What is up hustlers, I'm going to show you in this video how to use Amazon and

how to use Amazon tools to create your own t-shirt designs that are going to

sell and make you money so let's go so this morning it's really

cold here in Sydney hence the beanie and the tea drinking tea too if you're

wondering I don't know why this is on my desk it's not like I have a kettle here

but anyway jumps on that jumped onto my laptop start researching as I do every

week every month to find some winning designs for my print-on-demand store

which is hosted on Shopify just if you're wondering because you know I need

to refresh my t-shirts and their designs so I'm going to show you step by step

what I do and and how you can implement my research on Amazon to inform you of

what does t-shirt designs to go for so let's jump up to my laptop right now and

let's take a look by the way this is a new microphone it's blue Yeti I probably

need a pop filter so excuse me for all the popping that happens in this video

mmm okay so let's start off right on Amazon obviously the first thing you

need to do is head up onto clothing I'm just gonna go with men for now just as

an example clothing and obviously with print-on-demand

you can create hoodies sweatshirts t-shirts whatever it is for the sake of

this example I'm gonna go with t-shirts just show you what I'm doing here and

you know from here you just select a niche and I'm gonna show you a few more

tools that is gonna inform you of which niche to go with and if you've got a

general store works perfectly if you've got an itch store then there we go

you've got your niche already but for the sake of this video I'm gonna input

something really random in here let's just say funny t-shirts now this is

going to give you some this is gonna give you an idea of what is selling

so as you can see here you know without using any tools or just using Amazon

just by itself you can see what is selling just by going off reviews okay

so for example world's okay it's brother it's got 77 reviews clear it's selling

profit don't know what the profit looks like because it's only selling at six

dollars eighty seven which isn't much at all this this t-shirt t-shirt here

you're killing me smalls almost thirty dollars in price it's got 14 reviews now

don't know how well that's selling but profit margins are pretty good so a lot

of you people are sleeping on Amazon FBA tools I'm talking about jungle scout

here for example because a lot of people think hey jungle Scout Amazon FBA drop

shipping could put completely different things no it's not it is the same thing

it's still ecommerce you are selling products online okay and that's

e-commerce so you're gonna go ahead and use jungle Scout or unicorn smasher

whatever it is I'm gonna use this tool here and it's gonna start analyzing the

amount of sales the ranking estimated revenue etc so I'm gonna show you you

know what's selling so let's sort by estimated revenue here and you know this

is really exciting because this really informs you of what designs to go for

and I'm going to show you more tools like I said to you know go from research

all the way to implementation so anyway let's sort by estimated revenue where is

that funny t-shirt that I was looking at so this you're killing me t-shirt right

here you can see that it's selling for obviously $27 $28 estimated revenue

right here five thousand six hundred almost five thousand six hundred a month

and so obviously you know that blows away the misconception that nowadays in

2018-2019 you need a crazy t-shirt design with graphics with you know a

really professional-looking t-shirt you really don't it can be really simple

witty and gonna sell so from here I recommend

like to scroll down to is this the word cloud which changes every single weekend

this is going to inform you of what t-shirt keywords a winning week to week

and this is invaluable I don't know why this is free but hey wishing complain

right so ramen is clearly winning you know science Wildcat ramen you know

unicorn universe all these keywords are popular and this is gonna easily inform

you of which niche to go with especially if you're running a general

print-on-demand store so the next tool that you want to use is Facebook now

this is a demo account and let's pick ramen as so obviously if

you don't know how Whitecloud works by the way the bigger the word the more

popular the keyword so the more searches are being thatthat so in other words

ramen is being searched for quite regularly when it comes to t-shirt

designs so we're gonna go here use your Facebook account and type in the search

ramen t-shirt now Facebook and Amazon both really good tools to use when it

comes to t-shirt designs and research now you're gonna click on photos videos

work - depends how many videos there are based on these t-shirt designs you're

gonna go in to see all when it comes to public photos now this is just gonna

give you a rough idea of you know some t-shirt t-shirt designs that you can go

for s maybe some funny bunny words that is gonna work so you know stuff like

this ramen in progress now that's you know that's a pretty cool design and you

know simple stuff like that now you're not gonna plagiarize and just pull out

the exact same design that's not what you want to do that's not what I

recommend that's blatant stealing from people what you want to do though is

create something similar you can take that idea and transform it make it

better now that's what's gonna sell because these proven - so anyway so if

you go back into again let's go ramen t-shirt for example on Amazon see just

basically see what selling give you some ideas here you can see here there's a

cat eating ramen and that is very popular and no surprise there 124

reviews so in 10 bucks a pop because if you go back to our word cloud here cat

ramen two biggest words here it's clearly selling this week okay and as

you can tell it is a winning design such a simple way guys to inform your

decision on what to sell unlike aliexpress drop shipping which is

you know this is the perk of print-on-demand which I really like now

not taking anything away from drop shipping I obviously dropship

and I make another video on how to drop ship n sell print-on-demand

t-shirts or custom t-shirts together and that is the secret to winning and when

you sell pray on the man anyway go back into the go back into the tool here just

to see how much revenue its generating just give you a better idea here this is

what I do every morning basically not every morning I mean every morning when

I'm researching designs and this is this works really really well but of course

it's how you market your own products and it's how you push paid media on to

your product designs now this is taking a while so I'm gonna let's let's forget

that anyway as you can tell it's winning it's got a lot of reviews I mean the

profit margins probably aren't that high but you know it's a very popular design

so what you're gonna do here is you know take a similar design and here's the

thing if you're really bad with Photoshop you don't have any experience

that is fine again another the other thing with printing the man and drop

shipping as a whole the beauty of it is you don't need to be you don't need to

execute on all of this you can outsource it and I recommend things like upwork

fiverr.com and anything that has freelance opportunities outsource it out

to freelancers now this is gonna cost you five ten twenty dollars depending on

the design but these guys are gonna get you a pretty decent design that could

easily cover the initial cost up front I can easily make you thousands of dollars

if you've got a winning design so in a sense it's kind of like Amazon FBA

you're testing products but it's much more accessible than you know ordering

500 units from China and then if it fails you're stuck with 500 products so

you know again another perk of drop shipping so from here once you've got

that design you've informed your decision okay let's just say it's ramen

with cats ramen with cats you've found that it's

working on a face book as well so that's just doubling up you're just basically

opening each other you're going to go into

Shopify here basically and go ahead and put it into print full and now I can see

What You Need to Know About Type 1 Diabetes - Duration: 2:45.

Type 1 diabetes, so probably the simplest way of thinking about it is you

know it's a type of diabetes where your body's not making insulin. Most people

think of it as the diabetes they're born with or sort of get in childhood. That's

not always the case. So we definitely have people who are diagnosed later in

life but usually it's kind of the diabetes where your body's not making

insulin and so you're dependent on some sort of insulin set up to live essentially.

Really the big thing is insulin in some form. So you know some

people inject insulin some people use insulin pumps but really the mainstay of

it is some sort of insulin administration. So it can make it a

little bit challenging sometimes and I think it's a lot of work but there are

some really cool technologies and really cool advances that we just didn't even

have 10 years ago that make it more manageable. Probably the biggest thing

that we do is a lot of see GM's that are short continuous glucose monitors.

So there's different types but really they give up to the minute blood sugar

readings and so instead of having to check your finger all the time they

really give you continuous information on how your blood sugars are doing and

so you can make adjustments and then some of the newer pumps that are coming

out and one of them that is already out actually kind of bypass people up to

some degree and let the pump make changes based on the blood sugar

readings that you get and so cutting out some of the work but it's still a lot of

work involved.

Really the short answer is insulin helps you break down the food

that you eat into sugar that you would actually want to to to function and so

you know the sugar you need for your brain and for your cells and things like

that and so it lets your body use that fuel.

It depends on the type 2 but I

would say by enlarged probably the biggest differences is a type 1 people

don't make any insulin in type two usually they make some insulin. And

really where that comes into play is you know type twos can be on insulin too so

it's not that you know if you have type 2 diabetes you don't

insulin medication that you're taking but it just it generally gives us other

medications to work with. And I would say you know with type 2 diabetes the diet

and exercise part maybe plays a little bit more into the treatment part. You

know diet and exercise is a big part of anybody not with you know with or

without diabetes but certainly with type 2 it plays a little bit more of a

central role because we know people don't process sugars as well and so any

a little bit of exercise and diet helps it helps that work better.

Many people have a bit of spare time after eating their main weekend meals and, to take advantage of that time, they have certain habits to entertain themselves or relax.

Over time, these habits have spread through the population and, although some are done unconsciously, they are not always good for maintaining our well-being.

They may seem rather inoffensive, but over time, these activities can contribute to uncomfortable symptoms or serious health problems.

1, Sleeping.

Having a siesta or going to sleep after eating can lead to troublesome digestive symptoms.

Although this is a relaxing and necessary habit for many people, it is essential to bear in mind that doing this directly affects the digestive process.

Given that the body is lying down, the gastric juices do not fully cover the food in the stomach.

Thus, the food's nutrients are not fully absorbed.

It's no secret that the bad habit of smoking has serious consequences for lung and cardiovascular health.

What some people don't know is that the risks are even higher when you smoke after a meal.

3,Eating fruit.

Some people may think that fruits are a healthy alternative to complement the main meals of the day.

This is because fruits require different enzymes to be digested well and their natural sugars need longer to be absorbed fully.

If you eat fruits just before or after an abundant meal, they will stay in the stomach for longer and can cause indigestion, gases and other annoyances.

Taking a shower.

Taking a shower is relaxing and good for circulatory health, However, it's not ideal to take one after eating, because it can weaken the digestive system.

Showers increase the blood flow to the hands and lower parts of the body, and then reduce the quantity of blood that goes to the stomach.

As a consequence, your stomach may function inadequately, which can cause pains, inflammation and heaviness.

5,Drinking cold water.

Drinking cold water during or after after meals can cause poor digestion.

It causes foods to agglutinate and makes the processes of absorbing nutrients and separating out waste more difficult.

6,Drinking tea.

Although tea is a healthy drink, it's not advisable to drink it with main meals.

It interferes with the absorption of iron, because it contains a substance called tannic acid which binds to proteins and this mineral.

As a result, there is a reduction of up to 87% in the absorption of iron, which can lead to chronic episodes of anemia.

This nutrient is essential for producing red blood cells in the blood and so an iron deficiency can cause symptoms like:.

Chest pain. Pale skin.

Weakness and extreme tiredness.

Nails that break easily.

Lack of appetite. Cold hands and feet.

7,Walk or run.

It is a mistake to think that doing physical exercise after eating will help you to drop waist sizes and burn calories.

While it can't be denied that running and walking are healthy, doing so after eating an abundant meal can cause indigestion and discomfort.

As a result, it's not advisable to walk until at least 30 minutes after eating a meal.

Or, if you do walk sooner, it shouldn't be for more than 10 minutes.

way to work much more closely with people in your community who don't necessarily have

the income to be able to provide the level of care that you provide.

There are pet owners who are going through life with their pets without seeing a veterinarian,

because they can't afford care.

Whether you outreach to local shelters, whether you go to lower income communities,

whether you work through vaccination clinics— we need to do whatever we can, using our local

associations, state associations, and national associations to make sure all pets are provided

care.

So, do everything you can to work with your shelters, to work with local groups, so that

you could make a difference in the lives of pet owners whose pets deserve the care that

you can provide, but maybe can't afford it.

5 Ways to Rebuild Trust After It's Broken

Laurie and Frank were high school sweethearts.

They married young because Laurie became pregnant and, being Catholic, any other choice was

out of the question, so he decided to do the right thing.

It wasn't that he didn't love her—he did, but over time, Frank longed for his lost

youth.

You can see where this is going and it's not good.

Laurie worked full-time to put Frank through college and law school.

He worked long hours and she stayed home with the kids.

As his success rose, they began to lead separate lives.

He and his buddies would routinely frequent strip clubs after work and occasionally bust

out for a Vegas trip which inevitably did not stay in there.

One night after Frank arrived home drunk and passed out on the sofa, Laurie came across

text messages from one of the girls wanting to hook up and that was the start of their

particular fandango.

At first, he denied it, and then he became indignant, and finally contrite, sad and terrified

that he would lose her.

Frank realized what she meant to him, but Laurie worried incessantly every time he went

out and would give him the third and fourth degree when he arrived home.

Inevitably, a huge row would ensue, only to end in an icy standoff that would last for

days.

Laurie's trust in Frank was shattered, and there was no turning back.

They were lost in a sea of suspicion and secrecy.

Trust is the bedrock of what makes relationships work.

It is the fundamental process of love and intimacy.

When trust goes, what goes with it are safety, security, respect, love and friendship, replaced

by anger, insecurity, anxiety, fear; the aggrieved person becomes like the police, the FBI, and/or

the CIA.

Distrust causes spouses to look through cell phones, check emails, and ask endless questions

about "Where have you been and who were you talking to?"

Life becomes laced with arguments, large and small, about what is really going on, rather

than taking what is said at face value.

In the intervening thirty or so years of doing therapy, there is not a thornier issue than

the loss of trust, in whatever form it may take.

Trust can be lost through lies, rage, violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and, most prominently,

sexual infidelity.

Once it's lost, there is usually a Humpty Dumpty effect: hard to put it back together

again.

Usually the behaviors that created the distrust are difficult to change, because they are

complex and convoluted.

These little critters skip and jump through our system like ciphers popping up in unexpected

places, while giving our mind the best of reasons to be doing whatever it is that our

bodies are pushing for.

The body certainly does vote, and when it comes to sex, nothing is more powerful.

I have seen very wealthy and powerful people literally spending millions of dollars on

sex, drugs, and rock and roll—all the while being in the midst of a marriage with children.

The level of guilt is staggering enough to kill a herd of horses, but it generally does

not stop the offender.

The reasons why men or women cheat are multifaceted.

They can range from loneliness, poor self-esteem, cultural entitlement, arrogance and/or sexual

issues within the marriage or relationship.

Our society is also rife with willing males and females who know full well that a roll

in the hay will quintuple what they could otherwise earn, not to mention shoes, jewelry,

apartments and cars.

It says something about our world and the steady decline of moral imperatives.

That being said, it's trust that is the biggest loser.

Once trust has been lost, what can we do to get it back—if anything?

1.

Coming clean does work—but not completely clean.

Denial only leads to more distrust, so the truth has to come out along with the willingness

to take responsibility for your actions.

However, detailed truth can sometimes make the hurt even worse and compound the pain,

and therefore the healing process.

Couples can spend tons of time on details while losing the thread of what needs to be

done to correct the misconduct.

2.

Being defensive, righteous or casual about the problem never works.

There must be a sincere effort to work out the issues, or the wall will never come down.

The angrier you are, the less you are able to hear what the aggrieved one has to say,

and the worse what they feel will get.

3.

Talk about what made you do it.

Opening up about your own struggle, the need to get help, and the awareness of what got

you there in the first place will help to prevent further infractions.

If there is a sexual addiction problem, you must be willing to attend SA (sexual addiction)

meetings or do what is necessary to make it better.

If there is loneliness in the marriage, take the initiative to make an appointment with

a counselor.

Talking about your feelings of alienation is the best way to connect again.

4.

Be an open book.

That means open your cell phone, email, and appointment book for a period of time.

This is usually the hardest part, because any person who has lived that clandestine

underground life of secrecy likes it that way.

They feel entitled to privacy, and they become righteous and indignant.

At this point, you will need to take a moment and ask yourself what is really important:

your relationship or your privacy?

It really comes down to that.

5.

Renew your vows.

Whether married or not, there is a need to discuss values about living life and what

that entails.

This may be the most important part of the process.

Take time to talk about what you want, what got you into this mess, and what needs to

happen moving forward.

Write it all down and make a ceremony out of it.

Invite your friends and family.

Tell the world what you are going to do and mean it.

For Laurie and Frank, it was too late.

Frank had gone too far, with too many areas to correct what had gone wrong.
