Hey welcome back to the Six Figure Mastermind, Marianne here with you today.

Let's talk customer loyalty and what it takes for those customers to keep coming back to

you.

So customer loyalty is a big deal in your business and there's a lots of ways to do

that.

Lot's of ways to incentivize your customers to come back.

Bottomline is you got to be providing a quality product otherwise your customer won't be coming

back for anything.

So here's some key tips on how to get your customers coming back for more.

First of all, your customers need to know exactly what to expect when they work with

you.

You don't want any surprises unless they're really positive surprises.

So as long as your customers know what to expect from you, it's easy for them to return.

You know take for example, if you were to take your cards for a mechanic and that mechanic

is one that always add something else on as a bonus or gives you a free air freshener.

That's one way to keep that customer loyalty.

The customers know what to expect when they go there.

They know to expect great customer service.

They know to expect maybe a little bonus or a thank you gift.

It's a great expectation to give and a way to build your customer loyalty.

So be aware that your customers need to know exactly what's going on.They don't want any

negative surprises, only positive ones.

Another way to keep your customer's loyal to you is to create what's called a frequent

shopper program.

And this can be done in a myriad of ways.

You can have a punch card where they get the tenth item free or you could have a points

program where the customers gets points for everything that they purchase.

You know there's different ways.

Maybe you have a referral program where your customers get a little thank you check or

thank you gift or maybe a little give away for every customer they refer to you.

Now it's going to be a little different with product based business versus service based

business.

Product based business is easier to do the punch card and this points system and/or service

based business, it's easier to do the referral program.

So for example, you are a photographer and you have a referral program, for your business,

it's super easy to say, hey, there's a new client, ask them who referred them and then

you can send a thank you bonus.

Maybe a free canvas or an upgrade to the package for the client that referred them.

Now that's for the service based business.

Remember it's different from products and services.

It's easier to do some things than it is others.

Another way to bring your customers back and have them running back to your door is to

have your own unique flair.

You know I was at Five Guys the other day and I had pre- ordered in.

I called and I ordered because we were just getting to movie and we were like cram our

food down before we got to movie.

And when I got there, I was hey, I like to pick up this order and they said, what's your

name.

I said, hey, it's Marianne and they said.

Marianne's here and they called back to the entire restaurant.

And everyone's like, hey Marianne!

You know some people might think that's kind of cheesy but I thought that was cool.

But I thought that was cool.

And I thought like, hey!

They know me, they recognize me even though I've never been there before.

It felt really cool to be recognized and it put a smile on my face.

Which leads me to my last tip.

Take customer surveys.

Ask your customers what they love about your business.

Ask them what they would like to see improved by your business.

Ask them what they love about your unique flair.

What makes you apart from any other business in your industry.

And whatever puts a smile on your customer's face, do more of that.

So ask them in the survey.

what makes you smile when you come to the door of our business.

That's going to do 2 things for you.

2, alright?

The first thing's that that's going to do for you is get a really good feedback on what

you're doing that's working and what you're doing that's not working.

The second thing that it's going to do for you is it increases psychology of your customer's

experience within the store.

So if you ask good questions about what do you love about shopping with us?

What do you love about your instore experience.

What do you love about our representatives?

How do you like to be thanked?

Ask this questions and it gets your customers thinking in the psychology of yes.

Whatever questions you asked your brain, your brain answers too.

So if you're asking the customers brain about their positive experience in the store, guess

what they're going to be thinking of?

The positive experience they've had in your store.

When gets them into yes mindset of coming back in doing business with you.

So those are just the quick...Few quick tips in just in creating customer loyalty programs

. A lot of them are very easy to do with your print shop list.

Let's say if you want to do a customer loyalty card, you can easily go to Kinkos or Risto

print and create a customer loyalty card that you punch.

These are systems that are super easy to implement and again, if you're using a CRM or Customer

Relationship Management software, track of all of your information in there so you could

keep track your customer's points.

Nothing's worst than a customer loyalty program that has a broken back end.

So, if you want a really good customer loyalty program implement it on your CRM automated

as much as possible.

So that your customers come back for more.

Why am I so positive all the time?

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of Walk With Me, this is Josh here

and today we're talking about my positivity.

This is something that comes up from time to time in my real life, or in the social

media dm's, so I wanted to take some time to clarify.

Good or bad, there are a lot of things in our lives that we don't have any control over.

There is definitely no doubt, things in my life can be difficult and they can be exhausting

and they can be stressful, and there are a lot of things that I just don't have any control

over.

Obviously this is going to be the same for everybody, but the way I choose to look at

it and the way I choose to see it, I might not have control over those negative things

but I do have control over how I choose to perceive them and how I choose to react.

It's easy to get swept up in a school or a workplace full of negative people that just

want to complain about everything and focus on the negatives.

There are always going to be positives and good things to focus on.

The good versus bad percentages might change over time, but there's always going to be

a positive outlook you can take in any given situation or at least not a negative one and

that's just the way I always try and choose to be.

This is 100% a learned skill so if you're thinking I don't think I could ever get to

that point in my life, I was never in this spot either.

It's something that's learned and practiced over time and obviously still a work in progress

for me too.

You can't get swept up into that negative hive mind of the people that are just trying

to bring themselves down and bring everyone else down with them.

There's a good chance you'll get a lot of resistance and a lot of flac from some people

in your life but that's nothing you should really be worrying about.

You need to focus on yourself and focus on being happy and being positive and appreciating

the good things in your life.

Keep in mind, you're in control of how you react to any situation regardless of how positive

or negative so react the way that you want to feel.

So hopefully this can serve as a little bit of clarification if you're ever wondering

why I stay so positive.

Things in my life obviously aren't perfect all the time.

For as many of those negative things that exist there are just as many if not more positive

things, so that's always what I'm going to choose to focus on.

But that is going to be it for the main topic today, I did have a couple of other things

I wanted to bring up and talk about, I really want to set up a group hike here in Portland.

I would love to know how many of you are in town or near town and would be willing to

travel and do a group hike.

I think this would be a really fun idea for all of us, if we can get enough people I'd

love to get that set up, I think it'd be a lot of fun.

The other thing though that I wanted to bring up, if you haven't yet go sign up for the

Hello, I'm Father William Saunders

We've come to the end of the Bread of Life discourse

A decision has to be made. Notice part of the disciples are

murmuring "This talk is hard to endure, how can He give us His Body

and Blood?" and so on

and they leave

Notice though Jesus doesn't say

"Oh, please stop. Come back, I'll change my teaching; you misunderstood Me."

"It's symbolic."

No, He lets them go.

His teaching is Who He is

So he asked the Apostles

and He says "Do you want to leave, too?

St. Peter says, "Lord where would we go?"

"You have the words of everlasting life."

That's the key: Where would we go?

But notice there's something very disturbing

It says in the Gospel that Jesus knew

the one who would betray Him

and one of those apostles stayed with Our Lord

but that was Judas and he betrayed Him

So, my brothers and sisters as we experience

the communion with Our Lord and that communion becomes very real

in the Holy Eucharist

We have to be sure that we're like St. Peter who says

"Lord you have the words of everlasting life."

This week, if there's some issue, some little piece

of faith that is disturbing, causing problems

go to your catechism

Go to the Bible.

Get good advice. Come to a resolution and say "I believe"

We might not fully understand but we can say "I believe"

and with grace, we will come to understanding

or if you haven't been to Confession for a while

Definitely go to Confession

Have a clean heart

St. Paul warns us

If we receive the Eucharist unworthily meaning in a state of mortal sin

or really with the dissent of teaching

then we bring condemnation upon ourselves

So meet the challenge

This is the point of decision

Really enter into a communion of life

and love with Our Lord

that is so made real through the gift of the Holy Eucharist

Rights Of A Tenant In Nigeria - Duration: 5:25.

Hi everyone, my name is Yemi Kuti humbly saying hello from the other side of the screen.

Today i'm going to be bringing to you another real estate masterclass from Nigeria's number

one online marketplace, Jiji.ng.

Today we will be talking about the rights of a tenant in Nigeria.

There is nothing worse than living under the roof of a landlord who feels he is high and

mighty but the good news is no matter how high and mighty a landlord might project himself

to be, nobody is higher than the law in Nigeria and the tenancy laws in Nigeria were actually

set out to protect the tenant against oppression and the like.

The tenancy law in Nigeria makes ample provision and protection for a legal tenant in Nigeria.

Here they are:

At number 1 you have the Right To A Written Agreement

So this to me is a no-brainer.

You are entering into an agreement with someone and for me the logical thing to do is for

both parties to come together, sit down and write down the terms of this agreement and

you both sign.

If a disagreement then pops up in the future, you and the landlord can go back to the written

agreement to see what it said.

So it is important that you demand a written agreement from your landlord.

You could also have a lawyer help you review the fine prints.

If you get this contract wrong, and something, a problem arises later on in the future nothing

else will be able to save you asides this written agreement.

You could do a quick internet search to find a sample of tenancy agreement in Nigeria and

this will help guide you when you draw up yours..

At number two, You Have The Right To Issuance Of Receipt Of Payment

So if you buy a new phone, would you leave the shop without asking for your receipt?

So why else would you pay a considerable amount of money to your landlord and think asking

for your receipt would be an unnecessary inconvenience?

What if, God forbid, the landlord wakes up the next morning and has brain touch and comes

to say you have not paid the full amount or even worse you have not paid anything at all.

I know that these days, bank alerts and bank statements can serve as a proof of transfer

but without an actual receipt which shows the amount to be paid as well as the purpose

of payment, the landlord can still come around to say that this payment was for something

else or just a deposit of the full sum.

So always ask for a receipt after you pay your rent.

Number three You Have The Right To Peaceful Enjoyment Of The Property

If you paid for it, you have the right to fully enjoy it for the duration that you paid

for.

As long as you are not constituting a nuisance or causing damage, just about every other

thing goes with regards to your rented apartment.

Don't let any landlord dictate to you where you should use as your master bedroom, where

you should place your TV, what colour of bulbs you should use and so on.

Your property is your property.

Number four You Have The Right To A Valid Notice To Quit

No Landlord can come and kick you out of his house without a prior notice.

I mean he cannot just wake up one morning and say he no longer wants you living on his

property, no matter what the reason may be, that's even if you are owing rent!

The landlord has to strictly comply with the tenancy laws in Nigeria before you can be

evicted.

The quit notice for the tenant must be received 6 months beforehand for a tenancy period that

has exceeds one year.

Some landlords can add a clause that you can be evicted without a prior notice and this

is another reason why you must carefully read your tenancy agreement with your landlord

before signing it.

Your sample tenancy agreement in Nigeria will have the name of the landlord, the name of

you the tenant, the address of the property in question, the date when notice period will

start and also when the notice will end.

The quit notice law in Nigeria actually deserves a thumbs up.

Number five You Have The Right To A Compulsory Seven Days Notice To Recover Premises

In order to prevent embarrassment on the part on the tenant, the recovery of premises law

in Nigeria prohibits a landlord from spontaneously showing up on his premises to evict the tenant.

This is even after the end of the valid quit notice period.

After the end of the quit notice, the landlord still has to notify the tenant as well as

the court 7 days before he can come around to recover his property.

Unless he does this, he cannot show up with thugs or even policemen to try to recover

his premises.

This law was actually set up to preserve the dignity of the tenant.

Number six You Have The Right To A Fair Hearing This is actually a fundamental human right

which is not just confined to the spheres of the tenancy laws in Nigeria.

As a Nigerian, you are entitled to a fair hearing in a court of law.

The court must first hear your side of your story before passing judgement.

A court cannot pass any judgement on any landlord/tenant tussle without first of all hearing the side

of both parties.

Number seven You Have The Right To Sue Your Landlord For Trespass

Forget that the landlord owns the property.If your landlord trespasses unnecessarily, you

have the right to sue him.

Once a tenant occupies a property, the law transfers all rights of the property to the

tenant and this cannot be revoked unless its by the law or by the tenant himself.

And so there you have it, those are the seven rights of a tenant in Nigeria.

How to Live Up to Your God Given Talent LIVE YOUR FULL POTENTIAL - Duration: 7:04.

Hey it's Abbi J here your life coach and welcome to my channel AJ Life

Hacks. Today I'm talking all about a topic that I get asked all the time

especially by the groups of young women that I go and talk to whether that's a

girl's camps or a church functions but a question I get asked all the time is, "how

do I live up to my god-given abilities?" And I totally understand why so many

people wonder that because we're given these awesome gifts and talents and

things that really come naturally to us and we think, okay now what like what am

I supposed to do with those and how do I live up to potentially some of these

talents that I have? Or that I need to develop and so that is

what today's video is all about so let's dive into these tips for how you can

live up to your god-given ability. I think the most important tip that I

could give you and I'll just give it you right out of the chute number one and

that is to like internalize this belief and that is it God wants you to succeed.

For a lot of people that's kind of weird to say. They think it's easier to say the

universe wants me to succeed or you know what life wants me to succeed but God

wants you to succeed and He wants you to be successful he wants you to feel

accomplished and He wants you to be happy and so that's the first step of

living up to your potential and like your ability is recognizing that God

wants you to succeed and is willing to help you in whatever it is that you want

to go after and be successful in one day. If that's just being you know a really

awesome mom and you want to be really successful at raising some kids or

whether that's you want to start a business and you know what make a lot of

money or support people and help the world like God wants you to be able to

do that and He wants you to feel like you have the gifts and abilities to do

that. My second tip for you then is to take that belief that you can do this

and that God wants you do this and that you have everything

inside you to do this. Now you got to take that to step number two which is to

work on your talents a lot of times we think awesome if it's supposed to happen

for me it will if I need this skill set it's going to happen to me God will give

that to me if I am meant to be in this position that that will just happen for

me and I think there's a little bit of that in our lifes like we we can't

always say that like we deserved some of the good things that happen to us but I

know that at least for me we have to work on our talents and our abilities

and God expects us to do that especially if we want to live up to our fullest

potential we can't just expect it to happen to us

and so you've got to go out there and earn it and work towards it and take

your skill of, hey I'm really good of like with talking to people I'm really

good at music. I'm really good at defusing tense situations. Okay take that

talent that you've identified and take it to the next level take courses to

help you take lessons put yourself in situations where you can use that talent

and ability because living up to your potential requires a lot of work on your

part and it starts with working on your talents and those abilities that you

have been given. My third step for you is so vitally important and I think we

overlook it all the time and that is to ask for help ask for help from people

from co-workers from friends from family but most of all ask for help from God

ask for help in developing your abilities. Ask for

help in working on those talents. Ask for help in developing talents that you feel

like you don't have but that you want because I think part of this life is

figuring out what we want and we're not given all of the tools to do it just yet

we have to ask for it we have to ask for help we have to show our intent and that

we're serious about you know what living up to our potential start today by

figuring out what you can do right now and what you need help on and ask for

that help. And my last tip for you with living up to your god-given ability is

to set very clear goals for yourself. Like I mentioned earlier there kind of

is this idea that if you know what if God gave me this ability if he wants

this to happen for me it will happen for me and there's a way that you can help

that there's a way that you can guarantee that you will get that help and

that assistance and that you will be where you're supposed to be and have the

things that happen to you that are supposed to happen and that's by you

putting forth your effort to make it happen and so that's why you need to set

clear goals that's why you need to get really specific I know that in my life

things started to really happen for me with you know what moving forward with

some real things that um made me feel more fulfilled in life I guess it's the

better word fulfilled more like that I was living to my passion and it came

down to being very specific with God and with myself on what I wanted out of life

and so that's what you gotta do right now you gotta set a roadmap and say to

your Heavenly Father, like this is what I want to do this is what I want to

achieve will you help me will you help me do this but you can only go to Him in

prayer like that when you've actually set out those guidelines and you've set

out that roadmap so my challenge for you in this last step is to get very clear

on what you want and you might not know what you want right now and that's okay

but do outline what you do want or what you think you want at least for right

now that might not be for forever but just do what you can right now to set

some very clear goals about your future. So there you have it those are my top

tips for you on how to live to your god-given ability. Now I know that can

seem a little intimidating to live up to your fullest potential and your fullest

life but I am telling you right now that you can and that people do all the time

and the only person holding yourself back is you I hope that as you use these

tips you will start to see some drastic changes in your life and if you do

8212638RP - Replacing Your Amana Washer's Fill Hose - Duration: 5:08.

Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to show you how to change the fill hose on your

washer the reason why you might have to do this is because the fill hose is damaged or

broken causing water to leak out of it for this repair all we'll be using is a pair of

channel locks

WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source

so this is the washer we'll be using in this demonstration it's and Amana yours might be a little bit

different than what we have here but the same technique should still apply we're going to

have to turn our washer around make sure you turn your water off and one we've turned our

water off we can use our channel locks to unscrew the water inlet hose from the water

line and you're also going to want to make sure that you have a towel or maybe a bucket

handy because when you do this there is most likely going to be a bit of water still in

that line and it's going to come out once you loosen up the connection just like that

and now we'll just carefully set this down to my bucket and there's that one and we'll

set hat down as well now we'll remove the hose from the back of the washer now you can

grab your new OEM replacement water hoses if you don't have them already you can find

them on our online store this particular pair of hoses is six feet long and there nylon

the next thing you want to do is just make sure that there's a rubber gasket inside of

your new hose if it doesn't have one for some reason you can get one out of your old hose

but these should all have them included in the bag so your going to plug your hose that

you want to be cold in your blue one tighten it up by hand as much as you can then grab

your channel locks tighten it up the rest of the way same thing with this other hose

you have your red connection here but your going to just hook up the hose to go to the

hot water on to that tighten it up by hand as much as you can and finish it up with the

channel locks now we'll hook up our fill hose to the water

line and we'll again tighten by hand all the way and you want to make sure that you're

hooking up the correct hose so make sure you're hooking up your hot one line we are right

now just make sure where ever it's marked on the water line that you're hooking it up

to the proper connection and now we'll finish tightening it again with the channel locks

now this is our cold water line and we're hooking it up to our cold water

and once you've hooked up those lines and have them tightened all the way you can turn

your water on and make sure there's no leaks anywhere and once you've done

that your repair is complete

Finally don't forget to plug in your appliance

if you need to replace any parts for your appliances

How to achieve a balance between professional and personal life - Duration: 2:09.

If you are one of those people whose balance between personal and professional life

it's absent, the tips that I'm going to show you next

they may interest you.

Identify and, above all, communicate which are your priorities is the most

important. Perhaps your priority is to leave before to be with the family? OR

Maybe go to your crossfit training? Then communicate it with your manager! Is

important that there is a dialogue between these two parts to know what is

possible and what not. You will not be able to put a balance if you do not respect your own

limits. You must respect them to to be able to develop a routine that is

a bit predictive. There will always be a last email to answer, or a problem to

solve, but if you do not respect your own limits, do not expect others

to do it. How many times has happened that you've wasted time on things that

really don't matter. You must learn to identify and concentrate on what

It's really is important. When you're on vacation or at home learn to leave

aside the cellphone or the tablet. To briefly disconnect will help you

earn the much-desired perspective, which will help you to solve problems better

when you return to work And if you want to have a long and happy

professional and personal life, learn to take things calmly. At this point

we could summarize it with the phrase: "Dress me slowly I'm in a hurry". Good

How to use Google Keyword Planner: 6 Hacks Most SEOs Don't Know Exist (2018 Tutorial) - Duration: 10:45.

In August 2016, Google began limiting the data available in Keyword Planner to non-advertisers.

So instead of search volumes like this:

You'd see useless data like this.

Or is it really useless?

In this tutorial, you're about to find out how to use Google Keyword Planner.

What's up marketers, Sam Oh here with Ahrefs, the SEO tool that helps you grow your search

traffic, research your competitors, and dominate your niche.

Now if you're new to Keyword Planner, let's get a free account set up for you and run

through Keyword Planner's two main search features in 45 seconds.

First, go to ads.google.com and click the "sign in" button up here and log in to your

Google account.

After you sign in, you'll be asked to enter in your email and website.

Just click "Skip the guided setup," or else you'll have to go through a long setup process.

Confirm the settings here and you're done.

Now, click on tools, and choose Keyword Planner.

You'll have two choices: "find keywords," or "get search volume and forecasts."

These are pretty self-explanatory.

Use the first option if you're looking for new keyword ideas.

Just enter a seed keyword and Keyword Planner will kick back hundreds or thousands of related

suggestions, plus some metrics.

If you already have a list of keywords that you want to analyze, use the second option.

This won't suggest keywords but rather it'll tell you estimated search ranges and CPC data for

the keywords you entered.

Got it?

Good.

Now, onto the hacks!

The first hack is to unlock exact keyword planner volumes without spending a dime.

Well...

Kind of.

When Google started restricting their data, most SEOs completely stopped using their tool.

And a lot of us just weren't willing to spend the money in advertising to unlock the search

volumes since that money could be spent on better SEO tools.

The good news is that you can still see the exact search volumes inside Keyword Planner

without spending a penny.

First, go to "find keywords" and search for a keyword phrase or add multiple seed keywords.

And here, you can see that both "iphone charger" and "apple iPhone charger" fall into the same

average monthly search volume range.

But you and I both know that one of these has significantly more search volume, right?

So, I'll select these two keyword phrases and select "exact match" from this dropdown.

Finally, I'll add these to our plan.

Next, click on the "keywords" menu in the sidebar.

And next, I'll edit the maximum CPC value to the highest Google allows.

And as you start to exceed the maximum value, Adwords will show you a limit.

So I'll match that number to see the most exposure we can get for these keywords.

Now take a look at the impressions column in the table below.

This number tells you the estimated number of impressions your ad would get over the

next 30 days from your target keywords if you bid this amount.

This number should be a workable representation of the total search volume for your keyword

if you were to attain a top ranking organic position.

Boom.

Unlocked.

One thing worth noting here is that you should take these numbers with a grain of salt.

Adwords doesn't always show ads for every search query.

And these impression figures are meant for advertisers and not for SEOs.

For more accurate estimations, try a tool made for SEOs like Keywords Explorer.

The next hack is to steal keyword ideas from your competitors.

And Keyword Planner is the most useful for its ability to generate keyword ideas based

on a seed keyword.

But did you know that you can generate keyword ideas from a page or from an entire domain?

Let's say that you want to create a post on broken link building.

Go to Google and search for your target keyword and look at the top ranking pages.

Then you can copy and paste the URL right into Google Keyword Planner.

Just make sure to select the page URL and then run the search.

Keyword planner will then bring up a list of keyword ideas based on the page that you've

entered so you can get a list of relevant keywords on that topic.

Something to note is that this list of keyword ideas do not necessarily represent the organic

keywords that this page ranks for.

For example, one of the keyword suggestions is "link building company," but if you look

through the top 100 results for this search query, our page is nowhere to be found.

To get hyper-relevant keywords for a page, you'd have to use Ahrefs Site Explorer's organic

keywords report, where you can see all of the keywords a page ranks for, the keyword

metrics, and ranking positions.

So, take these recommendations in Google Keyword Planner with a grain of salt and consider

topical relevance when filtering through the results.

Another cool thing you can do is enter in the domain of one of your competitors and

see if you can come up with topic ideas that are relevant for your site.

So, I could type in, hubspot.com and then search their entire site for keyword ideas.

Now, you'll see a bunch of branded queries, which aren't very helpful since you likely

won't be able to serve the search intent for something like "Hubspot sales training."

You can exclude their brand name by clicking on Filter, select Keyword Text, then choose

"does not contain" from the dropdown.

Now, just enter in their brand name and you'll see a much more relevant list of topics that you can target.

You can also get creative with these filters.

If you wanted to find question-like keywords, then you can add more keyword text filters.

So, you can see here that I set up keyword text filters that contain keywords like who,

what, when, where, why, and how.

And you'll see a solid list of questions you can use in your blog posts or FAQ sections.

And it looks like most of the questions are based around the topic of CRMs.

But this report only shows us around 50 or so results, which doesn't seem right.

Compare that to Ahrefs' questions report with the seed, CRM, and you'll see over 10,000

different questions that have search volume.

But again, Keyword Planner is made for advertisers, so it's not surprising that SEO tools would outshine them.

The next hack is to find lucrative keywords by looking at suggested bids.

And this tip is pretty simple but extremely powerful.

And it's based on this logic:

If advertisers are willing to pay top dollar for an ad placement on a keyword, then that

keyword likely holds commercial intent.

So let's use furniture as our seed keyword.

Then I'll sort the data by "Top of page bid" on the high range.

And right away, you can see a whole bunch of great commercial keyword ideas.

One thing I would recommend looking at is the disparity between the low range and high range bids.

You'll see that "oriental furniture" has a low range of around $1, while the high range is over $20.

On the other hand, office furniture has a low range bid of around $6 and a high range

of $22, which suggests that advertisers are consistently willing to pay top dollar on

these ad placements.

It's also worth looking for exact keyword volumes on the keywords you're interested in targeting.

For example, Ahrefs' Keywords Explorer shows that "modern green couch" only has 20 monthly

searches in the United States.

Now, while advertisers are willing to pay upwards of $50, you'd have to evaluate if

targeting this phrase would be worth your time and effort.

The next hack is one of my favorites and that's to get targeted locational data.

With most keyword research tools, you can only see keyword data by country.

For example, if you look up "cleaning services" using the impressions hack, then you'll

see that there are nearly 150,000 impressions per month in the US alone.

But I highly doubt someone is going to fly across the country to clean your house.

So, click on the locations at the top and enter the location that you serve.

So, I'll set the location to Toronto, and you'll see the number of impressions change.

One last thing you should do is to make sure that the CPC is set to its maximum value since

Adwords costs will vary based on location.

And you should see a new updated version of the impressions for the locations you've selected.

Now, this example is for a pretty big city, so if you happen to live in a rural area,

you may want to select all of the different cities and locations that your customers will

be willing to travel from or the locations you will be willing to travel to.

Then you can get an extra layer of insights by going to the plan overview.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page to see the percentage of impressions by the

locations you entered.

But using locational data isn't limited to just local businesses, which you'll see in

the next hack.

And that's to find out which countries, cities, and regions need your products and services

on a global or national scale.

Just enter in a keyword phrase or phrases that your prospective customers might be looking for.

So, I'll just type in SEO tools, keyword research, and backlink checker.

Then add the keywords to your plan.

Next, make sure that you clear any selected locations, which will search for data in all

locations from around the world.

The report that you want to look at is, the "Plan Overview".

If we scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see the countries ranked in order of

popularity based on the filter you choose here.

So, in our case as SEOs, impressions would make the most sense.

Seeing that the majority of searches come from the US, we can set our location filter

to search in the United States to drill down on specific locations.

Now, when you scroll to the bottom, you'll see the total number of searches ranked by state.

And if you click on the dropdown, you'll be able to drill down on specific regions, municipalities, and cities.

So, even though the state of California produces the most impressions, you'll see that the

top city is on the other side of the country in New York.

The next hack is to optimize for the devices that are searching for your keyword terms.

Different niches, in fact, different keywords can have significantly different

search volumes based on the device that's being used.

If we look at the "Plan Overview" page for our query on SEO tools, keyword research tools,

and backlink checker, you'll see that the vast majority of impressions come from computers.

And it makes sense since people searching for these terms likely want to use or test

a tool right then and there.

And that's not gonna happen on mobile.

Also, these queries are more for a B2B audience than a B2C audience.

But let's examine the queries "restaurants near me" and other variants that are obviously

more mobile dominant.

You'll see that almost all of the searches come from phones and tablets.

Now less obvious terms might be informational keywords related to babies and toddlers sleeping.

These searches are probably coming from tired parents turning to their phones in the middle

of the night rather than whipping out their laptops.

With that said, it's important that you consider this data in your keyword research process

so you can optimize your pages for the devices that will actually be viewing it.

A couple additional tips to optimize for mobile would be to ensure that your fonts are readable

for smaller screens and you'll also want to make sure that your images are scaled proportionally.

For example, if you have a really long image at 1900 pixels, and a height of 500 pixels,

it might look great on desktop, but it might be tough to make out on a mobile device.
