. So for this
outfit, instead of topping it off with the long sleeve vital seamless, I am
topping it off with the tank top. This is the vital seamless vest in seafoam green.
The seafoam is such a beautiful color, I'm absolutely obsessed with it right
now, I actually have a few different Tank Tops in this seafoam green. You can also
try out the t-bar vest, it's more of a loose tank top option for you. Personally,
I really like the sleek look that the vital seamless vest gives, you just kind of
*weird noise lol* So the bottoms are not nearly as long as the Flex leggings are, but they are
still a little bit long for me, I just cut them at the bottom. It still gives
you a super clean look to tie off at the end. The band is much more loose than the
previous flex that I tried on. If you are somebody who has a super tiny waist, these
might be an issue for you just because it does not have too much grab to it.
They do add a little plastic liner on the inside of the band here. Now, these
are not a high-rise legging, they are definitely mid rise. I don't know how you
can hike these up just because the band is so loose. If you hike them up, it's not
really gonna hold it up. The fact that it's not too tight means that mid rise
will not give you like a *weird noise again*.. you know.. little muffin top.. that's why I will wear these
with a tight tank top because I'm not getting that muffin top line. They do
have a matching sports bra for this, I've actually never tried the fit sports bras
before just because they don't have padding. I like to have padding because I
don't want to be like nipping out in the gym, and since it doesn't have padding
and can't imagine it's that supportive. If you're going to try this outfit out
and get the vital seamless sports bra, I highly recommend sizing down just
because it is so loose. Okay moving on! Shorts are
a great option for the gym, personally I was always worried about shorts just
because most companies when they make shorts they make them really really
short and then I find myself pulling them down all the time. If you are not
comfortable with what you're wearing in the gym, you're just not gonna have a
very good workout. These shorts are a great option, these are the dreamy shorts
in khaki green. They're a very buttery soft material but not really thick.
They're not thin so they're a little bit thicker than the fit legging but a
thinner material than the Flex legging. What I like about these is that they are
just long enough so they're not a short short but they're also high-rise. The
band here has a little bit of a line to it, they do have a very high rise. It's
not long, but it's not a super short. I do find myself sometimes tugging it down but
that's just because it is so buttery soft it will rise up, but once you pick
up a sweat, the sweat will help it kind of adhere to your skin better.. so break
up a sweat when you wear these right away so then they don't hike up! I'm
pairing this with the vital seamless bra in sand color. I actually bought this
color before I bought the seafoam green color and I stuck to a size small on
this. Every time they come out with a new color or something they always change it
up a little bit so the sand color and the same foam green color came out at
the same time and I have this in a small and let me tell you, now that I've gone
to the extra small in the seafoam green, this feels just a little too big on me.
But it is still very comfortable, very soft, just not very supportive
I am topping this off with the vital seamless tank top, this is pretty much
the same top as the last outfit that I showed you. The sand color is very
neutral, this would go with a bunch of different colors.
I find that their tank tops are a little bit tight. Any other loose tank tops
are true to size. But these ones are tight. So I size up to a medium. I can stick
with a small but I just don't like something totally constricting my body
when I'm working out. Just a personal preference. If you are fine with that
then stick your normal size, very versatile, check it
out, you'll like it.. No wardrobe is complete without an all-black outfit.
This next one is 90% black.. all black is super cute, super flattering, but just to
change it up a little bit I am throwing in some charcoal so it's not just
completely blacked out. Okay? This is the Flex legging in black marl - charcoal,
now this is something that I found throughout Gymshark's collection:
anything that they have in black tends to be a little bit more stiff. I don't
know what it is. This is something that I would wear for my leg day because you
know, really you don't get the sweat so much you know what I'm saying? This one, I'm
doing a matching set just because it's on sale. If you want to just try out a
flex sports bra just see what all the hype is about, to pick this one up. Black
goes with everything. And to finish off the look, this is the drape vest in
charcoal. It is very very loose, it's actually pretty long as well. The Gymshark
logo is right up front, the material is somewhat similar to the dreamy shorts
that I just put on but it's much more thin. You can see through it pretty
easily. The charcoal matches the charcoal on the band here. I like to tie this one
up into a knot just because it is so long. You can tie it up in the front, you
can tie it up on the side, if you want you can just leave it loose. You can also
tuck it in to the front and create a nice drape effect. It is a great option
for any day especially a day that you are sweating a lot because the back is
open and airy, plenty of room to breathe okay, that's what I need. I was a little
bit hesitant at first just because it is so long, because when I gets long, it
covers your butt, and I don't want to cover my butt, you know? You work hard for
your butt. So if you're looking for an all-black outfit this is a must and part
of its on sale! Most of the flex are squat proof and I will say this, on the
back of the legging and the detailing here it almost becomes like
a mesh when you bend over the part that matters where your butt actually is, this
is all squat proof. But right below where your butt meets your hamstring, this
becomes like a mesh. I still squat in it, I still wear it for leg day. You don't
get sweat lines. Like I said I'm really self-conscious about that, but this one
works. Okay, so those are the gym outfits that I have for you, next I'm going to
try on a rest day outfit. The only thing that I was hesitant about with
this one is that it looked really long. Like a long gown almost.. like a night
gown. This is the so soft sweater, I got it in white and I also picked it up in
this taupe color in both a small and an extra small. Here you can see the
difference between the small and the extra small in the taupe. Really, they're
just about the same length. I don't really see much of a difference there,
the band is actually pretty much the same as well, the arm length is almost
identical. There's not much of a difference there. When I did put it on, I
felt that the extra small was just more constricting than the regular small, this
sweater is not very stretchy. I think that's where the biggest difference in
size comes in. So when I put on the small it felt a lot more fitting. I would
definitely recommend going with your regular size, and I will say that this
sweater looks great on its own. It really feels like almost like a nightgown. If
you have roommates, you got to put on some pants.
I would pair these with the dreamy shorts in black, and like the khaki that
you saw earlier, these are not too short, not too long. They have a high waistband
here. If you wanted to wear a full-length legging beneath this, check out the
website because all the models wear are the full-length leggings. But personally,
I think that just gets a little bit too hot so a short is the perfect
alternative. I'm pretty confident black and go with pretty much any color. I
really like it with the taupe and the white. The white here you can see it's
actually not white white, it is a white marl so it has more of a grey tone to it.
As far as wearing this out in the town.. I think you can do it. If you have these black
shorts on, you can tuck the sweater underneath you. I saw one of the athletes,
Krissy Cela, I think that's how you say her last name.. she actually tucked it so
that it wasn't quite so long. When you tuck it when you're wearing the shorts,
it looks like you're just wearing a regular sweater and shorts. I think for this time
of year it is absolutely perfect so whatever you would do for your rest day
chores, I think this is a great go-to. Very comfortable, very soft, so soft!
Well that is all I have for you today, I hope you found some outfit inspiration
and before you place your order, check this out. There's this website called
Ebates and they give you cash back for simply shopping online at stores that
they are partners with. I don't really know how it works, but they get a credit
from Gymshark and in turn give you some percentage of your total back to you in
cashback through the Ebates website. Now the cashback isn't huge, sometimes it is a
five percent cashback day, sometimes it is 2.5%. My Ebates pops up in the corner of
my screen, it's like a little plugin that you can add to your search engine, and it
will tell you when cashback is available. All you have to do is activate it and
then place your order. Then, you'll get some kind of notification that your
cashback will be added the next day. Also, like I said at the beginning of this
video, there is always always a promo code available. If you wanted the Ebates
cashback and also the discount, the promo codes that show up on Ebates are the only
promo codes that are available. Another option for cash back is through
RetailMeNot, all you have to do is create an account and you just click on Gymshark
and it'll tell you what cashback options are available. Also, in addition
to RetailMeNot, there's Coupon Cabin, another cashback service. Those are
the only three that I've used, however if you wanted cashback, you can only use one
or the other. In my experience Ebates has been the
best, they have really good customer service. I know I'm talking about Ebates
a lot, this is not a sponsored video, I'm not affiliated with them in
any way, I just really love them and I use them
all the time whenever I shop online. I will put a link in the description below
that will take you directly to where you need to go to sign up and create your
own account, if you sign up through this link you'll receive an automatic $10
cashback bonus after your very first purchase from one of their partner
merchants such as Gymshark. I do receive a small referral bonus if you choose to
sign up through my link so thank you so much if you do! Thank you so much for
watching, don't forget to check out Gymshark, they have a
big sale going on right now. Sales are very rare for them and if you haven't tried
Gymshark before, now is the time. And until next time, I'll see you in the next
video. Peace Out!

कलोपासक भाग ६२ : क्रोशे ११: कातरलेल्या काठाची वीण Crab Stitch for Border - Duration: 4:11.
Hello friends, welcome to Kalopasak.
In this video we shall see one more method for border in crochet work.
The first technique we use for border is Half Double Crochet (hdc)
This one is another method for beautiful border.
This is known as Crab Stitch.
It looks more decorative.
It gets Scalloped shape.
In particular it is used for the border of rose leaf.
Let us see how to make crab stitch.
It is nothing but single crochet worked out in reverse direction.
Generally for the next row we turn and work from right to left.
But here we don't turn the work and go on from left to right.
After finishing the row DON"T TURN THE WORK and go on making single crochet from left to right.
Ch 1, don't turn, work sc in the next stitch to right.
Insert the needle in the next st on right yarn over and take the loop out, now there are 2 stitches on the needle,
Insert the needle in the next st on right yarn over and take the loop out, now there are 2 stitches on the needle,
Again yarn over and make 1 st out of 2.
Repeat this till end you will get beautiful border.
As I have told you, this crab st is used for the border of rose leaves.
Also it gives sturdy support to the work.

Signs and Symptoms of Appendicitis - Duration: 9:43.
Signs and Symptoms of Appendicitis
The appendix is an organ in the shape of a sac that's connected to the large intestine.
It's an organ that doesn't perform any vital functions.
Because of this, you can life a healthy life without it.
It's function is still unknown.
However, it's believed that it contains tissues that help the body with the immune system and immunity against infections.
Appendicitis is when the appendix becomes inflamed.
If not treated, the appendix can burst.
This puts you in a situation that can put your life at risk.
It's important that you get medical attention immediately if you have any symptoms of appendicitis.
This inflammation can cause many symptoms.
In addition, your appendix can rupture anywhere from 48 to 72 hours after the problem appears.
Because of this, you should know the symptoms of appendicitis so you're aware of them if they happen to you.
Abdominal pain.
The first symptoms of inflammation generally include the slow appearance of cramps, diarrhea, or an abdominal pain.
Your appendix grows large and inflamed.
Because of this, the mucous membrane in your abdomen becomes irritated.
This irritation can cause an acute pain in the lower right part of your abdomen.
This needs to be constant and severe to be consistent with the beginning of appendicitis symptoms.
Some people can feel the pain in other areas, too.
In this case, it's likely that the appendix is causing pain in the lower back or the pelvis.
A light fever.
Appendicitis usually causes fevers between 98.9ºF and 100.4ºF.
You can also experience cold sweats.
If your appendix bursts, the resulting infection can raise your temperature.
Your temperature could rise to 100.9ºF.
This also increases your heart rate.
Digestive problems.
Appendicitis can cause symptoms like nausea and vomiting.
It's possible that you will lose your appetite and won't feel like you can eat.
You can also suffer from constipation or severe diarrhea.
You could even have problems including difficulty passing gas.
If this happens, it could be a good indication of a partial or total obstruction of your intestine.
And, of course, this could be related to the underlying inflammation.
Symptoms of appendicitis in children.
Children aren't always able to describe how they feel.
It's also possible that they have trouble identifying the place of the pain at the time.
They might say that their whole abdomen hurts.
It can be a difficult task to determine if this pain is caused by appendicitis.
After all, it's possible to confuse it with something else.
It might sound similar to a stomach virus or a urinary tract infection.
However, it's always better to be cautious when there are symptoms of appendicitis.
A ruptured appendix is very dangerous for anyone.
But the risk of death is much higher in babies and young children.
Children under two years of age sometimes show the following symptoms when they are suffering from appendicitis.
Vomiting. A distended, bloated abdomen.
Sensitivity in the abdomen.
Children and adolescents older than that are more likely to feel the following:.
Nausea. Vomiting.
Pain in the lower right part of the abdomen.
Symptoms of appendicitis during pregnancy.
Many of the symptoms of appendicitis can imitate some of the side effects of pregnancy, including stomach cramps and nausea.
However, people don't always have the classic symptoms of appendicitis.
This is especially true at the end of a pregnancy.
During pregnancy, the appendix is much higher due to the growth of the uterus.
Because of this, it's possible that you will feel pain in the upper part of your abdomen instead of the lower right.
Pregnant women who suffer from appendicitis are more likely to experience symptoms such as:.
Heart burn. Gas.
Alternating periods of constipation and diarrhea.
What are the risk factors? Can I prevent appendicitis?.
Appendicitis can appear at any age.
But, it usually appears between the ages of 10 and 30 years old.
It is also just as common in men as it is in women.
You can't prevent it, but you can take some precautions to reduce the risk.
It's possible that you will have a smaller chance of suffering from it if your diet is rich in fiber.
You should increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat.
Some foods with a high fiber content you should eat are:.
Raspberries. Apples. Pears. Artichokes.
Green peas. Broccoli and lentils.
Black beans. Bran flakes.
Barley. Oat flour.
Increasing your fiber intake prevents the appearance of constipation.
It also reduces the future accumulation of fecal matter.
This is usually the most common cause of appendicitis.
Remember that you need to get to your doctor immediately if you or someone close to you has symptoms of appendicitis.
There aren't any home remedies that can help you.
And, it's possible that many of them will end up making things worse.
A doctor is the only person who can determine if it really is appendicitis.
It's possible that they will ask you for a blood and urine sample.
They use these to look for infections.
They may also want to do an abdominal sonogram or tomography.
These tests can be used to determine the inflammation level of your appendix.

Seether - Against The Wall (Acoustic Cover) - Duration: 3:30.
I was born to fly away and run across the sun
It faded out like a candle in the breeze Fading out like I'm supposed to
So everyday I'm against the wall with nowhere to turn to
And if I dare to believe it all it leaves me deflated
When my mind begins to stray and my thoughts begin to run
I've played it out I can't seem to find the peace I've heard about
Am I not supposed to?
So everyday I could lose it all, don't let this concern you
So will you catch me if I fall and keep me elated?
It's not complicated
And if I knew I could change it all I'd hope that you waited

Grounding Yourself: Very Powerful Technique - A Powerful Energy Healing Technique in the video too. - Duration: 15:38.
A very powerful technique to ground yourself and another for energy healing.
Hi guys are you interested in learning today a very powerful grounding
technique this technique will not only ground you to the earth it will enable
you to be able to draw the energy from the earth into you and help you create a
great balance if you're interested in learning this keep watching
hi this is becoming a better you by skeed I'm skeet and today we are going
to learn this very powerful grounding technique again this is a very ancient
technique these aren't techniques that I'm making
up there stuff that I'm discovering from entrant traditions to really help us go
down this rabbit hole build our energies and continue on our path so continuing
on the path or using Noddin Tian's using our internal energy flows again this is
all internal alchemy we're going to open not only a grounding channel through our
feet we're also going to open our hands as well so that we can send and receive
energy yeah I talked about in the past couple of videos about learning how to
heal with energy energy healing and this part is very very powerful so if you do
Reiki or angelic healing or any other type of energy healing you're going to
want to do this too okay so here we go I'm going to start with our song
breathing going to breathe it in to our lower Dan Tien we're going to breathe a
couple of times we're going to build it up up to about nine times it doesn't
have to be nine up to nine build that energy and to start to warm up in this
process we're going to pull it up rhenium and we're going to send it up
our back for the Kundalini if you like up into our up at NTN down through the
roof of our mouth down our throat through our front channel and the inside
of our pelvic bone and back down to the lower Dan Tien
to the skin up to around we're just making sure our channels are open okay
so this process to do this process the grounding process the earth process we
need to be standing for this technique we don't want to do is sitting make sure
you're barefoot if you can be standing on grass or an uninsulated flooring so
no rubber or anything like that it's gonna be way better you can do it
anywhere you're just gonna have four quick reactions and far more powerful
reactions if you are literally grounded to the earth breathe in we're gonna take
the energy from my lower down TM we're going to take it up to our solar plexus
we're gonna bring it round a bit like the belt it's slightly higher just
warming up the solar plexus good we're warming up the solar plexus here because
we're going to need this warm for when we send the energy down
and what we're gonna do we're gonna send the energy we're gonna have it in our
lowered NT and we're gonna bring it up to our solar plexus and then we're gonna
push it down and we're gonna push it down and this energy is going to go to
the outside of our hips down the outside of our legs down the outside of our
knees and we're gonna go to our second toes and then we're going to go to the
middle of the foot so just behind the ball of the foot where the major
meridian is and we're gonna hold the energy there and if you need if you find
any blockages concentrate on that point for a second breathe in breathe out
release the blockage and keep doing that until the blockage is clear and so we
have a nice clean flow down to that Meridian and then we're going to keep
pushing the energy we don't normally push energy we normally just help it
flow and follow the flow but this time we're gonna push it and we're gonna push
down into the earth through that Meridian we're gonna keep pushing down
and keep pushing down until you feel a heat from that point in your foot now
it's gonna be quite an intense heat it's not something you're just gonna imagine
you're really gonna feel this heat and it can get quite hot it might even feel
burning hot that's how hot it can get so you're you're gonna know once you've
opened this Meridian I mean there's no mistaking it with your feet parallel
like in the last video slightly about shoulder-width apart
pelvis forwards and relaxed so your pelvis is relaxed so your legs are
relaxed so you can be standing here for hours you can have no aches strains
pains muscular or joint okay breathe in Sun breath night nice deep song breath
start accumulating the energy in your lower Dan Tien
slow breathing in and out constant
drawing the energy into your lower Dan Tien
if you need to clench your perineum slightly bring that energy up to your
solar plexus do not let it go past your diaphragm and then push that energy down
to the outside of your hips down your knees the outside of your knees over the
bridge of your foot to your second toe when it hits the edge of your second toe
bring it down back to the center we're ready and in the center of your foot and
push push it down into the earth and just keep pushing and keep pushing and
keep pushing keep breathing that external Chi into your lower Dan Tien
bring it up to your solar plexus send it down to the outside of your hips down
the outside of your knees down to your lower to your second toe to the tip of
the toe and bring it back to that meridian and push it down into the earth
and just keep going until you feel that immense heat burst from the point of
your hood if it's already happening that's amazing this might take several
sessions of practice to be able to do that's absolutely fine the more you
practice this the more likely in the faster it's going to happen as I said
there's no mistaking this you're gonna get that intense sensation of heat your
feet are going to feel that higher vibration once you can feel that is open
and only once if you haven't felt it yet stop the video continue practicing until
you feel that heat in that meridian
once it's been open and you felt that heat you can then feel down into the
earth like roots of a tree growing into the air and you can draw the earth
energy in and then it comes in that Meridian it goes up your inner leg up
your inner thigh to your perineum to your lower Dan Tien and then we can
start to use that you're already grounded once you've felt that heat
you're grounded and we can bring that energy in for healing and other uses
that's the first part now the second part is we're going to do the same thing
with our hands so we're going to bring the external Qi through our breath if
you're already feeling that energy coming up from the earth that's great
you can use that to now store it in your lower Dan Tien so I'm breathing the
external cheers well combine them in your lower Dan Tien
bring them up to about the height of your the top of your lower Dan Tien
there's three fingers below your navel bring it to the back don't send it up
the channel yet send it all the way around pass it around let it come around
the front of you to be right below your bellybutton let it go all the way around
to the back and then it doesn't enter your Kundalini it comes up the side of
your Kundalini and as it reaches your ribs it expands all across your back up
to the tips of your shoulders now you may wish to hold your arms straight
for this you may wish to have them bent I find when you're opening it's going to
work better but I've helped other people with this to have your arms straight by
your sides now from your shoulders send it down the outside of your arms past
the outside of your elbows to the tips of your index fingers
then from there it comes to the center of your palm and from there again you're
just going to push it out in front of you into the air and the world into the
universe in front of you
and just keep pushing until you feel that same heat that same explosion of
heat in your hands as I said it can become a very intense heat so an almost
burning sensation and just keep it flowing
eventually with both your feet and your hands the burning sensation will subside
and you will have these key meridian points open once your hands are open you
can add this to your healing practice if you're a Reiki practitioner and add in
the earth energy healing the external Qi energy healing and if you've never tried
energy healing before you can then start to use this energy to send yourself to
send to other people you can then like with the Qi ball exercise you can send
that energy from the palm of your hands into achievable and use it how I
described in that video keep practicing with the feet with the palms until this
occurs for now we're going to end this session the way we want to end this
session because we've got the energy coming out of our palms we're going to
bring that energy or if you've already feeling the heat and you wish to draw
energy in from the air in front of you through your palms you can do this too
and we're going to bring it in through the point of our hands up the inner
passage and our inner arm up to your armpit then we're going to bring energy
down the front of our chest covering the whole of our chest slowly reducing down
until it forms a point in our solar plexus at the front of our solar plexus
in the front channels I'm going to bring it down behind the pelvic bone and back
to our lower Dan Tien
these techniques practice them one at a time
until you've got the moment then you can combine I hope you practice this very
powerful for grounding yourself as I said for healing energy for many other
things hope you like this practice please like please click the like button
subscribe to the channel as always share this with as many people as you know
comment on your video did you manage to feel the heat in your feet if so this
time great tell me did you manage to feel it in your hands tell me about the
experience how hot did it get for you okay that's all for this video I see in
another video

Google's tracking you. Even if Location History is off! | #SocialRecap ep. 16 - Duration: 9:14.
Google has been revealed to continue recording your location history even
after you tell it to stop.
Hey! This is Chia from Brand24. Welcome to the #SocialRecap - our rundown out of the latest
highlights from social media and digital marketing news. So, in the last #SocialRecap
we talked about rising trends in voice tech including the addition of
voice messaging on LinkedIn, the ability to schedule routines in Google Home, and
the integration of voice search and voice controls in BMW's latest
collaboration with Alexa. This time we're gonna take a quick peek at the
development of voice shopping before we talk about a certain block list that's
gone viral thanks to a technical loophole on Twitter, how Google always
knows exactly where we are, and then a quick rundown of some key feature
updates that are coming soon to some popular tools and platforms. Now, let's
start with voice shopping. So, voice shopping is set to have been on the rise
for the past two years since Amazon came out with Alexa in 2016. However recent
research indicates that most of these voice-activated smart speakers are
actually more often used to create shopping lists instead of making actual
purchases. A report from news site "The Information" showed that just 2 percent
of devices with access to Alexa have been used to make purchases and from
that 2 percent only 10 percent have made repeat purchases. Experts have predicted
voice search sales to reach 40 billion dollars by 2022 but that's a pretty big
leap considering that it's almost the end of 2018 and sales have reached two
billion dollars so far. Predictions are probably influenced by the growing
number of companies investing in voice shopping such as Google and Samsung.
And I'm sure they count on the further development of voice shopping
technologies. A recent survey conducted by HubSpot on 500 Internet users across
the US and UK saw that nearly half of these users have never made a purchase
via voice shopping and about 20 percent don't even own a voice shopping device.
In a similar survey when participants were asked what they use their smart
speakers for. Half of them didn't use smart speakers at all, while 12% said
they used it to check the weather. And then bigger report from SmartAudio: the
overall top three uses for smart speakers were: to control household
devices, add items to a shopping list, and add activities to a to-do list.
Voice tech is definitely growing trend as we've seen from BMW, Alexa, Google and
even LinkedIn. But for now it's more rooted in voice
search or voice-activated commands instead of voice shopping. And now
chances are even if you're not a fan you've probably heard of Infowars and
its host Alex Jones. Well, the host and conspiracy theorist, who is also behind
Pizza Gate, as well as widely propagated claims that the Sandy Hook tragedy was
fake news supported by crisis actors, has recently stirred up quite a commotion on
Twitter. Even causing a block list with his name on it to go viral. After getting
banned from platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, and more, due to angry
public backlash from the highly controversial content. A Twitter
eventually followed suit and gave the Infowars host a one-week suspension.
However during the suspension users were still seeing tweets from Jones's account.
Evidently tweets that have been scheduled in advance
that's prior to a suspension will still be published during the suspension.
Seeing this loophole in action prompted Shannon Coulter co-founder of Grab Your
Wallet to create a block list that could be installed to block tweets from Alex
Jones as well as advertising tweets from a number of Fortune 500 companies. More
than 50,000 Twitter users have already downloaded Coulter's block list tool. And
another huge concern for Twitter is online disinformation, having suspended
over 58 million Twitter accounts by the end of 2017, most of these accounts were
connected to the Internet research agency, a Russian propaganda agency in
Saint Petersburg. In 2016 the internet research agency cooked up and served a
hungry public staggering amounts of disinformation during the presidential
campaigns. In 2017 which saw the indictment of the propaganda agency plus
13 individuals for interfering with the presidential elections content from
TruthFeed already accounted for 95 percent of the IRAs Twitter activity.
TruthFeed is a US-based new site that specializes in hyper-partisan clickbait
articles such as the factually incorrect "Refugees with Tuberculosis are interviewing at
Starbucks" or "The Liberal Left has lost their minds and are now killing their
neighbors for supporting Trump". Deeper investigations have revealed that
most of the fake news getting retweeted by fake accounts from the Russian
internet research agency had actually been fabricated domestically by TruthFeed.
At least by the time 2017 rolled around.
And in a recent effort to enhance security Twitter has made a series of
changes to its API. Changes include a delay in push notifications for mentions
and direct messages, disabled timeline streaming via Wi-Fi, as well as disabled
push notifications for likes, retweets, follows and quotes. Unfortunately, while
necessary for security, these changes have caused apps like TweetBot, widely
used among iOS fans, to lose some key features. And now a few updates from
Facebook. Facebook "Birthday Fundraisers" have only been around for a year but
benevolent Facebook users have already raised over 300 million dollars. Organizations like
Saint Jude's Hospital, the Alzheimer's Association, the American Cancer Society
and the ASPCA are among some of the top beneficiaries. Not all of Facebook's
features have been so well received as we can see with the complete removal of
Facebook trends but Birthday Fundraisers are here to stay. Seeing its success
Facebook has developed fundraising features like the ability to match
donations, make recurring donations, add organizers to a fundraiser, and they've
also waived associated fees. So, new interactive tools for Facebook's live
and maybe in the near future for Facebook. Having just partnered up with a
VidPresso after acquiring its staff and technology it looks like Facebook
users might be getting access to some new interactive features on Facebook Live.
VidPresso is known for creating tech that lets users add comments, polls, and
other interactive content to live videos which is the ideal complement to
Facebook's push for live engagement. And another side of live is of course live
News. Facebook isn't really your typical source of live or breaking news, this is
much more Twitter speed but that may change with the new breaking news tag.
This is a tag that lets users follow updates on certain news stories in
Facebook with the option to view updates for each story in chronological order.
It's currently being tested in the US, Australia, Canada, Great Britain and India
with a small handful of publishers. And Instagram is starting to get personal.
Polls have been available in Instagram stories since October but now users can
create more private polls and send them to select individuals or groups through
direct messages. This allows Instagram users to interact
on a more personal level with relevant audiences instead of polling the general
public who might have unknown biases or complete apathy for the topic being
polled. And Spotify is also potentially working on a surprising feature update.
The popular music streaming service may soon be making its users very very happy
by giving them, all of them, the option to skip all video and audio ads with a new
active media feature. Advertisers would only have to pay for ads that have not
been skipped and this would be available to both users with paid accounts and
free accounts. Although it might seem like an unusual move to make this
available to free accounts it's also the perfect opportunity for Spotify to
gather data and significantly improve both user and advertiser experiences.
They'll be able to find out what their listeners prefer and use this data to
help their advertisers increase ad consumption by delivering more
personalized advertising. And a closer look at how Google seems to always know
where you are reveals a bit of a dark side. Google has
been revealed to continue recording your location history even after you tell it
to stop. Apparently when you turn off your location history certain services
from Google will continue logging your location. Google is far from the only
company to implement Dark Patterns in its UX design. Dark patterns are those little
tricks in the way that user interface is designed to confuse users into doing
things they don't really want to do like make a purchase or give away a private
information. But with recent heightened awareness over usage data security
consumer trust has become increasingly intertwined with company transparency.
Google does vaguely mention continued location tracking after turning off your
location history. This can be found by clicking on the Learn More link when you
go to turn off your location history. But it conveniently fails to mention where
you can go to really turn off location tracking for all location services. It's
possible to do this in your web and app activity setting, though information
about where and how to do this from Google seems to be lacking in
transparency. And that's it for episode 16. Don't miss out on the latest updates
from social media and beyond. Subscribe to the #SocialRecap and keep up with
important changes in the world of social media and digital marketing. Thanks for
tuning in and I'll see you next time. Bye!
