Pray Against Suicides and Use the Rosary August 27, 2018

Lord, please give us your heart for these under prosecution,

that we may pray with fervor for them.

Amen.

Heartdwellers, I want to share with you the Lord's heart this day, and continuing on,

until our nation has been fully cleansed.

But right now, it is of the utmost importance that the suicides stop.

This past week, John McCain died.

And we believe it was suicide and not a natural death, because Carol had been lead to pray

against a spirit of suicide for him all week.

There are so many that would rather die than be exposed and prosecuted.

They think their lives are over and now they should go to their reward with Satan.

But as you and I all know, there IS no reward with him, only eternal torment.

And what this first group does will influence how all the others handle their situations.

God wants to give them new life.

He wants them to repent and turn to Him for forgiveness before they die, so He can give

them a place in Heaven.

So, the many under indictment that are watching how their higher-ups are handling their situations

will follow suit—and this is the worst thing that can happen.

The Lord wants them to turn back to Him.

He wants them in Heaven with Him, returned to the Father.

He wants them to face what they did and repent before the nation, and He will receive them

into the everlasting abode of Heaven.

So, He is calling us to pray for them.

And to this end, He has sent His best intercessor to work with these souls as they plot their

course.

During prayer this morning, I had a vision of the Mother of Jesus—Mary— hovering

above the capitol rotunda.

She was surrounded by angels.

And there were other angels, coming and going with great activity.

It was a very busy time.

So, I asked, "Lord, who are these angels, and what are they doing?"

Jesus began, "I have sent My Mother, the one with the most tender heart among mankind,

with My angels.

I have asked her to help these men and women see what they have done and repent, bringing

forth public apologies and turning to Me for forgiveness.

"They will receive the message much better from her than from a man, because most of

them have had horrible relationships with their fathers and have formed an image of

Me in their minds that is totally false.

"So, I have sent her as My Ambassador of Repentance, through the power of the Holy Spirit, that

these might at least be spared the fires of Eternal torment.

And the way in which the first ones go has a strong affect on what the others will do.

"Clare, she is My Ambassador of Mercy to these men under indictment.

"I wish for all of you to pray for them, and even ask My Mother to pray for them, because

her prayers are still the most powerful among creation.

She who formed Me in her womb, brought Me forth, and suffered the prophecies of how

I would be given up to die.

She who faithfully stood by My side and offered the dearest thing in her life for sinners.

And she who has moved the heart of the Father countless times when there was no other hope.

"Just as at the wedding at Cana, so even now, it is her footsteps in the Throne Room

that bring My Father to tears—and He simply cannot deny her heart's desire.

"And that is why Satan hates her so vehemently.

He knows that if she steps in at the last moment, he will lose that soul that he worked

so hard to bring to Hell.

On this account, he has twisted and perverted her role to all Christians, so they would

shun her and not enlist her prayers.

"Satan has a counterfeit for everything—even a wicked queen of Heaven, who he invented

to bring My Mother to shame among the nations.

"But nothing shall defile this pure vessel.

No man can do this, he only defiles himself.

"So, I am indeed asking you to request her intercession for those who are going to be

arrested.

I have given this task into her jurisdiction.

"And as far as prayer goes, not only her.

But I am asking you to notify all your intercessors and prayer warriors, that thousands of souls

are at stake right now, because of what is about to take place.

"Heartdwellers, I want you to handle this differently, so you are not in your flesh.

Rather than gloating over these, as if you were free of sin, I want you to be weeping

over these and begging My Father for mercy."

Lord, how should we ask for your mother's intercession?

"The same way you would call a friend and ask them to pray.

She has the gift of hearing simultaneous requests, through her union with the Holy Spirit, as

many in Heaven do.

"For others of you, I would like you to learn the Rosary, because it is a declaration

of Scripture, as well as a meditation on the events of My life coupled with a petition

for prayer.

Any time you incorporate Scripture into your prayers, they become much more powerful.

There are other factors which make it a perfect prayer.

It engages the senses of touch, speech, hearing.

And engages a soul in such a way that brings the entire person into heart-felt petition."

Lord, what about the repetitions?

Doesn't the Bible say not to pray with vain repetitions?

"There is nothing vain about praying the Scriptures, Clare.

And as far as repetition goes, how many times do you say 'holy, holy, holy, Lord'?

"The Pagans used mantras to all of their gods and made a great show of that.

This is entirely different.

In the Rosary, you are meditating on the mysteries of My life and even applying them to your

own situation, while declaring Scripture and asking for prayer.

"But there is a correct way to pray the Rosary.

Slowly, with great focus on a mystery from My life.

Repeating the angelic salutation to My Mother is a constant reminder of her lofty stature

among all of My Creation.

'Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.'

"Just to be clear, she is not the Creator—she is a creation.

But I cannot be separated from My Spirit or My Father, so being called the Mother of God

is not a reference to her as the Creator, but a reflection on the oneness of the Trinity,

and the fact that I am fully man—and fully God.

"In any case, whether you ask My Mother for her prayers, or your friends for prayers,

or you go it alone—pray for these who are contemplating taking their lives.

"And to those of you who think suicide is your way out of punishment: think again.

I know your deeds, the depth of your wickedness and betrayals, the clean face you present—

which has only been a mask to hide the intrigues and deceits, cruel and deadly to the millions

who put their trust in you.

Nevertheless, I still love you, and do not wish for you to go the way of your predecessors—down

to the bowels of Hell.

"I am pleading with you to repent for your deeds.

I have always loved you from the beginning, but you have believed lies about Me and chosen

the evil ways of man.

Yet, My heart longs to have compassion on you.

"Suicide is not your answer, it is the sealing of your fate in the lake of fire with Satan.

It is the example you set for your children, the path of a coward, rather than be exposed

and forgiven.

"While there is yet life in you, I am sending My Mother, an Ambassador of tenderness, to

help you come to terms with your sin and stand before the people and accept your punishment.

"Much good can come from your confession of wrong-doing; your breakdown before those

you have offended can save your soul.

Do not choose the path of suicide, it is a dead end.

Rather, see what you have done and be sorry for your sins.

I do not wish for you to go to Hell, even though you have made life a living hell for

so many.

Rather, I wish for you to repent.

"Come back to Me, let Me lead you into a new life.

"Yes, there is new life for you; all is not ended and hopeless.

There is new life—but it is not in Hell.

Satan has done to you what you have done to others.

He has taught you to lie, and you've spent your entire life lying to cover over what

you were really doing.

"Do you really think…

I mean honestly—with all due intelligence.

Do you really think Satan is capable of anything but evil?

Any truth he has told you was only to keep you working for him.

He is full of destruction and deceit and he will do it to you, just as you have done to

others.

"You still have the breath of life in you.

It is not too late.

Acknowledge your sins, weep and wail, ask for forgiveness and it will be given.

And if your punishment is to die, you will at least have the opportunity for a new life

in Heaven.

"Don't be fooled.

Satan has nothing stored up for you but torment.

All he has shown you and promised you was a vapor.

No such things exist in Hell.

Nothing but hatred, violence, bitterness and torment exist in Hell.

How can there be anything delightful in Hell?

"Your reward is torment, fire, ice, and layers of skin burnt and ripped again and

again, only to grow back and be done again.

This is the Utopia he has promised you.

Even his demons are now licking their chops in anticipation of your arrival.

"I will forgive and give you eternal life.

And he will give you eternal torment.

Choose wisely.

Reconsider.

Can anything good come from this master of torment and deceit?

"Come back to Me before it is too late."

Having oatmeal for breakfast gives you the energy and nutrients your body needs to face the day.

It is also good at managing levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and improving your heart health.

In this article, we'll tell you why you should add it to your diet if you have elevated triglyceride levels.

Oatmeal and cholesterol.

This delicious grain – which goes well with milk, juice, and in baked goods – contains a great amount of soluble fiber that reduces "bad cholesterol.

While fiber is found in other foods like apples, beans, or apricots, the highest concentration is found in oats.

Therefore, daily consumption lowers levels of cholesterol in your blood.

Plus, this comes along with other benefits: it supports your heart and improves your circulatory system.

It contains other nutrients, too:.

Saponin helps fiber get rid of cholesterol.

Avenanthramide does a lot for your cardiac health and prevents free radicals from accumulating (the main cause of arteriosclerosis) thanks to its antioxidant powers.

But how does oatmeal affect cholesterol?.

The process goes like this: the soluble fiber (beta-glucan) inhibits the absorption rate of fat in the intestinal tract.

This way, it doesn't reach your blood and stay in your body.

Should you eat oats by themselves, or as an ingredient?.

The same sort of thing happens with flavored instant oatmeal packs you find marketed to children.

Besides your diet, they can accumulate due to a lack of exercise, stress, and a sedentary lifestyle.

Therefore a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast isn't enough, even though it can indeed help greatly.

Oat water to reduce cholesterol.

This great-tasting grain fits into many kinds of recipes.

You can use it to bread meat or vegetables, in soups, sprinkled onto salads, or in sauces, etc.

Drinking oat water multiple times a week is an effective way to not only reduce cholesterol and triglycerides, but also blood sugar levels.

As if that weren't enough, it's also good for weight loss and preventing heart disease.

The cooking water from oats is high in beta-glucan, a soluble fiber that is great at improving intestinal movement.

If you want to lose weight, this drink is very good at preventing the "munchies" between meals because it's filling and regulates your metabolism.

Thanks to its minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins, it prevents premature cell aging, improves physical performance, and keeps your body functioning properly.

Ingredients. 1 cup of oats (105 g).

3 cups of water (750 ml). Preparation.

Always use a ratio of 1:3 oats to water.

Heat the water and once boiling, add the oats.

Cook for a few minutes until they are tender.

Strain and set the liquid aside.

Once chilled, you can sweeten with vanilla or stevia and drink like you would water throughout the day.

How We Make Food Recommendations at Viome | Dr. Helen Messier - Duration: 9:20.

Hi this is Dr. Helen Messier, chief medical officer of Viome. A number of you

have been asking about how we generate your recommendations. We hear you and

understand your curiosity. Now, first of all, in our next release we will be

showing you reasons behind all the foods you see on your list you will be able to

click on the food and see some of the details behind that food recommendation.

For now, I would like to go over the approach we take and some of the

scientific principles we use when determining your food recommendations

the first principle we focus on is that we want to recommend foods that will

help to balance your microbiome. A balanced microbiome is one that has a

wide variety of organisms and functions. In other words you want a high richness

and diversity. Robust richness and diversity creates an ecosystem of

organisms in your microbiome that can withstand many different types of stress.

Stresses such as a drastic change in diet, running a marathon, being exposed to

toxins like pesticides or even emotional stress, all of these things can be

mitigated by a diverse microbiome. One example of how to create a balanced

microbiome is by recommending foods that contain certain fibers such as inulin

that will support the microbial production of butyrate. Butyrate is an

essential product that is made by your microbes and is necessary to feed the

lining of your gut to keep it healthy. It also helps to control inflammation, blood

sugar, as well as appetite. So we want to make sure that you have the foods that

your microbes will use to make butyrate. We also want to make sure that your

recommended foods will support the beneficial bacteria that are capable of

making butyrate. Butyrate can be made by both beneficial and potentially harmful

organisms so foods that contain specific polyphenols like proanthocyanidins will

help the beneficial butyrate producers to thrive and not the less beneficial

ones. The second principle we use in making

your food recommendations is that we want to increase the foods that contain

compounds that will be metabolized by your microbiome into beneficial

substances. Since almost everything that we eat is first metabolized by your

microbes, components in food get transformed by your bacteria before your

body can use them. Now, in some cases, potentially healthy foods will not have

any effect unless some of the components are transformed into these beneficial

products. An example of this would be ellagic acid that is found in foods like

strawberries raspberries and pomegranates

ellagic acid gets converted into urolithin A by very specific microbes then

when urolithin A gets absorbed into our bloodstream it is a powerful

antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. If your microbiome does not have the

ability to do this conversion it might be better to focus on foods that will be

more beneficial for you. The third principle we use is that we want to

minimize the foods that contain potentially harmful components that

can't be neutralized by your microbiome. In many cases our microbiome protects us

from substances in our foods that can be detrimental for us they will metabolize

these substances and make them less harmful but of course not all of us have

the microbiomes that are capable of doing this. For example, oxalate is found

in high doses in foods like spinach, beet greens, and almonds. If these are not

neutralized by your microbiome and you eat a lot of these foods they can

accumulate in your body and cause issues like kidney stones. That's why some

people will find high oxalate foods on their minimized list. It doesn't mean

they can't eat them at all but they should go easy on them.

The fourth principle is that we want to minimize foods that can be converted by

the microbes into harmful substances. A classic example of this is foods rich in

choline or carnitine such as egg yolks or red meat.

These can be converted by our microbes into trimethylamine or TMA. Once

converted, TMA gets absorbed into our body and metabolized by our liver

into TMAO or Trimethylamine and oxide. TMAO has been implicated in contributing

to atherosclerosis and heart disease. If you have microbes doing this conversion

it's best to limit foods that contain these substances. Now, as you know, it's

best to limit foods that will cause our blood sugar to rise rapidly if this

happens repeatedly high blood sugar can lead to insulin resistance and

eventually diabetes. We also know that the same food can have very different

effects on different people's blood sugar. We all respond individually and

even foods you would not expect can raise blood sugar significantly in some

people. One of the biggest determinants of your blood sugar response is your

unique microbiome. Now, your recommendations will minimize foods that

have been determined to cause a high glycemic response. We can also see

evidence in people's microbiomes of overload of certain macronutrients when

people are not able to fully digest all the protein that they are eating. The

protein can end up in the colon where most of our microbes live. When these

microbes encounter the protein they will have a great time fermenting it. Some of

the products of this protein fermentation can be quite toxic and

damaging to our gut lining and to us so supporting your ability to digest

protein with certain foods minimizing some high protein containing foods or

using supplements to help you digest protein are all ways that this can be

addressed in your recommendations. One thing to note is that it's not always

meat that's the culprit as certain vegetarian sources of protein can be

even harder for some people to digest. We can also see if there are a lot of

organisms that thrive in a high fat environment. These type of organisms tend

to be more inflammatory and also act as a signal that you're not handling your

ingested fat well. You might see certain types of high fat containing foods on

your minimised list or see other foods or supplements that can help you digest

the fat. Now that we have sequenced the

microbiomes of thousands of peopl,e we have noticed that there are a

significant number of people that have a certain type of dysbiosis. Now, I defined

dysbiosis as having too many bad bugs not enough good bugs or bugs that are

growing in the wrong place. This type of dysbiosis can cause a lot of very

uncomfortable symptoms. If you are one of these people your recommendations will

include a list of foods containing certain types of fermentable fiber that

will be on your list of foods to eat less of this is meant for a period of

time to correct the gut imbalance and the recommended foods will then change

over time you will get a pop-up notification when your food list is

ready to change. Now, there are also a subgroup of foods that are not really

helpful for anyone but can be outright harmful for some you will see them on

your avoid food list even though this list may seem generic over time we will

be adding in explanations as to why certain people have even greater reasons

to stay away from them for example trehalose is a sugar type additive

that's used to make many types of frozen processed foods such as ice cream it has

also been shown that trehalose can cause a very harmful type of organism

known as clostridium difficile to grow and become pathogenic. If you have c-diff

in your microbiome and we can see your microbes are being exposed to trehalose

it will be even more important for you to stay away from foods like ice cream

that contain. We will never put it on anyone's enjoy list anyway but

you should know that there are specific reasons found in your microbiome that

make certain so called bad foods even worse for some people. Now we really owe

our microbiome a great deal of thanks. Everything in our environment and

especially our food is seen and transformed by our microbes. If we have a

balanced microbiome and they are doing a good job for us

they will neutralize harmful food components, increase beneficial

components, and not make toxic substances. Now, until the day comes when we all have

robust and balanced microbiomes, we need to help them and focus on the

foods that they are able to handle today to support our overall health and

GWC Student Spotlight: Ngoc "Nicole" La - Duration: 2:17.

- So my name is Ngoc La,

you can call me Nicole.

My major at Golden West College,

are physics and chemistry.

I started at Golden West College in Spring 2016.

This is the LRC,

it stand for Learning Resource Center.

I spend a lot of time here,

specially in the first floor because I am a tutor here.

And then the second and the third floor,

I spend lot of time with my friends

studying inside the library.

At Golden West College,

I participate in three internships.

My first internship was at Fullerton,

Cal State Fullerton, last summer.

My second internship is at NASA Jet Propulsion Lab.

And the third internship

is coming up next summer at Stanford University.

I received three scholarships last year,

and this year I received six scholarships.

The application process was very simple.

Some of my favorite things

about Golden West College are the clubs.

I am a active member

of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

It's provide a lot of opportunities for student

to do service on campus for the club,

and also around the community.

The thing I will most about Golden West College

is my lovely professors and my friends.

There are two professors that really inspired me

at Golden West College.

They are Dr. Teresa Speakman,

my lovely professor of organic chemistry class.

And Dr. Konrad Stein,

my physics professor.

When I found out that I got accepted to MIT,

it's just so amazing.

So I take a screenshot of the letter

and I sent to everyone,

all my professors,

all my friends,

and I kinda still can't believe that I got accepted.
