Before I reveal clinically proven, natural alternatives to Lipitor, a cholesterol lowering

drug and why you MUST get off this or any statin drug, I'd like to share a true story.

Dr. Duane Graveline (M.D., M.P.H) is a physician, a flight surgeon and former astronaut.

One year NASA was doing a yearly physical on him.

He passed all the tests (physical, cognitive, etc.).

Yet, they noticed his cholesterol was in the "high" range and told him to take Lipitor

(atorvastatin) - a cholesterol lowering statin drug.

Six weeks later, he had severe memory problems, so bad that he had short term, global amnesia

(TGA).

Additionally, when NASA retested him, his cholesterol was lower and he passed that test

… yet he failed the cognitive test and he wasn't allowed to go to space.

Dr. Graveline decided to get off Lipitor, despite the fact other physicians, doctors

and pharmacists said it couldn't be Lipitor causing these problems.

A year later, when it was his next annual NASA physical, they again told him to take

Lipitor, but this time at half the dosage.

So, Dr. Graveline reluctantly followed their recommendation.

This second time, the results were even worse - amnesia PLUS "retrograde loss of memory"

going back to his high school years.

Yes, his memory loss was even more severe.

He again stopped taking Lipitor and wrote about this situation in a book called, "Lipitor

Thief of Memory" which was written in 2005.

Now, I share this story because my dad took Lipitor in 1998 and also had memory problems,

in addition to severe muscle pain and weakness.

Unfortunately, back then we had NO idea of all the negative side-effects of this and

similar statin cholesterol lowering drugs.

Which also includes liver damage, high blood pressure, arthritis, elevated blood sugar

levels, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, muscle loss and lowered sex drive and impotence,

to name a few.

Add to the fact that my dad's mom (my grandmother) had Alzheimer's, I didn't want to risk

it and got my dad off of Lipitor … against his doctor's orders.

Instead, I decided to research, natural, safe and healthy ingredients and alternatives for

having healthy cholesterol levels.

And that's what I'm going to reveal today.

Natural Alternatives

So let's get right to it, I'll make this quick.

First, your goal is NOT to have "low" cholesterol, you want HEALTHY cholesterol

levels.

Additionally and more importantly, you ALSO want optimal ratios of your HDL ("good"

cholesterol/lipoprotein) and LDL ("bad" cholesterol/lipoprotein).

Now, one of my favorite natural ingredients to help improve cholesterol levels is called,

Red Yeast Rice, which is a common food in Asia.

In fact, this is a natural statin.

However, the "secret" to using Red Yeast Rice is you only want to use it in small doses.

Plus, you must use the "extract" form, not the "root" or "powder" form which

is worthless.

And finally, you want to make sure that the "toxic" by-product, Citrinin is removed.

Any other form either won't work or you'll need such a high dose that you'll have statin

side-effects - obviously, no where near as bad as Lipitor.

Again, keep in mind that if you ONLY use Red Yeast Rice to improve your cholesterol levels,

you'll need to use a high dosage, which will eventually lead to some of the same,

statin side-effects.

Instead, you want to use a very small dose of Red Yeast Rice and then "stack" and

combine it with other proven ingredients.

This way, you get an additive and synergistic positive effects, at the lowest and safest

dosage possible.

THIS is the real secret to having healthy cholesterol levels, naturally - without drugs.

Other Cholesterol Optimizing Herbs Other clinically proven, natural herbal extracts

that promote healthy cholesterol levels and balanced lipid levels, which are:

Artichoke Leaf Extract (15% Chlorogenic Acid, 5% Cynarin)

Phytosterols Complex (40% extract from non-GMO pine tree extract)

Arthritis is a term referring to over 100 forms of conditions.

Joint pain and swelling are the common symptoms of all these forms of arthritis.

diagnosis plan is required.

Joint Pain

Joint pain refers to the discomfort that arises from any joint of the body (the point where

two or more bones meet).

There are two reasons swelling can be the case: Either the synovial fluid increases

in volume (an effusion) or the lining of the joint, (synovium) swells (synovitis).

blood, enters the joint, while at the same time many inflammatory molecules, such as

small proteins (peptides) are being released into the soft tissues surrounding the joint.

It's due to the increased blood flow that joints start to swell and feeling warm.

The process also sees the inflammatory materials lead to joint fluid collecting in and around

the joint, adding to the swelling.

Each type of arthritis will dictate the extent of swelling.

Redness as a symptom of arthritis is relatively uncommon and if present you should raise your

suspicions of the possibility of septic arthritis or gout.

But if sudden redness develops in patients with inflammatory arthritis, then you should

exclude sepsis.

Warmth Around The Affected Joint

The feeling of warmth around the affected joints is a suggestion of the presence of

an inflammatory process taking place.

However, you may need to beware of a recently removed bandage or any application of a hot

compress on your joints.

Inflammation

You cannot think of arthritis without mentioning inflammation.

Inflammation refers to a process in which the body's white blood cells, as well as

immune proteins, help protect the body from the invasion of infections and foreign substances

like bacteria and viruses.

However, in some instances, the body's defense system (immune system) may trigger an inflammatory

response even when there are no such foreign substances to fight off.

In these instances, these conditions are called autoimmune diseases; that is caused by the

body's normally protective immune system causing damage to its own tissues.

This scenario makes the body to respond as if normal body tissues are infected or somehow

abnormal.

Tenderness

Arthritis may lead to a scenario where there is increased from of blood to the joints.

In this case, the pressure becomes so high and in the process of being released out of

the joints; the sensation of tenderness would be caused.

Decreased Range Of Motion

When other symptoms have taken a toll, decreased the range of motion would be one of the ultimate

symptoms.

This can be realized after there is too much pain for you to move your joint around.

This state would be dangerous as it would show the severity of the condition.

Unexplained Weight Loss

Malnutrition has been well associated with RA patients with severe disease.

Due to the increased catabolism, resting energy expenditure would be raised leading to weight

loss as well as reduced lean body mass.

This would be the case especially if protein and energy requirements are not met.

This condition is commonly known as 'rheumatoid cachexia'.

Further clinical studies indicate that RA patients are malnourished.

Fever

Fever is another symptom commonly associated with people suffering from arthritis.

Fever is a mildly elevated temperature in the body due to the inflammation process around

the affected areas.

RA is the most form of arthritis that is associated with fever.

RA inflammation is as a result of the activity of molecules known as cytokines that also

add to fevers.

On the parts of juvenile arthritis, Researchers believe that the typical fevers experienced

in the onset of this condition, are related to the levels of serum of "the proinflammatory

cytokine" IL-6.

you need to take to build a quick and easy

consulting website.

Everybody thinks that it's super hard,

you gotta spend all this money and everything,

and it's really not that difficult.

To get started when you're first

just starting something on the side

of you're trying something new and you don't wanna

spend a lot of money, don't go spend a ton of money

on a big giant web developer and invest all kinds of money.

You can make a great site with a lot of the free tools

and you don't need to be a programmer

or ya know, a rocket scientist to do it.

My site is done on Weebly.

I found Weebly to be super easy,

but the first thing you need to do is go get

your domain name, as I talked about in

why it's so important to be your personal brand

and get your domain name under your name.

Ya know, go get that registration.

You can register it at Weebly,

on my webpage under tools in my box,

I mean my toolbox,

or tools in my trade.

I can't remember what it's called.

Anyway, I have a lot of different tools,

different digital tools that I use there

and you're welcome to click on the links and use those.

Some of those are an affiliate link for me.

So I get a small, tiny, tiny commission on it.

I haven't even got one yet.

So hopefully, someday, I'll get one.

But at any rate, check it out.

Super easy to use, set up.

You only need two or three pages.

It's real easy to use and there's no coding

or anything like that.

I've tried WordPress, JoomLa, a lot of different

They're all good and I'm sure there's certainly

and even I'm sure Squarespace and Wix

and oh, I don't know, there's other ones too

that are similar to Weebly, but are just as good.

But man, just get one of those and start it.

Put up a page with your picture on it,

your services, a phone number.

Even if you don't have a whole bunch of pages.

You don't need to have a Mercedes, ya know,

when the Corolla will get there, get ya there.

Just to get ya some traction.

In today's digital world as you know,

our resume or the way people do business,

the Yellow Pages are gone, all that stuff.

It's all about on the web, being able to find you

when they Google search ya and so forth

or they Google search a term in your industry.

Having that webpage is so crucial for that.

Just get a Wix site or a Weebly site.

Get it up and running.

Have a home page or a splash page.

Super easy to do.

The other thing I have on my page

that's under my tools is a web based logo creator.

So you can get on there right now

if you just wanna try an idea.

One of the things I found that really helped me

is if you use Logojoy just to create a logo

for an idea you have, even if you're not going anywhere,

I love to do that.

It's free, you can create a logo,

and kinda visualize what you're,

you have in mind for a product or service

or something like that and then you can put it on

as your screensaver or put it on your phone background

and you know, it kinda helps you visualize

where you're going with your product or service.

So, Logojoy's a great nother one.

There's also like Fiverr and 99designs.

What's the other one?

Yeah, Fiverr, 99designs, Upwork,

those are all good too.

They encompass multiple designers and people

all around the whole world to do design work,

but Logojoy is simple.

It's web based, bam.

Put your name and your business in there

and it'll come up with 10 different logos

and you can pick one.

If you wanna buy it, you can.

You don't have to.

So it's a great tool out there.

So go out there, get your webpage, get your domain first.

GoDaddy or Weebly is one of the domain registrations.

Get just a basic Weebly site.

Just set it up, just get in there and dig on it.

It's not that hard to do and use Logojoy

or one of those types of places

and create you a logo and man, you're up and running

and going and get in the game and get in the business.

So it's a good thing.
