WHAT YOU SAY MATTERS - Guilt Tripping Your Child | Mindful Motherhood | Ysis Lorenna - Duration: 5:36.

Hi guys welcome to another mindful motherhood Monday if you knew my name is

Ysis I have a three-year-old and a one-year-old and I do these videos every

Monday at 7 p.m. today's topic is all about building a

respectful relationship with our children and there is one particular

phrase that made me think about this topic usually my mindful motherhood

Monday topics are things that I've been thinking about throughout the week or

about something that popped into my head and developed into a topic and this one

was no different and the thing that popped into my mind was the phrase that

some parents including me have said before which is mummy is sad because you

did this and this said thing is something very trivial like not eating

your food or not cleaning your teeth just generally not doing day-to-day

things that we want our kids to do and that kind of language made me think

about is that the sort of language that builds a respectful relationship with my

children and it's not something I do often I don't use that sort of language

often but I have used it before and it's caused me to think about that kind of

wording and a way in which I could phrase that and that would be more

respectful towards my children so this is what I want to talk about with you

guys today and as always please comment below with your thoughts on this subject

and let's get the conversation going

so when we say things like mummy will be sad if you don't eat your meal or mummy

is sad because you didn't clean your teeth although we don't mean it it's

kind of guilt tripping our children into doing what we want them to do in order

to please us and to get our love when really their actions are not about us

they're not about our feelings eating their food is not about making mummy

happy so I started thinking about this subject and I'd love to know if you

agree with me on this when we associate our child's behavior to the loss of our

love we're not teaching them to behave better we are manipulating them as harsh

as it sounds that's what we're doing by saying mummy will be sad if you don't

eat your food it's a manipulative way of getting our

children to do what we need them to do or what we want them to do and we're not

telling them the reasons why they should be doing it

we're simply given them an emotional reason that belongs to us for them to

fulfill which is not their job if our love and affection are at stake for them

our children might feel worse or even hide their actions because they're

afraid of disappointing us and I feel that what we actually need is for our

children to learn to behave better for the right reasons and not to please us

to keep us happy I know the stresses of day-to-day life sometimes prevent us

from acting how we want to act and to be the parents that we want to be and trust

me I've been there a hundred thousand times when I know that being a more

patient mum would probably be better in that situation but I'm so stressed and

tired that I end up snapping at my children so it's not an easy habit to

break if you're used to saying those things and it doesn't make you a bad

parent this is just something to think about and maybe when you're actually

doing something consciously and you remember that that action is not about

you and attaching your feelings your emotions to your child's behavior

doesn't teach your child anything about behaving better it just teaches them

about not disappointing mummy I think there's a big difference between

saying mummy is sad because you hit your sister because that's actually

emotionally how you felt so you just relay in your feelings but

if you say that you're sad because your child didn't have a bath or because they

didn't finish their food or because they didn't want to clean their teeth that is

not how you feel about that situation that is simply a way for us to control

their behavior and change the outcome to something that we want to happen so this

is a little bit of food for thought and I know that I have been a bit more

mindful about saying these things or even letting these things slip and not

even realizing and thinking about what I'm saying how I'm conveying that

message to my child is it in a positive way is it something that they will

actually learn from me or is it me just asserting my authority because I'm mummy

so what do you think about this how do you think they're changing the way that

you speak to your children and the language that you use helps you build a

more respectful relationship with your children have you caught yourself saying

any of these things and if you have how do you feel about it now that you've had

a little bit of time to think about it I hope you enjoyed this video please give

it a like if you enjoyed it and don't forget to share it with your friends if

you think they might like this video or even if you think they might like the

whole mindful motherhood series if you're not already subscribed I would

love for you to subscribe it's completely free and you get

7 Best Headache Relief Treatments - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 11:58.

oh hey everybody it's Doctor Jo and my pack. Bear, Kali and Remy. today we're gonna

show you the top seven treatments for a headache relief. so let's get started.

So if you haven't subscribed yet, make sure you

click on the button down there. so this is for headache relief in general, any

kind of headaches. but this is great for a Cervicogenic headache. and if you

don't quite know what a Cervicogenic headache is, you might have it and just

don't know about it. Cervicogenic headaches are really

based upon upper cervical issues of the segment the ligaments or the muscles and

these are actually about 20% of people's headaches. and a lot of times it is

one-sided. it's the we'll call it like a ram horn.

you'll feel the pain coming up around. sometimes it's kind of around the temple

area, but it usually comes from the neck all the way up, sometimes kind of back

behind your eye and a lot of times these are misdiagnosed as migraine headaches.

but it's really a mechanical dysfunction versus migraines which are usually like

a chemical dysfunction. so these are great for those as well and just in

general some headache relief, gonna make you feel really good. so the first one is

just gonna be a chin tuck. chin tucks are my favorite. if you've heard, watched any

of my neck videos, or other headache videos, chin tucks are really really

great for your neck, shoulders, everything up here because it's resetting those

muscles. and a lot of times headaches come from let's say we're working on the

computer or we're playing a game, we're even watching a movie, and we get closer

and we get closer like that, and then we end up straining all of these muscles in

our neck area. so a chin tuck is simple to do, and it's really effective. so it's not

tucking your chin down, but you're tucking your chin back. you want to keep

your chin in a neutral position here, so not down tucking in, up tucking in, but

right here, and then you're just taking that chin and tucking it in where you're

getting lots of little chins down here. once you get in this position, you want

to hold it for about three to five seconds,

and then relax. and a lot of times you'll notice that you might have started here

and then you do the chin tuck and once you relax your you have a big space in

between because it's resetting those muscles. so it's a really really nice way

to kind of get started, warm it up, stretch it out, and kind of

exercise those muscles a little bit. so holding it for three to five seconds,

just do about five of them. but you can do these several times throughout the

day because it's just a really nice way to kind of get everything going. another

great way to do a chin tuck is lying down or leaning against the wall. so

you're actually then pushing into something while you're doing the chin

tuck. you can roll up a towel if you want to if you have something like a pool

noodle or a smaller foam roll you can just kind of put it in the space of your

neck right here, and so we'll check and see if the pool noodle is enough, but

basically, excuse me basically, you just want to put it in the curve right there,

and then you're still doing that chin tuck. so this one isn't quite enough for

me, I've got a skinny neck, so I'm gonna use a little bit bigger foam foam roll.

so just putting it there and you're still doing that chin tuck where you're

pushing that chin in, but now you have something that you're pushing into. and

so you're just going to hold that for about three to five seconds and then

relax. so then it becomes kind of an isometric exercise. it's really easy to

do against the wall too, so if you're somewhere where you can't lie down on

the floor, you don't have something to push into you can do it just on the

floor if you want to and you're pushing in, pushing down towards the floor,

holding it for three to five seconds. but again pretty easy to do against the wall

as well, but while you're doing it make sure you're keeping that chin in that

neutral position. you're not tucking it down and in you're just tucking it in so

that's a great way to kind of get everything loosened up and going. so the

next one is going to be still using that foam roller, but now we're trying to get

that upper cervical area like the c2 vertebrae, c3 vertebrae, this up here. this

sometimes is really hard to get to yourself you get it mobilizing or moving a little

bit, so again using a foam roll is a really nice way to get that spot without

having to hold it or anything like that. and when these segments are kind of

stuck together or tight, that can cause a headache, so if you get more mobility in

there that loosens everything. so again coming back down onto the foam roll and

so now what I want to do is I want to put that foam roll up really close to

where my skull comes to my neck, and that's kind of where that c2 vertebra is.

and so you're just gonna place it there I like to hold on to the foam roll and

I'm just gonna gently rotate my head side to side. so you can do a continuous

motion like this, or you can do where you're turning your head a little bit

holding it for three to five seconds, turning it and holding it for three to

five seconds. sometimes people might feel some little pops. that's just your spine

kind of readjusting a little bit, so maybe if it's out of alignment a little

bit it's readjusting it. so that's normal as long as this is not painful. sometimes

it's a very nice relief when you get that little popping. okay so now I have a

little bit more movement in there. so be very careful when you're using the foam

roll, especially on your neck. if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseous, make sure

it's stopped immediately, and go see your doctor because that might mean something

a little more serious is going on. but don't try and work through that. if you

feel it make sure you stop completely. so then we're going to go into some chest

area stretches, upper back stretches because if you have a headache, a lot of

times this area might be contributing to that headache. so to help relieve it you

want to work all those areas. so the next one is going to be a scapular squeeze or

a shoulder squeeze, and all you're really doing is imagine that my hand is on your

spine in the middle of your back, and what you want to do is you want to take

those shoulder blades and try and squeeze them together. but the key is

keep your shoulders down. some people kind of like do up like this, but that's

not what you're doing. you want to relax those shoulders and just squeeze them

back. so if you can see you're just kind of squeezing those back a little bit. you

can see I'm moving my elbows a little bit. that I always feel like helps

especially when you're doing the first couple times to use your elbows to help

squeeze back, but don't just use your elbows to bring them back, make

sure you're activating those muscles in the back to bring those shoulder blades

together. so you're squeezing those muscles, you're activating them. you're

opening up the chest here and what that does is that helps strengthen those

upper back muscles. so you're not sitting like that putting

more stress on your neck giving yourself those headaches. so when you come back

into that squeeze, hold it for about three to five seconds. you can do about

five of those and just again several times throughout the day. you don't have

to just do one set, you can do several throughout the day. then the next one is

going to be stretching out your chest or your PEC muscles, cuz same thing, if

you're rolling forward like this and your head's coming forward and you're

getting you know a headache and you want some relief, stretching out your chest

muscles will help you get back up into this position. so then you don't have

that headache anymore. so a great way to stretch out the pecs there's a whole

bunch of different ways, but the easiest one is just take your hands kind of

clasping behind your back, and what you want to do is push down and out. and

while you do that, then you're just going to push your chest out forward and you

should feel that stretch right through there. so this is going to be a full

stretch where you want to hold it for 30 seconds. really getting a good stretch in

there. sometimes you might feel a little bit of tingling down your arms. as long

as it goes away as soon as you stop, that's fine, but if it's persisting a

little bit, then don't keep doing that stretch. but thirty Seconds, three times

for that one. so then the next one again a lot of times our headaches not just

come from the neck, but they come from that upper back thoracic region as well.

so another way to kind of help relieve those headaches is just to loosen

everything up back there. that that thoracic spine is a little bit out of

alignment, it's going to cause problems in the cervical spine and give you those

headaches. so just kind of rolling out the thoracic spine is a really nice way

to to kind of get everything loosened up. some people just like to put the roll

straight or horizontally not vertically but horizontally, I like putting it at a

little bit of an angle because the segments of our spine those processes

one on top one on the bottom. if you have it in an angle it'll just help loosen

everything up a little bit more. so I kind of put it at an angle and what you

want to do so you can really get that spine is just kind of grab your

shoulders here, so you can do it this way but that sometimes gives the shoulder

blades in the way, so if you put them here that kind of moves the shoulder

blades out a little bit, and so I'm just going to put it up a little bit higher

here just so I'm doing that the cervicals, excuse me that thoracic spine,

and just kind of rolling up and down a little bit. and I don't know if you heard

that I had several pops kind of in that thoracic area so just a little roll you

can do it 10 15 seconds and then just change the angle to do it again. so then

you're just kind of rolling it the other way, and I got a couple more pops that

way. so it doesn't have to be, I'm on the foam roll for five minutes. it could be a

quick five to 10 seconds just to kind of get some releases there because if you

get that loose enough in that thoracic spine, that's going to loosen up that

cervical spine and give you some headache relief. so that's really nice

and the last one is what is called SNAGS, and basically that's just getting

movement with mobilization. and so the towel does a nice job of the stretch

because if you put the towel here you can kind of stabilize one section of the

cervical spine while you're stretching the other. so instead of them all

stretching like this when you do a traditional stretch, you're really

focusing on each level getting a stretch and that's a really nice way to kind of

get some relief in there, loosen some stuff up because a lot of times that

tightness especially in those segments is what's causing those headaches. so

what you want to do is very carefully so you don't choke yourself or strangle

yourself, is take one side and hold it here so my right hand is going to hold

this one, and when we go, it's gonna pull downwards. I'm gonna take the other side

and I'm gonna come up and over but I want the towel to kind of go over my ear.

so not not here, but up over my ear and kind of up towards the opposite corner. so

I'm pulling down with this hand, and then up and over to get that stretch. so the

bottom part of the towel is kind of stabilizing that bottom

segment, and the top part of the towel is mobilizing the top part of the segment.

so that's what's happening. I'm gonna have a switch for you so you can see the

other side. so now I'm stabilizing on this side and I'm mobilizing on this

side. up over the ear and I'm pulling down and then I'm pulling up and across.

and this is just a really really really nice stretch. it gets it nice and strong,

but again if you feel pain with this or if you feel some dizziness,

lightheadedness, don't do it. make sure you stop, go see your doctor, go to your

physical therapist to make sure, one you're doing it right, and two to make

sure you're supposed to be doing it. so with these you can hold it just for a 5

3 to 5 second, or you can do it a little bit longer 10 to 15 second, but you don't

necessarily have to do it for the 30 seconds. and you again you can do those

several times throughout the day. so there you have it. those were your top 7

treatments for headache relief. if you'd like to help support my channel, make

sure and click on the link up there, oh yeah, don't forget to subscribe by

ZARA HAUL // Fall Transitional Haul // Lauren Dumonceau - Duration: 16:26.

Hi guys, welcome back, thank you so much for joining me if you're new here or watching for the first time

My name is Lauren and welcome

I'm so excited to have you here and I hope that you guys have all been having an amazing day so far

So today I have a another Zara haul for you

so this is part 2 of a three-part series of Zara hauls that I'm doing on my channel throughout the month of

August. Today's video is going to be a Zara fall

transitional haul now if you're not quite ready to see any fall pieces just yet

Then you'll want to check out my most recent Zara haul video

It is a Zara and Topshop haul as there are many more summer inspired pieces in that video

that might be a little bit more up your speed now since this is a

Three part series there is still one more video that is going to come to my channel before we hit

September and that one is gonna be a full blown Zara fall haul so if you aren't already subscribed

Make sure you hit the red subscribe button below without further ado, let's get straight into it

So the first piece I have to show you is this very colorful striped dress from their TRF

collection now, I think I was so drawn to this piece because it really is the perfect fall and autumnal piece

It has all of the gorgeous earth tones that we see come out in the fall in one

So it has a gorgeous

Burgundy and olive green a burnt orange a mustard a navy blue and kind of more of a white cream colour running through it

It is a striped dress and it is a midi-length dress. I love the beautiful silver hardware buttons on it

They also have silver hardware on the three-quarter length sleeves

They are a little bit more balloon style, and then it has this nice

Belt that really cinches you in at the waist and that's how it looks at the back

now this dress I picked up in a size extra small, which is my usual size at Zara and this one retails for

$79.90. Alright my darlings, so here is the first dress that I showed you this is the striped dress

I actually really like it on

I've paired it with my black leather jacket this jacket I've had for so many years my mom picked it up for me in

England one year and then I've paired it with my

Topshop ankle boots. These were in my most recent video and they're still available on the Topshop website

So I'll link them below and I actually just really like this dress. I think it's beautiful

I love the flowy feel to it. The material is really nice. It's not too heavy

The dress isn't lined but it's actually a nice weight and I like the length on me

It's definitely more of that midi style length. Now the buttons I said that they were silver, but I actually think they're gold

However, they're more muted than my watch is for example.

But I love these kind of gorgeous big buttons with the knot detail now, the dress doesn't button completely

There's smaller buttons inside if you guys can see that

So it's really easy to get on and off and then the sleeves are more of that 3/4 length sleeve

I love the waistline. This would actually really cute for Thanksgiving as well

I can see you guys like entertaining in this if you're hosting a nice Thanksgiving dinner

Our next piece is another midi-length style dress now

This one very much gives me equestrian vibes. Now on the website

It was a little bit more white looking but actually it is quite a cream colour

It has cute little tortoiseshell button details that actually unbutton all the way down the front again

We're seeing another 3/4 length sleeve. Apparently this is gonna be a bit of a trend this season

It has nice pockets at the front, which I think's a nice design detail

And honestly, I think if this dress was belted, it would be a really kind of gorgeous

classic piece paired with a leather jacket and a pair of boots

Now for any of you ladies that are looking for some work wear pieces

I think this one is perfect. To be honest with you. I don't love it as much as I did on the website

I'm feeling like I'm not really gonna have a lot of

opportunity to wear this one and I'm not sure how flattering it is going to be on but we'll give it a go and I'll

Let you know what I think I picked this one up in an extra-small and again, it's at that

$79.90 price point so this is the cream-coloured dress on

You know what? I actually like these items a lot more now that I have them on

However, I know this one's going to be a no for me just because I have absolutely nowhere

to wear this dress and I don't have use for items like that in my closet

But I like the colour and the beautiful tortoise shell buttons

And again, I've just paired it with the same Topshop boots and then my Rebecca Minkoff handbag

I wear a uniform so I just know I'm not going have an opportunity to wear this one

Otherwise, I do quite like it. It definitely needs an iron

It's going to be that fabric that's going to wrinkle a little bit. Now

this next dress is certainly what inspired the haul I think this is absolutely

stunning. This is another midi style dress. I have been having a major thing for midi style dresses this season

I can't even count how many I have in my collection now

I just think they are so flattering and a ladylike and I just like the way they personally look on me

They make me look a little bit taller, which is always a bonus now

This one is a gorgeous floral print again with a lot of fall autumnal colours in it and it has this gorgeous

I'm not sure if you can see it, but gold metallic threading

which creates more of a pinstripe effect on at the dress and then it's

Complemented with these beautiful gold buttons and has these really beautiful kind of lightweight fluted sleeves to the side

I love the neckline on this dress. I think it's absolutely gorgeous

And for any of you that are looking for a piece to wear to Thanksgiving this year for us Canadians

Our Thanksgiving is actually quickly approaching. It's in less than two months now

So this would make a great piece or if you have any fall weddings that you'll be attending

I think this dress would be absolutely perfect as well. Now this one again is

$79.90 this one up in an extra small if there was ever a dress that had my name all over it

It would be this one. I think all of my friends would say that is definitely a Lauren dress

So I'm really hoping that this one works out because I think it's absolutely stunning

I love the gorgeous floral print

but I like that it's still fairly neutral with the cream and then the black and has a beautiful pop of red and

Blue. Blue is actually my very favourite colour

I've paired the dress with my Michael Kors tote and then my Franco Sarto mules

These are a muted gold

I think they compliment the buttons at the top of the dress really nicely and then there is some gold hardware on the Michael Kors bag

Now this is how you could take this dress from summer and

transition it into fall. It would be beautiful for like a night out, a

barbecue, a garden party, a wedding any events you have to go to this would actually be a stunning dress to wear to a

September or early fall, beginning of October wedding

I think it's absolutely gorgeous and you could still pair with a really cute pair of espadrilles and some straw

accessories. and here is how you can take the address into more of a fall

transitional look so I've thrown on my real suede Blank NYC ruby red moto jacket

Which I think is absolutely gorgeous. I love it. It complements the dress so nicely and adds a fun pop of red. It

compliments the beautiful floral details and then I've just thrown on my black Topshop booties.

So this is the completed fall

transitional look. Now for whatever reason I really struggle with tops

I buy a lot of jeans, trousers, skirts, shorts

And I have absolutely nothing to pair them with. Now

I was really attracted to naturally this gorgeous green colour

And if you saw my previous Zara haul you'll notice that I picked up a midi style dress that's almost identical to this

So this one's more in a shirt form. I

Love these billowy sleeves. I think they're super fun

And then they are cuffed with a gorgeous tortoiseshell button detail. It completely unbuttons. So it has again the tortoise shell buttons

It's more of a peplum style

But I think it's going to hit me kind of in the right spot. I don't really like a drop waist peplum on me personally

I like one that's a little bit more high waisted and cinches me in that creates a nice defined waistline again

This is another v-neck style neckline and then you can see that it really cinches you in at the bottom and creates that nice

peplum style hem

Now I picked this one up in an extra-small and it actually comes in an

XXS so I'm not sure if the XS is going to be too big or if I'm going to need to size down in this one.

Nonetheless,

I'm hoping this one really works out because I think it's a really great

transitional piece that you can either style with a skirt, a pair of shorts, trousers or with denim in to our

Fall months as we head into the autumn season.

So here is the green top and honestly

I don't think this video is going to do it justice because I think it is so cute and flattering

I love the neckline, the tortoiseshell button detail,

I love this kind of thick band here that really cinches you in at the waist and how it flares out and these cute little

Balloon sleeves with the tortoise shell on the cuff

I just love this top and the colour is gorgeous and really makes my eyes pop

I don't know if you guys can see that. Now to make it more of a summer to fall transitional

look, I've paired it with my wooden bag from Topshop. I love this bag. I have used it almost every single day this summer

I'm wearing the jeans from the video. So these are the

high-waisted jeans. I'll show you guys a better

Try and clip of them and then I've paired them with my over-the-knee Steve Madden boots. You guys, these boots are so good

You definitely need to grab them while they're still in stock

I will link them below and yeah, I want to actually go out of the house in this outfit right now

I just think it's a little bit too warm outside, but I think it's so cute. The last thing item I picked up are these

High-waisted dark denim jeans now. I picked these up more because I need a pair of high-waisted dark denim jeans in my collection

I ordered these ones in a size USA 4 and I have a feeling I'm gonna need to size down to a size 2 I

Find Zara denim generally fits really really well, but I personally can either wear a 0, 2 or 4

It just really depends on the cut and style which can be a little bit hit and miss when you're ordering things online

Luckily, you can return them or exchange them. Now

the only thing I'm seeing that I'm not a huge fan of is I don't really like this really wash part on the knee

I was hoping that they would be more of a completely dark denim wash and

They do have that wash part kind of just below your bum

I actually think that's flattering, but I'm not a big fan of it on the knee

They didn't look that washed on the website

So I will have to give these a go and let you know what I think about them. These ones were

$45.90 which I think is a typical price that we see on Zara denim and it's from their Zara

1975 denim range

These are the high-waisted dark denim jeans that come up to pretty much my belly button on me

I've just paired it really quickly with this lacy smocked crop top from forever 21 if it's still available

I'll link it but more so you could actually see how high-waisted they are

Honestly, I'm not really crazy about this wash bit down here. Like I don't really like how it's washed

I wanted them to be more like a solid darker denim jean.

They fit actually quite nice except they're really too big in the waist

So I really need to size down to a size 2

but otherwise I like how they look at the back and

they're a nice really kind of comfortable material, feels like you're wearing leggings

So I really like that and they'd be actually really good for traveling and sitting in the plane for long periods of time

So this is definitely something I'd want to travel in

They're just not 100% what I was going for and then I definitely need to size down

But let me know what you guys think of these ones. Next up

we have these absolutely stunning mules and you'll have seen these if you watched my most recent Zara haul video because these ones are an

exchange so I decided to size up to my regular size and I got these ones in a 39

the ones in that video were a

38 and I found that they like barely just hit and I don't like when my heels about to fall off the edge

So these ones fit absolutely perfectly. I know that we're going into fall and then these ones aren't a completely fall item

However, I do think they make for a nice transitional piece

You could still pair these with a pair of weight denim. For example

whether that be a skirt or a pair of jeans and

Still add kind of a nice

Summery beachy feel to your outfit as we move into fall and you can even throw on a leather jacket on top

I also picked these up because I thought they would make for a really great vacation piece as well

It's always hard to get your hands on those tropical beachy items in the fall and winter months

especially if you have a vacation planned

During that time, like I hopefully do so I've picked these up more so I have something to wear on holiday

But I know that I will be reaching for them for next summer. So I love these again

They're in a size 39 and these ones were $49.90 next up are another pair

of Mules and these ones are a little bit wild, for me a little bit out there, not something I would typically go for

But I thought these were so stunning

They're in a gorgeous mustard real suede leather material and I don't have anything mustard in my wardrobe

I love that they have a nice pointed toe

I think that makes them really elegant and sophisticated and just really elevates your whole outfit

The bow detail is super cute and I just think that's a really nice design detail

I just think that these are so

cute nnd they are such a great piece that you can easily transition from summer to fall because they are in that mustard yellow color

Which is sunny and makes me think summer, but also makes me think fall as well as the leaves start to change

So these ones are super cute. You can style them so many different ways

I hope they fit because I really want to keep them

I picked these ones up in my usual size 39 and these ones are $49.90

Which I think is fairly fair

Since they are a real suede leather material. The last item that I have to share with you guys from our fall

transitional haul is these adorable leopard print mules

These are so different than what we're typically seeing on the high street at the moment

A lot of brands haven't done anything like this. So I'm impressed that Zara's come up with something a little bit different

So these are a black velvet mule and I personally love velvet, especially in the fall and winter months

I think it is just so chic and elegant and

comfortable and really dresses up and elevates your outfit and then they have these adorable leopards that are embroidered right on to the mule

Maybe I'll hold them this way. So you guys can see them a little bit better. I just think that's so cute

and If the typical leopard all-over print pattern isn't really what you like

then this is a really fun and different way to incorporate the

Leopard print trend in it to your wardrobe.

Animal prints are huge this season

I personally am a big fan of leopard print not a huge fan of the snake or crocodile print

So this is definitely the one that I would gravitate towards more, but I think that these are so cute now

They are looking a little bit more slim fitting that I think a lot of their mules

The only thing I don't love about them is that for whatever reason they've brought the tag almost right to the end

So if your foots here, you're still going to be able to see the tag at the end

I don't know why they've done that but you could probably just cut the tag out if that really

Bothers you and they've actually brought the velvet right down, which I think's a really nice design detail

I ordered these in my usual 39 and they retail at $45.90

So that's everything I have to share with you from my Zara fall transitional haul

I hope that you guys have enjoyed this video and I've given you some fall transitional style inspiration

6 Habits to Make You into a Happy, Successful Woman - Duration: 7:36.

6 Habits to Make You into a Happy, Successful Woman

It doesn't take as much as you think to become a happy, successful woman.

It's just about investment in some daily good psychological practices to help you grow as a person.

We should clarify from the beginning that success isn't found in prestige, being famous, or having an extensive social network where you put yourself out there in order to be admired and known.

It's simpler than that and more basic.

Authentic success is in finding personal satisfaction and acquiring a balance between your dreams and achievements.

We're talking about grabbing a hold of that happiness that makes you feel strong, free and capable of fearlessly facing the future.

Here, we'll propose 6 strategies you can use to find your own success.

1,Invest in your personal development every day.

What do we mean by personal development? We're sure you've heard the term before, or have seen it in a book or article.

However, it's important to remember something: Each person should be very clear on what psychological dimensions are their weak spots.

Personal development is personal, and thus what works for one person may not work for another.

Maybe your Achilles heel is in your inability to make courageous decisions without worrying about what others may think; maybe you are too condescending, or complacent, or insecure.

Dive into your weaknesses first in order to know what areas to start working on strengthening.

Find out 5 Affirmations that Can Help You Forgive Yourself.

2,Be realistic with the goals you want to achieve.

Nobody can climb a mountain skipping.

The climb consists of placing your hands and feet on firm, secure surfaces, and being very clear on which mountaintop you want to summit.

When it comes to your goal of achieving success and happiness, it's the same: you must be smart and very realistic.

Ask yourself the following questions:.

Are the goals you set for yourself achievable?.

What aptitudes do you have that will help you reach them?.

Are your goals short or long-term?.

What resources, strategies, or abilities do you need to reach them?.

Is there anything you've done before that relates to these goals and that will give you an idea of how to get there?.

Are you truly motivated?.

3,Your own daily action plan.

The action plan that will get you this success must be created by you.

It must be yours, with your own plans, detailed goals, and your own hopes invested in it.

The road you've mapped out is made up of short and long term goals.

Each day you must invest time, energy, and emotion into the action plan.

You have no excuse to neglect it.

You must be conscious that everything you start you should finish.

"Learn about 6 Thoughts to That Will Help You Go from Scared to Motivated in Minutes".

4,Turn a deaf ear to foolish, harmful, and useless opinions.

Your happiness is yours.

Your success plan is personal, a dream with your name on it that no one should ridicule or put down.

Be open to good ideas, wise advice, good energy, and new perspectives that can be useful.

But turn a deaf ear to anyone who tells you, "You can't do it", "You don't deserve it," or "That ship has sailed.

5,Persist and resist: to be happy you must break out of your comfort zone.

Hard times will come.

There will be days of doubt and moments where you'll ask yourself what you got yourself into.

Those thoughts are tests to pass through, because your mind is very resistant to change and will always whisper, "Stay here where you are, come back into your comfort zone.

However, remember this: nothing new grows in your comfort zone.

You must resist and persist in order to achieve success and take a hold of happiness.

6,Be thankful for every achievement and every step you take towards success.

Being grateful for each step you take isn't narcissistic.

It's acknowledging each achievement, each effort and the results that come out of them.

Being able to recognize achievement is just as important as knowing where you're going wrong.

That is how you will reach success: being humble, realistic, objective, and practicing self-awareness.

See yourself as brave and worthy of fighting for your dreams.

Give thanks then for every moment of happiness and every victory without taking your eyes off the goal.

Being happy is a process that requires constant investment, because if you give up, you lose it all.

Success is nothing but a combination of perseverance, consistency, and a lasting vision.

Powerful Panel Discussion Tip #164 with Chip Bell: How You Prepare for Lively Panel Discussions - Duration: 2:05.

Chip, what do you do to prepare yourself for a lively panel discussion?

Well, I think crafting the right questions is one way.

I always like to write the questions out so I've got them.

I always like to have more questions than I'd need.

… One of things you want to do that I think

is important, is the more transparency you can demonstrate to the audience that you are

practicing, the more you're encouraging the panel to do likewise.

And so, having those questions, having them present, and you've obviously got those

questions and sometimes I've used them and sometimes I don't.

Sometimes I have them there but I take the question and it ends up going in a different

direction and fruitful and helpful and you go, "I didn't need any of those questions."

But it's always helpful.

It also signals to the audience that you have done your homework, that you are prepared,

it gives them confidence, it gives the panel confidence, so there is some merit in all

that.

The other thing I like to do as much as I can-here again, sometimes you don't have

this luxury- is you like to know a little bit about the panel.

So do you know a paragraph or two about their background: who they are, what they are.

So, the more you can personalize it, reference it, "Well, Joe, I know one of the things

you do is you're CEO of XYZ company and you've been challenged a little bit lately

with XYZ or whatever.

Tell us a little bit more about that."

So the more you can personalize, customize the questions to get somebody to start and

bring it out, then that here again, it gives them confidence in the audience.

So, I like to do that when I can but sometimes you're presented with a panel and you don't

have that background.
