Comrades, today we are going to learn some wow tricks

Let me take it over from here guys

Today's tutorial will introduce the concept of "wow" tricks

Which will allow you to impress and show interesting effects with fans

Here we'll be showcasing different skills

to use the fans, such as tosses

contacts and body rolls

kick and hits

and balances

Other than tosses, you can try contacts or body rolls

which can be used either with your body or with the other fan

If you don't see yourself rolling

how about trying some different balances?

If your fans don't balance like they should

Kick or hit them into shape

Ombre Nuvo Aqua Flow pen & embossing Mixed Media tag - Duration: 3:07.

Hi I'm Gerry from Gerry's Craft Room and welcome to my channel

In this video I'm going make a tag with a Nuvo aqua flow pen

I embossed a tag I cut out of water colour paper

I sprayed some water in the middle and then I start adding ink with the Nuvo brush

I spray some more water to make the colour run and move the tag a bit

I start halfway because I want to get a bit of an ombre look

and I spray some more water to spread the ink

after spraying more water I start adding colour at the top

I dry in between the layers to get a nice deep colour when I add more ink

by the way I added the products I used in the description box for you and

if you are new here don't forget to subscribe

after I added all the colour layers I dried the tag

and then I am going to add some splats with an aqua shimmer brush

I press some ink out of the pen on an acrylic block and dip in the brush

and then I tap on the brush to make splats

and then you get pretty shimmery spots

that are a bit lighter I just let that dry

and now I'm going to add some gold paste I apply it with my finger and use a scrap

paper to wipe of the excess so there not to much

on my finger

I just colour parts of the swirl so the purple is still visible

and I add some gold along the edges as a fun touch

and I add a sentiment I printed to finish the tag

Here's Everything You Need To Know About The Measles Outbreak In The U.S. - Duration: 3:37.

This week, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that there has

been 107 cases of the measles since the beginning of 2018.

The contagious virus has spread to 21 states, which include Arkansas, California, Connecticut,

Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New

Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington,

and the nation's capital.

This news is worrisome now that many young children will be going back to school in the

coming weeks.

The disease, which mainly affects young children, spreads though coughing and sneezing.

Symptoms of the virus include high fever, rashes, a stuffy nose, and red eyes.

Typically, these symptoms will disappear after a few weeks, but according to the CDC, it's

estimated that 1 out of 1,000 children who get measles will die from complications.

The health protection agency warns that a majority of people who have contracted the

virus did not receive proper vaccinations.

"Measles can spread when it reaches a community in the U.S. where groups of people are unvaccinated."

The reason why this year is called an outbreak is because the CDC's mid-year analysis appears

to be high in comparison to previous years.

In 2017, there were 118 cases of the measles in 15 states, and the year before that there

were only 86 cases from 19 states.

Most notably, the largest outbreak was in 2014, where there were 667 reported cases

in 27 states.

Nearly half of those cases were connected to a single large outbreak.

We are told that we are experiencing another outbreak, but some experts think this amount

of measles cases is normal for the U.S.

Kristen Nordlund, a representative for the CDC, confirmed that "there is not one unified

measles outbreak across the U.S."

If there was, this would be far more concerning.

Since these outbreaks are in small pockets of different communities who have chosen not

to vaccinate their kids, the number of cases are not as alarming.

And since the measles is highly contagious, in which a single person can infect 90% of

the people around them, it's not alarming to have numbers this high.

How To Protect Your Kids

People who do not get their kids immunized argue that these vaccinations cause autism.

Many studies have shown that this correlation is false, and health professionals encourage

parents to get their kids vaccinated to protect not only their children, but others around

them.

A few months ago, one mother lost her toddler to measles after her two-year-old girl contracted

the virus in a hospital.

Because the little one was diagnosed with a condition that causes lower than average

calcium levels, she could not be vaccinated at the time and was susceptible to the potentially

fatal disease.

The grief-stricken mother shared this post on social media to raise awareness:

"I shared this story with you in order to educate parents who have doubts about the

vaccination of their children.

Every child has the right to be protected from infectious diseases.

[My daughter] became a victim, giving up her own life, to show how this harmless child's

disease can endanger one's life.

Now it's up to us to share her story so that nobody suffers like she did.

My angel left me too early, but I will fight so no one forgets here and goes through what

I went through."

Arnie is driving me now

I am at main office of YMI jeans

I didn't know this jeans are really popular in USA

I am really feel super nervous

I don't like castings

Where people judge and decide are you good enough or nuh

I know nobody likes it but anyway

I usually don't do castings be honest

I ask the client book me online and send them my pics and videos

There are exceptions, when it's big brand you have to go to the casting and get a big job eventually

Here is my second casting guys!

i remember i already been in this building before

i was working a lot for different brand

Look at this ,guys, it's Downtown Los Angeles

It's literally remind me small stores in Turkey

I just finished my second casting!

it was the small brand i been talking more with them if compare with my casting before

They took my 4 pics also: front, sides and back

It was really really simple

Hope i will get the job

I feel like they like me

Now i am waiting my Uber home

I have another online casting

Through Skype

The client wanna see me

It's so much more comfortable then simple castings

you don't have to spend your time and money on Uber

And the client exactly can see how you look like

It's always long Uber rides in Los Angeles

It's a lot of traffic

No subway

Just Uber works here

Tomorrow i am shooting for one designer

It's gonna be a fashion photoshoot for 8 hours

She made really cool dresses

It would fun tomorrow

And tomorrow is Sunday and i love my job

I love to work as much as possible

i thought about going to eat in tender greens

its close to my apartment

But i forgot they don't take cash

And i forgot my credit card

That's a reason why i got back home

The centre of Hollywood is right there

Look at the prices

The average meal is 13$

It's pretty cheap for LA

I spent 15$ for this meal

Salmon, mashed potatoes and salad

Very delicious remember!

I have a photoshoot for 4 hours and then flying back home

Arnie will pick me up from the airport at 12 am

It's a first time when i am flying for my work

Usually, i work just locally

Yesterday, was a really funny night

I finished my photoshoot at 9 and then we been at the party for couple hours

The party was at Hollywood Hills

It was really cool

A lot of wonderful people and positive vibe

People are already in the line

They are rushing to go to the plane

I don't understand this

Always wait and going last one

Just explain me: WHYY?
